You're having a fine day, all is well, 00:00:15.38\00:00:18.28 life is good, the future looks bright! 00:00:18.31\00:00:21.12 Then suddenly, an elephant sits on your chest. 00:00:21.15\00:00:24.99 Why didn't you see that coming? Stay tuned... 00:00:25.02\00:00:28.12 I'm Dr. James Marcum, are you interested in 00:00:28.16\00:00:31.66 discovering the reason why? 00:00:31.69\00:00:33.80 Do you want solutions to your health care problem? 00:00:33.83\00:00:36.67 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:36.70\00:00:39.23 Well, you're about to be given the "Ultimate Prescription." 00:00:39.27\00:00:43.51 Coronary artery disease, "CAD." 00:00:43.54\00:00:46.98 For many people, CAD also spells "death." 00:00:47.01\00:00:50.95 But does it have to? 00:00:50.98\00:00:52.98 Let's talk with a board certified cardiologist 00:00:53.01\00:00:55.32 about heart disease and hope, two concepts that, 00:00:55.35\00:00:58.42 for many, seem impossible to blend. 00:00:58.45\00:01:00.86 Dr. Marcum, someone recently posted a question on 00:01:00.89\00:01:03.29 heartwiseministries.org website asking you 00:01:03.32\00:01:05.96 "How you make a diagnosis when 00:01:05.99\00:01:08.10 it comes to coronary disease." Let's talk about that. 00:01:08.13\00:01:10.30 What's the first thing you start looking for 00:01:10.33\00:01:13.00 as you hunt for the elephant? 00:01:13.03\00:01:14.77 Yeah, you know, the elephant is always... 00:01:14.80\00:01:16.67 and I like that you said, "elephant," Charles. 00:01:16.71\00:01:19.81 In fact, we have a little devise here I'd like to hand to you 00:01:19.84\00:01:22.78 and see - what do you think this is, Charles? 00:01:22.81\00:01:25.31 Well at first, I thought it was a pen, but I... 00:01:25.35\00:01:27.68 Oh, it opens up, okay. Yeah, and if you look in one end... 00:01:27.72\00:01:31.82 Whoa, hello there Dr. Marcum's eyeball! 00:01:31.85\00:01:34.06 ...it's a telescope and if you look in the other end, 00:01:34.09\00:01:38.36 it's a microscope. Well, it certainly is! 00:01:38.39\00:01:41.43 Yeah, and when it comes to coronary disease, 00:01:41.46\00:01:44.53 we want to see that big elephant in the room, 00:01:44.57\00:01:47.77 we want to use the telescope because if we look at the 00:01:47.80\00:01:50.41 microscope, sometimes we won't 00:01:50.44\00:01:52.14 know what part of the elephant we're seeing. 00:01:52.17\00:01:54.81 Well that makes sense. Yeah, does that work? 00:01:54.84\00:01:56.88 I know where you're going with this, I just figured it out. Yes 00:01:56.91\00:01:59.78 Because modern science, something tells me 00:01:59.81\00:02:01.55 they're looking at the little, tiny picture here... Yes 00:02:01.58\00:02:03.99 Yes, they're not looking at the big picture. Right 00:02:04.02\00:02:06.29 You know, we have lots of great technology, 00:02:06.32\00:02:08.59 and lots of things we can do if you're having a heart attack, 00:02:08.62\00:02:11.23 but we don't have as much, you know, we're not focusing 00:02:11.26\00:02:14.16 on the prevention of the disease and we've talked about 00:02:14.20\00:02:16.60 heart attacks before that almost everything that we do 00:02:16.63\00:02:19.53 to prevent heart attacks also treats heart attacks 00:02:19.57\00:02:22.10 if you've had one. Yes 00:02:22.14\00:02:23.47 And that's very important, so we talked about the diagnosis, 00:02:23.51\00:02:26.31 and what I do, the first thing, and I have a lot of people 00:02:26.34\00:02:28.71 that come to me, that they feel well and they say, 00:02:28.74\00:02:31.81 "Listen, I want to do everything I can to lower the risk 00:02:31.85\00:02:34.78 of heart attacks and coronary artery disease 00:02:34.82\00:02:37.25 which is more important because 00:02:37.29\00:02:39.55 that's before you have the heart attack. Right! 00:02:39.59\00:02:41.26 So I assume that when someone comes in, 00:02:41.29\00:02:43.63 that the elephant is in the room 00:02:43.66\00:02:44.99 since it's so common in our society. 00:02:45.03\00:02:47.20 You know, we've talked about the things that lead up to it. 00:02:47.23\00:02:50.07 So I ask them about their genetics. 00:02:50.10\00:02:51.93 I ask them about the food they're eating. 00:02:51.97\00:02:54.27 I ask them about the stress their eating. 00:02:54.30\00:02:56.71 I ask them if they have risk factors like smoking, 00:02:56.74\00:03:00.11 high cholesterol, high blood pressure which are all 00:03:00.14\00:03:03.28 markers of stress and other disease that we've talked about. 00:03:03.31\00:03:06.78 We're leading that elephant around with a leash 00:03:06.82\00:03:08.92 when we're doing these things, it's there with us. Okay 00:03:08.95\00:03:11.65 And I tell them, I say, "If you don't have these things, 00:03:11.69\00:03:14.52 that means things are at least stable, 00:03:14.56\00:03:16.93 but that doesn't mean you don't have the disease. 00:03:16.96\00:03:19.09 And we want to reverse the disease and if you have little 00:03:19.13\00:03:21.90 plaques, we want to change that and stabilize that 00:03:21.93\00:03:25.40 by these simple things, and I really get back 00:03:25.43\00:03:27.74 to the biblical prescriptions. 00:03:27.77\00:03:29.84 We want to eat lots of whole food plant-based diet, 00:03:29.87\00:03:32.91 very important, get fats out of the diet. 00:03:32.94\00:03:35.64 We want to tell people to exercise, be moving. 00:03:35.68\00:03:38.85 And you know, one interesting thing is that you don't have to 00:03:38.88\00:03:41.08 necessarily have an exercise program, 00:03:41.12\00:03:42.62 but if you can get out of your seat every hour, 00:03:42.65\00:03:45.25 and at least walk around, there's some benefit. Sure! 00:03:45.29\00:03:47.82 Because we were never made to sit all day long, 00:03:47.86\00:03:50.36 that puts stress on the body, the blood doesn't flow 00:03:50.39\00:03:52.63 as good - all sorts of stressors happen when we sit all day. 00:03:52.66\00:03:55.83 We were designed to move around. 00:03:55.86\00:03:58.23 So if a person doesn't have symptoms, I focus them 00:03:58.27\00:04:00.94 on those type of things, and then we talk about stress. 00:04:00.97\00:04:03.84 You know, a lot of people have stress that 00:04:03.87\00:04:05.87 they don't even know about. 00:04:05.91\00:04:07.31 The stress that comes from not drinking enough water. 00:04:07.34\00:04:09.48 The stress that comes from chronic pain. 00:04:09.51\00:04:12.15 The stress that comes from having guilt. 00:04:12.18\00:04:14.45 From having all these things in our life, 00:04:14.48\00:04:16.89 or worry about things, you know. 00:04:16.92\00:04:18.85 All of these things cause the stress chemistry to go up 00:04:18.89\00:04:22.09 that increases your risk of having heart problems. 00:04:22.12\00:04:24.09 Make the connections there, make sure we understand that. 00:04:24.13\00:04:25.73 Stress, guilt, fear - what is it doing physically to you, 00:04:25.76\00:04:31.33 and notice that I'm doing this with my hand 00:04:31.37\00:04:32.87 because I've listened to you before. 00:04:32.90\00:04:34.24 Well, we weren't made to have these things in our lives, 00:04:34.27\00:04:38.11 and as we do this, it turns on the stress chemistry. 00:04:38.14\00:04:41.44 And we don't understand fully the stress chemistry, 00:04:41.48\00:04:44.01 but chemicals like adrenalin, Norepinephrine, cortisol, 00:04:44.05\00:04:48.72 the cytokines, all these negative things that are 00:04:48.75\00:04:51.05 great if a train is bearing down on us 00:04:51.09\00:04:53.39 and we have to move quick, but stress chemical long-term 00:04:53.42\00:04:57.43 day-in, day-out, year-in, year-out, if we can't control 00:04:57.46\00:05:00.80 that stress chemistry, if we don't balance it out 00:05:00.83\00:05:03.47 by something we do, then guess what? 00:05:03.50\00:05:05.70 It can cause problems as well. 00:05:05.73\00:05:07.30 It's constricting. It can constrict, it can cause 00:05:07.34\00:05:09.80 inflammation in the blood vessels. 00:05:09.84\00:05:11.77 It can lead us to other habits, 00:05:11.81\00:05:13.51 and we're just understanding little bits about 00:05:13.54\00:05:15.71 how our society and the way we live damages. 00:05:15.74\00:05:18.25 Did you know that I can make the argument that too much 00:05:18.28\00:05:21.35 media raises the risk of you having coronary disease. 00:05:21.38\00:05:24.55 I can believe that... I watch the news every once 00:05:24.59\00:05:26.55 in a while - I can't take very much of that. 00:05:26.59\00:05:28.19 Yeah, we were never designed to see 10,000 people killed. 00:05:28.22\00:05:31.86 We were never designed to live other people's lives. 00:05:31.89\00:05:34.53 We were designed to be creative and not to be entertained, 00:05:34.56\00:05:37.73 and as we do these things, 00:05:37.77\00:05:39.10 there are chemical changes in our body. 00:05:39.13\00:05:40.94 Why do we want to watch these reality programs 00:05:40.97\00:05:43.87 where people are just mad at each other and angry, 00:05:43.91\00:05:47.31 and vengeful, and crying, and doing... 00:05:47.34\00:05:51.58 Why do we want to watch that kind of stuff 00:05:51.61\00:05:53.72 because we have an emotional attachment to what's going on, 00:05:53.75\00:05:56.72 and we have some of the same problems, 00:05:56.75\00:05:58.39 inside of us, that they have when they have 00:05:58.42\00:06:00.76 the actual problem going on, we're just observers. 00:06:00.79\00:06:02.42 Well, the marketing is pretty slick, Charles. 00:06:02.46\00:06:05.43 They say this is the coolest thing to market, 00:06:05.46\00:06:07.43 and before long it becomes a habit. 00:06:07.46\00:06:09.16 Why can't we see a show where people just love each other, 00:06:09.20\00:06:11.23 and are kind to each other, and are nice to each other. 00:06:11.27\00:06:13.34 Why can't we just do that? 00:06:13.37\00:06:14.70 Oh wait a minute, that's supposed to be our lives. 00:06:14.74\00:06:16.44 We're supposed to be that movie. 00:06:16.47\00:06:18.04 We're supposed to be that reality program. 00:06:18.07\00:06:19.81 And I really think a lot of our system, in coronary disease, 00:06:19.84\00:06:23.31 is not doing necessarily what is right, 00:06:23.35\00:06:26.01 but doing what's the easiest, 00:06:26.05\00:06:27.98 and things that can make some money. 00:06:28.02\00:06:30.12 You know, and those types of elements are out there 00:06:30.15\00:06:32.72 and if you're being honest about things, 00:06:32.75\00:06:35.22 you have to admit in coronary disease, we're not fixing the 00:06:35.26\00:06:39.46 problem, we're just treating the symptoms. 00:06:39.49\00:06:41.16 So, the first thing I do when I talk to someone that comes in is 00:06:41.20\00:06:44.00 I look at all these other stressors. 00:06:44.03\00:06:46.10 Then the next thing I want to do is, I want to know 00:06:46.13\00:06:47.84 if they're having active symptoms of disease. 00:06:47.87\00:06:50.34 And I can just ask them the questions... 00:06:50.37\00:06:52.11 "When you walk up a hill, are you having a funny feeling 00:06:52.14\00:06:55.81 above your waist that normally shouldn't be there, 00:06:55.84\00:06:57.95 and does it go away when you stop?" 00:06:57.98\00:06:59.55 Because, remember, heart messes up when it is doing things, 00:06:59.58\00:07:04.05 and if it does pretty good, I could say, 00:07:04.09\00:07:05.42 "Well maybe you don't have active symptoms, 00:07:05.45\00:07:07.06 so we just can work on these other factors." 00:07:07.09\00:07:10.23 If they're having active symptoms or I can't tell, 00:07:10.26\00:07:13.56 then it's time for more testing. and a lot of people 00:07:13.60\00:07:15.46 will come in and say, "Yeah, I have some pain, 00:07:15.50\00:07:17.03 sometimes it's walking, sometimes it's not. 00:07:17.07\00:07:19.20 I have a funny feeling here, a funny..." 00:07:19.23\00:07:20.57 I said, "Well, I can't really tell, let's do some testing." 00:07:20.60\00:07:23.97 And there are different types of tests that we can do. 00:07:24.01\00:07:26.07 We can do an EKG and that gives me some information. 00:07:26.11\00:07:28.81 We can walk you on a treadmill, and we can look at the EKG. 00:07:28.84\00:07:32.48 We can look at some imaging. 00:07:32.51\00:07:33.95 In some cases, I can do an angiogram. 00:07:33.98\00:07:37.02 We actually put a dye inside the arteries to see if there is 00:07:37.05\00:07:40.26 bad blockages. 00:07:40.29\00:07:41.62 Nowadays, we can look at CAT scans 00:07:41.66\00:07:43.43 to tell if people have certain disease in their body. 00:07:43.46\00:07:45.76 So we have lots of ways to see if we have active disease. 00:07:45.79\00:07:49.90 And if we do have active disease, 00:07:49.93\00:07:52.27 we have lots of modern medicine techniques to help the symptoms. 00:07:52.30\00:07:56.00 And, you know, we have stents, we have bypasses, 00:07:56.04\00:07:59.21 we have lots of medicines, but our goal as a society 00:07:59.24\00:08:02.68 should not be putting out the fire; 00:08:02.71\00:08:04.81 our goal should be not letting 00:08:04.85\00:08:06.25 the fire start in the first place. 00:08:06.28\00:08:08.52 That should be our goal and that's I want to 00:08:08.55\00:08:10.29 emphasize right now. 00:08:10.32\00:08:11.65 So if we're stable in our hearts, 00:08:11.69\00:08:13.86 we want to keep it that way. 00:08:13.89\00:08:15.42 So that's some of the ways we diagnose, 00:08:15.46\00:08:17.26 and that's sort of my approach when they come into the office. 00:08:17.29\00:08:19.66 And I love it when a patient is coming in just because 00:08:19.69\00:08:22.33 they want to learn more about the heart; 00:08:22.36\00:08:24.40 when they want to learn more about these hidden stressors, 00:08:24.43\00:08:27.00 and I think that we can make some logical conclusions 00:08:27.04\00:08:31.14 of all these things and there's evidence now there 00:08:31.17\00:08:33.38 that all these many factors contribute to coronary disease. 00:08:33.41\00:08:36.21 It's just not one thing. 00:08:36.24\00:08:37.58 Everyone... "Well it's only diabetes." 00:08:37.61\00:08:39.15 Well no, diabetes damages the blood vessels 00:08:39.18\00:08:41.68 through the chemicals, the insulin, the glucose, 00:08:41.72\00:08:43.75 but it's not the sole cause. 00:08:43.79\00:08:45.15 High blood pressure - yes, that damages the artery, 00:08:45.19\00:08:47.72 but the key thing is... well, what causes diabetes? 00:08:47.76\00:08:50.63 What causes hypertension? What causes high cholesterol? 00:08:50.66\00:08:54.13 You know and it all comes back down to - genetics, 00:08:54.16\00:08:57.30 the things we put in the body, the stress we have, 00:08:57.33\00:09:00.20 and how it works with out genetics. 00:09:00.24\00:09:02.04 It comes back to the same themes, Charles, 00:09:02.07\00:09:04.17 and I think that's very, very interesting. 00:09:04.21\00:09:06.01 That is very important and I like what you're saying here 00:09:06.04\00:09:08.81 because you're telling us that in spite of the fact that 00:09:08.84\00:09:12.01 we have genetics, in spite of the fact that we've done 00:09:12.05\00:09:14.48 something bad to our body and in spite of the fact 00:09:14.52\00:09:16.52 that we've had a bad diet, it's not too late. 00:09:16.55\00:09:19.12 If we're alive and breathing, it's not too late, 00:09:19.15\00:09:21.69 and we can make some changes and we could bring about 00:09:21.72\00:09:24.13 healing into our lives, but we have to be careful 00:09:24.16\00:09:26.03 how we do that and realize that some of areas 00:09:26.06\00:09:29.10 that modern medicine is telling us, doesn't bring us to healing. 00:09:29.13\00:09:31.77 It gets us through the day. 00:09:31.80\00:09:33.40 Yeah, and you know what's so important about 00:09:33.44\00:09:34.97 talking about it since this is one of the leading causes 00:09:35.00\00:09:37.31 of death in the world, you know, we can help save someone's life. 00:09:37.34\00:09:40.74 We can help improve someone's life, 00:09:40.78\00:09:42.14 but the principles that treat vascular disease, 00:09:42.18\00:09:44.61 coronary disease treats other diseases as well. Yeah 00:09:44.65\00:09:47.55 These same principles help deal 00:09:47.58\00:09:48.92 with mental illnesses, treats diabetes. 00:09:48.95\00:09:51.29 These same principles that we've 00:09:51.32\00:09:52.65 talked about preventing heart disease helps prevent cancer; 00:09:52.69\00:09:55.22 helps prevent inflammation in the body, 00:09:55.26\00:09:57.33 and we can see the symmetry and how God had it all planned. 00:09:57.36\00:10:00.86 You know and it's just so remarkable these things that 00:10:00.90\00:10:03.50 affect the entire chemistry can help the entire body, 00:10:03.53\00:10:06.33 and it's just not about silver bullets. 00:10:06.37\00:10:08.64 Now, here's a question for Heartwise Ministries... 00:10:08.67\00:10:11.81 Men and women are different and I'm so glad they are. 00:10:11.84\00:10:14.51 "Men and women are different and why are men and women 00:10:14.54\00:10:17.01 heart diseases so different?" 00:10:17.05\00:10:18.38 Are they different and how? 00:10:18.41\00:10:19.75 I mean, this person must know that they are. 00:10:19.78\00:10:21.12 Yeah, women and men have different symptoms 00:10:21.15\00:10:24.32 of heart disease and it's because 00:10:24.35\00:10:25.85 we are designed differently. 00:10:25.89\00:10:27.22 The women's brains are differently than the 00:10:27.26\00:10:29.42 men's brain and the anatomy is different. 00:10:29.46\00:10:31.49 Even though we have the same parts, 00:10:31.53\00:10:33.06 it's the composition in the parts. 00:10:33.09\00:10:34.56 You know, they have more certain chemicals than we do, 00:10:34.60\00:10:37.53 and we have more testosterone, they have more estrogens. 00:10:37.57\00:10:40.54 Our brains are worked differently. 00:10:40.57\00:10:42.40 You know, they have one side of the brain that's more 00:10:42.44\00:10:44.24 developed than the other side, and as an effect of this, 00:10:44.27\00:10:46.81 the anatomy is also different, and the way they feel 00:10:46.84\00:10:50.05 things are different. 00:10:50.08\00:10:51.41 A woman's symptoms tend to be what we call "atypical." 00:10:51.45\00:10:55.58 It's because of the anatomy, the chemicals, 00:10:55.62\00:10:59.29 and they might come in more short of breath 00:10:59.32\00:11:00.86 rather than having chest pain. 00:11:00.89\00:11:02.22 They might have different symptoms. 00:11:02.26\00:11:03.59 Their arteries tend to be smaller. 00:11:03.63\00:11:05.53 So their arteries we can't... the traditional treatments 00:11:05.56\00:11:09.06 sometimes it doesn't work on a woman as much as a man. 00:11:09.10\00:11:12.00 So women have to be very attuned to their bodies, 00:11:12.03\00:11:15.57 and unfortunately, most of the studies that have been done 00:11:15.60\00:11:18.64 have been done on men and not women. 00:11:18.67\00:11:21.04 Are short people's arteries shorter than tall people? 00:11:21.08\00:11:23.71 Not necessarily Charles. Okay, just wondering about that. 00:11:23.75\00:11:26.92 Elephants have bigger arteries though. 00:11:26.95\00:11:28.92 We talked about the elephant in the room. 00:11:28.95\00:11:31.09 If you are an elephant ignore us. 00:11:31.12\00:11:32.45 But Charles, getting back to the women... 00:11:32.49\00:11:34.22 You know, so women not only have not been included 00:11:34.26\00:11:37.86 in the studies where we get all of our data, 00:11:37.89\00:11:39.83 but a lot of women are being treated by men, 00:11:39.86\00:11:42.36 and men don't listen very well for symptoms. 00:11:42.40\00:11:45.40 You know... "Ahh, she's complaining of everything 00:11:45.43\00:11:47.20 in the world, I don't know." 00:11:47.24\00:11:48.60 But they have to be very attuned. Yes 00:11:48.64\00:11:50.57 Women have heart disease at high rates because 00:11:50.61\00:11:52.54 they have some of the same problems men do. 00:11:52.57\00:11:54.41 We want to intervene early, so if you're a woman 00:11:54.44\00:11:57.18 out there and you're having some type of symptom 00:11:57.21\00:11:59.41 that you can't explain, especially if it's 00:11:59.45\00:12:01.18 above the waist, especially if it gets worse 00:12:01.22\00:12:03.79 when you do something, get to see somebody 00:12:03.82\00:12:06.55 that can have that evaluated because that might be 00:12:06.59\00:12:08.39 a symptom of coronary disease that is active. 00:12:08.42\00:12:11.89 And that's very important, but there's a big difference 00:12:11.93\00:12:14.50 and there's a big bias, I think, in the literature 00:12:14.53\00:12:17.07 because we haven't done all the study on women. 00:12:17.10\00:12:19.63 Men are treating women and not women. 00:12:19.67\00:12:21.07 I think women cardiologists are much more attuned to a woman 00:12:21.10\00:12:24.47 than a man because we think, we feel... 00:12:24.51\00:12:27.04 Have you heard about that book "Women Are From Venus, 00:12:27.08\00:12:30.15 and Men Are From Mars?" Yes 00:12:30.18\00:12:31.51 There are big differences in us and there are 00:12:31.55\00:12:33.38 differences in our health. 00:12:33.42\00:12:34.75 There is a difference in our chemical compositions, 00:12:34.78\00:12:37.05 and these have to be adjusted for, 00:12:37.09\00:12:39.55 not only in our studies, but how we evaluate. 00:12:39.59\00:12:41.79 In a woman, I'm very serious about taking them 00:12:41.82\00:12:45.59 seriously about their complaints, 00:12:45.63\00:12:47.33 listening to them the best I can. 00:12:47.36\00:12:49.20 I think women are better listeners 00:12:49.23\00:12:50.70 than men, Chares, but you're a pretty good listener. 00:12:50.73\00:12:52.47 Well thank you very much! 00:12:52.50\00:12:54.34 I guess what I'm trying to say is... 00:12:54.37\00:12:56.10 If you're talking to a woman in your office, 00:12:56.14\00:12:58.37 what do you say different? 00:12:58.41\00:12:59.74 I mean, how do you approach that different? 00:12:59.77\00:13:01.11 Well, you know, it's multi... I will listen and I will 00:13:01.14\00:13:04.81 listen to them, I will lead them. 00:13:04.85\00:13:06.72 I'll say, "Listen, you know, do you have anything funny 00:13:06.75\00:13:08.48 that happens when you do things? 00:13:08.52\00:13:09.92 And if the answer is "yes," even though it doesn't 00:13:09.95\00:13:11.52 quite sound like... And it may be different 00:13:11.55\00:13:12.89 from what happens to a man. Okay 00:13:12.92\00:13:14.26 I'll investigate it a little bit more. 00:13:14.29\00:13:16.79 I won't let something go without investigating it. 00:13:16.83\00:13:19.09 If she thinks it's important, I think it's important, 00:13:19.13\00:13:21.56 and then, of course, do all these other things 00:13:21.60\00:13:23.43 to lower the risk that we've already talked about. 00:13:23.47\00:13:25.73 What about someone, and here's a question from 00:13:25.77\00:13:27.27 heartwiseministries.org 00:13:27.30\00:13:28.67 "How do you make the diagnosis of heart attack? 00:13:28.70\00:13:31.87 I had a pain that felt like a heart attack last year." 00:13:31.91\00:13:36.24 They were walking along and all of a sudden, "Ooo," 00:13:36.28\00:13:37.68 there must have been some kind of pain there. 00:13:37.71\00:13:39.05 The elephant tapped them on the shoulder, 00:13:39.08\00:13:41.48 I guess... Is that a heart attack for sure? 00:13:41.52\00:13:44.09 That's going to be a long 00:13:44.12\00:13:45.45 question Charles, and I think I'm going to have 00:13:45.49\00:13:46.99 to tackle that one after our break. 00:13:47.02\00:13:48.62 Okay, let's do that when we come back. 00:13:48.66\00:13:50.26 Well first of all, go to the 00:13:50.29\00:13:51.63 Ultimate Prescription, the Bible and then we'll tackle 00:13:51.66\00:13:54.10 these questions on our return, so stay tuned. 00:13:54.13\00:13:55.86
