Welcome back. 00:00:01.36\00:00:02.70 If you're just joining us, today on the program, 00:00:02.73\00:00:04.07 we're discussing brain health. 00:00:04.10\00:00:05.43 And, Dr. Marcum, 00:00:05.47\00:00:06.80 we were just discussing before the break 00:00:06.84\00:00:08.17 about modern medicine 00:00:08.20\00:00:09.54 and what it has to offer in treatment 00:00:09.57\00:00:10.91 for brain health and mental health. 00:00:10.94\00:00:12.27 Why don't you pick up where we left off, 00:00:12.31\00:00:13.64 what do we need to know? 00:00:13.68\00:00:15.01 And this is a very complex subject 00:00:15.04\00:00:17.01 and the specialists in brains are neurologists, 00:00:17.05\00:00:19.88 they're specialists, psychiatrists are specialist, 00:00:19.91\00:00:23.18 psychologists, they get specialized training... 00:00:23.22\00:00:26.02 I'm a cardiologist, Nick. 00:00:26.05\00:00:27.79 So if I had to pick up what I've learned on my own 00:00:27.82\00:00:31.29 from reading about different people 00:00:31.33\00:00:32.89 and putting my opinions together 00:00:32.93\00:00:34.86 on how the brain affects the entire body, 00:00:34.90\00:00:36.80 but I wanna encourage people, learn more. 00:00:36.83\00:00:38.73 You know, go to the Internet, 00:00:38.77\00:00:40.10 learn more about how the brain works, you know. 00:00:40.14\00:00:43.17 But what I tried to understand is 00:00:43.20\00:00:45.04 if you think about some of the frameworks 00:00:45.07\00:00:46.71 we've talked about 00:00:46.74\00:00:48.08 how our brains sometimes have bad genes, 00:00:48.11\00:00:50.31 different things, 00:00:50.35\00:00:51.68 stressors activate those bad genes, 00:00:51.71\00:00:53.72 the organ malfunctions, 00:00:53.75\00:00:55.55 so modern medicine sometimes focuses on the symptom 00:00:55.58\00:00:59.15 and not at the cause of the malfunction. 00:00:59.19\00:01:00.52 Right. 00:01:00.56\00:01:01.89 So I want to focus on, 00:01:01.92\00:01:03.26 well, sometimes we have bad genes 00:01:03.29\00:01:04.63 and there's nothing we can do, okay? 00:01:04.66\00:01:06.49 And sometimes that's where modern medicine 00:01:06.53\00:01:08.30 might be able to benefit in extreme cases 00:01:08.33\00:01:10.63 if the symptom is not as bad as the treatment, okay? 00:01:10.67\00:01:14.54 Remember, this is not gonna heal us, 00:01:14.57\00:01:16.50 this just helps our symptoms 'cause we have bad genes. 00:01:16.54\00:01:18.77 You can't take away everyone's genes 00:01:18.81\00:01:20.38 and put new ones in. 00:01:20.41\00:01:21.74 So modern medicine is treating the symptom 00:01:21.78\00:01:23.45 but sometimes that might be worth it 00:01:23.48\00:01:25.25 if the symptoms creates more problems. 00:01:25.28\00:01:27.28 You follow me? 00:01:27.32\00:01:28.65 Yeah. Okay. 00:01:28.68\00:01:30.02 But we have to be aware of the side effects, 00:01:30.05\00:01:31.62 both short-term and long-term. 00:01:31.65\00:01:33.46 And I try to say, well, even if we did it short term, 00:01:33.49\00:01:35.82 is there something we can do 00:01:35.86\00:01:37.63 with a lifestyle change or a mental lifestyle change 00:01:37.66\00:01:41.23 that would affect it, 00:01:41.26\00:01:42.60 so modern medicine sometimes does not focus on 00:01:42.63\00:01:44.80 all the stressors of life that affect the brain. 00:01:44.83\00:01:47.10 Sure. Yeah. 00:01:47.14\00:01:48.47 Simple stressors like 00:01:48.50\00:01:49.84 not getting the brain enough rest, 00:01:49.87\00:01:51.97 not getting the brain outside. 00:01:52.01\00:01:54.08 In the old days 00:01:54.11\00:01:55.44 if a person had schizophrenia, in the '50s, 00:01:55.48\00:01:58.78 they would take them to, 00:01:58.81\00:02:00.15 what they called an insane asylum, you know. 00:02:00.18\00:02:03.05 And those people with schizophrenia 00:02:03.08\00:02:04.69 at that time, 00:02:04.72\00:02:06.05 they would take him out in the garden, 00:02:06.09\00:02:07.46 let him rest their brains, they wouldn't have to work, 00:02:07.49\00:02:09.89 they take it easy, eat some food, 00:02:09.92\00:02:12.69 and half of those people would get better 00:02:12.73\00:02:15.76 and not be disabled or not get... 00:02:15.80\00:02:17.77 So there's something about just resting the brain. 00:02:17.80\00:02:20.84 I've heard many anecdotal stories 00:02:20.87\00:02:23.24 about brains under stress and people taking sabbaticals 00:02:23.27\00:02:26.47 where they'll walk the Appalachian Trail 00:02:26.51\00:02:28.34 or go out in nature. 00:02:28.38\00:02:29.88 And somehow that rest 00:02:29.91\00:02:31.58 and not keeping the brain over stimulus 00:02:31.61\00:02:33.98 helps the brain heal on its own. 00:02:34.02\00:02:35.35 Yeah. 00:02:35.38\00:02:36.72 If you think about... 00:02:36.75\00:02:38.09 If you hurt your arm or your leg, 00:02:38.12\00:02:39.59 you won't keep riding your bike, 00:02:39.62\00:02:41.02 you'd rest it till it healed. 00:02:41.06\00:02:42.86 Well, sometimes the brain just needs physical rest 00:02:42.89\00:02:46.63 which means turn down some of the stimuli of life. 00:02:46.66\00:02:50.00 Right. 00:02:50.03\00:02:51.37 And now we have more stimuli than ever. 00:02:51.40\00:02:54.07 Sure. Yeah. 00:02:54.10\00:02:55.44 We stay up too late, we stay indoors, 00:02:55.47\00:02:57.57 there's Internet, there's cell phones, 00:02:57.61\00:02:59.77 some people are checking their devices every hour, 00:02:59.81\00:03:02.61 not to mention other things 00:03:02.64\00:03:04.01 that we do that might stress the brain out. 00:03:04.05\00:03:06.55 So modern medicine sometimes does not focus on that 00:03:06.58\00:03:09.92 and that's something I think needs to be focused on. 00:03:09.95\00:03:12.12 Sure. Yeah. 00:03:12.15\00:03:13.49 Now as we're learning about the brain, 00:03:13.52\00:03:15.26 we'd be getting educated 00:03:15.29\00:03:16.96 and that's what led me back to my real source of truth 00:03:16.99\00:03:20.06 and that's the Bible and letting the Bible help, 00:03:20.10\00:03:23.37 you know, show that 00:03:23.40\00:03:24.73 where the modern medicine's appropriate, 00:03:24.77\00:03:26.10 where lifestyle but understanding 00:03:26.13\00:03:27.64 that we need a Savior, 00:03:27.67\00:03:29.00 our brains need Savior and only God can do that. 00:03:29.04\00:03:32.14 So we have to incorporate God's Word into our brains. 00:03:32.17\00:03:35.18 Right. 00:03:35.21\00:03:36.54 That's where the spirituality takes hold 00:03:36.58\00:03:38.98 and that's where I think that's a very important 00:03:39.01\00:03:41.12 for the treatment of the brain 00:03:41.15\00:03:42.48 even if we have to use medicines, 00:03:42.52\00:03:43.95 even if we have to use lifestyle, 00:03:43.99\00:03:45.32 we want to have that. 00:03:45.35\00:03:47.59 Let me tell you story, Nick. 00:03:47.62\00:03:48.96 You like stories? Story time is great. 00:03:48.99\00:03:50.33 I love stories. Story time is great. 00:03:50.36\00:03:51.69 Well, I'll see if I can remember the story 00:03:51.73\00:03:53.06 because sometimes I forget stories. 00:03:53.09\00:03:54.66 So you don't know the story, so you can't help me with it. 00:03:54.70\00:03:57.77 But there once was a man on an elevator, okay? 00:03:57.80\00:04:02.17 And he had to go up to the 89th floor. 00:04:02.20\00:04:05.21 And I'm gonna use your brain to help remember the story 00:04:05.24\00:04:07.54 to make sure you're listening. 00:04:07.58\00:04:08.91 So what floor? Eighty-ninth floor. 00:04:08.94\00:04:10.28 Eighty-ninth floor. 00:04:10.31\00:04:11.65 And this elevator was an elevator that went up 00:04:11.68\00:04:14.48 and on the elevator with him was Jesus. 00:04:14.52\00:04:18.09 Jesus was riding in the elevator car 00:04:18.12\00:04:20.06 with this man. 00:04:20.09\00:04:21.42 All right. Okay? 00:04:21.46\00:04:22.79 So this man starts 00:04:22.82\00:04:24.16 and he's got to go from ground one 00:04:24.19\00:04:26.49 all the way to 89, okay? 00:04:26.53\00:04:28.73 So he's going up in the elevator 00:04:28.76\00:04:30.73 and every time it went up he would fall down, 00:04:30.77\00:04:33.34 he'd fall down, okay? 00:04:33.37\00:04:35.90 And Jesus would be in the elevator 00:04:35.94\00:04:37.37 and the door would open 00:04:37.41\00:04:38.74 and some people would come in and out, 00:04:38.77\00:04:40.14 but Jesus would stay with this man, okay? 00:04:40.18\00:04:42.84 And He would help this man up every time he fell down, okay? 00:04:42.88\00:04:46.85 He'd just pick him up and the man, 00:04:46.88\00:04:48.45 you know, felt bad that he fell down. 00:04:48.48\00:04:49.88 But he, you know, Jesus was there, 00:04:49.92\00:04:51.25 He picked this man up. 00:04:51.29\00:04:53.19 So they got about to the 30th floor, okay? 00:04:53.22\00:04:56.16 And the door opened again and the man fell down again, 00:04:56.19\00:04:58.03 okay? 00:04:58.06\00:04:59.39 Some people came in 00:04:59.43\00:05:00.76 and Jesus helped pick the man up. 00:05:00.80\00:05:02.13 So He got him up off of his feet, 00:05:02.16\00:05:03.87 got him ready to leave 00:05:03.90\00:05:05.23 when he got to the 89th floor to leave the elevator. 00:05:05.27\00:05:08.37 Well, after about 30th the elevator went down suddenly 00:05:08.40\00:05:11.44 to the 20th floor, okay? 00:05:11.47\00:05:13.61 And the man fell down again, okay? 00:05:13.64\00:05:15.28 He went down. 00:05:15.31\00:05:16.64 And the man is getting a little bit discouraged. 00:05:16.68\00:05:18.21 And he says, 00:05:18.25\00:05:19.58 "I'm never gonna make it to the 89th floor!" 00:05:19.61\00:05:22.72 So the elevator went down, 00:05:22.75\00:05:24.09 but Jesus was still there with him. 00:05:24.12\00:05:25.69 He fell down again, 00:05:25.72\00:05:27.39 but Jesus helped him up, 00:05:27.42\00:05:28.99 picked him up again, 00:05:29.02\00:05:30.36 you know, got him back on his feet again. 00:05:30.39\00:05:32.29 So finally, you know, as the elevator went up 00:05:32.33\00:05:35.96 and occasionally went down, 00:05:36.00\00:05:37.33 but it gradually kept going up, the trend was going up. 00:05:37.37\00:05:40.17 Finally, he realized that, 00:05:40.20\00:05:43.00 you know, he wouldn't fall down, 00:05:43.04\00:05:45.21 if he would just hold on to Jesus. 00:05:45.24\00:05:46.84 Yeah. 00:05:46.88\00:05:48.21 So as he went up, 00:05:48.24\00:05:49.58 he says, "Listen, when the door is opening 00:05:49.61\00:05:50.95 and while it's opening, 00:05:50.98\00:05:52.31 I'm just gonna hold on to Jesus, 00:05:52.35\00:05:53.68 so I don't fall down." 00:05:53.72\00:05:55.05 And as he'd learned to hold on to Jesus more, 00:05:55.08\00:05:59.52 he fell down less. 00:05:59.55\00:06:02.06 And eventually, he didn't reached the 89th floor, 00:06:02.09\00:06:05.09 but he kept from falling down, 00:06:05.13\00:06:07.43 and he knew that he was gonna get there someday. 00:06:07.46\00:06:12.03 Well, when it comes to brain health 00:06:12.07\00:06:15.17 we're all on a brain health journey, okay? 00:06:15.20\00:06:18.67 We're all on a journey to get to the 89th floor, okay? 00:06:18.71\00:06:21.98 'Cause that's where we want to be, 00:06:22.01\00:06:23.68 that's our ultimate destination. 00:06:23.71\00:06:26.28 We have to start somewhere, there's gonna be ups and downs, 00:06:26.31\00:06:29.98 and often in life we fall down quite a bit. 00:06:30.02\00:06:32.72 So you're saying the 89th floor represents 00:06:32.75\00:06:34.19 like optimal brain function as best as we can get or... 00:06:34.22\00:06:37.63 I'm gonna leave that up to you to what it means for you. 00:06:37.66\00:06:39.69 Okay, all right, all right. 00:06:39.73\00:06:41.06 I mean what does that mean, 00:06:41.10\00:06:42.43 what's the ultimate place to go. 00:06:42.46\00:06:44.07 Well, that's where this gentleman 00:06:44.10\00:06:45.57 was heading. 00:06:45.60\00:06:47.17 And Jesus was with him the whole time, 00:06:47.20\00:06:49.27 even though he kept falling down, okay? 00:06:49.30\00:06:51.34 So he kept falling down but eventually, he figured out 00:06:51.37\00:06:54.28 that the only real true solution was to hold on 00:06:54.31\00:06:57.75 and as he held on, he fell down a lot less. 00:06:57.78\00:07:00.65 Yeah. 00:07:00.68\00:07:02.02 So as we move through our ultimate destination 00:07:02.05\00:07:05.55 when we're with Jesus, we're gonna fall down. 00:07:05.59\00:07:08.29 Yeah. 00:07:08.32\00:07:09.66 But He's never gonna leave the elevator, 00:07:09.69\00:07:11.96 He is always there with us. 00:07:11.99\00:07:13.90 You know, these people are going and coming 00:07:13.93\00:07:15.80 and our floors might go down sometimes 00:07:15.83\00:07:18.40 but He is always on the elevator with us, 00:07:18.43\00:07:19.90 He is not leaving. 00:07:19.93\00:07:21.27 Right. Yeah. 00:07:21.30\00:07:22.64 He's always gonna be there if we... 00:07:22.67\00:07:24.01 You know, He's gonna be there. 00:07:24.04\00:07:25.81 But sooner or later, hopefully, 00:07:25.84\00:07:27.44 our brains will figure out what's going on, 00:07:27.48\00:07:30.81 you know, and these stresses of going up and down 00:07:30.85\00:07:33.05 aren't the big issue, okay? 00:07:33.08\00:07:34.82 That's not the issue. 00:07:34.85\00:07:36.32 We all have bad genes, 00:07:36.35\00:07:37.69 we're gonna go up and down in this life that we're under. 00:07:37.72\00:07:40.12 That's not the issue. 00:07:40.16\00:07:42.09 The issue is not whether we're falling down or not 00:07:42.12\00:07:44.19 because we will fall down. 00:07:44.23\00:07:45.96 Will we figure out who to hold on to? 00:07:45.99\00:07:49.16 So we get to our ultimate journey. 00:07:49.20\00:07:51.73 That's the question. 00:07:51.77\00:07:53.10 Are we gonna figure out who to hold on to 00:07:53.13\00:07:54.64 so we don't quit falling down as much. 00:07:54.67\00:07:56.81 'Cause the help is always there, 00:07:56.84\00:07:58.61 it's whether we will activate that. 00:07:58.64\00:08:00.28 Well, the brain is very complicated. 00:08:00.31\00:08:02.78 Our brains are always gonna have ups and downs 00:08:02.81\00:08:04.78 as we go through life, 00:08:04.81\00:08:06.31 but are we gonna figure out where to go to optimize it 00:08:06.35\00:08:09.32 as much as we go to this ultimate journey 00:08:09.35\00:08:11.29 that we're heading on. 00:08:11.32\00:08:13.09 So I'll let you just think about that. 00:08:13.12\00:08:15.09 And in my treatment and with brain health, 00:08:15.12\00:08:19.03 I realize that I don't understand a lot. 00:08:19.06\00:08:22.46 Yeah. 00:08:22.50\00:08:23.83 The more we learn, the less we know. 00:08:23.87\00:08:25.20 Yeah. And I'm gonna fall down a lot. 00:08:25.23\00:08:27.14 All of us are gonna fall down a lot on this journey, 00:08:27.17\00:08:29.67 but we have someone there 00:08:29.70\00:08:31.07 that's willing to pick us up every single time. 00:08:31.11\00:08:33.54 That's right. Yeah. 00:08:33.58\00:08:34.91 When the door opens, He's not leaving us, 00:08:34.94\00:08:36.51 He's not getting out the elevator, 00:08:36.54\00:08:37.88 He's staying on the elevator with us. 00:08:37.91\00:08:39.95 And hopefully, 00:08:39.98\00:08:41.32 we will learn to hold on 00:08:41.35\00:08:43.72 as hard as we can 00:08:43.75\00:08:45.69 so we don't fall down as much. 00:08:45.72\00:08:47.29 And the way we hold on is come to Him 00:08:47.32\00:08:50.26 and say, "Lord, I need a Savior, 00:08:50.29\00:08:51.73 I need You to forgive me, to help me forget the past, 00:08:51.76\00:08:54.43 I need a Savior. 00:08:54.46\00:08:55.80 I need You to introduce me to make me clean, 00:08:55.83\00:08:58.30 so I can come in front of God." 00:08:58.33\00:08:59.73 So you can make these changes 00:08:59.77\00:09:01.10 and no matter what happens to my brain, 00:09:01.14\00:09:03.20 I know that there is one place I can be safe forever. 00:09:03.24\00:09:06.57 And when I do this regularly, 00:09:06.61\00:09:08.94 it's like nourishment for my brain 00:09:08.98\00:09:11.18 just like fiber nourishes the bacteria, 00:09:11.21\00:09:13.65 the good bacteria in the brain, I mean, in the bowel, 00:09:13.68\00:09:16.32 you know, it makes butyrate. 00:09:16.35\00:09:17.69 So the good bacteria outweighs the bad. 00:09:17.72\00:09:20.19 Well, when we do this to worship our brains, 00:09:20.22\00:09:22.86 we now have the science to show that 00:09:22.89\00:09:24.36 the parts of the brains can grow, 00:09:24.39\00:09:26.06 the anterior cingulate can grow, 00:09:26.09\00:09:27.70 maybe we can turn off some of this bad software 00:09:27.73\00:09:30.43 that we're bringing in from all the stimuli 00:09:30.47\00:09:32.27 that we can't get away with, 00:09:32.30\00:09:33.94 maybe we're gonna fall down a lot 00:09:33.97\00:09:35.57 on our journey, 00:09:35.60\00:09:36.94 but at least, we know someone's there to help us, 00:09:36.97\00:09:39.14 and we have someone to hold on to 00:09:39.17\00:09:40.68 so we don't fall down as much. 00:09:40.71\00:09:42.38 Now, we're also developing a new tool for folks 00:09:42.41\00:09:45.78 right now, 00:09:45.81\00:09:47.15 the Biblical Prescriptions worship study, 00:09:47.18\00:09:49.55 and we're building an app for it. 00:09:49.58\00:09:51.12 Talk just a little bit about that 00:09:51.15\00:09:52.49 how can that help people's brain? 00:09:52.52\00:09:53.86 Well, one of the things that we wanted to do 00:09:53.89\00:09:56.12 so, you know, we talk about, 00:09:56.16\00:09:57.49 well, what's worship and a lot of people feel discouraged, 00:09:57.53\00:09:59.76 "Well, I don't know how to worship, I can't. 00:09:59.79\00:10:01.66 You know, how do I have something 00:10:01.70\00:10:03.03 that I feed my brain regularly, worship regularly?" 00:10:03.06\00:10:05.67 Well, it's so important, 00:10:05.70\00:10:07.27 you know, we spend so much time 00:10:07.30\00:10:09.44 getting ready for other important events 00:10:09.47\00:10:11.11 but what is more important each day 00:10:11.14\00:10:13.21 that we do for our brains to nourish our brains, 00:10:13.24\00:10:16.44 to grow our brains, to turn off this bad chemistry 00:10:16.48\00:10:19.15 to help counteract some of these bad influences, 00:10:19.18\00:10:22.15 to give us something to hold on to in our worship. 00:10:22.18\00:10:24.35 Right. Yeah. 00:10:24.39\00:10:25.72 So we've developed a 10 minutes intervention, 00:10:25.75\00:10:27.99 we call it, 'cause we're studying it. 00:10:28.02\00:10:29.86 An intervention something we can do 00:10:29.89\00:10:31.76 are called biblical worship. 00:10:31.79\00:10:33.50 A 10-minute study where they go 00:10:33.53\00:10:35.50 and they get ready for worship by, 00:10:35.53\00:10:37.47 you know, by saying a prayer, inviting Christ in their life, 00:10:37.50\00:10:40.44 they have a short text 00:10:40.47\00:10:41.97 that they can put into their hippocampus, 00:10:42.00\00:10:44.37 the memory center, so it's working all day. 00:10:44.41\00:10:46.64 There are some things to be thankful for, 00:10:46.68\00:10:48.88 some things to praise God for, a chance, 00:10:48.91\00:10:51.71 you know, to have your sins forgiven, 00:10:51.75\00:10:54.08 and to come into a relationship and have that start. 00:10:54.12\00:10:57.39 So you want to learn more and to grow it, 00:10:57.42\00:10:59.92 so we can feed that part of our brain daily, 00:10:59.95\00:11:02.76 and we can know that we're in a safe place. 00:11:02.79\00:11:04.59 So we're developing that worship study, 00:11:04.63\00:11:07.20 a 10-minute study that can be on an app 00:11:07.23\00:11:09.23 that people can download, that they can learn. 00:11:09.26\00:11:11.43 And I'm sure people out there are worshiping already, 00:11:11.47\00:11:13.94 but I found in my office 00:11:13.97\00:11:15.30 you don't take things for granted, Nick. 00:11:15.34\00:11:17.21 Some people just don't know things like, 00:11:17.24\00:11:19.67 people that don't know much about nutrition, 00:11:19.71\00:11:22.31 they don't know much about modern medicine. 00:11:22.34\00:11:23.98 We can't assume things. 00:11:24.01\00:11:25.58 So I want people in the brain health 00:11:25.61\00:11:27.25 not to, you know, I won't assume that they know, 00:11:27.28\00:11:29.35 but I wanna give them something 00:11:29.38\00:11:30.79 that they wanna move with it they can. 00:11:30.82\00:11:32.92 This Bible study is one way that we can do things. 00:11:32.95\00:11:35.89 Well, we're now creating a biblical worship. 00:11:35.92\00:11:38.36 Of course, we want people to worship on their own 00:11:38.39\00:11:40.93 to find the way God wants them to worship biblically 00:11:40.96\00:11:43.83 to go to their churches, to read their... 00:11:43.87\00:11:45.43 We want people to do all of that, 00:11:45.47\00:11:47.07 but this is just another tool 00:11:47.10\00:11:48.77 that might help people grow another intervention, 00:11:48.80\00:11:51.81 I like to call it, another Biblical Prescription 00:11:51.84\00:11:54.64 that's been there all along. 00:11:54.68\00:11:56.08 So we don't fall down as much, we have something to hold on to 00:11:56.11\00:11:59.65 through the ups and downs of life 00:11:59.68\00:12:01.28 as we head to our ultimate journey. 00:12:01.32\00:12:03.05 Yeah. 00:12:03.08\00:12:04.42 Well, we're about out of time today 00:12:04.45\00:12:05.79 but, Dr. Marcum, thank you for sharing with us 00:12:05.82\00:12:07.16 about brain health and how worship can benefit us. 00:12:07.19\00:12:09.32 Yeah, it's very complicated, 00:12:09.36\00:12:11.03 but I just want the big picture to be known today 00:12:11.06\00:12:13.19 that we want to develop this 00:12:13.23\00:12:14.93 and realizing the brain is important 00:12:14.96\00:12:16.56 to every decision we make, 00:12:16.60\00:12:18.27 including the decisions we make in lifestyle, 00:12:18.30\00:12:20.87 the decisions we make on modern medicine, 00:12:20.90\00:12:23.97 the relationships we have with God and each other, 00:12:24.01\00:12:26.44 don't ignore the stress in the brain 00:12:26.47\00:12:28.34 'cause it's a big control center of everything. 00:12:28.38\00:12:30.78 Yeah. 00:12:30.81\00:12:32.15 And if you wanna learn more about The Biblical Worship app 00:12:32.18\00:12:34.98 and the 10-minute daily studies, 00:12:35.02\00:12:36.95 signup on our newsletter 00:12:36.99\00:12:38.39 at HeartWiseMinistries .org/Newsletter 00:12:38.42\00:12:41.92 or just go to the website 00:12:41.96\00:12:43.29 and there's a button on the front page 00:12:43.32\00:12:44.66 and you can be a part of that worship study in the future. 00:12:44.69\00:12:48.60 Yeah.
