Have you ever wondered 00:00:01.36\00:00:02.70 exactly how to prepare healthy food 00:00:02.73\00:00:04.30 that actually tastes good? 00:00:04.33\00:00:06.03 Well, stay tuned while Evita Tezeno 00:00:06.07\00:00:07.97 and yours truly Nyse Collins show you just how to do it 00:00:08.00\00:00:11.01 and give you something better, 00:00:11.04\00:00:12.57 A Taste of Paradise. 00:00:12.61\00:00:14.11 Welcome to A Taste of Paradise. 00:00:30.36\00:00:32.66 My name is Evita Tezeno. 00:00:32.69\00:00:35.30 We're doing raw food, you always are wondering 00:00:35.33\00:00:38.53 what should I have for breakfast? 00:00:38.57\00:00:41.80 I don't want to do pancakes, that's not raw. 00:00:41.84\00:00:47.31 Let's see, 00:00:47.34\00:00:49.61 I can do granola. 00:00:49.64\00:00:52.18 Evita, granola is not raw. 00:00:52.21\00:00:55.15 Yes, but we can make it raw, 00:00:55.18\00:00:58.32 we can dehydrate it 00:00:58.35\00:00:59.69 and you can still have that crunchiness of granola 00:00:59.72\00:01:03.26 and the flavors that will burst in your mouth, 00:01:03.29\00:01:06.70 so today, we're going to do 00:01:06.73\00:01:09.26 cherry vanilla granola, 00:01:09.30\00:01:11.53 but first, we're going to do an almond milk, 00:01:11.57\00:01:13.84 so you don't have to eat your cereal with milk 00:01:13.87\00:01:18.37 or orange juice, 00:01:18.41\00:01:20.31 but you can have a rich delicious almond milk 00:01:20.34\00:01:25.85 to go with your cereal. 00:01:25.88\00:01:28.48 So the almond milk recipe goes like this: 00:01:28.52\00:01:31.49 Today, we're going to use a high powered blender 00:01:47.20\00:01:50.34 because we want to blend up the liquids really well, 00:01:50.37\00:01:54.41 so we're starting off with one cup of almonds 00:01:54.44\00:01:58.41 that have been soaked overnight. 00:01:58.45\00:02:01.08 Nuts tend to have inhibitors for digestion, 00:02:01.12\00:02:04.59 so it's better to soak your nuts overnight 00:02:04.62\00:02:07.26 and drain the water off and rise it up, 00:02:07.29\00:02:09.69 so you can digest them properly. 00:02:09.72\00:02:12.83 So we're starting off 00:02:12.86\00:02:14.93 with the one cup of almonds in the blender 00:02:14.96\00:02:18.87 and three cups of water, 00:02:18.90\00:02:22.27 and this can be purified water 00:02:22.30\00:02:24.01 as I like to use purified water 00:02:24.04\00:02:28.31 than using the water out of the hydrant. 00:02:28.34\00:02:33.05 And this is a tablespoon of coconut oil. 00:02:33.08\00:02:39.72 And these are two medjool dates, 00:02:43.16\00:02:46.29 and these dates are softer 00:02:46.33\00:02:49.13 and sweeter of all the dates that are out there 00:02:49.16\00:02:51.83 and I really love them. 00:02:51.87\00:02:53.20 I call them nature's candy. 00:02:53.23\00:02:57.04 And again our Himalayan salt. 00:02:57.07\00:02:59.77 And we're going to blend. 00:03:03.01\00:03:04.35 So after it has been blended thoroughly, 00:03:20.00\00:03:24.73 you want to use a strainer. 00:03:24.77\00:03:28.80 So this is like a mesh bag, 00:03:28.84\00:03:31.64 you can buy it over the Internet 00:03:31.67\00:03:33.88 or you can make one. 00:03:33.91\00:03:36.01 If you are crafty 00:03:36.04\00:03:38.95 and you pour the milk inside the bag, 00:03:38.98\00:03:43.45 and what you're doing is you're straining the pulp 00:03:43.49\00:03:47.26 out of the milk 00:03:47.29\00:03:50.49 so it'll be pulp free. 00:03:50.53\00:03:56.40 Now you can leave it 00:03:56.43\00:03:58.43 and if you want that extra fiber 00:03:58.47\00:04:00.87 but it will not be just, it won't be like milk. 00:04:00.90\00:04:03.81 So you just keep squeezing it 00:04:07.64\00:04:10.98 until you got all the liquid out of the almond pulp. 00:04:11.01\00:04:16.75 Now you can either discard the almond pulp that's inside, 00:04:16.79\00:04:20.19 but I like to keep it and I make cookies 00:04:20.22\00:04:23.09 and crackers with this pulp. 00:04:23.12\00:04:26.73 So for the next recipe 00:04:30.53\00:04:31.87 we're going to do the cherry vanilla granola 00:04:31.90\00:04:35.44 and the ingredients are: 00:04:35.47\00:04:36.91 So we're going to chop our almonds first. 00:05:03.77\00:05:06.23 Just a brief chop, 00:05:09.87\00:05:12.64 not pulverize it to it as grainy 00:05:12.67\00:05:16.91 but you just want to chop it 00:05:16.95\00:05:18.28 so you have a little chunkiness. 00:05:18.31\00:05:19.95 So I pulsed it several times. 00:05:31.83\00:05:36.46 So we have our buckwheat, and buckwheat is a grain, 00:05:36.50\00:05:40.44 and it's gluten free. 00:05:40.47\00:05:41.80 So if you're suffering from celiac disease, 00:05:41.84\00:05:47.38 or you can't have gluten, 00:05:47.41\00:05:50.71 this is a good grain to use 00:05:50.75\00:05:54.58 in place of many other of the grains like wheat. 00:05:54.62\00:05:57.82 So we're going to add our, our chopped almonds. 00:06:02.79\00:06:05.79 And almonds are high in calcium, 00:06:09.03\00:06:12.17 very good for you. 00:06:12.20\00:06:13.70 They're considered the queen of the nuts. 00:06:13.74\00:06:17.37 And we have our cherries 00:06:17.41\00:06:18.91 and these are sugar free cherries. 00:06:18.94\00:06:20.61 These are sugar free tart cherries, 00:06:20.64\00:06:23.24 that have been soaked overnight, 00:06:23.28\00:06:24.91 and we have our vanilla extract, 00:06:24.95\00:06:30.02 and be sure to read the labels when you're buying vanilla 00:06:30.05\00:06:33.49 because a lot of the vanilla has alcohol in it, 00:06:33.52\00:06:36.73 and we want to use alcohol free vanilla. 00:06:36.76\00:06:40.93 And we have our cardamom and our coriander. 00:06:40.96\00:06:44.93 And the reason why I use these two together 00:06:44.97\00:06:47.44 because it resembles cinnamon, 00:06:47.47\00:06:50.51 and I don't use cinnamon in my recipes 00:06:50.54\00:06:52.64 because cinnamon has an irritating effect 00:06:52.67\00:06:55.64 on the stomach, 00:06:55.68\00:06:57.01 so I use these milder 00:06:57.05\00:07:01.88 ingredients in my food when I'm making desserts. 00:07:01.92\00:07:07.79 And then we have honey. 00:07:07.82\00:07:09.76 And you can use any sweetener of your choice, 00:07:09.79\00:07:13.16 agave or maple syrup, 00:07:13.19\00:07:17.07 but make sure that you use not a... 00:07:17.10\00:07:20.54 any sugar like refined sugar. 00:07:20.57\00:07:23.00 You know, it's not raw, 00:07:23.04\00:07:24.47 so you want to use 00:07:24.51\00:07:27.51 something that is less processed 00:07:27.54\00:07:30.48 and then we have the salt. 00:07:30.51\00:07:33.42 You want to stir this up thoroughly, 00:07:33.45\00:07:38.19 and this smells so good, the cardamom, 00:07:38.22\00:07:42.06 the cardamom and the coriander 00:07:42.09\00:07:44.96 makes this smell so delicious. 00:07:44.99\00:07:49.06 And believe it or not, you can eat this like this. 00:07:49.10\00:07:53.00 You can, this is almost like a porridge, 00:07:53.03\00:07:55.54 you can blend it, 00:07:55.57\00:07:58.31 not process it in your food processor 00:07:58.34\00:08:00.51 a little bit to break it up, 00:08:00.54\00:08:02.84 or you can eat it like this, 00:08:02.88\00:08:04.35 but what we're going to do 00:08:04.38\00:08:05.71 is we're going to dehydrate this 00:08:05.75\00:08:09.92 overnight. 00:08:09.95\00:08:12.65 So we have our trusty dehydrator again. 00:08:12.69\00:08:18.46 And we have out Teflex sheet on the dehydrator, sheet, 00:08:18.49\00:08:24.47 and we just pour this 00:08:24.50\00:08:26.50 out on the dehydrator sheet and smooth it out. 00:08:26.53\00:08:29.87 And dehydrate it overnight 00:08:37.45\00:08:40.88 or until it gets the consistency that you like, 00:08:40.92\00:08:45.25 either really dried and crunchy 00:08:45.29\00:08:47.96 or just a little, a little crunchy, 00:08:47.99\00:08:50.96 it just depends on your taste. 00:08:50.99\00:08:52.89 So we're going to put this in the dehydrator. 00:08:57.17\00:08:59.53 And because of the miracle of television, 00:09:07.08\00:09:09.91 we have a bowl of granola that we have dehydrated, 00:09:09.94\00:09:15.28 and our almond milk. 00:09:15.32\00:09:17.09 This is a breakfast fit for a king 00:09:20.42\00:09:23.66 or a queen. 00:09:23.69\00:09:25.79 This has been Evita Tezeno 00:09:25.83\00:09:28.26 with A Taste of Paradise. 00:09:28.30\00:09:30.30 And remember, to live life fresh. 00:09:30.33\00:09:34.30 White bright and yes, tight. 00:09:41.01\00:09:43.48 What are we talking about? 00:09:43.51\00:09:44.85 I notice a lot of things that could be white 00:09:44.88\00:09:46.21 and bright and tight, 00:09:46.25\00:09:47.58 but we are talking about our teeth. 00:09:47.62\00:09:49.18 Yes, these, all of these however many numbers you have, 00:09:49.22\00:09:52.02 some have extra, some have less, 00:09:52.05\00:09:53.39 unfortunately you know 00:09:53.42\00:09:54.76 what had happened there possibly, 00:09:54.79\00:09:57.16 but the key is how to take care of our teeth 00:09:57.19\00:10:00.56 because you only have it. 00:10:00.60\00:10:02.16 I know we have that first set growing up 00:10:02.20\00:10:04.10 and then, you know, you get that little change 00:10:04.13\00:10:05.63 going on in the second set. 00:10:05.67\00:10:07.14 Some people even said, "I have a third set." 00:10:07.17\00:10:09.14 I don't know where that one came from, 00:10:09.17\00:10:10.57 probably that's the one you take in and out. 00:10:10.61\00:10:12.47 But this one here today, 00:10:12.51\00:10:14.38 we want to keep what we do have 00:10:14.41\00:10:16.11 and we want to take care of it the way the Lord intended, 00:10:16.14\00:10:18.45 so we want them to be white, bright and tight. 00:10:18.48\00:10:21.65 Why tight? 00:10:21.68\00:10:23.02 Because a lot of times people spend thousands 00:10:23.05\00:10:24.75 and some who knows maybe even millions of dollars 00:10:24.79\00:10:27.79 to take care of their teeth, 00:10:27.82\00:10:29.22 you know, in Hollywood and different places, 00:10:29.26\00:10:31.19 everybody want to have a bright smile, 00:10:31.23\00:10:33.16 and they have this treatment and that treatment. 00:10:33.19\00:10:35.63 I mean, you can list them and it just doesn't stop 00:10:35.66\00:10:38.63 of how many things people are doing 00:10:38.67\00:10:40.10 to take care of these. 00:10:40.14\00:10:41.47 I hope mine, mine is a little suspect 00:10:41.50\00:10:43.34 so pray for me. 00:10:43.37\00:10:44.71 But today we're going to learn how to take care of it 00:10:44.74\00:10:47.51 and also the little things that you can do, 00:10:47.54\00:10:49.98 we'll give you a little taste of paradise 00:10:50.01\00:10:52.05 in our toothpaste, 00:10:52.08\00:10:53.42 so we invited back by popular demand 00:10:53.45\00:10:55.98 one of my buddies and partners in work, 00:15:58.02\00:15:59.95 It's really simple because, 00:15:59.99\00:16:01.42 you know, I'm reminded of when grandma used to tell us, 00:16:01.46\00:16:04.36 you know, you just go brush your teeth 00:16:04.39\00:16:05.89 with some baking soda, right? 00:16:05.93\00:16:07.53 Wow! 00:16:07.56\00:16:08.90 And we couldn't stand it 00:16:08.93\00:16:10.27 because it was so powdery and so forth, 00:16:10.30\00:16:11.63 but we're going to try to give it 00:16:11.67\00:16:13.00 more of a paste kind of feel 00:16:13.03\00:16:14.37 because that's what we're used to, right? 00:16:14.40\00:16:15.74 But we still use this sodium bicarbonate, right? 00:16:15.77\00:16:19.04 And you've got some thoughts about, 00:16:19.07\00:16:20.44 you understand the whole thing with sodium bicarbonate. 00:16:20.48\00:16:22.74 I mean, we all know it is the baking soda, 00:16:22.78\00:16:24.58 so this is like the Arm and Hammer one that... 00:16:24.61\00:16:27.25 Exactly, exactly. 00:16:27.28\00:16:28.72 You know there're different brands, 00:16:28.75\00:16:30.09 many different brands or whatever then we take this, 00:16:30.12\00:16:31.85 we put in a fridge, 00:16:31.89\00:16:33.22 but also sodium bicarbonate 00:16:33.25\00:16:34.59 many times you find as in many recipes 00:16:34.62\00:16:37.09 or in many things that you buy from the store. 00:16:37.13\00:16:39.13 Now this here alters your pH balance there. 00:16:39.16\00:16:43.90 And so, yeah, we were talking, 00:16:43.93\00:16:46.20 you know, in many other shows about how things can be acidic, 00:16:46.23\00:16:49.90 let's say vinegar 00:16:49.94\00:16:51.27 or different spices of whatever, 00:16:51.31\00:16:53.98 but this now will make it the total opposite 00:16:54.01\00:16:56.34 because it's sodium bicarbonate. 00:16:56.38\00:16:57.95 So if you ever noticed 00:16:57.98\00:16:59.31 if you don't use any of these additives 00:16:59.35\00:17:00.68 or whatever like that, 00:17:00.72\00:17:02.05 and you ever try like drink something 00:17:02.08\00:17:03.59 even put it in water now to add flavor 00:17:03.62\00:17:06.22 but what it does to the system, it throws it off, 00:17:06.25\00:17:08.36 because it's adding another base there. 00:17:08.39\00:17:09.72 Exactly. 00:17:09.76\00:17:11.09 And so beware, 00:17:11.13\00:17:12.46 you can use it on the outside or temporary here, 00:17:12.49\00:17:14.40 but also try your best to avoid of the internal use as well, 00:17:14.43\00:17:19.10 so we have the baking soda, 00:17:19.13\00:17:20.57 so doesn't only have to hang out in a fridge, 00:17:20.60\00:17:22.80 it can hang out in a plate or bowl as well and what... 00:17:22.84\00:17:26.31 To make a toothpaste. To make a toothpaste. 00:17:26.34\00:17:27.98 What else we're going to add here? 00:17:28.01\00:17:29.34 We're going to add also hydrogen peroxide 00:17:29.38\00:17:32.38 as we mentioned before... 00:17:32.41\00:17:33.75 Hydrogen peroxide, a little bubbly thing, 00:17:33.78\00:17:35.38 you remember you got those cuts and stuff like that. 00:17:35.42\00:17:36.75 That's right, it is something that will, 00:17:36.79\00:17:39.42 there's no real finer cleaner of the teeth 00:17:39.45\00:17:42.66 when you combine sodium bicarbonate 00:17:42.69\00:17:45.63 or baking soda 00:17:45.66\00:17:47.00 and your hydrogen peroxide so... 00:17:47.03\00:17:50.13 So you have those two going there... 00:17:50.17\00:17:51.57 So now we've got these two together 00:17:51.60\00:17:52.93 they're perfectly harmless 00:17:52.97\00:17:54.30 as long as you're just brushing your teeth with it, 00:17:54.34\00:17:55.74 you're not drinking it, 00:17:55.77\00:17:57.41 little slips down the throat is not going to kill you, 00:17:57.44\00:18:00.28 you know, this is natural... 00:18:00.31\00:18:03.21 I'll read that what says here, 00:18:03.24\00:18:04.71 "Warning: when using this product do not, 00:18:04.75\00:18:07.85 do not apply for sensitivity, 00:18:07.88\00:18:09.62 people have sensitivity for longer than four weeks 00:18:09.65\00:18:11.29 or less recommended by a dentist, 00:18:11.32\00:18:12.85 stop and ask your dentist keep out of children reach." 00:18:12.89\00:18:15.32 Why do you try to keep this? 00:18:15.36\00:18:16.69 Now, the things that 00:18:16.73\00:18:18.06 they normally keep out of children reach 00:18:18.09\00:18:19.43 are the things under the kitchen, 00:18:19.46\00:18:21.03 Exactly. 00:18:21.06\00:18:22.40 you know, chemicals and all of those items. 00:18:22.43\00:18:24.07 Keep out of children reach, why? 00:18:24.10\00:18:26.07 Because children are always doing what? 00:18:26.10\00:18:27.77 Put it everything in their mouth 00:18:27.80\00:18:29.54 so the reason why they're trying to keep 00:18:29.57\00:18:31.17 this out of children's reach here 00:18:31.21\00:18:33.34 is because if they ingest too much, 00:18:33.38\00:18:36.04 what is that key ingredient as it says, 00:18:36.08\00:18:37.71 "Active ingredient fluoride." 00:18:37.75\00:18:40.45 Fluoride now what does fluoride do? 00:18:40.48\00:18:42.62 Now I'm hearing good things and bad things, 00:18:42.65\00:18:43.99 what's happening there. 00:18:44.02\00:18:45.35 You know we have to be balanced on it, 00:18:45.39\00:18:46.72 but what you find is that fluoride is, 00:18:46.76\00:18:50.73 it can be toxic to the system. 00:18:50.76\00:18:53.19 I know they're putting in a lot of times in our water 00:18:53.23\00:18:55.66 and so forth, and the dentist will tell you 00:18:55.70\00:18:58.00 to use fluorite for your teeth. 00:18:58.03\00:18:59.37 Now it will actually 00:18:59.40\00:19:01.17 help to keep your teeth nice and white. 00:19:01.20\00:19:03.94 Right, and protects it. 00:19:03.97\00:19:05.31 And protects it from cavity and so forth, 00:19:05.34\00:19:07.08 so there's nothing wrong with that, 00:19:07.11\00:19:08.91 but the problem is if you are ingesting it, 00:19:08.94\00:19:11.91 then you are ingesting 00:19:11.95\00:19:13.58 something that could be toxic to the system. 00:19:13.62\00:19:15.28 Well, you know, I was watching this item, 00:19:15.32\00:19:17.72 I forgot where it is, I had to pull it up, 00:19:17.75\00:19:19.59 I think it was somewhere in overseas 00:19:19.62\00:19:22.26 and they were showing individuals 00:19:22.29\00:19:23.93 who have access, they have like there, 00:19:23.96\00:19:26.09 because they're in a mining area or something, 00:19:26.13\00:19:28.33 their water has like a super high amount of fluoride 00:19:28.36\00:19:31.47 and as a result here they're like 00:19:31.50\00:19:33.03 their teeth is just like 00:19:33.07\00:19:34.40 'cause they have too much of it... 00:19:34.44\00:19:35.77 Too much of it. 00:19:35.80\00:19:37.14 So they were like missing their teeth, 00:19:37.17\00:19:38.51 they almost had no teeth, they said, the teeth becomes... 00:19:38.54\00:19:39.87 So it was wearing down you now. 00:19:39.91\00:19:41.24 Was wearing out, 00:19:41.28\00:19:42.61 they said it makes it even softer 00:19:42.64\00:19:43.98 and it was just, 00:19:44.01\00:19:45.35 so a little bit is helpful for protection 00:19:45.38\00:19:47.02 but too much, look what it says here, 00:19:47.05\00:19:48.38 I got to read this to you and then we'll finish this up. 00:19:48.42\00:19:50.55 It says, "Keep out of children reach, 00:19:50.59\00:19:51.92 if more than used 00:19:51.95\00:19:54.89 for brushing is accidentally swallowed 00:19:54.92\00:19:57.09 get medical help or contact the poison control center." 00:19:57.13\00:20:00.93 What? "Right away." 00:20:00.96\00:20:03.06 That means don't delay, don't wake up tomorrow, 00:20:03.10\00:20:05.47 call the same day, right? 00:20:05.50\00:20:07.07 So what does that mean to us? Oh, my goodness. 00:20:07.10\00:20:09.37 Now, I'm in big trouble or my friends in big trouble. 00:20:09.40\00:20:11.84 I remember back in university, this is a long time ago, 00:20:11.87\00:20:13.88 before you were around. 00:20:13.91\00:20:15.24 I don't think you were round back then. 00:20:15.28\00:20:16.61 No, I was not. 00:20:16.64\00:20:17.98 You know, you, you go hang out with your friends 00:20:18.01\00:20:19.35 and you get on a little date, 00:20:19.38\00:20:20.72 you want to make sure your breath is smelling good. 00:20:20.75\00:20:22.62 We used to take some of this, put it in, you know, 00:20:22.65\00:20:25.49 but also sometimes, 00:20:25.52\00:20:26.89 I'm putting out my business on the streets here, 00:20:26.92\00:20:28.99 we would swallow it. 00:20:29.02\00:20:30.79 Lord, thank you in my ignorance he didn't winked, I mean, 00:20:30.83\00:20:34.60 he went looking like this. 00:20:34.63\00:20:35.96 He covered you. 00:20:36.00\00:20:37.53 Man, I could have been dead right now, 00:20:37.57\00:20:39.13 we used to take it, oh, my goodness. 00:20:39.17\00:20:40.74 You would swallow it? 00:20:40.77\00:20:42.10 Yeah, you know, because we want to long term fresh breath, 00:20:42.14\00:20:44.97 we were just like look if it's good here, 00:20:45.01\00:20:46.44 we might as well put it down there 00:20:46.47\00:20:47.94 but that was actually a dangerous thing to do. 00:20:47.98\00:20:50.31 Oh, my goodness, but let's look at something 00:20:50.35\00:20:51.68 that shall help you. 00:20:51.71\00:20:53.05 Things we do without knowledge. 00:20:53.08\00:20:54.42 So we mix those up. What's the next step here? 00:20:54.45\00:20:56.25 Okay, so we see then that we have the hydrogen peroxide 00:20:56.28\00:21:00.96 which is antiseptic, 00:21:00.99\00:21:02.32 basically it will kill any of the bacteria 00:21:02.36\00:21:04.36 this in the mouth and so forth. 00:21:04.39\00:21:05.73 We get that as we've been sleeping at night, 00:21:05.76\00:21:07.30 that's what gives us the bad breath primarily. 00:21:07.33\00:21:10.30 But then we want to add something 00:21:10.33\00:21:11.93 that's called activated charcoal. 00:21:11.97\00:21:13.97 Now activated charcoal 00:21:14.00\00:21:15.40 is one of the most adsorbing things 00:21:15.44\00:21:18.14 on the planet. 00:21:18.17\00:21:19.54 Wait, wait absorb. No, no, notice I said ad, A-D. 00:21:19.57\00:21:23.65 So we're gonna ad... 00:21:23.68\00:21:25.01 It's adsorbing, that means it takes whatever is in it, 00:21:25.05\00:21:28.68 it adds it into its own molecular structure. 00:21:28.72\00:21:31.15 So it pulls it in. It pulls it in, right? 00:21:31.19\00:21:33.89 There is absorbing like 00:21:33.92\00:21:36.12 when you use a cloth or paper towel 00:21:36.16\00:21:37.73 but this adds it to itself... 00:21:37.76\00:21:40.03 And makes it a part. 00:21:40.06\00:21:41.40 Makes it a part up and even makes it stronger, 00:21:41.43\00:21:43.30 so it's going to... When I poured in here, 00:21:43.33\00:21:45.00 it's going to adsorb everything this in here 00:21:45.03\00:21:48.94 and when you put it on your teeth, 00:21:48.97\00:21:50.64 this actually will not only be antiseptic 00:21:50.67\00:21:53.17 but it also will whiten it. 00:21:53.21\00:21:54.71 It sounds crazy because we're talking about 00:21:54.74\00:21:57.08 something that's obviously black. 00:21:57.11\00:21:58.91 Black, yeah, this is... 00:21:58.95\00:22:00.62 But we got white teeth. 00:22:00.65\00:22:02.25 How you gonna put something black on your teeth 00:22:02.28\00:22:04.29 to make it whiter. 00:22:04.32\00:22:05.72 I mean do we need some faith up in here? 00:22:05.75\00:22:07.82 It's in faith, you cannot make an analogy. 00:22:07.86\00:22:10.79 It's still like how do you take, 00:22:10.83\00:22:12.69 how do you take robs 00:22:12.73\00:22:14.66 and wash them in blood 00:22:14.70\00:22:16.20 and they become whiter than snow. 00:22:16.23\00:22:17.70 Oh, mercy, mercy. Now you're preaching up here. 00:22:17.73\00:22:20.20 I thought we were doing toothpaste, 00:22:20.24\00:22:21.57 this man breaking out in sermon. 00:22:21.60\00:22:22.94 But you know, we got to bring in the gospel, right? 00:22:22.97\00:22:24.57 So what we're going to do 00:22:24.61\00:22:25.94 is this is actually going to take it, make it black 00:22:25.97\00:22:28.64 but yet it's going to make your teeth white. 00:22:28.68\00:22:30.75 Whiter than a snow, so let's add... 00:22:30.78\00:22:32.48 It's just a faith. 00:22:32.51\00:22:33.85 Faith of a mustard seed 00:22:33.88\00:22:35.22 or some toothpaste is what we gonna need up there. 00:22:35.25\00:22:36.58 Look at that. 00:22:36.62\00:22:37.95 And also you mentioned something about 00:22:37.99\00:22:39.69 that adsorbent property, 00:22:39.72\00:22:41.06 this is why a lot of people go all the way, 00:22:41.09\00:22:43.19 if I can say overboard with this activated charcoal. 00:22:43.22\00:22:45.59 Yes, it's good for you 00:22:45.63\00:22:46.96 but you must use it for its intended purpose. 00:22:47.00\00:22:50.83 You know, some people, they find out 00:22:50.87\00:22:52.20 its good for this or that, 00:22:52.23\00:22:53.57 so they jump in all over it, they're drinking charcoal, 00:22:53.60\00:22:56.17 they are bathing in charcoal. 00:22:56.20\00:22:57.74 They're putting it on every problem. 00:22:57.77\00:22:59.41 And a matter of fact 00:22:59.44\00:23:00.78 there is a precaution or contraindication 00:23:00.81\00:23:02.84 if a person is taking medicine 00:23:02.88\00:23:04.45 or different types of drugs or whatever. 00:23:04.48\00:23:07.18 I'm talking about medical drugs. 00:23:07.22\00:23:08.82 Legal drugs. 00:23:08.85\00:23:10.19 Yeah, the legal ones, I know this stuff is becoming, 00:23:10.22\00:23:12.85 they add an extra herbs to the legal 00:23:12.89\00:23:15.62 if ya'll know what I'm talking about, 00:23:15.66\00:23:17.03 but this here would adsorb to that 00:23:17.06\00:23:19.06 and it would hit, it would, it would not, 00:23:19.09\00:23:21.06 I want to say stifle 00:23:21.10\00:23:22.43 but it would diminish the properties of the drug 00:23:22.46\00:23:24.60 and effect that is supposed to have. 00:23:24.63\00:23:26.43 So if you take a high blood pressure medication, 00:23:26.47\00:23:28.17 let's say for example and you take that 00:23:28.20\00:23:30.31 along with the high blood pressure medication, 00:23:30.34\00:23:32.37 it's going to stop that blood pressure medication 00:23:32.41\00:23:34.34 from doing its job, 00:23:34.38\00:23:35.71 and this could cause a problem at the same time. 00:23:35.74\00:23:38.18 So what we want you to do 00:23:38.21\00:23:39.78 is follow your doctor's instructions 00:23:39.81\00:23:41.65 of course. 00:23:41.68\00:23:43.02 Now, the Lord has given natural remedies, 00:23:43.05\00:23:44.45 but let's take care of our body 00:23:44.49\00:23:45.82 so our blood pressure naturally could be where it needs to be, 00:23:45.85\00:23:48.66 so we don't have to worry about the drugs or medication. 00:23:48.69\00:23:51.06 But if your doctor put you on it, 00:23:51.09\00:23:52.43 make sure you do it. 00:23:52.46\00:23:53.80 In emergency however, 00:23:53.83\00:23:55.16 remember how I was talking about this here, 00:23:55.20\00:23:56.56 make sure you contact your physician or something 00:23:56.60\00:23:58.70 in emergency purposes. 00:23:58.73\00:24:00.07 Let's say a child swallows too much toothpaste, 00:24:00.10\00:24:02.44 can we probably use mix up the charcoal, 00:24:02.47\00:24:04.97 activated charcoal, 00:24:05.01\00:24:06.74 have them drink it, will it stifle that? 00:24:06.78\00:24:08.84 Yes, yes, in fact, Nyse, 00:24:08.88\00:24:10.85 when you have taken some type of substance into the system, 00:24:10.88\00:24:14.18 some type of poison 00:24:14.22\00:24:15.55 when you are rushed to the hospital, 00:24:15.58\00:24:17.19 the first thing that they're going to give you 00:24:17.22\00:24:18.85 to pump your stomach is activated charcoal 00:24:18.89\00:24:21.52 because it will go in and it will absorb 00:24:21.56\00:24:23.93 or adsorb the poisons into itself 00:24:23.96\00:24:26.63 leaving you completely free from it, 00:24:26.66\00:24:28.56 and then it will just pass through your system. 00:24:28.60\00:24:30.33 So something that actually takes place 00:24:30.37\00:24:33.23 by way of procedure at the hospital 00:24:33.27\00:24:35.54 is the same thing that you can do at home. 00:24:35.57\00:24:37.17 Now, we're not saying that 00:24:37.21\00:24:38.54 you don't go to the hospital, right? 00:24:38.57\00:24:39.91 Yeah, you know how people, you know, 00:24:39.94\00:24:41.28 they'll take that to the next level, 00:24:41.31\00:24:42.64 say, no hospital and let just use charcoal 00:24:42.68\00:24:45.11 which we're trying to help us to find out what, 00:24:45.15\00:24:47.05 a nice balance there. 00:24:47.08\00:24:48.42 A nice balance. 00:24:48.45\00:24:49.78 And instead at the critical time, 00:24:49.82\00:24:51.15 the golden time between emergency, 00:24:51.19\00:24:52.89 or life or death sometimes 00:24:52.92\00:24:54.26 the time that the ambulance comes to get us, you know. 00:24:54.29\00:24:56.69 And so make sure you study to show yourself approved, 00:24:56.73\00:24:59.89 and look God has given some simple natural items, 00:24:59.93\00:25:02.40 so make sure you keep some activated charcoal around. 00:25:02.43\00:25:04.30 So we mix all of this black stuff up, 00:25:04.33\00:25:06.33 trying to make white teeth. 00:25:06.37\00:25:07.87 I mean, and look... 00:25:07.90\00:25:09.24 Oh, oh, the hydrogen peroxide is doing its thing, 00:25:09.27\00:25:11.24 it's bubbling, check that out. 00:25:11.27\00:25:12.61 It's doing its thing it seems. 00:25:12.64\00:25:13.98 That's the battle between 00:25:14.01\00:25:15.34 the hydrogen peroxide and the charcoal. 00:25:15.38\00:25:18.35 This is serious battle going on here, 00:25:18.38\00:25:20.35 and I hope this battle between that peroxide and the charcoal 00:25:20.38\00:25:23.62 is happening in the mouth to make the teeth bright, 00:25:23.65\00:25:26.69 white and...? And tight. 00:25:26.72\00:25:28.79 Now here's a little point of clarification 00:25:28.82\00:25:30.73 even though we're using some activated charcoal powder 00:25:30.76\00:25:34.30 and different things that 00:25:34.33\00:25:35.66 you can use that's in your house. 00:25:35.70\00:25:37.17 Even with this one you still don't want to ingest. 00:25:37.20\00:25:39.67 You remember with the regular toothpaste and stuff, 00:25:39.70\00:25:41.87 we said, don't ingest it 00:25:41.90\00:25:43.54 because it may cause other problems as we see here, 00:25:43.57\00:25:45.87 and the same principle is here because, 00:25:45.91\00:25:47.58 you know, hydrogen peroxide there, 00:25:47.61\00:25:49.08 it's astringent, it's a cleaner, 00:25:49.11\00:25:50.75 and so what you want to do, you don't want, 00:25:50.78\00:25:52.58 you still want to brush your teeth, 00:25:52.61\00:25:54.38 let that black stuff turn the stuff white 00:25:54.42\00:25:58.02 and then you still want to wash them off properly 00:25:58.05\00:25:59.89 and put it out. 00:25:59.92\00:26:01.26 Now, that's just that, doesn't it? 00:26:01.29\00:26:02.62 I mean, it doesn't have any, any, any, 00:26:02.66\00:26:04.63 any flavor or something? 00:26:04.66\00:26:05.99 You wanna have some flavor, right? 00:26:06.03\00:26:07.36 So what we have here is a little wintergreen, 00:26:07.40\00:26:08.73 little peppermint, I like peppermint. 00:26:08.76\00:26:10.30 You can do spearmint, right?
