Those who have experienced it, say that a heart attack 00:00:16.85\00:00:19.81 is like having an elephant sit down on your chest. 00:00:19.85\00:00:22.58 So today, we're going to do a little 00:00:22.62\00:00:24.95 elephant hunting. Stay tuned... 00:00:24.99\00:00:27.99 I'm Dr. James Marcum, are you interested 00:00:28.02\00:00:31.39 in discovering the reason why? 00:00:31.43\00:00:33.36 Do you want solutions to your healthcare problem? 00:00:33.40\00:00:36.46 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:36.50\00:00:39.20 Well, you're about to be given the "Ultimate Prescription." 00:00:39.23\00:00:43.54 They say that knowledge is power. 00:00:45.14\00:00:47.34 When it comes to coronary artery disease, 00:00:47.38\00:00:49.64 we need all the power we can get because the enemy is 00:00:49.68\00:00:52.25 strong, well-organized and sneaky. 00:00:52.28\00:00:56.12 Well today, we're going to learn how to be stronger, 00:00:56.15\00:00:58.55 more organized and a whole lot sneakier than heart disease. 00:00:58.59\00:01:02.36 Heart disease for most people, as Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn 00:01:02.39\00:01:05.09 of the Cleveland Clinic insists, 00:01:05.13\00:01:06.59 is a toothless tiger! 00:01:06.63\00:01:08.36 It's often an elephant filled with helium. 00:01:08.40\00:01:11.37 Dr. Marcum, on our last program, you shared with us how 00:01:11.40\00:01:14.30 you determine if someone is at risk for heart disease. 00:01:14.34\00:01:17.31 Now let's get down to the heart of the matter... 00:01:17.34\00:01:19.31 How do we fight back? 00:01:19.34\00:01:21.81 Charles, how do we fight back? 00:01:21.84\00:01:23.81 Well that's, I think part of how we fight back is watching 00:01:23.85\00:01:26.82 programs like this where we can learn more. Yes 00:01:26.85\00:01:29.48 We can figure out what a heart attack is, 00:01:29.52\00:01:32.39 and heart cardiovascular disease and do something 00:01:32.42\00:01:34.62 before it happens to us. 00:01:34.66\00:01:35.99 So that's one way we fight back and realize the system 00:01:36.02\00:01:39.83 is not always there to help us or protect us. 00:01:39.86\00:01:42.23 The "system" being what system? 00:01:42.26\00:01:43.73 Modern medical system. Okay, all right 00:01:43.77\00:01:46.00 You know the pills and all that. 00:01:46.03\00:01:47.44 That's inflammatory what you just said. 00:01:47.47\00:01:48.80 Yes, but at the same time, we have to realize there is 00:01:48.84\00:01:51.14 a place for it and in understanding health, 00:01:51.17\00:01:54.24 there's a place for modern medicine. 00:01:54.28\00:01:56.08 There's a place for good nutrition - we talked about 00:01:56.11\00:01:58.35 that and we talked also about our spiritual lives. 00:01:58.38\00:02:01.15 But today, we want to focus on ways as to what is the 00:02:01.18\00:02:04.79 appropriate use for modern medicine. 00:02:04.82\00:02:06.45 You know, what does it mean to have a stent or a bypass? 00:02:06.49\00:02:09.69 When is taking a pill correct? 00:02:09.72\00:02:12.06 You see that pill there, Charles? I see that pill, yeah. 00:02:12.09\00:02:13.73 That is a big pill... I would give that to an elephant. 00:02:13.76\00:02:17.93 That's an elephant's size pill. 00:02:17.97\00:02:19.30 You know, you said "the elephant in the room," YES 00:02:19.33\00:02:20.94 If he had a heart... he might need that 00:02:20.97\00:02:22.50 if he needed a pill. Yeah 00:02:22.54\00:02:23.87 But sometimes pills are not all that they might seem to be. 00:02:23.91\00:02:26.78 Uh oh, I have a sneaking suspicion that we have... 00:02:26.81\00:02:29.38 Oh my, there's something in there. 00:02:29.41\00:02:30.75 Sometimes there's things in pills that we like, 00:02:30.78\00:02:32.58 like that pen where we can write down 00:02:32.61\00:02:34.95 truths that we learn today. I like that. 00:02:34.98\00:02:36.72 But sometimes it has things that can cause us side effects, 00:02:36.75\00:02:39.35 so we want to minimize pills in that and yet if we need it, 00:02:39.39\00:02:44.26 we want to know the appropriate place to take it. 00:02:44.29\00:02:46.59 But if we're having a symptom, and we go see a doctor, 00:02:46.63\00:02:49.86 the doctor is going to give us the pill or a procedure 00:02:49.90\00:02:52.27 or they're going to cut us open and do something like that, 00:02:52.30\00:02:54.50 when do we know to go see the doctor and when do we know 00:02:54.54\00:02:58.44 to go look in the Bible and find out 00:02:58.47\00:02:59.97 how we should be living different. 00:03:00.01\00:03:01.34 Yeah, and that's what we're going to talk today, 00:03:01.38\00:03:03.14 and I think it's a very important question 00:03:03.18\00:03:06.01 that a lot of people don't know what's what. Yes 00:03:06.05\00:03:09.78 And unfortunately, many of the doctors out there 00:03:09.82\00:03:11.82 they're great people, but they work in their system 00:03:11.85\00:03:14.39 that doesn't sometimes promote balance. Okay 00:03:14.42\00:03:17.13 And that's why we're here to talk about that balance today, 00:03:17.16\00:03:20.36 but if you're having a symptom, modern medicine is great. 00:03:20.40\00:03:23.60 You know, if I'm having a heart attack, I want a stent! 00:03:23.63\00:03:26.23 If the elephant is sitting on the chest... Right 00:03:26.27\00:03:27.80 You want the elephant off the chest. Yeah 00:03:27.84\00:03:29.97 But there also things that we can do other than pills 00:03:30.01\00:03:34.41 that can help us not need those things. 00:03:34.44\00:03:36.95 And that's what we really try to focus on, 00:03:36.98\00:03:38.88 and even if you do need those things, 00:03:38.91\00:03:41.08 all the things we've talked about, you know the 00:03:41.12\00:03:43.39 preventive medicines, the mental - all that will 00:03:43.42\00:03:46.96 help treat and prevent these things from happening as well. 00:03:46.99\00:03:49.69 All right, so if you do not have an elephant sitting on your 00:03:49.72\00:03:51.79 chest right now, what you're about to hear 00:03:51.83\00:03:54.00 are the things that would be best for you 00:03:54.03\00:03:56.16 if you would just start doing 00:03:56.20\00:03:57.53 them right away if you don't have the elephant. 00:03:57.57\00:03:59.00 If the elephant is sitting there, 00:03:59.03\00:04:00.47 get to the doctor now, not later. 00:04:00.50\00:04:03.30 Do we have some questions that have come in? Yes we do. 00:04:03.34\00:04:05.04 heartwiseministries.org is where you send your 00:04:05.07\00:04:07.74 questions about these topics, and I'm so excited about 00:04:07.78\00:04:10.38 this because this is what people want to know. 00:04:10.41\00:04:12.35 First question-"How can I lower my risk of a heart attack?" 00:04:12.38\00:04:17.09 They haven't had the heart attack yet, 00:04:17.15\00:04:18.55 but they want to lower the risk of the heart attack 00:04:18.59\00:04:20.72 even though the family has a strong history of heart attacks. 00:04:20.76\00:04:25.36 Yeah, and I think that that is one of the best questions 00:04:25.39\00:04:28.03 a person can ask because they want to lower the risk 00:04:28.06\00:04:30.53 before something happens. Yes, yes 00:04:30.57\00:04:32.17 And remember, heart disease, heart attacks, 00:04:32.20\00:04:36.30 it's just not one thing, it involves all the vessels 00:04:36.34\00:04:39.67 of the body - it's just not one chemical reaction. 00:04:39.71\00:04:42.21 It involves everything and what is so neat about heart disease 00:04:42.24\00:04:45.18 is that you treat the heart, you treat every organ because 00:04:45.21\00:04:47.52 the heart carries blood and nutrients to every organ. 00:04:47.55\00:04:50.05 So the principles that we talk about in lowering the risk of 00:04:50.09\00:04:52.75 heart attack lowers the risk of having other 00:04:52.79\00:04:55.36 many conditions that we might have. 00:04:55.39\00:04:57.29 The first thing when a person comes to us... 00:04:57.33\00:04:59.46 "I have a strong family history..." 00:04:59.49\00:05:00.83 I start to talk to them... Are they eating foods 00:05:00.86\00:05:04.10 that will clog up their arteries? 00:05:04.13\00:05:05.87 So I really make sure that they have a good diet, 00:05:05.90\00:05:09.20 and what we try to move people to is - away from fats, 00:05:09.24\00:05:12.54 and more towards real food, plants. 00:05:12.57\00:05:15.14 I try to really work on them on their stress. 00:05:15.18\00:05:18.25 You know, some stress relationships, 00:05:18.28\00:05:20.65 their spiritual journey - how that's all going. 00:05:20.68\00:05:23.35 I make sure they drink enough water. 00:05:23.39\00:05:25.45 I also talk to them about... do they have blood pressure 00:05:25.49\00:05:28.62 that needs to be treated. 00:05:28.66\00:05:29.99 Is their cholesterol high right now? 00:05:30.03\00:05:31.99 And sometimes I use medicines as a bridge 00:05:32.03\00:05:34.60 until they can change their chemistry on their own. 00:05:34.63\00:05:37.37 We talk about things like diabetes; 00:05:37.40\00:05:40.27 the stress that comes from sleep apnea 00:05:40.30\00:05:42.10 when people don't breathe well at night. 00:05:42.14\00:05:44.37 Are they sedentary... just not moving 00:05:44.41\00:05:46.71 around puts stress on the body. 00:05:46.74\00:05:48.81 Are they spending too much time sitting down all day 00:05:48.84\00:05:51.88 which puts stress on the body. 00:05:51.91\00:05:53.25 Are they spending too much time with media or other things? 00:05:53.28\00:05:56.12 Are they doing things that help improve their stress 00:05:56.15\00:05:58.82 like serving people; are they resting well? 00:05:58.85\00:06:02.26 Are they doing all these things that they should be doing? 00:06:02.29\00:06:04.53 Are they being outside? 00:06:04.56\00:06:05.89 So a prescription for heart disease could be 00:06:05.93\00:06:07.63 volunteer at your local soup kitchen? Absolutely! 00:06:07.66\00:06:10.03 Absolutely Charles because when we serve other people, 00:06:10.07\00:06:13.20 that turns down our stress chemistry. Yes 00:06:13.23\00:06:15.50 So when we serve, that actually 00:06:15.54\00:06:16.97 lowers the risk of having a heart attack. 00:06:17.01\00:06:18.97 When we get back to the things that God gave us 00:06:19.01\00:06:21.54 at the very beginning and follow that template, 00:06:21.58\00:06:24.65 all of those things have beneficial chemical reactions. 00:06:24.68\00:06:27.32 So everything that's beneficial that lowers stress, 00:06:27.35\00:06:30.02 also is going to lower our risk of heart attack. 00:06:30.05\00:06:31.89 When you have love in your life, 00:06:31.92\00:06:33.56 it lowers your risk of heart attack. 00:06:33.59\00:06:35.56 When you have selfishness, 00:06:35.59\00:06:36.93 it raises the risk to give you a heart attack. 00:06:36.96\00:06:39.16 When God said to us, "Love one another as I have loved you," 00:06:39.19\00:06:43.53 He was giving us a prescription for heart disease. 00:06:43.57\00:06:45.97 Exactly... Wow! 00:06:46.00\00:06:47.34 When He says, "rest." When He says, "worship." 00:06:47.37\00:06:50.64 Now we're learning the physiology that all 00:06:50.67\00:06:52.77 of these things are things that can lower your risk 00:06:52.81\00:06:54.91 of not only a heart attack, but many other diseases 00:06:54.94\00:06:58.51 because this treats the entire 00:06:58.55\00:07:00.25 body not just one chemical pathway. 00:07:00.28\00:07:02.88 This lowers the risk of us having cancer; 00:07:02.92\00:07:05.29 lowers the risk of having inflammation; 00:07:05.32\00:07:07.09 lowers the risk of having infection. 00:07:07.12\00:07:08.96 So not only do we lower the risk of heart attacks 00:07:08.99\00:07:11.16 when we do these things, but we do ALL of these things. 00:07:11.19\00:07:14.23 But sometimes genetics do catch up with us, 00:07:14.26\00:07:17.17 and if a person does all these things, 00:07:17.20\00:07:19.93 they can still have a heart attack, but if they do, 00:07:19.97\00:07:22.34 we want to know exactly have a plan in action. 00:07:22.37\00:07:24.64 If I start having pains, I'm going to do this... 00:07:24.67\00:07:27.14 If I start having this, I'm going to do that... 00:07:27.18\00:07:29.14 But I'm hoping I never have this. 00:07:29.18\00:07:30.81 We also know that being very positive and being upbeat 00:07:30.85\00:07:34.48 and being very happy, that's also 00:07:34.52\00:07:37.09 very healing for our own body. 00:07:37.12\00:07:39.12 "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine." 00:07:39.15\00:07:41.32 What I'm discovering here, Dr. Marcum, 00:07:41.36\00:07:43.06 in talking with you and doing these programs is... 00:07:43.09\00:07:44.76 The deeper we get into the science of health, 00:07:44.79\00:07:48.56 the deeper we get into the modern 00:07:48.60\00:07:51.23 medical abilities and science. 00:07:51.27\00:07:53.80 When we're standing there surrounded by all this 00:07:53.84\00:07:56.44 technology and all this information, 00:07:56.47\00:07:58.04 we look back at the Bible and it says - that's what He meant, 00:07:58.07\00:08:02.64 that's why He said that. 00:08:02.68\00:08:04.01 That's why "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine," 00:08:04.05\00:08:05.91 why God gave us rest, why God gave us a diet to eat, 00:08:05.95\00:08:08.95 why God told us that we need to have 00:08:08.98\00:08:10.32 relationships that are based on love. 00:08:10.35\00:08:13.32 These are good for our health, 00:08:13.36\00:08:15.19 for our physical health and that's amazing. 00:08:15.22\00:08:17.96 So when we say, "biblical technology" 00:08:17.99\00:08:19.59 in this program, that's what we mean. 00:08:19.63\00:08:21.16 Modern science is saying, "Look, here's what makes you healthy," 00:08:21.20\00:08:24.37 and guess what... God had a plan for us to live 00:08:24.40\00:08:27.74 that way from the very beginning, that's exciting! 00:08:27.77\00:08:30.47 What excites me so much is our God loves us so much 00:08:30.51\00:08:33.64 He would never give us recommendations 00:08:33.68\00:08:35.78 that would hurt us. My my... 00:08:35.81\00:08:37.31 But there are so many counterfeits 00:08:37.35\00:08:38.85 out there and there's so many people... 00:08:38.88\00:08:40.28 And what's so neat about this is I've done health 00:08:40.32\00:08:42.25 programming for quite a long period of time now. 00:08:42.28\00:08:44.89 The themes... the themes to treat this disease 00:08:44.92\00:08:47.92 and the other diseases, the themes are pretty much the same. 00:08:47.96\00:08:51.76 Try to change your chemistry based on biblical technology; 00:08:51.79\00:08:55.40 use modern medicine when you're having symptoms; 00:08:55.43\00:08:58.33 and don't get discouraged, even if you have things 00:08:58.37\00:09:00.94 that cannot be fixed, stay strong in that hope 00:09:00.97\00:09:03.71 you have in that relationship because that's what's 00:09:03.74\00:09:06.04 going to heal us eventually in His time. 00:09:06.07\00:09:08.01 And as we fall back on these things, just knowing this, 00:09:08.04\00:09:11.28 and knowing that we have hope, that's healing in itself. 00:09:11.31\00:09:15.08 One of the - I almost hate to say it... 00:09:15.12\00:09:19.19 One of the treatments for heart disease is a stent, 00:09:19.22\00:09:22.02 and I'm just curious Dr. Marcum, are you a stent person, 00:09:22.06\00:09:25.89 or are you a stent person under 00:09:25.93\00:09:27.43 certain circumstances, what's your take on that? 00:09:27.50\00:09:29.86 Yeah, well let me explain briefly what a stent is, 00:09:29.90\00:09:32.23 and a stent is a small stainless steel piece of metal that 00:09:32.27\00:09:36.91 goes into the arteries and we put it in over a balloon. 00:09:36.94\00:09:41.01 It's on top of a little balloon and the stent is on top of it, 00:09:41.04\00:09:44.11 and we blow up the balloon and then the stent sticks to 00:09:44.15\00:09:46.85 the vessel's wall and it squishes the plaque. Okay 00:09:46.88\00:09:49.95 So more blood can now move. 00:09:49.98\00:09:51.49 It doesn't get rid of the plaque. No it doesn't. 00:09:51.52\00:09:53.29 It doesn't take care of the underlying problem. 00:09:53.32\00:09:54.66 It squishes... It squishes it, okay. 00:09:54.69\00:09:56.22 So that heart that's not getting enough blood 00:09:56.26\00:09:57.86 can now see more blood, and now it maybe can 00:09:57.89\00:10:01.23 save a heart attack or it can prevent a dangerous rhythm. 00:10:01.26\00:10:04.57 So when would a stent be something that's beneficial? 00:10:04.60\00:10:07.34 If a person is having a heart attack... Absolutely! 00:10:07.37\00:10:11.24 Because if you don't put the stent in, 00:10:11.27\00:10:12.97 the heart doesn't get muscle. 00:10:13.01\00:10:14.68 If the elephant is sitting on your chest, 00:10:14.71\00:10:16.04 don't talk to be about broccoli. Right! 00:10:16.08\00:10:17.65 Talk to me about stents. Right, right now... 00:10:17.68\00:10:19.25 If you can't walk across the room because you have 00:10:19.28\00:10:22.42 severe chest pain and you can't breathe, 00:10:22.45\00:10:24.89 and you can't do the things you want to do, 00:10:24.92\00:10:27.02 then a stent would be worth the risk. Yes 00:10:27.06\00:10:29.32 Are there risk of stents? Absolutely 00:10:29.36\00:10:31.89 Any type of medical procedure, 00:10:31.93\00:10:34.30 there's a small risk of having death. 00:10:34.33\00:10:36.23 And when you put a stent in, all of a sudden you now have 00:10:36.26\00:10:39.40 coronary disease and stent disease. 00:10:39.43\00:10:42.07 See the stent is made of stainless steel, 00:10:42.10\00:10:44.21 and when the body sees this, the platelets want to clot on it 00:10:44.24\00:10:48.01 because it's a foreign object. Yes 00:10:48.04\00:10:49.64 So for a period of time, we have to put people on 00:10:49.68\00:10:51.71 powerful blood thinners 00:10:51.75\00:10:53.18 depending on what type of stent they have. 00:10:53.21\00:10:55.68 Also the stents, usually after time, the endothelium 00:10:55.72\00:11:00.39 grows over that stent and it's not as risky as time goes on. 00:11:00.42\00:11:04.26 But if I'm having a heart attack, 00:11:04.29\00:11:05.89 if I can't walk across the room, stents are very beneficial. 00:11:05.93\00:11:10.20 We can put stents in other organs besides the heart. 00:11:10.23\00:11:12.73 We can put stents in the aorta, we have stent grafts. 00:11:12.77\00:11:16.10 We can put them in the blood vessels that go to the legs. 00:11:16.14\00:11:18.24 A pretty thick stent here... Yeah, it's called an 00:11:18.27\00:11:21.28 endograft, we put a stent there. 00:11:21.31\00:11:22.74 We have stents in the arteries or leg. 00:11:22.78\00:11:24.88 They're even trying to do things in the brain now, 00:11:24.91\00:11:27.12 but the smaller the artery is, the harder it is to stent it, 00:11:27.15\00:11:30.62 and the more complications we have. 00:11:30.65\00:11:33.19 So, there is a place for stents. 00:11:33.22\00:11:35.19 Now, when is not a place for stent? 00:11:35.22\00:11:37.33 Some people, if they just have a blockage, it's 40 or 50, 00:11:37.36\00:11:40.50 and they're not having any symptoms, 00:11:40.53\00:11:41.86 then that person wouldn't benefit... 00:11:41.90\00:11:43.40 Forty or 50 percent you're saying. Yeah, blockage. 00:11:43.43\00:11:44.83 You might not benefit from that stent, 00:11:44.87\00:11:46.84 and unfortunately, there are cardiologists out there 00:11:46.87\00:11:49.10 that are putting in stents in vessels that don't need to, 00:11:49.14\00:11:52.07 and they're putting patients at risk that don't need to. 00:11:52.11\00:11:54.68 So if you're ever unsure whether you'd benefit from a stent, 00:11:54.71\00:11:57.98 if you're not having a heart attack, 00:11:58.01\00:11:59.41 you can always get a second opinion. 00:11:59.45\00:12:01.28 But if you're having symptoms, that's the place 00:12:01.32\00:12:04.05 when your stents are usually the most beneficial. 00:12:04.09\00:12:06.35 Let me get this question in here before our break... 00:12:06.39\00:12:08.49 What are the risks of bypass surgery? 00:12:08.52\00:12:10.56 Good idea? Benefits? Dangers? 00:12:10.59\00:12:14.36 Sometimes bypasses, when patients that can't have stents, 00:12:14.40\00:12:18.00 they're having lots of symptoms, they can't walk, 00:12:18.03\00:12:20.30 and we want everyone to walk to lower the risk... 00:12:20.34\00:12:22.50 Then the bypass just brings arteries south of the blockages. 00:12:22.54\00:12:26.24 It doesn't take away the blockages, 00:12:26.27\00:12:28.01 but it gives you another source of blood supply 00:12:28.04\00:12:30.48 so if that artery did become 100% blocked, 00:12:30.51\00:12:33.52 you wouldn't have as much damage done to your heart. 00:12:33.55\00:12:35.75 What are the risks of bypass surgeries? 00:12:35.78\00:12:38.12 Oh, there is lots of risk. 00:12:38.15\00:12:39.65 There's a risk of infection. There's a risk of dying. 00:12:39.69\00:12:42.76 There's a risk of stroke. They put you on special 00:12:42.79\00:12:45.29 machines that run your blood through machines 00:12:45.33\00:12:47.26 while they operate on you. 00:12:47.30\00:12:48.63 So there are lots of risks of that, 00:12:48.66\00:12:50.00 and it's very interesting, Charles, that people don't 00:12:50.03\00:12:52.37 think it's that big of a deal to have your 00:12:52.40\00:12:54.40 chest cut open and blood vessels pulled out of your legs 00:12:54.44\00:12:57.91 and sewed on to your heart, that's not a big deal. 00:12:57.94\00:13:00.74 You know, it's very much accepted in our society, 00:13:00.78\00:13:03.38 but if you ask someone about, well, maybe you should 00:13:03.41\00:13:05.88 cut back on the stress or maybe you should eat more plants. 00:13:05.91\00:13:08.48 OH! I can't do that, that's a big deal. 00:13:08.52\00:13:11.55 That's a big deal! But to filet someone open 00:13:11.59\00:13:13.36 and do this... so we have to have a new 00:13:13.39\00:13:15.22 way of thinking about the treatment of disease. 00:13:15.26\00:13:17.43 Treatment is for symptoms, but all these other things 00:13:17.46\00:13:20.43 we want to really focus on to lower our risk of 00:13:20.46\00:13:23.06 ever having to need this. 00:13:23.10\00:13:24.43 They do bypasses almost like on a factory basis. Yes 00:13:24.47\00:13:27.64 People lined up and their on a circuit and they just go 00:13:27.67\00:13:29.37 from place to place and person to person. 00:13:29.40\00:13:30.97 It's so common now, but every time they do it, it's dangerous. 00:13:31.01\00:13:33.98 Yeah and a lot of people think 00:13:34.01\00:13:35.34 it's a fix, "I can do whatever I want, 00:13:35.38\00:13:36.95 if I can just have a bypass, everything is going to be okay." 00:13:36.98\00:13:39.81 I was just reading now that, as long as you're taking 00:13:39.88\00:13:41.45 statins, people are taking risks now because the statins 00:13:41.48\00:13:44.29 are going to take care of the cholesterol problem. 00:13:44.32\00:13:46.19 Yeah and there's a lot of misinformation. 00:13:46.22\00:13:48.32 We're going to talk about statins on our return 00:13:48.36\00:13:50.06 because someone asked questions about that... 00:13:50.09\00:13:51.89 what are the medications and what are the benefits 00:13:51.93\00:13:53.76 and the risks involved there. 00:13:53.80\00:13:55.13 So we'll talk about that on our return. 00:13:55.16\00:13:56.50 Also a Bible text for today... Stay right where you are. 00:13:56.53\00:13:59.27
