Stay tuned. 00:00:21.48\00:00:25.12 I am Dr. James Marcum. 00:00:27.52\00:00:29.46 Are you interested in discovering the reason why? 00:00:29.47\00:00:32.68 You want solutions to your healthcare problem. 00:00:32.69\00:00:35.64 Are you tired of taking medications? 00:00:35.65\00:00:38.53 Well, you are about to be given 00:00:38.54\00:00:40.07 the Ultimate Prescription. 00:00:40.08\00:00:42.00 Welcome to Ultimate Prescription 00:00:45.53\00:00:46.98 with Dr. James Marcum. I am Charles Mills. 00:00:46.99\00:00:49.96 You know cardiologists deal with 00:00:49.97\00:00:51.41 life and death issues on a daily basis. 00:00:51.42\00:00:53.41 But what many cardiologists fail to share 00:00:53.42\00:00:55.82 with their patients is that most of those issues 00:00:55.83\00:00:58.45 are the result of simple lifestyle choices. 00:00:58.46\00:01:01.93 Dr. Marcum, you recently had a patient 00:01:01.94\00:01:03.83 that fits that description perfectly. 00:01:03.84\00:01:05.84 Tell us about David. 00:01:05.85\00:01:07.57 David, Charles, is a real person. 00:01:07.58\00:01:09.78 I actually see him in office on a regular basis. 00:01:09.79\00:01:12.82 But on Tuesday night I was awakened 00:01:12.83\00:01:15.01 in the middle of the night with a phone call. 00:01:15.02\00:01:17.38 And I groggily got out of bed and I said, 00:01:17.39\00:01:19.27 hey, hey, Dr. Marcum here. 00:01:19.28\00:01:20.84 And it was an emergency doctor that I knew very well. 00:01:20.85\00:01:24.23 And he says listen, 00:01:24.24\00:01:25.37 this fellow who became David is having a heart attack. 00:01:25.38\00:01:28.96 And for our viewers, 00:01:28.97\00:01:30.07 a heart attack is when an artery gets clogged up. 00:01:30.08\00:01:33.03 The artery gets filled with plaque. 00:01:33.04\00:01:34.80 The heart doesn't get enough blood 00:01:34.81\00:01:36.28 and it does crazy things. 00:01:36.29\00:01:38.57 So, David never had a health problem ever before 00:01:38.58\00:01:42.02 and all of a sudden he began to have chest pain. 00:01:42.03\00:01:44.26 He went to the emergency room. 00:01:44.27\00:01:45.54 They called me. They needed a cardiologist. 00:01:45.55\00:01:47.47 Cardiologist, heart doctor, that's what I do, Charles. 00:01:47.48\00:01:49.91 Yes. So I gave some quick instructions. 00:01:49.92\00:01:52.88 I said we have to have an aspirin, oxygen. 00:01:52.89\00:01:56.14 You know, the basics, you got to breathe, 00:01:56.15\00:01:57.48 you got to have an IV. 00:01:57.49\00:01:58.70 Give him some blood thinner, heparin, 00:01:58.71\00:02:00.09 and said, I'm on my way. 00:02:00.10\00:02:01.66 So, you know, I get to drive fast, Charles, 00:02:02.34\00:02:05.54 on the Interstate. 00:02:05.55\00:02:06.61 So they let me drive fast. 00:02:06.62\00:02:07.93 So I sped over to emergency room. I got to David. 00:02:07.94\00:02:10.68 And there was David and I started talking to him 00:02:10.69\00:02:12.52 as we got things going. 00:02:12.53\00:02:14.06 I looked at his EKG, sure enough 00:02:14.07\00:02:15.57 he was having a major heart attack. 00:02:15.58\00:02:18.02 And right there while I was talking to him, 00:02:18.03\00:02:20.79 his heart became totally unstable. 00:02:20.80\00:02:23.69 It went into a rhythm called ventricular tachycardia. 00:02:23.70\00:02:27.57 And immediately David was talking to me. 00:02:27.58\00:02:29.91 When you go into ventricular tachycardia, 00:02:29.92\00:02:31.74 no blood gets to the heart. 00:02:31.75\00:02:33.35 The heart's just fibrillating just like this. 00:02:33.36\00:02:35.35 No blood gets to the brain, you pass out. 00:02:35.36\00:02:38.33 And David just went black 00:02:38.34\00:02:39.98 and then all of a sudden the team got into action. 00:02:39.99\00:02:42.48 Now, nowadays, what we do is, we put pads on patients 00:02:42.49\00:02:45.10 and he already had the pads on. 00:02:45.11\00:02:46.48 They'd already prepared that this might happen 00:02:46.49\00:02:48.41 'cause this is an occurrence 00:02:48.42\00:02:49.51 that happens in heart attacks. 00:02:49.52\00:02:51.47 You've heard about the defibrillators. Oh, yes. 00:02:51.48\00:02:53.65 Same principle. Well, all of a sudden we saw that. 00:02:53.66\00:02:56.13 The next thing we do is we defibrillated his heart. 00:02:56.14\00:02:58.18 We just pressed the button. 00:02:58.19\00:02:59.24 It shocked his heart. 00:02:59.25\00:03:00.48 And David goes like this. 00:03:00.49\00:03:01.60 And whoa, you know, he comes back around. 00:03:01.61\00:03:04.48 And he goes, he goes, you know, where am I? 00:03:04.49\00:03:06.52 What's going on? Am I okay? 00:03:06.53\00:03:08.19 And, of course, the room was filled 00:03:08.20\00:03:09.50 with people at that time. 00:03:09.51\00:03:11.11 I said David, you're okay. 00:03:11.12\00:03:12.41 David, are you still having pain? 00:03:12.42\00:03:13.78 He says, well, the pain is not near 00:03:13.79\00:03:15.99 what it was before. Yeah. 00:03:16.00\00:03:17.73 So the next thing we did was we transported him 00:03:17.74\00:03:20.12 to a facility where we could go up to the groin 00:03:20.13\00:03:23.08 where a team opened up that artery and placed a stent in. 00:03:23.09\00:03:26.66 And that stent got David sort of out of the woods. Yes. 00:03:26.67\00:03:30.12 So, you know, we went and talked to his wife, you know. 00:03:30.13\00:03:32.60 We said listen, you know, 00:03:32.61\00:03:33.65 your husband's having a heart attack. 00:03:33.66\00:03:35.03 And she goes, how could David have 00:03:35.04\00:03:36.84 a heart attack? He's been healthy. 00:03:36.85\00:03:38.19 You know, he runs, he exercises, 00:03:38.20\00:03:40.34 not on any medicines. 00:03:40.35\00:03:41.72 He's in his mid 40's. 00:03:41.73\00:03:42.99 Never done anything wrong. 00:03:43.00\00:03:44.54 And I said, well, David had hidden disease 00:03:44.55\00:03:46.76 that was deep down inside of him 00:03:46.77\00:03:48.57 that he didn't even know 00:03:48.58\00:03:49.75 till this cascade of events happened that night. 00:03:49.76\00:03:53.37 You know, Dr. Marcum, that is a very common statement. 00:03:53.38\00:03:55.72 You probably hear it a lot. 00:03:55.73\00:03:57.33 I do everything right. 00:03:57.34\00:03:58.65 I eat right. I exercise. 00:03:58.66\00:04:01.04 I don't have a history of heart disease in my family. 00:04:01.05\00:04:05.03 Yet you're saying that 00:04:05.04\00:04:06.44 his artery was getting clogged up. 00:04:06.45\00:04:08.38 What was going on? 00:04:08.39\00:04:09.40 Yeah, a lot of people don't realize it, 00:04:09.41\00:04:11.52 up to half of people that have cardiovascular disease, 00:04:11.53\00:04:14.81 they don't even know they have it 00:04:14.82\00:04:15.95 till they have something catastrophic. 00:04:15.96\00:04:18.41 And in David's case, he was having a heart attack. 00:04:18.42\00:04:21.37 And if we don't get to him within five or six hours, 00:04:21.38\00:04:24.03 there's permanent damage, perhaps even death. 00:04:24.04\00:04:26.71 Cardiovascular disease is still the number one 00:04:26.72\00:04:29.58 cause of death in United States. 00:04:29.59\00:04:32.03 And it's growing in prevalence around the whole world. 00:04:32.04\00:04:34.83 So this is a big issue. 00:04:34.84\00:04:36.01 So we have this silent disease but Charles, but-- 00:04:36.02\00:04:38.73 Something is happening to cause this. Yes, yes. 00:04:38.74\00:04:40.75 The big problem that we have is 00:04:40.76\00:04:42.31 a lot of people have silent disease, 00:04:42.32\00:04:44.57 disease that's going on within us 00:04:44.58\00:04:46.42 that we don't even know about. 00:04:46.43\00:04:48.38 Whether it be cardiovascular disease 00:04:48.39\00:04:50.30 or the damage that comes by carrying extra weight 00:04:50.31\00:04:52.97 or the damage that comes from 00:04:52.98\00:04:54.52 many hidden things out there. Okay. All right. 00:04:54.53\00:04:56.54 You're saying the damage that comes 00:04:56.55\00:04:57.60 from carrying extra weight 00:04:57.61\00:04:58.67 and we're carrying a lot of extra weight. 00:04:58.68\00:04:59.94 Well, you know, you just look at, you know, 00:04:59.95\00:05:01.72 I read a statistic 60% of Americans 00:05:01.73\00:05:04.14 now carry extra weight. 00:05:04.15\00:05:05.63 Thirty percent of obese and the numbers keep going up. 00:05:05.64\00:05:08.42 And the chemistry that comes with that, 00:05:08.43\00:05:09.95 damages the body even though we can't see it. 00:05:09.96\00:05:12.43 Well, David, was having damages 00:05:12.44\00:05:14.76 inside the arteries of his heart 00:05:14.77\00:05:16.46 that have been going on for probably his-- 00:05:16.47\00:05:18.69 close to his entire life. Yeah. 00:05:18.70\00:05:20.46 He didn't even know it till a catastrophe. 00:05:20.47\00:05:22.95 So even though modern medicine was great 00:05:22.96\00:05:25.73 in keeping him alive, 00:05:25.74\00:05:28.26 you know in discussions with David, 00:05:28.27\00:05:30.02 I told David this didn't solve the problem. 00:05:30.03\00:05:32.66 You know, we kept you alive another day. 00:05:32.67\00:05:34.96 But now, let's look at the reason why this happened. 00:05:34.97\00:05:38.64 And that's, you know, when you're opening, 00:05:38.65\00:05:40.19 when you're talking about lifestyle, 00:05:40.20\00:05:41.96 well, something happened in the past 00:05:41.97\00:05:43.90 that brought this disease forward. Yes. 00:05:43.91\00:05:46.31 And it might've been lifestyle. 00:05:46.32\00:05:48.01 It might've been genetics. 00:05:48.02\00:05:50.00 It was some stress on his system. 00:05:50.01\00:05:52.69 You talk about stress a lot, Dr. Marcum, 00:05:52.70\00:05:54.77 and this is something that we all carry. 00:05:54.78\00:05:57.42 I mean if we think about it 00:05:57.43\00:05:59.16 and we look at our own lives, 00:05:59.17\00:06:00.42 we're gonna say, we're stressful. 00:06:00.43\00:06:01.74 There are things happening in our lives 00:06:01.75\00:06:03.31 that we may not understand. 00:06:03.32\00:06:04.64 There are things happening that we cannot control. 00:06:04.65\00:06:07.16 And these are stresses because it goes 00:06:07.17\00:06:09.24 beyond diet and exercise. 00:06:09.25\00:06:11.20 When you have a problem in your heart, 00:06:11.21\00:06:13.60 diet and exercise is one place to look 00:06:13.61\00:06:16.63 but there are others as well. 00:06:16.64\00:06:18.52 And Dr. Marcum, when you sit down with a patient, 00:06:18.53\00:06:20.63 what do you want to know in their history 00:06:20.64\00:06:23.65 that might give you a little indication 00:06:23.66\00:06:25.87 that there is a problem there. 00:06:25.88\00:06:26.90 Well that was-- you know, 00:06:26.91\00:06:27.91 when David came back to me, you know, 00:06:27.92\00:06:29.58 I made sure all of his medicines were adjusted. 00:06:29.59\00:06:31.85 That one's that helped the stent do well 00:06:31.86\00:06:33.87 but more than that--Modern medicine saved his life. 00:06:33.88\00:06:35.53 Yes, it did, it did. Okay, all right. 00:06:35.54\00:06:36.87 But I said, David, its now time to talk about 00:06:36.88\00:06:39.26 what caused this happen in the first place. 00:06:39.27\00:06:42.27 If we don't find out what the cause is, 00:06:42.28\00:06:44.87 we can't find the solution. 00:06:44.88\00:06:46.56 And this will happen again and again and again. 00:06:46.57\00:06:48.85 We don't want to keep having 00:06:48.86\00:06:49.90 heart attacks and stents and all this. 00:06:49.91\00:06:51.41 I thought a stent cures you. No. 00:06:51.42\00:06:53.03 You put a stent in there. 00:06:53.04\00:06:54.17 How about a bypass? You just bypassed it. 00:06:54.18\00:06:56.13 You're cured. Everything is fixed. 00:06:56.14\00:06:57.39 No, the bypass just bypasses around the blockages. 00:06:57.40\00:07:00.94 And so we can find out things 00:07:00.95\00:07:02.44 that we can do to actually reverse disease. 00:07:02.45\00:07:04.80 And we've a very famous president now that's doing 00:07:04.81\00:07:07.38 some things to reverse the disease in his heart. 00:07:07.39\00:07:10.08 We're hearing a lot more about 00:07:10.09\00:07:11.12 techniques that can reverse. 00:07:11.13\00:07:12.57 But back to David, Charles, I want to talk about David. 00:07:12.58\00:07:15.26 Well, David came to the office, 00:07:15.27\00:07:16.29 I said David, something caused this happen. 00:07:16.30\00:07:18.51 And I said, David, I want you to listen to me. 00:07:18.52\00:07:21.56 It's about stress on the system. 00:07:21.57\00:07:23.56 You know, and we hear about common stresses 00:07:23.57\00:07:25.52 in cardiovascular disease like the stress of cigarettes, 00:07:25.53\00:07:28.97 high blood pressure, diabetes, extra weight, 00:07:28.98\00:07:32.19 family history, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. 00:07:32.20\00:07:35.11 Everyone knows about these. 00:07:35.12\00:07:36.67 That's a lot of causes. 00:07:36.68\00:07:37.70 But there's more, there's more stresses that we don't. 00:07:37.71\00:07:40.18 And I took David back to the only time 00:07:40.19\00:07:43.95 when things were perfect to determine 00:07:43.96\00:07:46.11 what's the definition of stress was 00:07:46.12\00:07:48.38 and that was back at creation. 00:07:48.39\00:07:50.66 When everything was perfect 00:07:50.67\00:07:52.40 that was the definition of a stress free society. 00:07:52.41\00:07:55.74 And I started taking David one step at a time 00:07:55.75\00:07:59.22 and the things that he might be doing 00:07:59.23\00:08:01.00 in his life that caused stress. 00:08:01.01\00:08:03.34 Now, David was a smoker that caused stress in his life. 00:08:03.35\00:08:06.73 But David didn't rest enough. 00:08:06.74\00:08:08.78 And these were thought biblical principles. 00:08:08.79\00:08:11.10 And he thought he was being busy. Yes. 00:08:11.11\00:08:12.26 He thought he was just being stressful 00:08:12.27\00:08:13.45 and that's okay. Yes. 00:08:13.46\00:08:14.57 Resting who needs that, you know, 00:08:14.58\00:08:16.45 and he was paying an awful price for that. Absolutely. 00:08:16.46\00:08:18.89 And we went back to each and--each of those things 00:08:18.90\00:08:21.31 that he wasn't doing that was set up 00:08:21.32\00:08:23.37 when we were supposed to be perfect. Yeah. 00:08:23.38\00:08:24.83 The template, that creation, 00:08:24.84\00:08:26.56 anything that violates the owner's manual, 00:08:26.57\00:08:29.55 how God set us up to be would put stress on the system. 00:08:29.56\00:08:33.38 And in modern medicine, 00:08:33.39\00:08:34.43 we don't think about sometimes causes. 00:08:34.44\00:08:36.48 We wanna, you know, fix the acute disaster. 00:08:36.49\00:08:38.35 Yes, get me through the day. 00:08:38.36\00:08:39.86 Modern medicine is great at that. 00:08:39.87\00:08:41.66 But through the years, we focused more on that 00:08:41.67\00:08:44.24 and we haven't focused on the cause. 00:08:44.25\00:08:46.04 So I took David back. 00:08:46.05\00:08:47.38 You know, we're violating the owner's manual. 00:08:47.39\00:08:49.49 David wasn't resting well. 00:08:49.50\00:08:51.32 He was too busy. 00:08:51.33\00:08:52.63 He didn't take a day off a week. 00:08:52.64\00:08:54.29 He didn't sleep at night. 00:08:54.30\00:08:56.12 He smoked cigarettes. 00:08:56.13\00:08:57.54 He didn't drink water. 00:08:57.55\00:08:59.05 Lots of things he didn't do. 00:08:59.06\00:09:01.02 And you know what? 00:09:01.03\00:09:02.04 David looked to me and says, 00:09:02.05\00:09:03.05 you know, I am stressing my body. 00:09:03.06\00:09:04.71 And we talked about all the chemical reactions 00:09:04.72\00:09:07.19 that the stress causes. 00:09:07.20\00:09:08.90 The epinephrine, the adrenaline, the cortisol, 00:09:08.91\00:09:11.68 which raises your blood pressure. 00:09:11.69\00:09:13.50 We talked about the inflammatory reactions 00:09:13.51\00:09:16.60 that come with chronic stress. 00:09:16.61\00:09:17.98 You know, Charles, if I scare you like this. 00:09:17.99\00:09:20.03 Did I scare you? Yes, you did. 00:09:20.04\00:09:21.14 Yeah, immediately your stress chemicals go up, 00:09:21.15\00:09:24.49 right? Yes, yes. 00:09:24.50\00:09:25.55 But then, after the danger is over, 00:09:25.56\00:09:27.02 they go back down. I hope so. 00:09:27.03\00:09:28.87 But in David's instance, these stress chemicals 00:09:28.88\00:09:31.07 were up day after day, year after year 00:09:31.08\00:09:33.50 and sooner or later, they caused 00:09:33.51\00:09:34.98 this plaque to become unstable. 00:09:34.99\00:09:36.97 Eventually that plaque ruptured 00:09:36.98\00:09:38.63 leading to his heart attack. Okay. 00:09:38.64\00:09:40.00 So this is the journey. 00:09:40.01\00:09:41.20 I wanted him to understand why this happened. 00:09:41.21\00:09:43.80 And we had to get at some source of truth. 00:09:43.81\00:09:46.66 You know, truth is very important, 00:09:46.67\00:09:48.08 in medicine, in all points of life. 00:09:48.09\00:09:50.12 Truth is very important. 00:09:50.13\00:09:51.20 Now, Dr. Marcum, when you just frightened me, 00:09:51.21\00:09:53.44 when you just scared me, 00:09:53.45\00:09:54.83 I felt a lot of things happening 00:09:54.84\00:09:56.27 in our body-- my body. 00:09:56.28\00:09:57.92 Not a whole lot of good things happening there. 00:09:57.93\00:09:59.43 I felt my heart rate go up. 00:09:59.44\00:10:00.66 I felt my adrenaline go up. 00:10:00.67\00:10:02.73 It just changed who I am 00:10:02.74\00:10:05.54 and what I was thinking at that time. 00:10:05.55\00:10:07.50 It basically altered me. 00:10:07.51\00:10:09.83 Are you saying that that same thing, 00:10:09.84\00:10:12.48 that same change, that same alteration happens 00:10:12.49\00:10:14.71 when you have job stress. 00:10:14.72\00:10:16.22 When you have a co-worker that's mad at you. 00:10:16.23\00:10:17.87 Your child is not behaving correctly. 00:10:17.88\00:10:20.84 Is that the kind of stress that we are carrying 00:10:20.85\00:10:23.04 when someone doesn't frighten you but life gets to you? 00:10:23.05\00:10:26.26 Absolutely, Charles, and this is that hidden stress 00:10:26.27\00:10:29.51 because we're not living the owner's manual, 00:10:29.52\00:10:32.06 the plan we were originally given. 00:10:32.07\00:10:34.18 And we're not even thinking about 00:10:34.19\00:10:35.49 how we were supposed to live anymore. 00:10:35.50\00:10:36.99 Nothing frightened anything in Eden. 00:10:37.00\00:10:38.63 In other words-- No. 00:10:38.64\00:10:39.77 This response is something that came after sin. Right. 00:10:39.78\00:10:42.80 When things bad happen, the genetic stress 00:10:42.81\00:10:44.81 that we pass on from generation to generation. 00:10:44.82\00:10:47.07 Remember we were never designed to sit in chairs 00:10:47.08\00:10:49.92 all day playing with computers. Yeah. 00:10:49.93\00:10:51.99 We were never designed to eat some of the foods. 00:10:52.00\00:10:54.27 We were never designed to stay up late all night. 00:10:54.28\00:10:56.94 We were never designed to do these things. 00:10:56.95\00:10:58.92 And because we weren't designed that way, 00:10:58.93\00:11:00.94 guess what's happened? 00:11:00.95\00:11:02.26 Stress, the stress chemical goes in. 00:11:02.27\00:11:04.35 It activates our genetics. 00:11:04.36\00:11:05.77 It turns on all these things. 00:11:05.78\00:11:07.00 Then we need modern medicine right away, like David did. 00:11:07.01\00:11:09.39 Yes, yes, yes, yes. 00:11:09.40\00:11:10.84 And then, we put the stent in. 00:11:10.85\00:11:11.94 But, you know, what? 00:11:11.95\00:11:12.96 If we don't get at the cause of the problem, 00:11:12.97\00:11:15.16 guess what happens. 00:11:15.17\00:11:16.42 History repeats itself 'cause we don't solve the problem. 00:11:16.43\00:11:19.09 Now from a monetary-- from an economic standpoint, 00:11:19.10\00:11:21.92 this is very good. 00:11:21.93\00:11:23.34 Because people keep coming back for more. 00:11:23.35\00:11:25.28 More pills and bills for the ills. Yes. 00:11:25.29\00:11:27.77 But if you think about it in the ultimate solution, 00:11:27.78\00:11:30.28 this is not what we want to do. 00:11:30.29\00:11:31.72 We want to teach people how they can get back 00:11:31.73\00:11:33.86 to the plan when they were perfect. 00:11:33.87\00:11:35.55 And you can change your chemistry 00:11:35.56\00:11:37.45 by dealing with some of these stresses 00:11:37.46\00:11:38.97 much better than taking a lot of pills and bills 00:11:38.98\00:11:41.80 and all that kind of stuff. 00:11:41.81\00:11:42.99 We don't want that, Charles. 00:11:43.00\00:11:44.46 That's what I wanted to ask you 00:11:44.47\00:11:45.68 because if we take the time 00:11:45.69\00:11:48.63 to move back to this owner's manual. 00:11:48.64\00:11:50.58 You call this the owner's manual, the Bible. 00:11:50.59\00:11:52.89 If we go back to creation health--That's right. 00:11:52.90\00:11:55.56 And we find out how Adam and Eve 00:11:55.57\00:11:57.08 were living in creation, 00:11:57.09\00:11:58.75 is it possible for us to reverse 00:11:58.76\00:12:02.91 the stress in our bodies to some how mitigate it, 00:12:02.92\00:12:05.44 to somehow take the damage that's being done by stress 00:12:05.45\00:12:10.27 and healing ourselves from that stress 00:12:10.28\00:12:12.62 by changing our lifestyle? 00:12:12.63\00:12:13.96 Well, we can improve our chemistry. 00:12:13.97\00:12:16.10 Our genetics, we can't change. 00:12:16.11\00:12:17.99 But we can improve our chemistry 00:12:18.00\00:12:19.37 dramatically and I call this 00:12:19.38\00:12:21.97 biblical technology. Biblical technology. 00:12:21.98\00:12:24.24 By getting back to the principles of the Bible 00:12:24.25\00:12:27.33 that we're gonna learn about that I taught David about. 00:12:27.34\00:12:30.13 We actually change the chemistry. 00:12:30.14\00:12:32.43 Instead of taking pills 00:12:32.44\00:12:33.57 maybe we can exercise or rest more. 00:12:33.58\00:12:35.91 And it goes into every aspect 00:12:35.92\00:12:37.71 that God gave as a creation. 00:12:37.72\00:12:39.18 But likewise we have to first recognize like David 00:12:39.19\00:12:42.22 that things aren't all right in our bodies. Yes. 00:12:42.23\00:12:44.56 We assume they are. 00:12:44.57\00:12:45.71 We accept suicidal norms and before--before long 00:12:45.72\00:12:50.37 everything hidden in us blows up. All right. 00:12:50.38\00:12:53.27 Well, that's what we're gonna do 00:12:53.28\00:12:54.46 in Ultimate Prescription week after week. 00:12:54.47\00:12:56.47 We're gonna find out what those 00:12:56.48\00:12:58.03 new biblical technology, I guess, they are not new. 00:12:58.04\00:13:00.92 No, they've been around. 00:13:00.93\00:13:02.00 What they are and how they can help us. 00:13:02.01\00:13:03.45 And we'll come back and answer some questions 00:13:03.46\00:13:05.10 from our viewers after this break so stay tuned. 00:13:05.11\00:13:07.71
