I love it... 00:07:44.96\00:07:48.63 now you going to put him on to work... defense... 00:07:48.66\00:07:51.67 he says, "Wow! she did her research 00:07:51.70\00:07:53.80 she knows more than I expected, 00:07:53.84\00:07:55.87 now she came back and she wanted a discount," 00:07:55.94\00:07:58.91 now he has two choices here, 00:07:58.94\00:08:00.71 he can either say, "I can't give you a discount," 00:08:00.74\00:08:03.78 okay... or he can say, "I'll give you a discount 00:08:03.81\00:08:06.75 but I can't give you 20 percent, I can give you 15... " 00:08:06.78\00:08:09.35 so you take the 15... 00:08:09.38\00:08:10.82 but he does not want to lose your business, 00:08:10.85\00:08:13.49 you're already there and having your car worked on, 00:08:13.52\00:08:16.19 he already knows that you went to another garage 00:08:16.22\00:08:18.73 or called someone to see if they could do the job for you, 00:08:18.79\00:08:22.20 so you might leave there and go somewhere else 00:08:22.23\00:08:24.47 he doesn't want to lose money that's in the house, 00:08:24.50\00:08:26.43 so most likely, a 100 percent of the time, 00:08:26.47\00:08:28.77 they would do the deal. 00:08:28.80\00:08:30.14 Oh, this is some good... good information 00:08:30.21\00:08:33.07 I know our Viewers are going to love this, 00:08:33.11\00:08:36.11 okay, so, we got the diagnosis, we got them telling us 00:08:36.14\00:08:40.52 just what needs to be done, you got the discount perhaps, 00:08:40.55\00:08:44.82 if you could get the discount, 00:08:44.85\00:08:46.86 now, I think you also mentioned 00:08:46.89\00:08:48.86 in some correspondence to me 00:08:48.89\00:08:50.83 that it's important to get an estimate 00:08:50.86\00:08:53.50 let's talk about that, a written estimate... 00:08:53.53\00:08:55.86 why is that important? 00:08:55.90\00:08:57.23 Because a written estimate keeps them legally... 00:08:57.27\00:09:02.00 at what they can do... 00:09:02.04\00:09:03.77 if they gave you an estimate of $500 00:09:03.84\00:09:06.17 for doing whatever job they're going to do, 00:09:06.21\00:09:08.91 brakes, hoses, light bulbs, whatever it is, 00:09:08.94\00:09:11.55 and they call you back and say, 00:09:11.58\00:09:13.88 "Well, that's going to be $700, 00:09:13.95\00:09:16.12 and we already did it without you okaying it," 00:09:16.15\00:09:18.62 then they're not supposed to take care of that either.. 00:09:18.65\00:09:21.59 because they didn't get the authorization from you. 00:09:21.62\00:09:24.49 so that's why you always need to have a written estimate 00:09:24.53\00:09:27.40 and plus if you have to go to the Court of Law 00:09:27.46\00:09:28.76 you can go and show them, "I signed for $500 not $700" 00:09:28.80\00:09:33.67 so that gives you a legal leg to stand on 00:09:33.74\00:09:36.71 also, if something happens while your car is there, 00:09:36.74\00:09:39.21 you have evidence that your car was there, 00:09:39.24\00:09:41.11 you might never know what might happen 00:09:41.18\00:09:42.98 when you go to these places, then... 00:09:43.01\00:09:44.35 something could have happened, unforeseen... 00:09:44.38\00:09:46.11 so you want to make sure that your car was there, 00:09:46.15\00:09:49.05 also, it gives a time of when your car was there, 00:09:49.08\00:09:51.82 and like I said, 00:09:51.89\00:09:53.22 when you bring cars into different dealerships, 00:09:53.25\00:09:54.92 Big Box or Small Box Repair Facility, 00:09:54.96\00:09:57.66 always leave one key... do not leave any of your other keys 00:09:57.69\00:10:01.33 that you have to your vehicle, 00:10:01.40\00:10:03.16 like your house keys, your office keys, 00:10:03.20\00:10:05.63 I don't believe in that, just leave one key 00:10:05.67\00:10:08.04 keep yourself safe, 00:10:08.10\00:10:09.44 I'm not saying everybody is unscrupulous or going crazy 00:10:09.47\00:10:12.71 but I like... 00:10:12.74\00:10:14.08 an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. 00:10:14.14\00:10:16.04 Absolutely, I think that's very wise, 00:10:16.08\00:10:18.85 so you just leave that car key... 00:10:18.88\00:10:21.52 that one key there and no other keys. 00:10:21.55\00:10:24.15 Because you got to think about this, 00:10:24.19\00:10:26.19 they have your Registration, inside your glove compartment 00:10:26.22\00:10:29.59 they know where you live, 00:10:29.62\00:10:30.96 that's a good idea to only leave one key... 00:10:30.99\00:10:36.06 that's one of the... best advice I could give people out there, 00:10:36.10\00:10:39.00 but also, when you're doing these estimates, 00:10:39.03\00:10:41.40 make sure they tell you what they're going to do 00:10:41.47\00:10:43.84 and how they're going to do it, 00:10:43.87\00:10:45.21 and what benefit it's going to be for you. 00:10:45.24\00:10:47.21 What I mean by that is, the car tells you what it needs, 00:10:47.24\00:10:50.58 if you're having an electrical problem, 00:10:50.61\00:10:52.68 there's no warning, it just happens, 00:10:52.71\00:10:54.78 electrical... just happens, 00:10:54.82\00:10:56.15 if you're having a mechanical problem, 00:10:56.18\00:10:59.02 there's a warning... noise, grinding, 00:10:59.05\00:11:01.76 some type of sound, vibration, anything, 00:11:01.79\00:11:04.36 so it gives a little warning 00:11:04.43\00:11:05.76 so you have time to get that repaired, 00:11:05.79\00:11:08.20 electrical, there's no warning, it just happens, 00:11:08.23\00:11:10.87 battery... just goes bad, 00:11:10.93\00:11:12.30 starter... just goes bad, 00:11:12.33\00:11:13.70 the windows stop working... just goes bad, 00:11:13.74\00:11:15.80 so you're at their mercy when those happen, 00:11:15.84\00:11:18.11 but be prepared to understand what's going on, 00:11:18.14\00:11:20.38 do your research, 00:11:20.44\00:11:22.11 there's a wonderful website out there called RepairPal. com in, 00:12:04.95\00:12:06.42 put in your zip code, and then put in the repair, 00:12:06.45\00:12:10.73 front brakes, rear brakes, transmission, this service, 00:12:10.76\00:12:13.50 and click on it and get an estimate 00:12:13.53\00:12:15.33 it will give you a dial, 00:12:15.36\00:12:16.73 from the lowest... to the highest... 00:12:16.77\00:12:18.97 then also, it gives dealerships that it recommends, 00:12:19.00\00:12:22.07 repair garages that it recommends 00:12:22.14\00:12:24.27 but now you have ammunition, 00:12:24.31\00:12:26.21 if you know that you got an estimate 00:12:26.24\00:12:27.98 you're towards the high side, 00:12:28.01\00:12:29.34 you know the guy is probably ripping you off, 00:12:29.38\00:12:31.95 if you're dead in the middle, 00:12:31.98\00:12:33.52 you know he has to make a profit or a living, so that's okay, 00:12:33.58\00:12:36.85 and if it's on the lower side, 00:12:36.89\00:12:38.49 you know that's a great place to do business with, 00:12:38.52\00:12:40.92 because they're fair and honest 00:12:40.96\00:12:42.76 and they want to take care of you. 00:12:42.82\00:12:44.29 I like to compare the car business 00:12:44.33\00:12:47.86 with the medical business, 00:12:47.86\00:12:49.53 I hope that there are no doctors out there 00:12:49.56\00:12:50.90 to get upset or anything, 00:12:50.93\00:12:52.27 but I just want to compare these two for a second. 00:12:52.30\00:12:54.94 I compare the hospitals being your Big Box Garage, 00:12:54.97\00:12:57.97 Big Dealership, 00:12:58.01\00:12:59.34 I compare the immediate care, the outsource doctors, you know, 00:12:59.37\00:13:04.28 quick doctors, as your Little Garages, 00:13:04.31\00:13:07.15 your Small Garages, now... 00:13:07.22\00:13:08.98 Like an ER doctor? 00:13:09.02\00:13:10.59 ER... you go in... and come right out, okay? 00:13:10.62\00:13:14.76 So, now, the doctors are compared to mechanics 00:13:14.79\00:13:18.13 they both use tools, they operate on the vehicle, 00:13:18.16\00:13:21.46 they operate on humans, 00:13:21.50\00:13:23.03 they take care of the same thing with the car, 00:13:23.06\00:13:25.47 but doctors and hospitals are regulated 00:13:25.50\00:13:28.54 by how much they get paid by an insurance company 00:13:28.57\00:13:31.44 right... if you have insurance, 00:13:31.47\00:13:34.04 they say, "You can't overcharge for that, 00:13:34.08\00:13:35.88 we're not going to give you that much money," 00:13:35.91\00:13:37.65 In the car business, 00:13:37.71\00:13:40.08 once you're out of warranty of your vehicle, 00:13:40.12\00:13:42.22 who is regulating how much they're charging you? 00:13:42.25\00:13:44.32 Hmmm... 00:13:44.35\00:13:45.99 So you would have to be careful 00:13:46.02\00:13:48.16 that you're not getting ripped off 00:13:48.19\00:13:50.29 and do your research... 00:13:50.33\00:13:52.06 do your research, 00:13:52.09\00:13:54.93 if you have a problem or question at all, 00:13:54.96\00:13:57.00 you can contact me and my e-mail at carcaredefender@gmail. com 00:13:57.03\00:14:02.50 or on my Twitter, at ccaredefender. 00:14:02.54\00:14:05.91 I'll repeat again for you, nice and slow, 00:14:05.94\00:14:08.31 CarCareDefender@gmail. com or ccaredefender@twitter 00:14:08.34\00:14:15.32 now, repair. com will help you 00:14:15.35\00:14:18.72 also, cars. com has a service page on 00:14:18.75\00:14:21.69 that lets you know if you're getting ripped off 00:14:21.72\00:14:23.43 when you're having your car serviced, 00:14:23.46\00:14:24.79 these are available to you free of charge, 00:14:24.83\00:14:27.40 you only got to take a couple of minutes to do it, 00:14:27.40\00:14:30.43 we compare shop for everything, TVs, furniture, clothes, 00:14:30.47\00:14:34.97 why can't we compare shop for having our cars serviced? 00:14:35.00\00:14:39.51 Absolutely, I totally agree, 00:14:39.54\00:14:42.18 I'm so thankful that we're getting this information 00:14:42.21\00:14:45.85 because it's so often that again... 00:14:45.88\00:14:48.75 if you don't know better, you don't do better, 00:14:48.82\00:14:51.62 so now the information you're giving us, 00:14:51.65\00:14:54.79 we now... are knowing better 00:14:54.82\00:14:57.39 so we can do better. 00:14:57.43\00:14:58.86 Yeah, absolutely, now, also, I want to mention that 00:14:58.89\00:15:01.93 I had people all over the Country 00:15:01.96\00:15:03.37 send me their invoices 00:15:03.40\00:15:04.73 of what they had with service repairs and everything, 00:15:04.77\00:15:08.10 and I analyzed for them 00:15:08.17\00:15:09.64 and I give them a report back to let them know 00:15:09.67\00:15:12.47 were they charged fairly or were they overcharged. 00:15:12.51\00:15:15.24 Now, once I do that for them, if they were overcharged, 00:15:15.28\00:15:18.95 I give them advice... 00:15:18.98\00:15:20.45 I told them they need to find another garage 00:15:20.52\00:15:21.85 to do business with, 00:15:21.88\00:15:23.25 I have a young man that was out of Washington, D.C. area 00:15:23.28\00:15:27.99 he brought in an Audi into a dealership 00:15:28.06\00:15:30.53 they overcharged him $800. 00:15:30.63\00:15:34.40 Overcharged? so that means, he paid one amount 00:15:34.46\00:15:39.77 and then on top of that $800... 00:15:39.80\00:15:41.50 The job should have been... they charged him $1,500 00:15:41.54\00:15:45.14 to have rear brakes done with pads and rollers 00:15:45.17\00:15:48.48 and what we call a "purge valve" which is part of emissions 00:15:48.51\00:15:52.05 now, doing that at the regular price 00:15:52.08\00:15:54.35 after I did my analyzation 00:15:54.38\00:15:55.75 and looked over the bill, 00:15:55.78\00:15:57.15 it should have been $848 plus tax, 00:15:57.19\00:16:00.09 nothing wrong with that... great price, 00:16:00.12\00:16:02.86 they're entitled to make a profit, 00:16:02.92\00:16:05.66 but they charged him $1,500. 00:16:05.69\00:16:08.93 And how did you figure that out, based on what? 00:16:09.00\00:16:12.73 I based it on the repair that they did on the vehicle, 00:16:12.77\00:16:16.00 the model of the car, and the parts that they replaced 00:16:16.04\00:16:19.24 and knowing the labor times, 00:16:19.27\00:16:20.98 because the internet has a lot of things available, 00:16:21.01\00:16:23.65 plus I also have different software that I can use, 00:16:23.68\00:16:26.28 now, if you're doing a real brake job on a vehicle 00:16:26.31\00:16:29.05 and your replacing the brake pads 00:16:29.08\00:16:31.02 which clamp down on the rotors, 00:16:31.09\00:16:32.95 and you're not machining the rotors, 00:16:32.99\00:16:35.69 putting them on a lathe and grinding them down, 00:16:35.72\00:16:37.06 it should take you... quicker, 00:16:37.13\00:16:38.46 the young man replaced his brake pads, 00:16:38.49\00:16:40.73 and replaced rotors, so basically, 00:16:40.80\00:16:43.06 he was just swapping parts, that was it, 00:16:43.10\00:16:46.03 they charged them for machining rotors 00:16:46.07\00:16:48.94 they didn't machine the rotors, and it was stated in the story 00:16:48.97\00:16:53.78 and I read the story, 00:16:53.84\00:16:55.18 a lot of times, people don't read their repair orders, 00:16:55.21\00:16:58.15 they pay and they walk right out the store, 00:16:58.18\00:17:00.35 out of the garage and throw it in their glove box, 00:17:00.38\00:17:03.45 that's the last time they see it, 00:17:03.52\00:17:05.15 they throw it in the glove box, 00:17:05.19\00:17:06.59 the only time they complain is 00:17:06.65\00:17:07.99 if there's something wrong with the car, 00:17:08.02\00:17:09.42 that wasn't fixed correctly, but you need to look at it, 00:17:09.46\00:17:12.46 have the guy go over the repair with you 00:17:12.49\00:17:14.66 on what they've done, 00:17:14.73\00:17:16.20 so you make sure that you're not getting ripped off, 00:17:16.23\00:17:19.20 it happens a lot... it happens a lot. 00:17:19.23\00:17:22.67 That is so... it's terrible in that... 00:17:22.74\00:17:26.14 I mean, if you're a regular working person, 00:17:26.17\00:17:29.84 you don't just have money to just throw away like that, 00:17:29.88\00:17:32.78 his bill should have been $800 and it was almost twice that. 00:17:32.81\00:17:37.32 $1,509... 00:17:37.39\00:17:40.26 $1,500... that is so crazy, 00:17:40.29\00:17:42.86 give us some other examples of people that you've helped 00:17:42.89\00:17:46.36 that have had these major scams or rip-offs happen to them. 00:17:46.39\00:17:49.80 I mean, there are so many to mention 00:17:49.83\00:17:52.53 but the way I do it is that they send me the information, 00:17:52.57\00:17:56.60 and I design a plan for them 00:17:56.67\00:17:59.04 of how they can either get their money back, number one, 00:17:59.07\00:18:02.71 or get a credit from the store that they're doing business with 00:18:02.74\00:18:06.38 for the future business. 00:18:06.41\00:18:07.75 I like people to send me any bills, 00:18:07.78\00:18:09.85 I like the estimates first, 00:18:09.88\00:18:11.62 so I can tell them what to do before they pay, 00:18:11.65\00:18:14.19 it's always hard to get money once you pay, 00:18:14.22\00:18:16.22 Hmmm... 00:18:16.26\00:18:17.59 so, if you can do it before, sending your estimates in to me 00:18:17.66\00:18:21.40 in my e-mail, I'll be glad to look at it, 00:18:21.43\00:18:24.27 because, I'm tired of you ladies getting ripped off, 00:18:24.30\00:18:26.77 kids that are going to college getting ripped off, 00:18:26.84\00:18:29.27 senior citizens getting ripped off, 00:18:29.30\00:18:31.21 and nobody is saying anything, 00:18:31.24\00:18:33.14 no one's saying anything at all, everybody's quiet... mmm... 00:18:33.17\00:18:38.08 I'm tired of that, I need them to make noise, 00:18:38.11\00:18:42.38 my son, right now, 00:18:42.42\00:18:43.79 is going to college in North Carolina, 00:18:43.82\00:18:45.95 and he has a car, and he took it in for a recall, 00:18:45.99\00:18:49.39 brought it in for a recall, 00:18:49.46\00:18:51.19 and the gentleman looked over the car, did the recall, 00:18:51.23\00:18:53.29 he told my son that he needed $1,200 worth of work on the car, 00:18:53.33\00:18:58.90 my son calls me, he says, "Dad, this guy is saying 00:18:58.93\00:19:04.07 $1,200 worth of work on the car, 00:19:04.14\00:19:06.57 it's only got 28,000 miles," 00:19:06.61\00:19:10.58 I said, "Let me talk to him" so my son puts him on the phone 00:19:10.61\00:19:12.85 and this guy goes through his whole spiel 00:19:12.88\00:19:14.65 of everything that the car needs to have done, 00:19:14.68\00:19:18.12 so I said to him, 00:19:18.15\00:19:19.49 "It needs a 30,000-mile service?" 00:19:19.52\00:19:22.02 He said, "Yes," 00:19:22.06\00:19:23.39 I said, "And what's recommended for that?" 00:19:23.46\00:19:26.09 He goes through the whole list, 00:19:26.13\00:19:27.46 I said, "Is that in the Owner's manual, 00:19:27.50\00:19:29.06 because I don't see that in the Owner's Manual," 00:19:29.13\00:19:31.00 he's like, "Well, that's what we recommend" 00:19:31.03\00:19:33.67 I said, "But the manufacturer recommends this and that... 00:19:33.74\00:19:37.84 and you want to charge me $540 to change my oil, 00:19:37.87\00:19:42.48 rotate my tires, do an air filter, 00:19:42.51\00:19:45.91 that's way... that's not stealing 00:19:45.95\00:19:49.28 that's robbing with two guns and a mask, 00:19:49.32\00:19:51.52 so you want to charge us $1,200, 00:19:51.55\00:19:58.13 why would I buy a new car or lease a car 00:19:58.16\00:20:00.70 I'm not going to do a lot of maintenance?" 00:20:00.73\00:20:03.13 the guy started to get indignant with me and upset 00:20:03.16\00:20:06.03 but I continued to smile and say, "You know what? 00:20:06.07\00:20:08.67 I'll tell you what I will do, just do the recall for us 00:20:08.74\00:20:12.07 and we'll come back and make an appointment 00:20:12.11\00:20:14.24 for the other stuff," 00:20:14.28\00:20:15.61 because I didn't want them to hold the car hostage, 00:20:15.64\00:20:17.78 you know, they do the scare tactics with you 00:20:17.81\00:20:19.78 when you're at these places 00:20:19.81\00:20:21.15 and you don't go ahead and give them the okay 00:20:21.18\00:20:23.65 or authority to do the job, they're trying to scare you, 00:20:23.69\00:20:26.29 "If you leave right now, the tire might fall off" 00:20:26.35\00:20:28.82 and they give you all these things 00:20:28.86\00:20:30.19 and make you spend your money which is not true, 00:20:30.23\00:20:33.13 because if there was something that was "safety," 00:20:33.16\00:20:36.16 and you had a written estimate 00:20:36.23\00:20:37.90 and they do not put it down on the paperwork 00:20:37.93\00:20:39.97 and something happens to you, you got legal recourse 00:20:40.00\00:20:43.34 "because you know there was a safety issue 00:20:43.37\00:20:45.47 and you didn't tell me," so let's stop playing that game, 00:20:45.51\00:20:49.21 stop trying to scare people out there 00:20:49.24\00:20:51.65 to buying extra work that they don't need, 00:20:51.68\00:20:53.75 and let them do what the car needs. 00:20:53.78\00:20:56.92 That is excellent... excellent information, 00:20:56.95\00:21:01.22 what about additives? 00:21:01.26\00:21:02.69 Additives... I like to say that additives 00:21:02.72\00:21:07.40 there are two things, if you're using them correctly, 00:21:07.40\00:21:10.33 what I mean by that, 00:21:10.37\00:21:11.77 if they're being put into your car, 00:21:11.83\00:21:13.74 they're great... 00:21:13.80\00:21:15.14 Now, what's an additive, 00:21:15.17\00:21:16.87 explain it to our Viewers, what is an additive? 00:21:16.91\00:21:19.21 An additive... well, let's use gasoline, 00:21:19.24\00:21:21.58 for example, 00:21:21.61\00:21:22.94 the additive into the gasoline 00:21:22.98\00:21:24.55 is put in to help the fuel injectors become cleaner 00:21:24.58\00:21:27.68 go through the fuel line, 00:21:27.72\00:21:29.05 get any gunk or any contaminants that exceeds and cleans it out, 00:21:29.12\00:21:34.49 it's an additive, 00:21:34.56\00:21:35.89 it usually can run you anywhere from $29 up to $169, okay? 00:21:35.92\00:21:41.26 Wow! 00:21:41.30\00:21:43.03 If they're using it correctly, if you're going to a place 00:21:43.06\00:21:47.30 and they tell you they're doing the additive 00:21:47.37\00:21:49.50 and they don't put it in the gas tank, 00:21:49.57\00:21:51.37 how would you know? 00:21:51.41\00:21:52.74 You can't test the fuel once you leave, 00:21:52.77\00:21:54.78 you're not a Chemist so you won't know. 00:21:54.84\00:21:57.08 You have get it at a respectable garage that you trust 00:21:57.11\00:22:00.62 and that they're doing it, 00:22:00.65\00:22:01.98 I like going to a place where I can see my car being worked on, 00:22:02.02\00:22:05.32 if they can't let you see it being worked on, 00:22:05.35\00:22:07.89 let them send you a video, everybody has Smartphones, 00:22:07.92\00:22:10.16 if not, we got e-mail, e- mail me a picture 00:22:10.23\00:22:12.36 let me see, as a matter of fact, 00:22:12.39\00:22:14.20 let me have the old parts, "Can I have the old parts?" 00:22:14.20\00:22:17.03 They're your parts, 00:22:17.07\00:22:18.40 you're paying somebody $100 an hour to work on your car, 00:22:18.43\00:22:21.60 they should give you your parts back, right? 00:22:21.64\00:22:23.37 So, put them in check, make sure they do their job, 00:22:23.41\00:22:27.38 that's one thing I say, when you're doing additives, 00:22:27.44\00:22:31.35 make sure they are doing their job. 00:22:31.38\00:22:34.92 And make sure that what you are being charged for... 00:22:34.95\00:22:39.59 you're getting. 00:22:39.62\00:22:40.96 Yes, absolutely, you need to make sure 00:22:40.99\00:22:42.76 or you're going to be getting ripped off, 00:22:42.79\00:22:44.69 you don't want to get ripped off. 00:22:44.73\00:22:47.23 That's tremendous, that is so... 00:22:47.30\00:22:49.70 that is so, so neat. 00:22:49.73\00:22:51.07 So what are some of the tactics that they use 00:22:51.10\00:22:54.47 you know, these guys that are not 00:22:54.50\00:22:56.84 that don't have integrity or scruples, 00:22:56.87\00:22:58.77 what are some of the things they do 00:22:58.81\00:23:00.78 to get you to pay more money? 00:23:00.81\00:23:02.31 Well, from my previous experience, 00:23:02.34\00:23:06.95 it's seeing and looking at different bills and invoices, 00:23:07.02\00:23:12.22 what they do is try to charge you 00:23:12.29\00:23:14.26 for more than what they did, 00:23:14.29\00:23:15.62 what I mean by that is, if a job is paying... 00:23:15.66\00:23:18.66 it should be anywhere... insurance rate... 00:23:18.69\00:23:21.36 pays less than a a customer-pay rate, 00:23:21.40\00:23:24.17 and warranty pays less because they're paying for it, 00:23:24.23\00:23:27.10 so we call it, "Customer Pay," 00:23:27.14\00:23:28.87 Customer Pay is going to be a little bit higher 00:23:28.90\00:23:31.31 because you're paying, 00:23:31.34\00:23:32.67 if you're getting a job and it's supposed to be 00:23:32.71\00:23:35.68 around 2 hours or anything like that, 00:23:35.71\00:23:37.71 stealing from you would be... charging you for three hours, 00:23:37.75\00:23:40.28 they know that they did it in two hours, 00:23:40.38\00:23:42.62 but they charge you for three, 00:23:42.65\00:23:43.99 so no matter how much they charge you for an hour, 00:23:44.05\00:23:46.02 you're being ripped off. 00:23:46.05\00:23:47.42 But how do you know whether or not they put 00:23:47.46\00:23:49.32 two- or three-hours into the job?
