Well, I usually say, well, listen. 00:10:45.05\00:10:46.58 Just start wherever you can 00:10:46.61\00:10:48.16 and build on that as long as your not having a symptom. 00:10:48.19\00:10:50.96 And eventually what you want to get up is to do intervals. 00:10:50.99\00:10:53.97 You know, you're gonna go six minutes at one speed. 00:10:54.00\00:10:56.49 Six minutes at a greater speed. 00:10:56.52\00:10:57.86 You want to go faster and rest 00:10:57.89\00:10:59.58 because that's what how the God designed it, 00:10:59.61\00:11:01.02 to work in intervals. 00:11:01.05\00:11:02.29 You know, in the Garden of Eden, 00:11:02.32\00:11:03.35 you know, Adam might have to chase down that tiger there 00:11:03.38\00:11:06.52 but then after he chase it down he would rest. 00:11:06.55\00:11:08.40 So you go fast, slow fast slow. 00:11:08.43\00:11:10.47 That's what gets your arteries bigger, 00:11:10.50\00:11:12.11 smaller, bigger, smaller that's what exercises them more. 00:11:12.14\00:11:15.43 So it's this intervals training 00:11:15.46\00:11:16.89 and they arbitrarily use about six minutes. 00:11:16.92\00:11:19.01 So I get on the treadmill, 00:11:19.04\00:11:20.19 and I go six minutes of speed elevated some more six minutes. 00:11:20.22\00:11:23.26 When I start to getting tired 00:11:23.29\00:11:24.64 I don't want to go into anaerobic metabolism. 00:11:24.67\00:11:26.42 Right.
