Welcome back to the program. 00:00:01.36\00:00:02.70 I'm Nick Evenson here with Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:02.73\00:00:04.07 And on today's program, we are talking about 00:00:04.10\00:00:05.67 different types of pain, specifically headaches. 00:00:05.70\00:00:08.77 Lot of people experience headaches 00:00:08.80\00:00:10.34 and for a lot of different reasons. 00:00:10.37\00:00:12.27 And so today, Dr. Marcum, we are talking about 00:00:12.31\00:00:13.98 some of those reasons, 00:00:14.01\00:00:15.34 but specifically we want to focus on prevention 00:00:15.38\00:00:18.01 and how to treat headaches when we experience them. 00:00:18.05\00:00:20.88 Yeah, and as we've talked about pain, 00:00:20.92\00:00:23.18 you notice that there are some themes 00:00:23.22\00:00:24.79 in all the pain, you know. 00:00:24.82\00:00:26.55 There are headaches, you know, or any type of pain mean that 00:00:26.59\00:00:29.52 there is something not right in the body. 00:00:29.56\00:00:31.89 And sometimes it can be dangerous 00:00:31.93\00:00:33.86 but for sure, it's a sign 00:00:33.90\00:00:35.23 that something we had stress on our body 00:00:35.26\00:00:37.40 that's triggering this. 00:00:37.43\00:00:38.77 Where that stress might come from? 00:00:38.80\00:00:40.57 It might come from bleeding, it might come from a toxin, 00:00:40.60\00:00:43.84 it might come from an infection 00:00:43.87\00:00:45.64 and all that can infect different body parts. 00:00:45.67\00:00:48.41 So when the brain is not right, for acute pain, 00:00:48.44\00:00:51.91 that's when you need modern medicine, 00:00:51.95\00:00:53.42 the worst headache in their life, a fever. 00:00:53.45\00:00:55.48 That's where modern medicine helps you get over hump. 00:00:55.52\00:00:58.39 But for chronic pain, or any chronic pain 00:00:58.42\00:01:01.26 whether be headache, you want to find out the reason why. 00:01:01.29\00:01:05.59 And the way a doctor evaluates the pain, 00:01:05.63\00:01:08.86 the first thing a neurologist would do 00:01:08.90\00:01:11.33 is he'll give, do a good history. 00:01:11.37\00:01:13.80 A lot of the time just by talking to the patient, 00:01:13.84\00:01:16.30 figuring out simple things, they can figure out 00:01:16.34\00:01:18.24 what the pain is caused by. 00:01:18.27\00:01:20.44 And that's very rewarding 'cause it's very rewarding 00:01:20.48\00:01:23.04 when you tell patients to drink more water, 00:01:23.08\00:01:24.71 all of the sudden, their pain goes away. 00:01:24.75\00:01:26.45 Yeah, I really likes to have an answer 00:01:26.48\00:01:27.95 for what's going on. 00:01:27.98\00:01:29.38 Or getting into a little more rest, it goes away. 00:01:29.42\00:01:31.89 Or bringing down the blood pressure, the pain goes away. 00:01:31.92\00:01:35.16 Everyone-- that's very rewarding. 00:01:35.19\00:01:37.16 But sometimes it's more complicated than that. 00:01:37.19\00:01:40.30 And we can do some tests. And we have CAT scans and MRIs. 00:01:40.33\00:01:44.83 Those are very good tests 00:01:44.87\00:01:46.60 for looking at the structure of the brain. 00:01:46.63\00:01:48.57 Okay. 00:01:48.60\00:01:49.94 It looks for aneurysms, it looks for... 00:01:49.97\00:01:51.74 It can look at the sinuses, for infections. 00:01:51.77\00:01:54.38 It can do those type of things. 00:01:54.41\00:01:56.61 We can also look at the eyes to see if we think 00:01:56.64\00:01:58.75 we have eye problems, things of that nature. 00:01:58.78\00:02:01.32 It can give us indirect evidence 00:02:01.35\00:02:03.52 of whether we've had problems with concussions, 00:02:03.55\00:02:06.86 things of that nature. 00:02:06.89\00:02:08.32 Sometimes the blood work will give us diablo clues. 00:02:08.36\00:02:11.79 We can conclude if there's inflammation in the body, 00:02:11.83\00:02:15.30 if there might be an infection in the body, 00:02:15.33\00:02:17.70 things of that nature. 00:02:17.73\00:02:19.07 We can look at it, the blood sugar is too high or too low. 00:02:19.10\00:02:22.00 Blood work can be very helpful for that. 00:02:22.04\00:02:24.31 Certain types of infections. We can actually measure... 00:02:24.34\00:02:28.08 We can actually examine the fluid that base the brain. 00:02:28.11\00:02:31.41 We call that cerebral brain spinal fluid 00:02:31.45\00:02:35.55 that literally flows. 00:02:35.58\00:02:37.12 It has a circulation. It goes around the brain. 00:02:37.15\00:02:39.79 It helps absorb damage to the brain, cushions it, 00:02:39.82\00:02:44.43 goes around the spinal cord, helps protect that. 00:02:44.46\00:02:47.10 Well, we can actually put a needle 00:02:47.13\00:02:48.70 into the spine and drain that, that fluid out. 00:02:48.73\00:02:52.10 We can look at it under a microscope 00:02:52.13\00:02:54.17 to see if there might be an infection, 00:02:54.20\00:02:56.00 certain types of cells which might clue us in 00:02:56.04\00:02:59.11 to what might be causing the symptom 00:02:59.14\00:03:01.14 which chronic headache infections, 00:03:01.18\00:03:03.55 things of that nature, that's very useful. 00:03:03.58\00:03:06.01 But I would say the most common ones we do are the history 00:03:06.05\00:03:09.45 then if we want to look at the structural a CT or MRI. 00:03:09.48\00:03:14.32 Now understand we've had some questions 00:03:14.36\00:03:16.12 that come into our Heart Wise Ministry's website. 00:03:16.16\00:03:18.73 And just we were talking about was our first question actually 00:03:18.76\00:03:22.00 and that was, how does a doctor evaluate a headache. 00:03:22.03\00:03:24.87 So let's just recap that. 00:03:24.90\00:03:26.23 If I come into you with a headache, 00:03:26.27\00:03:27.60 you are going to ask me a bunch of questions 00:03:27.64\00:03:29.44 about my health history. 00:03:29.47\00:03:30.81 Yeah, and first of all, I'm going to make sure 00:03:30.84\00:03:32.24 it's not a dangerous headache, okay? 00:03:32.27\00:03:34.24 How do you find if it is? 00:03:34.28\00:03:35.61 Yeah, like I said, if you say it's the worst headache 00:03:35.64\00:03:37.85 that's ever happened in my life, 00:03:37.88\00:03:39.51 I would say, well, that could be 00:03:39.55\00:03:40.88 a subarachnoid hemorrhage bleeding in the brain. 00:03:40.92\00:03:43.39 We need to send you to emergency room 00:03:43.42\00:03:44.75 and get a scan right now. 00:03:44.79\00:03:46.12 Now what would cause a bleeding in the brain? 00:03:46.15\00:03:47.49 Can't wait. 00:03:47.52\00:03:48.86 Well, it could be a weak blood vessel. 00:03:48.89\00:03:51.09 It could be, you might have banged your head, 00:03:51.13\00:03:52.89 had some trauma. 00:03:52.93\00:03:54.26 Okay. Okay. 00:03:54.30\00:03:55.63 Those are some of the more common ones. 00:03:55.66\00:03:57.93 If your headaches aggravated by a certain action 00:03:57.97\00:04:01.20 like every time I cough, I get a headache. 00:04:01.24\00:04:03.97 Or every time I have relationship with my wife, 00:04:04.01\00:04:06.21 I get a headache. 00:04:06.24\00:04:07.91 Those are a little bit more concerning. 00:04:07.94\00:04:10.55 Or if the headache won't go away, 00:04:10.58\00:04:12.38 that's associated with nausea and vomiting, 00:04:12.41\00:04:14.98 that's more of a concern. 00:04:15.02\00:04:17.05 Or a headache that's associated with a fever 00:04:17.09\00:04:19.22 and a stiff neck and a rash. 00:04:19.25\00:04:23.02 Bad headache after banging the head in trauma. 00:04:23.06\00:04:25.96 Or headache that leads to a seizure. 00:04:25.99\00:04:28.43 Or let say, you have a change of vision, you can't see right. 00:04:28.46\00:04:32.40 Those are all more serious types of headaches. 00:04:32.43\00:04:35.10 Or headache, it's not so bad 00:04:35.14\00:04:37.07 but it gets worse and worse and worse, 00:04:37.11\00:04:38.94 I can't even survive. 00:04:38.97\00:04:40.74 So I would say, Nick, that headache, 00:04:40.78\00:04:42.64 we need to go to emergency room right now 00:04:42.68\00:04:45.21 and make sure it's not a structural problem. 00:04:45.25\00:04:47.55 And if it is, we need to deal with that. 00:04:47.58\00:04:49.95 Then if it's not those, I say, well, 00:04:49.98\00:04:51.55 it's probably a primary headache. 00:04:51.59\00:04:53.89 And that's a headache that's either due to tension. 00:04:53.92\00:04:56.46 It might have characteristics of a cluster headache 00:04:56.49\00:04:59.49 or migraine headache 00:04:59.53\00:05:01.26 or you might have a toxin related headache, 00:05:01.30\00:05:04.03 something that you've done that's triggered it. 00:05:04.07\00:05:06.70 You are around obnoxious gas or something, 00:05:06.74\00:05:09.50 just get away from that environmental issue. 00:05:09.54\00:05:12.44 And I can do that with the history. 00:05:12.47\00:05:14.21 And then if I thought it might needed 00:05:14.24\00:05:15.58 a short term course of medication, 00:05:15.61\00:05:17.65 we might give it over short term. 00:05:17.68\00:05:20.15 Frequently migraine headaches, 00:05:20.18\00:05:21.72 they have a shot called Imitrex. 00:05:21.75\00:05:24.35 They don't usually give pills a lot 00:05:24.39\00:05:25.79 because you are sick at your stomach, 00:05:25.82\00:05:27.16 you might throw it up. 00:05:27.19\00:05:28.86 But there's also some studies that show ginger might be 00:05:28.89\00:05:31.83 very effective in the treatment of migraine headaches as well. 00:05:31.86\00:05:35.16 But I think if you can find what's causing the headache, 00:05:35.20\00:05:38.37 that might be the best treatment. 00:05:38.40\00:05:39.97 If there's a trigger that's causing, 00:05:40.00\00:05:41.77 but sometimes, Nick, it's just genetics. 00:05:41.80\00:05:45.04 No matter what, you have your cluster headache, 00:05:45.07\00:05:47.68 your migraine headache, it's just genetics. 00:05:47.71\00:05:49.68 We can't really figure out. It just happens. 00:05:49.71\00:05:52.01 Then we treat that the best we can with medications. 00:05:52.05\00:05:54.88 And remember, these medications for headaches 00:05:54.92\00:05:56.89 are usually just short term. 00:05:56.92\00:05:59.15 Short term headaches... 00:05:59.19\00:06:00.52 Short term treatment with medications 00:06:00.56\00:06:01.96 don't usually carry the risk 00:06:01.99\00:06:03.99 that taking it day in and day out 00:06:04.03\00:06:05.53 over years and years and years. 00:06:05.56\00:06:07.13 And this is a great use of modern medicine 00:06:07.16\00:06:09.40 to get you over the hump 00:06:09.43\00:06:10.77 because chronic pain in itself 00:06:10.80\00:06:12.80 is not good for the body either, 00:06:12.83\00:06:14.34 as we've discussed many times. 00:06:14.37\00:06:16.20 So that sort of a general approach to headaches 00:06:16.24\00:06:19.71 and most doctors do it pretty much similar to that. 00:06:19.74\00:06:22.24 They make sure it's not serious. 00:06:22.28\00:06:24.01 If it's a primary type headache, 00:06:24.05\00:06:25.58 then they work it dealing with the cause. 00:06:25.61\00:06:27.98 So what are one of the most common sources of headache 00:06:28.02\00:06:30.15 that you see? 00:06:30.19\00:06:31.52 Well, the most common headache, you know, I'm a heart doctor, 00:06:31.55\00:06:34.49 so I don't really see many headaches. 00:06:34.52\00:06:35.86 Sure, yeah. 00:06:35.89\00:06:37.23 But the most common headache in the world is tension headaches. 00:06:37.26\00:06:40.56 Stress induced headaches. 00:06:40.60\00:06:43.20 Our world is under stress like never before. 00:06:43.23\00:06:46.80 People are watching things. 00:06:46.84\00:06:48.40 You know, they see all sorts of things in the media. 00:06:48.44\00:06:51.17 People are spending up to 12 hours on the media a day. 00:06:51.21\00:06:54.51 And they stay up late at night. 00:06:54.54\00:06:56.24 They worry about things, you know. 00:06:56.28\00:06:58.65 They were eating things that we shouldn't eat. 00:06:58.68\00:07:00.82 There's this stress from every different avenue. 00:07:00.85\00:07:03.05 There's relationship stress. 00:07:03.08\00:07:05.59 We are living lives 00:07:05.62\00:07:07.09 that sort of go against our original design. 00:07:07.12\00:07:10.09 And whenever we do that, 00:07:10.13\00:07:11.46 that puts stress on our body including our brains. 00:07:11.49\00:07:14.76 And our brain might say, 00:07:14.80\00:07:16.26 "I just can't deal with this anymore. 00:07:16.30\00:07:18.37 I'm going to have a headache." 00:07:18.40\00:07:20.30 And when the body has a headache, 00:07:20.34\00:07:22.14 the brain can't think very well. 00:07:22.17\00:07:23.77 We do a process called down shifting. 00:07:23.81\00:07:26.27 We go into the "let's stay alive" 00:07:26.31\00:07:27.84 part of the brain, 00:07:27.88\00:07:29.21 not the higher thinking part of the brain. 00:07:29.24\00:07:30.95 And we just do things that make us feel good. 00:07:30.98\00:07:32.95 What can I do right now to take away the headache? 00:07:32.98\00:07:35.52 I'll do anything. 00:07:35.55\00:07:36.89 Some people turn to drugs and alcohol. 00:07:36.92\00:07:38.89 Some poor people turn into narcotics and painkillers. 00:07:38.92\00:07:41.59 Some people turn to other things, okay? 00:07:41.62\00:07:43.99 Well, I want to try to get our audience to say, 00:07:44.03\00:07:46.16 "Well, what's causing it? 00:07:46.19\00:07:48.00 What can we do to get at the cause?" 00:07:48.03\00:07:49.90 Because if we get the cause, 00:07:49.93\00:07:51.27 we are going to find the safest solution. 00:07:51.30\00:07:52.97 That's why I've recently developed 00:07:53.00\00:07:54.54 the Bible study series 00:07:54.57\00:07:55.90 that helps people to do this overtime 00:07:55.94\00:07:57.71 called Biblical Prescriptions for Life. 00:07:57.74\00:08:00.84 And this is a seven-week or seven-part Bible study 00:08:00.88\00:08:03.95 that teaches people 00:08:03.98\00:08:05.31 what's causing the stress in our lives 00:08:05.35\00:08:07.15 and how we can one step at a time get back 00:08:07.18\00:08:09.75 to the way God made us. 00:08:09.78\00:08:11.62 And if people want more information, 00:08:11.65\00:08:12.99 they go to our website. 00:08:13.02\00:08:14.36 That's biblicalprescriptions.com 00:08:14.39\00:08:17.53 or they can go to heartwiseministries.org. 00:08:17.56\00:08:21.16 So that's the most common, tension. 00:08:21.20\00:08:23.23 And those are some solutions for that getting back to it. 00:08:23.26\00:08:25.33 And the second most is migraine headaches. 00:08:25.37\00:08:27.64 These dangerous headaches are actually very rare, Nick. 00:08:27.67\00:08:31.07 It sounds like the most common ones 00:08:31.11\00:08:32.91 are basically chemical imbalances 00:08:32.94\00:08:35.41 that are stress induced. 00:08:35.44\00:08:36.78 Lifestyle induced, right. 00:08:36.81\00:08:38.25 Lifestyle induced and any of those, 00:08:38.28\00:08:40.25 you know, the stress, 00:08:40.28\00:08:41.62 the tension headaches and migraine. 00:08:41.65\00:08:42.98 And these serious types are rather rare. 00:08:43.02\00:08:45.65 But when they happen, they are life threatening. 00:08:45.69\00:08:47.76 They cannot be missed. 00:08:47.79\00:08:49.49 So that's why you have to get on it right away. 00:08:49.52\00:08:51.86 I'm afraid a lot of times, 00:08:51.89\00:08:53.23 some of these biblical prescriptions 00:08:53.26\00:08:54.60 that God's given us in the Bible, 00:08:54.63\00:08:55.96 like drinking water, getting rest, 00:08:56.00\00:08:57.63 things that we just overlook, they are simple to implement. 00:08:57.67\00:09:01.30 If we can just break our regular cycle 00:09:01.34\00:09:03.44 and focus on doing what God asks us to do. 00:09:03.47\00:09:05.57 And that gives people a sort of sense. 00:09:05.61\00:09:08.14 If they are having symptoms that can't really be explained. 00:09:08.18\00:09:11.38 You know, you look at everything and there's no... 00:09:11.41\00:09:13.52 No matter where whether this be headaches 00:09:13.55\00:09:15.22 or pains that you can't explain. 00:09:15.25\00:09:17.12 You might say, "Well, what am I doing 00:09:17.15\00:09:19.15 that could be stressing the body? 00:09:19.19\00:09:20.76 What am I doing 00:09:20.79\00:09:22.12 that's sort of against the way I was created? 00:09:22.16\00:09:23.96 And what are some simple things I can do to get back that, 00:09:23.99\00:09:27.03 'cause remember, a little bit of stress from here, 00:09:27.06\00:09:29.26 bad relationship, not sleeping well, 00:09:29.30\00:09:31.57 not enough breathing well, not enough water, 00:09:31.60\00:09:34.30 maybe there are wrong foods. 00:09:34.34\00:09:35.80 It all turns on the same chemistry. 00:09:35.84\00:09:38.01 And when that chemistry of inflammation 00:09:38.04\00:09:40.38 and epinephrine and adrenaline 00:09:40.41\00:09:42.41 and then cortisol gets turned on, 00:09:42.44\00:09:44.28 it creates symptoms. 00:09:44.31\00:09:46.18 And then guess what? 00:09:46.21\00:09:47.55 We go to the doctor and we want modern medicine. 00:09:47.58\00:09:50.45 Well, that might not always be the best thing. 00:09:50.49\00:09:53.05 Yeah. 00:09:53.09\00:09:54.42 So let's say that I am a healthy person 00:09:54.46\00:09:57.16 that hasn't had a history of headaches. 00:09:57.19\00:10:00.16 I drink plenty of water. Haven't had issues like this. 00:10:00.20\00:10:02.80 All of a sudden, I get a really severe pounding headache 00:10:02.83\00:10:06.27 unlike anything I've ever experienced. 00:10:06.30\00:10:07.64 Is that a time to be of serious concern? 00:10:07.67\00:10:10.37 Well, what I would do 00:10:10.41\00:10:12.37 is associate it with some of these other findings, 00:10:12.41\00:10:14.58 okay? 00:10:14.61\00:10:15.94 I would always be concerned about a symptom, okay? 00:10:15.98\00:10:18.68 If it affected your vision, if you were throwing up, 00:10:18.71\00:10:21.82 if you had a fever, 00:10:21.85\00:10:23.35 if it didn't get better fairly quick 00:10:23.39\00:10:26.05 with the things you usually do, yes, I would get it evaluated. 00:10:26.09\00:10:29.49 Because remember, even if it's not serious, 00:10:29.52\00:10:32.49 okay, it's still causing you pain 00:10:32.53\00:10:34.50 which is damaging your body. 00:10:34.53\00:10:36.03 So let's say the worse scenario. 00:10:36.06\00:10:37.73 You go to a doctor 00:10:37.77\00:10:39.10 and he evaluates you and it's not serious. 00:10:39.13\00:10:41.44 Well, thank goodness. 00:10:41.47\00:10:42.80 Well, they can give you a shot of painkiller 00:10:42.84\00:10:44.77 or whatever you need to take away the symptom 00:10:44.81\00:10:47.71 until you can back up and say, 00:10:47.74\00:10:49.14 "Well, what could have triggered it? 00:10:49.18\00:10:50.68 And sometimes, the body is so complicated, Nick. 00:10:50.71\00:10:53.92 Sometimes we never find out what's wrong. 00:10:53.95\00:10:56.12 We say, "It happened. I don't really know." 00:10:56.15\00:10:59.15 But, you know, usually 00:10:59.19\00:11:00.52 if I spend enough time with somebody 00:11:00.56\00:11:02.09 and ask enough questions, 00:11:02.12\00:11:03.73 usually something will come up 00:11:03.76\00:11:05.09 and I'll say, "Yeah, maybe, maybe that triggered it. 00:11:05.13\00:11:07.40 Maybe that triggered it. 00:11:07.43\00:11:08.83 You know, maybe you drink a lot of caffeine every day 00:11:08.86\00:11:11.93 and you missed that. 00:11:11.97\00:11:13.74 Maybe your body needed that." 00:11:13.77\00:11:15.64 Maybe, you know, something will usually show up. 00:11:15.67\00:11:18.14 Something will show up. 00:11:18.17\00:11:19.51 We've got another question that's coming from viewer, 00:11:19.54\00:11:20.88 and they ask, "What are some natural things 00:11:20.91\00:11:22.51 that I can do for a headache?" 00:11:22.54\00:11:23.88 Well, that's a great question. 00:11:23.91\00:11:25.25 I think we addressed some of them already. 00:11:25.28\00:11:27.88 Is getting back to the way God made you, okay? 00:11:27.92\00:11:30.79 That's the best thing that I can do, 00:11:30.82\00:11:34.42 whether that be getting enough sleep and rest, 00:11:34.46\00:11:36.56 drink enough water, moving the body parts, worship. 00:11:36.59\00:11:40.13 But other things that will help, 00:11:40.16\00:11:41.76 if the headache might be due to inflammation, 00:11:41.80\00:11:44.33 ginger might help that, okay? 00:11:44.37\00:11:46.77 If it's due to blood pressure, hibiscus might help that. 00:11:46.80\00:11:50.87 Sometimes if it's due to tension, 00:11:50.91\00:11:53.31 just deep breathing in itself. 00:11:53.34\00:11:56.91 Take a deep breath. Hold it, blow it out slow. 00:11:56.95\00:11:58.88 That helps more oxygen comes. 00:11:58.91\00:12:00.98 It turns on the parasympathetic system 00:12:01.02\00:12:03.05 which turns off some of these stress hormones in the body. 00:12:03.08\00:12:06.05 Sometimes that alone might help. 00:12:06.09\00:12:07.79 Sometimes getting outside, 00:12:07.82\00:12:09.16 breathing fresh air, going for a walk might help. 00:12:09.19\00:12:12.46 Sometimes getting some sleep and rest, 00:12:12.49\00:12:14.86 maybe you are overtired, 00:12:14.90\00:12:16.23 so if you can understand the cause, Nick, 00:12:16.26\00:12:19.00 that is your best bet to treating this. 00:12:19.03\00:12:21.67 So headaches is one like chest pain. 00:12:21.70\00:12:23.71 You need to sort of have some smarts about it 00:12:23.74\00:12:25.71 because it could be life threatening 00:12:25.74\00:12:27.08 even though it's usually not. 00:12:27.11\00:12:28.71 But you want to get at the cause. 00:12:28.74\00:12:30.35 What I would say, 00:12:30.38\00:12:31.71 the key thing I would say to all the people out there is, 00:12:31.75\00:12:34.05 if you can understand the cause 00:12:34.08\00:12:36.08 and get back to the owner's manual, 00:12:36.12\00:12:37.92 that's going to be your best bet 00:12:37.95\00:12:39.72 not to have headaches chronically. 00:12:39.75\00:12:43.16 Dr. Marcum, thanks for all those pointers on headaches. 00:12:43.19\00:12:45.23 And if you are at home 00:12:45.26\00:12:46.59 and you still have more questions about headaches, 00:12:46.63\00:12:47.96 please visit our website at heartwiseministries.org 00:12:48.00\00:12:50.87 where you can ask your question 00:12:50.90\00:12:52.47 and you can also send me your prayer requests. 00:12:52.50\00:12:54.24 We invite you to stay with us 00:12:54.27\00:12:55.60 as Dr. Marcum closes with prayer. 00:12:55.64\00:12:57.01 I like to spend a few moments with you in prayer. 00:13:06.68\00:13:09.55 There might be someone out there 00:13:09.58\00:13:10.99 that needs special prayer for their health. 00:13:11.02\00:13:13.56 Let's all bow our heads 00:13:13.59\00:13:14.92 and pray for each other right now. 00:13:14.96\00:13:17.93 Father in Heaven, we want to pray for each other, 00:13:17.96\00:13:21.10 that we all have better health 00:13:21.13\00:13:23.23 and that you come into our lives 00:13:23.26\00:13:24.70 to be our ultimate physician. 00:13:24.73\00:13:26.87 And there's someone out there, Father, 00:13:26.90\00:13:28.24 that needs a special prayer, special encouragement. 00:13:28.27\00:13:30.97 We want to pray for them 'cause we believe 00:13:31.01\00:13:33.41 and understand the power of prayer in lives. 00:13:33.44\00:13:35.41 You can do things 00:13:35.44\00:13:36.78 that we cannot do or even understand, Father. 00:13:36.81\00:13:39.61 And thank You for loving us 00:13:39.65\00:13:41.58 and giving us this day is our prayer. 00:13:41.62\00:13:43.52 Amen. 00:13:43.55\00:13:45.85 Well, I want to thank you for joining us. 00:13:45.89\00:13:48.19 And if you have any questions, feel free to go to the website, 00:13:48.22\00:13:51.09 heartwiseministries.org. 00:13:51.13\00:13:53.23 Wishing you the best of health. 00:13:53.26\00:13:55.60
