The following program presents principles designed 00:00:01.36\00:00:02.70 to promote good health 00:00:02.73\00:00:04.07 and is not intended to take the place 00:00:04.10\00:00:05.63 of personalized professional care. 00:00:05.67\00:00:07.60 The opinions and ideas expressed 00:00:07.64\00:00:09.20 are those of the speaker. 00:00:09.24\00:00:10.64 Viewers are encouraged to draw their own conclusions 00:00:10.67\00:00:13.11 about the information presented. 00:00:13.14\00:00:15.21 The human brain is by far the most complex design 00:00:15.24\00:00:18.78 known to man. 00:00:18.81\00:00:20.15 And our best and brighter scientists 00:00:20.18\00:00:21.52 from around the world 00:00:21.55\00:00:22.88 are just now scratching the surface 00:00:22.92\00:00:24.35 when it comes to understanding how the brain really works. 00:00:24.39\00:00:27.49 But we have learned a few things. 00:00:27.52\00:00:28.92 And on today's program, we'll be sharing tips 00:00:28.96\00:00:30.76 that you can use to improve your brain health today 00:00:30.79\00:00:33.40 no matter where you're starting from. 00:00:33.43\00:00:35.20 The Ultimate Prescription starts now. 00:00:35.23\00:00:37.10 Thanks for joining us here today 00:00:56.69\00:00:58.19 on The Ultimate Prescription, 00:00:58.22\00:00:59.55 a program dedicated to helping us better understand 00:00:59.59\00:01:01.99 God's design for our lives 00:01:02.02\00:01:03.36 and experiencing better health by following His plan. 00:01:03.39\00:01:06.03 I'm your host Nick Evenson, 00:01:06.06\00:01:07.40 and I'm joined by Dr. James Marcum 00:01:07.43\00:01:09.10 for an excellent program today 00:01:09.13\00:01:10.47 in which we'll be discussing brain health. 00:01:10.50\00:01:12.60 And, Dr. Marcum, welcome to the program 00:01:12.63\00:01:14.67 and tell us, as a cardiologist, 00:01:14.70\00:01:16.94 how have you learned about brain health? 00:01:16.97\00:01:18.31 Well, I've had to understand, 00:01:18.34\00:01:20.21 I specialize in disease reversal. 00:01:20.24\00:01:22.64 Okay. 00:01:22.68\00:01:24.01 And what that means, you know, 00:01:24.05\00:01:25.38 do we ever actually reverse disease? 00:01:25.41\00:01:27.92 Probably some things we can slow it down, 00:01:27.95\00:01:30.69 some people we can improve, but we don't really reverse 00:01:30.72\00:01:33.36 some of the genetic tendencies that we have. 00:01:33.39\00:01:35.92 Right. 00:01:35.96\00:01:37.29 But one of the things I've learned 00:01:37.33\00:01:38.69 that the brain is a very valuable way to improve things. 00:01:38.73\00:01:43.06 And when we talk... 00:01:43.10\00:01:44.43 Earlier, we talked about all the stresses that 00:01:44.47\00:01:46.77 cause the disease, and we talked about 00:01:46.80\00:01:49.24 how our genes are all bad including our brain genes. 00:01:49.27\00:01:52.37 Yeah. 00:01:52.41\00:01:53.74 And the stresses accelerate ageing 00:01:53.78\00:01:55.34 and accelerate damaging, 00:01:55.38\00:01:56.78 and often our body compensates in some ways. 00:01:56.81\00:02:00.92 Some ways good, some ways not so good. 00:02:00.95\00:02:04.12 In brain health, you know, we talk about the inputs. 00:02:04.15\00:02:06.49 You know, we talked about in lifestyle, 00:02:06.52\00:02:08.12 food, we talk a lot about food. 00:02:08.16\00:02:10.33 But just as dangerous to our health 00:02:10.36\00:02:11.96 is having bad brain inputs. 00:02:11.99\00:02:13.90 And we have brain inputs over prolong periods of time, 00:02:13.93\00:02:17.33 we can have damage to us. 00:02:17.37\00:02:19.73 So that's why we want to understand 00:02:19.77\00:02:21.47 this complex organ. 00:02:21.50\00:02:23.74 And the more we learn, the less we know about it. 00:02:23.77\00:02:26.47 It's more complex than the internet could ever be. 00:02:26.51\00:02:29.58 And it looks at all of the advance programs it does, 00:02:29.61\00:02:31.71 all the storage devices, how do we recall things, 00:02:31.75\00:02:34.75 how do we coordinate things to get a response, 00:02:34.78\00:02:37.35 you know, understanding how dreams in the past 00:02:37.39\00:02:40.02 and the future, all plays a role. 00:02:40.06\00:02:42.52 It's just amazing what God has designed. 00:02:42.56\00:02:45.43 And when I look at the structure 00:02:45.46\00:02:47.20 and function of the brain, 00:02:47.23\00:02:48.76 you know, you know that there's a Creator, 00:02:48.80\00:02:51.70 you know, you appreciate the handy work 00:02:51.73\00:02:53.40 and how it's done. 00:02:53.44\00:02:54.77 But you also... 00:02:54.80\00:02:56.14 All the good things out there, 00:02:56.17\00:02:57.51 there's also bad things, you know. 00:02:57.54\00:02:58.87 As advance as God has made the brain, 00:02:58.91\00:03:00.78 there's people out there that want to hurt the brain. 00:03:00.81\00:03:03.55 When we hurt our brains, 00:03:03.58\00:03:04.91 we can't communicate with God as efficiently. 00:03:04.95\00:03:07.95 And we want to try to avoid the stresses on the brain. 00:03:07.98\00:03:10.69 And I think we need to talk a little bit about 00:03:10.72\00:03:13.09 how the brain works at a basic level today. 00:03:13.12\00:03:15.86 Yeah, right. 00:03:15.89\00:03:17.23 Well, throughout the series of programs, 00:03:17.26\00:03:18.63 we've been discussing biblical prescriptions 00:03:18.66\00:03:20.83 and how those can benefit us. 00:03:20.86\00:03:22.46 And so we have a video 00:03:22.50\00:03:24.23 from the Biblical Prescriptions, 00:03:24.27\00:03:25.73 a small group Bible study program 00:03:25.77\00:03:27.27 that we'd like to share with you on brain health 00:03:27.30\00:03:29.37 and how the brain works and what we know about it. 00:03:29.40\00:03:31.57 Let's take a look now. 00:03:31.61\00:03:34.84 Now the brain is very vast and very interesting. 00:03:34.88\00:03:38.78 And lot of people like 00:03:38.81\00:03:40.15 to think of the brain like the vast internet. 00:03:40.18\00:03:43.12 But believe it or not, 00:03:43.15\00:03:44.49 the brain is even more complex than the internet. 00:03:44.52\00:03:48.52 There is 100 billion neurons in the brain. 00:03:48.56\00:03:52.56 Now the neuron 00:03:52.59\00:03:53.93 is the functional cell of the brain. 00:03:53.96\00:03:55.56 It's a very neat structure 00:03:55.60\00:03:57.63 that contains a structure called an axon and a dendrite, 00:03:57.67\00:04:02.14 and they connect to each other, 00:04:02.17\00:04:03.51 and they communicate both via chemicals and electrically, 00:04:03.54\00:04:07.48 so the brain is an electromagnetic 00:04:07.51\00:04:09.44 as well as chemical phenomena. 00:04:09.48\00:04:12.35 For instance, if you remember something 00:04:12.38\00:04:13.95 in one part of the brain 00:04:13.98\00:04:15.32 and it tells your part of the body 00:04:15.35\00:04:16.69 that this isn't something you want to do, 00:04:16.72\00:04:18.65 there's connections with that. 00:04:18.69\00:04:20.36 There's been estimated that 00:04:20.39\00:04:21.79 there is one quadrillion connections within the brain, 00:04:21.82\00:04:26.06 that's one with 15 zeros out of it. 00:04:26.09\00:04:28.86 But the way we learn about the brain 00:04:28.90\00:04:30.80 is through different types of technology like 00:04:30.83\00:04:33.87 PET scans, MRIs, EEGs. 00:04:33.90\00:04:38.64 Sometimes we can learn by talking to people 00:04:38.67\00:04:40.81 and we can actually map the brain now. 00:04:40.84\00:04:43.55 They're doing studies right now, 00:04:43.58\00:04:45.01 we can actually put thoughts into certain parts of brains, 00:04:45.05\00:04:49.82 where we can get the brain 00:04:49.85\00:04:51.19 to move different parts of the body. 00:04:51.22\00:04:53.25 But we've learned the basics of the brain. 00:04:53.29\00:04:55.06 It consisted of three functional layers. 00:04:55.09\00:04:57.79 And that's important for us, 00:04:57.83\00:04:59.23 because we want to understand how our behavior works. 00:04:59.26\00:05:02.16 This is going to help us this week 00:05:02.20\00:05:04.07 as we learn about the brain 00:05:04.10\00:05:05.53 and learn the importance of our spiritual lives. 00:05:05.57\00:05:08.30 Well, the first part of the brain is the brain stem. 00:05:08.34\00:05:11.14 This is the stress part of the brain. 00:05:11.17\00:05:13.51 This part of the brain is great at staying alive, 00:05:13.54\00:05:16.24 gathering foods, seeking pleasure. 00:05:16.28\00:05:18.61 Doesn't do anything in the future, 00:05:18.65\00:05:20.68 doesn't really understand the past, 00:05:20.72\00:05:23.22 just lives in the here and now, wants to stay alive. 00:05:23.25\00:05:26.49 This part is not capable of love. 00:05:26.52\00:05:29.32 The middle part of the brain, which we share with mammals, 00:05:29.36\00:05:32.73 is it called the mammalian layer. 00:05:32.76\00:05:34.33 And it sort of sits on top of this part 00:05:34.36\00:05:36.50 of the brain stem here. 00:05:36.53\00:05:38.20 It does things like emotion, 00:05:38.23\00:05:40.84 it does things like our immune system, 00:05:40.87\00:05:43.47 it's where we store our thoughts 00:05:43.51\00:05:45.87 in the part called the hippocampus. 00:05:45.91\00:05:48.41 Also this stress part of the brain, 00:05:48.44\00:05:50.31 the amygdala is located in this middle layer, 00:05:50.35\00:05:53.52 and we share this with mammals. 00:05:53.55\00:05:56.32 The third part of the brain 00:05:56.35\00:05:58.02 is called the prefrontal cortex, 00:05:58.05\00:06:00.26 this is the part that's unique to humans. 00:06:00.29\00:06:02.76 A few mammals have a little bit of neocortex. 00:06:02.79\00:06:06.53 Crows and dolphins and some primates 00:06:06.56\00:06:10.33 have a little bit of it, but it's predominantly a part 00:06:10.37\00:06:12.83 that's unique to the human race. 00:06:12.87\00:06:14.90 And this is the part where God communicates with us. 00:06:14.94\00:06:17.97 This is the part called the anterior cingulate cortex. 00:06:18.01\00:06:21.48 That's the God brain. 00:06:21.51\00:06:23.24 The studies have shown that when we worship God 00:06:23.28\00:06:26.01 and we're going to study this next week, 00:06:26.05\00:06:27.58 we grow these neural connections, 00:06:27.62\00:06:29.85 these neural pathways in this part of the brain. 00:06:29.88\00:06:32.65 Our goal is to live in the upper part of the brain. 00:06:32.69\00:06:36.02 We don't want to live in the stress part of the brain 00:06:36.06\00:06:38.63 just staying alive. 00:06:38.66\00:06:40.23 And we call this upshifting the brain. 00:06:40.26\00:06:42.83 We want to live in the God part of the brain, 00:06:42.86\00:06:45.00 and not downshifting and live constantly 00:06:45.03\00:06:47.74 in the stress part of the brain. 00:06:47.77\00:06:49.64 When a stress occurs to this level, 00:06:49.67\00:06:51.54 our brain downshift, turns on all this chemistry, 00:06:51.57\00:06:55.14 and all this chemistry turns on chemicals 00:06:55.18\00:06:57.11 that make it very difficult 00:06:57.15\00:06:58.75 for us to have good thoughts, 00:06:58.78\00:07:00.95 cognitive thinking, 00:07:00.98\00:07:02.32 and also makes it even harder to worship God. 00:07:02.35\00:07:05.02 So our goal basically is to be upshifted 00:07:05.05\00:07:08.09 and not downshifted. 00:07:08.12\00:07:09.92 And we can do that through some skills 00:07:09.96\00:07:12.19 we're going to learn about this week. 00:07:12.23\00:07:14.00 We're going to learn about what do we do 00:07:14.03\00:07:15.80 when we see that our brain is downshifted, stressed out? 00:07:15.83\00:07:19.60 How do we upshift our brain? How do we move to worship? 00:07:19.63\00:07:22.80 How do we change 00:07:22.84\00:07:24.17 those neural connections and the chemistry 00:07:24.21\00:07:25.91 that will give us the strength 00:07:25.94\00:07:27.28 to continue to improve our physical wellbeing? 00:07:27.31\00:07:30.48 And remember, that God wants to create in us a new brain, 00:07:30.51\00:07:34.35 and we're going to learn this week 00:07:34.38\00:07:35.72 that it's through worship, spending time with Him 00:07:35.75\00:07:38.02 that He's actually able to create these new connections 00:07:38.05\00:07:40.99 that takes us away from anxiety, from fear, 00:07:41.02\00:07:43.83 from all this chronic stress, 00:07:43.86\00:07:45.66 and this is going to help 00:07:45.69\00:07:47.03 be one of the treatments for chronic disease. 00:07:47.06\00:07:50.47 You know, that's a great introductory lesson 00:07:50.50\00:07:53.07 on how the brain works 00:07:53.10\00:07:54.44 in the different functional layers. 00:07:54.47\00:07:56.57 Biblical Prescriptions for Life, 00:07:56.60\00:07:57.94 it's a small group Bible study. 00:07:57.97\00:07:59.31 If you want to learn more about Biblical Prescriptions 00:07:59.34\00:08:01.78 to treat your brain health 00:08:01.81\00:08:03.14 and improve your brain function, 00:08:03.18\00:08:04.51 call 3ABN and ask for your copy 00:08:04.55\00:08:06.01 of Biblical Prescriptions for Life. 00:08:06.05\00:08:07.95 Dr. Marcum, we want to talk a little bit more 00:08:07.98\00:08:09.72 about the brain 00:08:09.75\00:08:11.09 and what are some of the most common treatments 00:08:11.12\00:08:13.82 that modern medicine offers? 00:08:13.86\00:08:16.12 What are the benefits of those and what are the drawbacks 00:08:16.16\00:08:18.13 or the risks of those compared to biblical prescriptions? 00:08:18.16\00:08:20.40 Yeah, well, if you look about the history of the brain, 00:08:20.43\00:08:25.00 we haven't known much about the brain. 00:08:25.03\00:08:27.07 In fact, in the Bible says, "Create me a new heart." 00:08:27.10\00:08:30.21 You know, that's before... 00:08:30.24\00:08:31.57 You know, they didn't know where thinking was occurring. 00:08:31.61\00:08:34.01 So not through all our time, we have not known that 00:08:34.04\00:08:36.64 what the brain does or thoughts, 00:08:36.68\00:08:38.25 and only in the last few, you know, 00:08:38.28\00:08:39.65 years have we had these functional imaging, 00:08:39.68\00:08:41.82 the MRIs, the way to look at the brain 00:08:41.85\00:08:43.82 and see what it does under certain situations. 00:08:43.85\00:08:47.12 A lot of the patients we've learned from 00:08:47.16\00:08:49.36 is from stroke patients. 00:08:49.39\00:08:50.73 You know, people had a stroke, 00:08:50.76\00:08:52.19 what part of the brain has died? 00:08:52.23\00:08:53.56 What part of the... 00:08:53.60\00:08:54.93 What did that brain do? Yeah. 00:08:54.96\00:08:56.30 So we're actually able to figure out 00:08:56.33\00:08:57.90 different neurons and what it does. 00:08:57.93\00:09:00.10 Now the future of brains, it just blows me away. 00:09:00.14\00:09:03.10 You know, when we can stimulate parts of brains, 00:09:03.14\00:09:06.07 you know, put chips and things that can move arms 00:09:06.11\00:09:08.44 and things like that, who knows where the future's going. 00:09:08.48\00:09:11.21 Right. 00:09:11.25\00:09:12.58 But what I want to focus on today 00:09:12.61\00:09:14.85 is to let people realize 00:09:14.88\00:09:16.48 that the brain is important that to our health. 00:09:16.52\00:09:19.15 All of the inputs that we put in our brain go somewhere. 00:09:19.19\00:09:22.42 Okay. 00:09:22.46\00:09:23.79 For instance, everything you put in from the Internet, 00:09:23.83\00:09:25.66 or from a cell phone, or from a television, 00:09:25.69\00:09:28.20 or for conversation is in there. 00:09:28.23\00:09:31.73 All your past is in there. Right. 00:09:31.77\00:09:34.47 You know, the storage part, the hippocampus, 00:09:34.50\00:09:36.40 now whether it gets activated or not is different. 00:09:36.44\00:09:39.91 Some people keep activating things 00:09:39.94\00:09:42.48 that don't help them. 00:09:42.51\00:09:44.28 You know, spiritually speaking, 00:09:44.31\00:09:46.05 you know, when you've done something bad, 00:09:46.08\00:09:48.68 you ask God for forgiveness. 00:09:48.72\00:09:50.69 He forgives it, He throws it in the sea. 00:09:50.72\00:09:52.62 He gets rid of it. Yeah. 00:09:52.65\00:09:54.06 But some of us keep activating dangerous memories 00:09:54.09\00:09:56.99 and dangerous experiences over and over and over. 00:09:57.03\00:09:59.43 Living in guilt. 00:09:59.46\00:10:00.80 Yeah, and that's sometimes 00:10:00.83\00:10:02.16 when modern medicine talk to you, 00:10:02.20\00:10:03.53 you know, you always thought, "Well, you know, 00:10:03.57\00:10:06.84 whom is treated you as a child?" 00:10:06.87\00:10:08.37 And you know, there's a place for that 00:10:08.40\00:10:10.07 but some people keep going 00:10:10.11\00:10:11.47 over and over and over their failures 00:10:11.51\00:10:13.91 and don't ever throw it into the sea 00:10:13.94\00:10:15.54 or deactivate those programs. 00:10:15.58\00:10:17.65 Yeah. So those programs keep... 00:10:17.68\00:10:19.65 The software keeps coming up all the time. 00:10:19.68\00:10:22.18 And you, "Oh, I failed, I failed, 00:10:22.22\00:10:24.05 I'm discouraged, I'm down." 00:10:24.09\00:10:25.72 And that software gets activated 00:10:25.75\00:10:28.26 and the wires get stronger, before you know, 00:10:28.29\00:10:30.26 that's dominating you. 00:10:30.29\00:10:32.03 So sometimes there's therapists that deal in the past 00:10:32.06\00:10:34.83 and all the harm that's done 00:10:34.86\00:10:36.20 and keep those circuits activated. 00:10:36.23\00:10:38.03 But biblical, if you think about it, 00:10:38.07\00:10:39.93 you know, God forgives you, He says, "Let's start over. 00:10:39.97\00:10:42.77 Let's turn that down a little bit. 00:10:42.80\00:10:44.61 Let's look at what you can do today 00:10:44.64\00:10:46.71 and what I have planned for you tomorrow." 00:10:46.74\00:10:48.24 Yeah. 00:10:48.28\00:10:49.61 So that's one thing that I tried to emphasize to people. 00:10:49.64\00:10:51.91 Yes, it's important to know your past. 00:10:51.95\00:10:54.18 But the bad parts, you know, when you failed or you sinned, 00:10:54.22\00:10:57.99 ask for forgiveness 00:10:58.02\00:10:59.35 and throw into the sea like God. 00:10:59.39\00:11:00.72 Don't continue to live that. 00:11:00.76\00:11:02.39 So it hurts you, you're downshift, 00:11:02.42\00:11:04.39 so you can't hear God 00:11:04.46\00:11:05.79 expressing His will for you today. 00:11:05.83\00:11:07.66 Kind of a deal with it and delete. 00:11:07.70\00:11:09.03 Yeah. Right. There you go. 00:11:09.06\00:11:11.07 I like that, deal with it and delete it. 00:11:11.10\00:11:12.83 Yeah. 00:11:12.87\00:11:14.37 Another thing that we see, there's a lot of people 00:11:14.40\00:11:16.47 when the brain malfunctions 00:11:16.50\00:11:18.27 rather than to get at the cause, 00:11:18.31\00:11:19.67 we just treat a symptom, you know. 00:11:19.71\00:11:22.24 What are some examples? 00:11:22.28\00:11:23.61 Yeah, well, a person that's anxious all the time. 00:11:23.65\00:11:26.58 You know, they're nervous and anxious. 00:11:26.61\00:11:28.42 And they go to the doctor and the doctor says, 00:11:28.45\00:11:30.05 "Well, you have anxiety disorder." 00:11:30.09\00:11:32.09 And that might be true. Sure. 00:11:32.12\00:11:33.92 But how can we turn down the stress 00:11:33.96\00:11:36.52 that's causing the anxiety. 00:11:36.56\00:11:37.89 So rather than giving skills that we can upshift our brain, 00:11:37.93\00:11:41.50 whether it be good nutrition, exercise, worship, 00:11:41.53\00:11:43.90 some of the things we've talked about, 00:11:43.93\00:11:45.63 we just never deal with it. 00:11:45.67\00:11:47.14 So we take a chemical 00:11:47.17\00:11:48.50 that turns on a bunch of neurotransmitters 00:11:48.54\00:11:50.37 that might not fix the problem. 00:11:50.41\00:11:51.74 Right. 00:11:51.77\00:11:53.11 And then we might have a new problem. 00:11:53.14\00:11:54.48 And lots of side effects potentially. 00:11:54.51\00:11:55.84 Yeah. 00:11:55.88\00:11:57.21 Now some people have a genetic problem 00:11:57.25\00:11:58.71 and they need it, okay. 00:11:58.75\00:12:00.38 But that's a very few people, okay. 00:12:00.42\00:12:03.15 We see that sometimes in depression. 00:12:03.18\00:12:04.95 You know, some people do not have 00:12:04.99\00:12:06.32 genetically induced depression, 00:12:06.35\00:12:08.19 but they have depression just from a lifestyle event. 00:12:08.22\00:12:11.03 You know, or a vitamin D deficiency, 00:12:11.06\00:12:13.63 or a chemical deficiency like a B6, B12, 00:12:13.66\00:12:16.50 or something other simple that we could treat 00:12:16.53\00:12:18.63 and get the brain better right away. 00:12:18.67\00:12:20.87 So you know, in severe depression, 00:12:20.90\00:12:23.37 you know, sometimes they do all sorts of different things, 00:12:23.41\00:12:25.91 and sometimes that's needed if there's agenetic problem. 00:12:25.94\00:12:29.38 You know, some people have bad genes. 00:12:29.41\00:12:31.11 They do all these things right. 00:12:31.15\00:12:32.51 And there's a place for modern medicine, 00:12:32.55\00:12:34.52 but it's not as the first step all the time. 00:12:34.55\00:12:37.22 The first is understanding the reason why 00:12:37.25\00:12:40.06 turning to God, you know, make... 00:12:40.09\00:12:41.66 Because in that place, we're safe. 00:12:41.69\00:12:44.03 Now the problem with the brain is it affects everything else. 00:12:44.06\00:12:47.13 You know, if you had a bad arm that hurt all the time 00:12:47.16\00:12:49.50 and you're rested, didn't get better, 00:12:49.53\00:12:50.93 that would be one thing. 00:12:50.97\00:12:52.30 But when the brain is malfunctioning 00:12:52.33\00:12:53.74 on different levels, it affects the entire body. 00:12:53.77\00:12:56.71 So the brain affects the heart, it affects the kidneys, 00:12:56.74\00:12:59.47 it affects the bowels, it affects your joints, 00:12:59.51\00:13:01.81 all sorts of things happen 00:13:01.84\00:13:03.41 when the brain is malfunctioning at any level. 00:13:03.45\00:13:06.48 Now remember, when we have pain in our lives, 00:13:06.51\00:13:09.75 the brain is designed to deal with pain, okay. 00:13:09.78\00:13:13.09 In animals, they want to avoid the pain. 00:13:13.12\00:13:15.42 So we'll do anything in life to avoid pain. 00:13:15.46\00:13:18.33 And that's how we deal with the pain. 00:13:18.36\00:13:20.26 That's very important. 00:13:20.30\00:13:21.63 Do we reach for bad things, you know, 00:13:21.66\00:13:23.03 just to deal with the pain, deal with the symptom, 00:13:23.06\00:13:25.70 or we try to get at that cause of pain, 00:13:25.73\00:13:28.30 the cause of the malfunction? 00:13:28.34\00:13:30.07 And that's what I try to focus on in the Bible study 00:13:30.11\00:13:33.24 that we've been through focusing on those things. 00:13:33.27\00:13:35.74 Yeah, it's a great discussion, 00:13:35.78\00:13:37.35 and we're going to get back to that in just a moment. 00:13:37.38\00:13:38.91 But first, we got to take a short break. 00:13:38.95\00:13:40.55 We want you to stay with us as The Ultimate Prescription 00:13:40.58\00:13:42.38 returns in just a moment. 00:13:42.42\00:13:43.79
