00:12:24.97\00:12:28.44 Maybe are you on time for like a date with a good friend? 00:12:28.48\00:12:31.58 Or maybe to pickup the kids from school? 00:12:31.61\00:12:34.38 But the question is are you on time? 00:12:34.42\00:12:36.79 Question as well, 00:12:36.82\00:12:38.15 a big question is are we on time for church? 00:12:38.19\00:12:40.32 Are we on time for maybe, you know, school, 00:12:40.36\00:12:42.96 after school activities. 00:12:42.99\00:12:44.73 The question is are we on time? 00:12:44.76\00:12:47.40 And all littles being on time, 00:12:47.43\00:12:49.16 things are great 00:12:49.20\00:12:50.53 but what we forget about most is, 00:12:50.57\00:12:53.00 are we on time to take care of this body? 00:12:53.03\00:12:55.94 Have we been on time to eat on, you know, on a schedule? 00:12:55.97\00:12:59.37 Have we been on time to maybe rest? 00:12:59.41\00:13:01.88 Have we been on time for lunch or breakfast 00:13:01.91\00:13:04.31 or maybe a light dinner? 00:13:04.35\00:13:06.35 This is the issue, we're on time 00:13:06.38\00:13:08.65 for everything else 00:13:08.68\00:13:10.45 but for some reason, food gets the back burner. 00:13:10.49\00:13:13.15 And this should not continue this way. 00:13:13.19\00:13:15.36 The body can't keep it up, it may fool you for now 00:13:15.39\00:13:18.53 and deal with all of the, 00:13:18.56\00:13:20.33 all of the strain that it gives you 00:13:20.36\00:13:22.20 but it will come back. 00:13:22.23\00:13:23.73 If not now, maybe later. 00:13:23.77\00:13:25.40 So let's be on time to take care of the body 00:13:25.43\00:13:28.10 and that's why we title this, Are You On Time, 00:13:28.14\00:13:30.71 is because this is so important, 00:13:30.74\00:13:34.04 this is almost like the VIP room, 00:13:34.08\00:13:35.98 the most important room in a house 00:13:36.01\00:13:37.38 which is the kitchen 00:13:37.41\00:13:38.75 but even more important is are we on time to prepare food? 00:13:38.78\00:13:42.42 Are we on time to eat? 00:13:42.45\00:13:43.85 And what we realise is many times, 00:13:43.89\00:13:45.79 we have been lacking on that and so today, 00:13:45.82\00:13:48.59 we wanna just take a little, 00:13:48.62\00:13:51.09 you know, a little break 00:13:51.13\00:13:52.46 and look at the importance of this. 00:13:52.49\00:13:55.20 There is a saying 00:13:55.23\00:13:56.56 and it's written in the Ministry of Healing that 00:13:56.60\00:13:57.93 says that, 00:13:57.97\00:13:59.40 "Regularity in eating is a vital important". 00:13:59.43\00:14:03.67 Now when you and I think of vital, 00:14:03.71\00:14:05.94 what do you think of? 00:14:05.97\00:14:08.21 Vital means what necessary? 00:14:08.24\00:14:10.05 Vital means, you probably can't live without it. 00:14:10.08\00:14:12.18 So like your heart beat, that is a vital beat, 00:14:12.21\00:14:16.35 you can't live without it. 00:14:16.38\00:14:17.72 Even if your hearts stops, 00:14:17.75\00:14:19.49 you still need that vital beat, why? 00:14:19.52\00:14:21.39 What it'd do? 00:14:21.42\00:14:22.76 They put a pace maker 00:14:22.79\00:14:24.13 and if something else to give that beat. 00:14:24.16\00:14:25.49 Let's take of something else that maybe vital. 00:14:25.53\00:14:27.46 Your blood is a vital fluid, you can't live without it. 00:14:27.50\00:14:31.67 If you lose a lot of blood, 00:14:31.70\00:14:33.03 they're gonna have to replace it. 00:14:33.07\00:14:34.40 You get a transfusion and all of these other items, 00:14:34.44\00:14:37.61 these are vital things. 00:14:37.64\00:14:39.77 What else is vital? 00:14:39.81\00:14:41.18 As we just, as I just mentioned, 00:14:41.21\00:14:43.45 regularity, a schedule. 00:14:43.48\00:14:46.11 And you know what? 00:14:46.15\00:14:47.48 Even before we change any foods or stuff like that, 00:14:47.52\00:14:49.68 the goal is to get back on a schedule. 00:14:49.72\00:14:52.45 Our bodies works on a schedule. 00:14:52.49\00:14:54.49 The sun rises, the sun sets. 00:14:54.52\00:14:56.69 The Lord said, "Let there be day 00:14:56.73\00:14:58.09 and let there be night." 00:14:58.13\00:14:59.46 If you notice there's a rhythm. 00:14:59.49\00:15:01.00 Can you imagine if one day, the sun said, "You know what? 00:15:01.03\00:15:04.07 I'm tired. 00:15:04.10\00:15:05.53 I'm not gonna rise today." 00:15:05.57\00:15:07.27 The world wouldn't even know which way to turn, 00:15:07.30\00:15:09.67 the rivers won't know which way to flow 00:15:09.70\00:15:11.97 and it would just be pure chaos. 00:15:12.01\00:15:14.24 Well, your body doesn't wanna be in chaos, 00:15:14.28\00:15:16.95 it wants to develop a rhythm, 00:15:16.98\00:15:18.75 a schedule and this is crucial but many times people say, 00:15:18.78\00:15:22.32 I don't have time to do eat on time. 00:15:22.35\00:15:25.05 I don't have time for lunch 00:15:25.09\00:15:26.86 or I don't have time for breakfast 00:15:26.89\00:15:28.72 and we put it on a backburner. 00:15:28.76\00:15:30.76 Yes, this body, this temple is wonderful, 00:15:30.79\00:15:34.23 wonderfully made. 00:15:34.26\00:15:35.93 But what happens is, it's almost like a car, 00:15:35.96\00:15:38.33 you know, if you don't take care of it, 00:15:38.37\00:15:41.34 it's just gonna break down on you 00:15:41.37\00:15:42.80 and we have to follow the manual, 00:15:42.84\00:15:45.17 the manual which God has given us. 00:15:45.21\00:15:46.84 And so let's look at that point there, 00:15:46.88\00:15:48.38 regularity in eating, is of what? 00:15:48.41\00:15:50.98 Vital importance. 00:15:51.01\00:15:53.01 It says, there should be a specified time for each meal. 00:15:53.05\00:15:59.45 Okay, now let's over this real quick. 00:15:59.49\00:16:01.56 There should be a what? 00:16:01.59\00:16:02.92 A specified time, let me break that down even more. 00:16:02.96\00:16:05.19 There should be a specific time for each meal. 00:16:05.23\00:16:08.73 This is crucial. 00:16:08.76\00:16:11.20 Let's say your body is gonna... 00:16:11.23\00:16:13.20 Let's say you eat breakfast at 8 O'clock today, right? 00:16:13.23\00:16:15.87 What time is your body gonna expect breakfast tomorrow? 00:16:15.90\00:16:18.57 8 O'clock. 00:16:18.61\00:16:19.94 Yes, your body remembers things okay. 00:16:19.97\00:16:21.48 So what time? 00:16:21.51\00:16:22.84 or something like that. 00:16:22.88\00:16:25.18 The body is doing what? 00:16:25.21\00:16:26.72 Waiting and getting ready for who to come in at 8 O'clock? 00:16:26.75\00:16:30.85 Food. 00:16:30.89\00:16:32.22 So what happens, it starts to release some of those, 00:16:32.25\00:16:33.66 our enzymes and those digestive juices 00:16:33.69\00:16:36.02 in anticipation that 8 O'clock, we will be eating. 00:16:36.06\00:16:39.59 But we wanna trick the body today 00:16:39.63\00:16:42.00 and we just wanna skip 8 O'clock. 00:16:42.03\00:16:43.73 Oh, no, no, I don't wanna eat breakfast at eight, 00:16:43.77\00:16:45.43 I have something to do. 00:16:45.47\00:16:46.80 So we skip that, we go to work, 00:16:46.84\00:16:48.17 we do this 00:16:48.20\00:16:49.54 and we try to eat breakfast at 11 or 12 O'clock. 00:16:49.57\00:16:51.47 But if you notice this is really funny 00:16:51.51\00:16:53.78 and it works clock work 00:16:53.81\00:16:55.21 because the body works on a schedule, 00:16:55.24\00:16:57.41 you notice like 9 or 10 O'clock, 00:16:57.45\00:16:59.28 you hear thunder and lightning 00:16:59.31\00:17:01.98 and you look out the window and it's no rain. 00:17:02.02\00:17:04.39 Where's that thunder and lightning coming from? 00:17:04.42\00:17:06.12 It's coming from your what? Your stomach. 00:17:06.15\00:17:08.76 Because the body was waiting 00:17:08.79\00:17:10.93 and you got to know what I'm talking about, 00:17:10.96\00:17:12.29 you ever tried to take a test 00:17:12.33\00:17:13.66 and you skip breakfast that morning 00:17:13.70\00:17:15.26 and you're trying to squeeze your stomach, 00:17:15.30\00:17:16.90 you're trying to drink water, you're trying to chew gum 00:17:16.93\00:17:19.23 which probably even make the situation worse. 00:17:19.27\00:17:21.57 And you have work and everybody's looking at you 00:17:21.60\00:17:23.81 and you're like what's going on, 00:17:23.84\00:17:25.17 is because the body was expecting food at what time? 00:17:25.21\00:17:28.18 8 O'clock but we tricked it. 00:17:28.21\00:17:30.11 Well, the trick is back and the joke is on us. 00:17:30.15\00:17:32.75 Because it's releasing those digestive juices 00:17:32.78\00:17:34.78 and it says, "Hey, where's the food?" 00:17:34.82\00:17:36.79 Then no food comes. So what happens? 00:17:36.82\00:17:38.45 It turns around, yes, literally turn around 00:17:38.49\00:17:40.79 and start eating and digesting whatever it has access to. 00:17:40.82\00:17:44.49 The lining of the stomach. 00:17:44.53\00:17:46.39 I'm telling we work with people 00:17:46.43\00:17:47.80 who've had acid reflux, gastritis, 00:17:47.83\00:17:50.23 you know what acid reflux is, right? 00:17:50.27\00:17:51.77 You know, when you're trying to like sleep at night 00:17:51.80\00:17:53.44 but you cant sleep straight 00:17:53.47\00:17:54.80 and you have to keep going like this, because why? 00:17:54.84\00:17:57.11 You feel those like fluids and stuff coming back up 00:17:57.14\00:17:59.77 and it starts to burn you and stuff. 00:17:59.81\00:18:01.41 And so you have to take like 5 and 10 pillow 00:18:01.44\00:18:03.81 and you're sleeping like this. 00:18:03.85\00:18:05.21 You know, because you can't lay flat anymore. 00:18:05.25\00:18:07.48 That is real sip and we worked with one client 00:18:07.52\00:18:09.82 that had that problem and you will not believe this. 00:18:09.85\00:18:13.49 After 10 years of dealing with the problem, 00:18:13.52\00:18:15.39 they just got back on schedule, are you ready? 00:18:15.42\00:18:19.56 Within three days, literally three days, 00:18:19.59\00:18:22.93 they were able to get rid of the problem. 00:18:22.96\00:18:25.40 I mean, this acid reflux thing is very, very serious 00:18:25.43\00:18:28.07 but the coolest thing about it is, the answer is so simple. 00:18:28.10\00:18:31.44 I remember we were doing a rotation in the hospital in ER 00:18:31.47\00:18:34.64 and one person came into the ER 00:18:34.68\00:18:37.08 and he was like, "Oh, my goodness. 00:18:37.11\00:18:38.45 I'm having a heart attack. I'm having an heart attack." 00:18:38.48\00:18:40.12 And I'm not sure I make fun of them 00:18:40.15\00:18:41.48 but they really thought 00:18:41.52\00:18:42.85 they were having a heart attack. 00:18:42.88\00:18:44.22 When the doctors ran all the tests 00:18:44.25\00:18:45.59 and everything like that, you know what? 00:18:45.62\00:18:46.96 It wasn't even a heart attack. 00:18:46.99\00:18:48.32 It was a bad case of acid reflux. 00:18:48.36\00:18:51.03 And now watch this, don't play around with it, 00:18:51.06\00:18:52.39 I know most people will say, 00:18:52.43\00:18:53.76 "Well, it's not a major disease or stuff like that." 00:18:53.80\00:18:55.70 But actually it is. 00:18:55.73\00:18:57.40 Because what it will do is, 00:18:57.43\00:18:58.93 it will predispose the body for gastritis. 00:18:58.97\00:19:01.44 Gastritis and acid reflux leads to like what? 00:19:01.47\00:19:04.51 Ulcers, ulcers and we all know and you heard all our programs, 00:19:04.54\00:19:07.78 can start and slowly but surely lead a person 00:19:07.81\00:19:10.41 as a percussive to what? 00:19:10.45\00:19:11.81 Cancer of the stomach. 00:19:11.85\00:19:13.18 Now no, nobody wants that, 00:19:13.21\00:19:14.55 especially when you're eating all is good food 00:19:14.58\00:19:16.58 But even though eating all the good food, 00:19:16.62\00:19:18.12 it does us no good, if we don't eat it, what? 00:19:18.15\00:19:20.76 On time. So the question is are we on time? 00:19:20.79\00:19:23.32 So it says regularity in eating is a, what? 00:19:23.36\00:19:25.49 Vital. That means, it's life vital importance. 00:19:25.53\00:19:29.23 There should be a specified time for us to eat 00:19:29.26\00:19:32.73 and at this time let us eat what your body, what? 00:19:32.77\00:19:35.44 Needs and then take 00:19:35.47\00:19:36.81 nothing else until the next meal. 00:19:36.84\00:19:40.61 Now that's another tip that we need to learn, 00:19:40.64\00:19:42.31 'cause we need to learn to be on time. 00:19:42.34\00:19:44.45 So okay, I'm gonna eat at 8 O'clock today 00:19:44.48\00:19:46.68 and I'm gonna follow that schedule. 00:19:46.72\00:19:48.65 But right at about 9:30, 10, 11, 12 O' clock, 00:19:48.68\00:19:53.02 I get a little thing 00:19:53.05\00:19:54.39 and my lunch time is not till maybe 1 O'clock. 00:19:54.42\00:19:56.32 So I go ahead and I take grape 00:19:56.36\00:19:58.33 or I drink something or whatever. 00:19:58.36\00:20:00.63 That means that is gonna start to interrupt 00:20:00.66\00:20:03.33 that digestion process because it's a snack. 00:20:03.37\00:20:06.87 So what does that mean, eat what your system requires 00:20:06.90\00:20:09.20 and take nothing else until the next meal, 00:20:09.24\00:20:11.14 that simply means no snacking. 00:20:11.17\00:20:13.38 Don't eat anything in between the meals 00:20:13.41\00:20:15.11 but the question I have for you all today is, 00:20:15.14\00:20:17.28 what is considered a snack? 00:20:17.31\00:20:19.91 What's considered a snack? 00:20:19.95\00:20:21.98 Well, most people say, "Any thing that comes 00:20:22.02\00:20:23.39 in between a meal or items like that." 00:20:23.42\00:20:26.69 Or people will say, "Well, isn't a apple a healthy snack?" 00:20:26.72\00:20:29.59 Well, I mean it's a better alternative 00:20:29.62\00:20:32.09 but I wanna say it's quite a healthy snack 00:20:32.13\00:20:34.80 because anything that comes in between digestion 00:20:34.83\00:20:37.43 starts to mess up your digestion. 00:20:37.47\00:20:39.27 I give you a quick example. 00:20:39.30\00:20:40.64 Let's say, you sent your friend to the supermarket to go ahead 00:20:40.67\00:20:44.31 and buy some of the ingredients 00:20:44.34\00:20:46.27 for one of our recipes that we're making, okay. 00:20:46.31\00:20:48.44 So watch this, they head into the supermarket 00:20:48.48\00:20:50.98 and before they could drive out the driveway sub, 00:20:51.01\00:20:52.98 you call them, "Hey, can you come back, 00:20:53.01\00:20:55.65 I need to give you some more money 00:20:55.68\00:20:57.02 'cause I also wanna pick up this." 00:20:57.05\00:20:58.39 Okay. 00:20:58.42\00:20:59.75 So they come back and they say, "Okay, 00:20:59.79\00:21:01.12 I'll get that for you, no problem." 00:21:01.16\00:21:02.49 So they leave again and they drive 00:21:02.52\00:21:04.09 and they go two blocks and you call them, 00:21:04.13\00:21:05.99 "Hello, yeah, I forgot one more item, 00:21:06.03\00:21:08.26 can you come back 00:21:08.30\00:21:09.63 and let me give you some more money for that?" 00:21:09.66\00:21:11.00 So they come back and they get it. 00:21:11.03\00:21:13.10 If you notice what will happen now, watch this. 00:21:13.13\00:21:15.77 Before you know it, 00:21:15.80\00:21:17.14 they would never even get to the supermarket 00:21:17.17\00:21:19.01 and by time they got to the supermarket, 00:21:19.04\00:21:20.91 so much time has passed, they have such a high list, 00:21:20.94\00:21:24.71 as a result, that's what snacking does, 00:21:24.75\00:21:26.95 it interrupts the process. 00:21:26.98\00:21:28.82 So they should have just went through supermarket 00:21:28.85\00:21:30.72 and they would've been back within 20 minutes. 00:21:30.75\00:21:32.45 But now it takes what? 00:21:32.49\00:21:34.16 45 minutes, a hour and that what's snacking does. 00:21:34.19\00:21:37.56 Well, people say, "Okay, okay." 00:21:37.59\00:21:39.29 Well, what else is considered a snack? 00:21:39.33\00:21:41.40 Anything that is not water is considered a snack. 00:21:41.43\00:21:45.53 Because anything that needs to be digested 00:21:45.57\00:21:48.17 and water is like the only thing 00:21:48.20\00:21:49.54 that doesn't need to be digested. 00:21:49.57\00:21:50.91 Even if I drop a lemon in the water, 00:21:50.94\00:21:52.31 that is considered a snack. 00:21:52.34\00:21:54.61 All right, and so we don't wanna do that, 00:21:54.64\00:21:56.08 that's why throughout our programs 00:21:56.11\00:21:57.45 we've been teaching people 00:21:57.48\00:21:58.81 how to plan their menus and how to cook proper meals 00:21:58.85\00:22:03.79 so that you won't have that hunger 00:22:03.82\00:22:05.85 or that craving to snack 00:22:05.89\00:22:07.29 and most time you won't have that snacking 00:22:07.32\00:22:09.22 if you just drink more water. 00:22:09.26\00:22:11.49 And so this is one of the thing. 00:22:11.53\00:22:12.86 So we're not gonna, number one, we gotta be on schedule, 00:22:12.89\00:22:14.96 regularity is crucial. 00:22:15.00\00:22:16.77 You already know this with your job. 00:22:16.80\00:22:18.43 Could your job manage, okay, let's say you're a teacher. 00:22:18.47\00:22:22.60 Could the schools function, if you came in at, at anytime. 00:22:22.64\00:22:26.37 Let's say, you're supposed to be 00:22:26.41\00:22:28.01 at 9 O'clock for classes to start. 00:22:28.04\00:22:29.61 And you just skip that, 00:22:29.64\00:22:30.98 "Oh, I'm gonna come at 10 or 11 O'clock." 00:22:31.01\00:22:32.55 What would happen to your class? 00:22:32.58\00:22:34.28 It wouldn't work because they need a system. 00:22:34.32\00:22:37.82 But here's the question now, 00:22:37.85\00:22:40.66 we would take better care our jobs, 00:22:40.69\00:22:43.56 than sometimes we take care of ourselves. 00:22:43.59\00:22:46.29 Your body wants that same schedule. 00:22:46.33\00:22:49.03 It doesn't want to be in chaos. 00:22:49.06\00:22:51.33 But the issue is that it needs a schedule. 00:22:51.37\00:22:55.64 And if we go here and go there and don't eat on time, 00:22:55.67\00:22:59.01 then you gotta start to have problems. 00:22:59.04\00:23:00.38 I remember I was working with one young lady 00:23:00.41\00:23:02.28 and she said this is too much information, 00:23:02.31\00:23:04.21 too much information, 00:23:04.25\00:23:05.58 I'll try to follow schedule 00:23:05.61\00:23:06.95 but can't eat healthy food and all that stuff. 00:23:06.98\00:23:09.28 And you know what she did? 00:23:09.32\00:23:10.65 She continued eating all the food that 00:23:10.69\00:23:13.25 she would consider not healthy 00:23:13.29\00:23:15.36 but she says all I will do is I will follow a schedule. 00:23:15.39\00:23:19.43 8 O'clock I'm gonna eat, five or six hours after, 00:23:19.46\00:23:23.20 1, 2 O'clock I'm gonna eat 00:23:23.23\00:23:25.10 and then she says I have dinner but I'll go for light dinner. 00:23:25.13\00:23:28.17 And are you ready for what happened? 00:23:28.20\00:23:30.47 Within one week of her following information, 00:23:30.51\00:23:34.18 just one week, 00:23:34.21\00:23:35.54 she balanced meaning that like 00:23:35.58\00:23:37.11 she lost almost four to five pounds. 00:23:37.15\00:23:41.32 Here's the funny thing, 00:23:41.35\00:23:42.68 she didn't change anything in her diet. 00:23:42.72\00:23:44.69 All she did was follow a schedule. 00:23:44.72\00:23:47.76 Follow a schedule 00:23:47.79\00:23:49.12 and I'll give you a quick example 00:23:49.16\00:23:50.49 and this is why 00:23:50.53\00:23:52.69 the key to getting on time is the planning, okay? 00:23:52.73\00:23:56.46 That's why you need to take advantage of your Sundays, 00:23:56.50\00:23:59.23 you need to take advantage of any free time 00:23:59.27\00:24:00.97 'cause you need to plan out your meals 00:24:01.00\00:24:02.94 and that's what throughout the program 00:24:02.97\00:24:04.31 we've been sharing little items that you can do 00:24:04.34\00:24:05.94 because, you know, life does go, life does run. 00:24:05.97\00:24:08.88 But we can't let it run, run, run and run us to the ground. 00:24:08.91\00:24:13.18 And what I mean by that, here's a little tip 00:24:13.21\00:24:15.28 and don't tell your employers I told you this. 00:24:15.32\00:24:17.82 But please ladies, gentlemen, whoever's watching, 00:24:17.85\00:24:20.69 don't act like your job needs you. 00:24:20.72\00:24:24.13 Yes, I did say that, I'm sorry but I have to say it again. 00:24:24.16\00:24:27.16 Don't act like your job needs you. 00:24:27.20\00:24:29.20 Why do I say that? 00:24:29.23\00:24:30.73 Because they won't work 00:24:30.77\00:24:32.63 and you would work, work, work 00:24:32.67\00:24:34.34 and sometimes people act like the job needs them 00:24:34.37\00:24:37.11 and I have to be there 6 in the morning. 00:24:37.14\00:24:38.94 And I have to leave at 11, 12 O'clock at night. 00:24:38.97\00:24:41.24 And they work so much but let me tell you something. 00:24:41.28\00:24:45.01 One day you get sick, 00:24:45.05\00:24:46.41 maybe stomach problems or something of that nature. 00:24:46.45\00:24:48.78 God forbid it happens. We hope not. 00:24:48.82\00:24:51.15 If it happens, if you get sick 00:24:51.19\00:24:53.25 and you can't come in to work 00:24:53.29\00:24:54.72 or you can't come into work anymore. 00:24:54.76\00:24:56.12 Do you know what will happen to your position? 00:24:56.16\00:24:58.49 They'll replace it. 00:24:58.53\00:25:00.70 And somebody else would do the same job. 00:25:00.73\00:25:03.67 So the key is let's start to take care of this body 00:25:03.70\00:25:06.60 because if you don't do it for yourself, 00:25:06.63\00:25:08.84 no one else can do it for you. 00:25:08.87\00:25:10.91 Is that all right? 00:25:10.94\00:25:12.27 So let's just plan our menus and items like 00:25:12.31\00:25:14.34 that so we could be on time 00:25:14.38\00:25:16.14 and you will start to see the benefit as a result. 00:25:16.18\00:25:18.78 So one of the key items 00:25:18.81\00:25:20.15 that we made throughout our program in is a granola. 00:25:20.18\00:25:23.99 Because you never wanna leave home without it. 00:25:24.02\00:25:25.99 So I wanna give you, 00:25:26.02\00:25:27.36 just show you a little example of a granola 00:25:27.39\00:25:29.49 that we see here today 00:25:29.52\00:25:31.19 is really simple, it's really easy to make. 00:25:31.23\00:25:33.60 If you didn't get the recipe, call and do something. 00:25:33.63\00:25:35.60 Get the recipe, 00:25:35.63\00:25:36.97 all you need to do is make this at least once. 00:25:37.00\00:25:39.00 Once every two or three weeks 00:25:39.03\00:25:40.94 and you never have to make cereal again. 00:25:40.97\00:25:43.07 All right, and you never have to buy it, 00:25:43.10\00:25:44.54 so you save money as a result. 00:25:44.57\00:25:47.28 It's actually healthy, 00:25:47.31\00:25:48.98 you won't have that urge to snack why?
