A food set for a king or a queen. 00:00:56.02\00:01:00.19 Let's go straight to the recipe 00:01:00.22\00:01:01.56 because it's very, very lengthy 00:01:01.59\00:01:03.59 but it's gonna be fantastic. 00:01:03.63\00:01:05.59 Let's go. 00:01:05.63\00:01:06.96 So this is the basis for our crust, 00:01:46.94\00:01:50.71 is the soaked buckwheat groat. 00:01:50.74\00:01:54.38 This is a gluten free grain 00:01:54.41\00:01:58.71 and I use it a lot in my bread recipes. 00:01:58.75\00:02:02.68 And it's a binder, it's just wonderful, 00:02:02.72\00:02:06.32 and also you can use it for granola. 00:02:06.35\00:02:08.22 It's just a wonderful grain. 00:02:08.26\00:02:11.76 And then I have the sunflower seeds 00:02:11.79\00:02:13.70 which is high in calcium, believe it or not, 00:02:13.73\00:02:16.13 it's more calcium than a glass of milk. 00:02:16.16\00:02:18.27 And because fresh is fabulous, we have our fresh celery, 00:02:22.34\00:02:28.24 our carrots... 00:02:28.28\00:02:29.61 garlic cloves of course, 00:02:33.08\00:02:36.48 sesame seeds to add that little special nutty flavor. 00:02:36.52\00:02:40.32 Olive oil, 00:02:43.46\00:02:47.10 and this is the water from soaked, 00:02:47.13\00:02:50.07 sundried tomatoes, 00:02:50.10\00:02:51.43 and it adds that extra flavor to recipes. 00:02:51.47\00:02:54.40 And I keep a jar of it just in my are not using the oven, 00:04:05.14\00:04:08.54 we're using a dehydrator, 00:04:08.58\00:04:11.15 and what a dehydrator does is it pulls the moisture 00:04:11.18\00:04:15.02 out of the ingredients and makes it dry basically. 00:04:15.05\00:04:19.32 And it's cooked-- it's not cooked, 00:04:19.35\00:04:21.82 it is dehydrated at a low temperature level 00:04:21.86\00:04:25.83 of a 110 degrees or below. 00:04:25.86\00:04:29.46 So I am using a 9-tray dehydrator today 00:04:29.50\00:04:34.24 which is my staple tool in my kitchen, 00:04:34.27\00:04:37.51 or my staple appliance in my kitchen. 00:04:37.54\00:04:40.44 And this is a teflex sheet 00:04:40.48\00:04:42.34 which is like a barrier from the... 00:04:42.38\00:04:47.48 the mesh. 00:04:51.02\00:04:54.09 So I'm gonna take 00:04:54.12\00:04:58.49 the flaxseed 00:04:58.53\00:05:02.26 and the buckwheat crust. 00:05:02.30\00:05:05.50 And I wish we had Smell-O-Vision 00:05:05.53\00:05:07.34 'cause this smells so good. diced and they have less water in it 00:12:48.50\00:12:52.47 when you dice them, so I like to use those. 00:12:52.50\00:12:55.04 But if you don't have Roma tomatoes, 00:12:55.07\00:12:56.91 whatever it is in your pantry is okay. 00:12:56.94\00:13:01.98 And I love my onions, so yes, 00:13:02.01\00:13:04.81 chopped onions and spicy, 00:13:04.85\00:13:08.35 and jalapeno peppers, 00:13:08.38\00:13:10.55 cilantro, 00:13:10.59\00:13:13.56 garlic... 00:13:13.59\00:13:14.92 the citrus, 00:13:18.93\00:13:20.96 which gives it that zest and the salt. 00:13:21.00\00:13:27.04 And you And, you know, 00:14:19.95\00:14:21.29 you don't have to be super detail on how to do, 00:14:21.32\00:14:25.99 you want to get it on the pizza crust 00:14:26.03\00:14:30.17 as quickly as you can pesto. 00:14:43.65\00:14:46.35 And what I like to do is just kind of chop up 00:14:46.38\00:14:50.69 the pesto on here, not really spread it 00:14:50.72\00:14:55.59 but kind of chop it up.
