The following program presents principles 00:00:01.01\00:00:02.45 designed to promote good health 00:00:02.46\00:00:04.00 and is not intended to take 00:00:04.01\00:00:05.44 the place of personalized professional care. 00:00:05.45\00:00:07.92 The opinions and ideas expressed 00:00:07.93\00:00:09.43 are those of the speaker. 00:00:09.44\00:00:10.69 Viewers are encouraged to draw 00:00:10.70\00:00:12.33 their own conclusions about the information presented. 00:00:12.34\00:00:15.10 You know, we're literally surrounded 00:00:17.83\00:00:19.42 by two vital elements for life. 00:00:19.43\00:00:21.87 But scientists say that we're not getting 00:00:21.88\00:00:23.40 enough of either one. That can be dangerous. Stay tuned. 00:00:23.41\00:00:27.32 I'm Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:30.53\00:00:32.20 Are you interested in discovering the reason why? 00:00:32.21\00:00:35.97 You want solutions to your healthcare problems. 00:00:35.98\00:00:38.59 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:38.60\00:00:41.61 Well, you're about to be given 00:00:41.62\00:00:43.33 the Ultimate Prescription. 00:00:43.34\00:00:45.14 You know, we really should be embarrassed 00:00:47.52\00:00:49.19 by the fact that many of us are facing medical challenges 00:00:49.20\00:00:51.91 not because of heredity 00:00:51.92\00:00:53.51 or injury or even unhealthy food. 00:00:53.52\00:00:55.98 We're sick because we're dehydrated. 00:00:55.99\00:00:58.71 That's right. We don't drink enough water. 00:00:58.72\00:01:01.82 We're drowning in soda pop, alcohol, 00:01:01.83\00:01:04.33 coffee and cow's milk but we're dehydrated. 00:01:04.34\00:01:07.60 Why is water so important 00:01:08.82\00:01:10.31 and why did God create ample amounts of it 00:01:10.32\00:01:12.44 on the second day of creation week? 00:01:12.45\00:01:14.62 Dr. Marcum, tell us what we need to know. 00:01:14.63\00:01:17.46 Well, you know, we've talked previously 00:01:17.47\00:01:19.51 about how when we don't follow God's template-- 00:01:19.52\00:01:22.79 it puts stress on our body. 00:01:22.80\00:01:25.12 And lo behold, Charles, what it-- 00:01:25.13\00:01:26.73 what is 70 percent of the world made of? 00:01:26.74\00:01:28.61 Water. Right.Water. 00:01:28.62\00:01:30.21 And a lot of people don't realize that 00:01:30.22\00:01:32.08 70 percent of their body is made of water 00:01:32.09\00:01:34.89 and all the chemical reactions, 00:01:34.90\00:01:36.95 everything depends on having 00:01:36.96\00:01:38.48 the adequate amount of water in the body. 00:01:38.49\00:01:41.14 For instance, I was taking care of an elderly patient 00:01:41.15\00:01:45.64 that came to the hospital 00:01:45.65\00:01:47.17 and she was taking a fluid pill. 00:01:47.18\00:01:49.23 And she was taking a pill for diabetes. 00:01:49.24\00:01:51.39 And she was taking a pill for high blood pressure. 00:01:51.40\00:01:53.86 But she got sick, Charles. 00:01:53.87\00:01:55.64 And when she got sick, she did not drink enough water. 00:01:55.65\00:01:58.44 She became dehydrated. 00:01:58.45\00:02:00.43 When she became dehydrated, 00:02:00.44\00:02:02.32 her kidney functions got worse very quickly. 00:02:02.33\00:02:05.57 So all the medicines that she was putting in her, 00:02:05.58\00:02:08.40 of course, the diuretic, 00:02:08.41\00:02:09.63 even dehydrated her more. Absolutely. 00:02:09.64\00:02:11.41 But the other pills did not get metabolized 00:02:11.42\00:02:14.56 like they should. So they stayed much longer. 00:02:14.57\00:02:16.75 So her blood sugar went much lower 00:02:16.76\00:02:18.72 than it was supposed to. 00:02:18.73\00:02:19.92 The blood pressure much lower. 00:02:19.93\00:02:21.93 So by the time she came into the emergency room, 00:02:21.94\00:02:24.44 just that act of dehydration is what caused 00:02:24.45\00:02:27.21 all these medicines to be amplified in the body. 00:02:27.22\00:02:30.34 So if you think about it, Charles, 00:02:30.35\00:02:32.02 water is one of the most important things 00:02:32.03\00:02:34.98 we need in the treatment for every disease. 00:02:34.99\00:02:37.29 We talked about this stress response before. 00:02:37.30\00:02:40.23 When we don't get enough water, we become dehydrated. 00:02:40.24\00:02:43.56 And it's like you're walking around 00:02:43.57\00:02:45.13 in the desert, Charles. 00:02:45.14\00:02:46.25 You get tired out there. 00:02:46.26\00:02:47.62 You get dehydrated and guess what? 00:02:47.63\00:02:49.30 Sooner or later, you don't think right. Yes. 00:02:49.31\00:02:51.04 'Cause your brain needs water. Yes, yes. 00:02:51.05\00:02:52.92 All of a sudden, the stress chemistry is turned on 00:02:52.93\00:02:55.18 'cause you're trying to conserve things. 00:02:55.19\00:02:56.97 Your adrenaline and cortisol and inflammation goes up. 00:02:56.98\00:03:00.37 Your blood becomes thicker and wants to clot more. 00:03:00.38\00:03:03.40 So when you're dehydrated, 00:03:03.41\00:03:04.71 a host of bad things happen to the body. 00:03:04.72\00:03:07.46 Not only, you don't think well, 00:03:07.47\00:03:08.96 so you can't make good decisions, 00:03:08.97\00:03:10.95 but you're more likely to have a heart attack. 00:03:10.96\00:03:13.33 When you're dehydrated, the blood pressure changes. 00:03:13.34\00:03:15.72 You start to metabolize things different. 00:03:15.73\00:03:18.12 So without having adequate water, 00:03:18.13\00:03:20.18 it's really a terrible thing. 00:03:20.19\00:03:21.46 And do you think we drink enough water today? 00:03:21.47\00:03:23.45 No, absolutely not. Absolutely not. Yeah. 00:03:23.46\00:03:25.46 We're drinking everything but water. Exactly. 00:03:25.47\00:03:27.97 So a liquid isn't just a liquid. 00:03:27.98\00:03:30.75 We have to know that there are liquids 00:03:30.76\00:03:32.45 and that there are liquids 00:03:32.46\00:03:33.77 that water has something specific for us. 00:03:33.78\00:03:36.53 If we are not drinking water, 00:03:36.54\00:03:38.01 we are missing something vital for our health. 00:03:38.02\00:03:40.57 And I like what you said 00:03:40.58\00:03:41.73 there about the ability to think. 00:03:41.74\00:03:43.96 If we are dehydrated, 00:03:43.97\00:03:46.17 we can't think straight. Correct. 00:03:46.18\00:03:48.26 And how does God communicate with us? 00:03:48.27\00:03:50.65 How do we communicate with God? Through our thoughts. 00:03:50.66\00:03:54.06 So if we are dehydrated, we are actually affecting 00:03:54.07\00:03:56.48 our communication with the Almighty. That's right. 00:03:56.49\00:03:58.88 And everyone throughout time 00:03:58.89\00:04:00.58 has focused on modern medicine. 00:04:00.59\00:04:02.26 You know, how we have to take pills 00:04:02.27\00:04:04.16 and there're certain procedures 00:04:04.17\00:04:05.16 and there's a place for that. Yeah. 00:04:05.17\00:04:06.65 But when we don't have enough water in our system 00:04:06.66\00:04:09.38 that God gave us back at creation, 00:04:09.39\00:04:11.18 where not only our world runs on water, 00:04:11.19\00:04:14.09 but our bodies run on water. 00:04:14.10\00:04:15.97 The master designer knew we needed water. 00:04:15.98\00:04:18.49 And when we ignore this natural law, 00:04:18.50\00:04:21.09 things start to break just like we talked before. 00:04:21.10\00:04:23.78 You know, when you don't follow 00:04:23.79\00:04:25.07 the natural law, things break. 00:04:25.08\00:04:27.09 When we don't drink enough water, 00:04:27.10\00:04:28.76 things start to break in our bodies. 00:04:28.77\00:04:30.76 We have this chronic stress and if we're dehydrated 00:04:30.77\00:04:33.39 day in day out, year in and year out, 00:04:33.40\00:04:35.63 soon or later guess what happens? Things break. 00:04:35.64\00:04:38.65 We have the need for modern medicine, 00:04:38.66\00:04:40.18 a bunch of procedures and maybe even more pills 00:04:40.19\00:04:42.56 and it could've been traced way back to years ago 00:04:42.57\00:04:45.54 when we gave up drinking water 00:04:45.55\00:04:47.13 something that was so vital to our existence. 00:04:47.14\00:04:49.43 And one of those things that breaks 00:04:49.44\00:04:50.82 can possibly be our connection with God. 00:04:50.83\00:04:52.80 That's what just floors me 00:04:52.81\00:04:55.06 that what affects us physically 00:04:55.07\00:04:59.13 also affects us spiritually and mentally. 00:04:59.14\00:05:01.77 The same principles that God put in place for us 00:05:01.78\00:05:04.49 in creation for our physical health 00:05:04.50\00:05:06.94 are essential for our mental and spiritual health. 00:05:06.95\00:05:10.63 This is truly biblical technology. 00:05:10.64\00:05:12.54 Yes, it is. There it is. 00:05:12.55\00:05:13.62 You know, God gave us that prescription. Yeah. 00:05:13.63\00:05:15.65 Way back at creation that we needed to drink water. 00:05:15.66\00:05:18.97 We needed to stay hydrated. 00:05:18.98\00:05:20.60 It was essential for everything. 00:05:20.61\00:05:22.21 And when you go to an emergency room, 00:05:22.22\00:05:23.88 the first thing I want to do 00:05:23.89\00:05:24.94 is make sure someone has a good IV, 00:05:24.95\00:05:26.88 and make sure they're hydrated. 00:05:26.89\00:05:28.33 Before my medicines and procedures will be optimum, 00:05:28.34\00:05:31.19 they have to be hydrated. 00:05:31.20\00:05:33.18 And we see every year, Charles, 00:05:33.19\00:05:34.92 I see people that actually die 00:05:34.93\00:05:37.06 not only of the acute phase of dehydration 00:05:37.07\00:05:39.52 as well as chronic dehydration. 00:05:39.53\00:05:41.18 You know, the chronic dehydration causes 00:05:41.19\00:05:42.89 all these stress reactions that, you know, headaches 00:05:42.90\00:05:46.14 and, you know, blood clots, and, you know, dizziness 00:05:46.15\00:05:49.33 and all these symptoms 00:05:49.34\00:05:50.43 where the body just breaks down slowly. 00:05:50.44\00:05:51.72 But people also die of dehydration acutely. 00:05:51.73\00:05:54.89 Runners that are getting out, they get overheated. 00:05:54.90\00:05:57.47 Water is very important to maintain our temperature 00:05:57.48\00:05:59.99 to maintain what we call homeostasis. 00:06:00.00\00:06:03.09 When you don't drink enough water, you can actually die. 00:06:03.10\00:06:06.13 You know, we have a condition 00:06:06.14\00:06:07.58 in medicine called rhabdomyolysis. 00:06:07.59\00:06:10.23 What happens when we don't get enough water? 00:06:10.24\00:06:12.26 The muscles start to breakdown. 00:06:12.27\00:06:13.77 The kidneys don't work. 00:06:13.78\00:06:15.07 We can't excrete these things. 00:06:15.08\00:06:16.42 And we actually can physically die from lack of water. 00:06:16.43\00:06:19.91 You know, people in the desert, 00:06:19.92\00:06:21.13 die if they don't get water. 00:06:21.14\00:06:23.00 You know, you can live a long time 00:06:23.01\00:06:25.62 without a lot of things for food, 00:06:25.63\00:06:27.40 but how long can you live without water? 00:06:27.41\00:06:29.74 A matter of days, I mean, we're talking-- 00:06:29.75\00:06:32.10 measuring in hours here as far as water is concerned. 00:06:32.11\00:06:33.39 Yes. Water is essential to our care. 00:06:33.40\00:06:36.93 Okay, now we know about the guy in the desert 00:06:36.94\00:06:40.39 who is just struggling through the sands 00:06:40.40\00:06:43.07 and his lips are parched 00:06:43.08\00:06:44.58 and his throat is tight and his tongue is thick. 00:06:44.59\00:06:47.91 We're not wandering through the desert in our lives. 00:06:48.98\00:06:51.31 We are going off to work. We're driving our cars. 00:06:51.32\00:06:53.77 We are playing with our kids. 00:06:53.78\00:06:55.95 We're sleeping in our beds. 00:06:55.96\00:06:57.57 Our life is very different. 00:06:57.58\00:06:58.70 What are some of the signs, Dr. Martin--Dr. Marcum, 00:06:58.71\00:07:01.64 that we are lacking water in our normal everyday lives? 00:07:01.65\00:07:06.64 That is a great question, Charles. 00:07:06.65\00:07:08.73 And couple things, you know, 00:07:08.74\00:07:10.05 you might notice that your mouth is getting dry, 00:07:10.06\00:07:13.44 that you do not make tears, that you're getting dizzy. 00:07:13.45\00:07:17.53 One thing if you're dehydrated, 00:07:17.54\00:07:19.07 the heart will go faster. 00:07:19.08\00:07:21.33 You might see the blood pressure go down. 00:07:21.34\00:07:24.08 You might not have the energy. 00:07:24.09\00:07:25.54 In fact, one of the leading causes 00:07:25.55\00:07:27.41 of fatigue now is dehydration. 00:07:27.42\00:07:30.59 One of the causes of not sleeping 00:07:30.60\00:07:32.30 well at night is dehydration. 00:07:32.31\00:07:34.19 You just described most people 00:07:34.20\00:07:35.67 in this country right now. Yes. 00:07:35.68\00:07:36.78 One of the causes of reflux disease is dehydration. 00:07:36.79\00:07:40.49 Dehydration has been associated 00:07:40.50\00:07:41.72 with things like depression. 00:07:41.73\00:07:43.34 Because, you know, the brain doesn't think right. 00:07:43.35\00:07:45.32 So just simple things that I tell people is the skin dry? 00:07:45.33\00:07:48.61 Are they dizzy? Is the heart's getting faster? 00:07:48.62\00:07:50.94 Now we have some blood work to do. Yeah. 00:07:50.95\00:07:52.77 But, you know, what the best way to tell 00:07:52.78\00:07:54.28 if you're dehydrated, I think, go to the bathroom 00:07:54.29\00:07:57.39 and look at the color of your urine. 00:07:57.40\00:08:00.15 If it is really, really dark, 00:08:00.16\00:08:02.22 chances are you're not getting enough water. 00:08:02.23\00:08:04.76 If its light--lightens up, chances are, 00:08:04.77\00:08:07.39 you are getting enough water. 00:08:07.40\00:08:09.25 So that's a simple test. 00:08:09.26\00:08:10.44 Now we can actually measure the specific gravity in urine 00:08:10.45\00:08:14.25 to tell exactly where you are at. 00:08:14.26\00:08:15.55 In the hospital, I can adjust you 00:08:15.56\00:08:17.42 just perfectly to get your hydration status perfect. 00:08:17.43\00:08:20.54 But, you know, we're gonna talk today about 00:08:20.55\00:08:22.27 this treatment of water and exactly 00:08:22.28\00:08:24.83 how much a person needs. 00:08:24.84\00:08:25.88 And how they can make sure they have that. 00:08:25.89\00:08:27.77 And the reason we want people to have water is so, 00:08:27.78\00:08:30.37 we don't break into this chronic chemical stress 00:08:30.38\00:08:33.38 cascade that we've talked about. Yes, yes. 00:08:33.39\00:08:35.36 And we're going through each of-- 00:08:35.37\00:08:37.50 when things were perfect. 00:08:37.51\00:08:38.97 God gave us water to drink. 00:08:38.98\00:08:40.21 And now things are not perfect. 00:08:40.22\00:08:41.74 And if I was the evil one wanting to destroy health 00:08:41.75\00:08:44.55 and wanting to destroy someone's well being, 00:08:44.56\00:08:46.51 what I would do? I'd make them focus not from water. 00:08:46.52\00:08:49.24 Two hundred years ago, what did we drink? 00:08:49.25\00:08:51.60 We drank water. 00:08:51.61\00:08:52.64 Yeah, we didn't go up to the store 00:08:52.65\00:08:54.10 and put a dime in to get a-- 00:08:54.11\00:08:56.04 Get a little can of something-- 00:08:56.05\00:08:57.08 No, we did not do that. 00:08:57.09\00:08:59.23 You know, we were designed to drink water. 00:08:59.24\00:09:01.35 And another thing you asked about 00:09:01.36\00:09:02.99 the symptoms is when you need water, 00:09:03.00\00:09:05.93 your body will tell you. Yes. 00:09:05.94\00:09:07.51 You'll say, "Man, I'm thirsty." Thirsty. 00:09:07.52\00:09:09.27 "I need to drink." 00:09:09.28\00:09:10.37 But nowadays, we're getting 00:09:10.38\00:09:12.82 a lot of slick marketing that says, 00:09:12.83\00:09:14.45 "Well, you can have this drink, or this drink, 00:09:14.46\00:09:16.12 or you can, you know, substitute this." 00:09:16.13\00:09:18.21 Have the high energy version of water. Exactly. Yes. 00:09:18.22\00:09:20.08 But nothing, Charles, nothing is better 00:09:20.09\00:09:22.97 than a good old glass of water from the earth 00:09:22.98\00:09:25.41 that God gave us back at creation. 00:09:25.42\00:09:27.95 This was a template for our health. 00:09:27.96\00:09:29.68 Something that God gave us, 00:09:29.69\00:09:31.00 a biblical prescription from the great physician 00:09:31.01\00:09:33.97 that made our body, knew what it needed to run on. 00:09:33.98\00:09:36.73 And if we take this most vital substance 00:09:36.74\00:09:38.63 out of our body, we get sick. 00:09:38.64\00:09:40.99 And, yet we don't dwell enough on what we can do. 00:09:41.00\00:09:44.13 You know, we can drink water everyday. 00:09:44.14\00:09:46.36 If we don't, bad things are gonna happen, Charles. 00:09:46.37\00:09:49.01 I'm just talking right now 00:09:49.02\00:09:50.13 and I'm starting to get thirsty. 00:09:50.14\00:09:51.23 Because I'm talking about so much water. 00:09:51.24\00:09:53.09 But we're gonna have to go a few more minutes 00:09:53.10\00:09:54.91 before we get some water here. 00:09:54.92\00:09:56.94 You know, that is pretty amazing 00:09:56.95\00:09:59.16 that the very first thing God put on this earth 00:09:59.17\00:10:02.20 at the very first part after He made light possible 00:10:03.99\00:10:06.71 in this dark hole, this void of earth, 00:10:06.72\00:10:09.47 God brought about water and air. 00:10:09.48\00:10:11.34 And He knew that all life, 00:10:11.35\00:10:14.05 this is before He made plants and animals. 00:10:14.06\00:10:15.67 This is before He made us. 00:10:15.68\00:10:16.90 This is before He made everything. He made water. 00:10:16.91\00:10:20.39 And, okay, how much water this is-- 00:10:20.40\00:10:23.26 I know this is something that a lot of people debate, 00:10:23.27\00:10:26.02 should I have six glasses? Should I have eight glasses? 00:10:26.03\00:10:29.47 If I am a total vegetarian, do I need less of water? 00:10:29.48\00:10:33.55 Because I'm getting my water in my food. 00:10:33.56\00:10:35.23 And can I have water that's in tea 00:10:35.24\00:10:38.83 or how about the water in coffee? 00:10:38.84\00:10:40.41 Coffee is mostly water there. 00:10:40.42\00:10:41.94 You just put some coffee grounds in there. Yeah. 00:10:41.95\00:10:44.00 If you do that, are you keeping with God's ideal 00:10:44.01\00:10:47.99 when you used with what I call? Messed with water. 00:10:48.00\00:10:51.14 Yeah, and messed with water, as you put it, 00:10:51.15\00:10:53.97 is never as good as the real stuff. 00:10:53.98\00:10:56.51 You know, it's never quite as good as the real thing. 00:10:56.52\00:10:59.15 They have substitutes. 00:10:59.16\00:11:00.76 And throughout this world, there's always been 00:11:00.77\00:11:02.63 substitutes for God's perfect plan. So well put. Yes. 00:11:02.64\00:11:05.28 And unfortunately, these substitutes 00:11:05.29\00:11:07.18 are causing deceptions 00:11:07.22\00:11:09.09 and one little deception after another, 00:11:09.10\00:11:10.87 pretty soon they're gonna say this energy drink, 00:11:10.88\00:11:12.49 you know, they're not necessarily bad. 00:11:12.50\00:11:14.04 But they're not as good as water. 00:11:14.05\00:11:15.79 And then you say, well, maybe I can 00:11:15.80\00:11:17.16 substitute this drink or this soda pop 00:11:17.17\00:11:19.45 and before long, you get in the habit 00:11:19.46\00:11:21.53 where you're not drinking this most vital element 00:11:21.54\00:11:23.86 for a body, and before long, things go crazy. 00:11:23.87\00:11:27.07 Now what I tell people is, you know, everyone says, 00:11:27.08\00:11:30.05 well, I get so many questions at our website. 00:11:30.06\00:11:32.77 What type of water should I drink? 00:11:32.78\00:11:34.66 Or would this work? Would this work? 00:11:34.67\00:11:36.14 Well, some people get so stressed out 00:11:36.15\00:11:38.01 about what they should drink. 00:11:38.02\00:11:39.82 And the type they should drink. 00:11:39.83\00:11:40.84 Yes, you know, just drink water. 00:11:40.85\00:11:42.83 You know, come on, you know. 00:11:42.84\00:11:43.89 Go to the garden hose and just enjoy-- 00:11:43.90\00:11:44.91 Yes, start there and as that-- 00:11:44.92\00:11:47.64 as you get in the habit of that, 00:11:47.65\00:11:49.29 your chemistry will start to change. 00:11:49.30\00:11:51.06 You'll start thinking clear. 00:11:51.07\00:11:52.59 All the chemical reactions in the body will do better. 00:11:52.60\00:11:55.80 It's a treatment for arthritis now 00:11:55.81\00:11:57.58 to drink water because it turns down your inflammation. 00:11:57.59\00:12:00.36 It's a treatment for pain, Charles. Yeah. 00:12:00.37\00:12:02.57 If you want to have less pain, 00:12:02.58\00:12:03.60 make sure you're well hydrated. 00:12:03.61\00:12:05.20 And you have to be so careful 00:12:05.21\00:12:06.73 with your hydration status, 00:12:06.74\00:12:08.05 if you do take prescription medicines. Yes. 00:12:08.06\00:12:10.25 'Cause like I said, if you get dehydrated, 00:12:10.26\00:12:12.46 your kidneys and organs don't work like they should. 00:12:12.47\00:12:15.13 When they designed these medications for you to take, 00:12:15.14\00:12:17.32 they designed them based on normal bodily function, 00:12:17.33\00:12:20.65 normal hydration status. 00:12:20.66\00:12:22.43 And right now, they estimate in the United States, 00:12:22.44\00:12:25.55 and grab this one, Charles. Okay. 00:12:25.56\00:12:27.28 Seven out of ten Americans are dehydrated. 00:12:27.29\00:12:30.71 And we're drinking all the time. Yes. 00:12:30.72\00:12:32.57 We have something in our car. 00:12:32.58\00:12:34.33 We have a drawer out there. 00:12:34.34\00:12:35.95 We have the coffee pot. We have the tea pot. Yes. 00:12:35.96\00:12:38.29 We are constantly drinking 00:12:38.30\00:12:39.66 and seven out of ten of us are thirsty. 00:12:39.67\00:12:42.39 And if I wanted to keep a business going 00:12:42.40\00:12:44.65 I would, I would cause 00:12:44.66\00:12:46.08 chronic problems to occur. Yes, you would. 00:12:46.09\00:12:47.80 You know, I would throw in. 00:12:47.81\00:12:48.83 I'd say, "You know, you don't really need 00:12:48.84\00:12:49.84 to drink water, you can drink everything else." 00:12:49.85\00:12:52.09 And when you drink everything else, 00:12:52.10\00:12:53.42 it puts this chronic stressor on the body, 00:12:53.43\00:12:55.38 which sooner or later is gonna cause a problem, 00:12:55.39\00:12:57.50 which might require hospitalizations, pills, 00:12:57.51\00:13:00.01 or trip to the doctor's office. 00:13:00.02\00:13:02.06 So water is very important, you know, 00:13:02.07\00:13:04.22 I guess we need to talk about air as we go on to. Yeah. 00:13:04.23\00:13:07.10 On that same day God created water, He also created, 00:13:07.11\00:13:10.75 well, almost the opposite of water and that is air. 00:13:10.76\00:13:14.34 And, well, okay, we have air to drink--air to breathe. 00:13:14.35\00:13:18.38 We have no problem there. 00:13:18.39\00:13:20.10 Are we not getting enough air, 00:13:20.11\00:13:22.30 like we're not getting enough water? 00:13:22.31\00:13:23.75 Yeah, and we could talk a long time about this. 00:13:23.76\00:13:26.06 And, you know, just think about it, 00:13:26.07\00:13:27.49 we're designed to breathe, to take deep breaths. 00:13:27.50\00:13:29.76 When we're stressed out, we take shallow breaths. 00:13:29.77\00:13:32.24 Our pollutant world is full of things 00:13:32.25\00:13:34.06 that we can't get well. 00:13:34.07\00:13:35.50 Our houses aren't ventilated well. 00:13:35.51\00:13:37.44 There is a host of problems. 00:13:37.45\00:13:38.86 And we're gonna have to talk more about this. Absolutely. 00:13:38.87\00:13:41.29 I'm gonna talk more about the air 00:13:41.30\00:13:43.24 that we should be breathing 00:13:43.25\00:13:44.24 and answer your questions on our return. 00:13:44.25\00:13:46.06 So stay right where you are. 00:13:46.07\00:13:47.27
