Praise the Lord. 00:19:23.22\00:19:25.59 Yeah, it took away... when I took the dairy out 00:19:25.63\00:19:27.93 it went away. 00:19:27.96\00:19:29.30 It's amazing isn't it that when... you can be on one path 00:19:29.33\00:19:34.90 and it affects your body, it affects... 00:19:34.94\00:19:37.67 it causes inflammation, Yes it does. 00:19:37.71\00:19:40.34 like sugar for example, white flour, all of those things 00:19:40.38\00:19:43.28 can cause... too much meat and dairy products 00:19:43.31\00:19:46.98 they cause inflammation in the body 00:19:47.02\00:19:49.42 so, you got that path 00:19:49.48\00:19:51.45 then you got the plant-based diet path 00:19:51.49\00:19:54.12 where... when you eat like that it removes the inflammation, 00:19:54.16\00:19:58.89 it reduces the inflammation, it gives you more energy 00:19:58.93\00:20:02.66 so, I mean, you're on... 00:20:02.73\00:20:05.47 you got on the bad path in College, 00:20:05.50\00:20:07.97 what got you off of that path? 00:20:08.00\00:20:10.87 One... you feel better, Ahh... 00:20:10.91\00:20:13.68 yeah, because I was in my 20s and I felt tired all the time 00:20:13.71\00:20:17.71 and I said, "I shouldn't be feeling that way, I'm young" 00:20:17.75\00:20:21.75 but now, I'll tell my age, I am over 50 00:20:21.78\00:20:26.59 and I feel like I'm in my 20s, 00:20:26.62\00:20:28.99 Oh, that's awesome. I have so much energy. 00:20:29.02\00:20:31.26 Now, I don't eat a hundred percent raw 00:20:31.29\00:20:33.50 I eat a high raw diet 80 percent but I feel amazing 00:20:33.53\00:20:38.20 I get up in the morning with vigor 00:20:38.23\00:20:40.74 Yes. and I just keep going 00:20:40.77\00:20:43.00 I do a lot... I have a lot of things going on 00:20:43.04\00:20:45.91 and I'm like the "Ever Ready Bunny" 00:20:45.94\00:20:48.71 I just keep on going, keep on going 00:20:48.74\00:20:51.48 because I have so much energy 00:20:51.51\00:20:53.38 because I eat so much raw food 00:20:53.42\00:20:55.22 you know, the Chia Pudding in the morning 00:20:55.25\00:20:58.12 a big salad for lunch 00:20:58.15\00:20:59.95 with all the great Greens and things like that 00:20:59.99\00:21:02.32 it's amazing 00:21:02.36\00:21:03.73 and I just feel wonderful, yeah I do. 00:21:03.76\00:21:06.23 That is so good, you know 00:21:06.26\00:21:07.76 you are a great advertisement for what you do. 00:21:07.80\00:21:12.87 Yeah, you know, so many people, Yvonne, 00:21:12.90\00:21:14.97 they come to me and say, 00:21:15.00\00:21:16.34 "I want your skin because your skin is glowing" 00:21:16.37\00:21:20.78 I say, "It's what I eat, it's what I eat. " 00:21:20.81\00:21:25.21 You know, I said, "I do have good DNA, 00:21:25.25\00:21:27.45 my mother and my grandmother, they both had great skin" 00:21:27.48\00:21:30.59 but you keep it that way 00:21:30.62\00:21:32.85 because you can make it go away if you don't eat correctly. 00:21:32.92\00:21:38.09 That's very true, you can age. 00:21:38.13\00:21:40.20 You can age yourself by what you put in your body. 00:21:40.23\00:21:43.13 That's right... that's right, 00:21:43.16\00:21:44.53 and you also can reverse some things too 00:21:44.57\00:21:47.67 because I've seen people who, again, 00:21:47.70\00:21:50.31 they were looking really kind of old 00:21:50.34\00:21:53.48 and then they started eating properly 00:21:53.51\00:21:56.58 and it reverses things. 00:21:56.61\00:21:58.55 It does, food is medicine. 00:21:58.58\00:22:01.72 Food is medicine. Food is medicine. 00:22:01.75\00:22:04.19 What are you doing now as far as... 00:22:04.22\00:22:06.42 you've got your book, 00:22:06.45\00:22:07.79 what is your plan for your ministry? 00:22:07.82\00:22:10.43 I want to take it to all the world, 00:22:10.49\00:22:13.16 I want to teach people that there is hope 00:22:13.19\00:22:16.56 there is hope with food, you could feel better, 00:22:16.60\00:22:21.54 you don't have to feel tired and sluggish 00:22:21.57\00:22:25.11 you don't have to really be sick 00:22:25.14\00:22:26.57 you can feel amazing, you can feel fabulous 00:22:26.61\00:22:30.05 so I am going to different churches 00:22:30.08\00:22:33.72 I have a couple of speaking engagements lined up 00:22:33.75\00:22:36.25 and I'm going to sell my book and that's what I'm going to do. 00:22:36.28\00:22:41.99 And can people get your book online, how can they get it? 00:22:42.02\00:22:45.19 They can contact me through my website 00:22:45.26\00:22:47.80 Livinglifefresh. com and they can get my book, yeah. 00:22:47.83\00:22:53.13 That's great, I definitely want that book 00:22:53.17\00:22:55.40 because I want to make some of those recipes myself 00:22:55.44\00:22:59.37 and I'm looking forward to tasting, 00:22:59.41\00:23:02.34 are you doing any... wait, wait, we're at GC, 00:23:02.38\00:23:04.71 I thought you were doing demonstrations or something. 00:23:04.75\00:23:10.09 Yes, I am, I am, I'm doing demonstrations 00:23:10.12\00:23:12.69 we're doing demonstrations at 11:00 a. m. 00:23:12.72\00:23:15.26 1:00 and 3:00 p. m. everyday 00:23:15.29\00:23:17.36 and I'm with Nyse, 00:23:17.43\00:23:18.89 I'm in with his booth, SanareLife. 00:23:18.93\00:23:20.93 Oh, that's awesome, that's awesome. 00:23:20.96\00:23:22.36 Yeah, so we're partnering on this project. 00:23:22.40\00:23:24.40 That is so great, Yeah. 00:23:24.43\00:23:25.77 so your goal, then, is to take what you're doing 00:23:25.80\00:23:29.97 take this... this Living Life Fresh 00:23:30.01\00:23:32.24 and just take it all around the Country 00:23:32.27\00:23:34.44 so if people want you to come to their church... 00:23:34.48\00:23:38.91 To Churches, to Schools, to wherever, you know, 00:23:38.95\00:23:43.28 where there's a group of people 00:23:43.32\00:23:45.09 I want to share this message with them. 00:23:45.12\00:23:48.36 Yes and I'm partnering also with a couple of Master Gardeners 00:23:48.39\00:23:52.73 and we're going to go to Communities 00:23:52.76\00:23:55.03 and raise the Community Gardens as well 00:23:55.06\00:23:57.23 and then we're going to take the food from the garden 00:23:57.27\00:23:59.90 and teach them how to prepare them. 00:23:59.93\00:24:02.24 Wow! let's talk a little bit about that 00:24:02.27\00:24:04.51 we have about a minute left, 00:24:04.54\00:24:05.97 so, they are going to be like Urban Gardens? 00:24:06.01\00:24:10.75 Urban Gardens... yes... 00:24:10.78\00:24:12.11 I'm working with a couple of people that are Master Gardeners 00:24:12.15\00:24:14.68 in Dallas, gardeners in Dallas 00:24:14.72\00:24:16.62 and we're going to go into Communities 00:24:16.65\00:24:18.79 with just a small plot of land and just get small gardens 00:24:18.82\00:24:23.43 and then I will teach people 00:24:23.46\00:24:24.93 to take right from the garden 00:24:24.96\00:24:26.49 from the garden to the table. 00:24:26.53\00:24:28.00 Wow! Yes we are. 00:24:41.74\00:24:44.58 And if we don't change some things, 00:24:44.61\00:24:47.38 we're going to stay sick because you know, 00:24:47.42\00:24:50.15 you can't get well unless you do something different 00:24:50.19\00:24:53.49 if you're doing the same thing that you've always done, 00:24:53.52\00:24:56.83 you're going to stay sick, like you've always been, right? 00:24:56.86\00:25:00.16 And what's so crazy is that we have options 00:25:00.20\00:25:02.60 we have options 00:25:02.63\00:25:03.97 and some of them, we don't embrace. 00:25:04.00\00:25:05.57 That's right. We have it there. 00:25:05.60\00:25:07.67 And all of us don't have a garden 00:25:07.70\00:25:09.60 but we can go to the Supermarket 00:25:09.64\00:25:11.51 or we can go to Farmers' Market. 00:25:11.54\00:25:13.11 You can even put one in your apartment can't you? 00:25:13.14\00:25:16.11 You can even take little pots and you can plant tomatoes 00:25:16.14\00:25:21.65 you can plant Greens right there on your patio 00:25:21.68\00:25:26.25 and you can sprout, Yes. 00:25:26.29\00:25:28.99 sprout right in your kitchen Yes. 00:25:29.02\00:25:31.06 you don't have to have a garden. 00:25:31.09\00:25:33.06 That's tremendous, Evita, thank you, 00:25:33.09\00:25:35.90 I love you, you know I do. Life Life Fresh 00:25:44.44\00:25:50.68 I love that little slogan and you know, 00:25:50.75\00:25:53.82 we really can make our diets better 00:25:53.85\00:25:57.19 by adding fresh fruits and vegetables 00:25:57.22\00:26:00.52 to our diet, 00:26:00.56\00:26:01.89 I know so many people that don't eat vegetables 00:26:01.92\00:26:04.89 some people in my family, I won't call any names, 00:26:04.93\00:26:07.80 but they eat a minimum amount of vegetables 00:26:07.83\00:26:11.30 and the important thing is to add vegetables 00:26:11.33\00:26:14.80 and fruits to the diet to give yourself 00:26:14.84\00:26:17.67 living foods, enzymes, 00:26:17.71\00:26:20.51 a lot of people don't make the connection 00:26:20.58\00:26:22.38 between what we eat and how we feel 00:26:22.44\00:26:24.85 or what we eat and our health status 00:26:24.88\00:26:27.25 really, that whole adage about, 00:26:27.28\00:26:29.68 "You are what you eat" is really true, 00:26:29.72\00:26:31.95 so think about adding some fresh food into your diet 00:26:31.99\00:26:36.69 and if you live in an area where, they call it a desert, 00:26:36.73\00:26:41.40 if you live in a "food desert" 00:26:41.43\00:26:43.67 where you can't get fresh fruits and vegetables, 00:26:43.70\00:26:46.23 go up to the Manager of the store and say, 00:26:46.27\00:26:49.07 "I need some more fresh fruits and vegetables here" 00:26:49.10\00:26:51.74 and if you get enough people that say that, 00:26:51.77\00:26:55.24 they will supply you with more fresh vegetables. 00:26:55.28\00:26:58.68 Thank you so much for joining us. 00:26:58.71\00:27:01.18 You know, we could not do this without you 00:27:01.22\00:27:03.79 and we really need your prayers and your financial support. 00:27:03.82\00:27:07.22 So many people have walked up to me 00:27:07.26\00:27:09.82 during the General Conference Sessions and they said, 00:27:09.89\00:27:13.16 "People have come to our church wanting to get baptized 00:27:13.19\00:27:16.56 just from watching Dare to Dream" 00:27:16.63\00:27:18.27 and that for me is the most heartwarming thing 00:27:18.30\00:27:21.50 because that's why we're here 00:27:21.54\00:27:23.17 and we couldn't do it without you, 00:27:23.20\00:27:25.17 we couldn't do it without your support 00:27:25.24\00:27:27.14 so ask the Holy Spirit what He would have you to do 00:27:27.18\00:27:30.41 and then, please consider sending us 00:27:30.45\00:27:33.31 a tax deductible love gift. 00:27:33.35\00:27:35.05 You can send it to: 00:27:35.08\00:27:36.42 Dare to Dream, PO Box 220 West Frankfort, IL 62896 00:27:36.45\00:27:43.26 again, that's Dare to Dream 00:27:43.32\00:27:44.96 PO Box 220 West Frankfort, IL 62896 00:27:44.99\00:27:50.57 or you can call: 618-627-4651 00:27:50.63\00:27:55.67 or just go to the website: D2DNetwork. tv 00:27:55.70\00:27:59.47 Well, thank you so much for joining us. 00:27:59.51\00:28:02.24 Join us next time because you know what? 00:28:02.28\00:28:04.58 It just wouldn't be the same without you. 00:28:04.61\00:28:06.92
