00:12:39.49\00:12:40.82 if you want to give it that flavor 00:12:40.86\00:12:42.39 but if you've noticed, 00:12:42.42\00:12:43.76 we're gonna use the Braggs liquid aminos 00:12:43.79\00:12:45.59 as part of the marinade 00:12:45.63\00:12:46.96 which has that nice little sodium 00:12:47.00\00:12:49.56 salty savory flavor to it. 00:12:49.60\00:12:52.03 So I want to take that. 00:12:52.07\00:12:53.40 Now, everybody, move out the way. 00:12:53.44\00:12:56.71 You know, move these guys out of the way. 00:12:56.74\00:13:00.11 And, marinade, you stay over here 00:15:03.03\00:15:04.37 I'm applying a little bit of pressure 00:15:04.40\00:15:07.30 and then, let go. 00:15:07.34\00:15:10.57 So it's holding on there 00:15:10.61\00:15:12.67 and then it comes out nicely, okay. 00:15:12.71\00:15:14.54 So you see that there, it formed quite nice, okay, 00:15:14.58\00:15:18.18 but we're not done with it yet 00:15:18.21\00:15:19.55 but if it forms really nicely along the edges 00:15:19.58\00:15:22.35 and it's nice and thick and you just pat that in there. 00:15:22.38\00:15:25.19 So now that we have that, 00:15:25.22\00:15:27.36 we're just gonna throw together that marinade, 00:15:27.39\00:15:29.26 so we'll take the Braggs liquid aminos, 00:15:29.29\00:15:32.43 a little bit of that orange juice there, 00:15:32.46\00:15:34.13 give it that nice little flavor, 00:15:34.16\00:15:35.50 maple syrup, key ingredient. 00:15:35.53\00:15:37.97 All right, so I'm gonna put that maple syrup in there 00:15:38.00\00:15:40.74 and we're gonna use
