So... 00:02:26.81\00:02:28.14 What was it like growing up in your household 00:02:28.18\00:02:29.64 or how did it, how did it feel to you 00:02:29.68\00:02:31.58 growing up in a household without a father present? 00:02:31.61\00:02:35.22 Well, I, you know, I knew my dad was there, 00:02:35.25\00:02:38.09 he came around 00:02:38.12\00:02:39.45 but he is just, my mother and him was not together. 00:02:39.49\00:02:42.59 He wasn't around but he, he was into music 00:02:42.62\00:02:46.13 and back in the '80s 00:02:46.16\00:02:48.33 that's when cocaine began to hit 00:02:48.36\00:02:50.03 and stuff like that around '86. 00:02:50.07\00:02:52.27 And him and his brothers, 00:02:52.30\00:02:53.64 a lot of them had got strung out on drugs, 00:02:53.67\00:02:56.07 which was the cocaine. 00:02:56.10\00:02:57.54 And so dad came in, I remember, I remember hear my mother, 00:02:57.57\00:03:00.88 I was five years old in the back seat of the car, 00:03:00.91\00:03:02.88 I remember her saying that, 00:03:02.91\00:03:04.61 "You need to get of drugs, get off the cocaine." 00:03:04.65\00:03:06.95 Yeah. And it just stuck in my mind. 00:03:06.98\00:03:08.75 Okay. 00:03:08.78\00:03:10.12 So he wasn't there, they end up separating 00:03:10.15\00:03:11.49 when I was five years old. 00:03:11.52\00:03:12.85 Okay. 00:03:12.89\00:03:14.22 And so just having it, not having a father figure, 00:03:14.26\00:03:15.66 you know, it has a lot to play even till today, 00:03:15.69\00:03:17.86 it effect on me even today. 00:03:17.89\00:03:19.23 Yeah, definitely. 00:03:19.26\00:03:20.60 So, just having a manly figure there 00:03:20.63\00:03:23.20 was, it just wasn't there. 00:03:23.23\00:03:24.83 Okay. 00:03:24.87\00:03:26.20 What was, and we're gonna come back 00:03:26.23\00:03:27.57 to a little bit of that a little later on, 00:03:27.60\00:03:28.97 but what was the religious, religious life 00:03:29.00\00:03:31.01 like in your household? 00:03:31.04\00:03:33.64 It was formalities, you know, I had knowledge of God. 00:03:33.68\00:03:38.05 Okay. 00:03:38.08\00:03:39.41 My mother, she was the only one who went to church 00:03:39.45\00:03:41.02 when she was young. 00:03:41.05\00:03:42.38 My great grandmother, who end up dying at 102, she... 00:03:42.42\00:03:45.32 Wow. 00:03:45.35\00:03:46.69 she used to drag my mother along with her to, 00:03:46.72\00:03:48.06 you know, the church. 00:03:48.09\00:03:49.76 And so that kind of, when she had me at a young age, 00:03:49.79\00:03:52.49 you know, she had me when she was 16. 00:03:52.53\00:03:53.86 Okay. 00:03:53.90\00:03:55.23 And so, she used to take me along to church with her 00:03:55.26\00:03:56.93 and I was going to a Baptist church 00:03:56.97\00:03:59.03 ever since I was like eight or nine. 00:03:59.07\00:04:01.00 Okay. And so that was... 00:04:01.04\00:04:02.90 We would go to church on Sunday but come home it was... 00:04:02.94\00:04:05.91 Like a regular day. 00:04:05.94\00:04:07.28 You know, it's regular day. Definitely. 00:04:07.31\00:04:08.64 And so that's, that's what that was like. 00:04:08.68\00:04:10.75 But I was in church 00:04:10.78\00:04:12.91 and that's why I actually I can say it's my first job. 00:04:12.95\00:04:14.72 Okay. 00:04:14.75\00:04:16.08 You know, I was cleaning the church. 00:04:16.12\00:04:17.45 Vacuuming the floors, cleaning the pulpit area, 00:04:17.49\00:04:19.79 and things like that. 00:04:19.82\00:04:21.26 And it's very interesting while I was there, 00:04:21.29\00:04:23.79 one Thursday I was cleaning, 00:04:23.83\00:04:25.36 nobody is there, I was in the sanctuary. 00:04:25.39\00:04:26.73 Okay. 00:04:26.76\00:04:28.10 And I was up there with the pastor 00:04:28.13\00:04:29.46 who normally preachers. 00:04:29.50\00:04:30.83 And so I was vacuuming but I stopped 00:04:30.87\00:04:32.83 and I turned around to the podium there 00:04:32.87\00:04:34.80 and I began to act like 00:04:34.84\00:04:36.74 I was preaching to the congregation. 00:04:36.77\00:04:38.11 Yeah, to the congregation. Okay. 00:04:38.14\00:04:40.04 And so then all of a sudden I heard his voice said, 00:04:40.08\00:04:42.61 "This is what you're gonna do for me." 00:04:42.64\00:04:43.98 Yeah, wow. 00:04:44.01\00:04:45.35 And I was like, you know, I didn't know what it was. 00:04:45.38\00:04:46.92 And I just continued on, and then I went back vacuuming 00:04:46.95\00:04:50.09 and going buffing the floors like my normal day, 00:04:50.12\00:04:52.39 at the age of 12. 00:04:52.42\00:04:53.99 Okay. 00:04:54.02\00:04:55.36 And then, later on in my life, about 15, 00:04:55.39\00:04:58.46 I was walking down the street, I heard the same voice again. 00:04:58.49\00:05:01.10 And I said, "No, I'm not. No, no, no way. 00:05:01.13\00:05:03.97 I'm gonna do this for you." 00:05:04.00\00:05:05.33 And so, but growing up in my household religion 00:05:05.37\00:05:07.94 was just formality. 00:05:07.97\00:05:09.50 There really was no, there was no sacrifice, 00:05:09.54\00:05:13.31 oneself living for God. 00:05:13.34\00:05:14.78 Yeah, I understand. Okay. 00:05:14.81\00:05:16.95 What do you think were some of the motivating factors 00:05:16.98\00:05:19.61 that led you to gravitate towards the streets, 00:05:19.65\00:05:22.45 being that your father wasn't present there, 00:05:22.48\00:05:25.05 and what do you think 00:05:25.09\00:05:26.42 were some of the major underlying issues? 00:05:26.45\00:05:28.59 Well, since there was no God in the home, 00:05:28.62\00:05:31.63 you know, my mother had raised me 00:05:31.66\00:05:33.93 the best way she knew how, 00:05:33.96\00:05:35.30 and not only that but she had two jobs. 00:05:35.33\00:05:37.47 Okay. 00:05:37.50\00:05:38.83 So she really wasn't home, my grandmother, 00:05:38.87\00:05:40.84 she would tell my grandmother, you know, do this, 00:05:40.87\00:05:42.80 don't let him do this and my grandmother is like, 00:05:42.84\00:05:44.51 you know, go ahead. 00:05:44.54\00:05:45.87 And I remember coming home from school with report card, 00:05:45.91\00:05:48.84 I had like five F's, you know, 00:05:48.88\00:05:50.31 and my grandmother would sign it, 00:05:50.35\00:05:51.71 my mother would never see it 00:05:51.75\00:05:53.08 and she will send it back it school with it. 00:05:53.11\00:05:54.45 Yeah. 00:05:54.48\00:05:56.28 But just the being on the streets 00:05:56.32\00:05:58.22 my grandmother, my grandmother let me go out. 00:05:58.25\00:06:00.09 Okay. 00:06:00.12\00:06:01.46 And so, I was out there in the streets 00:06:01.49\00:06:02.82 and then seeing the many things around me, 00:06:02.86\00:06:05.23 even though playing with my friends, 00:06:05.26\00:06:06.93 playing with ball, this is the age. 00:06:06.96\00:06:08.53 I think we was the last generation 00:06:08.56\00:06:09.90 that actually played outside. 00:06:09.93\00:06:11.27 Okay. Yes. Definitely. Yeah. 00:06:11.30\00:06:14.50 So but actually just saying the fast money, the nice cars, 00:06:14.54\00:06:19.77 we need to fix it up and the sports cars back then 00:06:19.81\00:06:22.44 and see the guys a little older 00:06:22.48\00:06:24.61 began to make money and fast money. 00:06:24.65\00:06:26.11 Definitely. 00:06:26.15\00:06:27.48 Influence of that is like, "Wow", you know, 00:06:27.52\00:06:29.05 and seeing them with the women on their sides, 00:06:29.08\00:06:31.25 you know, these type of things. 00:06:31.29\00:06:32.62 So there was an influence that and then I see my cousin, 00:06:32.65\00:06:34.96 he was more into street than I was at that time 00:06:34.99\00:06:37.86 and I want to hangout with him, I was the only child. 00:06:37.89\00:06:41.10 And so he kind of led me alone a little bit in that area 00:06:41.13\00:06:45.83 but I was willing to go. 00:06:45.87\00:06:47.20 Yeah. 00:06:47.24\00:06:48.57 And so I just went down here from there. 00:06:48.60\00:06:49.94 Definitely, now, did seeing the fast money, seeing the drugs, 00:06:49.97\00:06:53.48 seeing the women different things like that, 00:06:53.51\00:06:55.48 how did it balance out with you in terms of school, 00:06:55.51\00:06:58.55 having to go to school 00:06:58.58\00:06:59.91 and, you know, seeing those things 00:06:59.95\00:07:02.32 and seeing fast money? 00:07:02.35\00:07:03.69 And the reason I'm asking this 00:07:03.72\00:07:05.05 because I know, for my own self, 00:07:05.09\00:07:06.42 it didn't really make sense to me when I was young. 00:07:06.45\00:07:08.52 I go to school, I would see these young people, 00:07:08.56\00:07:11.66 15, 16 years old, they got what you said, 00:07:11.69\00:07:14.30 they got the money, they got the women, 00:07:14.33\00:07:15.80 tattoos, gold teeth in the mouth, 00:07:15.83\00:07:17.40 different things like that which is just attractive. 00:07:17.43\00:07:19.83 And I wanted it, 00:07:19.87\00:07:21.64 and then I kind of weighed it out a little bit 00:07:21.67\00:07:23.57 and I said, "Okay, I go to school, 00:07:23.61\00:07:25.01 I stay here in high school, I go to college." 00:07:25.04\00:07:27.54 And I couldn't see the money that fast 00:07:27.58\00:07:30.41 staying in school as I would on the streets. 00:07:30.45\00:07:32.35 So how did you, how did you balance that out? 00:07:32.38\00:07:35.02 Well, for me, I had more interest in sports 00:07:35.05\00:07:38.09 than anything else. 00:07:38.12\00:07:39.55 I was just football, football, I was just football, football. 00:07:39.59\00:07:41.99 Yeah. 00:07:42.02\00:07:43.36 And so in order to be on the team, you know, 00:07:43.39\00:07:46.26 you had to make good grades and stuff like that. 00:07:46.29\00:07:48.00 But making the transition 00:07:48.03\00:07:49.83 from middle school into high school, 00:07:49.86\00:07:51.40 I failed to do that in the ninth grade, 00:07:51.43\00:07:53.00 and I failed the first semester in ninth grade 00:07:53.03\00:07:55.37 and turn around failed the second semester, 00:07:55.40\00:07:57.07 so I couldn't play ball 00:07:57.11\00:07:58.44 because I actually signed up late and it's like too late. 00:07:58.47\00:08:02.18 So after that I was like, 00:08:02.21\00:08:03.58 you know, I'm just gonna rebel and just do my thing. 00:08:03.61\00:08:06.55 Definitely. 00:08:06.58\00:08:07.92 I learned about drugs, selling weed 00:08:07.95\00:08:09.28 and stuff like that and smoking weed 00:08:09.32\00:08:10.65 and I would bring it to the high school. 00:08:10.69\00:08:12.39 You know, once I, the money was there, 00:08:12.42\00:08:13.86 I've seen the fast money coming in 00:08:13.89\00:08:15.22 I no longer wanted this type of education. 00:08:15.26\00:08:17.53 Okay. 00:08:17.56\00:08:18.89 And it was like, they saying, you know, "You want a good job 00:08:18.93\00:08:20.53 when you get older," you know, they ask me, 00:08:20.56\00:08:22.16 "What do you wanna do so you can make good money," 00:08:22.20\00:08:23.63 and stuff like that. 00:08:23.67\00:08:25.00 I'm like, "Well, I could make good money already right here". 00:08:25.03\00:08:26.47 Yeah, yeah. Definitely, definitely. 00:08:26.50\00:08:28.47 And so that's what I did in there. 00:08:28.50\00:08:30.71 And so going through high school, 00:08:30.74\00:08:33.98 I was kicked out 00:08:34.01\00:08:35.34 actually after a while just because of my academics 00:08:35.38\00:08:38.05 and they sent me to alternative school. 00:08:38.08\00:08:39.41 Okay. 00:08:39.45\00:08:40.78 And in there actually while I was there, 00:08:40.82\00:08:43.08 I cheated my way through high school. 00:08:43.12\00:08:44.82 Wow. 00:08:44.85\00:08:46.19 I passed 9th, 10th and 11th grade in one year. 00:08:46.22\00:08:48.29 Okay, wow. 00:08:48.32\00:08:49.66 The teacher, he would give me the work of students before, 00:08:49.69\00:08:52.63 he allowed me to just copy it and he'll just give me 00:08:52.66\00:08:54.66 whatever he wanted to give me like a C or B 00:08:54.70\00:08:56.87 or something like that. 00:08:56.90\00:08:58.23 Yeah, okay. In fact, you know what? 00:08:58.27\00:08:59.60 I was going back to regular high school 00:08:59.63\00:09:00.97 and in school of grade, 00:09:01.00\00:09:02.90 and that's actually where I read my first book, 00:09:02.94\00:09:04.87 I don't read, before that I didn't read. 00:09:04.91\00:09:07.34 Okay. And so... 00:09:07.38\00:09:09.61 But once I got there I started back playing ball 00:09:09.64\00:09:11.78 but once I got hurt and I couldn't go to college, 00:09:11.81\00:09:14.05 I was like, "I'm just gonna continue selling drugs", 00:09:14.08\00:09:15.78 that's what I did. 00:09:15.82\00:09:17.15 Yeah, definitely, definitely. 00:09:17.19\00:09:18.52 Have seen where, you know, statistics say that 00:09:18.55\00:09:20.19 a lot of young black males, you know, 00:09:20.22\00:09:21.59 we seem to gravitate to sports, 00:09:21.62\00:09:24.09 basketball, football, different things like that. 00:09:24.13\00:09:26.90 And did you see for yourself that when those dreams 00:09:26.93\00:09:30.97 weren't coming to fulfillment, it was almost like, 00:09:31.00\00:09:33.87 "What else do I do?" 00:09:33.90\00:09:35.24 Because I know for myself that's where I was. 00:09:35.27\00:09:38.01 I like basketball, I like football 00:09:38.04\00:09:40.41 but because I never would do anything in school, 00:09:40.44\00:09:43.11 and then I would be in a mixture 00:09:43.14\00:09:44.55 of Adventist schools 00:09:44.58\00:09:46.61 as well as mixture of public schools. 00:09:46.65\00:09:48.88 And either I couldn't make the grade 00:09:48.92\00:09:50.42 or I wouldn't go to school 00:09:50.45\00:09:51.79 or I had the Sabbath to deal with. 00:09:51.82\00:09:53.22 And it was like, okay, now that sports hasn't come through, 00:09:53.25\00:09:55.86 it's almost like what else can I do. 00:09:55.89\00:09:57.63 You know. 00:09:57.66\00:09:58.99 It's like, "Okay, I don't wanna do this, 00:09:59.03\00:10:00.36 I don't wanna do that." 00:10:00.40\00:10:01.73 There was never any goal and without that goal, 00:10:01.76\00:10:03.97 how the Bible says, 00:10:04.00\00:10:05.33 "Where there is no vision, the people perish." 00:10:05.37\00:10:06.94 And the only thing I reverted back to was the streets 00:10:06.97\00:10:10.21 and that attracted me that fast money. 00:10:10.24\00:10:12.61 So you kind of feel like it was the same for you? 00:10:12.64\00:10:14.51 Right, 'cause it's like, you know, my dad 00:10:14.54\00:10:17.28 he, like I said, he wasn't with my mother 00:10:17.31\00:10:20.35 but he was living in the same neighborhood. 00:10:20.38\00:10:22.78 And he wanted to teach me skills, 00:10:22.82\00:10:24.85 you know, like painting 00:10:24.89\00:10:26.22 and he wanted to teach me how to play the piano, 00:10:26.25\00:10:29.26 play the drums, construction, fix some cars. 00:10:29.29\00:10:32.86 And I just rejected all of that to want 00:10:32.89\00:10:34.23 to run the streets, so I wasted my childhood 00:10:34.26\00:10:36.30 on running the streets. 00:10:36.33\00:10:37.67 I didn't pick up any skills or anything. 00:10:37.70\00:10:39.03 So once I, the sports didn't work for me, 00:10:39.07\00:10:42.24 only thing I knew how to go to was 00:10:42.27\00:10:43.74 just treat some of this. 00:10:43.77\00:10:45.11 Yeah. 00:10:45.14\00:10:46.47 So even today I still suffer from, 00:10:46.51\00:10:49.18 you know, different challenges 00:10:49.21\00:10:50.55 of trying to get a job or having a skill... 00:10:50.58\00:10:53.08 Yeah, definitely. 00:10:53.11\00:10:54.45 To make money, least amount of money. 00:10:54.48\00:10:55.82 Definitely, definitely. 00:10:55.85\00:10:57.19 What would you say were some of your positive influences 00:10:57.22\00:10:59.95 as well as some of the negative influences 00:10:59.99\00:11:01.96 in your life growing up? 00:11:01.99\00:11:03.32 Well, positive, definitely my mother. 00:11:03.36\00:11:05.13 Okay. 00:11:05.16\00:11:06.49 You know, even though I remember her being baptized 00:11:06.53\00:11:08.56 and she was baptized in a Baptist church 00:11:08.60\00:11:10.33 but she didn't quite understand 00:11:10.37\00:11:12.83 about living a Christian life, she tried her best. 00:11:12.87\00:11:15.97 Okay. 00:11:16.00\00:11:17.34 And she was just continuing dragging me to church 00:11:17.37\00:11:18.71 even though I didn't wanna go. 00:11:18.74\00:11:20.08 Yeah. 00:11:20.11\00:11:21.44 And I don't know if you know about the Baptist church, 00:11:21.48\00:11:22.81 for the Baptist church, man, you enter the church 00:11:22.84\00:11:24.18 Sunday morning, Sunday night, Tuesday night, 00:11:24.21\00:11:26.98 Wednesday night, Thursday night. 00:11:27.02\00:11:28.35 It's like everyday you're there and you get tired of it. 00:11:28.38\00:11:30.15 Yeah, okay. 00:11:30.19\00:11:31.52 But just my mother taking me there 00:11:31.55\00:11:32.89 and teaching me the best way she knew how. 00:11:32.92\00:11:34.26 Okay. 00:11:34.29\00:11:35.62 And so that's like the most positive thing 00:11:35.66\00:11:36.99 that that was there, 00:11:37.03\00:11:38.36 anything else is there's nothing else really. 00:11:38.39\00:11:40.70 Wow. 00:11:40.73\00:11:42.23 Talk about you eventually got incarcerated 00:11:42.26\00:11:44.97 and talk about what you got incarcerated for 00:11:45.00\00:11:47.77 and everything kind of circling around that, 00:11:47.80\00:11:50.04 and how this same incident 00:11:50.07\00:11:52.74 followed you for a number of years. 00:11:52.77\00:11:54.24 Talk a little about that. 00:11:54.28\00:11:55.91 Well, I had to back it up just a little bit. 00:11:55.94\00:11:59.15 Okay. 00:11:59.18\00:12:00.52 You know, just back it a little bit 00:12:00.55\00:12:01.88 and before I left Lexington, Kentucky 00:12:01.92\00:12:04.25 I moved to Atlanta, Georgia where I was incarcerated. 00:12:04.29\00:12:06.22 Okay. 00:12:06.25\00:12:07.59 I got involved in music, you know, 00:12:07.62\00:12:09.66 right now many black people in the Project area, 00:12:09.69\00:12:13.40 they just get involved in music. 00:12:13.43\00:12:15.40 Yeah, you gravitate you see the music 00:12:15.43\00:12:16.93 or sports or drugs, that's it. 00:12:16.97\00:12:19.03 This is the only thing we know. 00:12:19.07\00:12:20.40 Yeah, definitely. 00:12:20.44\00:12:21.77 And so I got involved in music 00:12:21.80\00:12:23.17 and I decided to move to Atlanta, Georgia. 00:12:23.20\00:12:25.91 Okay. So, I pursue a music career. 00:12:25.94\00:12:28.24 And then while I was there, I actually took a lady with me, 00:12:28.28\00:12:33.98 she was like 8 years older than I was 00:12:34.02\00:12:36.02 and I was only 19, she was like 27. 00:12:36.05\00:12:37.59 Okay. 00:12:37.62\00:12:38.95 And we end up moving together there 00:12:38.99\00:12:41.29 and then I continued to pursue the music career. 00:12:41.32\00:12:44.23 I took all the money I made from selling drugs 00:12:44.26\00:12:46.39 and put in the studio and stuff like that. 00:12:46.43\00:12:48.06 Okay. 00:12:48.10\00:12:49.43 But our relationship, you know, was going nowhere 00:12:49.46\00:12:53.10 and I told her, I said may be we're having all these problems 00:12:53.13\00:12:54.94 causing back in my head I remember mother's saying 00:12:54.97\00:12:56.71 it's not good to be married, I mean, not be married, 00:12:56.74\00:13:00.68 but and live together. 00:13:00.71\00:13:02.54 This is just not gonna work. Okay. 00:13:02.58\00:13:04.41 And so I figured that 00:13:04.45\00:13:05.78 we were having all these problems because of that. 00:13:05.81\00:13:07.22 Yeah. 00:13:07.25\00:13:08.58 And then all of a sudden, 00:13:08.62\00:13:09.95 I said, let's go and get married, 00:13:09.98\00:13:11.32 went to a court house, $35, we got married. 00:13:11.35\00:13:13.92 So I'm thinking that's the answer, right? 00:13:13.96\00:13:15.39 But it's not the answer. So thanks it got worse. 00:13:15.42\00:13:17.43 And we're done here from there. Okay. 00:13:17.46\00:13:19.66 And I still had this mentality 00:13:19.69\00:13:22.23 even though I got married at 22 years of age 00:13:22.26\00:13:24.80 where the street mentality. 00:13:24.83\00:13:26.97 I wanna go where I want to and I'm not gonna tell you... 00:13:27.00\00:13:29.47 Do what you want, act how you want, yeah. 00:13:29.50\00:13:31.14 What I'm coming back, I hangout with my boys 00:13:31.17\00:13:32.94 whatever it is. 00:13:32.97\00:13:34.31 And so and she didn't like that and, of course, nobody, 00:13:34.34\00:13:37.15 no married woman would, you know. 00:13:37.18\00:13:38.51 Yeah. It's not good. 00:13:38.55\00:13:40.22 Definitely. 00:13:40.25\00:13:41.58 But all of a sudden it got worse. 00:13:41.62\00:13:44.09 Okay. 00:13:44.12\00:13:45.45 And I began to cheat on my wife and she found out about it. 00:13:45.49\00:13:50.49 But I guess she wanted to revenge, you know. 00:13:50.53\00:13:53.26 So what took place was is that 00:13:53.29\00:13:56.46 we decided to separate a little bit. 00:13:56.50\00:13:58.27 I stayed at her mother's house for a while 00:13:58.30\00:14:00.17 and she stayed at our house that we had together. 00:14:00.20\00:14:03.30 And I just got this feeling one day to go over it. 00:14:03.34\00:14:06.44 Okay. 00:14:06.47\00:14:07.81 So I went there and nobody was there. 00:14:07.84\00:14:09.18 But I went into the house 00:14:09.21\00:14:10.55 and then all of a sudden I heard the door open. 00:14:10.58\00:14:13.62 Okay. 00:14:13.65\00:14:14.98 And I heard another voice, you know, with her was a guy. 00:14:15.02\00:14:17.52 And so I decided, "Well, I wonder who this is?" 00:14:17.55\00:14:19.59 "What's going on?" Right. 00:14:19.62\00:14:21.22 And so, I decided to get in the tub 00:14:21.26\00:14:24.66 and put a shower curtain back 00:14:24.69\00:14:26.03 and then once I did that, 00:14:26.06\00:14:28.10 I just want to see how far it's gonna go 00:14:28.13\00:14:29.66 before I made known I was there. 00:14:29.70\00:14:31.03 Yeah, okay. 00:14:31.07\00:14:32.40 And all of a sudden the guy began to start smoking 00:14:32.43\00:14:33.77 and drinking in my house and while I was there, 00:14:33.80\00:14:35.84 I began to hear the sounds of, 00:14:35.87\00:14:38.17 only a sound that 00:14:38.21\00:14:39.71 a husband should know, you know... 00:14:39.74\00:14:41.08 Yeah, definitely. 00:14:41.11\00:14:42.44 It's making some stuff like that. 00:14:42.48\00:14:43.81 And so they began to have sex encounter 00:14:43.85\00:14:46.11 with one and other. 00:14:46.15\00:14:47.98 And so, and then I jumped out, thinking like, "What can I do?" 00:14:48.02\00:14:52.69 I had my gun, well, I left my gun at her mother's house 00:14:52.72\00:14:54.62 so I couldn't do that. 00:14:54.66\00:14:55.99 And I remember a baseball bat by the door. 00:14:56.02\00:14:58.29 And so I grabbed the baseball bat 00:14:58.33\00:14:59.79 that was by the door and I picked it up 00:14:59.83\00:15:04.57 and I stood behind, it's like a, like it was couch, 00:15:04.60\00:15:06.57 it's like facing this way where the TV, 00:15:06.60\00:15:08.70 you know, the guy had his face towards TV 00:15:08.74\00:15:10.67 where she was laying back on him, and stuff like that. 00:15:10.71\00:15:12.34 Okay. 00:15:12.37\00:15:13.71 And then his head was just sitting up like where I'm 00:15:13.74\00:15:16.21 and I'm standing behind his head with baseball bat. 00:15:16.24\00:15:18.21 Did he know you're behind him? 00:15:18.25\00:15:19.58 No, they didn't know I was in house. 00:15:19.61\00:15:20.95 Okay. 00:15:20.98\00:15:22.32 And so I just took the baseball bat and swung it 00:15:22.35\00:15:24.75 but it's just like it went barely right over his head 00:15:24.79\00:15:27.46 and hit the mirror behind the wall. 00:15:27.49\00:15:28.86 Wow!
