What's 00:18:59.13\00:19:01.87 less obvious is the intentions behind those services on a much 00:19:01.87\00:19:05.41 deeper level salts mission is focused on giving Unhoused 00:19:05.41\00:19:09.51 population of central Florida. A chance at the intangibles 00:19:09.51\00:19:13.15 that are critical for us. All 00:19:13.15\00:19:15.72 things like a sense of community dignity 00:19:15.72\00:19:19.69 and most importantly hoped 00:19:19.69\00:19:22.69 [MUSIC] 00:19:22.69\00:19:25.06 there are already enough obstacles toward achieving this 00:19:25.06\00:19:28.56 public. You know, 00:19:41.84\00:19:45.45 just like he was saying earlier, Danny, what we just 00:19:45.45\00:19:48.22 take our blessings for granted. You know, we have a place to 00:19:48.22\00:19:51.29 live and we have transportation. We can get 00:19:51.29\00:19:53.79 where we need to go. 00:19:53.79\00:19:55.42 But when you actually see the struggle of trying to get 00:19:55.42\00:19:59.66 somewhere within a certain timeframe, and if you miss that 00:19:59.66\00:20:03.37 time frame after you spend all of your money and then you 00:20:03.37\00:20:08.04 can't, you can't connect. And so 00:20:08.04\00:20:10.94 just unpack that a bit for us if you want. Yeah, like. 00:20:10.94\00:20:14.48 >> So services are and stand Central Florida. They're 00:20:14.48\00:20:17.58 they're full all the time. You know. So the the reality 00:20:17.58\00:20:20.45 is, if someone doesn't get there by 10:00AM, they're not 00:20:20.45\00:20:23.49 going to be seen by case manager. And in this case, 00:20:23.49\00:20:25.82 they missed that by 2 minutes. And and, you know, imagine like 00:20:25.82\00:20:29.72 you said, spending all your money, traveling 3 hours to get 00:20:29.72\00:20:33.53 there only to be told, 00:20:33.53\00:20:35.56 hey, we're full today and now and if you have to go to work 00:20:35.56\00:20:39.27 and you have to spend 3 hours to go to work, the person 00:20:39.27\00:20:41.77 interviewing in that that video is someone actually 00:20:41.77\00:20:45.27 experiencing homelessness. And he he he still is 22 00:20:45.27\00:20:50.31 years-old. He's going to college. Yes, that he has to do 00:20:50.31\00:20:53.15 that to get to college and to go back to where he sleeping 00:20:53.15\00:20:56.25 and try and sleep somewhere where he feels somewhat safe, 00:20:56.25\00:21:00.29 you know, and he goes to McDonald's to work on his 00:21:00.29\00:21:02.96 homework like, you know, he goes to these play other places 00:21:02.96\00:21:05.76 to to work on things. It's it's it's so hard. It's so hard. 00:21:05.76\00:21:09.43 Yeah. 00:21:09.43\00:21:10.77 >> I think that's the key there to Eric and Bill, it's so hard 00:21:10.77\00:21:15.64 like it's not just a matter of just doing something like we 00:21:15.64\00:21:19.91 can again take for granted. Now this is everything is a 00:21:19.91\00:21:25.05 challenge and everything. And when you said, you know, 00:21:25.05\00:21:28.58 if they miss it by 2 or 3 minutes and they shut down and 00:21:28.58\00:21:33.15 you've given 3 hours of your time and all your money, 00:21:33.15\00:21:35.76 it just is so overwhelming. Yeah, I just can't imagine the 00:21:35.76\00:21:40.83 stress of dealing with that every single day. These people 00:21:40.83\00:21:45.50 every day, these 2 were young. 00:21:45.50\00:21:47.20 >> And good help more and why I asked I don't suppose most of 00:21:47.20\00:21:51.51 the people and they're going to shape. We have a lot of most 00:21:51.51\00:21:55.34 people experiencing homelessness right now over the 00:21:55.34\00:21:57.25 age of 55 seniors, especially we see people with walkers 00:21:57.25\00:22:01.65 people in wheelchairs. 3rd, a 3rd of our clients to see a 00:22:01.65\00:22:05.19 case manager have mobility challenges, you know, being 00:22:05.19\00:22:09.96 able to to yeah, like they they walked a mile and a half. 00:22:09.96\00:22:13.66 And you know what? If it 10 minutes said and 15 minutes, 00:22:13.66\00:22:18.37 someone in the has a walker that's in a wheelchair that's 00:22:18.37\00:22:20.84 going to take, you know, 4, 5, times as long. And so even like 00:22:20.84\00:22:25.71 something as simple, as you know, with transportation in 00:22:25.71\00:22:28.61 downtown Orlando, there's only 2 port-a-potties 00:22:28.61\00:22:31.48 for the for the for the in that in downtown Orlando, the 00:22:31.48\00:22:36.48 hundreds 100's of people experiencing unsheltered 00:22:36.48\00:22:39.85 homelessness. If you have mobility challenges you can get 00:22:39.85\00:22:42.82 there. 00:22:42.82\00:22:43.99 I mean, what are you going to do? What are you going to do? 00:22:43.99\00:22:45.59 All right. We have we have some when it comes to us every 00:22:45.59\00:22:47.76 single day. 00:22:47.76\00:22:48.96 She has a like a a 00:22:48.96\00:22:51.93 digestive challenges. She's an older woman. She has to use 00:22:51.93\00:22:57.01 depends. You know that the diapers and she has to come 00:22:57.01\00:23:00.78 every single day. She can't make it to a bathroom and my 00:23:00.78\00:23:03.98 home, you know, and and all the places are closed and even if 00:23:03.98\00:23:07.42 they were open, if you look like you're experiencing 00:23:07.42\00:23:09.62 homelessness, they might not even let you. And so even 00:23:09.62\00:23:12.35 something as simple as using the bathroom at night is is a 00:23:12.35\00:23:14.76 privilege. Because if you guess what, if there's a police 00:23:14.76\00:23:17.56 officer nearby using the bathroom you're arrested for 00:23:17.56\00:23:20.16 for public urination, Ri for her dedication and defecating 00:23:20.16\00:23:24.07 in public. And I remember we did a study in January, a 3rd 00:23:24.07\00:23:28.47 of the arrests for people experiencing homelessness in 00:23:28.47\00:23:31.31 Orlando where for deaf using the bathroom at night. I mean, 00:23:31.31\00:23:35.28 how is that, you know, going to jail for just using the 00:23:35.28\00:23:38.35 bathroom is, you know, wants to go. I mean, that's the reality. 00:23:38.35\00:23:41.35 You have to hide to go use the bathroom, which, you know, 00:23:41.35\00:23:44.55 it's it's it's just it's wild on there. Yeah, yeah. We 00:23:44.55\00:23:48.92 actually had some testimonies that came that. I mean, this 00:23:48.92\00:23:51.49 video, the way came together was just such a blessing. 00:23:51.49\00:23:55.23 I know you we have kind of a story behind that. 00:23:55.23\00:23:58.27 >> Yeah, it's so exciting because 00:23:58.27\00:24:00.77 we see how God takes care of his children. Right. And even 00:24:00.77\00:24:04.44 the production of this video was such a miracle in itself 00:24:04.44\00:24:07.81 because, you know, not only did the marketing company decide to 00:24:07.81\00:24:12.21 do the video, but also there were people lined up to be 00:24:12.21\00:24:15.72 interviewed for this video, but that they weren't able to come 00:24:15.72\00:24:22.16 to the interview. And so the person that they ended up 00:24:22.16\00:24:24.33 interviewing was someone who is being dropped off at the exact 00:24:24.33\00:24:27.86 location where the 2 volunteers. 00:24:27.86\00:24:31.53 >> He sleeps there and that same area. We had no idea. 00:24:31.53\00:24:35.94 He he he didn't even know about the project. The video had. 00:24:35.94\00:24:39.34 He's like all someone told me to calm side came and went to 00:24:39.34\00:24:42.34 go interview at everything he's sharing because he sleeps in 00:24:42.34\00:24:46.35 the same area. We drop them off was exactly what are the 2 00:24:46.35\00:24:50.62 volunteers experience the whole time it was got confirming. 00:24:50.62\00:24:54.42 >> I mean everything. Yeah, we're God's timing, right, 00:24:54.42\00:24:57.36 right, yeah. 00:24:57.36\00:24:58.76 >> All right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And and the fact that 00:24:58.76\00:25:00.63 also that weekend on there were baptisms, you know, so then the 00:25:00.63\00:25:04.60 they were also able to do recordings of the bat tabs and 00:25:04.60\00:25:07.77 be able to just presents that and witness that also we do 00:25:07.77\00:25:10.84 that once we do about ISIS and once the air, it just so 00:25:10.84\00:25:13.21 happened, that marketing company was coming that 00:25:13.21\00:25:15.04 weekend. He didn't even realize I didn't. I totally forgot that 00:25:15.04\00:25:18.85 that it was that exact weekend. And when I scheduled in, 00:25:18.85\00:25:22.65 it's just it's just that without it. And we're able to 00:25:22.65\00:25:26.42 to have that and show kind of that that the highlight the 00:25:26.42\00:25:30.36 spiritual and side of what we do and that was his last name 00:25:30.36\00:25:33.86 is yeah. 00:25:33.86\00:25:35.20 >> You guys are the hands and feet of Jesus. I mean, you 00:25:35.20\00:25:39.20 offering you meeting people where they are, you're feeding 00:25:39.20\00:25:43.71 them. You're just like Dan said earlier 00:25:43.71\00:25:47.31 in the beginning, people want to hear about, you know, 00:25:47.31\00:25:50.05 the 2300 days or you know that what they want to know. Can you 00:25:50.05\00:25:54.08 give me something to eat? Yeah. Can I take a shower? 00:25:54.08\00:25:57.09 I get cleaned out. Right? And the self esteem that has to 00:25:57.09\00:26:01.09 be so damaged as a result of smelling bad. Yeah. You know 00:26:01.09\00:26:05.99 who wants to hire units that make such multi layered 00:26:05.99\00:26:11.17 problem? Yeah. And you guys are really meeting it head on your 00:26:11.17\00:26:16.24 on the front lines of this and I'm just so proud of you 00:26:16.24\00:26:19.97 and as a Christian, like seeing what you're doing because it's 00:26:19.97\00:26:23.24 really the work of the law and will make available. 00:26:23.24\00:26:26.85 >> All the literature that you can use. We have all these 00:26:26.85\00:26:29.72 series and 2, it's about, you know, Salvation. 10 00:26:29.72\00:26:33.96 Commandments is about the Lord's Day. All of these no 00:26:33.96\00:26:38.23 booklets that all that you want to be able to give. The people 00:26:38.23\00:26:41.86 will have they have all the amazing yeah. And so yeah. 00:26:41.86\00:26:46.43 In their hand I can read when they leave and say why are 00:26:46.43\00:26:49.94 these people helping me? Yeah, yeah. And so we we we had 00:26:49.94\00:26:54.54 a young guy in our group Bible studies. He he I remember. 00:26:54.54\00:26:58.75 So it's just kind of a cool moment. He was. It was it was 00:26:58.75\00:27:02.58 Sabbath are knows. It was the day we work on. We operate on 00:27:02.58\00:27:07.46 Sunday. So so they after Sabbath. So he came up to our 00:27:07.46\00:27:10.69 spiritual care team. He's like, 00:27:10.69\00:27:12.79 hey, yesterday was Savvis. I know. I think this is a I 00:27:12.79\00:27:16.53 went to the park. I was reading my Bible. Is that is that like 00:27:16.53\00:27:19.80 appropriate students have it is. And we're like, yeah, 00:27:19.80\00:27:23.04 that's a great idea. Yeah, yeah, you know, but like, 00:27:23.04\00:27:26.98 you know, things like light lit extra additional literature and 00:27:26.98\00:27:29.48 things like that is always going to be a blessing for 00:27:29.48\00:27:31.61 right? Yes, yeah, yeah. 00:27:31.61\00:27:33.72 Yeah. You know, so so one thing that that's really key about 00:27:33.72\00:27:38.05 all this that this really points out is the issue of 00:27:38.05\00:27:41.06 transportation, right? So being able to be mobile on wheels, 00:27:41.06\00:27:46.66 right, to bring trailers to where people are is a huge, 00:27:46.66\00:27:52.33 huge thing and getting them services cause like you said 00:27:52.33\00:27:55.54 one person might calm. They might miss that case management 00:27:55.54\00:27:58.01 opportunity to 3 hours all their money. They're like, 00:27:58.01\00:28:00.68 I'm not doing this again. You now I'm not going make it 00:28:00.68\00:28:04.05 so I can't I can't. Yeah, the camp is likely do it and so on. 00:28:04.05\00:28:08.95 So being able to meet them where they are is really key. 00:28:08.95\00:28:11.49 So we have a camp that we start to go to. You know, it's and 00:28:11.49\00:28:16.56 it's and the reason why there's some encampments, you know, 00:28:16.56\00:28:18.89 where we are is because the shelters are full rights and no 00:28:18.89\00:28:21.53 one has that they have any was asleep. They have to sleep 00:28:21.53\00:28:24.57 somewhere. And the only place that feel somewhat safe and has 00:28:24.57\00:28:28.27 exposes when you go into kind of the wooded areas and and 00:28:28.27\00:28:31.81 sleep there, you can maybe get a 10 to things like that. 00:28:31.81\00:28:34.74 So, you know, we started serving a camp with our white 00:28:34.74\00:28:38.38 trailer 00:28:38.38\00:28:39.78 and and we go out there and we serve them. We provide showers. 00:28:39.78\00:28:43.08 And there are so many people, you know, we had we had a young 00:28:43.08\00:28:46.52 guy. I mean, he's 21 years old. He came up to us in tears. 00:28:46.52\00:28:50.06 I just need help getting it. That's all I need. Can you help 00:28:50.06\00:28:53.90 me? Please? Like? Because every time he tries to go somewhere, 00:28:53.90\00:28:56.70 he doesn't make it in time. There's not there's a line from 00:28:56.70\00:28:59.53 like 5 in the morning trying to get these services and their 00:28:59.53\00:29:03.04 limited. And you know, so there's people in there that 00:29:03.04\00:29:05.84 really want help and support. And so 00:29:05.84\00:29:09.38 we were we were operating their and one, just one example. 00:29:09.38\00:29:13.11 And and this kind of really highlights what happens when we 00:29:13.11\00:29:15.58 aren't able to go and meet people where they are. 00:29:15.58\00:29:18.72 We were we were serving in that camp and the owners of a 00:29:18.72\00:29:21.89 property nearby. They were so upset that we were there 00:29:21.89\00:29:25.99 helping the people that were in that camp 00:29:25.99\00:29:28.73 that they they almost literally almost ran us over with 00:29:28.73\00:29:31.23 concrete blocks, actually have a video, a video of that of 00:29:31.23\00:29:36.10 them doing that. We were there serving on the talk over the 00:29:36.10\00:29:39.44 video because the sound is kind of, yeah, I'm not there. 00:29:39.44\00:29:42.84 So they take these blocks and they drop them right in front 00:29:42.84\00:29:45.91 of where we set up for our trailers and 00:29:45.91\00:29:49.02 and all that stuff. And they almost hit the car. One of our 00:29:49.02\00:29:52.19 staff with the camera there recording this heat. Yeah. 00:29:52.19\00:29:54.76 Almost get on with the with the machine and they were just so 00:29:54.76\00:29:58.59 angry that the company, it's a company. It's a it's a business 00:29:58.59\00:30:02.43 that's nearby. They're just upset that people experiencing 00:30:02.43\00:30:05.63 homelessness are there? Yeah, at the end of the day, you 00:30:05.63\00:30:09.07 know, when you when we think about it on the other way of 00:30:09.07\00:30:11.47 life, this like, hey, our goal is to help and they're homeless 00:30:11.47\00:30:13.84 this too well, they do want to be living in the woods right 00:30:13.84\00:30:16.88 now. We want to help move them out of the woods still, you 00:30:16.88\00:30:19.35 know, around the same team in a sense, you know, but they they 00:30:19.35\00:30:22.42 just weren't having it. You know, they they thought of it 00:30:22.42\00:30:24.72 differently and they blocked us from going there. So now, 00:30:24.72\00:30:28.29 2 weeks later, right, we we where we you know, we had so 00:30:28.29\00:30:32.86 much trouble me a lot built up to that point. And we were 00:30:32.86\00:30:36.53 ended up not being able to go back there. And 00:30:36.53\00:30:39.73 2 weeks later, we find out that someone in that camp I passed 00:30:39.73\00:30:43.17 away 00:30:43.17\00:30:44.34 because we we were not able to go there and continue to serve 00:30:44.34\00:30:47.44 the people. It was actually someone we're working with. 00:30:47.44\00:30:50.25 It was someone that was getting showers seen. A case manager is 00:30:50.25\00:30:52.91 looking for work 00:30:52.91\00:30:54.25 and he ended up getting us a cut and he had a like an 00:30:54.25\00:30:59.05 infection. Sets up, says that's not really something that's, 00:30:59.05\00:31:02.19 you know, that's just something small that grew into something 00:31:02.19\00:31:05.13 big. And and he ended up 00:31:05.13\00:31:08.53 handed up passing away. And last thing he heard from his 00:31:08.53\00:31:11.93 from the people, he's crying out for water because now when 00:31:11.93\00:31:14.90 you're in Florida, you're sweating all the time. When 00:31:14.90\00:31:17.64 you're when you don't have money or access to, I mean, 00:31:17.64\00:31:20.21 where you're going to get water to drink, right? I mean, 00:31:20.21\00:31:22.18 you're sweating all the water and all the time. So he and and 00:31:22.18\00:31:25.91 and so like 00:31:25.91\00:31:28.35 so when that happened, it, you know, I mean, obviously we know 00:31:28.35\00:31:32.32 the importance of our services and how it leads to help end 00:31:32.32\00:31:35.29 homelessness for people. But at the end of the day, 00:31:35.29\00:31:38.09 especially in the heat in Florida, this is actually 00:31:38.09\00:31:40.80 helping to keep people alive. Right? It's something that we 00:31:40.80\00:31:43.80 could have caught that we would have seen. We we've got over it 00:31:43.80\00:31:46.84 or medical partner. They would have been able to treat him. 00:31:46.84\00:31:49.57 And and you know, it's it's just it's it's just crazy. 00:31:49.57\00:31:54.44 It's crazy how there's such a stigma against people 00:31:54.44\00:31:57.35 experiencing homelessness that people go to. It's those kinds 00:31:57.35\00:31:59.91 of lanes. Yeah, is to stop people from getting the help 00:31:59.91\00:32:02.82 they need. And now a. 00:32:02.82\00:32:05.59 >> Some dehydration is a real problem. Oh, yeah, there I can. 00:32:05.59\00:32:10.73 And the because like you said, sweating from the heat, right 00:32:10.73\00:32:13.86 in and. 00:32:13.86\00:32:14.86 >> Yeah, I imagine I mean, something as simple as you 00:32:14.86\00:32:17.30 know, if the sun is beating down on the concrete all day 00:32:17.30\00:32:19.90 right in the roadway. Well, if you don't digits over there. 00:32:19.90\00:32:23.00 Yeah. So so the heat index of 1, 0, 6, 1, 0, 9, And so so 00:32:23.00\00:32:28.41 then if you don't have shoes and you're stepping on the 00:32:28.41\00:32:31.25 road, my so many people have a burns on their feet. Yes, 00:32:31.25\00:32:35.58 because they could. They don't have the shoes. And then 00:32:35.58\00:32:38.35 sometimes they have foot where that's not even adequate enough 00:32:38.35\00:32:41.76 to protect them from the robot that they end up getting 00:32:41.76\00:32:44.06 damaged as well. And so and then, yeah, sweating all the 00:32:44.06\00:32:47.93 time, not having at easy access to water, especially overnight. 00:32:47.93\00:32:52.07 I mean, these things are things that that, you know, we don't 00:32:52.07\00:32:54.97 often think about. 00:32:54.97\00:32:56.57 But it's the reality for people living on the street every day. 00:32:56.57\00:33:00.68 You know, it's a struggle. 00:33:00.68\00:33:01.94 >> I put your website again, your Web address. Those are 00:33:01.94\00:33:07.18 willing to support financially and go to assault an outreach 00:33:07.18\00:33:11.62 dot org and on. There's going to be pretty easy for them. 00:33:11.62\00:33:14.92 >> There been a composer. Yeah. Great think they can go 00:33:14.92\00:33:17.99 ahead and on that right on the homepage. They can scroll down 00:33:17.99\00:33:20.76 a little bit and there's a blow box. They can donate. There it 00:33:31.01\00:33:33.44 is. Another option tax December saw, OK? So 00:33:33.44\00:33:37.31 4, 4, 3, 2, 1, That's right. Yeah. Leave that up just for a 00:33:37.31\00:33:41.05 little bit, too. Yeah. Yeah. We that that fundraiser is 00:33:41.05\00:33:44.65 actually it's more important this year. We do a somersault 00:33:44.65\00:33:47.22 fundraiser every year. But Ellis about what it on right 00:33:47.22\00:33:50.43 now this year. It's more important than ever. I actually 00:33:50.43\00:33:53.13 have us a short video to play. It's a news article that came 00:33:53.13\00:33:57.17 out last week and it's about the situation we're going 00:33:57.17\00:34:00.10 through now and explain. It will impact that together. 00:34:00.10\00:34:03.34 All right. 00:34:03.34\00:34:05.01 >> An Orlando organization that helps people experiencing 00:34:05.01\00:34:08.18 homelessness is making a tough decision service and love 00:34:08.18\00:34:12.05 together. Better known as salt is temporarily suspending some 00:34:12.05\00:34:15.88 services due to a loss in funding. And as central Florida 00:34:15.88\00:34:19.62 public media's housing and homelessness. It's a lot so. 00:34:55.62\00:34:58.89 >> Yeah, we have a lot of weight on our shoulders. 00:34:58.89\00:35:01.23 Salt is not the only local organization losing funding. 00:35:01.23\00:35:04.70 Last month, the Christian Service Center made a call for 00:35:04.70\00:35:07.57 more financial support from local governments. And in 00:35:07.57\00:35:10.34 October, the homeless services network of Central Florida held 00:35:10.34\00:35:13.64 their first ever fundraiser in 30 years million in on this 00:35:13.64\00:35:17.08 kind of Joe Central Florida public media. 00:35:17.08\00:35:19.48 >> Lilian Hernandez care about Joe is a report for America 00:35:19.48\00:35:22.42 Corps member. 00:35:22.42\00:35:24.75 >> Thank you for those the at home watching as you can be 00:35:24.75\00:35:28.02 part of a miracle tonight. It is when you want to be a 00:35:28.02\00:35:31.06 part of the miracle man who wouldn't want to be right? 00:35:31.06\00:35:33.40 Yes. So the Holy Spirit impressing you can 00:35:39.37\00:35:43.51 make a donation or encourage in each of you to do that because 00:35:43.51\00:35:47.98 there's no way 00:35:47.98\00:35:50.65 people right here in the United States of America. People that 00:35:50.65\00:35:54.68 organizations like yours, Saul, that should be 00:35:54.68\00:35:59.32 short of money. And Sam, we're having to shut down services 00:35:59.32\00:36:02.92 when most of us have so much. That's right. And those 00:36:02.92\00:36:07.10 watching this program are most of us. If there's people not 00:36:07.10\00:36:11.33 watching maybe the homeless and doesn't have access to the 00:36:11.33\00:36:15.17 televisions, are the phones are the, you know, whatever. 00:36:15.17\00:36:18.57 So most of us, if you're there, you're able to give something. 00:36:18.57\00:36:21.51 So just think potentially hundreds of thousands of people 00:36:21.51\00:36:25.38 watching around the world have been here in the United States 00:36:25.38\00:36:28.85 were on Dish Network cable stations satellite the agency. 00:36:28.85\00:36:33.69 If you gave $10, you get a 50 P 500 some of the can. Yeah. 00:36:33.69\00:36:38.79 And I know you can you give 20,000 you could get 50. 00:36:38.79\00:36:41.93 I don't know what that amount. The holy spirit knows what I 00:36:41.93\00:36:45.03 can imagine that any of us. Well, watch this program 00:36:45.03\00:36:48.14 tonight and not give something and feel comfortable going to 00:36:48.14\00:36:52.14 bed tonight under nice of summertime and the cool, 00:36:52.14\00:36:55.94 probably air-conditioning, obviously after seeing what 00:36:55.94\00:36:59.78 these people have likened what this organization soft is 00:36:59.78\00:37:03.22 doing. And so I don't know. Sometimes you say it is not 00:37:03.22\00:37:07.26 meant to be a guilt trip. Maybe it is may at should be. 00:37:07.26\00:37:11.19 Yeah, what a song. Because I I'm having one myself and my 00:37:11.19\00:37:14.56 son, you know that we're going to support for more than what 00:37:14.56\00:37:19.63 we normally can do because this has to keep going. That's what 00:37:19.63\00:37:23.47 this is a way to reach people your age and physically and 00:37:23.47\00:37:26.57 then spirit today. And so I know before we get about 20 00:37:26.57\00:37:31.15 minutes left, we're going hear some great stories and what's 00:37:31.15\00:37:34.92 happening. So I kind of want to. 00:37:34.92\00:37:36.52 >> Turning back to you. Yeah, it's you know, when I think 00:37:36.52\00:37:39.55 about that new story, you know, I you can hear the little 00:37:39.55\00:37:42.39 motion on that story and it was thus the reporter was scheduled 00:37:42.39\00:37:47.13 to calm at that time. It was the one 30 and Wednesday last 00:37:47.13\00:37:51.90 week. They're scheduled to come 00:37:51.90\00:37:53.94 that time and literally about 30 minutes before she came. 00:37:53.94\00:37:59.24 I got a text from from the city and we're hoping for some 00:37:59.24\00:38:02.84 bridge funding. We thought me, you know, hey, on show on 00:38:02.84\00:38:05.61 shelter, homelessness has doubled in the area, you know, 00:38:05.61\00:38:09.42 COVID funding which which we're $600,000 less that we're seeing 00:38:09.42\00:38:13.79 from local government this year because COVID funding is no 00:38:13.79\00:38:16.79 longer around. Right. And that helped a lot to keep up with 00:38:16.79\00:38:20.00 need. Now are 600,000 short this year. We were still trying 00:38:20.00\00:38:23.70 to make it make it work. We were determined to keep 00:38:23.70\00:38:26.33 going with the services no matter what. And then we had a 00:38:26.33\00:38:30.94 severe delay from a corporate six-figure delay on a corporate 00:38:30.94\00:38:34.44 donations. Severe delay might not even see that next year. 00:38:34.44\00:38:38.08 We had another another foundation that had committed 00:38:38.08\00:38:43.59 to us that we've been meeting with for months and months that 00:38:43.59\00:38:46.72 has some internal issues and not able to give 250,000. 00:38:46.72\00:38:50.63 So when these things all happened at once, mom, you 00:38:50.63\00:38:54.10 know, we were we were kind of money was coming in for that 00:38:54.10\00:38:56.30 program because we're finding ourselves or fronting Arbil 00:38:56.30\00:38:58.63 ourselves for the people. We're taking a gamble risk on 00:38:58.63\00:39:01.87 the people that for the people that were surveyed downtown and 00:39:01.87\00:39:04.87 God's children. And and we took that gamble. Unfortunately, 00:39:04.87\00:39:08.88 a variable happened where these things and corporate donor that 00:39:08.88\00:39:12.01 foundation that they dropped. 00:39:12.01\00:39:14.35 And so we had we I mean, we would not suffer feet week. 00:39:14.35\00:39:18.55 We had no other choice. But to say, you know what, this coming 00:39:18.55\00:39:21.59 Monday we have to 00:39:21.59\00:39:23.89 we have to temporarily cut services for a while doing that 00:39:23.89\00:39:27.23 this Monday come talking this Monday coming. So so we that 00:39:27.23\00:39:31.70 doesn't that yes, yes, over the weekend, this program show 00:39:31.70\00:39:35.57 again. 00:39:35.57\00:39:37.01 >> You know where to live Thursday night. But the show 00:39:37.01\00:39:38.51 later tonight show, I think, Billy Sunday afternoon packs 00:39:38.51\00:39:42.44 Tuesday morning. And so we're going to pray that her people 00:39:42.44\00:39:46.11 step up, you know, and say we can give our part to keep this 00:39:46.11\00:39:50.19 going. Yeah, again, those of you they got a phone number 00:39:50.19\00:39:53.52 that I have and do sometimes if you want to tax and let us know 00:39:53.52\00:39:57.43 that you're supporting, that would be great, too. 00:39:57.43\00:40:00.20 >> Yeah, it's it's a it's definitely it's tough. You 00:40:00.20\00:40:03.06 know, we have people there 00:40:03.06\00:40:04.93 that like this man that passed away in that camp, right? 00:40:04.93\00:40:07.37 We weren't there for 2 weeks and he passed away. We have 00:40:07.37\00:40:09.94 people that if we don't serve, 00:40:09.94\00:40:12.24 if we don't continue serving them, there will be people that 00:40:12.24\00:40:15.84 will pass away and they will. And some people don't know the 00:40:15.84\00:40:19.18 Lord yet out there. They don't. They haven't made that decision 00:40:19.18\00:40:21.88 yet. We want to be able to be there and help them through 00:40:21.88\00:40:24.59 that. And so we've been really praying as a team. We've been 00:40:24.59\00:40:27.99 praying. We've been we've been today. We had some extra prayer 00:40:27.99\00:40:32.56 time with the whole organization. And and, you 00:40:32.56\00:40:35.86 know, our goal is to is to raise $500,000 right to to to 00:40:35.86\00:40:42.04 not only not stop our services but to sustain them throughout 00:40:42.04\00:40:45.77 the rest of the year. Yeah, and we know God can do it that you 00:40:45.77\00:40:49.44 will and you will and he will do it. And and what's amazing 00:40:49.44\00:40:53.42 is we got together today. We prayed as a team 00:40:53.42\00:40:57.02 and 00:40:57.02\00:40:59.15 we had. So this is a crazy story. Yeah, maybe I'll read it 00:40:59.15\00:41:03.63 to you guys. There's a crazy story. So last week I have an 00:41:03.63\00:41:07.03 old classmate of mine. I went to a public university studying 00:41:07.03\00:41:10.60 nonprofit management Guy, Masters, nonprofit management. 00:41:10.60\00:41:13.57 So she reached out to me and she was like, 00:41:13.57\00:41:16.50 hey, I'm last week. She's like, hey, I my family to start a 00:41:16.50\00:41:21.61 foundation, you know, want to help. You know, we wanted, 00:41:21.61\00:41:24.45 you know, we're just thinking about maybe giving the Salton, 00:41:24.45\00:41:27.25 you know, and and whatever, right? So can we meet next 00:41:27.25\00:41:30.05 week? I'm like, yeah, no problem. So I think it is 00:41:30.05\00:41:32.15 reaching out because of these new stories. I mean, there's 00:41:32.15\00:41:34.29 like 5 or 6 news story. They're coming out about this because a 00:41:34.29\00:41:37.29 new stations want to help to they want to see this happen. 00:41:37.29\00:41:40.13 And so I did reach out to any new station. They all reached 00:41:40.13\00:41:43.13 out to be wanting to help and get the story out there. 00:41:43.13\00:41:46.30 And so now where somewhere, meaning we at where the goal is 00:41:46.30\00:41:50.07 to me today, she's going to reschedule on me yesterday. 00:41:50.07\00:41:53.94 But she's like, you know what? I'm let's just let me wish to a 00:41:53.94\00:41:57.51 phone call today. I'm OK on a problem. So I got a phone call 00:41:57.51\00:42:01.08 with her today. 00:42:01.08\00:42:02.32 And she's like, hey, so so this is this is a story. And I I saw 00:42:02.32\00:42:06.49 your trailer over in Sanford, which is a city we serve 30 00:42:06.49\00:42:09.42 minutes north 00:42:09.42\00:42:10.69 and I was like and would be cool for foundation helps 00:42:10.69\00:42:13.50 support. Maybe another trailer, you know, in the community. 00:42:13.50\00:42:16.53 Hey, can you tell me the name of the group and they gave in 00:42:16.53\00:42:19.83 my name. She's like 00:42:19.83\00:42:22.10 Eric Camry. O I went to school with. Yeah, he's like. And so 00:42:22.10\00:42:25.87 that is she said in the fall, she's telling me the story and 00:42:25.87\00:42:28.08 she's like and maybe want to give even more, you know. 00:42:28.08\00:42:30.15 And and then, you know, but then last night I saw a news 00:42:30.15\00:42:34.38 story about you guys having suspend services 00:42:34.38\00:42:37.85 and and she's like it made me want to give it the more, 00:42:37.85\00:42:40.52 you know, figure out a way even more. So I have a board meeting 00:42:40.52\00:42:43.43 in 30 minutes. 00:42:43.43\00:42:45.39 Tell me what's happening, what's going on to explain 00:42:45.39\00:42:47.46 everything to her. And and we all our whole team. I'm texting 00:42:47.46\00:42:51.30 everyone calling it like let's pray there. But they're in a 00:42:51.30\00:42:53.94 boarding. Let's pray. Lets pray. And so so we get a tax 00:42:53.94\00:42:59.74 man few hours ago 00:42:59.74\00:43:01.74 and it says, 00:43:01.74\00:43:04.45 Eric, my family was so excited about your organization. 00:43:04.45\00:43:07.85 I had sent them the article and your Web site before the 00:43:07.85\00:43:10.55 meeting. I just sent you an email. But the sides you and me 00:43:10.55\00:43:13.76 discussing some paperwork, we're going to head in Grant 00:43:13.76\00:43:16.52 you 300,000 immediately. 00:43:16.52\00:43:19.26 I think I think we could have the check out to you next week. 00:43:19.26\00:43:22.26 Let me know if you have some time to talk tomorrow, right? 00:43:22.26\00:43:24.70 I praise the Lord and incredible. Yeah, it's a 00:43:24.70\00:43:27.67 miracle that it would only have taken their goal and it would 00:43:27.67\00:43:31.97 only happen in the last second. Yeah, because that's how God 00:43:31.97\00:43:34.98 works. But but you know, so so we're more than halfway to the 00:43:34.98\00:43:39.35 goal. 00:43:39.35\00:43:40.65 >> Just like that, I believe right here tonight. And then we 00:43:40.65\00:43:42.55 can do that and the rest of the go, the other half of it. 00:43:42.55\00:43:45.82 So, yeah, and they have radio as well. People listening on 00:43:45.82\00:43:49.16 the line as well as so. Let's give the let's put the Web site 00:43:49.16\00:43:53.50 up again. Want to keep it up there much as we can tell. 00:43:53.50\00:43:57.00 You notice all outreach dot org and there. If you're listening 00:43:57.00\00:44:01.47 as you said on radio and you can go to the website also and 00:44:01.47\00:44:05.74 those of you at home, you're still thinking about it ran 00:44:05.74\00:44:08.41 about that's what God does. Yeah, my friend Aaron will burn 00:44:08.41\00:44:12.11 our friend the past with COVID a couple years ago. I wrote a 00:44:12.11\00:44:16.58 song when I'm got is when Jesus is 4 days late with a long time 00:44:16.58\00:44:22.39 and then. 00:44:22.39\00:44:23.59 >> And I yeah, and God has done that so many times in 00:44:23.59\00:44:28.16 organization. I'm he builds our faith every year. You know, 00:44:28.16\00:44:31.33 when you talk about fundraising awry and and that's a part of 00:44:31.33\00:44:35.57 every nonprofit, every ministry has to fundraise and I'm I end 00:44:35.57\00:44:38.67 up terming it a faith raising because I feel like this work. 00:44:38.67\00:44:43.24 It really helps to build here. Fayyad got on all the money in 00:44:43.24\00:44:47.85 the world and he will range at the way it needs to be arranged 00:44:47.85\00:44:51.62 to meet the needs. And and, you know, I had I was going through 00:44:51.62\00:44:55.12 a tough time the past couple weeks, because I I 00:44:55.12\00:44:57.89 I would. And you heard me and that new story. I mean, I was I 00:44:57.89\00:45:00.53 was it was tough. It was tough. And part of it was 00:45:00.53\00:45:04.07 not necessarily. I think God was going to calm like come 00:45:04.07\00:45:06.87 through our answer. It was just having to go through the 00:45:06.87\00:45:09.50 process. You know, you have to make decisions based on numbers 00:45:09.50\00:45:12.74 in front of you write so like as a as a someone running an 00:45:12.74\00:45:15.64 organization of ministry, yes, staff and payroll and all that, 00:45:15.64\00:45:19.55 you know, I'm like well, based in numbers in front of us, 00:45:19.55\00:45:22.58 this is what we have to do. We have to Monday. 00:45:22.58\00:45:25.09 We need to we're going to have this continue the showers, 00:45:25.09\00:45:28.29 the laundry, you know, all the all these different things. 00:45:28.29\00:45:30.43 Our staff are devastated. There was not a dry eye in that 00:45:30.43\00:45:33.66 room we talked about was what had to happen after I thought 00:45:33.66\00:45:37.03 the city would common and help out and they they decided they 00:45:37.03\00:45:40.34 weren't going to. And and I ended up doing the interview 00:45:40.34\00:45:43.07 right after I got that extra and they were unable to 00:45:43.07\00:45:45.07 support. And you know, my wife is us. Tommy. Eric, 00:45:45.07\00:45:49.58 I'm not worried. Have a good feeling about this that's going 00:45:49.58\00:45:52.51 to come through somehow. Yeah. And you know, hey, 00:45:52.51\00:45:54.78 I'm here thinking like, you know, I am part of me and maybe 00:45:54.78\00:45:57.65 it's a lack of faith, right? Sometimes unlike well, you 00:45:57.65\00:46:00.46 know, is it maybe maybe maybe he wants us to go somewhere 00:46:00.46\00:46:04.03 else? Maybe there's a plan. Maybe there's some other 00:46:04.03\00:46:05.86 purpose. And and like, you know, as we talked about it 00:46:05.86\00:46:08.60 more and and thought about it more, 00:46:08.60\00:46:12.13 God does not want to leave his children without their basic 00:46:12.13\00:46:16.20 needs met. Right then he says he's I care about. I care about 00:46:16.20\00:46:19.51 the birds. You know, I get food. You know, we dress the 00:46:19.51\00:46:22.94 lily. I just lilies that that those basic needs are going to 00:46:22.94\00:46:26.68 get Matt for the people. And there's there's no. And and 00:46:26.68\00:46:30.29 those basic needs lead to other things, right? They lead to 2 00:46:30.29\00:46:33.05 case manager took to counseling to to spiritual care, to people 00:46:33.05\00:46:36.42 giving their lives to Christ and to people moving into 00:46:36.42\00:46:38.86 housing in people getting jobs and all that. Yes, but it 00:46:38.86\00:46:42.40 starts here. It starts, meaning those basic needs and helping 00:46:42.40\00:46:45.67 them to stay alive when they when they are out there on the 00:46:45.67\00:46:49.20 street, you know, we have we have a guy and on 00:46:49.20\00:46:52.77 this is just one of the people, you know, when you think about 00:46:52.77\00:46:55.11 stopping services. I think about this man. 00:46:55.11\00:46:58.35 He's a in the 70's, very quiet and no kids, no family. That's 00:46:58.35\00:47:04.02 that's a live right now. 00:47:04.02\00:47:05.82 I'm very quiet man who could come and get services. Yes, 00:47:05.82\00:47:08.49 a walker moves very slowly, you know, 00:47:08.49\00:47:12.36 but he's he's been experiencing homelessness now for a little 00:47:12.36\00:47:15.03 while 00:47:15.03\00:47:16.20 and one day he he calms um, you know, he comes for services 00:47:16.20\00:47:19.73 like he normally does to get a shower. He's only he gets 00:47:19.73\00:47:22.67 security. But it's so little to me is not able afford a place, 00:47:22.67\00:47:26.31 no housing programs that he qualifies for. So anyway, 00:47:26.31\00:47:29.54 he's he's there. And we notice that, you know, he he's the 00:47:29.54\00:47:33.62 bathroom on himself, right? And and our staff was like, 00:47:33.62\00:47:36.69 you know, hey, are you OK? We notice that. 00:47:36.69\00:47:39.35 And and and they're like an escape cleaned up. You know, 00:47:39.35\00:47:42.49 the bottom. They brought him and they they help make sure 00:47:42.49\00:47:44.99 you got it new clothes and was able to get a shower. You know, 00:47:44.99\00:47:48.80 they they spent some time with them. And then after that, 00:47:48.80\00:47:51.57 he comes the next day and they notice again and thank you. 00:47:51.57\00:47:55.34 So why is he saw himself again? 00:47:55.34\00:47:58.17 And they're like, is everything okay, like t need to see a 00:47:58.17\00:48:01.78 doctor? And like, you know, he's very timid, very shy. 00:48:01.78\00:48:05.01 He wouldn't even look our staff and the fate that the woman 00:48:05.01\00:48:07.62 that was ask him in the face of one of our staff. He's like, 00:48:07.62\00:48:11.05 yes, yes, you know, he just pick why. And 10 minutes, 00:48:11.05\00:48:13.92 I guess I want to see you see a doctor say gone to the doctor 00:48:13.92\00:48:17.79 and you know the clean them up again and all that and a few 00:48:17.79\00:48:21.10 days later. Yeah, he comes in with a smile on his face and, 00:48:21.10\00:48:24.50 you know, he's better you now. But who knows what, what that 00:48:24.50\00:48:27.80 was, what that could have led to if our staff wasn't there to 00:48:27.80\00:48:31.47 see him and to help him through that time, we have someone that 00:48:31.47\00:48:35.14 was just moved into housing last week. 00:48:35.14\00:48:38.21 She's been on the street for 15 years, making very little in 00:48:38.21\00:48:42.62 calm in her 60's. It just doesn't have anyone that that 00:48:42.62\00:48:47.66 that is there for she has her her pet with her who passed 00:48:47.66\00:48:50.56 away and she's now alone on the street. And it took 15 years to 00:48:50.56\00:48:55.56 get her into a housing program because that because of the 00:48:55.56\00:48:58.83 capacity that the 00:48:58.83\00:49:01.90 the programs being full, you know, and then qualifications 00:49:01.90\00:49:05.41 and all that, I mean, it's it's 00:49:05.41\00:49:07.34 and there's people that we need to support while they're 00:49:07.34\00:49:10.41 waiting for those things. You know, I I mean, I I one day 00:49:10.41\00:49:14.28 and I I believe one day we will have housing right, will have 00:49:14.28\00:49:17.89 places that we all you need a place to live. OK? There you 00:49:17.89\00:49:20.82 go. Salt housing, right? You know, and we we grow, 00:49:20.82\00:49:23.89 you know, we started with food and we moved the showers and 00:49:23.89\00:49:26.09 all these things. And now we're expanding different location. 00:49:26.09\00:49:28.43 I mean, that's a dream, you know, one day. But but right 00:49:28.43\00:49:32.43 now, we don't have that. And there isn't any housing 00:49:32.43\00:49:35.60 affordable housing in central Florida. So the only the only 00:49:35.60\00:49:38.77 thing we can do is help support people in this moment right 00:49:38.77\00:49:41.88 now. And and and that's what we're there to do that we feel 00:49:41.88\00:49:45.05 called to do. That's why I believe, you know, God a move 00:49:45.05\00:49:49.18 to this, a random, you know, a chance appointment. This family 00:49:49.18\00:49:54.72 Foundation just started a foundation on the arts 00:49:54.72\00:49:57.26 organizations that surprising that to to to give over half of 00:49:57.26\00:50:01.90 the funding that's needed. And 00:50:01.90\00:50:04.23 >> and as for guys named to the lower, yes, you know, because 00:50:04.23\00:50:07.84 the news stations, you know, after that, they've come and 00:50:07.84\00:50:10.77 talk to Eric and all of that. 00:50:10.77\00:50:12.61 >> They told us, you know, let us know when you get like the 00:50:12.61\00:50:16.51 miracle story. You know, we want to follow up with. Yeah. 00:50:16.51\00:50:19.31 So we know. 00:50:19.31\00:50:20.62 >> That guy is ready to show his power. Yeah, you know, 00:50:20.62\00:50:25.42 to show how much he loves his children and also to be able to 00:50:25.42\00:50:29.16 show that this ministry is his. 00:50:29.16\00:50:30.86 >> Yeah, that's right. When we go, we there's that 5 stations 00:50:30.86\00:50:34.96 have said, 00:50:34.96\00:50:36.50 let let us know. Let us know and what happens here and we'll 00:50:36.50\00:50:40.10 do a follow-up story where and God is going to get all the 00:50:40.10\00:50:43.20 glory and that story. And to everyone in that community, 00:50:43.20\00:50:46.84 it's going to be it's going to be amazing. Yeah, you know, 00:50:46.84\00:50:50.28 just occurred to may cause some of our folks begin voter folks. 00:50:50.28\00:50:53.85 >> Some of us I say some of us older folks, the aren't always 00:50:53.85\00:50:58.85 the best and lot of them don't really. It's like, 00:50:58.85\00:51:03.26 you know, we're we're to all and I'm trying to be as gentle. 00:51:03.26\00:51:05.86 Yeah, but 00:51:05.86\00:51:08.43 >> we don't use that. We're not very good on social media were 00:51:08.43\00:51:11.30 not good on the website. So what you could do for those 00:51:11.30\00:51:15.44 of you who used to donating used to supporting you could 00:51:15.44\00:51:19.24 actually write because a lot of people still do snail mail 00:51:19.24\00:51:22.58 3ABN, a P o box to 20. You can get that address. I don't know 00:51:22.58\00:51:26.58 if they can put it up now. But you make your course the 00:51:26.58\00:51:30.02 check to salt. But you can send it to 3ABN we will 00:51:30.02\00:51:34.79 sent forward it to them every penny of it. So I don't know if 00:51:34.79\00:51:38.29 you can get it up. You can give it to you again and you can 00:51:38.29\00:51:41.46 watch all during the day. Just look us up. It's a 3ABN, 00:51:41.46\00:51:46.43 P O box to 20 00:51:46.43\00:51:48.77 S P o box to 20 West Frankfort, Illinois, that 6 to 8, 9, 00:51:48.77\00:51:53.31 6, So hopefully we'll be able to get that up and bit and that 00:51:53.31\00:51:58.21 way. If you say, look, the only thing I know how to do is write 00:51:58.21\00:52:00.95 a check. They can do that. 00:52:00.95\00:52:02.85 >> Because our dress, though, they're used to it. Yeah, 00:52:02.85\00:52:05.95 we we actually had checks have come to us from 3ABN, but from 00:52:05.95\00:52:10.43 people that gave today be ever saw. Well, so, yeah, we know 00:52:10.43\00:52:13.73 we've we've yeah, you guys. And then that would have given 00:52:13.73\00:52:16.50 our audience every opportunity to get yeah, can't get on the 00:52:16.50\00:52:21.70 website. 00:52:21.70\00:52:22.90 >> And again, it's the put up but on the screen again for the 00:52:22.90\00:52:27.84 Utes Dot Org, right? Yeah, OK, Aaron, assault outrage, DOT Org 00:52:27.84\00:52:34.02 or write to 3ABN still make the check to stop and we'll be 00:52:34.02\00:52:38.99 happy to send it down because we'd love to see the other half 00:52:38.99\00:52:42.26 of that miracle of tonight. Yeah. And so that $600,000 we 00:52:42.26\00:52:47.96 know he's going to do it has gotten to yet and we have an 00:52:47.96\00:52:50.87 opportunity to be a part of that. And that's where I said 00:52:50.87\00:52:54.04 earlier. They're part of a miracle. I didn't know to you 00:52:54.04\00:52:57.21 guys. Yeah. It with you now. Yeah. I had no idea about this. 00:52:57.21\00:53:02.21 300,000. Yeah. One of them out. So yeah. Thank you. So that's 00:53:02.21\00:53:06.35 really encouraging. So I'm blessed for about 2, 0, 00:53:06.35\00:53:10.72 >> Absolutely. You know, whenever 00:53:10.72\00:53:14.22 I hear what salt is doing, I'm so inspired because, again, 00:53:14.22\00:53:18.23 you're doing God's work and God is going to be glorified with 00:53:18.23\00:53:22.13 this of this deadline from Monday. Watch will guide. 00:53:22.13\00:53:27.80 Watch what he does. He's going to bring glory to his name. 00:53:27.80\00:53:31.74 >> Yes, excited. Yeah. It's it's what you do. Yes. And now 00:53:31.74\00:53:36.44 now more than ever this is needed there said in a new law 00:53:36.44\00:53:40.68 in Florida, actually that's passed. That's going to be come 00:53:40.68\00:53:43.75 into effect in October. And that law is you cannot 00:53:43.75\00:53:49.39 you can not sleep on public property, even if shelters are 00:53:49.39\00:53:52.69 even if shelters are full and not sleep on public property. 00:53:52.69\00:53:56.06 So what that means is 00:53:56.06\00:53:57.83 shelters have been full for years. So now when someone 00:53:57.83\00:54:01.17 sleeping on the sidewalk or in a in it and campaign 00:54:01.17\00:54:04.34 encampment, they can literally be arrested for being out 00:54:04.34\00:54:08.44 there. 00:54:08.44\00:54:09.61 >> So then I have a record. They'll have a rest for 00:54:09.61\00:54:11.38 impeding them from getting the job. Yes. 00:54:11.38\00:54:13.88 >> Yes, so it's it's it's it's really it's really sad. You 00:54:13.88\00:54:19.25 know, where a lot of our guests are afraid of that law when 00:54:19.25\00:54:23.96 that law passes, 00:54:23.96\00:54:26.43 because unfortunately, it's going to be it's going to add 00:54:26.43\00:54:29.43 even more barriers to help get them off the street. I mean, 00:54:29.43\00:54:32.83 even even something as like, you know, they they included in 00:54:32.83\00:54:36.50 that law that if a citizen or business complains about 00:54:36.50\00:54:40.21 someone sleeping on public property, if the local 00:54:40.21\00:54:42.41 government does not respond to that complaint, 00:54:42.41\00:54:45.18 then that person stays there, that citizen or a corporation 00:54:45.18\00:54:48.72 can actually sue the local government or so that's forcing 00:54:48.72\00:54:52.82 now all the local governments in Florida to actually figure 00:54:52.82\00:54:57.09 out what to do to move them somewhere because there's no 00:54:57.09\00:54:59.96 other, 00:54:59.96\00:55:01.00 they're yeah, it's it's just 00:55:01.00\00:55:03.63 it's it's making us so much situation, you know, as we've 00:55:03.63\00:55:06.87 seen. 00:55:06.87\00:55:07.97 >> And California in places where people in the streets 00:55:07.97\00:55:11.01 where there begins bass and drums and so much crime and all 00:55:11.01\00:55:14.51 of these and businesses, people can go to the businesses. 00:55:14.51\00:55:18.15 Are there ready to go? So it has to governments and local 00:55:18.15\00:55:22.15 governments. The state's yeah. Depending on your population. 00:55:22.15\00:55:25.65 Yeah. You get places like California. Southern California 00:55:25.65\00:55:28.86 has got good weather and says Florida and at least in the 00:55:28.86\00:55:33.03 wintertime. 00:55:33.03\00:55:34.10 >> So you're going to have it. It's it's a it's such a 00:55:34.10\00:55:38.90 complicated complex. Yeah issue and everyone everyone wants to 00:55:38.90\00:55:44.71 try and do what they can to try and fix the issue to address 00:55:44.71\00:55:47.88 the issue. And unfortunately a lot of time working against 00:55:47.88\00:55:51.58 each other, right? Because this person has a solution. This 00:55:51.58\00:55:53.88 person is this this solution here, but they're all they're 00:55:53.88\00:55:57.22 not coordinating, you know, an and now it makes it harder for 00:55:57.22\00:56:00.42 people like us to figure out what I've found over the years 00:56:00.42\00:56:04.19 and has been nearly 40 years. 00:56:04.19\00:56:06.23 >> As you know, worry about tomorrow and back and see how 00:56:06.23\00:56:10.33 guys legend. Yeah, I mean, Melhem, Jay, what once and many 00:56:10.33\00:56:14.90 of the others of us have said that, that we can be assured 00:56:14.90\00:56:18.34 that God's going to blast. So, yeah, it looks like 00:56:18.34\00:56:20.61 obstacles. The mountains in front of you are in the 00:56:20.61\00:56:23.48 physical, but we're working in the spirit back on. Yes, 00:56:23.48\00:56:26.98 it's very unusual. God is going to continue to provide for you 00:56:26.98\00:56:30.59 all so that you'll be able to really help countless numbers 00:56:30.59\00:56:34.49 of people, not only physically but spiritually as well and the 00:56:34.49\00:56:38.96 demand to the Kingdom of heaven. Yeah, we want to thank 00:56:38.96\00:56:41.90 you both for being here once again. And we'll put up the 00:56:41.90\00:56:45.37 address there over the last few minutes website and U.S. so 00:56:45.37\00:56:50.87 outreach to all the outrage dot org. And so I hate to say this, 00:56:50.87\00:56:56.71 but our time is all gone. So until we see you next time a 00:56:56.71\00:57:00.58 tenure richly bless you.
