Welcome back to the Ultimate Prescription. 00:00:01.36\00:00:02.70 I'm your host Nick Evenson, here with Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:02.73\00:00:04.40 And if you just joined us today, 00:00:04.43\00:00:05.77 we're talking about nutrition, 00:00:05.80\00:00:07.40 specifically as it relate to chronic diseases 00:00:07.44\00:00:09.20 such as diabetes. 00:00:09.24\00:00:10.57 And, Dr. Marcum, we've been talking 00:00:10.61\00:00:12.51 and we teased that we're gonna talk about our case study. 00:00:12.54\00:00:14.44 But before we do that, 00:00:14.48\00:00:15.88 I want to talk a little bit about fats, 00:00:15.91\00:00:18.95 because you mentioned 00:00:18.98\00:00:20.32 part of the problem with type 2 diabetes is insulin 00:00:20.35\00:00:21.88 being blocked from getting into the insulin receptors. 00:00:21.92\00:00:24.75 What are good fats and bad fats? 00:00:24.79\00:00:26.52 And what do we need to know about it? 00:00:26.55\00:00:27.89 Yeah, well, we know that it's the nutrient composition 00:00:27.92\00:00:32.03 that makes a big difference in our body. 00:00:32.06\00:00:34.56 Our body was designed to handle the certain nutrients 00:00:34.60\00:00:37.90 in certain compositions, okay? 00:00:37.93\00:00:40.40 God created us pretty much to eat fruits, vegetables, 00:00:40.44\00:00:42.84 nuts, and grains. 00:00:42.87\00:00:44.61 When we get more than maybe 10%-15% of unhealthy fats 00:00:44.64\00:00:48.98 in our bodies, the fat is stored. 00:00:49.01\00:00:51.51 Okay, unhealthy fats are what? Yeah. 00:00:51.55\00:00:53.35 Well, things that are processed, 00:00:53.38\00:00:54.98 animal based fats, 00:00:55.02\00:00:56.35 you know, things that are from animals, 00:00:56.38\00:00:59.09 that's the main source of fat, that's not bad, 00:00:59.12\00:01:01.52 fats that are created, 00:01:01.56\00:01:02.99 any type of fat that's heated up, 00:01:03.02\00:01:04.66 you've heard of saturated fats, those aren't the good fats, 00:01:04.69\00:01:07.70 okay? 00:01:07.73\00:01:09.06 We get above a certain line in the body 00:01:09.10\00:01:11.43 and the body stores them, stores them in the arteries, 00:01:11.47\00:01:14.10 makes the arteries not work as well. 00:01:14.14\00:01:16.40 Causes other metabolic changes in our body 00:01:16.44\00:01:19.11 that we're just now beginning to understand, 00:01:19.14\00:01:21.71 you know, we're still learning a lot about nutrition, 00:01:21.74\00:01:24.08 and physiology, 00:01:24.11\00:01:25.45 and the metabolism of the cells of the body. 00:01:25.48\00:01:27.65 So this is not by far finished yet. 00:01:27.68\00:01:30.35 We don't know everything. Right. 00:01:30.39\00:01:32.05 But we're learning when we cross that line, 00:01:32.09\00:01:34.76 bad things start to happen. 00:01:34.79\00:01:36.39 Similarly, when we bring in a lot of animal based proteins, 00:01:36.42\00:01:39.86 similar things happen. 00:01:39.89\00:01:41.23 The metabolism gets messed up in many different ways, 00:01:41.26\00:01:44.23 whether it be from the liver 00:01:44.27\00:01:45.60 or going in different types of metabolism, 00:01:45.63\00:01:47.64 storage metabolism, things don't work well. 00:01:47.67\00:01:50.31 When the metabolism changes, 00:01:50.34\00:01:52.34 the body has these chronic processes that go on, 00:01:52.37\00:01:55.18 that eventually damages. 00:01:55.21\00:01:56.68 So we talked before about stresses on a system, 00:01:56.71\00:01:59.91 the wrong type of nutrition, 00:01:59.95\00:02:01.52 the wrong type of nutrient composition 00:02:01.55\00:02:03.85 puts stress on the body. 00:02:03.89\00:02:05.62 We were never designed 00:02:05.65\00:02:07.26 to bring in large amounts of animal protein, 00:02:07.29\00:02:09.86 animal fat, processed foods. 00:02:09.89\00:02:12.73 Now if a person is starving and has nothing else to eat, 00:02:12.76\00:02:16.16 yes, it's better to do that than starve. 00:02:16.20\00:02:18.47 But for treating chronic diseases like diabetes, 00:02:18.50\00:02:21.44 I teach people this. 00:02:21.47\00:02:23.37 Now we have wonderful technology in the world 00:02:23.41\00:02:25.64 that blows my mind away, how much technology. 00:02:25.67\00:02:28.68 We can make all these pills 00:02:28.71\00:02:30.51 that will bring down the blood sugar 00:02:30.55\00:02:32.11 through many different mechanisms. 00:02:32.15\00:02:33.88 We have different shots we give, 00:02:33.92\00:02:35.88 we have different procedures that we have with insulin pumps 00:02:35.92\00:02:38.65 which are very beneficial for some people. 00:02:38.69\00:02:41.59 But at the same time, 00:02:41.62\00:02:42.96 what blows my mind sometimes is we don't get it the cause. 00:02:42.99\00:02:46.23 We treat the symptoms with all this technology, 00:02:46.26\00:02:49.03 but we don't treat the cause with all this technology. 00:02:49.06\00:02:52.43 Well, how do you use technology to do this? 00:02:52.47\00:02:55.80 Well, what we need to do 00:02:55.84\00:02:57.17 is eventually come up with healthier foods 00:02:57.21\00:02:59.57 and encourage that, 00:02:59.61\00:03:00.94 and bring it on to people, so use the technology, 00:03:00.98\00:03:03.58 so people will make better choices, 00:03:03.61\00:03:05.55 and we're doing that. 00:03:05.58\00:03:06.92 But it's something that's a work in progress. 00:03:06.95\00:03:09.55 It's gonna take some time. 00:03:09.58\00:03:11.82 It takes time to effect major changes. 00:03:11.85\00:03:14.39 And sometimes in a life, 00:03:14.42\00:03:15.99 when you want to change your health habits, 00:03:16.02\00:03:18.06 sometimes it takes time. 00:03:18.09\00:03:20.56 It doesn't happen overnight. 00:03:20.60\00:03:22.30 But the most important thing 00:03:22.33\00:03:23.67 I want to focus on in our ministry 00:03:23.70\00:03:25.37 is the most important time, while it's taking time, 00:03:25.40\00:03:28.77 it's letting God's time be there in your life. 00:03:28.80\00:03:31.44 Yeah. 00:03:31.47\00:03:32.81 Now how about a couple of foods that we think of as good... 00:03:32.84\00:03:34.74 Oh, yeah. 00:03:34.78\00:03:36.11 Avocados, cashew nuts, and those kinds of things. 00:03:36.14\00:03:38.45 Are those of concern for type 2 diabetes? 00:03:38.48\00:03:40.05 Well, as long as we don't eat lots of them, 00:03:40.08\00:03:42.72 as long as we don't cross the line 00:03:42.75\00:03:44.55 and bring too much percentage of them in. 00:03:44.59\00:03:46.65 Now if you want to reverse that diabetes, 00:03:46.69\00:03:48.96 you want to move all the fats out that you can, okay? 00:03:48.99\00:03:51.99 But once you reverse type diabetes, 00:03:52.03\00:03:53.83 you'd probably have some healthy fats back in your diet. 00:03:53.86\00:03:56.70 And people that we try to reverse heart disease 00:03:56.73\00:03:59.83 that are having symptoms, we do some more things. 00:03:59.87\00:04:02.20 We get rid of all the fat, all the animal protein, 00:04:02.24\00:04:04.77 all that stuff we can, 00:04:04.81\00:04:06.14 because we want to not only hold the metabolism good, 00:04:06.17\00:04:08.78 but we want to actually change what's going on in the body. 00:04:08.81\00:04:11.78 And sometimes we can do it very effectively 00:04:11.81\00:04:14.08 pinning the genes. 00:04:14.12\00:04:15.52 Sometimes we have bad genes that we can't do much with, 00:04:15.55\00:04:18.25 because they've been turned on 00:04:18.29\00:04:20.26 at a younger age than we'd like. 00:04:20.29\00:04:22.42 So some of those we do need modern medicine with. 00:04:22.46\00:04:24.66 So this is a very complex situation, disease reversal. 00:04:24.69\00:04:28.33 It not only includes the diet, 00:04:28.36\00:04:30.60 it includes the oblique systems, 00:04:30.63\00:04:32.53 it include exercise and all the different stressors 00:04:32.57\00:04:35.37 that might be turning on our epigenetics, 00:04:35.40\00:04:37.71 which might be aging our, 00:04:37.74\00:04:39.47 either good or bad genes to begin with. 00:04:39.51\00:04:41.98 Isn't this all interesting? It's fascinating. 00:04:42.01\00:04:43.55 Yeah. I think so. 00:04:43.58\00:04:44.91 One thing I keep thinking about it, 00:04:44.95\00:04:46.28 you promised a case study... 00:04:46.31\00:04:47.65 Yeah. 00:04:47.68\00:04:49.02 For a patient who had an issue with type 2 diabetes? 00:04:49.05\00:04:50.79 Yeah, I had a patient comes in, 00:04:50.82\00:04:52.59 and this is a guy that's never ever been sick before, 00:04:52.62\00:04:55.76 Nick, pretty healthy guy. 00:04:55.79\00:04:57.23 Not on, no medicines. 00:04:57.26\00:04:58.99 This guy didn't go to the doctor, 00:04:59.03\00:05:00.80 exercised every day, 00:05:00.83\00:05:02.20 was actually ate whole food plant-based diet. 00:05:02.23\00:05:05.43 Also, you know, didn't eat a lot of that bad stuff. 00:05:05.47\00:05:08.84 Anyway, he got... 00:05:08.87\00:05:11.24 All of a sudden one day, he relates his story. 00:05:11.27\00:05:13.48 He started to have symptoms, okay? 00:05:13.51\00:05:16.34 And the symptoms he had, 00:05:16.38\00:05:17.71 he was going to the bathroom all the time. 00:05:17.75\00:05:19.88 You know, he couldn't even go three hours 00:05:19.91\00:05:21.78 without going to bathroom, 00:05:21.82\00:05:23.15 up four or five times at night going to the bathroom. 00:05:23.18\00:05:25.89 Extreme fatigue, tired all the time. 00:05:25.92\00:05:29.52 So, you know, this guy wasn't stupid. 00:05:29.56\00:05:31.59 So he figured something's wrong. 00:05:31.63\00:05:33.19 I need some help. I need to go see my doctor. 00:05:33.23\00:05:35.46 Now he didn't go regularly to see his doctor 00:05:35.50\00:05:37.47 like he should, 00:05:37.50\00:05:38.83 because he thought he was doing good. 00:05:38.87\00:05:40.20 You know, he's doing all these things right 00:05:40.24\00:05:41.57 that he was supposed to do, 00:05:41.60\00:05:42.94 but finally, he decided to go to the doctor, 00:05:42.97\00:05:44.37 because he says, "Something bad's wrong." 00:05:44.41\00:05:46.68 He thought he had some prostate issues, 00:05:46.71\00:05:48.38 you know, that's why he was going to the bathroom, 00:05:48.41\00:05:49.88 his prostate was messed up. 00:05:49.91\00:05:51.65 Maybe it's something serious. 00:05:51.68\00:05:53.01 And he was just feeling horrible. 00:05:53.05\00:05:55.05 Well, he went to the doctor and the doctor says, 00:05:55.08\00:05:57.02 "Well, going to the bathroom a lot, 00:05:57.05\00:06:00.16 thirsty a lot, fatigue, 00:06:00.19\00:06:02.66 you know, the big elephant in the room is diabetes." 00:06:02.69\00:06:05.59 You know, I think the chronic disease 00:06:05.63\00:06:07.13 that you have, it's most likely diabetes. 00:06:07.16\00:06:09.56 So he says, "I think you have diabetes." 00:06:09.60\00:06:11.23 So sure enough, this guy had diabetes. 00:06:11.27\00:06:13.74 We measure a diabetic measurement 00:06:13.77\00:06:17.37 called a hemoglobin A1c, okay? 00:06:17.41\00:06:20.28 When it's above 6, that's considered high. 00:06:20.31\00:06:22.74 Well, this guy had a level of 13. 00:06:22.78\00:06:25.11 Oh, wow. Hemoglobin A1c of 13. 00:06:25.15\00:06:28.08 And what that is, is you have hemoglobin, 00:06:28.12\00:06:30.29 and the percent of sugar that's bound to that. 00:06:30.32\00:06:33.22 So 13% was bound to that. 00:06:33.25\00:06:35.86 We want it to be less than six, okay? 00:06:35.89\00:06:38.03 At least. 00:06:38.06\00:06:39.39 His fasting blood sugar was in the 200 or 300s. 00:06:39.43\00:06:42.50 And that's why he was going to the bathroom so much. 00:06:42.53\00:06:45.10 That's why he had no energy, 00:06:45.13\00:06:46.47 because he could not get the sugar into his cells, 00:06:46.50\00:06:49.04 the carbohydrates in the cells which he needed for energy. 00:06:49.07\00:06:51.81 But as a result, his body was responding 00:06:51.84\00:06:54.51 by doing all sorts of bad things. 00:06:54.54\00:06:56.88 A condition called 00:06:56.91\00:06:58.25 the metabolic syndrome happened. 00:06:58.28\00:07:00.08 His metabolism changed. 00:07:00.12\00:07:01.85 He started storing things like uric acid in his body. 00:07:01.88\00:07:05.45 His cholesterol level was real high. 00:07:05.49\00:07:08.02 Lots of aches and joint pains, 00:07:08.06\00:07:10.66 just lot of symptoms that he was having. 00:07:10.69\00:07:13.09 Cholesterol level, really, really high. 00:07:13.13\00:07:15.50 So, you know, because of all this, 00:07:15.53\00:07:17.37 he just wasn't feeling well. 00:07:17.40\00:07:18.73 So he went to the doctor and the doctor says, 00:07:18.77\00:07:20.74 "Man, you're in pretty bad shape." 00:07:20.77\00:07:22.10 And he goes... 00:07:22.14\00:07:23.47 He was like surprised. Yeah, had no idea. 00:07:23.51\00:07:25.01 How could this happen to me? 00:07:25.04\00:07:26.88 But this guy wasn't totally dumb, okay? 00:07:26.91\00:07:28.81 I give him some credit. 00:07:28.84\00:07:30.18 He had the little bit of brain power. 00:07:30.21\00:07:31.55 And he says, "Listen, doc, I know I have diabetes. 00:07:31.58\00:07:34.02 And I thank you for diagnosing. 00:07:34.05\00:07:35.38 But I don't really want to take your medicine. 00:07:35.42\00:07:37.82 I don't want to take your," 00:07:37.85\00:07:39.19 and he wanted to put him on a medicine called metformin. 00:07:39.22\00:07:41.69 He says, "No, I don't want to take this, 00:07:41.72\00:07:43.26 even though it's super high, 00:07:43.29\00:07:44.76 I want to give it a try to reverse it." 00:07:44.79\00:07:46.90 And he had a really nice doctor and his doctor says, 00:07:46.93\00:07:48.83 "Well, I'll give you some months to do it." 00:07:48.86\00:07:50.63 And so he went, did his research 00:07:50.67\00:07:52.83 and found out the things I'm talking about, 00:07:52.87\00:07:54.67 about going to whole food plant-based diet. 00:07:54.70\00:07:56.91 But he was already on that. 00:07:56.94\00:07:58.27 Yeah, right. 00:07:58.31\00:07:59.64 But what he was not doing, 00:07:59.67\00:08:01.08 you know, he was on that good diet 00:08:01.11\00:08:02.44 but he was still taking in too many healthy fats 00:08:02.48\00:08:05.01 and he was still taking in processed foods. 00:08:05.05\00:08:07.55 Okay. This guy was a chipaholic. 00:08:07.58\00:08:09.45 When I talked him about his diet, 00:08:09.48\00:08:11.12 he was eating too many chips. 00:08:11.15\00:08:12.49 They're made of corn. Yes, corns are good. 00:08:12.52\00:08:14.66 That's right, corn is good. 00:08:14.69\00:08:16.02 But he would go to a Mexican restaurant 00:08:16.06\00:08:19.19 and eat too many chips, 00:08:19.23\00:08:20.56 and he was addicted to it, as addicted behavior. 00:08:20.60\00:08:22.93 And he wasn't exercising as much as he should. 00:08:22.96\00:08:25.30 So he went to a real strict diet. 00:08:25.33\00:08:27.80 No processed foods. 00:08:27.84\00:08:29.60 Ate things like oatmeal and nuts in the morning, 00:08:29.64\00:08:32.17 salads only with vinaigrettes, nothing fat on it, 00:08:32.21\00:08:35.28 may be some beans. 00:08:35.31\00:08:36.64 And he did this for two months, stuck with it 00:08:36.68\00:08:39.01 and he increased his exercise program 00:08:39.05\00:08:40.82 to an hour and half a day. 00:08:40.85\00:08:43.05 Well, in two months that hemoglobin A1c 00:08:43.08\00:08:45.82 went from 13 all the way down to 5. 00:08:45.85\00:08:50.36 And he went back to... 00:08:50.39\00:08:51.73 In how many months? In two months. 00:08:51.76\00:08:53.16 Wow! 00:08:53.19\00:08:54.53 And he went back to his doctor and he says, 00:08:54.56\00:08:55.90 "Well, this is nice, but this is not sustainable." 00:08:55.93\00:08:59.00 Okay? 00:08:59.03\00:09:00.37 So he says, "I'm gonna give you four months, you can't keep..." 00:09:00.40\00:09:02.07 You know, this patient can't keep this up. 00:09:02.10\00:09:03.74 So went back to his doctor and said, 00:09:03.77\00:09:05.11 "No, you can't keep this up." 00:09:05.14\00:09:06.47 But you know what? He kept this up. 00:09:06.51\00:09:07.98 He made a few more changes 00:09:08.01\00:09:09.34 and added some healthy fats in his diet. 00:09:09.38\00:09:11.31 But he has addictions to processed foods, 00:09:11.35\00:09:14.68 he had his understanding 00:09:14.72\00:09:16.05 of the importance of exercise improved. 00:09:16.08\00:09:17.75 No he was still... 00:09:17.79\00:09:19.12 His pancreas was making insulin but not a lot of insulin. 00:09:19.15\00:09:22.32 So he really had type one and a half, 00:09:22.36\00:09:24.66 the type of diabetes from a genetic lazy pancreas 00:09:24.69\00:09:27.63 as well as from the process of eating too much fat. 00:09:27.66\00:09:31.20 So eat a little bit of both. 00:09:31.23\00:09:32.57 Had compounded issue. 00:09:32.60\00:09:33.94 And he knew, if he didn't make changes, 00:09:33.97\00:09:35.54 he will run out of insulin, 00:09:35.57\00:09:36.91 then he would have to take modern medicine to stay alive. 00:09:36.94\00:09:40.14 So I think, this is a very, very dramatic story. 00:09:40.18\00:09:43.55 And this gentleman had his blood checked recently, 00:09:43.58\00:09:46.01 and he's now done it for over a year, 00:09:46.05\00:09:48.75 keeping him a non-diabetic, but he has diabetic tendencies. 00:09:48.78\00:09:52.62 So would you say this person is a diabetic or not? 00:09:52.65\00:09:56.02 Yeah, I'd say probably so. Yeah. 00:09:56.06\00:09:58.33 So but there's lots of people 00:09:58.36\00:09:59.69 that are walking around the world today 00:09:59.73\00:10:01.56 that have some type of chronic disease. 00:10:01.60\00:10:04.53 And people, in talking this gentleman, 00:10:04.57\00:10:07.00 I said, "What's the key to this? 00:10:07.04\00:10:08.87 What's the key to you making that change?" 00:10:08.90\00:10:11.17 And you know, he related to me, 00:10:11.21\00:10:13.31 the key to making that change was his relationship with God. 00:10:13.34\00:10:17.21 He says, "I ask God for help to do things, I couldn't do." 00:10:17.25\00:10:20.62 It's not easy to get on the treadmill 00:10:20.65\00:10:22.25 and walk an hour and half a day. 00:10:22.28\00:10:24.09 It's not easy to eat these foods over and over. 00:10:24.12\00:10:26.89 But God gave him the power to break those addictions 00:10:26.92\00:10:30.09 and that's what able that person 00:10:30.13\00:10:32.63 to beat type 2 diabetes. 00:10:32.66\00:10:34.56 So to answer that question, earlier we did today, 00:10:34.60\00:10:37.17 yes, type 2 is reversible. 00:10:37.20\00:10:40.14 And you know who that person was? 00:10:40.17\00:10:41.70 I do actually, 00:10:41.74\00:10:43.07 but I think you're gonna have to tell everyone. 00:10:43.10\00:10:44.44 Yeah, that person who reversed type 2 diabetes was myself. 00:10:44.47\00:10:47.48 Yeah. 00:10:47.51\00:10:48.84 And I went through all of those changes 00:10:48.88\00:10:50.28 with God's help. 00:10:50.31\00:10:51.65 And I realize that all of us have problems, 00:10:51.68\00:10:54.22 we all need a savior, and that's the real solution 00:10:54.25\00:10:56.85 to not only see the lifestyle changes 00:10:56.89\00:10:59.45 and the place for modern medicine, 00:10:59.49\00:11:00.96 but give us the power in our life to do things 00:11:00.99\00:11:03.76 for the right reasons. 00:11:03.79\00:11:05.29 So I was just happy in my life that God gave me the power 00:11:05.33\00:11:08.66 to not only see that, but make some changes 00:11:08.70\00:11:10.97 so I could use this as a testimony to others, 00:11:11.00\00:11:14.64 to help inspire them 00:11:14.67\00:11:16.14 to come into relationship with the ultimate physician, 00:11:16.17\00:11:18.87 who can give them power to see truth and enact change. 00:11:18.91\00:11:21.84 And even if they can't do anything, 00:11:21.88\00:11:23.71 as long as they're with Christ, they're in a very safe place. 00:11:23.75\00:11:27.32 Yeah, and I think that's a great reminder 00:11:27.35\00:11:28.68 for folks who are maybe vegetarians 00:11:28.72\00:11:30.05 and they feel like they eat pretty healthy, 00:11:30.09\00:11:32.12 but if they're still eating a lot of processed foods, 00:11:32.15\00:11:34.32 and they have the wrong genetics 00:11:34.36\00:11:36.32 and that are kind of predisposed for diabetes, 00:11:36.36\00:11:38.33 they still could have an issue. 00:11:38.36\00:11:39.86 And, Nick, the changes I made were pretty drastic, 00:11:39.89\00:11:43.73 pretty quick, because I felt horrible. 00:11:43.77\00:11:46.10 I was going to the bathroom all the time. 00:11:46.13\00:11:47.97 I was tired all the time. 00:11:48.00\00:11:49.34 I was working and doing ministry work, 00:11:49.37\00:11:51.17 doing good things, 00:11:51.21\00:11:52.54 but if you don't take care of your health, 00:11:52.57\00:11:54.51 you know, things don't go well. 00:11:54.54\00:11:56.24 So I really had to depend on my Heavenly Father, I said, 00:11:56.28\00:11:59.11 "God, I don't know why You did this, 00:11:59.15\00:12:00.72 but I want to use it to glorify Your name. 00:12:00.75\00:12:03.15 I want to use it to help this ministry. 00:12:03.18\00:12:05.12 I want to use it to help other people," 00:12:05.15\00:12:06.92 realized that this is the major problem 00:12:06.96\00:12:09.66 in our world today. 00:12:09.69\00:12:11.03 When one in three are gonna have it, 00:12:11.06\00:12:12.39 when it's leading precursor to all these vascular problems 00:12:12.43\00:12:15.76 like heart attack, strokes, neuropathies, kidney disease, 00:12:15.80\00:12:19.60 blindness, we want to help people do better 00:12:19.63\00:12:22.34 and it comes from the power that comes 00:12:22.37\00:12:24.31 that you give us to see truth and enact that in our lives. 00:12:24.34\00:12:27.74 That's an awesome testimony. 00:12:27.78\00:12:29.11 Thank you for sharing Dr. Marcum. 00:12:29.14\00:12:30.48 You're welcome. 00:12:30.51\00:12:31.85 But I want to make one thankful that in my case, 00:13:05.21\00:13:08.05 God helped me one step at a time 00:13:08.08\00:13:10.22 to see what I needed to do. 00:13:10.25\00:13:11.85 He gave me the power to do it and stick with it. 00:13:11.89\00:13:15.22 And I want to let you focus 00:13:15.26\00:13:16.76 in on what's so important in our lives, 00:13:16.79\00:13:18.63 and that's the relationship between our Heavenly
