Detoxification, the 00:02:13.98\00:02:19.36 Acid-Alkaline balance Yielding to God and His 00:02:19.39\00:02:22.16 plan for your life and Supplementation. 00:02:22.19\00:02:24.69 Well, I am just anticipating the beauty of 00:02:24.72\00:02:27.30 what's gonna be presented, because it's all 00:02:27.33\00:02:29.00 fit together so wonderfully. 00:02:29.03\00:02:30.42 Praise the Lord. And We talked about 00:02:30.45\00:02:32.40 thoughts and how to get those negative thoughts 00:02:32.43\00:02:35.02 out of our minds but there is another aspect so just 00:02:35.05\00:02:38.03 dive into it and just lead us where we've been 00:02:38.06\00:02:40.29 going so far it's been an exciting journey. 00:02:40.32\00:02:42.43 Well, thank you. We need to realize that 00:02:42.46\00:02:45.91 we live in a toxic environment. The food 00:02:45.94\00:02:48.31 that we eat, the air that we breathe, the water that 00:02:48.34\00:02:52.30 we drink, it's full of toxins and these toxins 00:02:52.33\00:02:56.52 are in our bodies and periodically it's a good 00:02:56.55\00:02:59.13 thing to just cleanse. To cleanse the body of these 00:02:59.16\00:03:02.08 toxins. For example in 1989 alone there was a 00:03:02.11\00:03:07.20 grand total of five trillion seven hundred and three 00:03:07.23\00:03:11.65 billion, 670 million by 380,000 pounds of 00:03:11.68\00:03:17.45 chemical pollutants that were released into the 00:03:17.48\00:03:20.96 environment. That's scary. 00:03:20.99\00:03:22.43 It's scary. I mean what's the chance 00:03:22.46\00:03:24.31 of it being in this area, with all of that, that's 00:03:24.34\00:03:27.07 amazing. It's amazing. 00:03:27.10\00:03:29.08 And so periodically it's a good thing to detoxify, to 00:03:29.11\00:03:33.26 do some things that can kind of rid our bodies of 00:03:33.29\00:03:36.30 the toxins. Our bodies have natural eliminative 00:03:36.33\00:03:40.82 organs anyway, organs that God created to 00:03:40.85\00:03:45.29 eliminate toxins, like this skin, the lungs, the bowel, 00:03:45.32\00:03:49.11 the kidneys, these are the eliminative organs and of 00:03:49.14\00:03:52.10 course our liver is the largest detoxifying organ. 00:03:52.13\00:03:55.12 So we have these organs that really can get 00:03:55.15\00:04:00.97 burdened with toxins and so we can help them out 00:04:01.00\00:04:04.72 by detoxifying. Why should we detoxify? 00:04:04.75\00:04:08.42 That's a good question. No really, when you think 00:04:08.45\00:04:11.64 about it. Really? What's the point of detoxifying right? 00:04:11.67\00:04:15.03 One thing it does is it improves physical health. 00:04:15.06\00:04:18.61 We do it for spiritual enlightenment as well 00:04:18.64\00:04:22.00 Biblical times people fasted, I mean it's part of 00:04:22.03\00:04:25.75 a spiritual journey as well. Mental clarity, we 00:04:25.78\00:04:30.45 can break addictive habits of people that have sugar 00:04:30.48\00:04:33.45 cravings, it reduces sugar cravings and other 00:04:33.48\00:04:36.27 cravings and it helps the digestive organs to rest if 00:04:36.30\00:04:39.73 we use fasting as a form of detoxification and we 00:04:39.76\00:04:44.70 can do three day juice fasts you know to get a 00:04:44.73\00:04:47.72 juicer and do carrot, beet and maybe an apple or 00:04:47.75\00:04:54.07 spinach and carrot, and an apple. These things will 00:04:54.10\00:04:58.39 help to just help the body to just kind of revive and 00:04:58.42\00:05:04.21 rejuvenate. And when you think 00:05:04.24\00:05:07.04 about detoxification, lets just use the word fast 00:05:07.07\00:05:09.43 again, because that's the word that is I probably 00:05:09.46\00:05:13.09 would say is one of the most unpopular words, 00:05:13.12\00:05:16.21 because people can't fathom going one day 00:05:16.24\00:05:20.12 without eating. Yes, that's true. 00:05:20.15\00:05:22.13 Especially the things that they just crave, how does 00:05:22.16\00:05:26.05 a craving impact a fast. When we go back on 00:05:26.08\00:05:30.07 what we talked about, good nutritious food. If a 00:05:30.10\00:05:32.57 person's foods are nutritious, it's less of a 00:05:32.60\00:05:36.39 craving but a continual maintenance of the body. 00:05:36.42\00:05:38.99 Right. Okay, so now if I am a potato chip guy how 00:05:39.02\00:05:41.82 do I get to fasting? Well, you first have to 00:05:41.85\00:05:44.96 make a decision, you have to choose that to do 00:05:44.99\00:05:48.57 something different. You want to actually give your 00:05:48.60\00:05:51.44 body a break, you want to flood the body with 00:05:51.47\00:05:54.62 nutrients and juicing helps you to do that, some 00:05:54.65\00:05:58.02 people fast with just water but I don't 00:05:58.05\00:05:59.94 recommend that. I think that juicing is better 00:05:59.97\00:06:02.63 because you're getting nutrition, you're not 00:06:02.66\00:06:05.13 getting the fiber but you are getting nutrition in the 00:06:05.16\00:06:08.41 vegetable juices primarily. So a good 00:06:08.44\00:06:11.43 vegetable juice fast is a good thing of course and 00:06:11.46\00:06:14.33 I always say this, check with your physician first 00:06:14.36\00:06:16.81 because your physician knows what's going on 00:06:16.84\00:06:19.17 with you, I can't just say go on a juice fast, if you 00:06:19.20\00:06:22.93 have diabetes you need to talk to your physician. So 00:06:22.96\00:06:26.60 before embarking on any thing like this just check 00:06:26.63\00:06:29.39 with your physician first. With that being said try 00:06:29.42\00:06:32.87 some spinach, carrot juice fast, if you have cravings 00:06:32.90\00:06:37.15 for salt or sugar or any of these things, they can also 00:06:37.18\00:06:42.51 be indicative of certain mineral deficiency. For 00:06:42.54\00:06:45.55 example some people crave chocolate, well 00:06:45.58\00:06:48.24 that's often related to a Magnesium deficiency. 00:06:48.27\00:06:51.23 So you want to make sure that you get the nutrition 00:06:51.26\00:06:56.37 that you need and juicing will help to do that in a 00:06:56.40\00:06:59.43 concentrated format, juicing fresh vegetables is 00:06:59.46\00:07:03.16 a great thing and you can add an apple for flavor. 00:07:03.19\00:07:05.46 Okay. Usually we don't mix fruits and vegetables 00:07:05.49\00:07:07.52 but adding an apple for flavor is acceptable. 00:07:07.55\00:07:11.32 Okay, so there are good ways to fast. 00:07:11.35\00:07:14.14 Yes, and you can do it, just do a three day fast, a 00:07:14.17\00:07:17.51 juice fast for three days. If you just drink, your 00:07:17.54\00:07:22.82 drinking you drink water, you drink your juices, but 00:07:22.85\00:07:26.55 you don't have to do a juice fast, you may do a 00:07:26.58\00:07:30.18 vegetable fast, you may do fruits and vegetables, 00:07:30.21\00:07:33.01 there are all kinds of fast you can do. 00:07:33.04\00:07:34.80 What about detoxifying your mind because 00:07:34.83\00:07:37.51 fasting I think also if the body and the mind are 00:07:37.54\00:07:40.91 interconnected, which they are, if you pay 00:07:40.94\00:07:43.78 attention to one and not the other? Yes. What 00:07:43.81\00:07:46.18 benefit would be missed? That's such a great point, 00:07:46.21\00:07:48.01 because while you're doing this juicing and 00:07:48.04\00:07:51.36 fasting with juices, we also should be filling our 00:07:51.39\00:07:55.09 minds with scripture, that is a really good thing to 00:07:55.12\00:07:58.61 do because again for spiritual enlightenment 00:07:58.64\00:08:01.39 we can fast, we can detoxify the body and 00:08:01.42\00:08:04.31 have the dual benefit of getting physiologically 00:08:04.34\00:08:10.24 better and emotionally and spiritually better as well. 00:08:10.27\00:08:14.40 A story comes in my mind in Daniel chapter 1 00:08:14.43\00:08:16.71 where Daniel and the Hebrews and Hananiah, 00:08:16.74\00:08:19.47 Mishael and Azariah determined not to eat the 00:08:19.50\00:08:21.52 King's meat. Yes. Or his delicacies or the wine. 00:08:21.55\00:08:25.17 Yes. All these toxifying things, but they asked for 00:08:25.20\00:08:28.09 water and pulse, pulse and after ten days and 00:08:28.12\00:08:32.83 that somewhat was a fast away from the 00:08:32.86\00:08:34.53 Babylonian diet. Absolutely. 00:08:34.56\00:08:36.73 And what was the benefit of that? 00:08:36.76\00:08:37.97 And they were healthier than anybody else. 00:08:38.00\00:08:39.89 Because they weren't eating all those 00:08:39.92\00:08:42.46 concentrated sweets, those heavy foods and 00:08:42.49\00:08:45.87 meats that were unhealthy for them, they were 00:08:45.90\00:08:49.05 eating pulse which is beans and vegetables. So 00:08:49.08\00:08:52.52 they were getting a really healthy diet and that's 00:08:52.55\00:08:57.07 really you know detoxifying again, you 00:08:57.10\00:08:59.37 don't have to fast to detoxify, in fact we have 00:08:59.40\00:09:02.28 eight steps to detoxing. We can kind of focus on 00:09:02.31\00:09:07.14 that, we can eliminate toxic elements from the 00:09:07.17\00:09:09.61 diet, you know take out a lot of the sugar and all of 00:09:09.64\00:09:13.04 the stuff, the negative things from diet, and then 00:09:13.07\00:09:15.59 reduce the consumption of concentrated foods like 00:09:15.62\00:09:18.71 gravies and you don't have to have so much 00:09:18.74\00:09:21.49 sweets and gravies and sauces, things like that, 00:09:21.52\00:09:24.65 toppings, reduce the consumption of those 00:09:24.68\00:09:27.10 things and begin juicing. You don't have to do it 00:09:27.13\00:09:29.69 everyday but start out juicing because you can 00:09:29.72\00:09:32.64 get the benefit of those juices. Eliminate toxic 00:09:32.67\00:09:35.85 habits, optimize your eliminative organs, your 00:09:35.88\00:09:39.54 skin, you can do skin brushing, lungs, deep 00:09:39.57\00:09:43.28 breathing with fresh air. The bowels, make sure 00:09:43.31\00:09:46.96 that you are having regular bowel 00:09:46.99\00:09:48.93 movements. The kidneys, drink lots of water and 00:09:48.96\00:09:52.99 then support the liver because your liver is your 00:09:53.02\00:09:55.10 major detoxifying organ. Drink plenty of water and 00:09:55.13\00:10:00.00 of course exercise and those are things that we 00:10:00.03\00:10:02.88 can do without, you don't have to fast to begin to 00:10:02.91\00:10:06.23 detoxifying the body. So the element of 00:10:06.26\00:10:09.65 rejuvenating, kind of like taking the car in for its 00:10:09.68\00:10:13.75 regular maintenance. You know a new car can go 00:10:13.78\00:10:16.75 down very fast if it's not maintained, and the very 00:10:16.78\00:10:20.03 same way the body goes through cycles, where 00:10:20.06\00:10:23.20 you know seasonal changes, I am totally not 00:10:23.23\00:10:26.61 educating in this area, so I don't want to give 00:10:26.64\00:10:28.32 anybody advise that's not necessarily true or, but I 00:10:28.35\00:10:32.12 believe that at certain times our bodies respond 00:10:32.15\00:10:34.95 certain ways to certain things, and if we think 00:10:34.98\00:10:37.83 about what we would like our bodies to feel like, 00:10:37.86\00:10:40.56 then we begin to toxify those areas that will 00:10:40.59\00:10:43.76 inhibit. Yes. Us from getting that optimal 00:10:43.79\00:10:46.48 reaction or that optimal experience. So those 00:10:46.51\00:10:50.55 ways, following those eight steps, I like that 00:10:50.58\00:10:52.87 eight steps, it's not fifteen. Yes, that's right, 00:10:52.90\00:10:55.24 that's right. It makes it kind of right to the point. 00:10:55.27\00:10:57.28 That's right, we can just do it, we can just begin to 00:10:57.31\00:11:00.59 implement some things that can support our 00:11:00.62\00:11:02.70 bodies as they naturally detoxify. God has 00:11:02.73\00:11:06.14 equipped us to naturally detoxify with these 00:11:06.17\00:11:09.27 organs and so with these eliminative organs, so we 00:11:09.30\00:11:11.70 just support them and with that we can feel 00:11:11.73\00:11:16.05 better, we can reduce the toxic load on the body 00:11:16.08\00:11:19.02 and actually feel better. To think more clearly and 00:11:19.05\00:11:22.08 we're able to serve God better. 00:11:22.11\00:11:24.40 When we think about it what are some of the 00:11:24.43\00:11:27.13 benefits that we get from you know getting to that 00:11:27.16\00:11:29.94 place where our detoxification does 00:11:29.97\00:11:31.99 occur? This is a great segue into 00:11:32.02\00:11:35.88 the next section which is the acid-alkaline balance, 00:11:35.91\00:11:39.29 that is a critical, critical piece and many people 00:11:39.32\00:11:43.02 don't think about that, they don't think about 00:11:43.05\00:11:44.99 how acidic is my body or how alkaline is my body 00:11:45.02\00:11:48.68 because we're just not geared up, we don't know 00:11:48.71\00:11:52.62 that, but this is a very important barometer of 00:11:52.65\00:11:55.51 health, the pH. The pH level is a really important 00:11:55.54\00:11:59.22 barometer of health and the pH actually reflects 00:11:59.25\00:12:02.90 how acidic or alkaline you are. There is a 00:12:02.93\00:12:07.09 continuum with seven being that number that 00:12:07.12\00:12:12.57 you want to achieve. So anything below seven is 00:12:12.60\00:12:15.38 too acidic, anything above is too alkaline, you 00:12:15.41\00:12:18.31 want it to be at seven. And so how do we do 00:12:18.34\00:12:22.23 that, well the important thing to think about is 00:12:22.26\00:12:25.97 you know how is your pH? The pH level of the 00:12:26.00\00:12:30.93 internal fluids effects every cell of your body. 00:12:30.96\00:12:34.09 Chronic over acidity corrodes body tissue like 00:12:34.12\00:12:37.65 a battery, a close of battery. Entire metabolic 00:12:37.68\00:12:43.10 process depends on an alkaline environment. So 00:12:43.13\00:12:47.85 you really need to have a more alkaline, a less 00:12:47.88\00:12:52.01 acidic environment. Because an acidic body 00:12:52.04\00:12:54.78 leads to toxins which then leads to reduce nutrient 00:12:54.81\00:12:58.68 absorption which then causes inhibited 00:12:58.71\00:13:01.24 production of the necessary enzymes and 00:13:01.27\00:13:03.64 hormones for the body and also your pH, if you 00:13:03.67\00:13:07.81 have two acidic body interferes with the 00:13:07.84\00:13:10.16 reconstruction of cells. So your cells are sitting in 00:13:10.19\00:13:14.14 fluid, extracellular fluid and that fluid needs to be 00:13:14.17\00:13:17.79 clean. The reason I have a fish there in the fish bowl 00:13:17.82\00:13:20.60 is because think about a fish, if you have a fish in 00:13:20.63\00:13:23.55 clean water right, the fish is swimming around in 00:13:23.58\00:13:26.88 clean water everything is great, but when that water 00:13:26.91\00:13:29.59 is murky and dirty what happens to the fish? 00:13:29.62\00:13:33.00 He slows down. He slows down and if it's too dirty? 00:13:33.03\00:13:36.17 Unfortunately if he doesn't have on a dieting 00:13:36.20\00:13:40.14 mass he, he fires. He never got that, that 00:13:40.17\00:13:43.42 was cute. If he doesn't have oxygen coming 00:13:43.45\00:13:46.22 from somewhere else and that's tragic because I 00:13:46.25\00:13:48.28 learned that in a trial and error way growing up, 00:13:48.31\00:13:51.17 you know get that angel here in the filter in the 00:13:51.20\00:13:53.74 fish tank and now we know why we have to 00:13:53.77\00:13:57.66 keep the fish tank detoxic. 00:13:57.69\00:13:59.82 That's right, detoxified. I think, I'm just going to. 00:13:59.85\00:14:01.22 Detoxified. And so in the same way 00:14:01.25\00:14:04.97 the environment that they exist in is synonymous to 00:14:05.00\00:14:09.44 the balance that will seek to accomplish in our own 00:14:09.47\00:14:12.55 pH. Exactly, our cells and organs sit in a fluid they 00:14:12.58\00:14:17.95 are bathed in a fluid and this fluid transports and 00:14:17.98\00:14:20.82 removes waste. So if this fluid is super-acidic that 00:14:20.85\00:14:25.57 means oxygen is not getting to the cells 00:14:25.60\00:14:27.78 properly and the cells die, it is not a healthy 00:14:27.81\00:14:31.24 environment. So we don't want that cells to be too 00:14:31.27\00:14:34.64 acidic and we don't that fluid to be too acidic and 00:14:34.67\00:14:37.20 we don't want it to be too alkaline, we want that 00:14:37.23\00:14:39.48 balance. Again balance, balance is a key concept 00:14:39.51\00:14:43.93 here and that's what we want. And so we can test 00:14:43.96\00:14:47.24 pH and we test it with strips, you can test the 00:14:47.27\00:14:50.36 urine and saliva and that's what I recommend in a 00:14:50.39\00:14:54.59 book, you can get the pH testing strips and find out 00:14:54.62\00:14:57.98 where you are because they will be a color strip 00:14:58.01\00:15:01.46 and you will just match that your result your 00:15:01.49\00:15:04.60 strips with the color strip and you can see what 00:15:04.63\00:15:07.52 your pH is and then as you're taking 00:15:07.55\00:15:10.43 supplements, as you're on this program, you can 00:15:10.46\00:15:13.37 actually see your pH moving in the right 00:15:13.40\00:15:17.13 direction or not and if this it's responding, then you 00:15:17.16\00:15:20.96 have to try something else. You will know that 00:15:20.99\00:15:23.27 well this isn't working, let me try this, but at least 00:15:23.30\00:15:27.06 you'll know what's working for you, am I too 00:15:27.09\00:15:29.73 acidic, am I too alkaline or am I moving toward 00:15:29.76\00:15:32.47 that place of balance. And so it's a very simple thing 00:15:32.50\00:15:35.46 to do and it's something that everybody can 00:15:35.49\00:15:37.99 implement just to kind of see where they are and 00:15:38.02\00:15:40.15 see how they're progressing. 00:15:40.18\00:15:41.60 You know that's amazing to me, because I used to 00:15:41.63\00:15:43.43 work on swimming pools when I lived in Orlando, 00:15:43.46\00:15:45.25 Florida, not necessary professionally but wife's 00:15:45.28\00:15:48.13 dad has got a big swimming pool when 00:15:48.16\00:15:49.56 ever it started getting green, I would always 00:15:49.59\00:15:52.06 shock it and then, but I would always do that pH 00:15:52.09\00:15:55.35 balance thing and now its starts to click that our 00:15:55.38\00:15:58.39 bodies require the same thing. 00:15:58.42\00:16:00.49 That's right. So could signs of 00:16:00.52\00:16:02.73 continual acid, you know sour stomach, acid reflux, 00:16:02.76\00:16:07.26 a lot of these acidic feelings we get could 00:16:07.29\00:16:09.81 have been an indication that may be we're too 00:16:09.84\00:16:11.57 acidic? Yes, and that causes 00:16:11.60\00:16:13.82 disease. Because we look at all kinds of, cancer for 00:16:13.85\00:16:18.59 example can be related to an overly acidic body and 00:16:18.62\00:16:22.51 that sounds like an over simplification but pH 00:16:22.54\00:16:26.56 again is a real barometer of health, both the pH of 00:16:26.59\00:16:31.11 urine and the pH of the saliva. The pH of the 00:16:31.14\00:16:34.99 urine shows how the body is buffering the acids that 00:16:35.02\00:16:38.38 are leaving the body and the saliva shows the 00:16:38.41\00:16:42.97 digestive health. So we can kind of get an idea as 00:16:43.00\00:16:47.10 to how our bodies are functioning through the 00:16:47.13\00:16:49.34 pH. And so when you think 00:16:49.37\00:16:51.02 about, you put that Great Day concept together. 00:16:51.05\00:16:53.24 We're down to, almost down to the Y and so 00:16:53.27\00:16:56.92 what is that really, how did you know, you put 00:16:56.95\00:16:59.18 this whole package together. Yes. But then 00:16:59.21\00:17:00.62 we look at the master plan here. 00:17:00.65\00:17:03.15 That's right. And I think that I like the 00:17:03.18\00:17:04.79 way you use the Y here. The Lord is so good, you 00:17:04.82\00:17:08.19 know he has a plan for all of us. Jeremiah 29 says, 00:17:08.22\00:17:12.22 for I know the plans that I have toward you saith the 00:17:12.25\00:17:15.33 Lord. Plans of, well it depends on which version 00:17:15.36\00:17:19.13 you use, 'cause if you use the NIV it wants to give 00:17:19.16\00:17:22.66 you a future and a hope, to give you, the NIV says 00:17:22.69\00:17:28.14 plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to 00:17:28.17\00:17:30.85 give you a hope and a future. And God has a 00:17:30.88\00:17:35.23 plan for each of us. Each of us we are not here by 00:17:35.26\00:17:40.03 chance. That's right. We're on this planet 00:17:40.06\00:17:42.37 because God intentionally designed for us to be 00:17:42.40\00:17:46.39 here, and so with that intentional plan there is 00:17:46.42\00:17:50.79 something that God has for each of us to do and if 00:17:50.82\00:17:53.99 we're walking in his plan that is where the ultimate 00:17:54.02\00:17:57.18 fulfillment comes. I remember in my life 20 00:17:57.21\00:18:03.39 years ago I was in the music business and I was 00:18:03.42\00:18:06.01 singing about you know Charmin bathroom tissue 00:18:06.04\00:18:09.04 or Ruffles Potato chips or Kentucky Fried Chicken 00:18:09.07\00:18:11.98 or any of those things and there is nothing, there is 00:18:12.01\00:18:16.63 no greater, I am starting to tear up really because 00:18:16.66\00:18:20.40 there is no greater privilege than to sing for 00:18:20.43\00:18:23.87 God, than to work for him, than to walk in his 00:18:23.90\00:18:27.69 plan and do what he has for you to do. That's right. 00:18:27.72\00:18:30.15 And that is what, that is where you feel the most 00:18:30.18\00:18:33.08 contentment, that's where you know that I am where 00:18:33.11\00:18:36.55 I am supposed to be. And I like the fact that you talk about. 00:19:04.89\00:19:07.33 And you know your resume is just amazing, 00:19:07.36\00:19:10.05 when we talk about where you were out in the music 00:19:10.08\00:19:12.88 industry and I won't take the time to do that, unless 00:19:12.91\00:19:14.89 you breach the subject, but you were really out 00:19:14.92\00:19:17.91 there in the world and you saw both sides. Yes. 00:19:17.94\00:19:21.12 You saw the impact of both sides. So when you 00:19:21.15\00:19:24.01 come from just days that were happening. Yes. 00:19:24.04\00:19:27.92 And you give your life to the Lord by yielding to 00:19:27.95\00:19:29.59 God's' plan for your life then those days become 00:19:29.62\00:19:32.47 great. Amen. Amen! You cannot, you cannot leave out 00:19:35.78\00:19:40.07 God's plan for you if you are considering health. 00:19:40.10\00:19:43.21 Because to have the integration of all those 00:19:43.24\00:19:47.52 aspects of your being that is what health is about, 00:19:47.55\00:19:51.18 optimizing and integrating and 00:19:51.21\00:19:52.95 maximizing all the aspects of your being and 00:19:52.98\00:19:56.46 so part of that is God's plan for you and I was at 00:19:56.49\00:20:01.07 a Kit meeting about 20 years ago I guess and this 00:20:01.10\00:20:03.95 lady walked up to me and she gave me a tape and a 00:20:03.98\00:20:06.92 booklet and the tape was on the booklet, were both 00:20:06.95\00:20:10.07 on harmful substances to the body and what sugar 00:20:10.10\00:20:13.13 can do and I just put the book aside and you know 00:20:13.16\00:20:17.77 people give you things, which is really nice, but 00:20:17.80\00:20:19.78 you just kind of sometimes put them 00:20:19.81\00:20:21.24 aside, while I put this aside this particular day 00:20:21.27\00:20:23.65 and didn't look back at it for a few months, I was 00:20:23.68\00:20:26.39 singing professionally but this particular day I was 00:20:26.42\00:20:29.13 at a camp meeting but I was still singing jingles 00:20:29.16\00:20:31.73 and that kind of thing and I stared, I pulled out this 00:20:31.76\00:20:36.18 tape and looked at the book and I just got so 00:20:36.21\00:20:38.76 interested in health and I was never really that 00:20:38.79\00:20:42.45 interested in it before I mean not as a career and 00:20:42.48\00:20:46.01 the Lord just laid it on my heart to start studying it 00:20:46.04\00:20:48.63 and I started studying it and it just became a 00:20:48.66\00:20:51.12 passion and at one point I asked the Lord well 00:20:51.15\00:20:53.73 which one should I do? Should I do the music or 00:20:53.76\00:20:55.95 should I do the health and he laid it on my heart, 00:20:55.98\00:20:58.01 both, that's why I am here to do both. Both 00:20:58.04\00:21:02.30 ministries, I have both ministries. So for me just 00:21:02.33\00:21:08.25 doing this is such a privilege because I am 00:21:08.28\00:21:10.92 able to use what God has given me to glorify him 00:21:10.95\00:21:15.22 and for me there is just nothing better than to see 00:21:15.25\00:21:18.57 some soul come to the Lord as a result of my 00:21:18.60\00:21:22.35 music or somebody get better as a result of the 00:21:22.38\00:21:25.76 health laws that God has placed, that God has 00:21:25.79\00:21:29.06 given us.
