The following program presents 00:00:01.06\00:00:02.09 principles designed to promote good health 00:00:02.12\00:00:04.11 and is not intended to take the place 00:00:04.14\00:00:05.85 of personalized professional care. 00:00:05.88\00:00:07.94 The opinions and ideas expressed 00:00:07.97\00:00:09.41 are those of the speaker. 00:00:09.44\00:00:10.86 Viewers are encouraged to draw their own conclusions 00:00:10.89\00:00:13.37 about the information presented. 00:00:13.40\00:00:16.53 You have a greater chance 00:00:16.56\00:00:17.75 of dying prematurely of heart disease 00:00:17.78\00:00:20.99 than any other cause of death. 00:00:21.02\00:00:23.43 Important topic, stay tuned. 00:00:23.46\00:00:27.73 I'm Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:27.76\00:00:29.66 Are you interested in discovering the reason why? 00:00:29.69\00:00:33.12 Do you want solutions to your healthcare problems? 00:00:33.15\00:00:35.86 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:35.89\00:00:38.69 Well, you're about to be given "The Ultimate Prescription" 00:00:38.72\00:00:42.69 There is no health topic more important than the care 00:00:45.88\00:00:48.45 and feeding of your heart. 00:00:48.48\00:00:50.14 It's the only one you've got 00:00:50.17\00:00:51.71 and without it faithfully 00:00:51.74\00:00:53.07 thumping away down there in your chest. 00:00:53.10\00:00:55.49 You have a very bad day. 00:00:55.52\00:00:57.56 What's the best way to care 00:00:57.59\00:00:58.98 for that all important and one and only organ. 00:00:59.01\00:01:01.52 Let's spend some time going over the questions. 00:01:01.55\00:01:03.81 The heart questions have come in to 00:01:03.84\00:01:05.27 the heartwiseministries.org 00:01:05.30\00:01:06.68 website recently on that very topic. 00:01:06.71\00:01:09.68 Dr. Marcum as a cardiologist, 00:01:09.71\00:01:11.88 these questions carry a very heavy weight 00:01:11.91\00:01:14.54 for you I would say. Yes. 00:01:14.57\00:01:16.09 I mean, I love to answer questions 00:01:16.12\00:01:18.37 regarding heart disease. 00:01:18.40\00:01:20.02 And in fact as a cardiologist, I do that every single day. 00:01:20.05\00:01:24.67 And so I am pretty qualified to answer those 00:01:24.70\00:01:27.25 and what I really want to emphasize 00:01:27.28\00:01:29.27 on today's program is that 00:01:29.30\00:01:30.70 there is no question that's too simple. 00:01:30.73\00:01:34.17 Everyone needs answers to the most simple questions 00:01:34.20\00:01:36.36 and we've got all sorts of questions in here 00:01:36.39\00:01:38.00 that have come in to the website Charles. 00:01:38.03\00:01:39.97 We want to talk about them so let's just jump right in. 00:01:40.00\00:01:42.53 Well, this first one is important 00:01:42.56\00:01:43.78 because it is the number one killer, 00:01:43.81\00:01:46.60 am I right, yes, the number one killer. 00:01:46.63\00:01:48.67 Well, you know, I can argue with that. 00:01:48.70\00:01:51.13 You know, cancer and heart disease 00:01:51.16\00:01:52.63 are up there one and two. 00:01:52.66\00:01:53.73 But I recently wrote a book and there is some research 00:01:53.76\00:01:56.64 that perhaps medications 00:01:56.67\00:01:58.52 are the number one killer in America. 00:01:58.55\00:02:00.10 Oh, my-- Medications cause a lot of death too. 00:02:00.13\00:02:02.76 Now, that won't be considered disease, would it? 00:02:02.79\00:02:04.94 Yeah, well-- I guess. So as far as disease goes-- 00:02:04.97\00:02:07.45 yeah, as far as disease goes, I think cardiovascular disease 00:02:07.48\00:02:09.97 is number one. 00:02:10.00\00:02:11.03 So it's still up there very high. 00:02:11.06\00:02:12.94 And unfortunately the disease rate 00:02:12.97\00:02:15.68 continues to climb. 00:02:15.71\00:02:17.21 And it's a disease of stress on a system. 00:02:17.24\00:02:20.56 It comes from genetic stress, 00:02:20.59\00:02:22.93 also comes from the food we eat. 00:02:22.96\00:02:25.15 The stress that comes from our brain 00:02:25.18\00:02:27.26 or high blood pressure or high cholesterols 00:02:27.29\00:02:29.46 everything that seems to be crying cardiovascular disease. 00:02:29.49\00:02:32.20 And lot of people don't realize it 00:02:32.23\00:02:34.16 almost everyone has at least 00:02:34.19\00:02:35.61 some cardiovascular disease in them. 00:02:35.64\00:02:37.73 And some times, the first time 00:02:37.76\00:02:39.19 you ever notice you had cardiovascular disease 00:02:39.22\00:02:41.16 and 50% of the time it's a heart attack. Yeah. 00:02:41.19\00:02:43.58 You know, they are going around 00:02:43.61\00:02:44.64 for years and years, 00:02:44.67\00:02:45.70 everything is going fine, boom, heart attack. 00:02:45.73\00:02:47.67 Then they find out not only they have 00:02:47.70\00:02:49.03 vascular disease in their heart 00:02:49.06\00:02:50.44 but if it's one blood vessel, it's in all the blood vessels. 00:02:50.47\00:02:53.29 That's an important point because people think 00:02:53.32\00:02:55.64 heart disease is centered at the heart 00:02:55.67\00:02:57.77 but a lot of the causes of heart disease 00:02:57.80\00:02:59.97 is universal, head to toe. 00:03:00.00\00:03:01.77 Yeah, we might want to name this 00:03:01.80\00:03:03.35 endothelial disease. There you go. 00:03:03.38\00:03:05.09 Because the lining is called the endothelium 00:03:05.12\00:03:08.28 and oh, you got picture of-- We do, right here. 00:03:08.31\00:03:10.36 You can hold up to, endothelium, 00:03:10.39\00:03:12.49 the endothelium goes throughout the body, 00:03:12.52\00:03:14.99 the brain, it goes everywhere. 00:03:15.02\00:03:16.76 In fact this is a healthy endothelium. Okay. 00:03:16.79\00:03:19.08 And you might want to show them 00:03:19.11\00:03:20.31 what happens when endothelium gets damage. Oh, dear. 00:03:20.34\00:03:22.94 It gets more and more clogged up 00:03:22.97\00:03:25.12 and these are little plaques, 00:03:25.15\00:03:26.64 these little plaques can rupture, 00:03:26.67\00:03:28.15 half of all heart attack come from little plaques 00:03:28.18\00:03:30.35 that rupture suddenly. 00:03:30.38\00:03:31.62 These are made of fat 00:03:31.65\00:03:32.77 in the arteries and that's a lot. 00:03:32.80\00:03:35.20 That is an artery that's in bad shape. 00:03:35.23\00:03:37.98 It's almost entirely filled up with fat laden, 00:03:38.01\00:03:41.04 it's called lipoprotein, it's a plaque 00:03:41.07\00:03:43.29 that is going to sure cause a problem. 00:03:43.32\00:03:45.72 But if it's in the arteries of the heart, 00:03:45.75\00:03:47.45 it's in the arteries of your brain, 00:03:47.48\00:03:48.91 it's in your aorta, 00:03:48.94\00:03:49.97 it's in the peripheral vasculature. 00:03:50.00\00:03:51.55 It even can, you know, get in the reproductive organs. 00:03:51.58\00:03:53.94 Now lot of people come to me, now, this isn't funny for man 00:03:53.97\00:03:57.30 but they come, the first sign 00:03:57.33\00:03:58.75 of cardiovascular disease is impotent. 00:03:58.78\00:04:01.49 And they say, cause that's a largest in the field, 00:04:01.52\00:04:03.95 one of the largest areas of endothelia in the body 00:04:03.98\00:04:06.49 and when they have impotence they say 00:04:06.52\00:04:08.36 oh, no, they get concerned about that. 00:04:08.39\00:04:11.10 Then all of the sudden I can change my lifestyle. Yes. 00:04:11.13\00:04:13.56 You know, I can do things 00:04:13.59\00:04:14.78 to make my endothelial function work better 00:04:14.81\00:04:17.61 and we're going to talk about 00:04:17.64\00:04:18.84 things today about making the endothelium work better. 00:04:18.87\00:04:21.85 So if you out there and you might be suffering 00:04:21.88\00:04:23.49 from impotence or heart disease 00:04:23.52\00:04:25.68 or brain disease or peripheral vascular disease 00:04:25.71\00:04:27.86 or blood vessels any, 00:04:27.89\00:04:29.30 that's in the heart, it's everywhere, 00:04:29.33\00:04:30.93 so this is something that everyone should listen to. 00:04:30.96\00:04:32.91 On one of our Heartwise radio programs 00:04:32.94\00:04:36.26 I interviewed an ophthalmologist, 00:04:36.29\00:04:38.72 an eye doctor. 00:04:38.75\00:04:39.78 And he said that he can look into the eye 00:04:39.81\00:04:42.82 and he can tell whether this action 00:04:42.85\00:04:45.78 is happening in the eye. 00:04:45.81\00:04:48.24 That's noninvasive, I mean, 00:04:48.27\00:04:49.36 you don't have to cut, you just look inside. 00:04:49.39\00:04:51.50 Yeah, you can see the arteries, 00:04:51.53\00:04:53.18 they are narrowed, they are constructed 00:04:53.21\00:04:55.31 but I can almost tell everyone that's under stressed 00:04:55.34\00:04:58.27 that eats a meat-laden diet, 00:04:58.30\00:05:02.13 that eats the fast food, everyone has probably 00:05:02.16\00:05:04.66 some disease in the endothelium. 00:05:04.69\00:05:07.32 So you know, you might consider 00:05:07.35\00:05:08.52 cardiovascular disease, 00:05:08.55\00:05:09.58 we might rename it endothelial disease. 00:05:09.61\00:05:12.12 But the good news, 00:05:12.15\00:05:13.56 this disease a lot can be done 00:05:13.59\00:05:14.86 for both in emergency situations, 00:05:14.89\00:05:17.53 we've all sorts of things that could be done 00:05:17.56\00:05:19.02 to help you through the emergency 00:05:19.05\00:05:20.76 and get you to a place you can ask well, 00:05:20.79\00:05:22.65 why did I had that disease in the first place 00:05:22.68\00:05:25.13 and is there anything else 00:05:25.16\00:05:26.36 I can do to prevent it and even reverse it. 00:05:26.39\00:05:28.26 All right, good point. 00:05:28.29\00:05:29.51 Okay, questions that have come into 00:05:29.54\00:05:30.92 the heartwiseministries.org website. 00:05:30.95\00:05:34.30 Why is the rate of cardiovascular disease so high? 00:05:34.33\00:05:37.81 Now I am assuming Dr. Marcum 00:05:37.84\00:05:40.37 that there was a time when it wasn't high? 00:05:40.40\00:05:43.27 Well, you know, may be it wasn't high 00:05:43.30\00:05:45.16 or maybe we weren't detecting it quite as much, 00:05:45.19\00:05:47.65 but it's been pretty much high and it's not going down. 00:05:47.68\00:05:50.64 An interesting story one time I heard is that, 00:05:50.67\00:05:53.66 you know, heart disease, rate of cardiovascular disease, 00:05:53.69\00:05:56.11 stroke, heart disease continues going up. 00:05:56.14\00:05:58.53 But in the country of Norway in World War II for instance 00:05:58.56\00:06:03.43 and the Axis Power came in 00:06:03.46\00:06:05.27 and they took away all of their fatty foods, 00:06:05.30\00:06:07.59 they took away all their meat, their eggs and the cheese. 00:06:07.62\00:06:09.39 To feed the army. Yeah. 00:06:09.42\00:06:11.04 And then all of a sudden the rate of the disease 00:06:11.07\00:06:13.43 in that country went straight down. 00:06:13.46\00:06:17.18 And then it stayed down during the war 00:06:17.21\00:06:19.90 and after they got all that bad food 00:06:19.93\00:06:21.36 to eat again that, 00:06:21.39\00:06:23.13 you know, that the heavy diet 00:06:23.16\00:06:24.48 and lots of fat, lots of protein, 00:06:24.51\00:06:26.32 then the disease climbed back up again. 00:06:26.35\00:06:28.69 In other groups of people 00:06:28.72\00:06:30.48 that don't eat all this fatty foods 00:06:30.51\00:06:32.83 that we get, they don't have 00:06:32.86\00:06:34.51 cardiovascular disease at all. 00:06:34.54\00:06:36.38 In certain islands around the world, 00:06:36.41\00:06:38.58 in rural China, in Africa 00:06:38.61\00:06:40.84 they don't have cardiovascular disease. 00:06:40.87\00:06:43.06 In the westernized world where we not only eat 00:06:43.09\00:06:46.04 a heavy animal based diet 00:06:46.07\00:06:48.00 and this has been increasing through the years, 00:06:48.03\00:06:49.90 we eat more and more, not only that 00:06:49.93\00:06:51.42 but the fast food and another stressor 00:06:51.45\00:06:54.05 is the stress on our bodies. 00:06:54.08\00:06:55.81 You know, we weren't made to work as hard as we are, 00:06:55.84\00:06:59.08 we weren't made to be distract, 00:06:59.11\00:07:00.43 we weren't made to be endorse, 00:07:00.46\00:07:02.09 so all these little stressors, Charles, 00:07:02.12\00:07:04.57 is raising the risk of cardiovascular disease, 00:07:04.60\00:07:07.00 raising the amount of cardiovascular disease, 00:07:07.03\00:07:08.85 strokes, heart attacks. 00:07:08.88\00:07:10.50 We are doing great at treating the emergencies. 00:07:10.53\00:07:12.47 You know, we've got chest pain protocols, 00:07:12.50\00:07:14.24 you go in the emergency room, 00:07:14.27\00:07:15.41 we can keep you alive. 00:07:15.44\00:07:16.69 We got stents and bypasses 00:07:16.72\00:07:18.33 and defibrillators and special medicines. 00:07:18.36\00:07:20.53 But at the same time the rates are still high 00:07:20.56\00:07:22.99 that's not fixing the disease. Yeah. 00:07:23.02\00:07:24.83 You know, we're just having the disease longer 00:07:24.86\00:07:26.47 and dying of something else. 00:07:26.50\00:07:28.02 But if we really want to get at the disease, 00:07:28.05\00:07:29.88 we have to get at the cause. 00:07:29.91\00:07:31.42 And that's some of the things we're going to talk about. 00:07:31.45\00:07:34.35 It should be pointed out right here 00:07:34.38\00:07:36.31 that anyone who things that a stent 00:07:36.34\00:07:38.66 or a bypass fixes the problem, 00:07:38.69\00:07:41.46 may need to rethink that. Exactly. 00:07:41.49\00:07:43.98 These procedures treat the symptoms. 00:07:44.01\00:07:47.00 Now if you're having a heart attack 00:07:47.03\00:07:48.18 that's a pretty major symptom, you now. 00:07:48.21\00:07:49.87 I want to stent in, so I can stay alive, 00:07:49.90\00:07:51.60 so I can live another day. 00:07:51.63\00:07:52.92 So then I can figure out, well, what caused it. 00:07:52.95\00:07:55.23 You know what causes endothelial lining disease. 00:07:55.26\00:07:58.15 And teach me ways that I can prevent it or reverse it, 00:07:58.18\00:08:00.99 so I don't have to come back for another one. 00:08:01.02\00:08:02.99 Now if a person doesn't change 00:08:03.02\00:08:04.43 after they had the bypass, 00:08:04.46\00:08:06.02 the arteries that are they are going to get more clogged up. 00:08:06.05\00:08:08.51 And they're going to be coming back for more 00:08:08.54\00:08:10.21 and more and more. 00:08:10.24\00:08:11.27 It's a great business model 00:08:11.30\00:08:13.03 but it's not so good for the patient that has it. 00:08:13.06\00:08:15.27 Okay, all right. 00:08:15.30\00:08:17.59 You used the word reverse several times here 00:08:17.62\00:08:19.90 and a question that came into heartwiseministries.org website. 00:08:19.93\00:08:22.44 Is it possible to reverse cardiovascular disease? 00:08:22.47\00:08:26.26 Now I am assuming this is someone 00:08:26.29\00:08:28.61 who has arteries that look like this artery, 00:08:28.64\00:08:31.24 I showed you here that was pretty clogged. 00:08:31.27\00:08:34.08 Can you actually go in there 00:08:34.11\00:08:35.14 and scrub that out non-surgically. 00:08:35.17\00:08:37.46 No, unfortunately, Charles, 00:08:37.49\00:08:39.03 we don't pull that plaque. 00:08:39.06\00:08:40.36 A lot of people think after I have a bypass 00:08:40.39\00:08:42.32 my blockages are gone. No, it's not. 00:08:42.35\00:08:45.00 A lot of people assume that after I have my stent in, 00:08:45.03\00:08:47.90 I don't have any blockages. No, we just squish it. 00:08:47.93\00:08:50.78 And also when we squish it, we damage the blood vessel, 00:08:50.81\00:08:53.69 so it turns on all these other factors 00:08:53.72\00:08:55.41 of other plaques are unstable, 00:08:55.44\00:08:57.49 they can get activated. 00:08:57.52\00:08:58.94 That's why we have to use special medicines 00:08:58.97\00:09:00.68 to help protect the stents. 00:09:00.71\00:09:02.69 The bypass doesn't take it away either 00:09:02.72\00:09:04.93 but there has been several individuals out there 00:09:04.96\00:09:07.83 Dr. Esselstyn at the Cleveland Clinic, 00:09:07.86\00:09:10.64 Dean Ornish, okay. 00:09:10.67\00:09:13.21 There are several have done some studies on people 00:09:13.24\00:09:15.75 that they have treated special ways, 00:09:15.78\00:09:18.03 I think Esselstyn's probably got the most attention. 00:09:18.06\00:09:20.71 Where he puts people on a very special diet 00:09:20.74\00:09:23.20 almost zero or no oil, 00:09:23.23\00:09:26.07 all the plant based diet, no animals. 00:09:26.10\00:09:28.61 And he has shown that his patience's 00:09:28.64\00:09:30.30 not only about a third of them reversed the disease 00:09:30.33\00:09:33.05 but none of them progressed, 00:09:33.08\00:09:34.71 they make the plaques more stable, 00:09:34.74\00:09:36.86 they almost make them heart attack proof. Wow. 00:09:36.89\00:09:39.71 If they eat the right foods. Wow. 00:09:39.74\00:09:41.82 Now one of the criticisms I have on his work is that 00:09:41.85\00:09:45.75 lot of people can't do that. 00:09:45.78\00:09:47.64 You know, most people live in the real world. 00:09:47.67\00:09:49.63 How do you take a person that doesn't eat good at all 00:09:49.66\00:09:52.33 and get him gradually moving to a healthy diet. 00:09:52.36\00:09:55.28 And that's why I think we know we got to move him 00:09:55.31\00:09:57.07 one step at a time and that's why I think it takes 00:09:57.10\00:09:59.48 really God's help to help change your heart. 00:09:59.51\00:10:02.06 And, but the people that they have done 00:10:02.09\00:10:03.77 with those diets, they do remarkably well. 00:10:03.80\00:10:06.48 The good news is that even if you do 00:10:06.51\00:10:08.05 a little bit before that, 00:10:08.08\00:10:09.91 the first step you can actually 00:10:09.94\00:10:11.49 be better off than you were 00:10:11.52\00:10:13.35 without that first step. Exactly. 00:10:13.38\00:10:14.89 And a lot of people say, well, you know, 00:10:14.92\00:10:16.41 if I can't eat this I would rather die. 00:10:16.44\00:10:18.50 Well, there is little things you can do 00:10:18.53\00:10:20.53 and as you change one thing, 00:10:20.56\00:10:22.40 you say, wow, I do feel better, 00:10:22.43\00:10:24.18 I can change something else. God is working with me. 00:10:24.21\00:10:27.17 What else can I do to feel better? 00:10:27.20\00:10:28.78 Now you've never had a heart problem, 00:10:28.81\00:10:30.20 have you Charles? No. Thank goodness, no. 00:10:30.23\00:10:31.53 You look very, very healthy. Well, thank you. 00:10:31.56\00:10:33.67 You know, if you might have a symptom, 00:10:33.70\00:10:35.77 you know, like when you're talking 00:10:35.80\00:10:36.90 if you would have chest pressure 00:10:36.93\00:10:38.19 that goes away when you quit talking 00:10:38.22\00:10:39.88 that might be a heart symptom, 00:10:39.91\00:10:41.23 so anything happens when you're doing something, 00:10:41.26\00:10:43.44 could be a heart symptom. 00:10:43.47\00:10:44.58 If you can't breathe or if you were to pass out 00:10:44.61\00:10:47.20 then I would be suspicious that you have a heart problem. 00:10:47.23\00:10:49.53 So those are just a few of the symptoms 00:10:49.56\00:10:51.28 that we might warn everyone with, 00:10:51.31\00:10:53.15 when you are doing something, 00:10:53.18\00:10:54.21 you don't feel right, above the waist 00:10:54.24\00:10:56.32 it could be your heart. 00:10:56.35\00:10:58.73 So the indication that you have 00:10:58.76\00:11:02.05 cardiovascular disease is what, 00:11:02.08\00:11:05.11 you have a hard time breathing, 00:11:05.14\00:11:06.62 you have a fainting spell, 00:11:06.65\00:11:09.03 you've said before you climb a hill 00:11:09.06\00:11:10.59 and you've tightness in your chest. 00:11:10.62\00:11:12.99 What this is simply saying is 00:11:13.02\00:11:14.33 that the blood is not getting to where it needs to go. 00:11:14.36\00:11:18.34 Something is constricting the flow of the blood 00:11:18.37\00:11:21.24 and when that happens, we call it heart disease 00:11:21.27\00:11:24.06 but it's basically like you say, 00:11:24.09\00:11:26.23 it's the disease of the arteries, 00:11:26.26\00:11:27.55 it's disease of the clogging-- 00:11:27.58\00:11:29.50 Unfortunately, by the time the person has a symptom, 00:11:29.53\00:11:32.71 they have pretty advance disease. 00:11:32.74\00:11:35.17 So our goal is to let you know 00:11:35.20\00:11:37.50 limit the amount of disease in it, 00:11:37.53\00:11:38.88 if someone's there is not having symptoms 00:11:38.91\00:11:40.82 to keep them from having symptoms. 00:11:40.85\00:11:42.61 We just assume everyone has it. 00:11:42.64\00:11:44.62 Now even my test that I do to see 00:11:44.65\00:11:46.31 if they have active disease, 00:11:46.34\00:11:47.50 which are exercise, treadmill test, 00:11:47.53\00:11:49.97 I can do echoes to look at the strength of the heart, 00:11:50.00\00:11:51.96 we can look at the arteries in the neck, 00:11:51.99\00:11:53.70 we can look at the arteries here in the legs, 00:11:53.73\00:11:55.68 we can look at them every where 00:11:55.71\00:11:57.01 but we don't want to do that. 00:11:57.04\00:11:58.68 We want to talk to you right now 00:11:58.71\00:12:00.23 about limiting this disease and preventing it right now, 00:12:00.26\00:12:03.47 before you have a symptoms, 00:12:03.50\00:12:04.92 before you be one of the casualty. 00:12:04.95\00:12:06.46 That's going to be the new revolution 00:12:06.49\00:12:08.13 in healthcare in cardiovascular disease. 00:12:08.16\00:12:09.89 It's not going to be another stent 00:12:09.92\00:12:11.40 or new procedure or laser or these growth factors. 00:12:11.43\00:12:14.67 The no new revolution is going to come 00:12:14.70\00:12:16.97 when people start eating better, 00:12:17.00\00:12:18.56 getting that fat out of their diet 00:12:18.59\00:12:20.51 when they start exercising and when they start realizing 00:12:20.54\00:12:23.92 that the stress from all, 00:12:23.95\00:12:25.78 all walk is really killing us, literally killing us. 00:12:25.81\00:12:29.31 Well, we're going to take a short break. 00:12:29.34\00:12:30.38 When we come back we want to talk 00:12:30.41\00:12:31.63 more about heart disease 00:12:31.66\00:12:32.79 with cardiologist Dr. James Marcum here. 00:12:32.82\00:12:35.48 The next question that we want to talk about is. 00:12:35.51\00:12:37.62 What is the greatest revolution 00:12:37.65\00:12:39.98 that has happened in cardiovascular disease 00:12:40.01\00:12:41.96 in the last ten years? 00:12:41.99\00:12:43.38 We know the research is ongoing 00:12:43.41\00:12:45.31 and people are always looking for answers 00:12:45.34\00:12:47.16 and researchers are always trying to find ways 00:12:47.19\00:12:49.40 of keeping this from happening. 00:12:49.43\00:12:51.31 I have a feeling, knowing you 00:12:51.34\00:12:53.57 and talking with you that the revolution 00:12:53.60\00:12:55.46 that you're going to tell us about 00:12:55.49\00:12:57.27 began about 6000 years ago. 00:12:57.30\00:12:59.49 We're going to find out about that revolution 00:12:59.52\00:13:00.95 and more about heart disease on our return, 00:13:00.98\00:13:03.15 so everybody stay right where you are. 00:13:03.18\00:13:06.12
