Stay tuned. 00:00:24.60\00:00:27.66 I'm Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:27.69\00:00:29.59 Are you interested in discovering the reason why? 00:00:29.62\00:00:32.98 You want solutions to your health care problem. 00:00:33.01\00:00:35.81 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:35.84\00:00:38.66 Well, you're about to be given the "Ultimate Prescription." 00:00:38.69\00:00:43.97 Today, we continue our discussion 00:00:44.00\00:00:45.54 on the major causes of death on this planet. 00:00:45.57\00:00:48.54 Diabetes is one of those causes, 00:00:48.57\00:00:51.23 but we've got good news for you today. 00:00:51.26\00:00:53.76 Diabetes, that dreaded debilitating disease 00:00:53.79\00:00:56.63 responsible for the mutilation 00:00:56.66\00:00:58.03 and death of thousands each year, has met its match. 00:00:58.06\00:01:02.59 The evidence is overwhelming. 00:01:02.62\00:01:04.41 And you can take full advantage of what has been learnt. 00:01:04.44\00:01:08.14 Dr. Marcum, I have a feeling today's show 00:01:08.17\00:01:09.96 we're gonna change some lives out there. 00:01:09.99\00:01:11.60 Well, I certainly hope so. 00:01:11.63\00:01:13.24 And it's my goal and prayer that every day that we live 00:01:13.27\00:01:16.62 some lives are changed by what--the things we do. 00:01:16.65\00:01:19.17 And lot of people don't realize. 00:01:19.20\00:01:20.57 Before I went into medicine, Charles, 00:01:20.60\00:01:22.08 I taught high school math and science. 00:01:22.11\00:01:25.37 And I found out that in teaching 00:01:25.40\00:01:26.77 it was very important to have review sessions. 00:01:26.80\00:01:29.28 So, you know, we worked on the series 00:01:29.31\00:01:31.57 about the causes of death in the world, the leading causes. 00:01:31.60\00:01:35.21 We found some trends going on. 00:01:35.24\00:01:36.97 We found out that all these can be associated 00:01:37.00\00:01:38.99 by not living by the way God originally designed us. 00:01:39.02\00:01:42.66 And also prolonged exposures to bad things, 00:01:42.69\00:01:46.26 toxins, prolonged exposures. 00:01:46.29\00:01:48.97 And we talked last program about diabetes, 00:01:49.00\00:01:51.55 the diagnosis, having high blood sugar. 00:01:51.58\00:01:54.09 They're the symptoms. 00:01:54.12\00:01:55.49 We also see the numbers rising, 00:01:55.52\00:01:57.35 especially, for type 2 adult-onset. 00:01:57.38\00:02:00.61 The numbers-- and as these numbers rises, 00:02:00.64\00:02:02.83 the damages to the organs, it's just tremendous. 00:02:02.86\00:02:05.53 A lot of people are walking around. 00:02:05.56\00:02:06.96 There's people out there, they're talking to us 00:02:06.99\00:02:09.17 and listening to us today. 00:02:09.20\00:02:10.74 They're talking about diabetes 00:02:10.77\00:02:12.14 and they don't even know they have it. 00:02:12.17\00:02:13.55 You know, they're walking on diabetes. 00:02:13.58\00:02:14.95 It's a hidden time bomb, just like cardiovascular disease. 00:02:14.98\00:02:17.38 And unfortunately, these illnesses, 00:02:17.41\00:02:19.13 you're seeing the overlap, you know? 00:02:19.16\00:02:21.75 Diabetes causing heart disease, you know. 00:02:21.78\00:02:23.91 Which comes first? The chicken or the egg? 00:02:23.94\00:02:25.63 High blood pressure damages this organ system. 00:02:25.66\00:02:27.86 You know, that causes you to have to take medicines 00:02:27.89\00:02:29.84 which will also hurt you. 00:02:29.87\00:02:31.24 So all these things that can actually 00:02:31.27\00:02:32.64 destroy our bodies and our minds, 00:02:32.67\00:02:35.12 there's just a lot of overlap here 00:02:35.15\00:02:36.73 in all these chronic medical conditions. 00:02:36.76\00:02:39.09 But there's good news with diabetes. 00:02:39.12\00:02:41.07 And I have a study I wanted to quote here. 00:02:41.10\00:02:43.96 I want to-- I did my cardiology fellowship 00:02:43.99\00:02:46.26 at the University of Kentucky. 00:02:46.29\00:02:48.86 And one of the professors there, his name, James Anderson. 00:02:48.89\00:02:52.13 And he did a very interesting study. 00:02:52.16\00:02:54.31 And what he did is he took people, 00:02:54.34\00:02:56.93 young men in their twenties. 00:02:56.96\00:02:58.93 And he wanted to study glucose metabolism. 00:02:58.96\00:03:01.43 We talked about diabetes. 00:03:01.46\00:03:03.07 We can't get the glucose into the cells needed for energy. 00:03:03.10\00:03:06.94 No energy, that's why some of the symptoms. 00:03:06.97\00:03:08.68 You are tired, you go to the bathroom a lot, 00:03:08.71\00:03:10.55 you're very thirsty because we're not getting the energy 00:03:10.58\00:03:13.53 we needed in blood sugar. 00:03:13.56\00:03:15.11 Well, he fed this twenty-year-olds 00:03:15.14\00:03:16.96 one pound of refined sugar, sucrose. 00:03:16.99\00:03:20.33 So he said, "Listen, you're gonna have 00:03:20.36\00:03:21.73 a pound of sugar every day." 00:03:21.76\00:03:23.14 So he made sugar 80% of their calories. 00:03:23.17\00:03:26.74 That's a lot of calories. Lot of calories. 00:03:26.77\00:03:28.76 So he-- you know, 00:03:28.79\00:03:30.16 and the question he wanted to know is 00:03:30.19\00:03:31.63 what caused type 2 diabetes. 00:03:31.66\00:03:33.67 Is it a problem with sugar? 00:03:33.70\00:03:35.12 So he fed them this. 00:03:35.15\00:03:36.59 And at 10 weeks--after 10 weeks of feeling this diet, 00:03:36.62\00:03:39.45 I'm sure they gained weight, 00:03:39.48\00:03:41.48 but he did a glucose tolerance test. 00:03:41.51\00:03:44.06 And it showed that there was no evidence 00:03:44.09\00:03:46.47 that they were having problems 00:03:46.50\00:03:47.87 metabolizing the glucose in these young people. 00:03:47.90\00:03:49.94 So the insulin was getting it into the cells, no problem. 00:03:49.97\00:03:52.78 Glucose did not cause type 2 diabetes mellitus. 00:03:52.81\00:03:57.04 So that was very encouraging. 00:03:57.07\00:03:58.44 He'd learnt something. 00:03:58.47\00:03:59.84 Then he said, "You know, listen, 00:03:59.87\00:04:01.24 you know, I want to find out, 00:04:01.27\00:04:02.64 you know, ways to help type 2 diabetes. 00:04:02.67\00:04:04.70 What else can we do?" 00:04:04.73\00:04:06.10 So what Dr. Anderson did, he says, "Listen, 00:04:06.13\00:04:08.09 let's give people a high fat diet." Okay? 00:04:08.12\00:04:10.97 So he gave them a diabetic diet. 00:04:11.00\00:04:14.39 No, he gave them a diet. 00:04:14.42\00:04:15.97 It actually precipitated problems. 00:04:16.00\00:04:17.57 He gave them, 65% of their diet was fat. 00:04:17.60\00:04:20.26 He didn't know he was giving them a diabetic diet. 00:04:20.29\00:04:22.58 And he-- they ate a lot of this food. 00:04:22.61\00:04:24.62 And in just two weeks after giving this high fat diet, 00:04:24.65\00:04:27.69 all of them had abnormal glucose tolerance tests. 00:04:27.72\00:04:31.40 So this high fat diet could not-- 00:04:31.43\00:04:34.91 you know, they developed this abnormal metabolism. 00:04:34.94\00:04:37.25 So again they were exposed to a chronic situation 00:04:37.28\00:04:40.76 that we weren't designed, a high fat diet. 00:04:40.79\00:04:42.54 We weren't designed to have. 00:04:42.57\00:04:43.94 They were exposed to it. 00:04:43.97\00:04:45.34 And two weeks is not a long time. No, it's not. 00:04:45.37\00:04:46.74 And two weeks of that high stress diet caused 00:04:46.77\00:04:50.20 the development of glucose impairment. 00:04:50.23\00:04:52.32 One person even got diabetes. 00:04:52.35\00:04:54.27 So if you think about it logically, 00:04:54.30\00:04:56.22 if we--you know, normally people, 00:04:56.25\00:04:58.17 now it's estimated that in the States 00:04:58.20\00:05:00.08 about 40% of our diet's non fats. 00:05:00.11\00:05:03.07 40%, that's quite a bit. 00:05:03.10\00:05:05.74 And if you take more fats than that, 00:05:05.77\00:05:07.59 that's more than we really need in our bodies. 00:05:07.62\00:05:09.81 And if the fats that we're taking are not the healthy fats, 00:05:09.84\00:05:12.34 you know, you've heard of things like, 00:05:12.37\00:05:13.74 you know, the saturated fats, 00:05:13.77\00:05:15.24 we put a lot-- fat makes you feel good. 00:05:15.27\00:05:17.90 It helps the dopamine receptors, makes everything better. 00:05:17.93\00:05:20.82 But if you take these high fat diets day in and day out, 00:05:20.85\00:05:24.08 you damage your receptors. 00:05:24.11\00:05:26.01 You damage your ability to move the sugar into your cell. 00:05:26.04\00:05:29.33 Because what happens is 00:05:29.36\00:05:30.73 the fat takes up space in the cell, 00:05:30.76\00:05:32.29 you can't glucose-- it also hurts receptors. 00:05:32.32\00:05:34.30 Lots of problems with that. 00:05:34.33\00:05:35.72 This gentleman, Dr Anderson proved 00:05:35.75\00:05:37.81 that the problem in type 2 diabetes is fat. 00:05:37.84\00:05:41.14 So the real solution to type 2 diabetes is to remove fat. 00:05:41.17\00:05:46.32 Remove fat from the diet. 00:05:46.35\00:05:48.25 Remove fat from the tissue. 00:05:48.28\00:05:50.35 And there's a lot of doctors around the country 00:05:50.38\00:05:52.88 and I think of Dr. McDougall. 00:05:52.91\00:05:54.89 He's out in California. 00:05:54.92\00:05:56.29 He can cure most type 2 diabetics 00:05:56.32\00:05:58.65 if they remove fat from their diet 00:05:58.68\00:06:01.40 and they go on these excellent vegan type diets 00:06:01.43\00:06:03.88 that are low in fat and exercise. 00:06:03.91\00:06:06.01 In fact, if you exercise one hour a day, 00:06:06.04\00:06:08.97 that's equivalent of taking five units of insulin 00:06:09.00\00:06:11.52 and what it can do to move sugar in the body. 00:06:11.55\00:06:13.91 So you can reverse this disease by getting fat out of the body, 00:06:13.94\00:06:18.55 fat out of the cells, fat out of the diet and exercise. 00:06:18.58\00:06:22.23 You can help reverse type 2 diabetes in most cases. 00:06:22.26\00:06:25.30 Now there's a few cases it cannot be. 00:06:25.33\00:06:27.36 But this is not getting out there. 00:06:27.39\00:06:28.76 And what's happening 00:06:28.79\00:06:30.16 is Americans are choosing to take medications. 00:06:30.19\00:06:33.86 And we got to talk about the medication. 00:06:33.89\00:06:35.68 And I wrote down a long list of the medications 00:06:35.71\00:06:37.67 that we have out here. 00:06:37.70\00:06:39.07 Many are out there. Now everyone's heard of insulin. 00:06:39.10\00:06:40.94 You've heard of insulin. Sure. 00:06:40.97\00:06:42.34 Now unfortunately, type 1 diabetics 00:06:42.37\00:06:44.13 have to take the insulin. 00:06:44.16\00:06:45.77 But you know what, type ones that exercise a lot, 00:06:45.80\00:06:48.25 they do a lot better and using less insulin levels 00:06:48.28\00:06:50.70 if they're type ones. 00:06:50.73\00:06:52.33 But insulin really is a growth hormone. 00:06:52.36\00:06:55.64 Did you know that? 00:06:55.67\00:06:57.04 So insulin, guess what? 00:06:57.07\00:06:58.44 It makes you hungry, you know? 00:06:58.47\00:06:59.84 Insulin actually makes you hungry. 00:06:59.87\00:07:01.24 So insulin doesn't solve the problem in type 2 diabetics. 00:07:01.27\00:07:03.78 It actually makes them hungry and they tend to gain weight. 00:07:03.81\00:07:06.03 Their blood sugar might look good, 00:07:06.06\00:07:07.78 but again we are not fixing the problem. 00:07:07.81\00:07:10.03 Are we taking fat out of the body? No. 00:07:10.06\00:07:11.89 Sometimes we're even giving the hungry to eat more. 00:07:11.92\00:07:14.72 So the real solution is not taking insulin. 00:07:14.75\00:07:17.38 And if you think about it is we have a type of diabetes 00:07:17.41\00:07:21.21 called gestational diabetes and this is a great example. 00:07:21.24\00:07:24.88 And, you know, pregnant woman they have the diabetes 00:07:24.91\00:07:28.85 and they take insulin to help control that. 00:07:28.88\00:07:31.60 Well, the insulin also goes down to the baby. Okay? 00:07:31.63\00:07:34.45 Now the baby doesn't have a problem 00:07:34.48\00:07:35.92 with fat in their diet. So guess what happens? 00:07:35.95\00:07:38.58 All this insulin serves as a growth hormones 00:07:38.61\00:07:40.86 and these babies become very big. 00:07:40.89\00:07:43.39 And we call macrosomia. 00:07:43.42\00:07:45.42 And we see some of the babies that weigh 12 to 14 pounds. 00:07:45.45\00:07:49.59 Their mother's in gestational diabetes 00:07:49.62\00:07:52.15 because insulin is a growth factor. 00:07:52.18\00:07:54.38 So for type 2 diabetes, insulin is really not the answer. 00:07:54.41\00:07:58.48 Now is insulin used in emergencies? Yes, it is. 00:07:58.51\00:08:00.82 We talked about one in last program. 00:08:00.85\00:08:02.28 How in an emergency situation, 00:08:02.31\00:08:03.85 we need to bring down that insulin 00:08:03.88\00:08:05.25 to turn off the fat metabolism 00:08:05.28\00:08:06.66 that was making acids in the body. 00:08:06.69\00:08:09.04 But, but insulin is not a real solution. 00:08:09.07\00:08:12.96 We see some of these other medicines. 00:08:12.99\00:08:14.38 Years ago, when I first started 00:08:14.41\00:08:15.81 we used these class of medicines called sulfonylureas. 00:08:15.84\00:08:17.75 One of them out there was glyburide 00:08:20.10\00:08:22.08 and the other one was called glucotrol. 00:08:22.11\00:08:24.63 And I can remember, 00:08:24.66\00:08:26.03 I'm getting calls at night 00:08:26.06\00:08:27.43 saying, "Listen, you know, 00:08:27.46\00:08:28.99 this patient has a low blood sugar. 00:08:29.02\00:08:31.79 Can we send him home from the emergency room?" 00:08:31.82\00:08:33.77 And I said, "Well, you know, is he on insulin?" 00:08:33.80\00:08:35.79 "Yes, he's on insulin." 00:08:35.82\00:08:37.19 "Did you give him some sugar to bring it up?" 00:08:37.22\00:08:38.65 "Yes, he did." 00:08:38.68\00:08:40.05 I said, "But did you also-- is he on any other medicines?" 00:08:40.08\00:08:43.55 "Oh, yeah, he's on glucotrol. 00:08:43.58\00:08:45.52 Well, glucotrol's a medicine that lowers blood sugar 00:08:45.55\00:08:48.68 but it stays around for a long time. 00:08:48.71\00:08:51.56 So you have to watch those patients a long time 00:08:51.59\00:08:53.61 because a low blood sugar can be deadly. 00:08:53.64\00:08:56.57 So can you imagine there are some people 00:08:56.60\00:08:58.14 that take their blood sugar medicines 00:08:58.17\00:08:59.54 and don't monitor their blood sugar? 00:08:59.57\00:09:01.25 They go into these comas. 00:09:01.28\00:09:02.90 They don't ever wake up. 00:09:02.93\00:09:04.44 So if we send someone home that the blood sugar-- 00:09:04.47\00:09:06.60 you know, for instance they've had problems 00:09:06.63\00:09:08.30 with their kidneys or their liver. 00:09:08.33\00:09:09.86 They're not metabolizing these medicines. And it's low. 00:09:09.89\00:09:12.59 And we say, "Well, just go on home." 00:09:12.62\00:09:14.06 Well, they might go to sleep and never wake up again. 00:09:14.09\00:09:16.49 So that was the real negative about these glyburides. 00:09:16.52\00:09:19.17 They lasted a long time in the body. 00:09:19.20\00:09:21.02 And anything that affected metabolism 00:09:21.05\00:09:22.67 can make the blood sugar go low. 00:09:22.70\00:09:24.32 So in that sense, 00:09:24.35\00:09:25.72 did that medicine cure the type 2 problem? No, it didn't. 00:09:25.75\00:09:28.82 But it also created it own set of problems 00:09:28.85\00:09:31.12 just to make the numbers look good. 00:09:31.15\00:09:33.34 But the numbers look good 00:09:33.37\00:09:34.74 but they also could kill you too. Absolutely. 00:09:34.77\00:09:36.90 Another medicine that's out there 00:09:36.93\00:09:38.59 that's very common was one called metformin. 00:09:38.62\00:09:41.16 And that's a medicine-- glucophage is another name. 00:09:41.19\00:09:45.07 And one of the serious side effects of that one is 00:09:45.10\00:09:47.88 metabolic lactic acidosis. 00:09:47.91\00:09:49.81 It can cause severe build up of acid. 00:09:49.84\00:09:52.50 We've had some agents who've been on the market 00:09:52.53\00:09:54.54 they said, "We can't put it on the market 00:09:54.57\00:09:56.22 'cause it will hurt your liver." 00:09:56.25\00:09:57.62 Some of them raise a chance of developing heart attacks. 00:09:57.65\00:10:00.22 But if you think about it logically, 00:10:00.25\00:10:02.21 the solution for type 2 diabetes 00:10:02.24\00:10:04.24 shouldn't start with medications. 00:10:04.27\00:10:06.55 It should start with getting fat out of the diet. 00:10:06.58\00:10:10.07 It should be working with people to get them to exercise, 00:10:10.10\00:10:13.05 to get them to eat smarter, to bring the fat content down, 00:10:13.08\00:10:16.08 to quit eating so much fast food, 00:10:16.11\00:10:18.18 the ones that make you so happy. 00:10:18.21\00:10:19.85 That's gonna be the real solution to type 2 diabetes. 00:10:19.88\00:10:22.23 So type 2 diabetes can be cured. 00:10:22.26\00:10:25.39 And you don't have to have all this end-organ damages 00:10:25.42\00:10:28.10 with your eyes and your heart and your joints 00:10:28.13\00:10:30.44 and you don't have to have all these problems 00:10:30.47\00:10:31.91 that we see in diabetes. 00:10:31.94\00:10:34.13 This is a curable disease. 00:10:34.16\00:10:35.84 That is about the best news 00:10:35.87\00:10:37.43 I think that we have given on this program. 00:10:37.46\00:10:39.29 We talk a lot about diseases and conditions 00:10:39.32\00:10:41.74 but type 2 diabetes, 00:10:41.77\00:10:43.63 it can actually be cured, be reversed. 00:10:43.66\00:10:46.81 So you don't have to take those medicines anymore. 00:10:46.84\00:10:48.36 And all of those dangerous things 00:10:48.39\00:10:49.76 he was talking about, you don't have to live with that. 00:10:49.79\00:10:52.88 It doesn't have to be there. No. 00:10:52.91\00:10:54.33 And the bottom line is we want to restore 00:10:54.36\00:10:56.94 our normal physiology. 00:10:56.97\00:10:58.95 We want to restore the way our body was designed to be. 00:10:58.98\00:11:01.87 Now let's spend some time right there. 00:11:01.90\00:11:03.34 Restore the way our body was designed to be. 00:11:03.37\00:11:05.99 How do we know what God had in mind for our bodies? 00:11:06.02\00:11:10.23 Where do we find that? Well, you know that's right. 00:11:10.26\00:11:11.75 Nowhere in the Garden of Eden 00:11:11.78\00:11:13.15 when the only time for a perfect-- 00:11:13.18\00:11:14.55 did it say you needed this much percentage of this, 00:11:14.58\00:11:16.36 this much percentage of that, that. It wasn't an issue. 00:11:16.39\00:11:18.39 He didn't say that but at the same time, 00:11:18.42\00:11:20.30 we look at the Garden of Eden and see what we don't see there. 00:11:20.33\00:11:22.65 Yes. We didn't see refined foods. 00:11:22.68\00:11:24.69 We didn't see all these fats in our diets. 00:11:24.72\00:11:27.38 We didn't have a heavy meat related diet. 00:11:27.41\00:11:30.61 Eggs, cheese, all those things that contain lots of fat. 00:11:30.64\00:11:33.93 So we look at it and those substances just weren't there. 00:11:33.96\00:11:36.38 We introduced those at a later time. 00:11:36.41\00:11:38.64 And as a result, we've changed our own chemistry. 00:11:38.67\00:11:41.53 Now we've adapted to it but it's come at some expense. 00:11:41.56\00:11:44.63 So I mean, I think it's really excited 00:11:44.66\00:11:46.60 that the real answer to type 2 diabetes 00:11:46.63\00:11:48.85 is found in the scriptures 00:11:48.88\00:11:50.28 back when they gave this perfect diet. 00:11:50.31\00:11:51.87 In fact, we also see an answer in Daniel. 00:11:51.90\00:11:54.48 The book of Daniel has an example of a person 00:11:54.51\00:11:57.06 that says, "Listen, I'm just gonna 00:11:57.09\00:11:58.46 have pulse and water, vegetables and water." 00:11:58.49\00:12:00.66 And in a short period of time he was 10 times smarter. 00:12:00.69\00:12:03.57 So it helped his brain function. 00:12:03.60\00:12:05.29 We know that diabetics, of course, aren't as sharp, 00:12:05.32\00:12:07.61 you know, because their blood vessels are damaged 00:12:07.64\00:12:09.89 everywhere throughout the body. 00:12:09.92\00:12:11.66 So this is a real major problem 00:12:11.69\00:12:13.33 but the good news is this is reversible, Charles. 00:12:13.36\00:12:15.50 We can restore our normal physiology 00:12:15.53\00:12:18.02 if we get back to the principles that was given us to creation. 00:12:18.05\00:12:20.69 So the real solution for type 2 diabetes is not insulin. 00:12:20.72\00:12:24.31 It's not medications. 00:12:24.34\00:12:25.71 It's getting back to diet and exercise. 00:12:25.74\00:12:28.36 It's being monitoring that blood sugar. 00:12:28.39\00:12:30.41 That's gonna be the key to reversing all these. 00:12:30.44\00:12:32.95 That's exciting. 00:12:32.98\00:12:34.35 You bring up an interesting point there. 00:12:34.38\00:12:35.75 I remember talking with the health professional 00:12:35.78\00:12:37.62 that runs diabetes program-- Yes. 00:12:37.65\00:12:39.60 Based on this model. 00:12:39.63\00:12:41.08 And it was a radio interview and I asked this person, 00:12:41.11\00:12:43.75 "What is the number one benefit 00:12:43.78\00:12:46.78 that the people who go for the program recognized? 00:12:46.81\00:12:50.24 What's the number one benefit they recognize the fastest?" 00:12:50.27\00:12:53.11 And I was expecting more energy. 00:12:53.14\00:12:54.80 I was expecting I can taste food better 00:12:54.83\00:12:56.77 like when a smoker stops smoking. 00:12:56.80\00:12:58.17 I was expecting I can sleep better. 00:12:58.20\00:13:02.51 The number one benefit the diabetics 00:13:02.54\00:13:05.59 enjoyed when they switched over to the diet 00:13:05.62\00:13:08.87 that God had in mind was 00:13:08.90\00:13:10.27 they said their brain fog lifted. Right. 00:13:10.30\00:13:14.35 Their brain fog and I said, 00:13:14.38\00:13:15.96 "What in the world is a brain fog?" 00:13:15.99\00:13:17.53 And he explained this very situation 00:13:17.56\00:13:19.32 which wraps right around to what you always say here. 00:13:19.35\00:13:22.26 We want to have a relationship with God. 00:13:22.29\00:13:24.22 We want to make sure that our love exchange 00:13:24.25\00:13:28.72 with our Heavenly Father is on-going. 00:13:28.75\00:13:31.48 But when you're having a brain fog, 00:13:31.51\00:13:32.96 do you feel loving about anything? 00:13:32.99\00:13:35.41 Do you feel loving about your spouse? 00:13:35.44\00:13:37.73 Do you feel loving about your neighbors? 00:13:37.76\00:13:39.75 Your community? Yourself? 00:13:39.78\00:13:43.21 Brain fog, that ability of bad choices 00:13:43.24\00:13:47.34 to affect our thinking also affects how we perceive 00:13:47.37\00:13:51.30 and how we have a relationship with God the Father 00:13:51.33\00:13:54.46 and God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. 00:13:54.49\00:13:56.44 Something to think about. Excellent point, Charles. 00:13:56.47\00:13:58.33 We'll take a short break. 00:13:58.36\00:13:59.73 And when we come back we'll talk more about diabetes 00:13:59.76\00:14:02.28 and give you some more good news. 00:14:02.31\00:14:04.02 And there's lots of it so stay tuned. 00:14:04.05\00:14:05.95
