United States when I was about

and we didn't have any religious

went to Church on certain days

twice a year... you know,

Christmas and if family members
had invited us but nothing...

we just didn't grow up in a
religious setting and when I

I had a very strong Jamaican

accent and so the kids
would make fun of me and I

best ways to make friends was

to get into that culture, that
was actually getting popular

break-dancing and my younger

brother and I started getting
into the whole, you know,

the whole scene... the dressing,
the style, the language

everything... so that's what
got us into the hip-hop culture

music and it eventually led

and we had just met him,

and when people would say

I was in the music industry...

Bible studies and they'd say,

"When can we have another one?"
and I wouldn't have another one,

I'd be like, "Give me another
six weeks and I'll get stuff

that I can share. " and so...

Well, you know, actually it was

we ended up becoming
baptized into the church

looks on the people's faces!
