Okay. 00:05:23.77\00:05:26.15 So now where does this all fit in with rest, okay. 00:05:26.16\00:05:29.74 Well, we know that one of the lifestyle changes, 00:05:29.75\00:05:32.22 stress raises the blood pressure. Yes. 00:05:32.23\00:05:34.24 Just by having a day of rest might bring down 00:05:34.25\00:05:37.34 the blood pressure, getting off 00:05:37.35\00:05:38.48 some of the stresses of the work. 00:05:38.49\00:05:39.69 During that day of rest, 00:05:39.70\00:05:40.69 you might have time to exercise, 00:05:40.70\00:05:42.24 which might bring your blood pressure down. 00:05:42.25\00:05:44.00 You might have time to go to the store 00:05:44.01\00:05:45.63 and make better food choices which might 00:05:45.64\00:05:47.69 help bring your blood pressure down. 00:05:47.70\00:05:49.22 So there's a lot of other things you might do 00:05:49.23\00:05:51.14 during that day of rest 00:05:51.15\00:05:52.27 that will also bring your blood pressure. 00:05:52.28\00:05:53.91 So a day of rest can also help 00:05:53.92\00:05:55.56 bring your blood pressure down. 00:05:55.57\00:05:56.76 And on that Sabbath day of rest. Yes. 00:07:14.18\00:07:15.83 But as God brings us so long in that relationship, 00:07:15.84\00:07:18.43 the way we rest on the Sabbath might change dramatically. 00:07:18.44\00:07:21.45 So that's it, there's many different ways to do this, 00:07:21.46\00:07:23.55 but rest won't hurt your blood pressure.
