I really don't... 00:01:27.95\00:01:29.78 and I know a lot of women who don't, 00:01:29.85\00:01:31.62 like, what do you do to avoid scams and rip offs and all that 00:01:31.65\00:01:35.89 so, I want you to be 00:01:35.92\00:01:37.83 our regular Car Care Advocate 00:01:37.86\00:01:42.00 because we really need to be able to have someone 00:01:42.06\00:01:45.63 that we can regularly count on 00:01:45.67\00:01:47.24 and that seems to be you so thank you again. 00:01:47.27\00:01:49.50 You're welcome... you're welcome 00:01:49.54\00:01:52.74 I just want to talk about the women 00:01:52.77\00:01:55.84 because woman are a majority in this world 00:01:55.88\00:01:58.35 and they're getting taken advantage of... 00:01:58.38\00:02:00.78 I mean, I have a mother and I have sisters 00:02:00.82\00:02:03.28 and I have a daughter, 00:02:03.32\00:02:04.75 I don't like seeing those women taken advantage of 00:02:04.79\00:02:07.62 and I hate when I hear stories of them... 00:02:07.66\00:02:10.53 that some people have taken advantage 00:02:10.56\00:02:12.96 and took money out of their family 00:02:12.99\00:02:15.36 in getting their car fixed 00:02:15.40\00:02:17.17 when they could have done it for cheaper 00:02:17.20\00:02:19.47 and still made a profit, that's disgusting. 00:02:19.50\00:02:21.80 Yeah and you know the thing is... is that 00:02:21.87\00:02:24.11 as a woman, sometimes, you're focused on other stuff, 00:02:24.17\00:02:27.84 you're focused on your job, your family and all that stuff 00:02:27.91\00:02:30.55 so you might not know about what to do with your car 00:02:30.58\00:02:34.45 and my older son would say, "I would just gas and go... " 00:02:34.48\00:02:38.15 because I really just kind of don't really know 00:02:38.19\00:02:41.32 about all of that stuff, so, one of the things that 00:02:41.39\00:02:44.49 is important is knowing what you don't know, 00:02:44.53\00:02:49.06 like, when I go to... to get my car repaired... 00:02:49.10\00:02:53.60 how will I know what to look for, how do I know... 00:02:53.64\00:02:57.07 how do I know if somebody's scamming me? 00:02:57.11\00:02:58.87 Well, there are signs that you can really look at 00:02:58.94\00:03:02.21 if the guy is not looking you in the face 00:03:02.24\00:03:03.95 and giving you... what's the word I'd like to refer to? 00:03:04.01\00:03:07.25 "The bull story... " that's... you know you can see that... 00:03:07.28\00:03:11.55 when you ask him a question 00:03:11.59\00:03:12.92 and he starts to feel uncomfortable, 00:03:12.95\00:03:15.32 you know that there is a problem, 00:03:15.36\00:03:16.69 if you start to say to him and put him on the defense 00:03:16.73\00:03:20.40 and he's giving a little "push back" 00:03:20.46\00:03:22.23 you know you're having a problem so what you need to do 00:03:22.26\00:03:26.03 is educate yourself before you go there 00:03:26.07\00:03:28.17 there are a lot of places out there that can help you, 00:03:28.20\00:03:31.24 I found another nice one called, Women-Drivers. com 00:03:31.27\00:03:34.28 that's geared up for women 00:03:34.31\00:03:35.94 and shows them different things they can do, 00:03:35.98\00:03:37.78 to have their car serviced and avoid being ripped off 00:03:37.81\00:03:40.78 but you have to go in there 00:03:40.82\00:03:43.02 with the mindset of not being afraid, 00:03:43.08\00:03:44.75 trust me... I know women hate going to the car dealership... 00:03:44.79\00:03:48.39 hate going... I hate going to cook... 00:03:48.42\00:03:50.79 I hate buying groceries so I do understand that 00:03:50.83\00:03:53.80 but we have to educate ourselves especially for our women 00:03:53.83\00:03:58.00 and let them learn how to take care of their car 00:03:58.03\00:04:02.27 especially now a days. 00:04:02.30\00:04:04.11 Yeah, that's good, that's good... 00:04:04.14\00:04:06.11 why do you think that these guys... 00:04:06.14\00:04:08.04 because mostly guys, mechanics and stuff... 00:04:08.08\00:04:10.58 why do you think they take advantage of women like that? 00:04:10.61\00:04:12.58 We don't want to get into the psyche of it all 00:04:12.61\00:04:15.98 but I think... one would think the motivation is money 00:04:16.02\00:04:18.69 or taking advantage of the weak, 00:04:18.72\00:04:21.32 when people... stronger people take advantage of weak people, 00:04:21.36\00:04:24.56 they abuse them... 00:04:24.59\00:04:26.03 they don't treat them a 100 percent like they should be 00:04:26.06\00:04:28.60 and that's what causes the problem 00:04:28.63\00:04:30.77 and that's why I want to stand up to let people know... 00:04:30.80\00:04:33.67 our Viewers know that they can stop being ripped off 00:04:33.70\00:04:36.74 if they take some time and do a little investigation 00:04:36.81\00:04:39.81 and don't depend on everything 00:04:39.84\00:04:41.48 they're telling you... do some checking. 00:04:41.51\00:04:44.01 Now, is this what you do every day? 00:04:44.05\00:04:46.98 I do it every day... 24 hours a day, 00:04:47.02\00:04:49.92 in my sleep I think about cars 00:04:49.95\00:04:52.35 I do... everyday... car shows... 00:04:52.39\00:04:54.66 I travel... " 00:06:23.01\00:06:25.91 people want to do business with people that treat them right 00:06:25.95\00:06:29.38 there's not enough of us out there, 00:06:29.42\00:06:31.65 so I have to put it on my shoulders 00:06:31.69\00:06:33.89 to come on Shows like yours to let people know 00:06:33.92\00:06:36.96 that you can get your car serviced properly 00:06:36.99\00:06:40.00 without getting ripped off 00:06:40.03\00:06:41.50 that when you bring it in 00:06:41.53\00:06:42.93 you feel like they're going to rip you off, 00:06:42.96\00:06:44.53 that's not a good feeling to have 00:06:44.57\00:06:47.20 so I wanted to have this for my own personal mission 00:06:47.24\00:06:51.07 and I'm glad that I have people that help me 00:06:51.11\00:06:53.31 like yourself... to push this out front 00:06:53.34\00:06:56.44 so people could start... stop... and start to learn 00:06:56.48\00:07:01.28 how not to get ripped off. 00:07:01.32\00:07:03.39 Wow, so what are some of the stories that... 00:07:03.45\00:07:07.12 experiences that you've had with helping... 00:07:07.16\00:07:10.79 particularly women 00:07:10.83\00:07:12.43 who have been able to avoid getting scammed. 00:07:12.46\00:07:16.13 I mean, there are so many... you know... 00:07:16.16\00:07:19.80 something comes to my mind, especially when people go and... 00:07:19.83\00:07:24.14 especially when women go in 00:07:24.17\00:07:25.51 and they tell them they need brakes, 00:07:25.54\00:07:27.51 okay, because brakes are easy to do, 00:07:27.54\00:07:29.58 it's a good profit center for the Big Box 00:07:29.61\00:07:31.98 and Small Box garages, 00:07:32.01\00:07:33.85 and they're going to say, "Well, your brakes are... 00:07:33.88\00:07:36.69 they're down 50 percent or less than 50 percent... " 00:07:36.72\00:07:39.49 well, brakes can go down to 20 percent 00:07:39.52\00:07:42.22 until they make a little squeaking noise... 00:07:42.26\00:07:44.66 you don't have to do them so early 00:07:44.69\00:07:46.03 but I see that people do that across the Country early 00:07:46.06\00:07:49.46 because they're looking for a profit 00:07:49.50\00:07:51.07 and the reason women can't... or men can't check 00:07:51.10\00:07:54.37 is because you have to take the rim off 00:07:54.40\00:07:56.81 and look at the brake pad and see if it's new 00:07:56.84\00:07:59.04 but some of these vehicles now-a-days... 00:07:59.07\00:08:00.98 you can look through 00:08:01.01\00:08:02.34 to see if they replaced your brake pads 00:08:02.38\00:08:04.21 which is a great thing now but other things... 00:08:04.25\00:08:07.78 stories... I find people overcharging them for 00:08:07.85\00:08:09.95 simple things like, if they need an exhaust clamp... 00:08:09.98\00:08:13.09 they charge them an hour to do that, 00:08:13.12\00:08:14.99 it takes 15 minutes... and you still made a profit... 00:08:15.02\00:08:18.89 things like that disgust me, I mean, 00:08:18.93\00:08:22.53 we need to be vigilant 00:08:22.56\00:08:25.37 on questioning the people that are working on our cars, 00:08:25.40\00:08:29.97 you're paying them anywhere from 85 to 155 dollars an hour, 00:08:30.01\00:08:34.54 I don't make 155 dollars an hour, 00:08:34.58\00:08:37.55 so if somebody's going to charge me that, 00:08:37.58\00:08:40.72 let me know what they are doing with my car. 00:08:40.75\00:08:44.32 So, you mean, labor can be as expensive as 00:08:44.35\00:08:47.89 a 155 dollars an hour for the labor? 00:08:47.92\00:08:50.76 Especially, you know, 00:08:50.79\00:08:52.13 I don't like to mention these cars 00:08:52.16\00:08:53.50 but I have to say this one, 00:08:53.53\00:08:55.13 the letter "B" for that type of car... 00:08:55.16\00:08:57.63 the letter "A" for that type of car, 00:08:57.70\00:09:00.10 the letter "P" for that type of car, 00:09:00.14\00:09:02.44 you know those high-end cars, the ones that go fast 00:09:02.47\00:09:05.81 and that are expensive, 00:09:05.84\00:09:07.74 they charge anywhere from 155 dollars an hour, 00:09:07.78\00:09:11.75 imagine that, you go in there for a couple of hours, 00:09:11.78\00:09:15.08 you're at 310 dollars 00:09:15.12\00:09:17.09 and you didn't even pay for the parts yet, 00:09:17.12\00:09:18.72 that's a lot of money... that's too much money... 00:09:18.75\00:09:23.02 Yeah, so what can... let's say 00:09:23.06\00:09:26.19 my brakes are starting to act up 00:09:26.23\00:09:29.36 and I go into a mechanic, 00:09:29.40\00:09:31.67 first of all, I got to find a mechanic, 00:09:31.70\00:09:34.44 right... and then... I go in to one... 00:09:34.47\00:09:37.07 I just find one online or something 00:09:37.11\00:09:40.91 and I go in and he starts telling me 00:09:40.94\00:09:44.71 okay, this, the brakes... 00:09:44.75\00:09:47.12 you have problems with the brakes but then 00:09:47.15\00:09:48.88 you also have this, this, this, this, this, this, this... 00:09:48.92\00:09:51.85 and he's just like a whole litany 00:09:51.92\00:09:53.49 of things that are wrong that have to be fixed 00:09:53.52\00:09:56.26 which is more money for him, how do I know 00:09:56.29\00:09:58.96 what takes precedence... like, how do I know how to... 00:09:58.99\00:10:02.60 it's... it's amazing... let me just preface this by saying, 00:10:02.63\00:10:06.84 it's amazing that... 00:10:06.87\00:10:08.30 like, I'm relatively intelligent on one end 00:10:08.34\00:10:11.31 but then when it comes to cars and stuff, 00:10:11.37\00:10:14.31 I really don't know a lot about cars, 00:10:14.34\00:10:16.71 that's never been my interest, that's never been my focus 00:10:16.75\00:10:20.32 so, I'm kind of like... easy to rip off, I think, 00:10:20.35\00:10:24.75 I'd be easy to rip off 00:10:24.79\00:10:26.96 just because I don't know enough about it 00:10:27.02\00:10:30.03 so, like you said, the first thing 00:10:30.06\00:10:32.56 is to educate myself before I even go 00:10:32.59\00:10:35.00 on whatever the symptoms are with the car, 00:10:35.03\00:10:38.60 I need to look that up 00:10:38.63\00:10:40.14 and kind of see what that could be, correct? 00:10:40.17\00:10:41.94 Correct, now, I'm going to tell you, 00:10:41.97\00:10:44.41 I'm sorry that you feel 00:10:44.44\00:10:46.04 they're going to take advantage of you, 00:10:46.07\00:10:47.71 that's no longer going to happen 00:10:47.74\00:10:49.08 because you got the Car Care Defender on your side. 00:10:49.11\00:10:52.45 Oh come on now... there you go, there you go... 00:10:52.48\00:10:55.85 I have the Car Care Defender! 00:10:55.88\00:10:57.22 Before that, the list that you're talking about... 00:10:57.25\00:10:59.65 in the Business, it's called the Laundry List, 00:10:59.69\00:11:02.22 a laundry list, you go in for one thing 00:11:02.26\00:11:04.69 and they give you five to ten different items on the car, 00:11:04.76\00:11:08.33 that's called a Laundry List, 00:11:08.36\00:11:09.90 you didn't go in for that, you went there for your brakes, 00:11:09.96\00:11:12.03 now they say you need headlights, 00:11:12.07\00:11:13.80 now they say you need a coolant service, 00:11:13.84\00:11:15.67 now they say you need to do a brake flip, 00:11:15.70\00:11:17.67 now they say you need tires, 00:11:17.71\00:11:19.21 that's called a Laundry List, 00:11:19.24\00:11:20.98 how to beat the Laundry List 00:11:21.01\00:11:22.74 and not be taken to the Cleaners... easy... 00:11:22.78\00:11:24.95 deal with the thing that you came in for 00:11:24.98\00:11:27.32 and that was brakes, 00:11:27.35\00:11:28.68 now, when they show you the brakes, 00:11:28.72\00:11:30.59 or tell you you need brakes, 00:11:30.62\00:11:32.32 make them show you the brake pad, 00:11:32.35\00:11:34.02 you have the right to request the parts 00:11:34.06\00:11:38.03 when you have your car serviced. 00:11:38.06\00:11:39.89 Now, if you get the brake pads back 00:11:39.93\00:11:41.73 and they look all rusty and they're down... 00:11:41.76\00:11:43.90 then you know you needed brakes, 00:11:43.97\00:11:45.53 but I like to do a comparison, 00:11:45.60\00:11:47.14 since you're spending your money, 00:11:47.17\00:11:49.10 anywhere from 155 dollars an hour, 00:11:49.14\00:11:51.14 ask them to bring you a new brake pad 00:11:51.17\00:11:53.84 and a used one and let you compare 00:11:53.88\00:11:56.04 so you can know that you are not being ripped off. 00:11:56.08\00:11:59.45 Ah... you know that's interesting 00:11:59.48\00:12:01.92 because that's not something I would ordinarily do, 00:12:01.95\00:12:05.19 like, I wouldn't ordinarily ask to see my old one, 00:12:05.22\00:12:10.23 to compare to see if my old one and the new one 00:12:10.26\00:12:14.66 show a real contrast and that makes a lot of sense 00:12:14.73\00:12:18.03 and we don't even realize that we can ask that. 00:12:18.10\00:12:21.40 That... that's your right to, 00:12:21.44\00:12:23.47 it's your right to ask for the part, 00:12:23.51\00:12:25.37 you are paying for the work, 00:12:25.41\00:12:27.84 it's your car, it's your parts. 00:12:27.88\00:12:30.38 "Let me have my parts back, let me take a look at them... I can buy it for that... 00:16:07.06\00:16:10.73 now that puts him again on the defense, 00:16:10.77\00:16:14.24 so then you can get a better price 00:16:14.27\00:16:16.34 and then once he gives you that price, 00:16:16.37\00:16:18.57 hold on a little bit more and say, 00:16:18.61\00:16:20.74 you need a better price because remember, 00:16:20.78\00:16:24.71 this is a negotiation 00:16:24.75\00:16:27.08 and the person that sticks to their price 00:16:27.12\00:16:30.05 or sticks to their guns, usually can win 00:16:30.09\00:16:32.95 but at the end... the negotiation must have a 00:16:32.99\00:16:37.09 win-win situation... so... if you wanted 5,000 00:16:37.13\00:16:41.16 he can't move down to 5,000 00:16:41.20\00:16:42.86 but he was able to come down to 3,000... you've won. 00:16:42.90\00:16:46.80 you got the car at a better price than you would have gotten 00:16:46.84\00:16:50.41 if you walked in there and didn't say one word, 00:16:50.44\00:16:52.04 you would have paid the full price 00:16:52.07\00:16:53.91 so that's one of the things you must do 00:16:53.94\00:16:56.01 because remember, it's negotiation... 00:16:56.04\00:16:57.88 like we negotiate with our kids, it's the same thing 00:16:57.91\00:17:00.35 but it's just a guy behind the desk with a tie on 00:17:00.38\00:17:02.78 trying to sell you a car... just remember that. 00:17:02.82\00:17:05.15 Right, right... so you go in there 00:17:05.19\00:17:09.09 and you take the car for a test drive, 00:17:09.12\00:17:12.59 now, if it's a used car, 00:17:12.63\00:17:14.40 how do you know that it's not like, a lemon? 00:17:14.43\00:17:19.50 If you drive it and it seems fine, 00:17:19.53\00:17:22.10 you don't hear any noises or anything, 00:17:22.17\00:17:24.87 how can you... what's the best way... 00:17:24.91\00:17:27.58 to avoid getting a lemon? 00:17:27.61\00:17:29.71 Go for a test drive, take it through the paces, 00:17:29.74\00:17:34.48 put the brakes on hard, steer hard, 00:17:34.55\00:17:37.35 go over bumps, listen to everything, 00:17:37.39\00:17:39.85 roll the windows up and down, open the doors, the trunk, 00:17:39.89\00:17:42.66 everything... and then the last thing you want to do 00:17:42.69\00:17:45.39 is... ask them to bring the car to the back of the garage 00:17:45.43\00:17:49.13 and put it up on the lift and let you look underneath them. 00:17:49.16\00:17:52.87 And what am I looking for? 00:17:52.90\00:17:54.24 Doesn't matter... you're just looking out for rust 00:17:54.27\00:17:56.27 or anything unusual, 00:17:56.30\00:17:57.64 this is the part where you got to become an actor, 00:17:57.67\00:17:59.54 act like you know what you're doing. 00:17:59.57\00:18:01.54 But if you do that... 00:18:01.58\00:18:04.45 that shows them that you're concerned with the vehicle, 00:18:04.48\00:18:07.48 remember, it's all a game here, 00:18:07.52\00:18:09.62 you're trying to get the best deal 00:18:09.65\00:18:11.69 and they're trying to sell for the most that they can 00:18:11.72\00:18:14.36 and when you bring the car back to the garage, 00:18:14.42\00:18:16.99 you got it up in the air, the guy is thinking about, 00:18:17.03\00:18:19.56 "Oh, she might see this under there... 00:18:19.59\00:18:21.43 oh... I don't know... " 00:18:21.46\00:18:22.80 now, he's going to come back and go, 00:18:22.83\00:18:24.47 "Okay, well, we'll do a deal, we'll do it for that price" 00:18:24.50\00:18:26.60 because he doesn't want to continue going on 00:18:26.63\00:18:29.04 because you're taking him through the paces 00:18:29.10\00:18:31.37 but you make them work for his money, 00:18:31.41\00:18:34.08 that's what you're doing, 00:18:34.11\00:18:35.78 you have every right to have the vehicle inspected 00:18:35.81\00:18:39.51 by another dealership but you, of course, 00:18:39.55\00:18:42.18 you have to pay for it 00:18:42.22\00:18:43.99 or you have to pay for the car, bring it back, 00:18:44.02\00:18:46.02 there are so many things that go into it, 00:18:46.05\00:18:47.39 so have them bring it to the back of the garage, 00:18:47.42\00:18:49.39 put it up in the air and let you look underneath of it, 00:18:49.42\00:18:52.06 I mean, you can see if it's got brand-new tires, 00:18:52.09\00:18:54.06 you can see if it got bald tires, 00:18:54.10\00:18:56.00 you can see if things are leaking, 00:18:56.06\00:18:57.90 if you see something leaking down, 00:18:57.93\00:18:59.73 you know that there's something wrong. 00:18:59.77\00:19:01.44 Right, right, that's good. 00:19:01.50\00:19:02.84 I mean... obvious things, you don't have to be afraid 00:19:02.90\00:19:05.94 the car is not going to fall on you 00:19:05.97\00:19:07.48 when you have it up in the air, 00:19:07.51\00:19:09.41 so make them work for their money 00:19:09.44\00:19:11.28 and that's how you're going to avoid being ripped off 00:19:11.31\00:19:13.55 and get the best price available. 00:19:13.58\00:19:14.98 That's good... that's good... 00:19:15.02\00:19:16.42 what would you say are the five biggest mistakes 00:19:16.48\00:19:19.92 that women or men make 00:19:19.95\00:19:22.56 when they're either going for a repair 00:19:22.59\00:19:24.86 or going to purchase a car? 00:19:24.89\00:19:28.56 Not asking any questions. 00:19:28.60\00:19:30.07 Okay, that's the first one, not asking any questions. 00:19:30.10\00:19:34.37 Not asking any questions. 00:19:34.40\00:19:35.87 Unpack that a little bit for us. 00:19:35.90\00:19:37.41 "What are you going to do, how are you going to do it, 00:19:37.44\00:19:42.74 how long it's going to take, 00:19:42.78\00:19:44.11 when do you expect to have my car back 00:19:44.15\00:19:46.15 and are you going to keep me informed?" 00:19:46.18\00:19:48.32 Going through all those things, 00:19:48.35\00:19:49.75 making sure that you're getting your money's worth. 00:19:49.78\00:19:52.89 Second, "Do you provide any transportation? 00:19:52.92\00:19:55.89 Do you give loaner cars, do you have rental cars?" 00:19:55.92\00:19:59.36 third... 00:19:59.39\00:20:00.73 Let me go back to that for a second 00:20:00.76\00:20:02.70 because that's a good one 00:20:02.73\00:20:04.07 because a lot of times, you know, like, 00:20:04.10\00:20:06.53 you might have damaged your car 00:20:06.57\00:20:09.97 in an accident or something and some places 00:20:10.01\00:20:14.28 would give you loaners, right? 00:20:14.31\00:20:16.31 While they're repairing your car, 00:20:16.34\00:20:18.31 they'll give you a loaner and other places don't, 00:20:18.35\00:20:21.25 so this is... this is an important thing to ask 00:20:21.28\00:20:24.15 because some people don't even know 00:20:24.19\00:20:25.52 that you can get a loaner. 00:20:25.55\00:20:26.99 Right... yeah if you can... it saves you money, 00:20:27.02\00:20:29.92 the average rental car is what, 30 dollars or 40 dollars? 00:20:29.96\00:20:32.89 So that saves you a couple of dollars 00:20:32.93\00:20:35.33 I want you also to make sure you ask, 00:20:35.36\00:20:37.47 "What is the warranty of the repair?" 00:20:37.50\00:20:39.40 So that if you do... we're going to use "brakes" again, 00:20:39.43\00:20:42.14 "If you do my brakes, what is the warranty?" 00:20:42.17\00:20:44.87 12 months... 12,000 miles... how long am I covered for? 00:20:44.94\00:20:50.51 If I come... do I hear a squeak I bring it back... 00:20:50.55\00:20:52.95 do I pay nothing out of my pocket, 00:20:52.98\00:20:54.65 do you take care of it for me? 00:20:54.68\00:20:56.28 Can I go to another place and have it fixed? 00:20:56.32\00:20:58.65 If you went to a Big-Box Garage, 00:20:58.69\00:21:00.69 so, you want to know that, you want to know the warranty, 00:21:00.72\00:21:04.33 you want to know the warranty of the work that is being done, 00:21:04.36\00:21:07.63 you don't want to pay for the work twice, 00:21:07.66\00:21:09.46 you don't want to pay for it twice. 00:21:09.50\00:21:12.40 That's right, I've heard stories of people who 00:21:12.43\00:21:16.34 take their car in and it's supposedly fixed 00:21:16.37\00:21:19.91 and they take it out and they start driving it 00:21:19.94\00:21:23.11 and the same thing happens right away again... 00:21:23.14\00:21:26.55 so it looks like it was never really fixed 00:21:26.58\00:21:29.75 so you're saying, check to see if there is 00:21:29.78\00:21:32.92 some kind of guarantee or warranty on their work. 00:21:32.95\00:21:36.69 Absolutely, you want to make sure of that. 00:21:36.73\00:21:38.93 Do most garages do that, 00:21:38.96\00:21:40.30 do they give a warranty on their work? 00:21:40.33\00:21:43.40 Yes, they do... but Small-Box Garages... 00:21:43.43\00:21:45.97 their warranty is smaller 00:21:46.00\00:21:47.54 and the Big-Box Garages, their warranty is bigger, 00:21:47.57\00:21:50.54 some manufacturers are there... 00:21:50.57\00:21:52.17 are giving two years, 00:21:52.21\00:21:53.78 24,000 miles on the work that they have done at their garages 00:21:53.81\00:21:57.81 and the Small-Box Garages, 00:21:57.85\00:21:59.71 they're usually, sometimes they give 30 to 60 days, 00:21:59.78\00:22:01.82 remember, they don't have the same network 00:22:01.85\00:22:03.75 because they're usually independently owned... 00:22:03.79\00:22:05.65 so, you got to go back to them, 00:22:05.69\00:22:08.02 sometimes you have to pay the labor, 00:22:08.06\00:22:09.42 sometimes you have to pay the parts, 00:22:09.46\00:22:10.79 that's why you need to find out, exactly what is your warranty 00:22:10.83\00:22:14.03 so if you put a brand-new part in it and it fails, 00:22:14.06\00:22:17.07 do you have to pay for that if the part fails 00:22:17.10\00:22:19.47 and he has to do it again?
