Welcome back to the program, 00:00:01.50\00:00:02.96 I'm your host Charles Mills, this is Dr. James Marcum here, 00:00:03.00\00:00:05.60 and Dr. Marcum, all doctors have to have a prescription pad 00:00:05.63\00:00:09.24 and I happen to have one that Dr. Marcum uses a lot. 00:00:09.27\00:00:12.27 It's called "The Bible," and for some people, 00:00:12.31\00:00:14.44 how can that be a prescription pad, but it certainly is 00:00:14.48\00:00:17.01 because we have discovered, by looking through here 00:00:17.05\00:00:19.61 and finding texts that there our prescriptions for 00:00:19.65\00:00:21.82 all kinds of illnesses in here, all kinds of diseases, 00:00:21.85\00:00:24.42 both mental, physical and spiritual. 00:00:24.45\00:00:26.65 And here's one of my favorites, and I want to bring this up 00:00:26.69\00:00:28.99 on the screen here so everybody can see it. 00:00:29.02\00:00:30.53 So we will put it up on the screen, here's what it says... 00:00:30.56\00:00:32.26 This is James 1:5 00:00:32.29\00:00:34.30 That's interesting that it says "without finding fault," 00:00:44.34\00:00:47.18 because I hear you say something like that all the time 00:00:47.21\00:00:49.61 when you're talking about how we should reach people 00:00:49.64\00:00:51.65 with the message of health. 00:00:51.68\00:00:53.01 Yeah and Charles, that's a beautiful text. 00:00:53.05\00:00:55.75 I like the part - "who doesn't lack wisdom." Exactly! 00:00:55.78\00:00:58.59 I claim that and if we don't have wisdom, 00:00:58.62\00:01:01.29 we don't know what to do with our healthcare; 00:01:01.32\00:01:03.36 we have a tough decision to make, let's ask God... Amen! 00:01:03.39\00:01:07.03 He has promised to give us the answers if we ask Him 00:01:07.06\00:01:10.23 and we can't ask Him unless we have a relationship 00:01:10.27\00:01:12.73 with Him, so to get the real solution to these healthcare 00:01:12.77\00:01:15.80 problems is having God as our "Ultimate Physician" 00:01:15.84\00:01:19.07 and Him guiding us to the people He needs to find health 00:01:19.11\00:01:22.71 as well as giving us reassurance. 00:01:22.74\00:01:24.11 He's going to give it to us, He gives it to us freely. Yes 00:01:24.15\00:01:27.82 You know and that's such a promise, 00:01:27.85\00:01:29.82 but we have to accept that promise, 00:01:29.85\00:01:31.65 and that's what we want to do. 00:01:31.69\00:01:33.02 You know, we're talking about rhythms today, 00:01:33.05\00:01:34.69 but the principles that we talk about apply to many 00:01:34.72\00:01:37.63 things and it's a great way that when someone is 00:01:37.66\00:01:40.00 feeling well, to introduce a relationship with God 00:01:40.03\00:01:43.13 that they can grow and God is going to take you 00:01:43.16\00:01:45.30 where you need to go in that relationship. 00:01:45.33\00:01:47.10 I have some things I want to show you here 00:01:47.14\00:01:48.84 and talk about rhythm. Good 00:01:48.87\00:01:50.71 This is old technology here... I'm going to let you hold that. 00:01:50.74\00:01:53.84 This is old technology... Old technology and that's 00:01:53.88\00:01:56.21 what I call a "sensory hammer." 00:01:56.24\00:01:58.51 You know, we all have senses and that's how you feel your 00:01:58.55\00:02:01.12 heart rhythm is through your senses - you feel your senses, 00:02:01.15\00:02:04.15 and we can actually test our different senses 00:02:04.19\00:02:07.02 with this sensory hammer. Okay 00:02:07.06\00:02:08.92 So I'm going to take that hammer for you and I'm going to 00:02:08.96\00:02:11.83 test your senses, Charles. 00:02:11.86\00:02:13.26 One of the ways we can do it is hit different 00:02:13.29\00:02:15.26 parts of the body and see you move and twitch. Okay 00:02:15.30\00:02:18.67 Like reflexes? Yeah, like reflexes, I can do 00:02:18.70\00:02:20.57 that with this hammer. All right 00:02:20.60\00:02:21.94 More than that, there are different types of nerves 00:02:21.97\00:02:23.84 in the body, and just lay your hand like that, Charles. 00:02:23.87\00:02:26.78 This is a sterile needle and... This is a needle? 00:02:26.81\00:02:31.91 Yeah and what I do is... Why are you going to 00:02:31.95\00:02:34.22 punch me with a needle? Close your eyes Charles, okay. 00:02:34.25\00:02:36.95 Do you feel me touching your finger? No 00:02:36.99\00:02:39.62 Okay, that's good. 00:02:39.65\00:02:41.02 If you would have said, "yes," that would have been bad! 00:02:41.06\00:02:42.92 You feel that touch, you feel that? Yes, I feel that. 00:02:42.96\00:02:44.76 So that means you have a normal nerve. 00:02:44.79\00:02:46.16 Did you feel that right there? No 00:02:46.19\00:02:48.80 Okay, how many times have I touched you? 00:02:48.83\00:02:51.27 Three... Right, so this checks 00:02:51.30\00:02:54.04 different senses. All right, okay 00:02:54.10\00:02:56.81 Some people have neuropathies 00:02:56.84\00:02:58.41 and they don't feel well. They would not feel that. 00:02:58.47\00:03:00.18 The new technology is one called "EMG." 00:03:00.24\00:03:02.84 Just like the old technology in rhythm 00:03:02.88\00:03:05.25 is to feel the pulse and count. Right 00:03:05.28\00:03:06.92 The new technology is EKGs, monitors... 00:03:06.95\00:03:10.59 We even have monitors that we can put under the skin 00:03:10.62\00:03:12.75 so we lose that old... so that checks pain, 00:03:12.79\00:03:15.56 proprioception. 00:03:15.59\00:03:17.69 Another thing that this fancy device can do... 00:03:17.73\00:03:21.53 There's another thing that we can unscrew here... 00:03:21.56\00:03:23.83 On here is a little brush; this is very good for 00:03:23.87\00:03:33.24 testing the nerves - the cranial nerves. 00:03:33.27\00:03:35.68 Can you feel that? I feel that, yes, yeah. 00:03:35.71\00:03:38.58 Can you feel that? No 00:03:38.61\00:03:40.78 Now can you feel it? I can feel that. 00:03:40.82\00:03:42.15 Does it feel about the same on both sides? 00:03:42.18\00:03:44.09 Yes, I felt both. 00:03:44.12\00:03:45.45 This is very common things that we do to test people 00:03:45.49\00:03:48.72 that might have strokes, that might have abnormalities 00:03:48.76\00:03:52.03 in sensation and these are things that tell us 00:03:52.06\00:03:54.66 the neurological system has gone awry. 00:03:54.70\00:03:57.00 Well the neurological system is very important 00:03:57.03\00:04:00.07 in controlling rhythms of the heart. 00:04:00.10\00:04:02.97 The neurological system, of course, sends the signals 00:04:03.00\00:04:05.47 that makes the heart speed up and slow down... 00:04:05.51\00:04:07.78 We call that the sympathetic nervous system 00:04:07.81\00:04:10.58 that makes adrenalin and that, the ones that slow it down 00:04:10.61\00:04:13.65 is called the parasympathetic system and a lot of our 00:04:13.68\00:04:16.82 heart speed is determined by our brain. 00:04:16.85\00:04:18.85 For instance, when you're sick, God has made us so remarkable, 00:04:18.89\00:04:22.56 our body says, "I'm sick, I need more resources 00:04:22.59\00:04:25.53 throughout the body," so the brain controls that 00:04:25.56\00:04:28.46 through the sympathetic nervous system, 00:04:28.50\00:04:30.27 it makes the heart speed up so you get more 00:04:30.30\00:04:32.13 fighters and more nourishment to the place 00:04:32.17\00:04:34.00 it needs to go. 00:04:34.04\00:04:35.37 The heart and the brain has sympathy for us. Yes 00:04:35.40\00:04:37.14 Yes it does and also when you need to slow down and 00:04:37.17\00:04:39.87 rest, the brain can take care of that too... 00:04:39.91\00:04:42.61 But sometimes we don't listen to 00:04:42.64\00:04:44.45 our natural rhythms that you talk about. 00:04:44.51\00:04:46.55 Or we overpower our natural rhythm. Yes! 00:04:46.58\00:04:48.62 Sometimes we take rhythms into our own hand, 00:04:48.65\00:04:50.99 and we put our bodies under unneeded stress. 00:04:51.02\00:04:54.29 We stay up too late at night. 00:04:54.32\00:04:55.99 We don't get enough rest. 00:04:56.02\00:04:57.36 We don't keep a weekly rest. 00:04:57.39\00:04:58.86 We don't drink enough water. 00:04:58.89\00:05:00.50 We don't eat the right food. 00:05:00.53\00:05:01.86 We don't have the right thoughts. 00:05:01.90\00:05:03.40 All of these inputs - the body has to process them 00:05:03.43\00:05:06.50 and do something with them, and if it's a stress-simple 00:05:06.53\00:05:09.10 the body turns on the sympathetic nervous system, 00:05:09.14\00:05:11.61 the senses go and the body gets revved up. 00:05:11.64\00:05:14.11 If it gets revved up and getting in a fighting mode 00:05:14.14\00:05:16.51 and doesn't need to, long-term that's damaging 00:05:16.54\00:05:19.78 to the system. Yes, yes 00:05:19.81\00:05:21.15 So we want to turn down that stress. 00:05:21.18\00:05:22.65 We want to sort of slow down the rhythms of life sometimes. 00:05:22.68\00:05:25.79 And, the only way we can do that, 00:05:25.82\00:05:27.32 we can't do that on our own, we have to ask God 00:05:27.36\00:05:30.49 for the wisdom and He will give us the wisdom... 00:05:30.53\00:05:33.46 Give us generously... 00:05:33.50\00:05:34.93 ... generously and we gotta depend on God to do it 00:05:34.96\00:05:37.83 because we can't do it of ourselves, 00:05:37.87\00:05:39.20 it's too overwhelming all these influences, 00:05:39.23\00:05:41.24 and we have to have God's help. 00:05:41.27\00:05:42.60 Oh that's a wonderful text, James 1:5 00:05:42.64\00:05:44.04 if you want to check that out on your own, 00:05:44.07\00:05:45.61 James 1:5- it's a wonderful text, print it out, 00:05:45.64\00:05:47.98 put it up on your wall. 00:05:48.01\00:05:49.34 You'll enjoy knowing that God gives generously 00:05:49.38\00:05:51.88 without finding fault. 00:05:51.91\00:05:54.15 I love that - God does not judge us that way, 00:05:54.18\00:05:56.35 He wants to help us instead. 00:05:56.38\00:05:58.12 Okay, questions from heartwiseministries.org website 00:05:58.15\00:06:01.26 I invite you, listener, to do that, 00:06:01.29\00:06:03.32 and leave your questions there, that would be great! 00:06:03.36\00:06:06.39 This person said, "I pass out (Oh my), 00:06:06.43\00:06:09.10 about every 2 to 3 years, no one has figured out why. 00:06:09.13\00:06:12.73 Could this be due to an abnormal heart rhythm?" 00:06:12.77\00:06:15.37 Passing out - that's a red flag for you isn't it? 00:06:15.40\00:06:17.17 Yes it could be, you know, passing out could be from an 00:06:17.21\00:06:19.91 abnormal heart rhythm because the brain is not getting 00:06:19.94\00:06:22.91 enough blood - the blood pressure goes down. 00:06:22.94\00:06:25.01 The most common rhythms that cause this is slow heart rates 00:06:25.05\00:06:28.82 where the heart pauses and doesn't even beat. 00:06:28.85\00:06:31.52 The treatment for that would be a pacemaker, okay. 00:06:31.55\00:06:35.32 I'll let you hold that up there. 00:06:35.36\00:06:36.69 That's how small they are. And this is something that is 00:06:36.73\00:06:38.06 implanted in your body. 00:06:38.09\00:06:39.93 Right, in the body we have leads that go inside the heart 00:06:39.96\00:06:42.70 that's a pacemaker. 00:06:42.73\00:06:44.07 It's a pretty safe procedure to put in. 00:06:44.10\00:06:45.63 It's a lot safer than the alternative. Yes 00:06:45.67\00:06:48.60 Cheaper than dying. Right 00:06:48.64\00:06:50.51 And then other things that can make a person pass out 00:06:50.54\00:06:53.17 is rhythms from the bottom part of the heart. 00:06:53.21\00:06:54.94 That is usually lethal. 00:06:54.98\00:06:56.61 Other things that we look for is the brain malfunctioning, 00:06:56.64\00:06:59.45 either blockages in the arteries, strokes, 00:06:59.48\00:07:01.85 low blood sugar. 00:07:01.88\00:07:03.22 Sometimes the body is under 00:07:03.25\00:07:04.65 such extreme stress that there's nothing wrong, 00:07:04.69\00:07:07.29 but the body just turns itself off. 00:07:07.32\00:07:09.56 Sometimes there's a reaction called a "vagal reaction" 00:07:09.59\00:07:11.96 when a person sees a needle, and the body slows down 00:07:11.99\00:07:15.26 too much and drops the blood pressure, then they pass out. 00:07:15.30\00:07:18.50 So there's lots of things... That's a great question 00:07:18.53\00:07:20.60 so if a person is passing out, it could be due to the rhythm. 00:07:20.64\00:07:23.81 The way we would find out is put some type of 00:07:23.84\00:07:25.61 monitoring device in case they happen again that we could 00:07:25.64\00:07:28.98 detect what rhythm is going on. 00:07:29.01\00:07:30.35 Well someone asked about this pacemaker... 00:07:30.38\00:07:31.98 They say, "Is a pacemaker a risky procedure?" 00:07:32.01\00:07:34.72 I guess they are figuring out 00:07:34.75\00:07:36.85 putting it in, is it risky to put it in? 00:07:36.89\00:07:38.42 Now, there are some small, minor risks for that, 00:07:38.45\00:07:40.69 but everything that we do in medicine 00:07:40.72\00:07:42.92 is about the risk versus the benefits. 00:07:42.96\00:07:45.79 The benefits is keeping you alive. Yes 00:07:45.83\00:07:47.90 The risks are an infection, you might hurt the lungs, 00:07:47.93\00:07:50.67 you might have some bleeding, but the risks are very low 00:07:50.70\00:07:54.14 compared to the benefits. 00:07:54.17\00:07:55.60 I've heard you mention, several times, Dr. Marcum, 00:07:55.64\00:07:58.01 talking about the heart... potassium and magnesium, 00:07:58.04\00:08:01.81 and here's a question about that. 00:08:01.84\00:08:03.24 "Could a low potassium or magnesium affect the 00:08:03.28\00:08:07.32 rhythm of a heart?" 00:08:07.35\00:08:09.25 Yeah, and that's something that's often overlooked 00:08:09.28\00:08:11.95 because that is something that we don't do. 00:08:11.99\00:08:14.16 We don't eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables nowadays, 00:08:14.19\00:08:16.99 and we can have low magnesiums, low potassiums, 00:08:17.03\00:08:20.20 and all of these, as well as calciums, are important 00:08:20.23\00:08:22.93 in generating the electrical current. 00:08:22.96\00:08:25.13 So just a low potassium can cause 00:08:25.17\00:08:26.84 atrial fibrillation, it can cause skips. 00:08:26.87\00:08:28.64 The same with magnesium. 00:08:28.67\00:08:30.31 If you get these electrolytes out of whack, 00:08:30.34\00:08:32.47 if you don't either bring those nutrients in, 00:08:32.51\00:08:34.51 you can have funny things happen to the body. 00:08:34.54\00:08:36.58 Remember, God has made us to bring in certain things 00:08:36.61\00:08:39.55 in our body and when we don't bring those things in, 00:08:39.58\00:08:42.52 there's malfunctioning. 00:08:42.55\00:08:43.89 And when I say, "Bring those things in," 00:08:43.92\00:08:45.75 it's just water, the appropriate nutrients, 00:08:45.79\00:08:48.69 the appropriate thoughts, the appropriate rest, 00:08:48.72\00:08:51.03 the appropriate movement, all of these things are 00:08:51.06\00:08:53.50 key to keeping our rhythms optimalized 00:08:53.53\00:08:56.10 over a course of a life. 00:08:56.13\00:08:57.90 So, yes, magnesium, potassium, 00:08:57.93\00:08:59.43 they can affect the rhythm. And we want to say, 00:08:59.50\00:09:01.20 bringing those things in on a regular basis. 00:09:01.24\00:09:02.90 Oh yeah! It's got to be, you've got to do something every day. 00:09:02.94\00:09:06.04 If you just do it once a week, 00:09:06.07\00:09:07.44 it's not really going to help you, Charles. 00:09:07.48\00:09:08.81 Okay, here's a question... "I am on a medicine 00:09:08.84\00:09:10.91 called "amiodarone," "amiodarone." 00:09:10.95\00:09:14.08 "I understand that this medicine has side effects, 00:09:14.12\00:09:17.02 might there be a safer medicine than amiodarone?" 00:09:17.05\00:09:21.02 Well amiodarone or Cordarone, that's a medicine 00:09:21.06\00:09:24.33 that we use for atrial fibrillation. 00:09:24.36\00:09:26.29 It's fairly effective, but there are lots of side effects. 00:09:26.33\00:09:28.70 Many medicines have lots of side effects. 00:09:29.43\00:09:31.33 Are there safer medicines? 00:09:31.37\00:09:32.93 Yes there are safer medicines. 00:09:32.97\00:09:35.14 They came out with a new one not too long ago 00:09:35.17\00:09:37.17 called "Multaq" that appears to be safer, 00:09:37.21\00:09:39.74 but amiodarone has been around for many years... 00:09:39.77\00:09:42.58 And what I like about that medicine 00:09:42.61\00:09:44.31 is we know that medicine. 00:09:44.35\00:09:45.68 We know what it does, we know how it acts, 00:09:45.71\00:09:47.88 we know what to watch out for. 00:09:47.92\00:09:49.28 If a person is getting in trouble, 00:09:49.32\00:09:50.89 we advise them what to do and we take them off the medicines. 00:09:50.92\00:09:53.72 So again, it's all about risks and benefits. 00:09:53.76\00:09:56.36 If going out of rhythm puts you at high risk, 00:09:56.39\00:09:58.86 or you can't take blood thinner, then it might be worth 00:09:58.89\00:10:01.80 the amiodarone to keep you in rhythm so you don't have 00:10:01.83\00:10:03.93 to take as many other medicines. 00:10:03.97\00:10:05.30 So everything that we do in medicine is 00:10:05.33\00:10:07.10 about risk and benefits, but more than that, 00:10:07.14\00:10:09.57 we want to ask the person about causes. 00:10:09.60\00:10:11.71 If we can figure out causes, 00:10:11.74\00:10:13.31 maybe we don't have to take 00:10:13.34\00:10:14.68 risks of medication. All right, very good. 00:10:14.71\00:10:16.44 Another question - I guess this is about medicine... 00:10:16.48\00:10:18.55 "My doctor is recommending a cardioversion... 00:10:18.58\00:10:21.58 "cardioversion," are there other options?" 00:10:21.62\00:10:23.18 "This is for atrial fibrillation." 00:10:23.22\00:10:24.62 Right, atrial fibrillation is when the heart goes 00:10:24.65\00:10:27.49 fast and we can actually shock a heart. 00:10:27.52\00:10:30.39 You know and we've seen that quite a bit. 00:10:30.43\00:10:32.39 We have things that shock a heart. 00:10:32.43\00:10:33.76 We have the old machines that do that. 00:10:33.80\00:10:35.46 We have defibrillators - they're in a person all the time. 00:10:35.50\00:10:38.30 And what a shock does is it stops the heart. 00:10:38.33\00:10:41.57 Okay, so it stops the heart. Resets it, reboots it. 00:10:41.60\00:10:44.07 Stops the heart and then the strongest rhythm will take over, 00:10:44.11\00:10:48.01 and hopefully, that will be a normal rhythm 00:10:48.04\00:10:49.81 and not the abnormal rhythm. 00:10:49.84\00:10:51.61 So if someone is passing out or having pain, 00:10:51.65\00:10:53.95 and I need to do something quickly with the rhythm, 00:10:53.98\00:10:55.82 I will cardiovert them and hopefully the heart 00:10:55.85\00:10:58.25 with start from a normal rhythm. 00:10:58.29\00:10:59.69 So that's a very frequently used way of generating 00:10:59.72\00:11:03.32 pretty serious situations. 00:11:03.36\00:11:04.69 When a person gets cardioversion, 00:11:04.73\00:11:06.09 it's pretty serious stuff, Charles. All right, all right. 00:11:06.13\00:11:08.63 Do you want me to show you how to do that? No 00:11:08.66\00:11:10.10 Okay, maybe later or never, never. 00:11:10.13\00:11:12.63 Maybe never, yes. There you go. 00:11:12.67\00:11:14.07 "What are some other common ailments which can affect 00:11:14.10\00:11:16.71 the rhythms of the heart?" You've mentioned several. 00:11:16.74\00:11:18.67 Yeah, I'm going to go through these very quickly. 00:11:18.71\00:11:21.68 We think of thyroid; we think of underlying 00:11:21.71\00:11:25.21 heart disease; heart attacks; valvular disease; 00:11:25.25\00:11:27.82 we think of lung disease; blood clots in the lungs; 00:11:27.85\00:11:31.52 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 00:11:31.55\00:11:33.89 any other diseases of the lung, sleep apnea is very common; 00:11:33.92\00:11:37.46 electrolytes like magnesium, potassium, being dehydrated; 00:11:37.49\00:11:41.96 having infections; different substances 00:11:42.00\00:11:44.80 that stimulate our bodies; too much caffeine; 00:11:44.83\00:11:47.47 cocaine - those things; and there's really 00:11:47.50\00:11:49.74 an exhaustive list, but when people have funny 00:11:49.77\00:11:52.61 rhythms of the heart, ask yourself the reason why, 00:11:52.64\00:11:55.51 and what might be stressing the system because 00:11:55.54\00:11:57.65 almost anything out there can do it, Charles. All right 00:11:57.68\00:12:00.38 So I'm glad we talked about rhythms. 00:12:00.42\00:12:01.75 There's much more to learn, 00:12:01.78\00:12:03.12 but this is a good place to start. Fantastic! 00:12:03.15\00:12:04.92 We'll take a short break now and when we come back, 00:12:04.95\00:12:07.16 let's talk to the God who invented all rhythms everywhere 00:12:07.19\00:12:11.03 in prayer, so everybody stay right where you are. 00:12:11.06\00:12:14.06 Well, we've learned a lot about the rhythms of the heart, 00:12:24.04\00:12:27.01 but I want you also to think about the rhythms of life. 00:12:27.04\00:12:30.51 You know, the rhythms that keep our bodies going 00:12:30.55\00:12:33.15 that keep us in sync, especially the rhythms that 00:12:33.18\00:12:35.38 call us back to a Creator and I think Charles had a 00:12:35.42\00:12:37.92 wonderful text that we can all ask God for... 00:12:37.95\00:12:42.52 "If any of you lack wisdom, ask of God." 00:12:42.56\00:12:45.96 I certainly lack wisdom, I need His help constantly 00:12:45.99\00:12:49.93 as a physician, I need his help daily, 00:12:49.96\00:12:52.63 and I think all of us needed help. 00:12:52.67\00:12:54.40 So I hope we've learned a little bit about that. 00:12:54.44\00:12:56.40 If you have problems that we haven't addressed, 00:12:56.44\00:12:59.37 I want to encourage you to go to our website, that's... 00:12:59.41\00:13:02.28 heartwiseministries.org 00:13:02.31\00:13:05.08 That's a site where we answer people's questions 00:13:05.11\00:13:07.82 no matter what they are, we try to answer them. 00:13:07.85\00:13:10.12 We try to point to the balance in medicine. 00:13:10.15\00:13:13.05 We point to the balance in nutrition and we also 00:13:13.09\00:13:15.46 encourage that relationship with our Creator who 00:13:15.49\00:13:18.76 could heal all things. 00:13:18.79\00:13:20.16 So we're just glad you joined us and rhythms are very 00:13:20.20\00:13:23.16 important in the heart, but as we close today, 00:13:23.20\00:13:26.53 I want to have a prayer for all of those that might need a 00:13:26.57\00:13:29.20 special prayer for healing, that might need special, 00:13:29.24\00:13:32.17 encouragement and comfort no matter 00:13:32.21\00:13:34.31 what their health problem is, shall we bow our heads... 00:13:34.34\00:13:37.61 Dear Heavenly Father, As we come to You, 00:13:37.65\00:13:41.32 we've been talking about rhythms and You're the Creator 00:13:41.35\00:13:44.19 of rhythms and hopefully we can learn from You. 00:13:44.22\00:13:47.12 We want always to remember, as part of our health, 00:13:47.16\00:13:49.59 to ask You who giveth to us freely and You just love to 00:13:49.62\00:13:53.83 give us information no matter what it is. 00:13:53.86\00:13:55.66 Father, we want You to guide our lives and our chemistry. 00:13:55.70\00:13:58.57 For some out there, they are sick, 00:13:58.60\00:14:00.44 they are ailing and they are hurting. 00:14:00.47\00:14:02.50 We pray that You comfort them and we know You are 00:14:02.54\00:14:05.07 going to heal in Your time, Father. 00:14:05.11\00:14:07.01 And please be with everyone that is searching for You today 00:14:07.04\00:14:10.48 is our prayer...
