Would you like to learn how you can slow the aging process 00:00:16.51\00:00:20.02 and boost your immune system all by using food as medicine? 00:00:20.05\00:00:23.69 The Ultimate Prescription starts now. 00:00:23.72\00:00:26.22 I'm Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:27.29\00:00:29.19 Are you interested in discovering the reason why? 00:00:29.22\00:00:32.03 Do you want solutions to your health care problem? 00:00:32.06\00:00:35.16 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:35.20\00:00:37.80 Well, you're about to be given the Ultimate Prescription. 00:00:37.83\00:00:41.70 Hello, and thank you for joining us today on the 00:00:44.11\00:00:46.24 Ultimate Prescription. 00:00:46.27\00:00:47.61 I'm your host, Nick Evenson, and on today's program I'm joined 00:00:47.64\00:00:50.75 by Dr. James Marcum, and we'll be discussing food as medicine. 00:00:50.78\00:00:54.12 Dr. Marcum welcome to the program. 00:00:54.15\00:00:56.42 Well, thank you. It's nice being here. 00:00:56.45\00:00:58.29 And this is such an interesting topic. 00:00:58.32\00:01:00.16 And today we're going to talk a little bit about mushrooms. 00:01:00.19\00:01:02.62 And a lot of people, you know, mushrooms sort of fall into a 00:01:02.66\00:01:05.59 sort of a funny category. 00:01:05.63\00:01:07.13 You know, you sort of fall into I'm not a fruit, 00:01:07.16\00:01:09.53 I'm not a vegetable, I'm more of a yeast. 00:01:09.56\00:01:11.37 And so everyone's going to think of eating a yeast. 00:01:11.40\00:01:13.94 You know, people are concerned about that. 00:01:13.97\00:01:16.00 But the point is God's given us many different things 00:01:16.04\00:01:20.58 to change our physiology, and help us to come back 00:01:20.61\00:01:24.15 into better health. 00:01:24.18\00:01:25.51 And it might be the food we eat. 00:01:25.55\00:01:27.75 It might be the exercise movement we get. 00:01:27.78\00:01:31.22 It might be our rest patterns. 00:01:31.25\00:01:32.82 It might be our thought patterns. 00:01:32.85\00:01:34.29 There's many different ways to improve health, but there's also 00:01:34.32\00:01:37.86 many ways we can protect our health as well. 00:01:37.89\00:01:40.23 Yeah. Let's talk about that a little bit more. 00:01:40.26\00:01:42.33 You like to talk about healing beliefs. 00:01:42.36\00:01:44.33 And the Ultimate Prescription is not any kind of 00:01:44.37\00:01:47.24 food, or any procedure. 00:01:47.27\00:01:48.80 Let's talk more about faith and health. 00:01:48.84\00:01:51.01 How do those relate? 00:01:51.04\00:01:52.37 You know, if you think about the scientific studies that've 00:01:52.41\00:01:54.91 been done, there's a doctor at Harvard named Herbert Benson. 00:01:54.94\00:01:59.81 And he really talks a lot about healing beliefs. 00:01:59.85\00:02:03.02 And he talks about if you believe something, you know, 00:02:03.08\00:02:06.89 a lot of people call it the placebo effect. 00:02:06.92\00:02:08.72 A doctor will give you a sugar pill and all of a 00:02:08.76\00:02:10.79 sudden you do better. Uh huh. 00:02:10.83\00:02:12.16 Well, he's done some studies with blood pressure, 00:02:12.19\00:02:14.30 and shows that if you believe the pill's working, 00:02:14.33\00:02:16.53 it will bring down your blood pressure. 00:02:16.56\00:02:18.03 So there's something in a belief system that changes 00:02:18.07\00:02:21.10 the brain and how it works. Uh huh. 00:02:21.14\00:02:23.74 Well, how does that affect us in general? 00:02:23.77\00:02:28.21 Well, our belief system, which comes back to our spirituality, 00:02:28.24\00:02:31.58 is very important to believing. 00:02:31.61\00:02:33.58 And there's numerous studies that we're now having that 00:02:33.62\00:02:36.62 shows that things like worship changes our physiology. 00:02:36.65\00:02:41.42 There's doctors at the University of Pennsylvania 00:02:41.46\00:02:45.43 that's doing research on the brains in worship, 00:02:45.46\00:02:47.90 and how when we worship, how the brain changes. Uh huh. 00:02:47.93\00:02:51.57 The stress chemistry goes down. 00:02:51.60\00:02:53.20 There's other physicians now that are studying our very DNA, 00:02:53.23\00:02:57.01 that when we worship, and have these healing beliefs, 00:02:57.04\00:03:00.81 the healthy ones that come from worship, that we actually turn 00:03:00.84\00:03:04.18 off the stress enzymes in our body. 00:03:04.21\00:03:07.52 We actually change our DNA directly. 00:03:07.55\00:03:10.75 So worship separate from exercise, 00:03:10.79\00:03:14.09 separate from nutrition, worship seems to have a healing 00:03:14.12\00:03:17.26 physiologic effect on the body separate than all this. 00:03:17.29\00:03:20.83 But we also know that when people are in worship God gives 00:03:20.86\00:03:24.53 them power to see things differently, to think better. 00:03:24.57\00:03:28.27 When we think better we worship better. 00:03:28.30\00:03:30.97 When we worship better we think better. 00:03:31.01\00:03:33.61 It's sort of the physical and the spiritual all work together. 00:03:33.64\00:03:37.55 And yet I have some patients that come in, and I explain to 00:03:37.58\00:03:41.35 them that the place I would start in health is worship. 00:03:41.38\00:03:45.12 Because there's lots of different ways to worship. 00:03:45.15\00:03:48.16 You know, there's worship in the Bible, 00:03:48.19\00:03:49.72 there's worship in nature, there's worship in service, 00:03:49.76\00:03:52.89 there's worship in song. 00:03:52.93\00:03:54.76 There's lots of different ways to worship. 00:03:54.80\00:03:56.67 Worship in helping our fellow man. 00:03:56.70\00:03:58.50 But when we're in states of worship, when we're walking 00:03:58.53\00:04:01.70 with God, it changes our brain. 00:04:01.74\00:04:04.01 Create in me a new heart, a new brain. 00:04:04.04\00:04:06.47 And there's physiology in that that we're just 00:04:06.51\00:04:09.38 beginning to understand. 00:04:09.41\00:04:11.21 And when we're walking with God we see things differently. 00:04:11.25\00:04:14.58 And He gives us power, power to change our lives. 00:04:14.62\00:04:18.19 And we change it for the right reasons. 00:04:18.25\00:04:20.92 Now, for instance, if you wanted to eat the perfect foods just to 00:04:20.96\00:04:24.83 be healthy, and didn't have any spiritual, or belief system of 00:04:24.86\00:04:29.43 why it's doing it; that's sort of a selfish reason. 00:04:29.46\00:04:32.27 And we know that when people are selfish and vain, 00:04:32.30\00:04:35.07 that damages your body. 00:04:35.10\00:04:36.57 It creates selfish chemistry, and turns on 00:04:36.60\00:04:38.67 the stress chemistry. Uh huh. 00:04:38.71\00:04:40.21 So you might negate the benefits of eating well, if you're doing 00:04:40.28\00:04:44.05 it for the wrong reasons. Right. 00:04:44.08\00:04:45.71 Are you following what I mean? Right, uh huh. 00:04:45.75\00:04:47.18 Well that goes with everything in life. 00:04:47.22\00:04:49.15 And everything that we put into our bodies, whether it be our 00:04:49.18\00:04:53.05 food, whether it be their thoughts, our spiritual beliefs, 00:04:53.09\00:04:56.93 it changes things, whether we know it or not. 00:04:56.96\00:04:59.16 Our brain is really a fascinating organ, much more 00:04:59.19\00:05:03.16 complicated than a computer. 00:05:03.20\00:05:05.03 You think about all those neurons, those billions of 00:05:05.07\00:05:08.20 neurons, those interconnections. 00:05:08.24\00:05:10.17 There's things that we know that's going on, 00:05:10.21\00:05:12.31 and there's things that are deep down that we 00:05:12.34\00:05:14.44 don't know are going on. 00:05:14.48\00:05:15.81 All of it effects our physiology. 00:05:15.84\00:05:18.21 And that's why in working with belief's, I say it's very 00:05:18.25\00:05:21.68 important that you develop beliefs based on you and God. 00:05:21.72\00:05:25.09 It's got to be between you and God. 00:05:25.12\00:05:26.89 You cannot have someone else's beliefs. 00:05:26.92\00:05:29.22 You have to internalize them. 00:05:29.26\00:05:31.23 You have to know what you believe, and you have to come up 00:05:31.26\00:05:33.46 with this framework. 00:05:33.50\00:05:34.83 I think that gives you peace. 00:05:34.86\00:05:36.20 You have to be important that in your belief system 00:05:36.23\00:05:39.20 that you live today. Uh huh. 00:05:39.23\00:05:40.84 Some people that try to live yesterday, 00:05:40.87\00:05:43.10 that damages the body. 00:05:43.14\00:05:44.77 So we want to live today. 00:05:44.81\00:05:46.34 And, God, if we've had bad days in the past, He throws it in the 00:05:46.37\00:05:49.41 sea and forgets about it. Right. 00:05:49.44\00:05:50.98 How many of us cannot forget about things in the past, 00:05:51.01\00:05:53.92 and we keep bringing those things up, and it damages us? 00:05:53.95\00:05:56.79 It hurts our physiology. 00:05:56.82\00:05:58.42 So that might hurt us as much; our beliefs and the way we feel 00:05:58.45\00:06:02.12 about things, and the way our brain works more than the 00:06:02.16\00:06:04.13 food and other things. 00:06:04.16\00:06:05.49 So our body is really complicated, and that's why our 00:06:05.53\00:06:10.13 spirituality effects our health. 00:06:10.17\00:06:11.93 Our health effects our spirituality. 00:06:11.97\00:06:14.07 And we're going to talk later about this Bible study that 00:06:14.10\00:06:17.41 we've come up with this year, that helps address some of those 00:06:17.44\00:06:20.28 issues, and teaches people where to start. 00:06:20.31\00:06:23.28 And, you know, our world, Nick, is programmed to be busy. Yeah. 00:06:23.31\00:06:27.08 We're supposed to be busy all the time. 00:06:27.12\00:06:28.72 And sometimes we're too busy. 00:06:28.75\00:06:30.99 We don't have time to think. 00:06:31.02\00:06:33.15 We don't have time to connect with God. 00:06:33.19\00:06:36.62 We don't have time to connect with what I call our inner self. 00:06:36.66\00:06:40.13 We don't even think about what we believe, or what we think. 00:06:40.16\00:06:43.57 We let someone else sort of program us. 00:06:43.60\00:06:45.67 You know, I'm going to believe what the Internet says. 00:06:45.70\00:06:47.80 I'm going to believe what this person says, 00:06:47.84\00:06:49.40 or that person says. 00:06:49.44\00:06:50.77 And what they might say, might be right. 00:06:50.81\00:06:52.17 But you have to internalize these. 00:06:52.21\00:06:54.04 So when a physician treats a patient, and I say, take; 00:06:54.08\00:06:57.58 this is going to be a prescription for you. 00:06:57.65\00:06:59.71 Many times I might give them a food prescription, 00:06:59.75\00:07:03.02 and they get better. 00:07:03.05\00:07:04.95 One of the reasons is because maybe the chemistry of that 00:07:04.99\00:07:07.69 food helps them, but another thing is because they believe 00:07:07.72\00:07:10.36 it's going to help them. That's right. 00:07:10.43\00:07:11.99 I call that a healing belief. 00:07:12.03\00:07:14.10 Others call it a placebo effect. 00:07:14.16\00:07:16.16 But whatever, it works. 00:07:16.23\00:07:17.57 Now when you have that, and you have God working in a life, 00:07:17.60\00:07:20.77 when they realize no matter what happens, 00:07:20.80\00:07:22.90 God's got your back. Yeah. 00:07:22.94\00:07:24.34 He's going to heal you. 00:07:24.37\00:07:25.71 He's going to make up for our weaknesses, no matter where 00:07:25.74\00:07:28.04 that weakness comes from. 00:07:28.11\00:07:29.44 When we start walking with that knowledge, and that belief 00:07:29.48\00:07:32.15 system, spend time developing this relationship, 00:07:32.18\00:07:35.58 letting God take us one step at a time, walking with Him daily, 00:07:35.62\00:07:40.69 we see wonderful things happen. 00:07:40.72\00:07:42.52 That's why we look in the New Testament and it tells 00:07:42.59\00:07:46.13 us about Matthew. 00:07:46.19\00:07:48.86 He met their physical needs. 00:07:48.90\00:07:50.53 He loved them, and then he introduced 00:07:50.57\00:07:52.27 them to a relationship. 00:07:52.30\00:07:53.64 And he says, Believe in Me, and I will give you... 00:07:53.67\00:07:57.01 You know, these are gifts that we have as we do this. 00:07:57.04\00:08:00.51 Christ is our ultimate physician. 00:08:00.58\00:08:03.75 And that's what we really have to focus on 00:08:03.78\00:08:05.75 in the world we live in. 00:08:05.78\00:08:07.12 You know, it's great to have modern medicine to 00:08:07.15\00:08:09.42 prevent an acute problem. 00:08:09.48\00:08:10.89 It's great. But at the end of the time a car could hit me 00:08:10.92\00:08:14.79 today, and my healing is not going to come from modern 00:08:14.82\00:08:18.66 medicine sometimes. Right. 00:08:18.69\00:08:20.03 But it's going to come from my relationship with Christ. 00:08:20.06\00:08:22.70 And it's not because... 00:08:22.73\00:08:24.10 It's because I love Christ, and I want to be with Him, 00:08:24.13\00:08:28.00 and I want to serve Him. 00:08:28.07\00:08:29.47 That's why I do the things. 00:08:29.50\00:08:30.87 That's why my mind changes. 00:08:30.91\00:08:32.24 That's why I want to eat a little bit better. 00:08:32.27\00:08:34.21 That's why I want to think a little bit better. 00:08:34.24\00:08:36.44 And through that relationship, that's where 00:08:36.51\00:08:38.68 we start in healing. 00:08:38.71\00:08:40.22 So that's how the spiritual and physical 00:08:40.25\00:08:42.32 sort of work together. 00:08:42.35\00:08:43.69 It's very complicated, and its very individual. 00:08:43.72\00:08:46.05 But I want people just to think that your spiritual life effects 00:08:46.09\00:08:49.66 your health, and vice versa. 00:08:49.69\00:08:51.09 That's right. I was just reminded that there's a number 00:08:51.13\00:08:53.29 of places in the New Testament that Jesus told people, 00:08:53.33\00:08:56.60 Your faith has made you well. 00:08:56.63\00:08:58.13 Yeah. You know? That's right! 00:08:58.17\00:08:59.87 He cued that idea, you know. 00:08:59.90\00:09:01.50 It's what you believe has a lot to do with how you are. 00:09:01.57\00:09:05.91 And you know we believe that Christ healed those people. 00:09:05.94\00:09:07.88 Right. But He attributed it also to their faith. 00:09:07.91\00:09:10.58 Yeah. And sometimes it's in our illness that we find healing. 00:09:10.65\00:09:15.12 Uh huh. You know, when we're sick, when we need help, 00:09:15.15\00:09:18.62 when our genetics are breaking down, then that's when we really 00:09:18.65\00:09:22.29 turn to the ultimate source of healing. 00:09:22.32\00:09:24.29 Now, of course, we want people to turn to it sooner, 00:09:24.33\00:09:27.06 but sometimes in illness is when we find healing. 00:09:27.10\00:09:29.83 And illness isn't always being physically made well. 00:09:29.86\00:09:32.53 It's being spiritually made well. 00:09:32.57\00:09:34.70 And that's so important. 00:09:34.74\00:09:36.71 And we wanted to stress that today, as well as talking about 00:09:36.74\00:09:40.38 another nutrient from a food source that can also 00:09:40.41\00:09:44.45 help our chemistry. 00:09:44.48\00:09:45.81 That's right, and we've got some mushrooms here. 00:09:45.85\00:09:47.22 We're going to switch gears a little bit. Yeah. 00:09:47.25\00:09:48.58 What is it about the mushroom that makes it a beneficial 00:09:48.62\00:09:52.55 food for us to eat besides just maybe a different texture, 00:09:52.59\00:09:55.49 and a different flavor? 00:09:55.52\00:09:56.86 Mushrooms, I think they're cool looking. 00:09:56.89\00:09:59.63 That's what I think. 00:09:59.66\00:10:01.00 I think mushrooms are cool. 00:10:01.03\00:10:02.36 And I can remember going through and kicking them over. 00:10:02.40\00:10:05.60 These are, you know, mushrooms are a type of yeast, 00:10:05.63\00:10:10.27 a bunch of cells put together. 00:10:10.31\00:10:11.77 And mushrooms have a great, I think they have a great texture. 00:10:11.81\00:10:15.08 For years people said, Oh, mushrooms, 00:10:15.11\00:10:18.18 they don't have any calories. 00:10:18.21\00:10:19.55 You can eat them all. 00:10:19.58\00:10:20.92 But mushroom doesn't have a lot of calories because a mushroom 00:10:20.95\00:10:23.69 is made of about 92% water. 00:10:23.72\00:10:26.29 It has a few good things like selenium, B vitamins, 00:10:26.32\00:10:30.76 trace elements. It has a little bit of carb, but not very much. 00:10:30.79\00:10:35.00 4% of it is carb, and about 2% protein, 1% fat. 00:10:35.03\00:10:39.20 You know, I wouldn't think there's that much water in them, 00:10:39.23\00:10:41.80 because if you squeeze them a lot of times they're not 00:10:41.84\00:10:44.07 dripping or anything like that. 00:10:44.11\00:10:45.44 They seem kind of dry sometimes. 00:10:45.47\00:10:46.81 Yeah, but you know, you wouldn't think you were 70% water either, 00:10:46.84\00:10:49.28 because you're not dripping either. 00:10:49.31\00:10:50.71 That's true, it's true. 00:10:50.75\00:10:52.08 But that's an interesting point. 00:10:52.11\00:10:53.45 Lots of our fruits and vegetables, 00:10:53.48\00:10:54.82 they're predominately water. Yeah. 00:10:54.85\00:10:56.18 So you get a lot of water just by eating fruits and vegetables, 00:10:56.22\00:10:58.59 because that's what God made us of. Right. 00:10:58.62\00:11:00.56 So that's why when we eat processed foods, 00:11:00.59\00:11:03.93 sometimes the processed food's aren't much water. 00:11:03.96\00:11:06.70 So the more we can eat things in their natural state, 00:11:06.73\00:11:09.46 with its water in it, the better. 00:11:09.50\00:11:11.80 But they have a lot of good vitamins. 00:11:11.83\00:11:14.07 A couple of studies I wanted to bring people to, 00:11:14.10\00:11:17.27 and that's what I've tried to do. 00:11:17.31\00:11:19.04 We know that a lot of fruits and vegetables, nuts, and grains, 00:11:19.07\00:11:22.68 help us in many ways, but now we have studies. 00:11:22.71\00:11:25.11 And what I've done in this series is I've tried to go back 00:11:25.15\00:11:28.08 to the studies that are solid, you know, that people have done 00:11:28.12\00:11:31.05 good research that people can depend on. 00:11:31.09\00:11:32.82 They're not shady studies about things that really help us; 00:11:32.85\00:11:36.02 and to the degree of what they help us. 00:11:36.09\00:11:38.33 And that's why we talked about mushrooms, and some of these 00:11:38.36\00:11:41.50 other common foods that we could incorporate to help us. 00:11:41.53\00:11:44.63 But, for instance, they did a study about 00:11:44.67\00:11:48.30 Australian white buttons. 00:11:48.34\00:11:50.17 Those are a type of mushroom. 00:11:50.21\00:11:51.94 And those showed that when people eat those they increase 00:11:51.97\00:11:56.14 an antibody in the saliva called, IGA, 00:11:56.21\00:11:58.91 and that helps the immune system. 00:11:58.95\00:12:00.98 So mushrooms, to some degree, and that's quite a bit, 00:12:01.02\00:12:04.59 50% increase in IGA. 00:12:04.62\00:12:06.76 And if you think about the mouth saliva, if you have those types 00:12:06.79\00:12:10.86 of immune cells there, a lot of the bugs we get get into us 00:12:10.93\00:12:14.96 through the mouth. Uh huh. 00:12:15.00\00:12:16.36 Some get into us through the skin. 00:12:16.40\00:12:17.73 But you eat a lot of stuff, and a lot of the stuff we eat can 00:12:17.77\00:12:21.24 have bad things happen. 00:12:21.27\00:12:22.60 Well, if we have a great immune system in our mouth, 00:12:22.64\00:12:25.01 we can stop those bugs before it gets down the road. Yep. 00:12:25.07\00:12:28.38 So that's just one thing. 00:12:28.41\00:12:29.74 They've also done a study with white mushrooms. 00:12:29.78\00:12:33.35 And white mushrooms can help block an enzyme called 00:12:33.38\00:12:37.09 estrogen synthetase enzyme. 00:12:37.15\00:12:39.69 So when that is activated, you decrease estrogen in the body, 00:12:39.72\00:12:43.73 and we've talked about how less estrogen is good. Uh huh. 00:12:43.76\00:12:47.73 It also decreases the risk of breast cancer. 00:12:47.76\00:12:51.17 And they've shown that by eating mushrooms regularly 00:12:51.23\00:12:55.37 you can reduce breast cancer dramatically. 00:12:55.40\00:12:59.04 So if you have a high risk of breast cancer in the family, 00:12:59.07\00:13:02.91 I would for sure be trying to incorporate some 00:13:02.94\00:13:06.31 mushrooms in my diet. Sure, yeah. 00:13:06.35\00:13:08.12 But one of the things that really is interesting about 00:13:08.18\00:13:11.12 mushrooms is it has a chemical in it called ergothioneine. 00:13:11.15\00:13:16.59 That's a type of an amino acid. 00:13:16.62\00:13:18.53 And what this does is it serves as a cell protector, okay? 00:13:18.56\00:13:24.60 The cell is damaged. 00:13:24.63\00:13:26.50 We've talked about oxidation, stress. 00:13:26.53\00:13:28.84 Stress damages cells. 00:13:28.87\00:13:30.37 And when cells can be damaged is when they overwork, 00:13:30.41\00:13:32.84 when they have a toxin, whatever. 00:13:32.87\00:13:34.44 Well, this Herbathione found in mushrooms seems to protect the 00:13:34.48\00:13:38.41 mitochondria, the energy storehouse of a cell. 00:13:38.45\00:13:42.15 It seems to decrease the death of cells; lets the cells live 00:13:42.18\00:13:46.65 a bit longer in the energy. 00:13:46.72\00:13:48.56 So a lot of people now are saying that mushrooms might 00:13:48.59\00:13:51.39 have some anti-aging effects. 00:13:51.43\00:13:53.56 And if we can keep the energy part of the cell alive longer, 00:13:53.60\00:13:57.93 this is going to help every cell in the body in many different 00:13:58.00\00:14:02.30 ways that we're just now discovering. Yeah. 00:14:02.34\00:14:05.17 Now the best source of this new type of amino acid, 00:14:05.21\00:14:09.74 this Herbathione is mushrooms, but we also get some of it in 00:14:09.78\00:14:13.75 beans, like black beans, or kidney beans. 00:14:13.78\00:14:16.28 But if you want to help your energy cells in the body, 00:14:16.32\00:14:19.62 you might try throwing in a portabella every now and then. 00:14:19.65\00:14:22.89 So do you eat mushrooms very often? 00:14:22.92\00:14:26.03 Yes, I do. I mean if I go to Thai place I try to choose 00:14:26.06\00:14:31.83 an entree with mushrooms in it. Yeah. 00:14:31.87\00:14:33.74 Occasionally I'll have a Portobello sandwich, okay? 00:14:33.77\00:14:37.57 If there's mushrooms in my salad, occasionally I'll chop 00:14:37.61\00:14:41.18 them up, especially if I'm at a salad bar, I'll put mushrooms 00:14:41.21\00:14:44.88 out there and do it. 00:14:44.91\00:14:46.25 I haven't been a big buyer of mushrooms, but that's why we're 00:14:46.28\00:14:49.98 trying to educate people about things that they can get 00:14:50.02\00:14:52.32 that might help them. 00:14:52.35\00:14:53.69 So the next time you want to say, Hey, I want, maybe you want 00:14:53.72\00:14:56.09 to try this to improve my immune system. 00:14:56.12\00:14:58.33 Maybe they can add a mushroom for health. 00:14:58.36\00:15:00.46 Now we have to be careful about some mushrooms. 00:15:00.50\00:15:02.46 And I'm going to talk about that a little bit later. 00:15:02.50\00:15:03.87 Yeah. I was just going to say, I've got a lot more 00:15:03.90\00:15:05.23 questions about mushrooms. 00:15:05.27\00:15:06.60 We're going to have to take a break, so we'll be back in just 00:15:06.63\00:15:08.20 a moment, and learn more about as for medicine 00:15:08.24\00:15:10.01 when the Ultimate Prescription returns. 00:15:10.04\00:15:11.71
