Praise the Lord. 00:19:23.22\00:19:25.59 Yeah, it took away... when I took the dairy out 00:19:25.63\00:19:27.93 it went away. 00:19:27.96\00:19:29.26 It's amazing isn't it that when... you can be on one path 00:19:29.30\00:19:34.87 and it affects your body, it affects... 00:19:34.90\00:19:37.64 it causes inflammation, Yes it does. 00:19:37.67\00:19:40.31 like sugar for example, white flour, all of those things 00:19:40.38\00:19:43.24 can cause... too much meat and dairy products 00:19:43.28\00:19:46.95 they cause inflammation in the body 00:19:47.02\00:19:49.38 so, you got that path 00:19:49.45\00:19:51.42 then you got the plant-based diet path 00:19:51.45\00:19:54.09 where... when you eat like that it removes the inflammation, 00:19:54.16\00:19:58.86 it reduces the inflammation, it gives you more energy 00:19:58.89\00:20:02.60 so, I mean, you're on... 00:20:02.66\00:20:05.40 you got on the bad path in College, 00:20:05.43\00:20:07.90 what got you off of that path? 00:20:07.94\00:20:10.81 One... you feel better, Ahh... 00:20:10.87\00:20:13.64 yeah, because I was in my 20s and I felt tired all the time 00:20:13.68\00:20:17.65 and I said, "I shouldn't be feeling that way, I'm young" 00:20:17.68\00:20:21.68 but now, I'll tell my age, I am over 50 00:20:21.72\00:20:26.52 and I feel like I'm in my 20s, 00:20:26.55\00:20:28.92 Oh, that's awesome. I have so much energy. 00:20:28.96\00:20:31.19 Now, I don't eat a hundred percent raw 00:20:31.23\00:20:33.46 I eat a high raw diet 80 percent but I feel amazing 00:20:33.50\00:20:38.10 I get up in the morning with vigor 00:20:38.13\00:20:40.67 Yes. and I just keep going 00:20:40.70\00:20:42.90 I do a lot... I have a lot of things going on 00:20:42.94\00:20:45.81 and I'm like the "Ever Ready Bunny" 00:20:45.84\00:20:48.61 I just keep on going, keep on going 00:20:48.64\00:20:51.38 because I have so much energy 00:20:51.41\00:20:53.28 because I eat so much raw food 00:20:53.35\00:20:55.12 you know, the Chia Pudding in the morning 00:20:55.15\00:20:58.02 a big salad for lunch 00:20:58.05\00:20:59.85 with all the great Greens and things like that 00:20:59.89\00:21:02.29 it's amazing 00:21:02.32\00:21:03.73 and I just feel wonderful, yeah I do. 00:21:03.76\00:21:06.19 That is so good, you know 00:21:06.23\00:21:07.73 you are a great advertisement for what you do. 00:21:07.76\00:21:12.80 Yeah, you know, so many people, Yvonne, 00:21:12.83\00:21:14.90 they come to me and say, 00:21:14.94\00:21:16.27 "I want your skin because your skin is glowing" 00:21:16.30\00:21:20.74 I say, "It's what I eat, it's what I eat. " 00:21:20.78\00:21:25.15 You know, I said, "I do have good DNA, 00:21:25.18\00:21:27.38 my mother and my grandmother, they both had great skin" 00:21:27.42\00:21:30.55 but you keep it that way 00:21:30.59\00:21:32.79 because you can make it go away if you don't eat correctly. 00:21:32.85\00:21:38.03 That's very true, you can age. 00:21:38.06\00:21:40.16 You can age yourself by what you put in your body. 00:21:40.20\00:21:43.03 That's right... that's right, 00:21:43.06\00:21:44.43 and you also can reverse some things too 00:21:44.47\00:21:47.57 because I've seen people who, again, 00:21:47.60\00:21:50.24 they were looking really kind of old 00:21:50.27\00:21:53.41 and then they started eating properly 00:21:53.44\00:21:56.48 and it reverses things. 00:21:56.51\00:21:58.45 It does, food is medicine. 00:21:58.48\00:22:01.68 Food is medicine. Food is medicine. 00:22:01.72\00:22:04.19 What are you doing now as far as... 00:22:04.22\00:22:06.39 you've got your book, 00:22:06.42\00:22:07.76 what is your plan for your ministry? 00:22:07.79\00:22:10.43 I want to take it to all the world, 00:22:10.46\00:22:13.13 I want to teach people that there is hope 00:22:13.16\00:22:16.50 there is hope with food, you could feel better, 00:22:16.53\00:22:21.47 you don't have to feel tired and sluggish 00:22:21.50\00:22:25.04 you don't have to really be sick 00:22:25.07\00:22:26.51 you can feel amazing, you can feel fabulous 00:22:26.54\00:22:30.01 so I am going to different churches 00:22:30.05\00:22:33.68 I have a couple of speaking engagements lined up 00:22:33.72\00:22:36.18 and I'm going to sell my book and that's what I'm going to do. 00:22:36.22\00:22:41.92 And can people get your book online, how can they get it? 00:22:41.96\00:22:45.13 They can contact me through my website 00:22:45.19\00:22:47.73 Livinglifefresh. com and they can get my book, yeah. 00:22:47.76\00:22:53.03 That's great, I definitely want that book 00:22:53.07\00:22:55.30 because I want to make some of those recipes myself 00:22:55.34\00:22:59.27 and I'm looking forward to tasting, 00:22:59.31\00:23:02.31 are you doing any... wait, wait, we're at GC, 00:23:02.34\00:23:04.68 I thought you were doing demonstrations or something. 00:23:04.71\00:23:10.09 Yes, I am, I am, I'm doing demonstrations 00:23:10.12\00:23:12.65 we're doing demonstrations at 11:00 a. m. 00:23:12.69\00:23:15.22 1:00 and 3:00 p. m. everyday 00:23:15.26\00:23:17.33 and I'm with Nyse, 00:23:17.43\00:23:18.86 I'm in with his booth, SanareLife. 00:23:18.89\00:23:20.90 Oh, that's awesome, that's awesome. 00:23:20.93\00:23:22.30 Yeah, so we're partnering on this project. 00:23:22.33\00:23:24.33 That is so great, Yeah. 00:23:24.37\00:23:25.70 so your goal, then, is to take what you're doing 00:23:25.73\00:23:29.90 take this... this Living Life Fresh 00:23:29.97\00:23:32.17 and just take it all around the Country 00:23:32.21\00:23:34.38 so if people want you to come to their church... 00:23:34.41\00:23:38.85 To Churches, to Schools, to wherever, you know, 00:23:38.88\00:23:43.22 where there's a group of people 00:23:43.25\00:23:45.02 I want to share this message with them. 00:23:45.05\00:23:48.29 Yes and I'm partnering also with a couple of Master Gardeners 00:23:48.32\00:23:52.66 and we're going to go to Communities 00:23:52.69\00:23:54.93 and raise the Community Gardens as well 00:23:54.96\00:23:57.13 and then we're going to take the food from the garden 00:23:57.20\00:23:59.80 and teach them how to prepare them. 00:23:59.83\00:24:02.20 Wow! let's talk a little bit about that 00:24:02.24\00:24:04.47 we have about a minute left, 00:24:04.51\00:24:05.94 so, they are going to be like Urban Gardens? 00:24:05.97\00:24:10.75 Urban Gardens... yes... 00:24:10.78\00:24:12.11 I'm working with a couple of people that are Master Gardeners 00:24:12.15\00:24:14.65 in Dallas, gardeners in Dallas 00:24:14.68\00:24:16.58 and we're going to go into Communities 00:24:16.62\00:24:18.75 with just a small plot of land and just get small gardens 00:24:18.79\00:24:23.43 and then I will teach people 00:24:23.46\00:24:24.89 to take right from the garden 00:24:24.93\00:24:26.46 from the garden to the table. 00:24:26.49\00:24:27.96 Wow! Yes we are. 00:24:41.68\00:24:44.51 And if we don't change some things, 00:24:44.55\00:24:47.32 we're going to stay sick because you know, 00:24:47.38\00:24:50.09 you can't get well unless you do something different 00:24:50.15\00:24:53.42 if you're doing the same thing that you've always done, 00:24:53.46\00:24:56.79 you're going to stay sick, like you've always been, right? 00:24:56.83\00:25:00.16 And what's so crazy is that we have options 00:25:00.23\00:25:02.56 we have options 00:25:02.60\00:25:03.97 and some of them, we don't embrace. 00:25:04.00\00:25:05.53 That's right. We have it there. 00:25:05.57\00:25:07.64 And all of us don't have a garden 00:25:07.67\00:25:09.57 but we can go to the Supermarket 00:25:09.60\00:25:11.47 or we can go to Farmers' Market. 00:25:11.51\00:25:13.07 You can even put one in your apartment can't you? 00:25:13.11\00:25:16.08 You can even take little pots and you can plant tomatoes 00:25:16.11\00:25:21.62 you can plant Greens right there on your patio 00:25:21.65\00:25:26.22 and you can sprout, Yes. 00:25:26.25\00:25:28.96 sprout right in your kitchen Yes. 00:25:28.99\00:25:31.03 you don't have to have a garden. 00:25:31.06\00:25:33.03 That's tremendous, Evita, thank you, 00:25:33.06\00:25:35.83 I love you, you know I do. Life Life Fresh 00:25:44.37\00:25:50.61 I love that little slogan and you know, 00:25:50.71\00:25:53.78 we really can make our diets better 00:25:53.82\00:25:57.15 by adding fresh fruits and vegetables 00:25:57.19\00:26:00.52 to our diet, 00:26:00.59\00:26:01.92 I know so many people that don't eat vegetables 00:26:01.96\00:26:04.89 some people in my family, I won't call any names, 00:26:04.93\00:26:07.76 but they eat a minimum amount of vegetables 00:26:07.83\00:26:11.27 and the important thing is to add vegetables 00:26:11.30\00:26:14.77 and fruits to the diet to give yourself 00:26:14.80\00:26:17.64 living foods, enzymes, 00:26:17.67\00:26:20.48 a lot of people don't make the connection 00:26:20.58\00:26:22.34 between what we eat and how we feel 00:26:22.41\00:26:24.81 or what we eat and our health status 00:26:24.85\00:26:27.22 really, that whole adage about, 00:26:27.25\00:26:29.65 "You are what you eat" is really true, 00:26:29.68\00:26:31.92 so think about adding some fresh food into your diet 00:26:31.95\00:26:36.66 and if you live in an area where, they call it a desert, 00:26:36.73\00:26:41.33 if you live in a "food desert" 00:26:41.36\00:26:43.63 where you can't get fresh fruits and vegetables, 00:26:43.67\00:26:46.17 go up to the Manager of the store and say, 00:26:46.20\00:26:49.00 "I need some more fresh fruits and vegetables here" 00:26:49.04\00:26:51.67 and if you get enough people that say that, 00:26:51.71\00:26:55.18 they will supply you with more fresh vegetables. 00:26:55.21\00:26:58.61 Thank you so much for joining us. 00:26:58.65\00:27:01.18 You know, we could not do this without you 00:27:01.22\00:27:03.82 and we really need your prayers and your financial support. 00:27:03.85\00:27:07.22 So many people have walked up to me 00:27:07.29\00:27:09.82 during the General Conference Sessions and they said, 00:27:09.89\00:27:13.16 "People have come to our church wanting to get baptized 00:27:13.19\00:27:16.53 just from watching Dare to Dream" 00:27:16.60\00:27:18.23 and that for me is the most heartwarming thing 00:27:18.27\00:27:21.47 because that's why we're here 00:27:21.50\00:27:23.14 and we couldn't do it without you, 00:27:23.17\00:27:25.14 we couldn't do it without your support 00:27:25.21\00:27:27.11 so ask the Holy Spirit what He would have you to do 00:27:27.18\00:27:30.38 and then, please consider sending us 00:27:30.45\00:27:33.28 a tax deductible love gift. 00:27:33.31\00:27:35.02 You can send it to: 00:27:35.05\00:27:36.38 Dare to Dream, PO Box 220 West Frankfort, IL 62896 00:27:36.42\00:27:43.22 again, that's Dare to Dream 00:27:43.29\00:27:44.93 PO Box 220 West Frankfort, IL 62896 00:27:44.96\00:27:50.53 or you can call: 618-627-4651 00:27:50.57\00:27:55.60 or just go to the website: D2DNetwork. tv 00:27:55.64\00:27:59.41 Well, thank you so much for joining us. 00:27:59.44\00:28:02.24 Join us next time because you know what? 00:28:02.28\00:28:04.58 It just wouldn't be the same without you. 00:28:04.61\00:28:06.95
