00:11:42.20\00:11:43.77 How much do they pay for that position? 00:11:43.80\00:11:46.70 And, you can go online and find so many different 00:11:46.74\00:11:49.57 websites that kind of give you a general idea of how much 00:11:49.60\00:11:53.17 is paid for each position. 00:11:53.21\00:11:55.28 Now, the recruiter, the interviewer - they are going 00:11:55.31\00:11:58.08 to have discussions about pay and you should have an idea 00:11:58.11\00:12:02.55 about how much you're going to be asking for 00:12:02.58\00:12:05.49 because they're going to ask YOU what are you looking for?
