Pull that one on me." 00:07:35.08\00:07:37.89 And so what that mean is you get out of cocaine, 00:07:37.92\00:07:43.96 you know, my mother, 00:07:43.99\00:07:45.33 you guys are probably from the same parent, 00:07:45.36\00:07:47.13 my mother just became a completely different person, 00:07:47.16\00:07:51.37 meaning completely different person. 00:07:51.40\00:07:53.57 I remember 00:07:53.60\00:07:55.90 just a number of incidents that took place in my life 00:07:55.94\00:07:58.44 and my mother was just someone else. 00:07:58.47\00:08:00.68 I mean, I remember when 00:08:00.71\00:08:02.04 she first started experimenting her 00:08:02.08\00:08:03.41 and her husband at time and you know, 00:08:03.45\00:08:07.42 she begins to steal from me, I remember one Christmas, 00:08:07.45\00:08:11.95 the local thrifts where I would volunteer at sometimes, 00:08:11.99\00:08:14.59 they gave me a black and white television. 00:08:14.62\00:08:16.93 And you know, I was just the toast of the town, 00:08:16.96\00:08:19.33 see I had this black and white television in my room. 00:08:19.36\00:08:22.13 And I remember coming home one day, 00:08:22.16\00:08:23.50 my mother had stolen my television 00:08:23.53\00:08:25.73 and then pawned it for some crack. 00:08:25.77\00:08:28.37 It strains the relationship 00:08:28.40\00:08:30.01 and so, tell us about the person, 00:08:30.04\00:08:34.14 maybe unfortunately that you became 00:08:34.18\00:08:37.35 as result of using crack. 00:08:37.38\00:08:39.05 I was way there on the road. 00:08:39.08\00:08:42.05 I was 30 then, you know, 00:08:42.08\00:08:44.72 when got messed with that crack. 00:08:44.75\00:08:48.89 I went to Fairland, you know, 00:08:48.92\00:08:53.06 but I stole from everybody's except 00:08:53.09\00:08:55.83 from my house. 00:08:55.86\00:08:59.07 That was when the crack came out new. 00:08:59.10\00:09:01.77 If it is just about anything for, 00:09:01.80\00:09:04.11 but I was always a party girl 00:09:04.14\00:09:07.48 and I would just wanted to party, party, party, party. 00:09:07.51\00:09:10.55 So that's what I did. 00:09:10.58\00:09:11.91 That's why I have no children 00:09:11.95\00:09:14.02 because I didn't want to bring 00:09:14.05\00:09:15.38 any in this, in my world, you know, just slow me down. 00:09:15.42\00:09:19.22 Grandma say, "Have while you are young 00:09:19.25\00:09:21.19 and you can party later." 00:09:21.22\00:09:22.99 And everybody else was having 00:09:23.02\00:09:24.36 while they were young and they were stuck. 00:09:24.39\00:09:26.76 And I said, "Not me. Not me." 00:09:26.80\00:09:29.33 So probably about 00:09:29.36\00:09:34.27 in the '90s after my father passed away, 00:09:34.30\00:09:37.77 I got real down dirty, 00:09:37.81\00:09:39.91 you know, I was taking everything 00:09:39.94\00:09:41.31 that could be lifted in the house. 00:09:41.34\00:09:44.51 You know, diamond rings, gold chains, money. 00:09:44.55\00:09:49.98 I got to the point 00:09:50.02\00:09:51.35 where I was through, 00:09:51.39\00:09:56.52 I was through, I was on the streets, 00:09:56.56\00:09:59.26 not homeless but I was just out there in the street, 00:09:59.29\00:10:01.80 in the world and I got tired of it. 00:10:01.83\00:10:06.27 I was 42, I was tired off. 00:10:06.30\00:10:09.37 So I prayed all the time, you know, for Jesus to help me, 00:10:09.40\00:10:13.91 come and get me up. 00:10:13.94\00:10:15.68 But He wasn't ready to get me until I was ready to be got. 00:10:15.71\00:10:21.78 And I was ready. 00:10:21.82\00:10:24.85 It was a 4th of July 00:10:24.89\00:10:27.22 in '94, '96 00:10:27.26\00:10:34.16 when I called Lord, Him, I said, "I'm tired. 00:10:34.20\00:10:37.47 I don't want to do this no more. 00:10:37.50\00:10:39.47 Give me some help. Please help me." 00:10:39.50\00:10:43.07 Because death was the next thing, 00:10:43.10\00:10:46.11 you know, and I wasn't ready to die, scared up. 00:10:46.14\00:10:50.51 And I heard Jesus telling me, "Go home." 00:10:50.55\00:10:56.92 He said in three days 00:10:56.95\00:10:59.32 everything going to be taken care of. 00:10:59.35\00:11:01.46 But before that I was a mule, 00:11:01.49\00:11:04.93 I went to New York... 00:11:04.96\00:11:07.03 Now we're gonna explain what a mule is. 00:11:07.06\00:11:08.53 Mule is someone who carries drugs. 00:11:08.56\00:11:10.10 Carries the drugs.
