set foot on campus, I think it

invited me over to his house.

campus for about a week and of

was the freshman on campus and

didn't know anything but I
remember sitting in his home

and I just pitched the idea.

do you think about a 3ABN like

the prophets or I think I said

great of an impact it made on

or an idea of the teachings of

able to be a true disciple for

always been on my heart.

And so, I remember I presented
it, I waited to think about a

year or so after I'd been here
and you had become president at

that time and what really
sparked my idea to present it

to you is at camp meeting when
Danny had kind of handed you

the reins and said, you
know, you're gonna lead.

I remember John Dinzey telling
a story about how he pitched the

Latino idea to Danny thinking
that Danny would kind of be

hesitant but Danny was
just so welcome to receive it.

And I thought, okay, Lord,
maybe I should present that

again.

It was like 2019
or 2020 or something.

And so, I remember presenting
that to you and you're like,

It was during COVID at the time

Rafferty kind of came in with

"Dude, I think this is a great

people just like what do I do I

sit there and pray with them and

just tell them to follow God and

Sharing your testimony because
then people relate to that you

I just want to share something
really quickly you know we take

evangelism and obviously the
commission very seriously and

many people think they have the
idea of the correct way to do

correct way to share Christ.

Well at the end of the
day there's not 27 ways to win

someone to Christ we are told
that there's only one way and

that is Christ method alone and
so this has kind of become the

foundation of our evangelistic
or discipleship training and I

just want to read this. This
comes from Ministry of Healing

page 143- 144, it says "Christ
method alone will give true

success in reaching the people"
and then it gives the process

of how that works and this is
what we implement in the school

through the one-on-one
discipleship the training. It's

not just giving a bunch of
knowledge; giving them a bunch

of truth and saying, " now go
follow Jesus". You have to build

their confidence in that and
you have to set them on fire so

that they know they're ready
and equipped to go out and do

that, so it goes on to say, "The
Savior mingled with men as one

showed His sympathy for them.

was going to make his wife happy

wine will be spilled out.

And the same thing applies.

You can't put new doctrines
into old lives and expect the

So a lot of people bring
their old lives to evangelistic
