Have you ever wondered 00:00:01.36\00:00:02.70 exactly how to prepare healthy food 00:00:02.73\00:00:04.07 that actually taste good? 00:00:04.10\00:00:05.87 Well, stay tune while Evita Tezeno 00:00:05.90\00:00:07.84 and yours truly Nyse Collins show you just how to do it 00:00:07.87\00:00:10.77 and give you something better, A Taste of Paradise. 00:00:10.81\00:00:14.51 Welcome to A Taste of Paradise. 00:00:30.63\00:00:32.83 My name is Evita Tezeno and you know I'm from Texas 00:00:32.86\00:00:37.60 and I am a Tex-Mex kind of girl 00:00:37.63\00:00:40.10 and I love my salsa and chips. 00:00:40.14\00:00:43.57 Today, we're gonna put a twist on old salsa and chips 00:00:43.61\00:00:46.88 and we're gonna make Mango Salsa and Corn Chips. 00:00:46.91\00:00:50.98 You're waiting, you're asking, 00:00:51.01\00:00:52.65 "Evita, we're gonna have chips? 00:00:52.68\00:00:55.68 I thought this is a raw show." 00:00:55.72\00:00:57.42 Yes, we're going to make raw corn chips 00:00:57.45\00:01:02.02 and so let's get started. 00:01:02.06\00:01:03.76 Here I have a ready diced up some mangoes 00:01:41.80\00:01:46.70 and diced up avocados 00:01:46.74\00:01:49.00 and the fat from the avocados 00:01:49.04\00:01:53.07 make this so great. 00:01:53.11\00:01:57.21 So we're combining the avocados. 00:01:57.25\00:02:00.58 And the red bell peppers which were minced, 00:02:03.95\00:02:07.92 vitamin C, liquid sunshine. 00:02:07.96\00:02:13.40 We're gonna put some lime juice, 00:02:13.43\00:02:19.53 cilantro, 00:02:19.57\00:02:21.60 which is one of my favorite herbs, 00:02:21.64\00:02:26.17 onion. 00:02:26.21\00:02:27.54 We're gonna put some ginger 00:02:30.91\00:02:33.21 which gives it that kind of kick. 00:02:33.25\00:02:35.62 The garlic... 00:02:38.65\00:02:40.02 cayenne, and I put cayenne almost in everything 00:02:43.06\00:02:46.09 because my roots are Creole 00:02:46.13\00:02:50.83 and we like it spicy in Louisiana, 00:02:50.87\00:02:53.80 so 00:02:53.84\00:02:55.90 I love spicy food. 00:02:55.94\00:03:00.38 And last but not least, 00:03:00.41\00:03:01.74 we're using our Himalayan sea salt. 00:03:01.78\00:03:03.51 So the next recipe that we're going to do 00:03:07.02\00:03:09.68 are the corn chips and the recipe is... 00:03:09.72\00:03:13.36 So today I'm using organic corn 00:03:49.49\00:03:52.93 because most of the corn, 00:03:52.96\00:03:56.30 corn crops in America are genetically modified. 00:03:56.33\00:04:00.40 So I try to use only organic corn 00:04:00.44\00:04:05.67 and it's a little pricy 00:04:05.71\00:04:08.14 but GMO foods 00:04:08.18\00:04:12.71 cause a lot of different things to your body that is not good. 00:04:12.75\00:04:17.79 So you can spend that little extra money 00:04:17.82\00:04:21.72 to buy organic 00:04:21.76\00:04:24.39 and there are some things 00:04:24.43\00:04:25.76 I don't buy organic like avocados and onions, 00:04:25.79\00:04:30.17 but I splurge on the corn 00:04:30.20\00:04:32.10 because I know that it is better for me. 00:04:32.13\00:04:37.47 And I'm using hemp seed today 00:04:37.51\00:04:41.14 which is high in protein 00:04:41.18\00:04:44.21 and it's not the bad hemp seed, 00:04:44.25\00:04:45.75 so, it's good. 00:04:45.78\00:04:48.38 I have some cumin, 00:04:48.42\00:04:52.09 of course jalapeno pepper, 00:04:52.12\00:04:55.79 chili powder, 00:04:55.82\00:04:59.69 olive oil... 00:04:59.73\00:05:01.06 some spring onions... 00:05:04.43\00:05:06.40 a yellow bell pepper... 00:05:09.90\00:05:11.54 and some lime juice. 00:05:16.14\00:05:20.82 I'm gonna add the flaxseed last because it thickens it. 00:05:20.85\00:05:25.45 So I am going to pulse this first. 00:05:25.49\00:05:27.66 Not really pulse it, process it. 00:05:27.69\00:05:29.42 So it takes a lot of coaxing. 00:05:42.27\00:05:44.14 I'm adding my water. 00:05:52.85\00:05:54.35 And now we're gonna add the flaxseed in. 00:06:16.94\00:06:18.74 Okay, 00:06:48.50\00:06:50.67 this is a very thick mixture 00:06:50.71\00:06:54.81 and it will yield a very hearty chip. 00:06:54.84\00:06:58.98 So we're gonna take our dehydrator sheet 00:06:59.01\00:07:02.08 with our teflex sheet on it. 00:07:02.12\00:07:06.65 And I like to measure out 00:07:06.69\00:07:08.92 because I like the same consistency 00:07:08.96\00:07:12.36 for each tray. 00:07:12.39\00:07:16.33 So I do about two cups, 00:07:16.36\00:07:19.03 a little maybe two cups and a half per tray. 00:07:19.07\00:07:24.01 So we're going to spread out this mixture 00:07:28.48\00:07:32.28 on the dehydrated sheet 00:07:32.31\00:07:35.48 until it's 00:07:35.52\00:07:38.39 pretty consistent on, 00:07:38.42\00:07:43.69 over the whole sheet. 00:07:43.73\00:07:45.99 And we're gonna dehydrate this 00:07:46.03\00:07:49.60 for 18-24 hours 00:07:49.63\00:07:54.34 'cause we want it real crunchy chip. 00:07:54.37\00:07:57.61 After it's dehydrated 00:07:57.64\00:08:01.54 what we wanna do, 00:08:01.58\00:08:02.91 I think like 12 hours into the dehydration, 00:08:02.94\00:08:07.02 we wanna cut them into triangles, 00:08:07.05\00:08:11.92 and then you wanna dehydrate it 00:08:11.95\00:08:13.66 for another approximately 8 hours, 00:08:13.69\00:08:17.26 or until it's crunchy. 00:08:17.29\00:08:20.20 And it depends on the temperature 00:08:20.23\00:08:22.00 of where you're living 00:08:22.03\00:08:23.37 because I have to dehydrate them 00:08:23.40\00:08:25.83 for 24 hours. 00:08:25.87\00:08:27.54 So I like a real crunchy chip. 00:08:27.57\00:08:31.27 So I dehydrate them a little longer. 00:08:31.31\00:08:35.11 So after it's all spread out 00:08:35.14\00:08:40.85 and you place it into the dehydrator. 00:08:40.88\00:08:43.42 We have these wonderful chips 00:08:53.13\00:08:59.03 and this 00:08:59.07\00:09:02.24 flavorful sweet and spicy 00:09:02.27\00:09:06.17 mango salsa. 00:09:06.21\00:09:09.21 Okay, I cannot wait to taste it. 00:09:09.24\00:09:14.65 So let's try a little bit. 00:09:14.68\00:09:19.39 This makes me so happy. 00:09:24.69\00:09:28.16 You get the sweet from the mango, 00:09:28.20\00:09:31.60 the creaminess from the avocado, 00:09:31.63\00:09:36.64 the kick from the cayenne, 00:09:36.67\00:09:39.77 and the spiciness from the chip. 00:09:39.81\00:09:44.48 This is amazing. 00:09:44.51\00:09:48.55 So remember, 00:09:48.58\00:09:50.42 you do not have to compromise your eating 00:09:50.45\00:09:53.56 if you want great flavor. 00:09:53.59\00:09:55.79 And live life fresh. 00:09:55.82\00:09:57.93 Choose your chimichanga, 00:10:06.53\00:10:08.00 yes, I just said that, a chimichanga. 00:10:08.04\00:10:09.54 People are like, 00:10:09.57\00:10:10.91 "What in the world this brother is taking us back 00:10:10.94\00:10:12.47 to Mexico again." 00:10:12.51\00:10:13.88 Well, not quite maybe, okay, all right yes, 00:10:13.91\00:10:16.54 basically we're gonna go to Mexico 00:10:16.58\00:10:17.91 on this show today, 00:10:17.95\00:10:19.28 because we wanna learn 00:10:19.31\00:10:20.65 how to not only make a good nice Mexican dish 00:10:20.68\00:10:23.22 but also at the same time save, save some money. 00:10:23.25\00:10:27.02 And a lot of people who would like to eat healthy, 00:10:27.06\00:10:29.32 their biggest, biggest hang up is like, 00:10:29.36\00:10:31.39 "Oh man, I would like to do it 00:10:31.43\00:10:33.19 but anytime I go to the store 00:10:33.23\00:10:35.50 and I try to buy a fruit they ask 00:10:35.53\00:10:37.47 for whole bunch of money." 00:10:37.50\00:10:38.83 They say healthy lifestyle is expensive 00:10:38.87\00:10:41.14 and that is true 00:10:41.17\00:10:42.57 if you have somebody else making it for you. 00:10:42.60\00:10:44.47 You know I went to one store, one "health food store" 00:10:44.51\00:10:47.14 and literally when you ring up, they ask for only big bucks. 00:10:47.18\00:10:51.21 I mean, the other day actually I was just traveling 00:10:51.25\00:10:53.65 and I went to buy just like a avocado sandwich, 00:10:53.68\00:10:56.89 and some nice healthy chips, 00:10:56.92\00:10:59.69 and maybe one or two other things 00:10:59.72\00:11:01.12 and I went to cash out and literally 00:11:01.16\00:11:03.73 the lady was asking for like almost $17. 00:11:03.76\00:11:06.90 I literally lost my breath, I went down, 00:11:06.93\00:11:09.00 I was looking under the counter, 00:11:09.03\00:11:10.37 I was looking for money. 00:11:10.40\00:11:11.73 I didn't know what to do here, 00:11:11.77\00:11:13.10 but I said, "You know what ma'am, 00:11:13.13\00:11:14.47 check this out, 00:11:14.50\00:11:15.84 if I could return these things, let me do so." 00:11:15.87\00:11:17.61 And you know what I did? 00:11:17.64\00:11:19.34 I went and I bought some avocado, 00:11:19.37\00:11:21.28 so, one or two avocados, I bought a whole loaf of bread, 00:11:21.31\00:11:24.91 and of course I still wanted those healthy chips, 00:11:24.95\00:11:27.25 so I still bought the chips 00:11:27.28\00:11:28.62 and my bill went down from like $16 00:11:28.65\00:11:31.49 to literally about $8 or $9. 00:11:31.52\00:11:34.09 And, so, what I realized 00:11:34.12\00:11:35.46 when other people make healthy food for you, 00:11:35.49\00:11:37.73 then it becomes very expensive, 00:11:37.76\00:11:39.59 but if you do it yourself, 00:11:39.63\00:11:41.06 it's the cheapest thing around and, 00:11:41.10\00:11:42.73 so, you know what? 00:11:42.76\00:11:44.10 That's what a chimichanga sounds like 00:11:44.13\00:11:45.63 change or something like that. 00:11:45.67\00:11:47.20 And so that's what we gonna do. 00:11:47.24\00:11:48.57 We gonna show you how to work with what you have 00:11:48.60\00:11:50.84 and also save money. 00:11:50.87\00:11:52.21 Matter of fact everybody who follows, in general, 00:11:52.24\00:11:54.91 a family of two to three who follows the simple plans 00:11:54.94\00:11:57.81 that we've been sharing with you here 00:11:57.85\00:11:59.18 on Taste of Paradise, 00:11:59.21\00:12:00.55 all the way from raw recipes, 00:12:00.58\00:12:01.92 all the way to the cooked recipes, 00:12:01.95\00:12:03.55 you should, in general save around 4-4500, 00:12:03.59\00:12:07.22 $4500 a year, just in the food budget alone. 00:12:07.26\00:12:11.29 I am not kidding you. 00:12:11.33\00:12:12.66 You should give it a try and you will see for yourself 00:12:12.69\00:12:15.10 if you do it for yourself, 00:12:15.13\00:12:16.46 and that's why we have this special little acronym 00:12:16.50\00:12:18.73 from one of our consult is Monique Brown. 00:12:18.77\00:12:20.74 She was helping me out, she was like, 00:12:20.77\00:12:22.10 "You need to learn this thing and teach them. 00:12:22.14\00:12:24.07 They need something to remember." 00:12:24.11\00:12:25.44 And, so, here it is. 00:12:25.47\00:12:26.81 I'm gonna show you a little step 00:12:26.84\00:12:28.18 how to eat and save. 00:12:28.21\00:12:29.54 Get your pen and pencil ready. 00:12:29.58\00:12:30.95 This is the recipe for savings and it's real simple. 00:12:30.98\00:12:34.02 All you need to do is what? Save. 00:12:34.05\00:12:36.62 Number one, what are you gonna do? 00:12:36.65\00:12:37.99 You're gonna stock your kitchen. 00:12:38.02\00:12:39.35 It's very important to stock your kitchen 00:12:39.39\00:12:41.89 and, and, and, have everything planned out for you. 00:12:41.92\00:12:44.73 And I just wanna talk about stocking a kitchen real quick. 00:12:44.76\00:12:47.33 We do a special program 00:12:47.36\00:12:48.70 and it's called Revamping the VIP Room. 00:12:48.73\00:12:50.70 How to stock up the VIP room, 00:12:50.73\00:12:52.57 you should always have your kitchen stocked. 00:12:52.60\00:12:55.50 When you fall into that danger zone, 00:12:55.54\00:12:57.94 where it's almost looking like a famine is in the town. 00:12:57.97\00:13:00.51 You open up that fridge 00:13:00.54\00:13:01.88 and is only like probably mayonnaise on the side. 00:13:01.91\00:13:03.98 Of course the mayonnaise that you made yourself 00:13:04.01\00:13:05.68 and like some little onions that look like they're tired, 00:13:05.71\00:13:08.75 you know, I'm talking about those green onions 00:13:08.78\00:13:10.12 that look like they have fallen asleep while you... 00:13:10.15\00:13:12.02 You know there's a famine in the camp. 00:13:12.05\00:13:14.26 Your room or your place should never, 00:13:14.29\00:13:16.52 or your kitchen room of course the VIP room 00:13:16.56\00:13:19.03 should never get to that point. 00:13:19.06\00:13:20.40 That's danger zone. 00:13:20.43\00:13:21.76 Always keep your kitchen stocked, 00:13:21.80\00:13:23.13 but stock with healthy food like rice, and beans, 00:13:23.16\00:13:25.73 and whole wheat pasta, 00:13:25.77\00:13:27.60 and always keep the fruits rolling, 00:13:27.64\00:13:29.54 always keep the fruits rolling. 00:13:29.57\00:13:30.91 People say, "I would like to do that 00:13:30.94\00:13:32.27 but I find that I'm wasting a lot." 00:13:32.31\00:13:33.94 So then just buy a little bit less 00:13:33.98\00:13:35.34 and use it in general as you go. 00:13:35.38\00:13:37.45 Put the super market visit on a regular routine. 00:13:37.48\00:13:40.58 Don't wait till it's empty. 00:13:40.62\00:13:42.45 Just like, you know, when you're thirsty sometimes, 00:13:42.48\00:13:44.55 well, if you wait till you're thirsty 00:13:44.59\00:13:45.92 that's like a time that means you've passed the point here. 00:13:45.95\00:13:49.46 Don't wait till you're thirsty, 00:13:49.49\00:13:50.83 you should be drinking water consistently 00:13:50.86\00:13:52.56 throughout the day and that's a good sign. 00:13:52.59\00:13:54.30 So number one, we're gonna stock our kitchen. 00:13:54.33\00:13:55.86 Let's look at number two in the acronym of save. 00:13:55.90\00:13:58.50 You gonna add leftovers. 00:13:58.53\00:14:01.74 Yup, I'm talking about adding leftovers 00:14:01.77\00:14:04.07 and that's what we're gonna be doing today. 00:14:04.11\00:14:05.44 We're gonna show you 00:14:05.47\00:14:06.81 how to make a nice little salsa and stuff 00:14:06.84\00:14:08.54 but also how to use the leftovers 00:14:08.58\00:14:11.21 to incorporate that and make full complete meals. 00:14:11.25\00:14:14.48 Adding leftovers is crucial. 00:14:14.52\00:14:16.65 I was just reading 00:14:16.69\00:14:18.92 some items and it says almost I don't know, 00:14:18.95\00:14:20.62 a quite a bit 2, or 3, or 30% of something 00:14:20.66\00:14:24.33 of the food in the world is wasted, is wasted food. 00:14:24.36\00:14:28.86 Like how many more people we can feed, 00:14:28.90\00:14:31.57 and save, and help 00:14:31.60\00:14:32.93 if we just watch out on our leftovers. 00:14:32.97\00:14:35.07 So please start using leftovers into your meal 00:14:35.10\00:14:38.37 because now we're gonna have a plan. 00:14:38.41\00:14:39.77 Let's look at the next acronym here, 00:14:39.81\00:14:41.28 really simple and easy and it is vegetarian. 00:14:41.31\00:14:44.81 It has been shown, 00:14:44.85\00:14:46.38 it has been shown that you can save 00:14:46.41\00:14:48.25 almost $1,500 already 00:14:48.28\00:14:51.72 just by following a vegetarian lifestyle, 00:14:51.75\00:14:54.29 I mean, I'm not talking about the veg-vegetarian, 00:14:54.32\00:14:57.56 you know where all these meats and all these things 00:14:57.59\00:15:01.16 of course that, 00:15:01.20\00:15:02.53 you know, found in the can or something. 00:15:02.56\00:15:04.27 Go ahead and start cooking more rice, more beans, 00:15:04.30\00:15:07.30 and use beans, and beans, do not burgers. 00:15:07.34\00:15:11.47 And if you watched the program, 00:15:11.51\00:15:12.84 you've seen how we've taken 00:15:12.87\00:15:14.21 with some grains and made a nice little burger out of it 00:15:14.24\00:15:16.44 some veggies and stuff. 00:15:16.48\00:15:17.81 So a vegetarian lifestyle is the way to go 00:15:17.85\00:15:19.88 not only in the finances but also in your health. 00:15:19.91\00:15:22.65 And let's look at the last acronym here, 00:15:22.68\00:15:24.42 it's real simple, eat at home. 00:15:24.45\00:15:27.06 Almost $2,500 00:15:27.09\00:15:30.93 is spent eating out 00:15:30.96\00:15:33.36 and especially now if you wanna eat healthy food, 00:15:33.40\00:15:35.76 you just bump that up by another 20 or 30% 00:15:35.80\00:15:38.50 'cause they're gonna charge you a premium. 00:15:38.53\00:15:40.27 So if you want to save literally, 00:15:40.30\00:15:42.70 then follow those simple steps and everybody can do it. 00:15:42.74\00:15:46.21 All right, but today we wanna get this 00:15:46.24\00:15:48.34 nice little recipe to show you 00:15:48.38\00:15:49.74 how to add those leftovers and get things rolling. 00:15:49.78\00:15:52.01 But before we do that, I wanna make a little salad 00:15:52.05\00:15:54.48 so that goes with the chimichanga. 00:15:54.52\00:15:55.92 People say, "What is this chimichanga?" 00:15:55.95\00:15:57.49 Chimichanga is basically a burrito 00:15:57.52\00:15:59.15 that has been fried for you. 00:15:59.19\00:16:00.86 Normally they put cheese, and all kind of other stuff. 00:16:00.89\00:16:03.39 You remember we talked about fried foods, 00:16:03.43\00:16:04.83 how we wanna hold off on that a little bit 00:16:04.86\00:16:06.76 because these just add in more fat, 00:16:06.80\00:16:08.76 more fat, more fat to the body 00:16:08.80\00:16:10.50 and then you gonna end up with extra blessing, 00:16:10.53\00:16:11.90 you know what I mean? 00:16:11.93\00:16:13.27 One of our clients 00:16:13.30\00:16:14.64 who follow this simple principle 00:16:14.67\00:16:16.17 of holding off on excess fats from their dressing and, 00:16:16.20\00:16:20.04 you know, the salad dresses of course 00:16:20.08\00:16:22.34 and holding off on fried foods. 00:16:22.38\00:16:23.81 In one week, in one week 00:16:23.85\00:16:26.11 they've balanced almost like 3-5 pounds 00:16:26.15\00:16:28.95 just by holding off on excess fats. 00:16:28.98\00:16:31.45 So I'm gonna need you all to start looking closely 00:16:31.49\00:16:34.29 to avoid excess fats 00:16:34.32\00:16:37.43 and that's what we're gonna do today 00:16:37.46\00:16:38.79 a nice little fresh salsa that will be good for that. 00:19:29.66\00:19:31.77 And, so, usually I'll have this one 00:19:31.80\00:19:33.37 when I'm at home, 00:19:33.40\00:19:34.74 you know, I'm not traveling and eating salsa on road. 00:19:34.77\00:19:37.27 And, then you don't wanna forget 00:19:37.31\00:19:38.64 the lemon juice. 00:19:38.67\00:19:40.01 Lemon juice is fantastic. 00:19:40.04\00:19:41.58 Go ahead and enjoy it. 00:19:41.61\00:19:43.08 It's unfortunate 'cause some salsas, 00:19:43.11\00:19:45.35 many salsas have vinegar in it. 00:19:45.38\00:19:47.05 This is what we don't want because vinegar actually, 00:19:47.08\00:19:49.82 remember we just tried to clean the blood out there 00:19:49.85\00:19:51.89 with some of the tomatoes, 00:19:51.92\00:19:53.25 the vinegar actually causes that other problem, 00:19:53.29\00:19:55.12 so, use lemon instead, however, 00:19:55.16\00:19:57.53 even though we know lemon is good for the blood, 00:19:57.56\00:19:59.56 we don't wanna overdo it. 00:19:59.59\00:20:00.93 Some people are lemoned out. 00:20:00.96\00:20:02.36 They put it in everything. 00:20:02.40\00:20:03.73 They drink in a glass of water in the morning with lemon. 00:20:03.77\00:20:06.80 And they're drinking it again in the afternoon. 00:20:06.84\00:20:09.07 Are we saying lemon is bad? 00:20:09.10\00:20:10.44 No, lemon is actually good 00:20:10.47\00:20:12.14 but too much of a good thing can cause trouble. 00:20:12.17\00:20:14.24 So let's find that 00:20:14.28\00:20:15.61 nice little balance there as well. 00:20:15.64\00:20:17.15 Then we're gonna add some salt, some sea salt to that. 00:20:17.18\00:20:21.18 And actually while I'm talking about 00:20:21.22\00:20:23.18 the lemon and stuff, a lot of people don't realize, 00:20:23.22\00:20:25.15 you see, vinegar is acid outside of the body 00:20:25.19\00:20:28.89 and also acid inside of the body. 00:20:28.92\00:20:31.66 But lemons is acidic outside of the body 00:20:31.69\00:20:34.13 but when it goes through digestion 00:20:34.16\00:20:35.56 because it's a natural fresh item, 00:20:35.60\00:20:37.57 it changes and it becomes alkaline. 00:20:37.60\00:20:39.50 So it's a good thing. 00:20:39.53\00:20:40.87 But, however, outside is still in this area 00:20:40.90\00:20:42.84 and a lot of people who drink too much lemon, 00:20:42.87\00:20:44.61 they start to see that 00:20:44.64\00:20:46.11 eventually it erodes the dental enamel 00:20:46.14\00:20:48.34 because it's still acidic. 00:20:48.38\00:20:49.71 So please just find a balance. 00:20:49.74\00:20:51.75 Lemon is not bad. 00:20:51.78\00:20:53.11 We're not saying anything bad about it. 00:20:53.15\00:20:54.48 We're just showing how to use it more effectively. 00:20:54.52\00:20:56.25 So here we are. 00:20:56.28\00:20:57.62 We are done with our salsa. 00:20:57.65\00:21:01.32 So we all can go ahead and I said that 00:21:01.36\00:21:03.73 with a little tone, 00:21:03.76\00:21:05.09 I'm not talking about dancing salsa, 00:21:05.13\00:21:06.46 I'm talking about food salsa, is that all right? 00:21:06.49\00:21:08.46 And, so, we're gonna put that aside 00:21:08.50\00:21:10.07 and now we're gonna show you how to use, 00:21:10.10\00:21:11.93 you remember the part of saving is adding leftovers. 00:21:11.97\00:21:15.24 So we're gonna make what is known as chimichanga 00:21:15.27\00:21:18.81 and you may see 00:21:18.84\00:21:20.18 just as little quick recipe of what you need to use 00:21:20.21\00:21:22.24 and you this salsa with the chimichanga. 00:21:22.28\00:21:24.08 The fantastic chimichanga and here it is real quick. 00:21:24.11\00:21:27.15 All you need is... 00:21:27.18\00:21:28.52 Yes, one tablespoon of diced onion. 00:21:44.93\00:21:47.27 Really simple, easy like everybody can knock it out. 00:21:47.30\00:21:50.17 This thing is a breeze, it's a breeze. 00:21:50.21\00:21:52.34 And y'all are like, "Wait a second, 00:21:52.37\00:21:53.78 we don't see those ingredients here." 00:21:53.81\00:21:55.58 Do you know why?
