Exactly... 00:07:11.76\00:07:12.82 and so... it's changing it... and I'm like... 00:07:12.86\00:07:15.02 "No, that's not what health is all about... " 00:07:15.06\00:07:17.19 and remember... " and stuff... so we can prosper... 00:07:48.64\00:07:50.68 and we know all of them... the nutrition, 00:07:50.72\00:07:52.29 and the exercise, and the water, and the sunshine... 00:07:52.32\00:07:54.41 and then the temperance... and the fresh air... 00:07:54.45\00:07:56.35 and the rest... and the trust in God... 00:07:56.38\00:07:57.67 but I remember... I was hearing something along the way 00:07:57.70\00:08:00.64 and one person said, "We are NT-Christians... " 00:08:00.68\00:08:03.96 you know what I mean... you have the 00:08:03.99\00:08:05.38 New Testament... right... 00:08:05.42\00:08:06.45 I was like... "New Testament... " 00:08:06.49\00:08:07.73 he said... "Yeah, we are New Testament Christians" 00:08:07.76\00:08:09.50 I said, "What... no, no, I believe in the whole Bible. " 00:08:09.53\00:08:11.47 He said, "But most of you people... all you believe 00:08:11.50\00:08:13.87 is in nutrition and trust in God" 00:08:13.90\00:08:15.69 I said, "You know what! he has something on the T" 00:08:15.73\00:08:19.32 a lot of times... all we think is... 00:08:19.35\00:08:21.52 of nutrition... "I'm a vegetarian... 00:08:21.55\00:08:23.33 are you eating this... are you eating that... " 00:08:23.36\00:08:25.37 "Oh but... I go to Church and I love the Lord... " 00:08:25.40\00:08:27.40 But what happens to the rest? 00:08:27.44\00:08:29.07 that's only two-eighth of the story... 00:08:29.11\00:08:31.37 That's right... right... and so, what we want to do is... 00:08:31.41\00:08:34.12 encourage people to try their best 00:08:34.16\00:08:36.03 yes, Number One... we got to trust in the Lord, 00:08:36.06\00:08:38.50 what we realize is that one of the key secrets 00:08:38.54\00:08:40.94 or principles that God has given us... 00:08:40.98\00:08:42.69 "If you trust in me... there's nothing to worry about" 00:08:42.73\00:08:45.01 That's right... If you ever notice 00:08:45.05\00:08:46.42 people who worry... immediately... you can see them 00:08:46.45\00:08:49.44 they can be eating right... and exercising 00:08:49.47\00:08:52.62 and drinking water... but you can tell 00:08:52.65\00:08:55.72 when they're stressed out... immediately... 00:08:55.76\00:08:57.51 you say, "Hey, how's it going?" "I'm all right... " 00:08:57.55\00:08:59.94 "No you're not... no you're not... 00:08:59.97\00:09:01.70 something is wrong... what's going on?" 00:09:01.73\00:09:04.08 Stress number one is one of the keys... 00:09:04.12\00:09:06.54 to relieve yourself from those stresses... 00:09:06.57\00:09:08.92 spend time with the Lord, dedicate a time everyday... 00:09:08.96\00:09:12.27 and say, "Lord, at this time... I'm going to meet with you... I know, eating is important 00:09:47.66\00:09:49.30 but if you noticed... and I'm going to do a little study... 00:09:49.34\00:09:51.88 people up in the Northeast, you know, New York 00:09:51.91\00:09:54.02 or even over in Chicago... the big cities... 00:09:54.05\00:09:56.09 we're exercising every day... we're taking care of their body 00:09:56.13\00:09:58.49 but now... we're falling down left and right... 00:09:58.53\00:10:00.86 50- or 60-years old... but let's go down South... 00:10:00.90\00:10:03.81 some of the people... quite a bit exercise and stuff 00:10:03.85\00:10:06.73 but you notice... the diet down South 00:10:06.77\00:10:08.36 is... "Hey, just give me some chicken... fry me this... 00:10:08.40\00:10:12.36 fry me that... " but... Yeah... yeah... 00:10:12.40\00:10:14.25 they're living still... they're in their 60s, 70s 00:10:14.28\00:10:17.89 and 80s... they may have a couple of extra blessings... 00:10:17.93\00:10:20.20 you know what I mean... but they're still living... 00:10:20.23\00:10:22.47 why? because they enjoy life... 00:10:22.51\00:10:24.35 Hmmm... they're not stressed out they go to Church 00:10:24.39\00:10:26.32 and they praise the Lord... after Church... you know 00:10:26.35\00:10:28.10 they're doing something else but... they enjoy life... 00:10:28.13\00:10:29.84 And I think the key... that's the word... 00:10:29.88\00:10:32.39 Joy... because there are so many people that are so caught up 00:10:32.42\00:10:35.54 in the "dos" and "don'ts" that they don't enjoy life... 00:10:35.58\00:10:38.71 they don't realize that there's such joy 00:10:38.75\00:10:40.56 in being a Christian and serving the Lord... 00:10:40.59\00:10:42.33 there's joy... there's happiness so you don't have to 00:10:42.37\00:10:45.41 you know... a thing that I appreciate about your ministry 00:10:45.45\00:10:49.34 is that you don't beat people over the head 00:10:49.37\00:10:51.07 with, "You'd better do this... or you'd better do that... " 00:10:51.10\00:10:53.91 it's more like... "If you want to get the most 00:10:53.94\00:10:55.91 out of life... you want to really enjoy 00:10:55.95\00:10:57.99 your life... then, this is a way to eat 00:10:58.03\00:11:00.21 this is an alternative way to eat... " 00:11:00.25\00:11:02.36 you're not making people think 00:11:02.40\00:11:04.68 that they're going to lose their salvation 00:11:04.72\00:11:06.39 if they don't eat properly... 00:11:06.42\00:11:07.69 but rather... they're going to enjoy life 00:11:07.73\00:11:09.93 to its fullest... and this is what Christ would 00:11:09.97\00:11:12.54 have us to do... to actually have a 00:11:12.58\00:11:14.17 sense of balance... and not get all caught up 00:11:14.20\00:11:16.95 in "Oh, you'd better do this... or you'd better do that... " 00:11:19.89\00:11:21.08 That's what we realized as I mentioned earlier... 00:11:21.11\00:11:23.21 there's nothing new under the sun... 00:11:23.24\00:11:24.56 in general... the majority of people know 00:11:24.60\00:11:27.43 what's good and what's bad... 00:11:27.46\00:11:28.78 so, why am I going to come there reminding them... 00:11:28.81\00:11:31.00 "If you do this... this is what's going to happen...
