00:06 We talk to you last week or so, it's been a week or two now,
00:10 about a Blessing is on the "GO!" 00:12 Evangelistic Team member 00:14 and we've asked you to be apart of that. 00:16 For anybody who gives a monthly gift to 3ABN of any size, 00:20 we want to send you a tool that's an evangelism tool. 00:24 So it's different and the idea is for years, 00:26 and I'm from the very beginning, 00:27 Brian, I said, we'll never have bag of thorns, 00:31 we'll never have, they call 'em praise of thorns, 00:33 but bag of thorns, I'm now gonna do that. 00:38 We don't need to be beggars for gospel, right? 00:40 We need to just give the truth 00:42 and the Lord will impress the people to give. 00:44 So we've never had, no one's ever turned on and said, 00:47 oh, if you don't give the money we'll turn the lights, 00:49 we're going home, we've doing all this things. 00:51 I always say, well, 00:52 that's the Lord's responsibility 00:54 if we do our part. 00:55 But how do we get people involved 00:58 where it's not just saying, well, 01:00 we want you to give a monthly gift. 01:02 It's, this is a team, without you, there's no 3ABN. 01:06 Without this in, you can watch 01:08 through 3ABN without you giving, 01:10 we couldn't be here 01:11 to present the message to world. 01:13 So it's a team, people of like-believes, 01:16 Christians, number one. 01:18 Many of you are Seventh-day Adventist Christians, 01:20 we thank you for that. 01:21 Many of you are Christians from numerous denominations 01:25 who've just said, Shelley, hey, we love the music, 01:27 we love the preaching. 01:29 And one guy told me, he was one of the "most powerful people", 01:33 if I can use that term, in America. 01:35 And you met him, you guys met him. 01:37 He said to me, I'm not an Adventist, 01:40 I really support you guys, 01:42 and I have to tell you the truth, 01:44 you guys are telling the truth 01:46 more than anybody that I've seen. 01:47 I would never get into, he said 01:49 "I would never get into a biblical discussion 01:53 with a Seventh-day Adventist, 01:54 and I've told people in my church, 01:56 don't do it, you'll lose." 01:57 You'll lose when it comes to doctrines and Bible truth. 02:02 And so but we, so we have people who believe 02:05 and support in this ministry. 02:08 But how do we get people to enlighten? 02:10 And we're gonna talk about that. 02:11 Shelley and John's really gonna hit on this. 02:13 But we're, this is not business as usual. 02:16 We're in closing moments of earth's history. 02:18 And if you're not aware of it, you haven't seen the problems, 02:21 you will be, I believe, the time this program is over. 02:24 And so, how do we get involved as a unit, 02:26 as one, with one voice going out? 02:30 We're all of us to be involved in the work of God. 02:34 So, by us sending you, 02:36 you send your donations to 3ABN. 02:38 We send you this plaque, we actually have one here, 02:41 I think they have it on the screen. 02:42 And, it's actually we don't send the plaque, 02:46 you can... You can frame it. 02:48 Yeah. We don't send you the frame. 02:50 You can get your own framed. 02:51 But we'll send you the Blessing is on the "GO!". 02:54 And this is an actual one here. 02:55 This is a, Luella, won't gave her last name. 02:58 She can if she wants to, but its Luella. 03:00 The Blessing is on the "GO!" 03:02 Evangelistic Team member. 03:03 And it says, "Because of your commitment to the Lord's work 03:06 and your monthly support 03:08 of Three Angels Broadcasting Network, 03:10 we recognize you as a Blessing is in the 'GO!' 03:13 Evangelistic Team." 03:15 And so what this does? 03:17 We'll send you an evangelistic tool that is whether sermon, 03:21 whether it's music, 03:22 it's something that will help you, 03:24 you can not only take it yourself, 03:26 but we're hoping you'll share with your neighbors, 03:29 church members, and get people involved. 03:32 And you had a cold 03:35 that you said you woke up to this morning. 03:37 Oh. 03:38 Tell us a little about that, what you do? 03:39 This stack is legitimate stack. 03:42 This in about a first week, 03:44 this is how many of you responded and said, 03:47 I want to be a Blessing on the "GO!" 03:49 Evangelistic Team member. 03:51 3ABN has a foundation, and its amazing 03:54 how few donors that we have on a monthly donation, 03:58 Brian, and that a for ministry this big. 04:02 So our foundation is built like this, 04:04 but our responsibilities and our... 04:08 to what we're doing is like this. 04:11 We're trying with your help, with God's blessings 04:15 to make that foundation so that it holds 04:17 as we continue to grow 04:19 till we believe the second coming of Christ. 04:22 And you all who respond, 04:23 thank you so much for joining with us. 04:26 Now, I'm going to quit talking. 04:28 Turn... 04:29 have you gave the quote, then we're gonna... 04:30 I've got some excited folk here today. 04:32 And we want you, 04:34 call your friends, your enemies everybody, 04:35 tell them, "Tune in to 3ABN 04:38 because we are talking about end time events, 04:41 things that are happening right now to let us know, 04:44 without a doubt, Jesus is coming very soon." 04:47 Woke up this morning and the Lord brought to my mind 04:50 something that I read almost 40 years ago, 04:52 when I bought this book. 04:53 Ellen White talking about just going to church 04:55 and doing more in these last days. 04:57 She says, "The convocation of the church 04:59 as in camp meetings, 05:01 the assemblies of the home church are all occasions 05:04 where there is personal labor for souls, 05:06 there are God's appointed opportunities 05:09 for giving the early and the latter rain. 05:11 But let none think that in attending these gatherings, 05:14 their duty is done. 05:16 A mere attendance upon all the meetings 05:18 that are held in a church is not in itself 05:21 and will not bring the blessing to the soul." 05:24 She says, "It is not an immutable law 05:25 that when you go to church, these gatherings, 05:27 you'll get the Holy Spirit, you'll get the latter rain. 05:30 God supplies from heaven. 05:32 The circumstances may seem to be favorable 05:34 for a rich outpouring of the showers of grace. 05:37 But God Himself must command the showers of grace 05:41 and He must command the rain to fall. 05:43 Therefore, we should not be remiss in supplication." 05:47 Basically, what Ellen White is saying here 05:49 is that if all you do is go to church, 05:51 sing, and preach, and pray, you are not doing enough. 05:57 You're not to receive the latter rain. 05:58 She says one of the prerequisites 06:01 for receiving the latter rain is working for the salvation 06:04 of the souls of men and women for whom Christ has died. 06:07 That's right. You cannot go. 06:08 Which means you got to go. You got to go. 06:10 And not just in church, you got to your neighbors, 06:12 you got to go to your family. 06:14 And if you can't go, 06:15 you got to enable others who can go to go. 06:18 So you got to go, you got to do just going to church, 06:21 sitting and singing, oh, I love Jesus, 06:23 and going home is not enough. 06:25 That must be done. 06:26 But if that's all you're doing, and some skip Sabbath schools, 06:29 some only come for the sermon, some won't even come for that. 06:32 So if that's all you're doing, you're not doing enough, 06:35 plus, you're not preparing yourself. 06:36 If we're preaching and went to Marylyn. 06:38 That's what somebody is saying. 06:40 You're not preparing yourself 06:41 to receive the latter rain experience. 06:43 This kind of thing 06:45 is what's going to prepare you for the latter rain experience, 06:47 working for the souls of men and women 06:49 for whom Christ died, that puts you in position, 06:52 that's God's appointed agency to save your soul 06:56 while you trying to save someone else. 06:58 And you know something, 07:00 this is why I was so excited about this program. 07:02 As soon as you announced it, 07:04 you know, they didn't have to ask me 07:05 to take over this "GO!" Evangelistic Team, 07:08 I just started doing. 07:10 I've been operating like 07:11 a humming bird on steroids like... 07:14 But as soon as you announced it, 07:17 when I was praying here is what I saw, 07:19 is that I'm gonna tell a story 07:21 what happened when we're at the farm. 07:24 It was a severe drought, 07:25 there was cracks in the earth and I... 07:28 we just move to farm, and this was in central Texas. 07:31 I'm praying to the Lord for rain, 07:34 praying and praying for rain. 07:36 And one night gully washer came along. 07:38 You know what a gully washer is? 07:39 When it just comes down. 07:41 And we had a tin roof on the farm. 07:43 So it was, you could just hear, 07:44 and I couldn't wait the next day to go out 07:47 and see what had happened. 07:49 And you know what, the ground was just as dry, 07:52 it was barely wet on top, it was just as dry, 07:55 it just has many cracks, 07:57 and I'm thinking what happened in the... 07:59 There still a small voices of Lord said, 08:02 just as you've seen in the physical realm, 08:04 when the earth is hardened, 08:06 and the rain just rolls right off of it, 08:10 it was just off. 08:12 And He said that if our heart's become hardened to His work 08:17 then when the latter rain comes, 08:19 we're not gonna be able to soak it up. 08:21 And when you announced this, I was thinking that in 1984, 08:26 when God launched 3ABN in 1984, 08:29 He could see the end from the beginning. 08:31 And I believe everything 08:32 that we've done up to this point 08:34 has just been to get the infrastructure in place. 08:37 Because, what I believe is that God, 08:41 this is no doubt, a God ordained program. 08:44 And I believe with all of my heart 08:47 that this is like real launching ministry because, 08:51 God wants you involved, 08:53 He wants everyone, of us involved. 08:55 And what Ellen White said is so true 08:58 that if what the Lord was showing me 09:01 is that when we're filled with the Holy Spirit, 09:04 the way you know if you're filled with Holy Spirit 09:06 is if you've a person who is loving. 09:08 If you can love God with all of your heart, 09:10 so mind and strength, 09:12 that's only by the power of the Holy Spirit, 09:14 then you walk in obedience. 09:15 And then, if you are filled with a love of God, 09:19 Romans 5:5 said, 09:21 "He pours out his love into our hearts 09:23 so that we can not only love Him 09:25 but that we can love others as ourselves. 09:27 If we are developing the character of Christ 09:30 we will be going out 09:32 and we will be sharing the good news, 09:35 that's all Evangelism is. 09:36 It's sharing the good news 09:39 to let someone know about salvation in Jesus Christ. 09:42 And if we don't have a burden for other people 09:46 we better check a purse 09:48 and see if we do have the spirit 09:50 because otherwise we don't. 09:52 And what I want to emphasize right now 09:55 is that somebody called and asked me 09:57 about the new program that we're doing. 09:59 This is not a program, this is not a campaign, 10:02 this is a revitalized emphasis on present truth evangelism, 10:08 which is what 3ABN's mission is all about. 10:12 And all we're doing now by the direction of God 10:16 is to weave you more into the fabric. 10:20 It's just like we're weaving golden threads into the fabric 10:23 of 3ABN so that you become involved on a personal level. 10:28 And as you said, so that it's... 10:30 God did this. 10:32 I mean, he could've saved the world 10:33 and it's salvation belongs to Him, 10:35 but He could have done all of this without us 10:37 but He gave us this opportunity 10:39 so that we could develop the character of Christ. 10:42 And this is a permanent part, like I said, 10:46 it's like re-launching 3ABN, this is our mission. 10:50 Our mission is not just to give 10:53 the present truth and the everlasting gospel, 10:56 the Three Angels messages of Revelation 14. 10:59 Our mission is to get you involved in doing this, 11:02 because that's how we're going to usher in the latter rain. 11:06 And one more thought real quick, 11:08 because I'm so excited, you can't tell, can you? 11:12 Do you remember when we were in Israel 11:15 and you go and you see the sea of Galilee 11:20 that is fed by the Jordan river 11:22 and life is teaming around the sea of Galilee. 11:26 There's all kinds of industry, there's all kinds of vegetation 11:28 and farming, and they use it to irrigate. 11:31 Life is teaming, it's receiving this living water 11:35 that's coming from the Jordan into the sea of Galilee. 11:39 But now, the sea of Galilee begins to empty out, 11:42 and as it goes down through the Jordan river 11:44 it goes into the Dead Sea. 11:47 Why is that living water, why does it become dead 11:51 when it reaches the Dead Sea? 11:53 Because there's no outlet. 11:55 And it's the same thing for you and me. 11:57 Amen. 11:58 If we sit in churches, as Ellen White had said, 12:00 if we sit in church, if we pray, 12:03 and we read our Bible, 12:05 but you don't have an outlet to share the good news, 12:09 if you're not becoming a part of the team 12:13 that goes out to share the good news, 12:16 you're gonna be stagnant. 12:17 So we want you to become a part, 12:21 we're calling it the "GO!" Evangelistic Team. 12:24 And may I show real quick a flyer, 12:27 then I'll somebody else to talk. 12:28 Let me show you our flyer because this is something 12:31 that the Lord impressed upon me 12:33 is that it is the "GO!" Evangelistic Team, 12:37 which is the GET. 12:38 And that's... 12:40 See, can you read at the top, it says, 12:41 "GET Going into all the World." That's the "GO!" 12:44 Evangelistic Team, going into all the world. 12:46 And we got to get ready, get set, and go. 12:49 And, it's so simple to get ready. 12:52 All you have to do is call, or go on online 12:55 and you can register at 3ABN.tv. 12:59 Just go on there, you'll see a button 13:01 that it's kind of like on gold certificate right now. 13:03 You can press that button, go on, 13:05 and you can become a monthly donor on credit card, 13:09 or debit card, or PayPal, 13:11 and then, just be sure 13:14 you marked the Recurring Monthly box, 13:17 so that its a monthly donation. 13:20 Then, you get the certificate 13:21 and you start getting not only the tools each month 13:25 but we're working on evangelism tips 13:28 that we'll go out with a letter each month, 13:30 the best way to evangelize. 13:32 We've got all kinds of works in the plans... 13:34 plans in the works. 13:35 And it is so exciting. 13:37 But this is something that so simple 13:39 that it doesn't matter if you are nine or you're ninety, 13:42 that you can share this tool. 13:45 And prayerfully, J.D. and I 13:47 are prayerfully seeking the Lord, 13:51 with whom we should share. 13:52 We've all ready got five people on our list. 13:54 Good. 13:55 So I'm going to have to buy some volume stuff, 13:56 that we'll talk about it later. 13:58 Sure. 13:59 All right, I'll take a deep breath 14:00 and let somebody else go. 14:02 I think Brian is something, 14:03 I want to say this one quick thing, Brian. 14:05 Okay. 14:06 And I can see we're going to be fighting for air time here. 14:08 That's all right. 14:09 Quickly, and I said this sometime last week, 14:10 Ellen White says, if the Lord calls you to go 14:13 and you don't go, heaven sees that as treason. 14:15 Yeah. Wow. 14:17 That's the term she used, she used the term treason. 14:19 If God calls you to go and you don't go, 14:21 heaven says, you are a treasonist. 14:23 And treason of course, is just to pull down the government 14:26 that you just want to legions to. 14:28 So you can not do that. |
