00:00:05.83\00:00:07.84 and you're truly Nyse Collins 00:00:07.87\00:00:09.20 show you just how to do it 00:00:09.24\00:00:10.81 and give you something better, A Taste of Paradise. 00:00:10.84\00:00:13.94 Welcome to A Taste of Paradise. 00:00:31.79\00:00:34.33 My name is Evita Tezeno. 00:00:34.36\00:00:36.56 And today we're going to be making Walnut Meaty Balls. 00:00:36.60\00:00:41.87 Similar to meatballs but it has no diseases in it. 00:00:41.90\00:00:48.51 It's animal free, and it's wonderful, 00:00:48.54\00:00:52.05 it's packed with nutrients. 00:00:52.08\00:00:54.35 You know regular ground meat has so many different viruses 00:00:54.38\00:00:59.65 and things in it and this one, 00:00:59.69\00:01:02.19 recipe has nothing of that sort. 00:01:02.22\00:01:05.36 It's from the earth and it's rich 00:01:05.39\00:01:07.80 and it's nutrient dense and it's yummy. 00:01:07.83\00:01:10.90 So let's go to the recipe. 00:01:10.93\00:01:12.67 I love meatballs. 00:02:09.66\00:02:13.06 I really do. 00:02:13.09\00:02:14.43 And I have been vegetarian for a very long time, 00:02:14.46\00:02:17.40 since the '80s. 00:02:17.43\00:02:19.27 And, of course, now we have 00:02:19.30\00:02:22.04 so many different products out there that you can buy, 00:02:22.07\00:02:26.01 prepared and readymade. 00:02:26.04\00:02:27.58 But when I started eating more raw, 00:02:27.61\00:02:29.84 I said, "What am I going to do?" 00:02:29.88\00:02:32.78 I don't want to use a lot of different processed foods, 00:02:32.81\00:02:35.92 so I thought and thought 00:02:35.95\00:02:37.29 and came up with this fabulous recipe. 00:02:37.32\00:02:39.59 And so we're using walnuts. 00:02:39.62\00:02:42.92 Again walnuts is a brain food and it's so good for you. 00:02:42.96\00:02:47.76 And I told you before that I soak a whole lot of nuts 00:02:47.80\00:02:53.27 and I dehydrate them, so I have my stash. 00:02:53.30\00:02:56.81 And you have to dehydrate them 00:02:56.84\00:02:58.61 till they're really, really dry. 00:02:58.64\00:03:00.74 And you could keep them in a cupboard 00:03:00.78\00:03:02.34 but I like to keep them in the refrigerator 00:03:02.38\00:03:05.31 to keep them fresh. 00:03:05.35\00:03:06.68 So we're starting out with the walnuts. 00:03:06.72\00:03:11.62 And that's one cup of walnuts and this is one cup of pecan. 00:03:11.65\00:03:15.32 And I do the same with pecans, 00:03:15.36\00:03:16.93 I soak them and dehydrate them 00:03:16.96\00:03:19.03 and I keep them in the refrigerator, 00:03:19.06\00:03:21.16 just because. 00:03:21.20\00:03:23.10 And this is marinara sauce. 00:03:23.13\00:03:25.57 Now if you had watched season one and season two 00:03:25.60\00:03:29.14 of Taste of Paradise, 00:03:29.17\00:03:31.74 I have used this marinara recipe several times, 00:03:31.77\00:03:35.01 and it also will be on the website. 00:03:35.04\00:03:37.38 And this is a raw marinara sauce, 00:03:37.41\00:03:40.45 which is loaded with basil, fresh basil, oregano, 00:03:40.48\00:03:45.69 wonderful deliciousness. 00:03:45.72\00:03:49.72 And we're using Italian seasoning. 00:03:49.76\00:03:52.13 This recipe is very, very flavorful, 00:03:52.16\00:03:54.90 so we're using a lot of ingredients in it. 00:03:54.93\00:03:58.87 We're using cumin, 00:03:58.90\00:04:04.11 some cayenne, 00:04:04.14\00:04:10.45 lots of garlic. 00:04:10.48\00:04:11.81 I love garlic. 00:04:11.85\00:04:13.28 Look, garlic is so good for you, 00:04:13.31\00:04:17.12 fresh basil. 00:04:17.15\00:04:18.65 I have a little small little garden 00:04:21.76\00:04:25.09 where I have fresh basil just growing on my windowsill. 00:04:25.13\00:04:30.57 So you can grow basil anywhere. 00:04:30.60\00:04:32.87 It's just so wonderful for you. 00:04:32.90\00:04:36.24 And these are nutritional yeasts 00:04:36.27\00:04:37.81 which is like yeast flakes, a nutritional yeast. 00:04:37.84\00:04:42.08 Flaxseed, now I'm using golden flaxseed today 00:04:42.11\00:04:45.45 because golden flaxseed has more nutrients in it. 00:04:45.48\00:04:49.55 You can use the brown, 00:04:49.58\00:04:50.92 whatever you have in your cupboard. 00:04:50.95\00:04:54.59 And don't buy the already ground flaxseed 00:04:54.62\00:04:59.26 because you don't know 00:04:59.29\00:05:00.86 how long it's been on the cupboard, 00:05:00.90\00:05:03.47 and you don't know a lot of things about it. 00:05:03.50\00:05:07.17 So it's best when you get ready to use a recipe 00:05:07.20\00:05:11.54 to grind it up yourself in a coffee grinder, 00:05:11.57\00:05:14.18 that's all you need. 00:05:14.21\00:05:15.58 We have maple syrup, 00:05:19.51\00:05:25.29 Braggs Liquid Aminos. 00:05:25.32\00:05:30.26 And this is the water 00:05:30.29\00:05:31.93 from the soaked sun dried tomatoes. 00:05:31.96\00:05:38.13 Very, very simple recipe. 00:05:38.17\00:05:39.63 Lots ingredients, yes, but it's really, really simple. 00:05:39.67\00:05:43.14 And then you just whiz it. 00:05:43.17\00:05:44.97 Now you have to keep whizzing it 00:05:51.55\00:05:53.25 until all the ingredients are mixed. 00:05:53.28\00:05:57.99 So it's gonna take a little while 00:05:58.02\00:05:59.35 you have to coax it along. 00:05:59.39\00:06:00.86 And what I'm using today, I'm using a food processor. 00:06:14.97\00:06:18.54 You can't really use a blender 00:06:18.57\00:06:20.78 because a blender will blend it up too much 00:06:20.81\00:06:24.91 and it'll be really hard to maneuver. 00:06:24.95\00:06:26.92 So I'm using a food processor today. 00:06:26.95\00:06:29.02 And whatever food processor you have is good. 00:06:29.05\00:06:33.42 I am using a Cuisinart, 00:06:33.46\00:06:34.79 but it's whatever you have in your home. 00:06:34.82\00:06:37.33 Okay, one more whiz. 00:06:42.93\00:06:45.33 Okay, that's ready. 00:06:52.97\00:06:55.21 Today we're using a dehydrator. 00:06:55.24\00:06:58.01 Now this recipe cannot be used without a dehydrator. 00:06:58.05\00:07:03.15 I guess you can use, you could make the balls 00:07:03.18\00:07:06.02 and you could eat them without dehydrating, 00:07:06.05\00:07:08.69 but the flavor intensifies, 00:07:08.72\00:07:11.06 and you can also store them in the freezer for later. 00:07:11.09\00:07:15.06 And you can get a dehydrator 00:07:15.10\00:07:16.87 from your local department store 00:07:16.90\00:07:18.90 but also you can also order it online. 00:07:18.93\00:07:22.20 I'm using Excalibur dehydrator today. 00:07:22.24\00:07:24.94 It's a nine tray, 00:07:24.97\00:07:26.31 it's one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. 00:07:26.34\00:07:29.64 So you're gonna take a dehydrated sheet 00:07:29.68\00:07:33.15 with Teflex sheet and these sheets are... 00:07:33.18\00:07:36.02 'Cause they have the this grey tray right here 00:07:41.22\00:07:45.19 and it keeps things from seeping in, seeping out. 00:07:45.23\00:07:49.83 So you want to just take the mixture 00:07:49.86\00:07:52.80 and just make meatballs. 00:07:52.83\00:07:57.87 You can make them large, small, whatever size you want. 00:07:57.91\00:08:03.58 And I just wish that the television had smellvision 00:08:03.61\00:08:09.32 because the aroma is amazing. 00:08:09.35\00:08:14.66 It is amazing. 00:08:14.69\00:08:16.02 I just wish you guys 00:08:16.06\00:08:17.39 could smell this through your television 00:08:17.43\00:08:20.13 'cause I can just eat the mixture 00:08:20.16\00:08:24.07 right out of the food processor. 00:08:24.10\00:08:26.40 Now you want to take this mixture 00:08:26.43\00:08:28.97 and make all the meatballs from this mixture 00:08:29.00\00:08:31.47 and you want to dehydrate it for 12 to 16 hours, 00:08:31.51\00:08:35.18 basically overnight. 00:08:35.21\00:08:36.64 You could put it in about 8 o'clock and go to bed 00:08:36.68\00:08:39.71 and wake up in the next morning 00:08:39.75\00:08:41.08 and you could have these wonderful, 00:08:41.12\00:08:44.02 wonderful meatballs. 00:08:44.05\00:08:47.69 So because we're on television 00:08:47.72\00:08:51.59 and I have dehydrated beforehand. 00:08:51.63\00:08:56.63 This is what they come out to look like. 00:08:56.67\00:08:59.87 Don't they look good? 00:08:59.90\00:09:02.34 These meaty balls have walnuts, pecans, and basil. 00:09:02.37\00:09:08.08 And they are so rich in flavor, they're fabulous. 00:09:08.11\00:09:12.98 This has been Evita Tezeno with a Taste of Paradise. 00:09:13.01\00:09:17.35 Live life fresh. 00:09:17.39\00:09:19.25 Mamma Mia Pita Pizza. 00:09:27.00\00:09:29.20 Now I know you're all are thinking 00:09:29.23\00:09:30.57 like what in the world? 00:09:30.60\00:09:31.93 Yes, I said Mama Mia but not pop a pizza. 00:09:31.97\00:09:34.14 I meant Pita Pizza. 00:09:34.17\00:09:35.50 Now I love Italian food. 00:09:35.54\00:09:38.51 Actually it's probably like literally in my blood. 00:09:38.54\00:09:41.31 My dad actually is from Italy, and my mom is from Tennessee 00:09:41.34\00:09:44.11 so you get that all mix up, crazy stuff, we probably, 00:09:44.15\00:09:46.61 I mean we cook everything in the house. 00:09:46.65\00:09:48.02 We cook lasagna, to curry this and curry that, 00:09:48.05\00:09:51.52 and all of these things. 00:09:51.55\00:09:52.89 And matter fact, it was such a confusion. 00:09:52.92\00:09:55.02 Sometimes we even have like curry lasagna, 00:09:55.06\00:09:57.23 you know, don't even try it at your home. 00:09:57.26\00:09:58.96 I'm not gonna show you the recipe 00:09:58.99\00:10:00.33 or anything like that. 00:10:00.36\00:10:01.70 But today I want to do something very special, 00:10:01.73\00:10:03.16 you know, because I think 00:10:03.20\00:10:04.53 this is something that we all love. 00:10:04.57\00:10:06.27 We all love pizza. 00:10:06.30\00:10:08.07 And matter fact, it's been proven that we all love it. 00:10:08.10\00:10:11.01 Then you have all of these chain pizza places 00:10:11.04\00:10:13.58 and they are like billion-dollar industries, 00:10:13.61\00:10:15.71 it's like everybody's eating pizza. 00:10:15.74\00:10:17.58 These days they're almost giving it away for free. 00:10:17.61\00:10:19.95 And so I'm like, "Man, 00:10:19.98\00:10:21.32 that is good and we all love it." 00:10:21.35\00:10:23.05 But a lot of people say, "Man, 00:10:23.08\00:10:24.42 we know it's probably not the best thing for us." 00:10:24.45\00:10:26.45 Now it's not that pizza is bad for you or anything like that, 00:10:26.49\00:10:29.02 you know, what we'd like to do, 00:10:29.06\00:10:30.39 we like to focus on the good things, 00:10:30.43\00:10:31.76 you know, I mean we want to give people 00:10:31.79\00:10:33.13 something better. 00:10:33.16\00:10:34.50 And so it's not that pizza is bad for you, 00:10:34.53\00:10:35.86 it's just that maybe some of the products 00:10:35.90\00:10:37.37 and stuff like that is, you know, 00:10:37.40\00:10:38.77 probably not the best thing to use, you know. 00:10:38.80\00:10:40.80 If it was so bad, then nobody would be eating it, 00:10:40.84\00:10:43.00 and everybody would be dead, if they did eat it. 00:10:43.04\00:10:45.37 So it's not that it's bad, it's just that, 00:10:45.41\00:10:48.18 you know, some of the ingredients, 00:10:48.21\00:10:49.54 you know, you get that, 00:10:49.58\00:10:50.91 of course, number one you start with the crust there, 00:10:50.95\00:10:52.71 and it's white flour which does taste good, 00:10:52.75\00:10:57.55 and, you know, you can even enjoy it there 00:10:57.59\00:11:00.32 you know, 'cause it goes in soft 00:11:00.36\00:11:01.86 but there is old principle, if it goes in soft, 00:11:01.89\00:11:04.09 sometimes it doesn't come out the best way. 00:11:04.13\00:11:06.09 So the rule is if it goes in rough, 00:11:06.13\00:11:07.83 it normally comes out soft, 00:11:07.86\00:11:09.20 I know we don't want to talk about that, 00:11:09.23\00:11:10.57 we're trying to talk about pizza, 00:11:10.60\00:11:11.93 but I have to share with you 00:11:11.97\00:11:13.30 'cause that's what white refined products 00:11:13.34\00:11:14.67 actually do for us unfortunately. 00:11:14.70\00:11:16.77 It makes like that gluey consistency 00:11:16.81\00:11:18.37 when that goes into digestive tract. 00:11:18.41\00:11:20.14 And you wondering why you know, to go to rest room number two, 00:11:20.18\00:11:24.11 sometime it may be a problem 00:11:24.15\00:11:25.48 it's because of those white products as they goes in 00:11:25.51\00:11:27.68 and they start to stick along 00:11:27.72\00:11:29.05 the walls of the digestive tract, 00:11:29.08\00:11:30.89 so that's one item 00:11:30.92\00:11:32.25 that they probably say it's not good for you. 00:11:32.29\00:11:34.16 So what do we do? 00:11:34.19\00:11:35.52 All we do is we make a whole wheat alternative. 00:11:35.56\00:11:38.89 And so today we're gonna do that, 00:11:38.93\00:11:40.26 but I don't have time to be making that stuff, 00:11:40.30\00:11:41.90 so I'm gonna show you little quick shortcut. 00:11:41.93\00:11:43.80 Another thing that goes on to that pizza is, 00:11:43.83\00:11:47.37 you know, you have that delicious sauce 00:11:47.40\00:11:49.17 and then you have that toppings, 00:11:49.20\00:11:50.57 you know, then that's the danger zone. 00:11:50.61\00:11:52.27 Sometimes we put these toppings on, 00:11:52.31\00:11:53.88 you know, you have the cheese 00:11:53.91\00:11:55.24 and what are some other items, 00:11:55.28\00:11:57.91 maybe they put some chicken or they do some ground beef 00:11:57.95\00:12:00.52 or some people, you know, 00:12:00.55\00:12:02.08 which is not recommended, of course, 00:12:02.12\00:12:03.72 you know we may put pepperoni or something like that. 00:12:03.75\00:12:05.92 And so all of these different toppings 00:12:05.95\00:12:08.86 as well may cause another issue. 00:12:08.89\00:12:10.69 So now you have the slice of pizza 00:12:10.73\00:12:12.33 which is probably depended on what you do put on it 00:12:12.36\00:12:15.50 or maybe 1,000, 2,000 calories sometimes. 00:12:15.53\00:12:18.13 It's just like weird and now these pizza slices 00:12:18.17\00:12:20.34 are getting bigger and bigger and bigger. 00:12:20.37\00:12:22.30 And so it's really hard 00:12:22.34\00:12:24.57 sometimes I guess for us to find temperance 00:12:24.61\00:12:26.27 but today we're gonna show a simple way, 00:12:26.31\00:12:29.21 one of my favorites to make a Pita Pizza. 00:12:29.24\00:12:32.61 Mamma Mia, you're gonna enjoy it as well. 00:12:32.65\00:12:34.55 And it's real simple our recipe 00:12:34.58\00:12:36.99 and as I was telling you about that crust there, 00:12:37.02\00:12:38.92 I want to show you something that we'll use 00:12:38.95\00:12:40.86 because I myself, I'm running to Yvonne. 00:12:40.89\00:12:43.12 I know you all don't have time to be like making pizza, 00:12:43.16\00:12:45.76 get in the dough going, then put it in the oven, 00:12:45.79\00:12:48.60 then wait for this time, make sure it doesn't burn, 00:12:48.63\00:12:51.30 you know, you've heard that before. 00:12:51.33\00:12:52.67 Is it cooked properly? 00:12:52.70\00:12:54.04 So I got the simple way to do that. 00:12:54.07\00:12:55.77 And I'm gonna show you something here real quick. 00:12:55.80\00:12:57.47 All you need for our crust is a simple pita bread. 00:12:57.51\00:13:01.78 That's it, that's all we're gonna use whole wheat Pita, 00:13:01.81\00:13:04.15 very nice, very simple and easy. 00:13:04.18\00:13:06.28 And then we're just gonna make the sauce 00:13:06.31\00:13:07.88 which is really cool as, you know, 00:13:07.92\00:13:09.92 growing up in Brooklyn, we love pizza. 00:13:09.95\00:13:12.75 And we use to go to this one place there 00:13:12.79\00:13:14.42 and man, the pizza was so good. 00:13:14.46\00:13:16.76 The key to a good pizza is the what? 00:13:16.79\00:13:18.96 Is the sauce. So then it tastes so good. 00:13:18.99\00:13:21.56 One day we grabbed the lady's hand, 00:13:21.60\00:13:23.53 you know, we call her Mamma Bona, 00:13:23.57\00:13:25.20 that was a name like Bona. 00:13:25.23\00:13:26.57 We took her hand and we, your hands are amazing 00:13:26.60\00:13:30.21 'cause you make such great pizza. 00:13:30.24\00:13:31.91 So I said, I spent a little time with her, 00:13:31.94\00:13:34.74 and I said, let me look at some of these little things 00:13:34.78\00:13:36.61 that she does, that makes that pizza sauce 00:13:36.64\00:13:39.45 or, you know, special sauce they call it are so good. 00:13:39.48\00:13:42.48 And so that's one of the recipes 00:13:42.52\00:13:44.22 that we're gonna do here today is make that sauce 00:13:44.25\00:13:46.39 'cause, look, the pizza dough is done. 00:13:46.42\00:13:48.59 So Mamma Mia, this is gonna be really good. 00:13:48.62\00:13:50.63 And I want you all to get your pens and papers ready 00:13:50.66\00:13:52.83 because here it is. 00:13:52.86\00:13:54.20 Catch it real quick while you can, 00:13:54.23\00:13:55.63 how we can make our nice Mamma Mia Pita Pizza sauce. 00:13:55.66\00:13:59.70 And here is the simple ingredients. 00:13:59.73\00:14:01.40 All you need is... 00:14:01.44\00:14:02.77 Dried rosemary like is that simple or what? 00:14:28.53\00:14:31.57 This is like amazing for you to do. 00:14:31.60\00:14:34.20 So I'm going to put those little items here together. 00:14:34.24\00:14:36.57 And I know you can take the tomatoes, 00:14:36.60\00:14:38.67 you can do it from scratch. 00:14:38.71\00:14:40.04 I like the tomato paste. 00:14:40.08\00:14:41.41 It's really simple, real easy to get that going, 00:14:41.44\00:14:43.18 you just get that in your blender 00:14:43.21\00:14:45.41 or something simple. 00:14:45.45\00:14:46.78 You take your garlic as you see here, drop that in. 00:14:46.82\00:14:50.05 If you like garlic, put a extra one in. 00:14:50.09\00:14:52.19 Just don't talk to me afterwards. 00:14:52.22\00:14:55.22 Then you go ahead, you put a little bit of, 00:14:55.26\00:14:58.23 a little bit of sugar. 00:14:58.26\00:15:00.36 This is cane sugar. 00:15:00.40\00:15:03.20 This goes ahead and gets that nice little kick there. 00:15:03.23\00:15:06.20 Oh, man, I put a little extra it has to taste good. 00:15:06.23\00:15:08.50 This is the special sauce. 00:15:08.54\00:15:10.11 I'm gonna put a little bit of olive oil here. 00:15:10.14\00:15:12.27 You all know the recommendation me, 00:15:12.31\00:15:14.71 I just like to have fun in the kitchen. 00:15:14.74\00:15:16.14 I don't know about you. 00:15:16.18\00:15:17.51 We got to have some oregano leaves. 00:15:17.55\00:15:19.68 Oregano is crucial. 00:15:19.71\00:15:21.05 This is going to make everything taste good. 00:15:21.08\00:15:23.05 If I could get this top off though, 00:15:23.08\00:15:24.95 that would be very helpful. 00:15:24.99\00:15:26.32 So we have some oregano leaves. 00:15:26.35\00:15:28.12 Oh, man, and of course, 00:15:28.16\00:15:29.59 if you have it fresh, the better, the better, always. 00:15:29.62\00:15:32.46 Always try your best 00:15:32.49\00:15:33.83 but sometimes it's not available. 00:15:33.86\00:15:36.20 Then I have rosemary, rosemary leaves. 00:15:36.23\00:15:38.57 I'm gonna put a little bit of that there. 00:15:38.60\00:15:41.70 Look at me making a mess 00:15:41.74\00:15:43.07 but this is gonna be good Mamma Mia. 00:15:43.10\00:15:44.71 And then you got to have some sea salt. 00:15:44.74\00:15:47.08 Look at me going ahead, this is sea salt. 00:15:47.11\00:15:50.05 I'm gonna take a little bit of that it should be good. 00:15:50.08\00:15:52.91 Don't worry I'm not gonna eat it all at once. 00:15:52.95\00:15:54.98 And then you would take the... 00:15:55.02\00:15:56.72 And let me get some water. 00:15:56.75\00:15:58.09 You got to put some water to get the consistency. 00:15:58.12\00:15:59.55 I'm gonna show you how to make really quick, 00:15:59.59\00:16:02.09 my chef, one of my buddies. 00:16:02.12\00:16:03.83 He showed me a simple way to do it. 00:16:03.86\00:16:05.26 You take the tomato paste whatever the ounce is. 00:16:05.29\00:16:07.80 If it's 6 ounces or something, 00:16:07.83\00:16:09.26 you do one to one, so you add that much amount of water. 00:16:09.30\00:16:12.27 Okay, so if you have one, 12-ounce can, 00:16:12.30\00:16:15.07 and you want to make a big pizza 00:16:15.10\00:16:16.44 or something like that, 00:16:16.47\00:16:17.81 then you just add 12 ounces of water 00:16:17.84\00:16:19.41 like anybody can do that. 00:16:19.44\00:16:20.84 And if you want a put a little extra ingredients, 00:16:20.88\00:16:22.54 don't worry, I won't tell anybody, do that. 00:16:22.58\00:16:24.61 So I'm just gonna approximate here about 6 ounces. 00:16:24.65\00:16:29.82 It depends on a consistency you want here. 00:16:29.85\00:16:32.62 And you put those all together, 00:16:32.65\00:16:33.99 and I'm just gonna blend it 00:16:34.02\00:16:35.36 real quick for you all, all right. 00:16:35.39\00:16:36.73 So hold tight. 00:16:36.76\00:16:38.09 All right. 00:16:51.77\00:16:54.08 So if you have a good blender 00:16:54.11\00:16:55.44 that will actually help you as well. 00:16:55.48\00:16:56.91 And now have our pizza sauce. 00:16:56.95\00:16:59.25 I don't know if you all can take a quick look 00:16:59.28\00:17:01.05 at that there. 00:17:01.08\00:17:02.62 This is a nice little pizza sauce 00:17:02.65\00:17:04.69 that everybody can enjoy. 00:17:04.72\00:17:06.35 That thing is tasty. 00:17:06.39\00:17:07.79 If you want to add some extra ingredients, 00:17:07.82\00:17:09.46 go ahead and do it yourself. 00:17:09.49\00:17:11.93 As well if you like a different consistency, 00:17:11.96\00:17:14.03 then you just add a little more water, okay? 00:17:14.06\00:17:16.63 But we're gonna make it nice and thick because this 00:17:16.67\00:17:19.50 because we have our pita here. 00:17:19.53\00:17:21.00 We don't need as much time in a oven 00:17:21.04\00:17:23.00 going ahead and baking it and all of that stuff. 00:17:23.04\00:17:25.31 So that's gonna cook really fast 00:17:25.34\00:17:27.28 but what we're gonna do now 00:17:27.31\00:17:28.64 because it doesn't stay in oven as long, 00:17:28.68\00:17:30.68 15, 20 minutes or something of that nature 00:17:30.71\00:17:32.81 and it cooks much faster within like 5 to 7 minutes, 00:17:32.85\00:17:36.75 what we're gonna do is 00:17:36.79\00:17:38.12 we're gonna do saute some of our toppings 00:17:38.15\00:17:39.99 to get it a head start because to bake it 00:17:40.02\00:17:43.16 and get it ready is like really, really easy. 00:17:43.19\00:17:46.43 So what we want to do is 00:17:46.46\00:17:47.80 we want to get that sauce pan ready 00:17:47.83\00:17:49.53 and then we have some ingredients 00:17:49.56\00:17:50.97 for our toppings that everybody can truly enjoy. 00:17:51.00\00:17:54.24 So here it is, the simple ingredients 00:17:54.27\00:17:55.80 that you all love. 00:17:55.84\00:17:57.31 All you need is the... 00:17:57.34\00:17:58.67 Like really that is it. 00:18:25.93\00:18:28.30 It's that simple, it's that easy. 00:18:28.34\00:18:30.67 Me, I'm just looking for my ingredients 00:18:30.71\00:18:32.41 so I'm all over a place here today. 00:18:32.44\00:18:34.21 But it's really, you put what you like. 00:18:34.24\00:18:36.21 You like pineapple, well, you put pineapple. 00:18:36.24\00:18:37.98 You like something else spinach or something of that nature, 00:18:38.01\00:18:41.15 you could put that as well. 00:18:41.18\00:18:42.52 And so what we're gonna do just to expedite the process, 00:18:42.55\00:18:44.65 we're going to saute 00:18:44.69\00:18:46.02 all of these items here together. 00:18:46.05\00:18:47.76 And so I'm gonna start sauteing 00:18:47.79\00:18:49.39 and I'm going to turn stove on real quick. 00:18:49.42\00:18:51.79 And you could put it on medium heat, high heat, me, 00:18:51.83\00:18:54.46 I want this thing to hurry up, 00:18:54.50\00:18:55.83 so I'm put on high heat. 00:18:55.86\00:18:57.20 Then I'm gonna take some of my ingredients, 00:18:57.23\00:18:58.57 if you like the red ones you could put that there. 00:18:58.60\00:19:00.77 I'm going to put the orange ones. 00:19:00.80\00:19:02.60 I love my onions, 00:19:02.64\00:19:04.44 so I know we asked for certain amount 00:19:04.47\00:19:06.27 but I'm but I'm sorry, 00:19:06.31\00:19:07.64 I think I may have put a little bit more. 00:19:07.68\00:19:09.88 And let me get a little bit of olive oil, just you know, 00:19:09.91\00:19:12.51 if you want to saute in water 00:19:12.55\00:19:13.88 or something like that. 00:19:13.92\00:19:15.25 Now because as you notice here we use a very little cheese 00:19:15.28\00:19:19.15 or the cheese that we're doing as a healthful cheese. 00:19:19.19\00:19:21.26 A little additional oil is not gonna hurt anybody, 00:19:21.29\00:19:24.43 all right. 00:19:24.46\00:19:25.79 So you go ahead. 00:19:25.83\00:19:27.16 You mix those items up. 00:19:27.20\00:19:28.53 If you want to put in the olives, 00:19:28.56\00:19:31.27 the black ones, the green ones. 00:19:31.30\00:19:32.73 Oh, let me tell you something about these olives. 00:19:32.77\00:19:36.30 Olives are also very good. 00:19:36.34\00:19:38.81 Of course, you know, I work as a doctor for individuals 00:19:38.84\00:19:41.58 dealing with like, you know, 00:19:41.61\00:19:44.41 kidney problems or whatever it actually helps deal 00:19:44.45\00:19:47.02 with the restoration of the kidney. 00:19:47.05\00:19:49.05 So, you know, as a little treatment 00:19:49.08\00:19:51.02 like five olives a day will keep kidney problems away. 00:19:51.05\00:19:55.19 But, of course, we have to find out 00:19:55.22\00:19:56.56 what is causing the kidney problems. 00:19:56.59\00:19:59.06 So 'cause you eat all the olives in the world 00:19:59.09\00:20:01.70 but if we're still doing things 00:20:01.73\00:20:03.06 that maybe provoking a situations, 00:20:03.10\00:20:04.80 then it's not gonna help, you know. 00:20:04.83\00:20:06.57 So we get that ready, that thing is smelling good. 00:20:06.60\00:20:10.61 Oh, man, I'm loving it. 00:20:10.64\00:20:12.34 So you let that go till it's nice and tender there. 00:20:12.37\00:20:16.28 And then we also have 00:20:16.31\00:20:17.88 as you see over here the tomatoes, 00:20:17.91\00:20:19.55 we're gonna put those directly on with the pizza here. 00:20:19.58\00:20:26.25 So this is Mamma Mia's Pita's pizza. 00:20:26.29\00:20:29.49 And so as that gets going I'm gonna go ahead 00:20:29.52\00:20:32.09 and I'm gonna get this other stuff rolling, 00:20:32.13\00:20:34.20 my delicious, delicious as we say in Italy delicioso, 00:20:34.23\00:20:40.14 I think, something like that, I don't know. 00:20:40.17\00:20:41.74 Anyway it sounded good, yeah. 00:20:41.77\00:20:43.64 So you have that, you take some of your sauce. 00:20:43.67\00:20:46.24 Matter fact, if you have friends and family coming over, 00:20:46.27\00:20:49.31 you just make a little extra, just take the recipe, 00:20:49.34\00:20:51.58 double it, triple it. 00:20:51.61\00:20:52.95 You put it nice and heavy on there. 00:20:52.98\00:20:55.02 You're making your own pizza 00:20:55.05\00:20:56.38 so you don't have to worry about anybody else. 00:20:56.42\00:20:59.09 Sometimes, when I go to the pizza, 00:20:59.12\00:21:01.89 of course, as you know, I don't use regular cheese. 00:21:01.92\00:21:05.93 So sometimes, I'm stuck out there 00:21:05.96\00:21:07.86 and I try to make a little pizza on the streets 00:21:07.90\00:21:11.83 and I tell them, "Can you make my pizza with no cheese?" 00:21:11.87\00:21:15.37 And they look at me like, "What? 00:21:15.40\00:21:17.37 Pizza without cheese, 00:21:17.41\00:21:18.74 have you lost your mind or something like that?" 00:21:18.77\00:21:20.54 And I said, "No, make it without cheese." 00:21:20.58\00:21:22.78 But now when you make it without the cheese I say, 00:21:22.81\00:21:24.95 please, put a little extra sauce on it. 00:21:24.98\00:21:27.42 Go heavy on the sauce 00:21:27.45\00:21:28.98 because I need something else to make up that flavor. 00:21:29.02\00:21:31.02 So I do a veggie lovers' no cheese pizza. 00:21:31.05\00:21:33.92 So if you ever get caught out there, 00:21:33.96\00:21:35.29 hey, you should give it a try. 00:21:35.32\00:21:36.66 And a matter fact, one time I did it 00:21:36.69\00:21:38.49 and the guy at the back he felt so sorry for me
