When the water pipes in your home get clogged, 00:00:15.38\00:00:18.38 you lose your main source of liquid, very inconvenient. 00:00:18.41\00:00:22.12 When the blood pipes in your body clog, you die. Stay tuned. 00:00:22.15\00:00:28.56 I'm Dr. James Marcum, are you interested 00:00:28.59\00:00:32.06 in discovering the reason why? 00:00:32.09\00:00:34.10 Do you want solutions to your healthcare problem? 00:00:34.13\00:00:37.07 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:37.10\00:00:39.93 Well, you're about to be given the "Ultimate Prescription." 00:00:39.97\00:00:44.01 Today we continue our series examining some of the 00:00:44.74\00:00:47.78 questions that have recently been submitted to 00:00:47.81\00:00:49.61 heartwiseministries.org 00:00:49.64\00:00:51.58 Heart disease is our #1 killer and we're always happy 00:00:51.61\00:00:55.18 to address issues both on the website and in this program. 00:00:55.22\00:00:58.59 Dr. Marcum, let's dive right in, here's the question... 00:00:58.62\00:01:02.26 "I had recent testing and all of my arteries are 00:01:02.29\00:01:05.83 significantly blocked, I want to go the natural way. 00:01:05.86\00:01:09.13 Some say bypass while others say chelation therapy, 00:01:09.16\00:01:12.50 and yet others insist that diet and exercise is the way to go. 00:01:12.53\00:01:15.34 I want to have another opinion, what say you?" 00:01:15.37\00:01:19.07 Wow! Well, I get this question a lot and I think we should 00:01:19.11\00:01:23.85 back up and answer this question so many people 00:01:23.88\00:01:26.28 that have the same problem might understand. 00:01:26.31\00:01:28.75 First of all, coronary disease is a blockage in the arteries, 00:01:28.78\00:01:34.06 and they are blockages that are made up of fats and cholesterol, 00:01:34.09\00:01:37.79 and plaque and all sorts of interesting things, 00:01:37.83\00:01:40.13 but this blockage can occur in any blood 00:01:40.16\00:01:43.20 vessel in the entire body. 00:01:43.23\00:01:45.43 So I assume that everyone out there, Charles, has some 00:01:45.47\00:01:48.70 element of vascular disease. 00:01:48.74\00:01:51.01 If it's in the coronaries, we call it 00:01:51.04\00:01:52.84 "coronary artery disease." 00:01:52.87\00:01:54.81 If it's in the brain, we call it "cerebral vascular disease." 00:01:54.84\00:01:58.68 So we can have blockages that affect the blood supply 00:01:58.71\00:02:01.98 into every organ in our body. 00:02:02.02\00:02:04.02 Why is this so important? 00:02:04.05\00:02:05.79 Well, when a blood supply doesn't get to an organ, 00:02:05.82\00:02:08.99 that organ fails to function correctly and dies. 00:02:09.02\00:02:11.76 Because blood contains the necessary 00:02:11.79\00:02:14.16 ingredients for life in an organ. 00:02:14.20\00:02:15.90 Yeah, blood brings oxygen, oxygen is essential for life, 00:02:15.93\00:02:18.83 it also brings nutrients; 00:02:18.87\00:02:20.20 so no blood, organ malfunction, it dies. 00:02:20.24\00:02:23.14 Well, you know, our most important organs, 00:02:23.17\00:02:25.47 the brain and the heart, we need them every second; 00:02:25.51\00:02:28.61 now if your foot doesn't get enough blood, 00:02:28.64\00:02:31.61 you know they can do an amputation. 00:02:31.65\00:02:34.12 If one of the kidneys doesn't get enough blood, 00:02:34.15\00:02:36.18 they can take out one kidney. 00:02:36.22\00:02:37.79 And lots of arteries and vessels go everywhere 00:02:37.82\00:02:41.46 and they have multiple supplies of blood vessels, 00:02:41.49\00:02:43.46 so you have a backup, but the heart arteries, 00:02:43.49\00:02:45.99 when one of them get clogged up, it's a big deal. 00:02:46.03\00:02:49.36 So I assume everyone has some blockages in them 00:02:49.40\00:02:52.67 because that's a good assumption, 00:02:52.70\00:02:54.14 so everyone gets sort of the natural plan... 00:02:54.17\00:02:56.74 You know - of what can I do naturally which is to get 00:02:56.77\00:02:59.84 back to a whole food, plant-based diet. 00:02:59.87\00:03:02.38 That takes care of the food part. 00:03:02.41\00:03:04.15 Get into an exercise program, drink lots of water, 00:03:04.18\00:03:08.55 and then work on all the stressors in our life, 00:03:08.58\00:03:11.12 especially our brain stressors. 00:03:11.15\00:03:13.15 In coronary disease, the stress that we have from 00:03:13.19\00:03:15.79 our brain might be just as dangerous as the 00:03:15.82\00:03:18.23 food stress we eat...worry, guilt, anxiety, stress, fears, 00:03:18.26\00:03:23.93 phobias - those are just like eating lots of fat foods too. 00:03:23.97\00:03:28.50 Let's clarify this - how is it that when you are 00:03:28.54\00:03:31.37 stressed in the brain... this is not a stressor as in 00:03:31.41\00:03:34.44 the environment or some other kind of stressor, 00:03:34.48\00:03:36.88 but your thoughts are stressing you, 00:03:36.91\00:03:39.55 how does that affect the coronary arteries? 00:03:39.58\00:03:42.85 Well, with that chemistry that comes from stress, 00:03:42.88\00:03:45.49 we make chemicals like adrenalin. 00:03:45.52\00:03:47.56 It speeds up our heart, constricts our blood vessels. 00:03:47.59\00:03:50.39 It puts our body under stress, 00:03:50.43\00:03:51.79 it makes our blood more likely to clot. 00:03:51.83\00:03:53.56 It changes the diameter of a coronary artery. Yes 00:03:53.60\00:03:56.36 And it can also make our blood more likely to clot 00:03:56.40\00:03:58.73 because if you're under stress, your body wants to stay alive. 00:03:58.77\00:04:01.50 And if you're bleeding, you want to clot. Yes 00:04:01.54\00:04:04.37 Cortisol - another, mobilizing that, cortisol goes up. 00:04:04.41\00:04:08.98 It causes inflammation to go up. 00:04:09.01\00:04:12.28 Lots of other chemicals we don't understand 00:04:12.31\00:04:14.48 under the stress reaction occurs. 00:04:14.52\00:04:16.62 So stress changes the chemistry in the entire body, 00:04:16.65\00:04:18.82 but more than that, people try to deal with stress, 00:04:18.85\00:04:21.92 and sometimes they pick up bad habits to deal with the stress 00:04:21.96\00:04:25.59 ... smoking, drinking, not exercising, eating the wrong 00:04:25.63\00:04:29.76 types of foods because it helps them cope. 00:04:29.80\00:04:33.37 So the brain is important in preventing coronary disease, 00:04:33.40\00:04:37.47 the food we eat is important, our lifestyle habits 00:04:37.51\00:04:40.38 are important and, of course, we can't really change 00:04:40.41\00:04:42.84 our genetics, but all of these things modify our genetics. 00:04:42.88\00:04:46.38 I had a gentleman that came to me not too long ago 00:04:46.41\00:04:48.72 that was 55 years old and he did everything 00:04:48.75\00:04:50.92 right, he thought, and he said, "Well, why did I get sick?" 00:04:50.95\00:04:55.02 "Why did I have a heart attack?" 00:04:55.06\00:04:56.39 I said, "Well, how old was your dad?" 00:04:56.42\00:04:57.76 He said, "42." So I go, "Healthy living 00:04:57.79\00:05:00.36 got you 13 years." 00:05:00.40\00:05:01.73 I saw someone in the office recently that said, 00:05:01.76\00:05:03.97 "I'm healthy." And yet they had 00:05:04.00\00:05:05.47 blockages throughout their body. 00:05:05.50\00:05:06.94 And I said, "Well, did your parents have anything?" "No." 00:05:06.97\00:05:10.27 The food you eat - they were on a very healthy diet. 00:05:10.31\00:05:13.17 I said, "Well, what about your stress?" 00:05:13.34\00:05:15.34 They had been under terrible stress their entire lives. 00:05:15.38\00:05:17.95 So, we've talked in previous programs about how the body 00:05:17.98\00:05:22.05 is more complicated, so there are many factors 00:05:22.08\00:05:24.19 that initiate coronary disease. 00:05:24.22\00:05:26.05 So in a person that is not having symptoms, 00:05:26.09\00:05:28.06 I want them to get to that natural plan. 00:05:28.09\00:05:30.93 Now, if you're having a symptom, if you can't walk because 00:05:30.96\00:05:34.06 you have a symptom... you're short of breath, 00:05:34.10\00:05:35.86 pain in the chest, arms, back, short of breath, fatigued, 00:05:35.90\00:05:39.10 especially when you're doing things, 00:05:39.13\00:05:40.47 that's when modern medicine might be able to help you. 00:05:40.50\00:05:43.44 Does modern medicine fix the problem? 00:05:43.47\00:05:45.61 No, it does not - you still have the disease, 00:05:45.64\00:05:48.28 but we treat the symptom so you might be able to do more, 00:05:48.31\00:05:51.45 so you might be able to exercise more, 00:05:51.48\00:05:53.31 and, of course, if you're having a heart attack, 00:05:53.35\00:05:55.32 and the blood is not getting there, 00:05:55.35\00:05:57.25 yes, you want something right away because that can 00:05:57.29\00:05:59.62 save your life... that's the best place for modern medicine 00:05:59.65\00:06:02.72 is if someone is having an acute problem. 00:06:02.76\00:06:04.39 But then when they come back after they have had the stent, 00:06:04.43\00:06:06.90 or after the bypass, I said, "You know what, that just 00:06:06.96\00:06:09.60 treated the symptom and now you feel better 00:06:09.63\00:06:11.73 and you could walk more, but now let's talk about 00:06:11.77\00:06:13.97 the cause and we get back to those naturals." 00:06:14.00\00:06:16.81 Now sometimes, the person says, "Well, should I have a bypass, 00:06:16.84\00:06:20.01 a stent or the natural route?" 00:06:20.04\00:06:22.44 A lot of that depends on where the blockages are, 00:06:22.48\00:06:25.41 and how much symptoms they're having. 00:06:25.45\00:06:27.68 If they have blockages in little, tiny vessels, 00:06:27.72\00:06:29.98 well, we're not very successful with stents or bypasses. 00:06:30.02\00:06:33.19 If they're a big, important vessel and they're having 00:06:33.22\00:06:35.82 symptoms... Yes, and that person might need a stent 00:06:35.86\00:06:38.79 or a bypass and then let us work on the cause of disease. 00:06:38.83\00:06:42.50 Does that make sense? It does! 00:06:42.53\00:06:43.90 And that brings up a question that a lot of people ask... 00:06:43.93\00:06:46.63 We've heard of blockages, a 50% blockage, 80%, 90%, 00:06:46.67\00:06:50.64 is there a magic number where you, Dr. Marcum, a cardiologist, 00:06:50.67\00:06:54.34 says, "Okay, you've crossed the line, it's now time for 00:06:54.38\00:06:57.31 us to get in there and do something." 00:06:57.35\00:06:58.68 Yeah, and let's show our listeners and viewers, 00:06:58.71\00:07:02.58 our arteries, okay, and that first one up there 00:07:02.62\00:07:05.95 that is a very healthy artery. Yes 00:07:05.99\00:07:08.26 You know, we don't see blockages at all, that artery is very good 00:07:08.29\00:07:11.93 It can get bigger, it can get smaller, it does very good. 00:07:11.96\00:07:15.76 The next artery is not so healthy... 00:07:15.80\00:07:18.20 Well I see some buildup right in there, yeah. 00:07:18.23\00:07:20.57 They might be able to see that, but there is some buildup 00:07:20.60\00:07:22.24 of this plaque, this fat that gets in the arteries. 00:07:22.27\00:07:25.17 We call that a fatty streak. 00:07:25.21\00:07:26.71 Let's show the next one... All right, here we go. 00:07:26.74\00:07:28.74 The next one here has even more blockage in there. Yeah 00:07:28.78\00:07:32.08 And that's less than 50% blockage, so the patient 00:07:32.11\00:07:35.35 might not have a symptom. 00:07:35.38\00:07:36.95 You know, they might not feel this at all, 00:07:36.99\00:07:38.69 but half of all heart attacks come when this gets unstable 00:07:38.72\00:07:42.09 and it ruptures. 00:07:42.12\00:07:43.46 So the problem, at this point, is not the buildup, 00:07:43.49\00:07:46.06 the problem is what's happening under the buildup? 00:07:46.09\00:07:49.00 The stability, it gets inflamed, we call it a plaque rupture. 00:07:49.03\00:07:55.34 But when it ruptures, the body says, "I've been damaged." 00:07:55.37\00:07:58.07 And what does a body do when it's damaged? 00:07:58.11\00:08:00.14 It recruits cells to fix the damage... Rush right there. 00:08:00.18\00:08:02.68 Yeah and it clots off the artery. Ahh gotcha. 00:08:02.71\00:08:05.01 The part of the heart doesn't get enough blood, 00:08:05.05\00:08:07.05 and that part becomes unstable. 00:08:07.08\00:08:09.68 Half of the people don't even know they have heart disease 00:08:09.72\00:08:12.05 until they have an event like a heart attack; 00:08:12.09\00:08:14.39 pain that won't go away, pressure - they can't breathe, 00:08:14.42\00:08:17.23 and if anyone is having any of that, 00:08:17.26\00:08:19.19 they need to get help right away! 00:08:19.23\00:08:21.20 Well, this is pretty dangerous at this point. 00:08:21.23\00:08:22.80 Yeah, but you might be walking around... 00:08:22.83\00:08:24.30 But this is like 20% block... 00:08:24.33\00:08:26.80 And you would not even know if you had that. WOW, wow, wow. 00:08:26.84\00:08:29.50 And yet, half of all heart attacks come when that 00:08:29.54\00:08:31.47 becomes unstable, and there are many things 00:08:31.51\00:08:33.34 that cause that to be unstable. 00:08:33.38\00:08:34.74 There are processes called, "inflammation, oxidation," 00:08:34.78\00:08:38.35 and there are foods that we eat that promote that; 00:08:38.38\00:08:40.12 there's stress we do that promotes that. 00:08:40.15\00:08:42.35 So all these can trigger these bad events. 00:08:42.38\00:08:45.25 And let me show you the last artery... Oh dear 00:08:45.29\00:08:47.62 This artery is terribly clogged up, has lots of fat, 00:08:47.66\00:08:51.26 lots of cholesterol in that, and that's typically of a person 00:08:51.29\00:08:55.26 that would walk across the room or do something, 00:08:55.30\00:08:57.90 and when the heart does something and it doesn't 00:08:57.93\00:09:00.14 get enough blood, it has a symptom, 00:09:00.17\00:09:01.84 it malfunctions. There's pain apparently. Yes 00:09:01.87\00:09:03.71 So this person might have pain, might have shortness of breath 00:09:03.74\00:09:06.07 when they're doing things, might have pain in the arm, 00:09:06.11\00:09:08.34 the jaw, and that's a warning system that this is 00:09:08.38\00:09:10.78 an unstable situation. Okay 00:09:10.81\00:09:12.78 This is the person that probably 00:09:12.81\00:09:14.15 benefits the most from modern medicine. 00:09:14.18\00:09:16.35 You know, having a bypass that goes south of that blockage 00:09:16.38\00:09:19.55 to bring that artery in that heart extra blood. 00:09:19.59\00:09:21.79 Having a stent that opens it up that would squish it. Yeah 00:09:21.82\00:09:24.73 But again, the problem is still there, 00:09:24.76\00:09:26.93 we've just helped the symptom out giving the person 00:09:26.96\00:09:29.86 more time so they can get at the cause of the disease. 00:09:29.90\00:09:32.60 But you're just making it clearer that any time 00:09:32.63\00:09:34.67 you have buildup - whether it's 20, 30, 40%, 00:09:34.70\00:09:37.31 you are at risk! Yes, and that can occur 00:09:37.34\00:09:39.84 anywhere in the entire body, Charles. Yes 00:09:39.87\00:09:42.14 Anywhere in the body, and another thing that 00:09:42.18\00:09:44.18 we want to do is we want to have the arteries with 00:09:44.21\00:09:45.88 the ability that even if they have blockages, to get bigger. 00:09:45.91\00:09:48.92 You know, to get bigger when you do things. 00:09:48.95\00:09:51.05 We know that certain substances that we eat... 00:09:51.09\00:09:53.19 fats for instance, animal fats. 00:09:53.22\00:09:55.42 When we take animal fats, it paralyzes the arteries 00:09:55.46\00:09:58.29 so they can't get bigger, and there's a substance 00:09:58.33\00:10:00.96 in our body called "nitric oxide." 00:10:01.00\00:10:03.06 And now we know that people that eat a whole food 00:10:03.10\00:10:05.47 plant-based diet, the arteries can get bigger 00:10:05.50\00:10:08.37 because they made more nitric oxide. 00:10:08.40\00:10:10.04 So even if you have clogging there, the artery, 00:10:10.07\00:10:12.91 while you're trying to heal, 00:10:12.94\00:10:14.28 can get bigger to let more blood through. Yes 00:10:14.31\00:10:16.14 And there's certain things, if we can fat especially 00:10:16.18\00:10:18.88 animal fat out of our diet, the plaques tend to be 00:10:18.91\00:10:21.72 more stable because animal fats tend to cause a process called 00:10:21.75\00:10:25.25 "oxidation and inflammation" in the arteries. 00:10:25.29\00:10:28.59 So one of the things that I always tell people is 00:10:28.62\00:10:30.73 we want to move them towards your whole food 00:10:30.76\00:10:33.56 plant-based diet, we want to work on 00:10:33.60\00:10:35.93 the stress, we want to work on all the other things that we can 00:10:35.96\00:10:39.20 to lower their risk of them needing to have a stent 00:10:39.23\00:10:42.30 or a bypass. 00:10:42.34\00:10:43.67 So that's sort of the overall view of how to approach 00:10:43.71\00:10:46.88 a person with blockages in their arteries. 00:10:46.91\00:10:49.41 But I assume, Charles, that everyone that I meet 00:10:49.44\00:10:51.91 has at least some blockages somewhere. 00:10:51.95\00:10:54.12 If you have stress, if you eat the wrong diet, 00:10:54.15\00:10:56.42 if you have bad genetics, we have to assume that you 00:10:56.45\00:10:58.52 have this, what I call, "hidden disease," 00:10:58.55\00:11:01.02 and we don't want it to become a silent killer. 00:11:01.06\00:11:03.46 And these things, you know, there's Dr. Esselstyn, 00:11:03.49\00:11:06.56 I don't know if you've heard of him... Sure 00:11:06.59\00:11:07.96 He has had a group of patients that he really puts them on 00:11:08.00\00:11:10.70 no fats - they eat a whole food plant-based diet, 00:11:10.73\00:11:13.94 and he can almost make them heart attack free. 00:11:13.97\00:11:16.91 The disease becomes stable, the arteries get bigger; 00:11:16.94\00:11:20.64 they can actually, if you eat well enough, 00:11:20.68\00:11:22.14 you can regress this disease. 00:11:22.18\00:11:23.78 The body can pull out the plaque - 00:11:23.81\00:11:25.81 Pull out the plaque... Yeah, there's something called 00:11:25.85\00:11:27.18 "high-density lipoprotein" that can go up and make 00:11:27.22\00:11:29.72 the plaque smaller, and in his studies, 00:11:29.75\00:11:32.22 1 in 3 patients showed evidence that they can reverse disease. 00:11:32.25\00:11:35.96 Every year, I put people on a special diet, 00:11:35.99\00:11:38.53 add some stress reduction techniques, 00:11:38.56\00:11:40.86 and they do more on the treadmill, they can exercise 00:11:40.90\00:11:43.30 more before they hurt. 00:11:43.33\00:11:44.67 They can actually have a chance of not only stabilizing 00:11:44.70\00:11:47.14 the plaque, but making their arteries more healthy. 00:11:47.17\00:11:49.74 Boy, you've just answered the two questions here that 00:11:49.77\00:11:51.87 I wanted to bring up next. 00:11:51.91\00:11:53.27 This is from "Heartwise Ministries." 00:11:53.31\00:11:54.64 "What exactly is a heart attack?" 00:11:54.68\00:11:56.01 Well a heart attack is when an artery gets clogged, 00:11:56.04\00:11:58.21 and blood can't get to the heart. 00:11:58.25\00:11:59.95 Well, no, no - not always, okay. 00:11:59.98\00:12:01.65 There are different types of heart attacks. Oh! 00:12:01.68\00:12:04.19 We talked about the type that is the most common 00:12:04.22\00:12:06.55 because of the food we eat, but you can also have a 00:12:06.59\00:12:09.06 heart attack if the artery spasms 00:12:09.09\00:12:10.93 because it doesn't get enough blood either. 00:12:10.96\00:12:12.79 So you could have this artery here, Charles... 00:12:12.83\00:12:14.96 An open artery and completely clean.. And it spasms down. 00:12:15.00\00:12:17.73 And that.. okay, you talked about the broken 00:12:17.77\00:12:19.87 heart syndrome - that's what would happen, a spasm. 00:12:19.90\00:12:22.37 Yes, it would spasm down, and just so the 00:12:22.40\00:12:25.27 blood doesn't go there, that the artery doesn't have 00:12:25.31\00:12:27.44 plaque, so that's another type of heart attack. 00:12:27.48\00:12:30.08 Cold weather, people that do lots of caffeine 00:12:30.11\00:12:33.05 can sometimes trigger this. 00:12:33.11\00:12:35.08 Drugs - cocaine is very common. 00:12:35.15\00:12:37.12 These are the only arteries we have going to our heart, 00:12:37.15\00:12:40.02 why are we doing things that are hurting the only arteries 00:12:40.06\00:12:42.86 we have providing blood and nutrients 00:12:42.89\00:12:44.33 to our heart. Why are we doing that? 00:12:44.36\00:12:45.73 Well, some people don't know of the danger. 00:12:45.76\00:12:47.66 Well, they know now. 00:12:47.70\00:12:49.03 They don't know of the danger. We're telling them! 00:12:49.06\00:12:50.83 So that's another type of heart attack, 00:12:50.87\00:12:52.67 another one is sometimes a clot can flow down 00:12:52.70\00:12:54.84 those arteries that comes from somewhere else. 00:12:54.87\00:12:57.01 Now that's a very rare type and we don't see the spasms 00:12:57.04\00:12:59.97 that much by far - the most common is 00:13:00.01\00:13:02.24 what we've talked about, the clots. 00:13:02.28\00:13:04.05 The clots that happen someplace else comes wandering 00:13:04.08\00:13:05.65 through the system and then ends up 00:13:05.68\00:13:07.02 right here and closes it off. 00:13:07.05\00:13:08.38 Even if a small artery gets clogged off, 00:13:08.42\00:13:10.79 the heart becomes unstable and when it becomes unstable, 00:13:10.82\00:13:13.59 you have these funny heart rhythms. 00:13:13.62\00:13:15.22 And it's those heart rhythms that really... 00:13:15.26\00:13:17.49 You know, when the heart rhythms go crazy, 00:13:17.53\00:13:20.03 you don't get blood enough to your head, 00:13:20.06\00:13:21.96 and then things go downhill from there pretty quickly. 00:13:22.00\00:13:25.57 So that's the cause of a heart attack and that some 00:13:25.60\00:13:30.04 of the different types of heart attacks. 00:13:30.07\00:13:31.51 Can we assume that if we have a buildup at point A, 00:13:31.54\00:13:34.54 probably point B, C and D, and F have buildups as well? 00:13:34.58\00:13:37.35 Yeah, if you have one plaque, there's a chance you have 00:13:37.38\00:13:39.58 other plaques throughout your body and our goal is to 00:13:39.61\00:13:42.15 keep them as stable as possible or to not have them. 00:13:42.18\00:13:46.69 I had a guest on our Heartwise Ministries 00:13:46.72\00:13:50.59 Radio Program and it was an ophthalmologist, 00:13:50.63\00:13:53.50 and he says he could start seeing heart disease 00:13:53.53\00:13:55.93 in the eyes because the arteries are so small there 00:13:55.96\00:13:57.83 buildup shows up right away. 00:13:57.87\00:13:59.20 Yeah, this is vascular disease, so if you have it in one spot, 00:13:59.23\00:14:01.70 you probably have it in other spots, 00:14:01.74\00:14:03.44 and you gotta be very careful. All right, very good. 00:14:03.47\00:14:05.37 We'll take a short break and when we 00:14:05.41\00:14:07.04 come back we're going to go to the Bible, 00:14:07.08\00:14:09.54 that wonderful Prescription Book that has 00:14:09.58\00:14:12.01 good news for us and we're going to look at some 00:14:12.05\00:14:13.82 of the things that God says for us that we can do 00:14:13.85\00:14:16.38 to bring healing into our lives and it's available to everyone 00:14:16.42\00:14:19.59 free of charge right in this Book. Stay tuned... 00:14:19.62\00:14:21.99
