taste 00:01:02.36\00:01:04.89 that will please any middle eastern table. 00:01:04.93\00:01:08.96 Here's the ingredients for Salad: 00:01:14.60\00:01:16.34 For the dressing we need: 00:01:50.97\00:01:52.94 So what we're gonna do for the bulgar wheat 00:02:19.13\00:02:23.34 that goes into the salad, we're gonna use cauliflower. 00:02:23.37\00:02:26.41 So we're gonna take our cauliflower 00:02:28.31\00:02:30.18 and coarsely chop it up a little bit 00:02:30.21\00:02:33.62 and we're gonna put it in our food processor. 00:02:33.65\00:02:38.52 So we're gonna process this 00:02:38.55\00:02:43.16 into almost like a grain, like rice. 00:02:43.19\00:02:46.23 Okay, so you don't want to over process it up, 00:03:07.08\00:03:08.95 you don't want it to be mush. 00:03:57.07\00:03:59.43 So we're using the cauliflower as the tabouleh 00:03:59.47\00:04:02.84 in the tabouleh recipe, 00:04:02.87\00:04:04.44 to substitute for the bulgar wheat.
