my mother was a Christian

give my heart to the Lord,

followed the Lord

I started wandering
and getting more serious

relationship with the Lord,

us have to do that.

in an Adventist home

And so, I would say kind of
a nominal Christian background,

but when it came time
for me to go to high school,

my parents decided that
they were going to send me

to a public to,

not a public school,
but to a private school.

And I had the choice of
going to either an Adventist,

I mean, to a Lutheran
school or to a Catholic school.

And so I went to
the Lutheran school

and there I learned a
lot about church history.

And then years later

I was given a copy of
The Great Controversy.

And so when I read that book,
