So we cover it all. 00:08:18.93\00:08:23.50 Okay. And there you have it. 00:08:26.63\00:08:29.00 Your raw pecan pie. 00:08:29.04\00:08:30.74 Salad express. 00:08:38.25\00:08:40.18 We all know we want to live healthy. 00:08:40.22\00:08:41.82 We all know we want to eat healthy. 00:08:41.85\00:08:43.62 But sorry to apologize, 00:08:43.65\00:08:45.79 eating healthy is not just about salad. 00:08:45.82\00:08:47.92 But even though salad is very important 00:08:47.96\00:08:49.69 and we should try our best 00:08:49.72\00:08:51.06 to get it in as much as possible, 00:08:51.09\00:08:52.43 let's continue to do so. 00:08:52.46\00:08:54.00 However, a lot of times people don't want salad, 00:08:54.03\00:08:55.93 because maybe it just doesn't taste right, 00:08:55.96\00:08:58.10 or maybe it doesn't have the right dressing 00:08:58.13\00:09:00.67 and stuff like that. 00:09:00.70\00:09:02.04 Or for those who love it, they enjoy it, 00:09:02.07\00:09:03.97 but they wonder why they're not balancing their blessings. 00:09:04.01\00:09:07.14 And they eat salad every day, 00:09:07.18\00:09:08.64 but why, why am I still adding on extra blessings, 00:09:08.68\00:09:11.31 and for those who never tuned in, in our program, 00:09:11.35\00:09:13.21 we never say you're fat or skinny, 00:09:13.25\00:09:14.58 some are just over blessed, 00:09:14.62\00:09:15.95 wherever you want to put it, and some are under blessed. 00:09:15.98\00:09:18.15 And we just want to learn how to balance those blessings. 00:09:18.19\00:09:20.29 Well, one of the keys 00:09:20.32\00:09:21.66 that people are not balancing their blessings, 00:09:21.69\00:09:23.02 even though they're eating salad every day, 00:09:23.06\00:09:24.56 every day, every day, every day, 00:09:24.59\00:09:25.93 is because they are adding unnecessary fats 00:09:25.96\00:09:28.76 to their salad. 00:09:28.80\00:09:30.13 And I know, you all know what I'm talking about, 00:09:30.17\00:09:32.43 they get crazy and they go overboard with the dressings, 00:09:32.47\00:09:36.24 and no matter which one it is, the Italian, the ranch, 00:09:36.27\00:09:38.97 the thousands islands you just make it up, 00:09:39.01\00:09:41.24 and it's overwhelming. 00:09:41.28\00:09:43.38 Couple of reasons why? 00:09:43.41\00:09:44.75 Number one, the dressing, 00:09:44.78\00:09:46.11 the primary base of that dressing is what? 00:09:46.15\00:09:48.52 It's oil, okay. 00:09:48.55\00:09:50.25 No matter how many ways you cut it, 00:09:50.29\00:09:52.09 oil is 100 percent fat, all right. 00:09:52.12\00:09:55.22 Let's look at the best oils out there, 00:09:55.26\00:09:56.89 the grapes seeds, and the olive oil, 00:09:56.93\00:09:58.43 and the extra virgin and stuff like that. 00:09:58.46\00:10:00.83 That is just 100 percent fat. 00:10:00.86\00:10:02.83 So the more you start adding on, 00:10:02.86\00:10:05.00 the more blessings you add. 00:10:05.03\00:10:06.40 Some people when they find out 00:10:06.43\00:10:07.77 extra virgin olive oil is like good for you, 00:10:07.80\00:10:09.77 they go crazy within one second, 00:10:09.80\00:10:11.64 they are like taking a piece of... 00:10:11.67\00:10:15.11 Or first they are like sprinkle in it all over, 00:10:15.14\00:10:18.71 or actually a thunderstorm on their salads, 00:10:18.75\00:10:21.18 you know what I mean just all kind of olive oil over it. 00:10:21.22\00:10:24.42 Number two they'll take it like a piece of bread 00:10:24.45\00:10:26.82 and they're like oh, olive oil is good for me. 00:10:26.86\00:10:28.62 So they totally like baptize it in the oil, 00:10:28.66\00:10:31.49 and that sometimes we use that like that piece of bread 00:10:31.53\00:10:35.73 when we go out to eat. 00:10:35.76\00:10:37.13 You know how they put the little tray there 00:10:37.17\00:10:39.57 or a little plate and they've already put the oil there. 00:10:39.60\00:10:42.14 We use it like a cleanex 00:10:42.17\00:10:43.54 and this is like sipping up everything that's there. 00:10:43.57\00:10:47.08 And we wonder why we can't balance our blessing? 00:10:47.11\00:10:49.01 Because we are taking in too much fat. 00:10:49.04\00:10:50.78 Even though we may not be eating 00:10:50.81\00:10:52.25 a lot of fatty foods, that oil even though it's good 00:10:52.28\00:10:55.55 and I know we want to look at the French, 00:10:55.58\00:10:57.15 and we want to look at the Italians 00:10:57.19\00:10:58.52 and what they're doing with the oil, 00:10:58.55\00:10:59.89 and they're using it like, why can't we do that? 00:10:59.92\00:11:01.72 It's just still too much and is unnecessary. 00:11:01.76\00:11:04.89 So what we can do is we can keep it simple. 00:11:04.93\00:11:07.83 We're gonna learn how to make our own dress 00:11:07.86\00:11:09.50 and I'll give you a simple one to on the road to go, 00:11:09.53\00:11:12.70 and it's really simple and easy. 00:11:12.73\00:11:14.27 And I want you all, I hope you all are ready for this. 00:11:14.30\00:11:16.54 Because today we have a special item 00:11:16.57\00:11:19.44 lined up for you. 00:11:19.47\00:11:20.81 Not only that we're gonna make what I call, 00:11:20.84\00:11:22.88 my not so fruity fruit salad 00:11:22.91\00:11:26.15 and a nice little creamy dressing. 00:11:26.18\00:11:29.58 We know some people call it tofu mayonnaise, 00:11:29.62\00:11:31.42 you can call it whatever you want. 00:11:31.45\00:11:32.79 You can use it as mayonnaise, 00:11:32.82\00:11:34.16 and I'm gonna show you how to do that, 00:11:34.19\00:11:35.52 and you could use it as a salad dressing. 00:11:35.56\00:11:38.03 And what we're gonna do, 00:11:38.06\00:11:39.39 we're gonna go to that recipe here, real quick: 00:11:39.43\00:11:41.96 Okay, really simple, really easy to make. 00:12:09.76\00:12:13.50 And if you don't have time for this, 00:12:13.53\00:12:14.86 I'm gonna show you another recipe. 00:12:14.90\00:12:16.23 But what you do is you take the super, super soft tofu, 00:12:16.26\00:12:19.87 you drop that into the blender. 00:12:19.90\00:12:21.97 Okay, really simple and easy there. 00:12:22.00\00:12:24.17 Then, I already mixed up the salt 00:12:24.21\00:12:26.21 and the seasonings in there. 00:12:26.24\00:12:29.24 You just pour that in there as well. 00:12:29.28\00:12:32.18 One of the key items is the dill. 00:12:32.21\00:12:35.42 Oh, man this is what takes it over the top for you. 00:12:35.45\00:12:38.39 And if you notice most of those dressings 00:12:38.42\00:12:40.46 that we buy in a store, 00:12:40.49\00:12:42.26 the key ingredient after oil is what is known as vinegar, 00:12:42.29\00:12:46.96 and the last item here is the cashews. 00:12:47.00\00:12:50.13 Okay so, nothing wrong with the fats, right. 00:12:50.17\00:12:52.90 Fat is actually good for you, 00:12:52.93\00:12:54.97 but the problem is sometimes we use too much of it, 00:12:55.00\00:12:58.57 as we just explained here with some of those dressings. 00:12:58.61\00:13:02.38 So you put all those items up, 00:13:02.41\00:13:04.28 and keep some water around just in case you need it. 00:13:04.31\00:13:07.12 Matter of act, you could even put a little 00:13:07.15\00:13:09.02 just to help with the blending there. 00:13:09.05\00:13:12.39 And the thing is 00:13:12.42\00:13:14.36 you want to keep it as creamy as possible, 00:13:14.39\00:13:16.52 and because that tofu is like really soften stuff, 00:13:16.56\00:13:19.13 it won't have a problem blending it up. 00:13:19.16\00:13:21.26 So I'm just gonna blend it till its nice and creamy 00:13:21.30\00:13:23.40 and then we'll take a look at it. 00:13:23.43\00:13:25.20 All right, and if you see some of those spies 00:13:44.15\00:13:46.76 are trying to get away from getting blended, 00:13:46.79\00:13:49.06 so I'm just gonna go ahead and stick my spoon in there, 00:13:49.09\00:13:51.86 as everybody needs to be included here. 00:13:51.89\00:13:54.36 And, and there we go, 00:13:54.40\00:13:57.70 and we'll put that back on one more time. 00:13:57.73\00:13:59.97 And you also want to blend it, 00:14:00.00\00:14:01.34 so you don't hear that crackly sound anymore, 00:14:01.37\00:14:03.30 because that's the cashews, right. 00:14:03.34\00:14:04.67 So that's breaking down cashews and stuff like that. 00:14:04.71\00:14:06.91 When you hear the crackly sound 00:14:06.94\00:14:08.28 that means, it hasn't been blended properly. 00:14:08.31\00:14:10.38 So here we go. 00:14:10.41\00:14:11.75 Done, voila, we are finish with our tofu mayonnaise 00:14:18.25\00:14:23.59 /dressings/dip/something you just whatever. 00:14:23.63\00:14:29.73 It's actually fantastic. So you have it right there. 00:14:29.76\00:14:33.57 You have the dressing and is very, very, very easy, 00:14:33.60\00:14:37.37 I'll just grab a spatula or even a little knife here. 00:14:37.41\00:14:41.54 And look how nice and creamy that is. 00:14:41.58\00:14:44.21 Oh, man, especially after you put it in the fridge, 00:14:44.25\00:14:47.22 when you put in the fridge, it will get a little, 00:14:47.25\00:14:49.55 a little thick not too much. 00:14:49.58\00:14:51.19 It gets nice and thick there. 00:14:51.22\00:14:52.92 And so now you have 00:14:52.95\00:14:54.66 our tofu mayonnaise/dressing /dip/sauce you name it. 00:14:54.69\00:14:59.49 Now here is the good thing about it. 00:14:59.53\00:15:00.86 The cashews are actually loaded with magnesium, okay. 00:15:00.90\00:15:04.13 Magnesium is good to relax the muscles 00:15:04.17\00:15:05.93 and arteries and stuff. 00:15:05.97\00:15:07.30 So you can enjoy this, so it's good for that. 00:15:07.34\00:15:10.21 What else do we have in here, we have the tofu. 00:15:10.24\00:15:12.74 Tofu is fantastic, it provides phytoestrogens. 00:15:12.77\00:15:15.98 Now let me explain that real quick. 00:15:16.01\00:15:17.68 I said phytoestrogens, that means plant based, 00:15:17.71\00:15:20.92 these do not, I repeat they do not work 00:15:20.95\00:15:23.89 like the estrogens that we are typically known to be aware of, 00:15:23.92\00:15:28.56 you know, in the humans, okay. 00:15:28.59\00:15:31.86 So here is the thing 'cause every body say, ah, 00:15:31.89\00:15:34.36 the estrogen, you got a watch out for this and that 00:15:34.40\00:15:37.00 and stuff like that, so watch this. 00:15:37.03\00:15:38.37 If you have a concern with the tofu and stuff, 00:15:38.40\00:15:40.77 pull it out, when in doubt, leave it out 00:15:40.80\00:15:43.64 or I like to say drop it out. 00:15:43.67\00:15:45.11 So you don't have to use that, 00:15:45.14\00:15:46.47 you could just use the little more cashews, 00:15:46.51\00:15:47.84 same recipe, you know, so it's up to you, 00:15:47.88\00:15:49.64 you could even try make up some new item. 00:15:49.68\00:15:51.78 May be take some rice, I don't know, 00:15:51.81\00:15:54.68 cook the rice and probably blend it. 00:15:54.72\00:15:56.52 There's something new, and actually, 00:15:56.55\00:15:57.89 I'm gonna make a note of that. 00:15:57.92\00:15:59.25 Or even, like, probably even potatoes or something, 00:15:59.29\00:16:01.09 and you can do probably the same recipe 00:16:01.12\00:16:02.82 and see how that goes. 00:16:02.86\00:16:04.19 Let me know or write, do something. 00:16:04.23\00:16:05.56 And you have that right there. 00:16:05.59\00:16:07.40 So here is the good news, 00:16:07.43\00:16:08.76 so you have the good type of fats that are helpful. 00:16:08.80\00:16:12.03 You have something that actually tastes good 00:16:12.07\00:16:13.94 that you can put on your salad, so enjoy your salad. 00:16:13.97\00:16:16.77 And as we saw it's very simple and easy to make. 00:16:16.81\00:16:19.21 So you can actually save some money here as well. 00:16:19.24\00:16:22.38 But the most important thing, 00:16:22.41\00:16:23.75 we're not looking here just to save money, 00:16:23.78\00:16:25.11 we're looking to save our lives. 00:16:25.15\00:16:26.51 And so what kind of salad, 00:16:26.55\00:16:28.75 matter of fact even before I get to the salad, 00:16:28.78\00:16:30.35 I'll show you real quick 00:16:30.39\00:16:31.72 how to use this as a mayonnaise. 00:16:31.75\00:16:33.09 So take a quick look, I'll take this 00:16:33.12\00:16:35.32 'cause I have one of our little burgers 00:16:35.36\00:16:36.73 that we made here. 00:16:36.76\00:16:38.16 I'm so sorry, I have a little burger here, 00:16:38.19\00:16:40.70 and what I am going to do, 00:16:40.73\00:16:44.27 I'm gonna take some of this mayonnaise and put it on. 00:16:44.30\00:16:47.27 Anybody likes burgers, if you know a good burger, 00:16:47.30\00:16:50.37 it has to have some mayonnaise on it, right? 00:16:50.41\00:16:53.17 So I have my mayonnaise 00:16:53.21\00:16:55.18 and I am gonna go a little heavy. 00:16:55.21\00:16:57.18 Most times we put on the mayonnaise, we're very... 00:16:57.21\00:16:59.31 We're putting on sparingly 00:16:59.35\00:17:00.78 because we know that they're just like eggs and oil, 00:17:00.82\00:17:04.15 and more oil. 00:17:04.19\00:17:05.52 But now you can go a little extra heavy if you want, 00:17:05.55\00:17:09.46 but of course this is a moderation and temperance, 00:17:09.49\00:17:12.03 but I want mine to have some good flavor. 00:17:12.06\00:17:14.23 Then I'll take this, I'm gonna go ahead, 00:17:14.26\00:17:15.93 I'm gonna have a fruit burger, 00:17:15.96\00:17:18.57 instead of just like typical veggies 00:17:18.60\00:17:20.24 your lettuce and stuff, mix it up, throw in some, 00:17:20.27\00:17:23.41 what do we have here cucumbers and items of that nature. 00:17:23.44\00:17:26.04 You can even take some guacamole 00:17:26.07\00:17:28.11 and if you don't mind, 00:17:28.14\00:17:29.71 I love myself some ketchup on my burger. 00:17:29.74\00:17:33.92 So if you tuned in, in one of our shows, 00:17:33.95\00:17:36.75 we show you how to make some ketchup. 00:17:36.79\00:17:38.25 So I'm gonna put some ketchup on that as well 00:17:38.29\00:17:42.06 for all of burger lovers yeah, yeah 00:17:42.09\00:17:44.03 know what's happening here. 00:17:44.06\00:17:45.63 This is a real, this is a real burger, 00:17:45.66\00:17:47.90 so you mix that in there 00:17:47.93\00:17:50.07 and then put that on top. 00:17:50.10\00:17:55.70 And now I'm gonna go ahead and cut... 00:17:55.74\00:17:57.07 I'm sorry, I'm just spending so much time on this burger, 00:17:57.11\00:18:00.58 'cause I love them, 00:18:00.61\00:18:02.48 and I'm gonna hurry up and finish 00:18:02.51\00:18:04.51 and then we have our nice burger 00:18:04.55\00:18:06.82 with our mayonnaise and enjoy that dish. 00:18:06.85\00:18:10.35 So you can use the tofu mayonnaise 00:18:10.39\00:18:12.42 therefore for the burger, 00:18:12.45\00:18:15.32 you could also use it for a salad, okay. 00:18:15.36\00:18:17.83 And I'm talking about the fruit salad, and well, 00:18:17.86\00:18:20.66 they're not so fruity fruit salad. 00:18:20.70\00:18:22.96 And we're gonna show you how to do that, 00:18:23.00\00:18:24.73 and we're gonna explain it just a little bit. 00:18:24.77\00:18:26.40 Now bear with us, when you see it you may, 00:18:26.43\00:18:28.50 hey, is that a fruit salad or a veggie salad. 00:18:28.54\00:18:30.74 But I'll explain here surely 00:18:30.77\00:18:32.11 and just go ahead and grab these items 00:18:32.14\00:18:33.84 and we're gonna look at not-so fruity fruit salad. 00:18:33.88\00:18:37.88 Now that's real simple, 00:18:58.50\00:18:59.83 I think most of you have those ingredients at home, 00:18:59.87\00:19:02.84 if you don't, don't stop, 00:19:02.87\00:19:04.51 you don't need to run through store, 00:19:04.54\00:19:05.87 use what you have, all right. 00:19:05.91\00:19:07.24 If you only have red bell pepper, 00:19:07.28\00:19:08.61 it's great, just do that. 00:19:08.64\00:19:09.98 I like to add a little color to my food 00:19:10.01\00:19:11.48 and items of that nature. 00:19:11.51\00:19:13.01 So what we have, this is our fruit salad. 00:19:13.05\00:19:15.48 Now many people are thinking 00:19:15.52\00:19:16.85 how in the world is this considered a fruit salad. 00:19:16.89\00:19:19.45 Well, it's real simple. 00:19:19.49\00:19:21.19 Bible said if it has a seed, 00:19:21.22\00:19:23.06 well, a fruit is something that bears a seed. 00:19:23.09\00:19:25.19 So let's looks at this sort of red bell peppers, 00:19:25.23\00:19:27.30 red bell peppers 00:19:27.33\00:19:28.86 one of the highest sources of vitamin C 00:19:28.90\00:19:30.63 almost four times of amount of vitamin C than orange. 00:19:30.67\00:19:35.44 This right here is loaded, fantastic, enjoy it. 00:19:35.47\00:19:38.41 I know it costs more money than the green one, 00:19:38.44\00:19:40.74 but it's worth every penny. 00:19:40.78\00:19:42.11 The green one is per se unripe, it's not ready, 00:19:42.14\00:19:45.05 it's not ready for use. 00:19:45.08\00:19:46.41 This one if you leave it on the vine 00:19:46.45\00:19:48.18 just a little bit longer, 00:19:48.22\00:19:49.68 if it's green, it will turn what, red. 00:19:49.72\00:19:51.75 And most people like whatever I don't believe it, 00:19:51.79\00:19:53.86 like myself because I grew up in New York 00:19:53.89\00:19:55.56 and I never saw like farms and stuff, 00:19:55.59\00:19:57.89 but I found one in the store. 00:19:57.93\00:19:59.43 Now take a quick close look at this. 00:19:59.46\00:20:01.13 This one look like it's about to go. 00:20:01.16\00:20:02.73 But that's all right. 00:20:02.76\00:20:04.10 If you notice you see the different colors there, 00:20:04.13\00:20:05.93 that it used to be green, okay, it used to. 00:20:05.97\00:20:09.30 But because it took a little time 00:20:09.34\00:20:11.01 then it started to mature ripping 00:20:11.04\00:20:12.84 and so now you get that was turning from green, yellow, 00:20:12.87\00:20:15.84 whatever and then it ended up at what, at red. 00:20:15.88\00:20:19.31 So if you don't believe it before, now you believe, 00:20:19.35\00:20:22.18 because I caught one in the middle. 00:20:22.22\00:20:24.25 So this one should have been hanging out on a tree 00:20:24.29\00:20:28.19 or a vine a little bit longer, but no problem, 00:20:28.22\00:20:30.43 this is good for like demonstration purposes. 00:20:30.46\00:20:33.29 Also if you notice we'll be putting there another fruit, 00:20:33.33\00:20:35.86 you're like what fruit, because it has a what? 00:20:35.90\00:20:38.90 It has a seed, it's the avocado. 00:20:38.93\00:20:40.94 Everybody knows avocado, 00:20:40.97\00:20:42.30 some call it avocado in Texas they call it, 00:20:42.34\00:20:44.77 they never call it avocado, they call it guacamole, 00:20:44.81\00:20:46.68 because all we not to do is just eat it up, 00:20:46.71\00:20:48.71 and this here is fantastic. 00:20:48.74\00:20:52.71 Now a lot of people are afraid of the avocado. 00:20:52.75\00:20:55.95 Do you know why? 00:20:55.98\00:20:57.75 They're afraid not only 'cause of the price 00:20:57.79\00:20:59.75 which is something to be afraid of these days, 00:20:59.79\00:21:02.09 but they're also afraid because they think that it actually... 00:21:02.12\00:21:05.49 They think that it has cholesterol. 00:21:05.53\00:21:07.86 Now there's a real quick rule of thumb, 00:21:07.90\00:21:09.66 and I know some people even told them, 00:21:09.70\00:21:11.30 hey, this thing has cholesterol 00:21:11.33\00:21:13.07 so stay away from it and don't use it. 00:21:13.10\00:21:15.74 And I've heard it, I've heard it all. 00:21:15.77\00:21:18.37 Well, let's understand cholesterol real quick, 00:21:18.41\00:21:20.68 and we'll have the experts come on 00:21:20.71\00:21:22.04 and explain that real quick. 00:21:22.08\00:21:23.41 But in regards to food, 00:21:23.45\00:21:24.78 cholesterol is normally manufactured in the liver. 00:21:24.81\00:21:26.61 Okay, so if something has a liver, 00:21:26.65\00:21:28.32 of course if something that has a liver, 00:21:28.35\00:21:29.68 may it's related to something that has the liver, 00:21:29.72\00:21:31.52 if it even has a face or a momo or is a mushroom 00:21:31.55\00:21:35.52 or something of that nature, 00:21:35.56\00:21:36.89 then it will always have cholesterol. 00:21:36.93\00:21:38.26 So let me ask you a quick question. 00:21:38.29\00:21:39.63 Does this have a liver? Not quite. 00:21:39.66\00:21:41.30 Does this have a face? 00:21:41.33\00:21:42.66 Well, I guess you could draw it in, 00:21:42.70\00:21:44.03 or something like that, but it doesn't. 00:21:44.07\00:21:45.40 It doesn't have any of those, 00:21:45.43\00:21:46.77 so this in general and you can look at the science, 00:21:46.80\00:21:49.20 it has how much cholesterol, absolutely no cholesterol. 00:21:49.24\00:21:52.27 But what it does have, it has a lot of fat, 00:21:52.31\00:21:55.31 actually good fat. 00:21:55.34\00:21:56.71 One person said 00:21:56.75\00:21:58.08 that you could probably live off a avocado or bread 00:21:58.11\00:21:59.85 for the rest of your life, because that has so much fat, 00:21:59.88\00:22:01.68 vitamins and minerals which is actually good for you 00:22:01.72\00:22:04.75 and it also works for populations. 00:22:04.79\00:22:07.26 They also said that, there are two cities in the world, 00:22:07.29\00:22:09.49 that kind of use the most avocado 00:22:09.52\00:22:11.36 and you could tell that it works 00:22:11.39\00:22:12.73 and they're the most populated cities. 00:22:12.76\00:22:14.40 And I am talking about Mexico City and Tokyo 00:22:14.43\00:22:17.60 and they love avocado and you see the results. 00:22:17.63\00:22:20.34 There'll be fruitful and multiply 00:22:20.37\00:22:22.94 and so enjoy the avocado what it actually does for you, 00:22:22.97\00:22:25.94 it actually lowers your cholesterol. 00:22:25.97\00:22:29.34 Now let's think about this for a second. 00:22:29.38\00:22:30.95 How could something if that what people say, 00:22:30.98\00:22:33.31 that's why I can't live by he says, she says. 00:22:33.35\00:22:35.35 You know what he says, she says, 00:22:35.38\00:22:36.72 just look at your right or to your left, 00:22:36.75\00:22:38.29 and the people next to you, those are who he says, she says 00:22:38.32\00:22:39.99 they will say something, 00:22:40.02\00:22:41.36 but they personally haven't study it. 00:22:41.39\00:22:42.72 Unless they did study it, 00:22:42.76\00:22:44.09 and they say oh, it has, it has that. 00:22:44.13\00:22:45.46 But how could something 00:22:45.49\00:22:46.83 that has cholesterol has cholesterol, 00:22:46.86\00:22:48.70 because we know it doesn't, 00:22:48.73\00:22:50.07 how could it lower your cholesterol, 00:22:50.10\00:22:51.97 doesn't make sense 00:22:52.00\00:22:53.34 because it doesn't have any cholesterol. 00:22:53.37\00:22:55.20 So enjoy it, but the only catch is 00:22:55.24\00:22:58.64 we need to be moderate okay, and temperance. 00:22:58.67\00:23:01.64 Now they have these little ones that we just use here today. 00:23:01.68\00:23:04.48 The hash avocado, I'll call it, hmm, avocado. 00:23:04.51\00:23:08.12 You know why I call it hmm avocado 00:23:08.15\00:23:09.55 because you just think about it, 00:23:09.58\00:23:10.92 and you already finish eating it. 00:23:10.95\00:23:12.29 So somebody tell me I ate one, hmm avocado, 00:23:12.32\00:23:15.49 take a "hass avocado." 00:23:15.52\00:23:17.13 I say oh, man no problem, is that too much, 00:23:17.16\00:23:19.53 is that too much, oh, man enjoy it 00:23:19.56\00:23:20.90 especially if you eating twice a day 00:23:20.93\00:23:22.56 and you exercise and stuff like that. 00:23:22.60\00:23:24.07 But in the islands in the Caribbean 00:23:24.10\00:23:26.20 and it may be in South Florida, and maybe in Mexico, 00:23:26.23\00:23:29.34 and South America you know the nice climate facing, 00:23:29.37\00:23:31.97 they have these big ones. 00:23:32.01\00:23:33.34 Some of them are so big, 00:23:33.38\00:23:34.71 they are like the size of your head 00:23:34.74\00:23:36.14 and if somebody tells me, man, I ate one of those today, 00:23:36.18\00:23:38.31 I say too much, too much, too much, too much fat. 00:23:38.35\00:23:42.75 And there you gonna find just some adding on extra blessings. 00:23:42.78\00:23:44.89 So no, no we don't want to do that, 00:23:44.92\00:23:46.35 we only want to have may be like a serving one or two. 00:23:46.39\00:23:48.96 Have a quick little tip for serving sizes, 00:23:48.99\00:23:51.33 a handful is the serving, okay. 00:23:51.36\00:23:53.13 So, just more or lesser serving, 00:23:53.16\00:23:54.90 yeah, and so the children, should they eat the same thing? 00:23:54.93\00:23:57.47 Well not quite, because their handful is what smaller, 00:23:57.50\00:23:59.80 so they got the smaller piece. 00:23:59.83\00:24:01.17 Now if you have big dad like my dad, 00:24:01.20\00:24:02.80 he is like six something and all the stuff 00:24:02.84\00:24:05.51 and he has a handful. 00:24:05.54\00:24:06.88 His handful will obviously be what, more than mine. 00:24:06.91\00:24:09.74 So that's something that you can try to use in future 00:24:09.78\00:24:12.81 anytime you think of servings, just think of what, a handful. 00:24:12.85\00:24:15.65 So that's the avocado enough of that, 00:24:15.68\00:24:17.39 but it's also good for anemia, this thing is amazing. 00:24:17.42\00:24:20.29 You know how it also lowers the cholesterol 00:24:20.32\00:24:21.76 'cause they have the soluble fiber 00:24:21.79\00:24:23.66 and so that helps to prevent the situation there 00:24:23.69\00:24:26.39 with the packing of the order. 00:24:26.43\00:24:28.06 So this is amazing. 00:24:28.10\00:24:29.80 It also works as natural diuretic 00:24:29.83\00:24:31.73 so person who has like severe swelling 00:24:31.77\00:24:34.20 of the lower extremities, edema, 00:24:34.24\00:24:36.97 they can also have a little piece, 00:24:37.01\00:24:38.57 but also follow your doctor's instructions, 00:24:38.61\00:24:41.24 keep all food at excess salt and by God's grace 00:24:41.28\00:24:44.98 a little exercise just make sure 00:24:45.01\00:24:46.65 you let your physician know what you're doing. 00:24:46.68\00:24:48.55 And you can get rid of that problem. 00:24:48.58\00:24:50.55 I remember one lady she says, man, I started using this, 00:24:50.59\00:24:53.02 I started using artichoke, I started eating some 00:24:53.05\00:24:55.39 that are not so fruity fruit salad 00:24:55.42\00:24:57.69 and by God's grace 00:24:57.73\00:24:59.06 because she has severe swelling in her lower extremities 00:24:59.09\00:25:01.23 for quite sometime and you're ready for this. 00:25:01.26\00:25:03.43 And like less than a week, week and a half time, 00:25:03.47\00:25:06.80 the swellings slowly but surely started to go away 00:25:06.84\00:25:09.84 and she was so excited, 00:25:09.87\00:25:11.77 and she call us back for more information and stuff. 00:25:11.81\00:25:14.08 And I said, well, all information 00:25:14.11\00:25:15.44 is in your local supermarket, 00:25:15.48\00:25:16.85 the fruits, the veggies, the nuts, 00:25:16.88\00:25:18.35 the grains, all of these are excellent for you. 00:25:18.38\00:25:21.75 So back to the salad now. 00:25:21.78\00:25:23.28 We're gonna enjoy our salad so what do we have here? 00:25:23.32\00:25:26.45 We have the cherry tomatoes, we have the cucumbers, 00:25:26.49\00:25:30.89 we have the red bell peppers, the oranges ones, 00:25:30.93\00:25:34.70 you name it, we have it here. 00:25:34.73\00:25:36.60 Why do we call it fruits? 00:25:36.63\00:25:37.97 Because what does Bible say 00:25:38.00\00:25:39.33 "If it bears a seed, then it's a fruit." 00:25:39.37\00:25:41.50 So in general these are all what? 00:25:41.54\00:25:43.81 Fruits. 00:25:43.84\00:25:45.17 And I know there's a big thing don't mix fruits 00:25:45.21\00:25:47.04 and veggies and everybody's crying over it and stuff 00:25:47.08\00:25:50.01 and there is some points to it. 00:25:50.05\00:25:53.55 And what it actually does, 00:25:53.58\00:25:54.92 see it just says it's not preferable, okay. 00:25:54.95\00:25:57.15 So try, so try your best to keep them separate. 00:25:57.19\00:25:59.25 If you can't, you go by somebody's house 00:25:59.29\00:26:01.06 and they have the big salad 00:26:01.09\00:26:02.49 and there is tomatoes and cucumbers 00:26:02.52\00:26:05.26 and greens and all stuff. 00:26:05.29\00:26:06.83 Are you gonna say oh, oh, sorry, 00:26:06.86\00:26:08.43 I can't have your salad 00:26:08.46\00:26:09.80 because that have fruits and veggies. 00:26:09.83\00:26:11.17 No, be nice, show some love and stuff like that. 00:26:11.20\00:26:13.64 And you know enjoy but to each as own, 00:26:13.67\00:26:15.74 the programs are great bit of seed, 00:26:15.77\00:26:17.11 take the information you find helpful, 00:26:17.14\00:26:18.47 if you don't agree with something, 00:26:18.51\00:26:19.84 no problem, spit out the seed. 00:26:19.87\00:26:21.51 But before you spit out that seed, 00:26:21.54\00:26:23.48 make sure you study it 00:26:23.51\00:26:24.85 because you may be spitting out 00:26:24.88\00:26:26.21 something that will save our lives. 00:26:26.25\00:26:28.02 So we have our little fruit salad here. 00:26:28.05\00:26:30.65 Fruits normally in general 00:26:30.69\00:26:32.15 work for like cleansing out the system, 00:26:32.19\00:26:34.02 and there you have your veggies 00:26:34.06\00:26:35.39 so I usually do the fruits for breakfast 00:26:35.42\00:26:36.99 and then veggies for lunch. 00:26:37.03\00:26:38.36 So the fruits they help with the cleansing of the system, 00:26:38.39\00:26:40.66 and then you have the veggies 00:26:40.70\00:26:42.03 which help with the revitalizing 00:26:42.06\00:26:43.67 or replenishing of the system. 00:26:43.70\00:26:45.77 So you can mix and match however you want, enjoy it. 00:26:45.80\00:26:49.70 But I'm gonna mix and match, all right, 00:26:49.74\00:26:51.64 and I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna pour my avocado, 00:26:51.67\00:26:55.31 and if anybody still thinks that avocado has cholesterol, 00:26:55.34\00:26:58.91 no problem, no problem, just go ahead 00:26:58.95\00:27:02.75 and don't eat the avocado in your house. 00:27:02.78\00:27:04.65 I'll give you my address and just mail the avocados, 00:27:04.69\00:27:07.59 but overnight, please because I don't want them ago back, 00:27:07.62\00:27:09.86 because avocado are so expansive these days, 00:27:09.89\00:27:11.79 I can use the couple of donations of avocados. 00:27:11.83\00:27:13.90 So what we will do. 00:27:13.93\00:27:16.56 We'll mix that together and I'll get you both ready 00:27:16.60\00:27:20.57 because we almost done 00:27:20.60\00:27:21.94 and we are going to eat this thing. 00:27:21.97\00:27:23.44 You just look how pretty and beautiful it is. 00:27:23.47\00:27:25.51 You know the first step in digestion 00:27:25.54\00:27:27.51 not only is the smell, but it has to look good. 00:27:27.54\00:27:30.31 And so I'm just gonna go ahead. 00:27:30.35\00:27:32.18 I'm gonna pour this back into this bowl 00:27:32.21\00:27:34.48 or matter of fact 00:27:34.52\00:27:35.85 I'm just gonna put that on a side of my sandwiches there. 00:27:35.88\00:27:40.22 Look at that excellent, excellent, excellent. 00:27:40.26\00:27:42.22 And then I'm gonna put some of my dressing on that. 00:27:42.26\00:27:46.03 So go ahead and you all enjoy, 00:27:46.06\00:27:48.63 yes I want it little heavy, but give it a try. 00:27:48.66\00:27:50.97 Let me know how it tastes, 00:27:51.00\00:27:52.33 and you can have your not so fruity fruit salad. 00:27:52.37\00:27:55.50
