The following program presents principles designed 00:00:01.36\00:00:02.70 to promote good health and is not intended to take 00:00:02.73\00:00:05.20 the place of personalized professional care. 00:00:05.23\00:00:07.70 The opinions and ideas expressed 00:00:07.74\00:00:09.27 are those of the speaker. 00:00:09.30\00:00:10.67 Viewers are encouraged to draw their own conclusions 00:00:10.71\00:00:13.07 about the information presented. 00:00:13.11\00:00:16.41 It's a sad truth, 00:00:16.44\00:00:17.78 but not all diseases can be cured. 00:00:17.81\00:00:19.71 And sometimes the best treatment 00:00:19.75\00:00:21.95 may be to try and maximize one's quality of life 00:00:21.98\00:00:24.25 for a time by slowing down the disease. 00:00:24.29\00:00:27.22 Finding hope in situations like this can be difficult, 00:00:27.26\00:00:29.56 but stay tuned, 00:00:29.59\00:00:30.93 and we'll share some hope with you today, 00:00:30.96\00:00:32.39 here on the Ultimate Prescription. 00:00:32.43\00:00:33.80 Thank you for joining us here 00:00:55.18\00:00:56.52 on the Ultimate Prescription today. 00:00:56.55\00:00:58.12 I'm your host Nick Evenson here with Dr. James Marcum, 00:00:58.15\00:01:02.52 Cardiologist and Speaker Director 00:01:02.56\00:01:04.43 at Heartwise Ministries. 00:01:04.46\00:01:05.79 Yes. 00:01:05.83\00:01:07.16 Dr. Marcum, you know, 00:01:07.20\00:01:08.53 sometimes diseases can't be cured. 00:01:08.56\00:01:10.30 And in those times I think you're very good 00:01:10.33\00:01:12.40 at giving hope to your patients. 00:01:12.43\00:01:14.40 Well, you know, 00:01:14.44\00:01:15.77 it's one thing that's learned is the belief systems 00:01:15.80\00:01:19.47 are a key part of disease. 00:01:19.51\00:01:22.31 And, you know, everyone wants to slow down disease, 00:01:22.34\00:01:25.18 everyone You've heard so much about disease... reversal. 00:01:25.21\00:01:28.78 But I have a lot of patients that come to me 00:01:28.82\00:01:30.99 from everywhere now that have advanced disease. 00:01:31.02\00:01:34.62 I think of a gentleman 00:01:34.66\00:01:35.99 I take care of that at Wall Street,... 00:01:36.02\00:01:38.03 he'd already He's in his late 30s, 00:01:38.06\00:01:40.40 already had his bypass surgery, 00:01:40.43\00:01:42.56 couldn't go 10 feet without having chest pain 00:01:42.60\00:01:45.73 moving up into his jaw 00:01:45.77\00:01:47.84 was already on six or seven medications. 00:01:47.87\00:01:51.24 And he comes to the office 00:01:51.27\00:01:53.27 wanting to know what he can do to help his heart. 00:01:53.31\00:01:55.54 Yeah. 00:01:55.58\00:01:56.91 Well, some of my colleagues, you know, 00:01:56.95\00:01:58.88 the most common manifestation of heart disease 00:01:58.91\00:02:01.48 is coronary artery disease 00:02:01.52\00:02:03.35 that's blockages in the arteries 00:02:03.39\00:02:04.89 that feed the heart muscle. 00:02:04.92\00:02:06.65 And that's what this gentleman from Wall Street was occurring. 00:02:06.69\00:02:09.82 Why did he have it? 00:02:09.86\00:02:11.39 He had bad genes. 00:02:11.43\00:02:13.09 And he was actually storing fat 00:02:13.13\00:02:15.40 in his arteries at an early age. 00:02:15.43\00:02:17.93 Our bodies are made to metabolize fat 00:02:17.97\00:02:20.57 in different ways based on our genetics, 00:02:20.60\00:02:23.07 but if you take in more than 00:02:23.10\00:02:24.44 10 to 15% of your calories in fat, 00:02:24.47\00:02:27.58 which he was doing in his younger age, 00:02:27.61\00:02:30.41 it's stored somewhere, 00:02:30.45\00:02:31.78 you know, some people were taking in up to 30 to 40% 00:02:31.81\00:02:34.08 of their calories in fat. 00:02:34.12\00:02:36.02 And if we get it from saturated fat, 00:02:36.05\00:02:38.05 animal fat, depending on our genes, 00:02:38.09\00:02:40.29 it could be stored, 00:02:40.32\00:02:41.66 and actually everyone in his family 00:02:41.69\00:02:43.49 had genetic heart disease. 00:02:43.53\00:02:45.46 And unfortunately, he was a smoker as well. 00:02:45.49\00:02:47.60 So it's quite a few whammies 00:02:47.63\00:02:48.96 and he started having surgeries and bypasses when he was young. 00:02:49.00\00:02:52.03 It didn't really fix the problem. 00:02:52.07\00:02:53.40 Right. 00:02:53.44\00:02:54.77 Lots of disease, lots of problems, 00:02:54.80\00:02:56.14 and then the arteries were too small, 00:02:56.17\00:02:57.61 too diseased to do anything with procedures. 00:02:57.64\00:03:00.78 His medicines were already maximized. 00:03:00.81\00:03:03.11 So he wanted to know things that he could do. 00:03:03.14\00:03:05.61 And a lot of the doctors he'd been to says, 00:03:05.65\00:03:08.35 "No, it's impossible to reverse any type of disease genetics." 00:03:08.38\00:03:12.45 Okay? 00:03:12.49\00:03:13.82 But we've been learning more and more about this. 00:03:13.86\00:03:16.62 And my interest in this really spurred 00:03:16.66\00:03:19.39 from about a little bit over a decade. 00:03:19.43\00:03:22.20 A friend of mine, Caldwell Esselstyn, 00:03:22.23\00:03:25.07 he wrote this book Reversing Heart Disease. 00:03:25.10\00:03:27.44 Okay. 00:03:27.47\00:03:28.80 And in this book, 00:03:28.84\00:03:30.17 he talks about reversing heart disease, 00:03:30.21\00:03:32.47 how he did it with nutrition. 00:03:32.51\00:03:35.08 And he took a cohort of patients, Nick, 00:03:35.11\00:03:38.28 and he put them on plant-based diet 00:03:38.31\00:03:41.18 and certain numbers 00:03:41.22\00:03:42.55 that weren't able to halt disease, 00:03:42.58\00:03:44.55 some were able to reverse disease. 00:03:44.59\00:03:46.39 Yeah. 00:03:46.42\00:03:47.76 And that was over a decade ago. 00:03:47.79\00:03:49.12 Right. 00:03:49.16\00:03:50.49 So I was very interested in this. 00:03:50.53\00:03:51.86 So I go up to the Cleveland Clinic, 00:03:51.89\00:03:53.23 talk to him about it. 00:03:53.26\00:03:54.60 And this is the only thing he's doing. 00:03:54.63\00:03:55.96 He's putting them on real strict diets, 00:03:56.00\00:03:57.67 plant-based diets, and studying them. 00:03:57.70\00:03:59.83 And he found out 00:03:59.87\00:04:01.20 and he published articles on this about, 00:04:01.24\00:04:02.57 "Yes, it is possible to reverse disease." 00:04:02.60\00:04:05.44 So I shared this with my patient 00:04:05.47\00:04:07.94 from Wall Street. 00:04:07.98\00:04:09.31 I said, "Listen, you know, it's possible not everybody, 00:04:09.34\00:04:12.38 some genetics are too strong. 00:04:12.41\00:04:14.15 But you know, let's do everything 00:04:14.18\00:04:15.52 we can to reverse disease." 00:04:15.55\00:04:17.69 And we start talking about the different stressors. 00:04:17.72\00:04:20.06 So I had him quit smoking cigarettes, okay? 00:04:20.09\00:04:23.69 Then he went to a plant-based diet. 00:04:23.73\00:04:25.99 And then I convinced him that greens, 00:04:26.03\00:04:27.73 nitrates make arteries bigger, make the endothelial healthier, 00:04:27.76\00:04:31.47 you know, and then I talked him about the fats, 00:04:31.50\00:04:33.67 and he was eating lots of fats, 00:04:33.70\00:04:35.84 you know, he loved cheese, he loved bacon, 00:04:35.87\00:04:38.51 he loved those type of things. 00:04:38.54\00:04:40.38 And I had to convince him that, you know, 00:04:40.41\00:04:42.18 you cannot get away with this. 00:04:42.21\00:04:44.25 So he went on basically a no fat diet, 00:04:44.28\00:04:47.28 he might have had a few nuts a week, 00:04:47.32\00:04:49.45 but pretty much no fat diet. 00:04:49.48\00:04:51.59 Then we talked about movement 00:04:51.62\00:04:53.32 and modified movements as he couldn't go very fast, 00:04:53.36\00:04:56.79 but we had to do everything. 00:04:56.83\00:04:58.16 We talked about the rest, all these other things. 00:04:58.19\00:05:00.43 Then we talked about all the stress on the body. 00:05:00.46\00:05:03.23 And guess what? 00:05:03.26\00:05:04.60 He gradually began to walk more, 00:05:04.63\00:05:06.97 he started to grow some new blood vessels, 00:05:07.00\00:05:09.37 his arteries were able to dilate a little bit better, 00:05:09.40\00:05:12.01 even though it had lots of fat in it. 00:05:12.04\00:05:14.04 So he started to improve his symptoms. 00:05:14.08\00:05:16.28 And he started working on stress 00:05:16.31\00:05:18.08 from all of these different problems he was having. 00:05:18.11\00:05:21.55 So it is possible to reverse cardiovascular disease 00:05:21.58\00:05:25.35 to slow it down. 00:05:25.39\00:05:26.72 Now, a lot of the guys that have done 00:05:26.76\00:05:28.49 the research on this don't work 00:05:28.52\00:05:31.99 with the typical person that I do. 00:05:32.03\00:05:34.46 See you remember... How's that? 00:05:34.50\00:05:35.86 Because they work with just people 00:05:35.90\00:05:37.63 with they come to them highly motivated. 00:05:37.67\00:05:40.30 Okay, they get the ones that have a real problem 00:05:40.34\00:05:42.40 that they wanna... 00:05:42.44\00:05:43.77 They wanna do it. 00:05:43.81\00:05:45.14 I work with all comers. 00:05:45.17\00:05:46.51 Some people say, "No, I don't wanna do anything, 00:05:46.54\00:05:48.61 you know, I'd rather do this and die a little bit younger." 00:05:48.64\00:05:51.41 And that's okay. 00:05:51.45\00:05:52.78 Okay, but I tell them, 00:05:52.81\00:05:54.15 it's okay as long as you have Jesus in your life, 00:05:54.18\00:05:56.02 you know, because you wanna have some hope here, 00:05:56.05\00:05:58.22 and some people choose not to do that, 00:05:58.25\00:06:00.36 but a lot of people say, "No, I'm willing to do it." 00:06:00.39\00:06:02.72 And most people if we move one step at a time, 00:06:02.76\00:06:05.73 and you loving them take into the right step, 00:06:05.76\00:06:08.33 most people can do at least something 00:06:08.36\00:06:10.83 to improve their health. 00:06:10.87\00:06:12.53 And a lot of this, you know, a lot of, 00:06:12.57\00:06:14.17 some of my thinking changed dramatically 00:06:14.20\00:06:17.11 when we were able to sequence the human genome, 00:06:17.14\00:06:20.94 really, the DNA is in charge of everything, 00:06:20.98\00:06:23.48 what turns on and off the DNA? 00:06:23.51\00:06:25.88 And I think of the DNA as our hardware, 00:06:25.91\00:06:28.35 okay? 00:06:28.38\00:06:29.72 And all of the stuff, their lifestyle, 00:06:29.75\00:06:31.82 the stresses of life, that's the software, 00:06:31.85\00:06:34.72 we can have good software and bad software. 00:06:34.76\00:06:38.16 The bad software can mess up our core DNA, 00:06:38.19\00:06:41.66 damage it causing disease to occur sooner than 00:06:41.70\00:06:45.27 it might normally then we get the symptoms, 00:06:45.30\00:06:48.14 then we reach for modern medicine 00:06:48.17\00:06:49.80 to treat the symptoms, 00:06:49.84\00:06:51.41 but sometimes we never take time 00:06:51.44\00:06:53.44 to get at the cause. 00:06:53.48\00:06:55.01 And that's what disease reversal is all about. 00:06:55.04\00:06:57.98 Trying to get people back 00:06:58.01\00:06:59.78 at the cause of disease if we can, 00:06:59.81\00:07:02.02 using modern medicine when appropriately, 00:07:02.05\00:07:04.59 and letting them also know 00:07:04.62\00:07:06.32 that there's a God in heaven that gives hope for today 00:07:06.35\00:07:09.02 and hope forever. 00:07:09.06\00:07:10.43 It sounds like your Wall Street patient 00:07:10.46\00:07:11.99 was very motivated. 00:07:12.03\00:07:13.63 And you had some success treating him 00:07:13.66\00:07:15.80 with a holistic plan, not just nutrition, 00:07:15.83\00:07:18.50 not just exercise, or quitting certain habits. 00:07:18.53\00:07:21.37 Yeah. 00:07:21.40\00:07:22.74 But he was willing to do a holistic plan. 00:07:22.77\00:07:24.17 And we've progressed now 00:07:24.21\00:07:26.11 to the step that he's decided that the stress of the job 00:07:26.14\00:07:29.14 is not too good for him. 00:07:29.18\00:07:30.58 So he's gonna quit the job. 00:07:30.61\00:07:32.11 And I'm trying to focus now on belief systems, 00:07:32.15\00:07:35.18 you know, he's not from a spiritual base thing. 00:07:35.22\00:07:37.92 He doesn't think about God. 00:07:37.95\00:07:39.55 But the next step would be convincing him 00:07:39.59\00:07:41.16 and showing everyone likes evidence, Nick, 00:07:41.19\00:07:43.36 and we call this evidence that this can reverse it. 00:07:43.39\00:07:46.29 So now I'm gonna eventually introduce him 00:07:46.33\00:07:48.53 to how worship changes our epigenetics, 00:07:48.56\00:07:51.97 how this changes the way genes are expressed, 00:07:52.00\00:07:54.57 and eventually introduced him to biblical prescriptions 00:07:54.60\00:07:57.44 to slow down aging, 00:07:57.47\00:07:58.94 and perhaps reverse the disease he has. 00:07:58.97\00:08:01.04 Is everyone reversible? 00:08:01.08\00:08:02.51 No, they're not, okay? 00:08:02.54\00:08:04.68 I have some people that their genes 00:08:04.71\00:08:06.11 are just too strong to reverse, 00:08:06.15\00:08:08.28 but I've also noticed 00:08:08.32\00:08:09.65 that genetic activation changes in life. 00:08:09.68\00:08:13.22 It seems like men start to age dramatically 00:08:13.25\00:08:17.13 when their testosterone drops, okay? 00:08:17.16\00:08:19.86 About the mid 50s. 00:08:19.89\00:08:21.60 Women seem to start really aging faster about 10 years 00:08:21.63\00:08:24.87 after menopause. 00:08:24.90\00:08:26.77 And that's when the body starts to age, things start to happen. 00:08:26.80\00:08:30.01 And that's, you know, 00:08:30.04\00:08:31.37 but we wanna start anti-aging techniques 00:08:31.41\00:08:33.64 in our younger years. 00:08:33.68\00:08:35.01 You know, I want you to do it now. 00:08:35.04\00:08:36.54 So you don't have gene expressions 00:08:36.58\00:08:38.18 and symptoms at an early age. 00:08:38.21\00:08:39.98 But it's hard to get people to understand 00:08:40.02\00:08:43.18 that even though you look good on the outside, 00:08:43.22\00:08:45.52 there's things going on the inside 00:08:45.55\00:08:47.46 that are eventually gonna catch up with you. 00:08:47.49\00:08:49.06 Right. Yeah. 00:08:49.09\00:08:50.43 And it's hard to convince them 00:08:50.46\00:08:51.79 of that until they have a symptom. 00:08:51.83\00:08:53.96 So disease reversal is about you know, 00:08:54.00\00:08:56.30 turning things off as long as we can, 00:08:56.33\00:08:58.50 letting everyone know basically, 00:08:58.53\00:09:00.07 we all have bad genes, 00:09:00.10\00:09:02.00 ultimately, well, we all need a savior. 00:09:02.04\00:09:04.14 And we wanna work on the software 00:09:04.17\00:09:06.01 that doesn't turn on the hardware 00:09:06.04\00:09:08.11 before we need to have it turned on. 00:09:08.14\00:09:09.81 That's right. Does that make sense? 00:09:09.84\00:09:11.18 Yeah, absolutely. 00:09:11.21\00:09:12.55 So with this, 00:09:12.58\00:09:13.95 I'm starting, I decided, "Well, you know, 00:09:13.98\00:09:15.75 I've been doing this for a long time now." 00:09:15.78\00:09:18.52 It's time to put all the knowledge together, 00:09:18.55\00:09:20.76 both the place for modern medicine, 00:09:20.79\00:09:23.43 the place for lifestyle, 00:09:23.46\00:09:24.99 and all the things that I learned in visiting, 00:09:25.03\00:09:27.03 you know, like Caldwell Esselstyn, 00:09:27.06\00:09:29.40 T. Colin Campbell, 00:09:29.43\00:09:31.23 the people that work on the mind-body things, 00:09:31.27\00:09:34.04 it's time to put this all in a book. 00:09:34.07\00:09:36.87 So I'm working on probably my last book, 00:09:36.91\00:09:39.81 and it's gonna be called More Control Less Fear 00:09:39.84\00:09:44.71 Reversing Cardiovascular Disease 00:09:44.75\00:09:46.92 One Step at a Time. 00:09:46.95\00:09:49.12 So I'm working on that. 00:09:49.15\00:09:50.72 It's sort of gonna be my last book 00:09:50.75\00:09:52.92 that I think I write, 00:09:52.95\00:09:54.46 and it's gonna sort of bring all of this together 00:09:54.49\00:09:56.62 and we're gonna be able to give it to patients 00:09:56.66\00:09:58.39 that here it is, you know, 00:09:58.43\00:09:59.83 you don't have to cap 20 visits to the doctor. 00:09:59.86\00:10:02.23 Here, 20 visits all at one time, 00:10:02.26\00:10:04.37 take it and use this as a manual. 00:10:04.40\00:10:06.84 In it though I'm also gonna talk about 00:10:06.87\00:10:08.97 the spiritual side subtly. 00:10:09.00\00:10:11.44 And let them decide 00:10:11.47\00:10:12.81 where God would take them with all that. 00:10:12.84\00:10:14.48 Yeah. 00:10:14.51\00:10:15.84 So you're really trying to take the message 00:10:15.88\00:10:17.21 that a lot of us have grown up within the church, 00:10:17.25\00:10:19.58 and really share this with a broader audience, 00:10:19.61\00:10:21.78 your patients and folks at the hospital 00:10:21.82\00:10:23.85 that may otherwise not hear it. 00:10:23.89\00:10:25.22 Yeah. 00:10:25.25\00:10:26.59 So I want to ask, you know, prayer for this 00:10:26.62\00:10:27.96 'cause it does take a little time 00:10:27.99\00:10:29.32 and I haven't been able to cut down 00:10:29.36\00:10:30.69 on the normal practice. 00:10:30.73\00:10:32.06 So, you know, I work 60 hours a week and... 00:10:32.09\00:10:33.43 With the Chattanooga Heart Institute, 00:10:33.46\00:10:35.36 and there's so many people that need help acutely, 00:10:35.40\00:10:38.63 that need to sort through all this and one thing that's, 00:10:38.67\00:10:42.74 you know, after practicing for so many years, 00:10:42.77\00:10:45.64 you see just about everything. 00:10:45.67\00:10:47.01 Right. 00:10:47.04\00:10:48.38 And you sort of can help people move them 00:10:48.41\00:10:50.41 to where they need to go. 00:10:50.45\00:10:52.01 So they don't have a lot of fear. 00:10:52.05\00:10:53.85 A lot of people the fear of the disease 00:10:53.88\00:10:56.45 is sometimes the chemistry of fear 00:10:56.48\00:10:59.05 and worry is sometimes worse than having it many instances. 00:10:59.09\00:11:03.06 So there's an art to knowing, you know, 00:11:03.09\00:11:05.16 how to present things, you know, 00:11:05.19\00:11:07.00 I had a patient the other day that had an aneurysm. 00:11:07.03\00:11:10.23 Well, when you say the word aneurysm, 00:11:10.27\00:11:12.13 people get really scared. 00:11:12.17\00:11:13.50 Yeah. Okay. 00:11:13.54\00:11:14.87 But if you say a dilatation of a blood vessel, 00:11:14.90\00:11:17.57 that's a little nicer way. 00:11:17.61\00:11:18.94 And we'll keep an eye on that. 00:11:18.97\00:11:20.44 It's not to the stage where I think it's dangerous, 00:11:20.48\00:11:22.51 but it's a stage 00:11:22.54\00:11:23.88 where we need to keep an eye on it. 00:11:23.91\00:11:25.45 And now our technology, Nick, is so advanced, 00:11:25.48\00:11:28.98 that we find out a lot 00:11:29.02\00:11:30.42 of what I call incidental findings. 00:11:30.45\00:11:32.89 We find things that are wrong in the body, 00:11:32.92\00:11:35.69 but it's no consequence. 00:11:35.72\00:11:37.69 And sometimes we'll find a disease 00:11:37.73\00:11:39.53 that will sit quiet 00:11:39.56\00:11:40.90 and someone else will die from something else. 00:11:40.93\00:11:43.16 After doing this for so many years 00:11:43.20\00:11:45.73 the patients that I started with nearly 30 years ago now 00:11:45.77\00:11:49.10 are in their 90s now, 00:11:49.14\00:11:50.71 they don't usually die of heart disease, 00:11:50.74\00:11:52.31 even though they have it, they die of fall. 00:11:52.34\00:11:54.34 Right. 00:11:54.38\00:11:55.71 I'd say more people die of fall in the advanced ages 00:11:55.74\00:11:58.71 than anything else. 00:11:58.75\00:12:00.08 Their balance gets worse. 00:12:00.12\00:12:01.75 They try to do things they shouldn't do. 00:12:01.78\00:12:04.05 Their muscles and bones get weak, they fall down, 00:12:04.09\00:12:07.42 and they bonk their head, they break something. 00:12:07.46\00:12:09.92 And even though they have heart disease 00:12:09.96\00:12:11.56 or some other chronic condition, 00:12:11.59\00:12:13.33 that doesn't get them, the fall does. 00:12:13.36\00:12:15.76 And it seems like I can't convince people 00:12:15.80\00:12:17.60 of the dangers of falling down as much as these other things. 00:12:17.63\00:12:21.20 But, you know, 00:12:21.24\00:12:22.57 but it's very interesting as the body ages, 00:12:22.60\00:12:24.51 which part malfunctions first, and hopefully, 00:12:24.54\00:12:28.01 we have our viewers out there that this will help them 00:12:28.04\00:12:30.25 at least learn how to be more careful 00:12:30.28\00:12:32.61 if you're older about falling down. 00:12:32.65\00:12:34.98 Make sure you get up slower. 00:12:35.02\00:12:37.09 Make sure you have something to hold on to. 00:12:37.12\00:12:38.99 Don't be too proud. 00:12:39.02\00:12:40.46 Don't be doing dangerous thing 00:12:40.49\00:12:41.89 like my nine-year old that got up on the roof 00:12:41.92\00:12:43.83 to clean his gutters and fell off the roof 00:12:43.86\00:12:46.16 or going down stairs 00:12:46.19\00:12:47.83 where you probably should take the elevator. 00:12:47.86\00:12:50.07 You know, be smart about things, you know, 00:12:50.10\00:12:52.37 'cause sometimes less is more. 00:12:52.40\00:12:54.47 Yeah, well, we're gonna take a break in just a moment, 00:12:54.50\00:12:56.44 but before we do that, 00:12:56.47\00:12:57.81 I wanna go ahead and tell people 00:12:57.84\00:12:59.17 about a resource 00:12:59.21\00:13:00.54 that they can have for free today 00:13:00.58\00:13:01.91 and take with them everywhere that they go. 00:13:01.94\00:13:03.35 The Biblical Prescriptions app 00:13:03.38\00:13:05.11 is a new free download 00:13:05.15\00:13:07.22 from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store. 00:13:07.25\00:13:10.05 And it will remind you three times a day 00:13:10.09\00:13:12.45 at times that you can choose a scripture 00:13:12.49\00:13:15.29 and there's a worship routine that will take about 10 minutes 00:13:15.32\00:13:17.33 and you can go through that. 00:13:17.36\00:13:18.69 And it really helps you implement 00:13:18.73\00:13:20.10 and retain God's Word 00:13:20.13\00:13:21.46 and keep that right at the forefront of your mind 00:13:21.50\00:13:23.23 as you go throughout the day. 00:13:23.26\00:13:24.60 So check out HeartWiseMinistries.org 00:13:24.63\00:13:27.10 or go straight to the App Store 00:13:27.14\00:13:28.97 and you can download that for free. 00:13:29.00\00:13:30.57 So we're gonna be back with more 00:13:30.61\00:13:31.94 on the Ultimate Prescription in just a moment. 00:13:31.97\00:13:33.51
