Yes, but this program, 00:00:52.91\00:00:55.52 I am coming up 00:00:55.55\00:00:57.29 with a wonderful Asian stir not fry. 00:00:57.32\00:01:02.99 Yes, I love Asian food but it tends to be fatty 00:01:03.02\00:01:07.53 and it's fried with oil, but this one is all-raw, 00:01:07.56\00:01:11.33 all-fresh ingredients and it is gonna be fabulous. 00:01:11.37\00:01:16.00 Let's go to the recipe. 00:01:16.04\00:01:19.67 For the sauce we need: 00:01:19.71\00:01:22.41 Now if you have problems with soy, 00:01:48.20\00:01:51.74 this is what I found that you can do. 00:01:51.77\00:01:53.91 You can soak sun-dried tomatoes and used in water 00:01:53.94\00:01:59.18 and use the liquid, 00:01:59.21\00:02:00.98 maybe put a little salt in it 00:02:01.02\00:02:03.28 but it's already salty 00:02:03.32\00:02:04.92 but if it's not salty enough for you, 00:02:04.95\00:02:06.69 you can put a little salt in it 00:02:06.72\00:02:08.46 and that will give you the flavor 00:02:08.49\00:02:11.26 if you have a soy allergy. 00:02:11.29\00:02:13.19 But today we're gonna use the liquid aminos, 00:02:13.23\00:02:18.50 and we're starting off with that. 00:02:18.53\00:02:23.10 We have our lemon juice and fresh is always the best. 00:02:23.14\00:02:30.01 We have our extra virgin olive oil. 00:02:30.05\00:02:32.51 Our dates, and I'm using Medjool dates, 00:02:37.25\00:02:40.66 that's my favorite but whatever dates is handy 00:02:40.69\00:02:44.19 that you have around the house 00:02:44.23\00:02:46.36 or you find in the store, is good. 00:02:46.39\00:02:48.80 But I prefer the Medjool dates because they're sweeter. 00:02:48.83\00:02:52.33 We have our garlic cloves. 00:02:52.37\00:02:56.94 Fresh ginger and I love ginger especially, 00:02:56.97\00:03:00.28 for colds, it's wonderful. 00:03:00.31\00:03:03.35 So I usually put a lot of ginger in food 00:03:03.38\00:03:06.35 'cause it makes it really tasty. 00:03:06.38\00:03:09.75 A little ground mustard 00:03:09.78\00:03:12.62 and because I like that kick 00:03:12.65\00:03:14.26 because I am from the Louisiana area, 00:03:14.29\00:03:18.73 I always love the spiciness of food 00:03:18.76\00:03:21.33 so we put a little cayenne. 00:03:21.36\00:03:23.97 And we're gonna blend it. 00:03:27.67\00:03:29.30 And one thing I forgot to mention, 00:03:48.69\00:03:50.69 when you use dates, 00:03:50.73\00:03:53.03 make sure that you make sure that they're pitted 00:03:53.06\00:03:55.76 because sometimes the Medjool dates 00:03:55.80\00:03:58.23 do have pits in them, 00:03:58.27\00:03:59.93 so make sure that you open them up 00:03:59.97\00:04:04.14 and see if there's pits. 00:04:04.17\00:04:06.37 Dates are fabulous, you guys, it's nature's candy. 00:04:06.41\00:04:10.78 They're high in fiber, they're high in iron, 00:04:10.81\00:04:14.25 they're loaded with vitamin A, 00:04:14.28\00:04:16.65 and there are a good snack where, they're not sugary 00:04:16.69\00:04:21.46 so it will not heighten your blood sugar, 00:04:21.49\00:04:24.73 it's just wonderful. 00:04:24.76\00:04:26.70 So what we're gonna do next 00:04:26.73\00:04:28.50 is we're gonna read the ingredients 00:04:28.53\00:04:30.40 for the next recipe. 00:04:30.43\00:04:34.04 For the vegetables you need: 00:04:34.07\00:04:35.47 You know, this is my favorite tool 00:04:56.36\00:04:58.53 in the kitchen is a spiralizer 00:04:58.56\00:05:01.13 and I know you've seen me use it on zucchini a lot, 00:05:01.16\00:05:05.07 but you can also use it on sweet potatoes, on beets, 00:05:05.10\00:05:09.24 in carrots you can't because it's real skinny 00:05:09.27\00:05:12.07 but I just love this tool. 00:05:12.11\00:05:15.94 So I'm gonna show you 00:05:15.98\00:05:17.45 if this is your first time tuning in, 00:05:17.48\00:05:20.22 I'm gonna show you how to use it. 00:05:20.25\00:05:21.98 So you take a zucchini and you chop the ends off. 00:05:22.02\00:05:28.16 And you insert this in like this 00:05:28.19\00:05:32.99 and you turn it. 00:05:33.03\00:05:35.33 And it makes these fabulous ribbon-like 00:05:35.36\00:05:39.60 or noodle-like zucchini. 00:05:39.63\00:05:46.44 This is just, it's just amazing 00:05:46.47\00:05:50.18 and it kind of fools your brain 00:05:50.21\00:05:52.35 and really you think you're eating pasta. 00:05:52.38\00:05:57.15 And this works with, 00:05:57.19\00:05:58.99 you could use it like raw spaghetti, 00:05:59.02\00:06:02.46 it's a great tool to have in kitchen, 00:06:02.49\00:06:06.59 and it's very economical. 00:06:06.63\00:06:09.16 So we're gonna take the spiralized zucchini 00:06:09.20\00:06:13.47 and what I like to do is break it up a little bit 00:06:13.50\00:06:17.27 and you can cut it with scissors. 00:06:17.31\00:06:20.24 Or you can chop it up 00:06:20.28\00:06:22.41 on your chopping board a little bit. 00:06:22.44\00:06:27.22 But they tend to be very long. 00:06:27.25\00:06:30.85 So I like to cut them up a little bit Really good. 00:13:35.74\00:13:37.71 When we used to make porridge 00:13:37.75\00:13:39.28 and all of these items like we still make porridge, 00:13:39.31\00:13:41.72 they use to add cloves to it. 00:13:41.75\00:13:43.22 Now it does give the extra flavor, 00:13:43.25\00:13:44.95 it has really nice and helpful but at the same time 00:13:44.99\00:13:48.32 is causing a little intestinal irritation. 00:13:48.36\00:13:50.59 Irritation. 00:13:50.63\00:13:51.96 And so in a cloves 00:13:51.99\00:13:53.33 we encourage people to hold off on a cloves internally, 00:13:53.36\00:13:57.57 but you can use cloves for a nice little remedy 00:13:57.60\00:14:00.84 and I'll just show you this real quick 00:14:00.87\00:14:02.37 and then we're gonna look at our another one. 00:14:02.40\00:14:04.77 This is what we use as a clove extract 00:14:04.81\00:14:08.18 and they use cloves for toothache relief. 00:14:08.21\00:14:11.91 And all you need is just a few drops of the, what? 00:14:11.95\00:14:15.25 Of the?
