Welcome back to the program. 00:00:01.40\00:00:02.77 I'm Charles Mills here with Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:02.80\00:00:04.17 We're talking about medications today 00:00:04.20\00:00:06.00 and I know a lot of us are on medications, 00:00:06.03\00:00:07.83 we take them regularly. 00:00:07.86\00:00:09.23 The doctor says here's what you need 00:00:09.26\00:00:11.14 but you know Dr. Marcum, you're telling us 00:00:11.17\00:00:12.99 that, that should not be the final answer. Yeah. 00:00:13.02\00:00:16.10 What's up-- Now you're a doctor, 00:00:16.13\00:00:18.51 you want your patient to sit here and say, 00:00:18.54\00:00:20.01 "Okay, now, Dr. Marcum, prove to me 00:00:20.04\00:00:22.30 that what you're giving me for my body 00:00:22.33\00:00:24.02 is actually good for me?" 00:00:24.05\00:00:25.42 you want us to say that to you? Well, yes, I do. 00:00:25.45\00:00:27.85 I want you to question me because we've been too-- 00:00:27.88\00:00:30.92 you know I was treated, you know I was treated, 00:00:30.95\00:00:33.31 come on, Charles, that's not the word I want to say. 00:00:33.34\00:00:35.34 I was taught that's the word I want to say. 00:00:35.37\00:00:38.01 I was taught in medical school 00:00:38.04\00:00:39.70 how to give all these medications. Yes. 00:00:39.73\00:00:41.72 But the real solution is not to treat a symptom, 00:00:41.75\00:00:44.92 it's to find a cause. Okay. 00:00:44.95\00:00:46.53 And I'm not gonna be popular when people watch this, 00:00:46.56\00:00:48.69 you know, because everyone wants to take a medicine, 00:00:48.72\00:00:50.47 we want a quick fix, 00:00:50.50\00:00:52.03 we're trained to have a quick fix. 00:00:52.06\00:00:53.66 We watch television, there's ad after ad of this. 00:00:53.69\00:00:56.33 If you've this problem, take this. 00:00:56.36\00:00:57.74 If you've that problem, take this. 00:00:57.77\00:00:59.14 And if you've this problem, take that. 00:00:59.17\00:01:00.77 But I wanna tell people 00:01:00.80\00:01:02.64 that all these medications come with some risk. All right. 00:01:02.67\00:01:06.22 And some of those risk kill people. 00:01:06.25\00:01:08.03 For instance, did you know 00:01:08.06\00:01:09.82 that number one cause of liver failure 00:01:09.85\00:01:12.41 needing transplantation in the States 00:01:12.44\00:01:15.13 is acetaminophen, Tylenol. Tylenol. 00:01:15.16\00:01:18.43 The number one cause of fatal G.I. 00:01:18.46\00:01:20.80 bleeding in the United States is aspirin products, 00:01:20.83\00:01:25.09 irritates the stomach, causing bleeding. 00:01:25.12\00:01:27.25 The list goes on and on. 00:01:27.28\00:01:29.84 And for instance, I use a lot of medications 00:01:29.87\00:01:32.28 that affect the rhythm of the heart. 00:01:32.31\00:01:34.60 Well, I know a lady that came into the emergency room 00:01:34.63\00:01:36.81 a couple of weeks ago, she took a beta blocker, chrales, 00:01:36.84\00:01:39.31 that's slows the heart down. 00:01:39.34\00:01:41.26 And she said, you know, bless your heart, 00:01:41.29\00:01:43.56 she is in her 80s and she said, 00:01:43.59\00:01:44.96 you know, she took one of these and she says, 00:01:44.99\00:01:46.36 "You know I don't feel, you know, I feel weak today. 00:01:46.39\00:01:49.07 I know these are heart pills, 00:01:49.10\00:01:50.47 they're gonna make my heart stronger. 00:01:50.50\00:01:52.04 I need to take a stronger heart." 00:01:52.07\00:01:53.65 So she took another one. 00:01:53.68\00:01:55.07 And she didn't know it actually slowed her heart down. 00:01:55.10\00:01:57.40 so heart went from 50s into the 40s and she says, 00:01:57.43\00:01:59.96 "Man, I took that one pill 00:01:59.99\00:02:01.91 and I'm so feeling pretty dog on weak." 00:02:01.94\00:02:04.53 So guess what she thought? 00:02:04.56\00:02:05.93 Bless your heart, she says, "I'm gonna take two of them, 00:02:05.96\00:02:07.65 double the dose that will make my heart twice as strong." 00:02:07.68\00:02:10.75 So this time she took two of them, 00:02:10.78\00:02:12.20 she got in the emergency room, 00:02:12.23\00:02:13.60 her heart rate was in 20s and 30s. 00:02:13.63\00:02:15.56 So her blood pressure was of course going down low. 00:02:15.59\00:02:18.20 Now luckily she didn't pass away or hurt herself terribly. 00:02:18.23\00:02:21.43 We were able to reverse the cause of the beta blocker, 00:02:21.46\00:02:23.94 but people think like this and they make mistakes. 00:02:23.97\00:02:26.63 When you're taking a lots of medicines 00:02:26.66\00:02:28.24 with lots of interactions, the more medicines you take, 00:02:28.27\00:02:30.89 the more mistakes can be made at every single level 00:02:30.92\00:02:33.83 from production to giving it out, to misinterpretation, 00:02:33.86\00:02:36.60 it damages the organs, even taking them right. 00:02:36.63\00:02:39.55 so you add all these up 00:02:39.58\00:02:40.95 and you wonder why people pass away. 00:02:40.98\00:02:43.51 Unfortunately, people do not know 00:02:43.54\00:02:45.30 that mixing and matching medications with alcohol 00:02:45.33\00:02:48.06 or taking an extra one or missing one 00:02:48.09\00:02:50.43 or not letting your doctor know if you get dehydrated 00:02:50.46\00:02:53.53 which is gonna make the concentration go up in the body, 00:02:53.56\00:02:56.55 or taking some medicines that affect the way you think 00:02:56.58\00:02:59.19 and get in the car, 00:02:59.22\00:03:00.64 you know, and driving dangerously 00:03:00.67\00:03:02.40 or swimming or doing something 00:03:02.43\00:03:03.80 while you're under the influence, 00:03:03.83\00:03:05.70 all these can have dangerous affects. 00:03:05.73\00:03:07.64 Medicines can kill, medicines do kill and I bet you 00:03:07.67\00:03:10.89 if you added up all the desk from medications 00:03:10.92\00:03:13.66 around the world and have an accurate assessment, 00:03:13.69\00:03:16.32 not only the mistakes made but the manufacturing mistakes, 00:03:16.35\00:03:19.58 the poly pharmaceuticals, the anaphylactic reactions, 00:03:19.61\00:03:23.60 the adverse drug reactions which any of these can have. 00:03:23.63\00:03:26.83 It might be the number one killer 00:03:26.86\00:03:28.48 of all people in the world. 00:03:28.51\00:03:30.14 You're being killed by what suppose to cure us. 00:03:30.17\00:03:32.12 Well, here are some questions, Dr. Marcum, 00:03:32.15\00:03:34.48 from the heartwiseministries.org website. 00:03:34.51\00:03:37.94 Now you have your-- a collection of medications 00:03:37.97\00:03:40.77 and some of them are actually herbs and here's the question. 00:03:40.80\00:03:43.49 What is the most significant danger 00:03:43.52\00:03:45.89 in your opinion of taking a medication? 00:03:45.92\00:03:49.11 She's not being Or he's not being specific 00:03:49.14\00:03:50.90 just taking a medication that would include these. 00:03:50.93\00:03:53.53 Well, that, you know, what is the most significant danger? 00:03:53.56\00:03:55.86 And I think one is taking a medication that you don't need 00:03:55.89\00:04:00.67 because you're taking a risk 00:04:00.70\00:04:02.07 that you don't need. Okay. 00:04:02.10\00:04:03.47 And also not understanding the medication how to take it. 00:04:03.50\00:04:07.14 Those two things have to be 00:04:07.17\00:04:08.54 at near the top of the list. Okay. 00:04:08.57\00:04:10.12 I see a lot of people, 00:04:10.15\00:04:11.52 they're taking medications and I say them 00:04:11.55\00:04:12.93 why are you taking this? I don't know. 00:04:12.96\00:04:14.95 Doctor said so. Right, I don't know how I'm taking it. 00:04:14.98\00:04:17.59 but a lot of people-- lot of people 00:04:17.62\00:04:19.12 are taking medicines that they don't really need. 00:04:19.15\00:04:21.44 And every time you add a medication up, 00:04:21.47\00:04:23.32 there's a chance of a reaction, 00:04:23.35\00:04:25.42 you know. For instance, cholesterol medications, 00:04:25.45\00:04:29.68 I use them all the time, they're called statins. 00:04:29.71\00:04:31.99 They help lower the cholesterol level. 00:04:32.02\00:04:34.47 But the same time, they've also cause death in people 00:04:34.50\00:04:37.53 by a dangerous condition called rhabdomyolysis. 00:04:37.56\00:04:39.61 Now when you say you use them and you prescribe them. 00:04:39.64\00:04:41.28 Yes, I prescribe them, but we have to keep an eye. 00:04:41.31\00:04:43.71 Are you having a side effect of muscle aches? 00:04:43.74\00:04:46.03 Are you having liver damage that these pills can have. 00:04:46.06\00:04:48.45 And these medicines have to be monitored. 00:04:48.48\00:04:50.58 So you always have to look at the risk and the benefits. 00:04:50.61\00:04:53.19 Now patient might not understand the risk of a medication 00:04:53.22\00:04:56.57 and be on one and have muscle aches 00:04:56.60\00:04:58.28 and not going to bathroom and feeling horrible 00:04:58.31\00:05:00.27 and they might be having a dangerous side effect 00:05:00.30\00:05:02.49 and blame it on something else. Yeah, yeah. 00:05:02.52\00:05:04.43 So you can see not understanding the medications 00:05:04.46\00:05:06.56 that a person is on and just accepting them blindly 00:05:06.59\00:05:09.93 can be risky for a person. Okay. 00:05:09.96\00:05:12.58 Another question here from heartwiseministries.org website. 00:05:12.61\00:05:15.09 Is it possible to be taken off a medication? 00:05:15.12\00:05:18.62 I bet you sure understand this question, 00:05:18.65\00:05:20.70 do they think that medications are forever? 00:05:20.73\00:05:22.73 Do we need to know something about it? 00:05:22.76\00:05:25.15 Yes, it is possible to be off medications. 00:05:25.18\00:05:27.47 Let me give you some examples. 00:05:27.50\00:05:28.87 Let's say you're on a sleeping pill 00:05:28.90\00:05:30.79 and the reason you don't sleep well at night, 00:05:30.82\00:05:32.61 because you eat a big meal at night. 00:05:32.64\00:05:34.16 Maybe just not eating the big meal at night 00:05:34.19\00:05:36.43 will solve that problem. 00:05:36.46\00:05:37.90 Yeah, you know, let say you're diabetic, 00:05:37.93\00:05:40.17 you're on danger-- diabetes medicines 00:05:40.20\00:05:42.29 which lower the blood sugar. 00:05:42.32\00:05:43.69 If your blood sugar goes too lower, you could pass out. 00:05:43.72\00:05:46.26 You'll go into coma. 00:05:46.29\00:05:47.75 Let's say you get on an exercise program, 00:05:47.78\00:05:50.09 eat a healthy diet and then your blood sugar is so good 00:05:50.12\00:05:52.64 that you don't need a medicine. 00:05:52.67\00:05:54.45 Well, how about this, let's say you have high blood pressure, 00:05:54.48\00:05:56.97 and you start an exercise program, you start 00:05:57.00\00:05:58.95 cutting back on your sodium. I'm drinking water. 00:05:58.98\00:06:00.91 You're drinking lots of water, 00:06:00.94\00:06:02.43 and then they check your blood pressure and it's low. 00:06:02.46\00:06:04.36 Then you can be off that blood pressure medicine. Okay. 00:06:04.39\00:06:06.95 You know so there's lots of conditions that you don't need. 00:06:06.98\00:06:10.19 Let's say, you know, one of the most popular medications are 00:06:10.22\00:06:12.57 these antidepressant, okay. 00:06:12.60\00:06:14.68 Let's say you're on a antidepressant, 00:06:14.71\00:06:16.76 and the real problem is you don't get out in the sunlight 00:06:16.79\00:06:19.10 and make serotonin. It's a vitamin D problem. Right. 00:06:19.13\00:06:22.38 So let's say you go out in the sunshine 00:06:22.41\00:06:23.93 and get vitamin D and exercise more 00:06:23.96\00:06:25.97 and the depression goes away and you don't need it anymore. 00:06:26.00\00:06:28.72 The medicine you're not taking can't hurt you, 00:06:28.75\00:06:31.07 is that what you say? Exactly. 00:06:31.10\00:06:32.76 So there's a lots of ways, but you know, unfortunately 00:06:32.79\00:06:35.57 in this world we live, you don't make a buck 00:06:35.60\00:06:38.01 by teaching someone how to take care of themselves. 00:06:38.04\00:06:40.33 You make a buck by writing the prescription. 00:06:40.36\00:06:42.88 Billions of prescriptions are written in a year 00:06:42.91\00:06:45.09 and if you think of a billion prescriptions, 00:06:45.12\00:06:47.10 there's gonna be lots of mistakes. 00:06:47.13\00:06:48.90 And if there's lot of mistakes at any level by anybody 00:06:48.93\00:06:52.03 whether it's being taking them correctly, 00:06:52.06\00:06:54.05 or in the manufacturing, or the doctor 00:06:54.08\00:06:56.33 or the pharmacy, or the people 00:06:56.36\00:06:57.73 that actually put it in the bottle 00:06:57.76\00:06:59.13 whoever that might be, 00:06:59.16\00:07:00.53 will make the active ingredients, 00:07:00.56\00:07:01.96 there can be mistakes and when mistakes are made, 00:07:01.99\00:07:04.92 people can get hurt and people die. 00:07:04.95\00:07:06.97 And what's really killing us now is all the extra narcotics. 00:07:07.00\00:07:10.49 You know, people are on this pill meals. 00:07:10.52\00:07:12.25 They want to quick high and they don't realize 00:07:12.28\00:07:14.36 that these medications are killing people 00:07:14.39\00:07:16.82 and they're taking away life, 00:07:16.85\00:07:18.47 and young peoples life, these are killing. 00:07:18.50\00:07:20.62 And I keep wondering how many car accidents are happening 00:07:20.65\00:07:23.66 because people oh, you know, they're anxious, 00:07:23.69\00:07:25.55 so what you wanna do? 00:07:25.58\00:07:26.95 Well, let's take three or four sleeping pills, 00:07:26.98\00:07:28.55 let's take five sleeping pills, before you know what, 00:07:28.58\00:07:30.91 You know, they're impaired in other ways 00:07:30.94\00:07:32.99 and the side effects are multiplicative. 00:07:33.02\00:07:36.06 You know you take one, 00:07:36.09\00:07:37.46 you get these side effects, you have these. 00:07:37.49\00:07:38.86 What happens when you've 20 side effects 00:07:38.89\00:07:40.26 of all these medicines and then you get dehydrated 00:07:40.49\00:07:43.13 so the medicines don't get broke down 00:07:43.16\00:07:45.31 and they stay in your body a lot longer than they should. 00:07:45.34\00:07:47.96 You can see we've a catastrophic problem 00:07:47.99\00:07:50.64 that someone needs to talk about and let people know that yes, 00:07:50.67\00:07:53.82 you can be off medications. Right. 00:07:53.85\00:07:56.67 I've never heard of one case 00:07:56.70\00:07:58.07 where a person overdosed on broccoli, 00:07:58.10\00:07:59.96 something to think about. 00:07:59.99\00:08:01.36 All right, here's another question 00:08:01.39\00:08:02.76 from the heartwiseministries.org website. 00:08:02.79\00:08:04.78 What is the most common mistake a patient makes 00:08:04.81\00:08:07.90 in taking their medication? 00:08:07.93\00:08:09.61 Yeah, I think the most common mistake that I see 00:08:09.64\00:08:12.87 is they take the medication-- 00:08:12.90\00:08:16.23 a medication that can be dangerous 00:08:16.26\00:08:17.63 when they're ill. 00:08:17.66\00:08:19.03 For instance, let's say, 00:08:19.06\00:08:20.80 Charles, you're taking a blood pressure medicine, 00:08:20.83\00:08:22.91 and that you really need it, okay. 00:08:22.94\00:08:25.19 and let's say you're dehydrated, okay 00:08:25.22\00:08:27.77 and you're not eating and drinking 00:08:27.80\00:08:29.29 and you keep taking this blood pressure medicine. 00:08:29.32\00:08:31.69 And because you're dehydrated, 00:08:31.72\00:08:33.09 your blood pressure is already low. 00:08:33.12\00:08:34.49 So you take this medicine and it goes that much lower 00:08:34.52\00:08:37.02 and it gets so low that you get dizzy when you stand up. 00:08:37.05\00:08:40.31 Let's say you live at top of a high stairs 00:08:40.34\00:08:42.87 and you're dehydrated and take this medicine, 00:08:42.90\00:08:44.59 your blood pressure is 60, you get up and you pass out 00:08:44.62\00:08:47.03 and roll down your stairs. 00:08:47.06\00:08:48.64 So a lot of people don't know that 00:08:48.67\00:08:50.04 when they are sick because the kidneys 00:08:50.07\00:08:52.46 and liver help metabolize most of these medicines 00:08:52.49\00:08:55.14 you've to be very careful about the medicines. 00:08:55.17\00:08:57.33 I give a medication called Coumadin, a blood thinner. 00:08:57.36\00:09:00.13 Well, there's so many medicines, including broccoli 00:09:00.16\00:09:02.75 which effect these medications. 00:09:02.78\00:09:04.90 So, you know, if you're bleeding 00:09:04.93\00:09:07.07 and you keep taking the Coumadin, 00:09:07.10\00:09:08.70 that could be a serious thing. Yes. 00:09:08.73\00:09:10.38 And I have a lot of people that are bleeding internally 00:09:10.41\00:09:12.47 and they come out, 00:09:12.50\00:09:13.87 one of the ways we tell that is, 00:09:13.90\00:09:15.27 if their stools come out black 00:09:15.30\00:09:17.18 that could be a sign of internal bleeding. 00:09:17.21\00:09:18.96 And yet they keep taking their Coumadin 00:09:18.99\00:09:20.76 and all of a sudden they keep bleeding, 00:09:20.79\00:09:22.16 and bleeding, and bleeding, 00:09:22.19\00:09:23.56 and that could be catastrophic too. 00:09:23.59\00:09:25.64 Now then there is people that shouldn't be doing things 00:09:25.67\00:09:28.40 on medicines like, if you're taking Coumadin, 00:09:28.43\00:09:30.55 you shouldn't be doing dangerous things, 00:09:30.58\00:09:32.13 and you shouldn't be boxing people, 00:09:32.16\00:09:33.77 and you shouldn't be fighting people. 00:09:33.80\00:09:35.26 So a lot of people are just not aware of the dangers 00:09:35.29\00:09:38.15 and the things they're doing with their medications. 00:09:38.18\00:09:39.61 They just don't really think about it. 00:09:39.64\00:09:41.26 Now, Dr. Marcum, all of these medications come with, 00:09:41.29\00:09:45.14 well, at least the ones from the-- 00:09:45.17\00:09:46.54 from the Medical Association. Yes. 00:09:46.57\00:09:47.97 Come with just, you know, pages and pages, 00:09:48.00\00:09:50.13 Doesn't anyone read those thing? 00:09:50.16\00:09:51.53 I'm saying no one is reading those, Charles. 00:09:51.56\00:09:53.56 What can I say. 00:09:53.59\00:09:54.96 You know, people aren't reading those 00:09:54.99\00:09:56.36 and sometimes even the doctors don't even understand. 00:09:56.39\00:09:57.84 I don't think people want to read those, 00:09:57.87\00:09:59.61 because if they do they may think twice. 00:09:59.64\00:10:01.53 Right, and you get one doctor just writing prescriptions, 00:10:01.56\00:10:04.20 let's say for depression and anxiety 00:10:04.23\00:10:06.41 and he doesn't realize, the person 00:10:06.44\00:10:07.81 is on some other medications, 00:10:07.84\00:10:09.21 that interact with some heart medicines 00:10:09.24\00:10:11.04 that can make the heart speed up and go wild 00:10:11.07\00:10:13.46 and before you know these medication interact with these 00:10:13.49\00:10:15.92 and you have the dangerous heart rhythm, 00:10:15.95\00:10:17.76 and we see this all too often, medicines can kill. 00:10:17.79\00:10:20.91 We want our viewers to understand, 00:10:20.94\00:10:23.01 look at your medicines, learn about them, ask your doctors, 00:10:23.04\00:10:25.92 make sure there's no interactions 00:10:25.95\00:10:27.32 and you can get off any of them by changing your chemistry. 00:10:27.35\00:10:30.15 This is what we want you think about. Absolutely. 00:10:30.18\00:10:33.02 I think we have time for one final question here. 00:10:33.05\00:10:35.87 Well, I think you've answered this. 00:10:35.90\00:10:37.27 What is the best way to avoid the dangers of medication? 00:10:37.30\00:10:39.73 I would say simply make it possible 00:10:39.76\00:10:42.86 where you don't need them. 00:10:42.89\00:10:44.26 That's right. Okay. That's right. 00:10:44.29\00:10:45.91 And if you think about it, Charles, 00:10:45.94\00:10:47.52 through most of human kind history, 00:10:47.55\00:10:50.02 do we take lots of medications? No. 00:10:50.05\00:10:52.82 Two hundred years ago, you were considered a bad doctor 00:10:52.85\00:10:56.27 if you didn't put leeches on people. 00:10:56.30\00:10:57.87 Yes. Okay. 00:10:57.90\00:10:59.27 Now, are we gonna look back in history 00:10:59.30\00:11:01.37 and say, listen, these doctors 00:11:01.40\00:11:02.77 have put all these medicines that particularly killed. 00:11:02.80\00:11:04.67 Sometimes the medicines do more harm than good, 00:11:04.70\00:11:06.92 this is something we must talk about, 00:11:06.95\00:11:08.81 we must think about, we must educate it. 00:11:08.84\00:11:11.24 medicines kill people. 00:11:11.27\00:11:12.64 just like heart disease, 00:11:12.67\00:11:14.04 just like cancer, just like stroke. 00:11:14.07\00:11:15.44 So we have to use medicines responsible. 00:11:15.47\00:11:18.36 You know, Dr. Marcum, one of the most important things 00:11:18.39\00:11:20.25 that we need to remember is that there is an answer 00:11:20.28\00:11:23.51 to the questions we have. 00:11:23.54\00:11:25.35 There is a way of living. 00:11:25.38\00:11:27.52 There is a guide book and that's God's word. 00:11:27.55\00:11:31.03 And if you look at the Eden ideal, 00:11:31.06\00:11:32.88 if you look at the way God created the world, 00:11:32.91\00:11:35.28 there's where you find the answers. 00:11:35.31\00:11:36.70 it's not found in these bottles and pills. 00:11:36.73\00:11:39.45 It's not found in these portions. 00:11:39.48\00:11:41.43 It's found in living the way God designed us to live 00:11:41.46\00:11:44.71 using the medicines that God made available for us 00:11:44.74\00:11:48.08 in the Garden of Eden. 00:11:48.11\00:11:49.67 We'll be right back and talk 00:11:49.70\00:11:51.07 with the master physician in a minute, so stay tuned. 00:11:51.10\00:11:53.85 We have been talking about medications today 00:11:57.31\00:12:00.71 not in the context that we usually talk about. 00:12:00.74\00:12:03.24 Talk about medications can actually kill people 00:12:03.27\00:12:06.74 just like heart attacks, 00:12:06.77\00:12:08.14 just like strokes, just like cancer. 00:12:08.17\00:12:09.84 Medications can kill people. 00:12:09.87\00:12:12.36 you know I was trained using medications 00:12:12.39\00:12:14.74 and through this journey that I've been on, 00:12:14.77\00:12:17.02 I've learned that medications can kill 00:12:17.05\00:12:18.88 and part of my duty as a physician 00:12:18.91\00:12:22.81 is to let people know 00:12:22.84\00:12:24.21 that there's dangers with medications. 00:12:24.24\00:12:26.11 we talked about them today, there are couple of things 00:12:26.14\00:12:28.37 I want you to remember today. 00:12:28.40\00:12:30.19 Number one is medications can kill, take them responsibly. 00:12:30.22\00:12:34.92 The second thing is there's any medication 00:12:34.95\00:12:37.28 you can possibly be off, 00:12:37.31\00:12:39.24 see if your doctor can change your chemistry in any other way. 00:12:39.27\00:12:43.15 It might be some of the lifestyle changes, 00:12:43.18\00:12:45.12 it might be having a healthy mind. 00:12:45.15\00:12:46.94 Might be something simple as losing five or ten pounds. 00:12:46.97\00:12:49.81 So we want you to be off the medication. 00:12:49.84\00:12:52.37 Now the prescription that we do wanna write for you 00:12:52.40\00:12:55.04 is that prescription with the ultimate physician, 00:12:55.07\00:12:57.77 the ultimate healer, the one that can change your life, 00:12:57.80\00:13:00.83 the one that can save you, that can heal you, 00:13:00.86\00:13:03.15 that can make everything perfect in His time. 00:13:03.18\00:13:06.35 I want to invite you to bow your heads with us right now. 00:13:06.38\00:13:08.85 Father in heaven, we want to invite everyone 00:13:08.88\00:13:11.60 that hasn't accepted you as their personal Savior 00:13:11.63\00:13:14.62 to come into a saving, healing 00:13:14.65\00:13:16.52 relationship with you, Father. 00:13:16.55\00:13:18.63 And help us to be smart about the medications we use 00:13:18.66\00:13:21.54 and if there's any way possible, 00:13:21.57\00:13:22.94 you can help us to be off these medication 00:13:22.97\00:13:25.07 by changing our lifestyle 00:13:25.10\00:13:26.62 or changing the way we think or live. 00:13:26.65\00:13:28.28 Father, please come into our hearts 00:13:28.31\00:13:29.98 and help us this day is our humble prayer, right now. 00:13:30.01\00:13:35.18 Well, thank you for joining us today, 00:13:35.21\00:13:37.09 talking about medications, go into your medicine cabinet, 00:13:37.12\00:13:40.42 look at the medications you're on, 00:13:40.45\00:13:42.74 see which ones you really need. 00:13:42.77\00:13:45.05 Talk to your doctor about being off 00:13:45.08\00:13:47.14 some of these medication if at all possible. 00:13:47.17\00:13:50.11 We'll be praying for you. 00:13:50.14\00:13:51.51 if you have questions, go to our website, 00:13:51.54\00:13:53.08 that's heartwiseministries.org. 00:13:53.11\00:13:56.22
