We're 00:00:10.91\00:00:13.81 talking about 3ABN, kids camp. You see us here on the set at 00:00:13.81\00:00:17.15 the Worship Center at campaign seen. And I'm in my suit. 00:00:17.15\00:00:20.25 I feel out of sorts, but I had a very handsome. But, you know, 00:00:20.25\00:00:23.95 I did have the opportunity for my hiking boots on sitting over 00:00:23.95\00:00:26.45 now. I just feel like just the odd man out. I'm having a great 00:00:26.45\00:00:29.92 time to time on my hands. But the fire. Yeah, I've seen 00:00:29.92\00:00:33.03 it's been a full fun filled week and praise the Lord that 00:00:33.03\00:00:37.57 were at the end. And then pretty soon the programs will 00:00:37.57\00:00:40.77 be airing on 3 being. But again, what a great week we've 00:00:40.77\00:00:43.91 had here, kids camp. 00:00:43.91\00:00:45.01 >> It's been a real blessing and just seeing the growth. 00:00:45.01\00:00:48.28 I mean, I feel like I'm going to because when you see how 00:00:48.28\00:00:51.35 much children want to give their how to Jesus, you realize 00:00:51.35\00:00:57.65 that's what it's all about. The innocence of it all. 00:00:57.65\00:01:00.32 >> Yeah, no, that's who it was that all. That's right. So if 00:01:00.32\00:01:03.36 you're just now joining us, we're going around to the 7 00:01:03.36\00:01:06.19 different sets here that we experienced to 3ABN kids camp. 00:01:06.19\00:01:10.53 We went to a number of them and we at the break, we're in the 00:01:10.53\00:01:13.37 midst of talking to brother Tim part about 3 and a kids camp 00:01:13.37\00:01:16.47 sing along. So tell us of ICE on the one clip that we aired 00:01:16.47\00:01:19.94 showed Allison. 00:01:19.94\00:01:21.18 >> We're not saying where I am here. That's right. I had 00:01:21.18\00:01:23.58 Allison Spear and she was able to be here for a couple of 00:01:23.58\00:01:26.92 days. It's just nice to have another adult to bounce things 00:01:26.92\00:01:30.55 off of, you know, which I tried to sing a little more than I 00:01:30.55\00:01:34.02 did the first time we did this first time. I was little green 00:01:34.02\00:01:39.19 myself. I so at any rate I was I I had the first time I had 00:01:39.19\00:01:43.30 Aaron will per head. And so he and I had a weak cold, wrote 00:01:43.30\00:01:46.94 some songs together. And that was a lot of fun. And so this 00:01:46.94\00:01:50.97 Allison and in fact, Allison Spear help make some write some 00:01:50.97\00:01:54.61 songs. I have another friend Mark Mathes I think mentioned 00:01:54.61\00:01:57.55 him earlier. And Andrew Greer is a song, wrote a turn, 00:01:57.55\00:02:02.22 Turn, Turn, Turn Your Eyes on Jesus to Jesus and yeah. 00:02:02.22\00:02:06.25 And then I can kind of delved into some solo writing and in 00:02:06.25\00:02:09.02 fact, I without a win and financing said and I needed 00:02:09.02\00:02:13.29 theme song. I actually went back to the the theme song that 00:02:13.29\00:02:17.87 we did for the first time. Well, the reason I would kids 00:02:17.87\00:02:22.64 camp, yeah, I am a child. And so there was this repeat 00:02:22.64\00:02:27.01 the echo kind of thing. And I thought that was what was up. 00:02:27.01\00:02:31.81 What was so good about that song because the kids just 00:02:31.81\00:02:35.92 totally took to it. And so I just tried to copy a little bit 00:02:35.92\00:02:40.02 of the 00:02:40.02\00:02:41.76 the writing. And if you know, as far as how it mainly the 00:02:41.76\00:02:44.86 echoing part, and then I thought, well, that really kind 00:02:44.86\00:02:47.36 of works because when you're in the in the mountains, well, 00:02:47.36\00:02:50.77 especially when you're camping, using echo song 3 in the 00:02:50.77\00:02:54.40 mountains, you hear the Echo. So there was some reasoning 00:02:54.40\00:02:56.40 behind. It doesn't always make sense to anybody else. But it's 00:02:56.40\00:02:59.51 also said to me when then the kids just like I said, you, 00:02:59.51\00:03:03.68 I would hear him come and the thing that everywhere and 00:03:03.68\00:03:06.61 anywhere. So it's it's just a lot of fun to hear that and 00:03:06.61\00:03:09.65 know that they can make up a little lines, whatever. It 00:03:09.65\00:03:12.12 doesn't seem that wherever they are in Illinois and Illinois, 00:03:12.12\00:03:16.83 Iowa, Iowa, you know, it's it's just fun and they will take 00:03:16.83\00:03:20.96 that home with them and much their parents sugar in haha. 00:03:20.96\00:03:25.37 >> They'll continue singing a song. That's what it's about. 00:03:25.37\00:03:27.60 Absolutely. I love it with memories that I have to go into 00:03:27.60\00:03:30.87 kids camp. You know, it is coming home singing the songs. 00:03:30.87\00:03:34.14 And so they're still my heart. I had a bleed. If 2.10, you 00:03:34.14\00:03:37.21 know, I like words. That's one of my things. I just you know, 00:03:37.21\00:03:40.38 I like the crafting of words, but I don't know anything about 00:03:40.38\00:03:43.55 songwriting, but just the gifts that God has given you in 00:03:43.55\00:03:46.25 utilizing those here this week, it's just been amazing to watch 00:03:46.25\00:03:50.19 God use you. What is it like for to see the can singing like 00:03:50.19\00:03:54.10 songs of the Consulate due to write? What's it like? Oh, 00:03:54.10\00:03:56.46 well, it's it's amazing anytime you see. 00:03:56.46\00:03:58.67 >> This is actually working because it's one thing to put 00:03:58.67\00:04:01.40 it down on paper and you know, wonder how will this translate 00:04:01.40\00:04:06.68 and also and God bless you, Francine, she tried to get me 00:04:06.68\00:04:11.85 to get her songs weeks in advance months in advance, 00:04:11.85\00:04:16.08 actually and creative people have this thing. Well, this 00:04:16.08\00:04:20.79 creative percent or more. I don't even know if I call 00:04:20.79\00:04:23.09 myself creative, but I have been called procrastination. 00:04:23.09\00:04:27.83 Haha and it's called the Midnight hour. All of the 00:04:27.83\00:04:33.44 everything starts to work. The of the we'll start to go 00:04:33.44\00:04:36.60 into motion and the words that didn't seem to rhyme 3 months 00:04:36.60\00:04:41.48 ago, all of a sudden those same words, rhyme, 11, 59. So so 00:04:41.48\00:04:47.28 it's funny how that works. And my heart's beating fast. 00:04:47.28\00:04:50.39 I'm thinking I've got to get the song written because these 00:04:50.39\00:04:52.25 guys are going to sing it at. So so, yeah, it's it's great 00:04:52.25\00:04:55.56 them to know that they're seeing it. And then when they 00:04:55.56\00:04:57.99 bring the energy and I was we were talking about the the, 00:04:57.99\00:05:01.06 you know, the the active missing their their energy. 00:05:01.06\00:05:04.73 I think it was like on the 3rd day we had how one little fella 00:05:04.73\00:05:11.61 decided that he was out of energy and he fell asleep and 00:05:11.61\00:05:16.48 that will probably be enduring record during the record 00:05:16.48\00:05:19.65 recording that will pump up here in the blooper role way 00:05:19.65\00:05:24.32 because one of the coaches had to literally pull him off the 00:05:24.32\00:05:28.49 set. And while he slept every day at what didn't wake up 00:05:28.49\00:05:33.56 until they pull them off. And so I'm here, I'm trying to 00:05:33.56\00:05:36.77 maintain this, you know, so that nobody sees what's going 00:05:36.77\00:05:39.67 on over here. Yeah, I did that. I thought actually he might be 00:05:39.67\00:05:43.87 like acting up. And so they were needed to pull him off 00:05:43.87\00:05:46.61 this, you know. So he was sound but he sound asleep. So I 00:05:46.61\00:05:50.91 thought you put him to come out. 00:05:50.91\00:05:52.98 >> Yeah. Great feeling to know your haha flood. Right? Very 00:05:52.98\00:06:02.42 much. Back in to make he was hard to sleep. 00:06:02.42\00:06:05.83 >> I don't. I told the referees the next time that happens, 00:06:05.83\00:06:08.56 it happens again. I'm like just. 00:06:08.56\00:06:10.57 >> Might be a problem because in all. Haha. 00:06:10.57\00:06:19.67 >> Sure. But as far as something as far as the of the 00:06:19.67\00:06:22.44 process already, what was great is that Francine provided the 00:06:22.44\00:06:26.51 that the of themes and then to try to write those songs, 00:06:26.51\00:06:31.52 some of them telling stories that the actual story, some of 00:06:31.52\00:06:35.69 them trying to tell some kind of a and modern day being able 00:06:35.69\00:06:41.23 to relate it in and give you some kind of something to go 00:06:41.23\00:06:44.60 home with beyond just the story because you can always read the 00:06:44.60\00:06:47.24 story in the Bible. But if you have something, even just like 00:06:47.24\00:06:50.24 that song, I sing earlier, take your courage, keep your 00:06:50.24\00:06:52.64 courage. You know, we don't know. The poll said that. 00:06:52.64\00:06:55.84 But if he would have been a guy like a motivational speaker on 00:06:55.84\00:06:59.41 the ship, he would have that you would have told those men 00:06:59.41\00:07:02.22 to keep their courage. So, you know, sometimes you have to 00:07:02.22\00:07:04.55 stretch your imagination, put yourself in those situations 00:07:04.55\00:07:08.52 and kind of created. 00:07:08.52\00:07:10.09 >> You know, what's interesting about kids, too, is that 00:07:10.09\00:07:12.69 sometimes they sing the words and they don't know the 00:07:12.69\00:07:15.53 meaning. And then as they get older, they understand the 00:07:15.53\00:07:18.87 meaning and it still sticks with them later on. And I think 00:07:18.87\00:07:22.97 that's where we are making that impact is that and I appreciate 00:07:22.97\00:07:26.24 your dedication. And 00:07:26.24\00:07:27.71 >> the only reason why sometimes I would say, hey, 00:07:27.71\00:07:29.91 tmd have anything. It's because I had all my parents like, 00:07:29.91\00:07:34.15 do you have any like I know he's going to hope that it's 00:07:34.15\00:07:38.19 really you know. 00:07:38.19\00:07:39.42 >> Yeah, you you just want that preparation. But you know what? 00:07:39.42\00:07:43.43 The energy? It's amazing that how quickly the kids picked up 00:07:43.43\00:07:47.13 some really cool. I mean, they were really catchy, really 00:07:47.13\00:07:50.00 engaging. And you just phenomenal. And so praise God 00:07:50.00\00:07:53.57 because he's working for you in. 00:07:53.57\00:07:55.60 >> Just yeah, I was honored to work with such great kids, 00:07:55.60\00:07:59.31 but I will also say that we had a teleprompter. And I you know, 00:07:59.31\00:08:02.68 I don't mean to tell all our secrets. I clearly am. And I 00:08:02.68\00:08:06.38 want to thank my friend CJ Lingle, who saved the day by 00:08:06.38\00:08:11.49 keeping the words rolling on the screen and what was great 00:08:11.49\00:08:14.46 was those kids. They learned the importance of knowing how 00:08:14.46\00:08:18.23 to read has literally singing the song right in a hurry. 00:08:18.23\00:08:22.60 They were singing at the speed, the reading at the speed of the 00:08:22.60\00:08:25.73 song. And so and and yet they were able to put that energy 00:08:25.73\00:08:29.40 even as that meeting, we were running over the song as it 00:08:29.40\00:08:31.97 once and again running through them. Sorry, some of them sound 00:08:31.97\00:08:35.34 like they would be right run over, but we're running through 00:08:35.34\00:08:38.71 them. So I just love kids. And it's just so fun. You put 00:08:38.71\00:08:43.08 him in a situation and they're just like little Bulldogs. 00:08:43.08\00:08:46.12 They're just go for it. You know, they're not shining. 00:08:46.12\00:08:48.52 Yeah. Shining a light. That was it was real. Throw up with 00:08:48.52\00:08:51.76 another song. Come to mind, Tim, I know we did about the 00:08:51.76\00:08:54.30 you know, of there was a so that we did for the very first 00:08:54.30\00:08:58.63 episode, which was the he he made the sea, the creator of 00:08:58.63\00:09:02.90 the sea. And if I can remember, I think the words with he made 00:09:02.90\00:09:07.64 the sea so grand to 7. 00:09:07.64\00:09:09.71 >> Rate the water from the dry, dry land. 00:09:09.71\00:09:13.01 He made the sea so wide so that we could sail to the other side 00:09:13.01\00:09:19.42 and made this so deep so that he could bury all my sons 00:09:19.42\00:09:23.99 beanie. 00:09:23.99\00:09:25.16 >> And all he had to do was simply speak and one to 3 times 00:09:25.16\00:09:29.66 he made the scene and one to 3. He called the C one to 3. 00:09:29.66\00:09:35.70 He walked the sea and on day 3 and made the same. 00:09:35.70\00:09:40.38 >> Yeah. One of the road and I was little surprise. 00:09:40.38\00:09:47.35 I could count want. No, that's a very it's super fun. Yeah. 00:09:47.35\00:09:52.62 A lot of fun. 00:09:52.62\00:09:53.89 >> And and, you know, music such an important part. You 00:09:53.89\00:09:55.46 know, you coursework Mr. Ganesh Open for what, 25, 00:09:55.46\00:09:58.06 30 years and years in a big part of 3 again. So they 00:09:58.06\00:10:00.90 actually have a program with the kids with music is so very 00:10:00.90\00:10:04.07 important. Like you said, Francine, I remember as a kid 00:10:04.07\00:10:06.47 learning scripture with music. And so, you know, time, you 00:10:06.47\00:10:09.10 know, it's like you don't understand everything that then 00:10:09.10\00:10:11.27 as years progressed, it's like, oh, wow. Again, now that make 00:10:11.27\00:10:14.01 sense of music is so very important. Thank you. 00:10:14.01\00:10:16.68 Lieutenant approval to offer to how? Yeah, sure. 00:10:16.68\00:10:19.78 >> We have. Next. We're going back to the main production 00:10:19.78\00:10:22.15 building and this is to do we have Doctor Ryan and Susie 00:10:22.15\00:10:25.69 Hayes. They didn't creation crafts and making creations 00:10:25.69\00:10:28.66 Kratz last time we did kids camp in him. Amazing job. 00:10:28.66\00:10:32.23 So let's first take a look at this role and then we'll talk 00:10:32.23\00:10:34.66 to them. 00:10:34.66\00:10:36.87 >> I think girls are you ready here on the side? 00:10:36.87\00:10:39.67 [MUSIC] 00:10:39.67\00:10:43.64 >> Boom, boom, boom. 00:10:43.64\00:10:47.01 >> Thinking about the anybody. Moses and I. 00:12:29.01\00:12:32.31 >> That's fun. We appreciate the haze. Of course, they did a 00:12:32.31\00:12:37.82 kids camp a number of years ago and came back in the good did 00:12:37.82\00:12:40.79 course creation crashed. And I believe you're there. 00:12:40.79\00:12:44.49 Hayes in the studio a. 00:12:44.49\00:12:46.53 >> Not as. Haha. We're using a hot glue gun or maybe. 00:12:46.53\00:12:56.10 >> You're still crafts. Doing crafts. And what time is at 00:12:56.10\00:12:58.57 909. 00:12:58.57\00:13:00.11 >> We never stop asking all week. We just now we can. 00:13:00.11\00:13:03.45 What is that? Stuck a little out. What's going on with you? 00:13:03.45\00:13:06.18 Sure. 00:13:06.18\00:13:07.45 >> Little embellishment there. And but and so she likes to 00:13:07.45\00:13:10.39 push my buttons. I haha. 00:13:10.39\00:13:14.96 >> I love that. So your regular job, Doctor Ryan Hayes, you're 00:13:14.96\00:13:19.33 a professor of chemistry at Andrews University and yet you 00:13:19.33\00:13:22.13 still have time to come here. 2, 3ABN, and of course, your 00:13:22.13\00:13:26.17 white. Susie, thank you so much for coming. Tell us about the 00:13:26.17\00:13:28.97 crafts even making this week. 00:13:28.97\00:13:31.07 >> Well, thank you so much for having us to. We've had a 00:13:31.07\00:13:33.58 really great time. All of our crafts are paired with a story 00:13:33.58\00:13:37.61 in the Bible. 00:13:37.61\00:13:38.95 And so it gives it a lot of meaning. And I think the kids 00:13:38.95\00:13:41.92 had a lot of fun making these crafts. 00:13:41.92\00:13:45.59 >> Yeah, it was nice to to be here. I have a little bit more 00:13:45.59\00:13:48.89 time in the summer, but honestly, my life that all the 00:13:48.89\00:13:52.56 word, all the planning, all the preparation, getting the 00:13:52.56\00:13:55.96 supplies, thinking it through. And I just come up with a few 00:13:55.96\00:14:00.04 jokes and Kelly. 00:14:00.04\00:14:00.94 >> And haha, I practice at every day he does. 00:14:00.94\00:14:09.64 >> Yes, then creation crafts. So why creation cross from far 00:14:09.64\00:14:13.18 as you know, okay, we're talking about crafts and making 00:14:13.18\00:14:15.22 things within creation. Tell us how you kind of combined that 00:14:15.22\00:14:17.89 together. 00:14:17.89\00:14:19.42 >> Well, you know that the Bible is full of creation. 00:14:19.42\00:14:22.52 God created got traded everything. And so we wanted to 00:14:22.52\00:14:27.03 put that with 00:14:27.03\00:14:29.83 the crops that we were making. Sure. And so, you know, just so 00:14:29.83\00:14:32.67 it has a lot of meaning. Yeah, and 00:14:32.67\00:14:37.01 >> now they've got so carried of these kids are so creative. 00:14:37.01\00:14:39.47 My wife is so creative and out, just always creating things. 00:14:39.47\00:14:43.71 And and class really does tie into that aspect. And we have 00:14:43.71\00:14:48.92 our own design on what we think the crash and look like. 00:14:48.92\00:14:52.29 And they just put it in the hands of these kids. And 00:14:52.29\00:14:54.49 something else comes out that sometimes maybe was. 00:14:54.49\00:14:57.39 >> I'm not so great and then others a wall. What a great 00:14:57.39\00:15:00.86 idea. 00:15:00.86\00:15:02.00 >> And just see that creative ability that God put in to us 00:15:02.00\00:15:05.70 just for a sheen on a set like this. And the other kids were 00:15:05.70\00:15:09.30 great. And we have a variety of levels of skill. And I usually 00:15:09.30\00:15:14.08 got the ones that we're new at making crassly kind of we kind 00:15:14.08\00:15:18.35 of had similar skill levels. I guess you would say yeah. 00:15:18.35\00:15:21.08 And so we're we're struggling to keep up with says he got on 00:15:21.08\00:15:24.72 a lot of the instruction. So it was a lot of fun. 00:15:24.72\00:15:27.89 >> The both of you did a wonderful job because you kept 00:15:27.89\00:15:30.66 that energy up. And I just like how all of you, well, having 00:15:30.66\00:15:34.30 fun. I mean, you enjoy and with the kids. And I mean, I playing 00:15:34.30\00:15:38.57 might having fun, letting kids be as creative as they wanted 00:15:38.57\00:15:41.60 to be. And, you know, if you could tell one of the crass 00:15:41.60\00:15:44.97 that really stood out to you that the kids really seem to 00:15:44.97\00:15:48.08 dive into because even sometimes I would see some of 00:15:48.08\00:15:51.08 the referees and they'd forget to get the microphone there 00:15:51.08\00:15:53.55 because they're into it as well. Can is there a craft that 00:15:53.55\00:15:56.58 you can think of that really stood out to you? 00:15:56.58\00:15:58.82 >> Yeah, sure. I think so. The kids ended up making these 00:15:58.82\00:16:02.59 night light aquariums. You can see there's a light and this 00:16:02.59\00:16:06.66 had to do with the story of Jonah and the big fish. And so 00:16:06.66\00:16:10.77 what we ended up doing is, well, there's a light on it. 00:16:10.77\00:16:13.50 So it's a night light, but also we put it magnets on it so that 00:16:13.50\00:16:18.27 we'll see if we can get. And if you're able to see that, 00:16:18.27\00:16:20.18 but we can get the fish to move and then also we can get Jonah 00:16:20.18\00:16:23.71 to you. 00:16:23.71\00:16:25.11 >> Haha. 00:16:25.11\00:16:27.08 >> That is yeah. But 00:16:27.08\00:16:29.35 >> you know, maybe something else that we did just kind of 00:16:29.35\00:16:32.62 teaching them some different techniques to different things 00:16:32.62\00:16:34.59 they can use to make art work. This one was the wave painting. 00:16:34.59\00:16:38.23 When Jesus calm the storm, we blended paints with a 00:16:38.23\00:16:41.30 toothbrush. So yeah, the news of the regular paint brush. 00:16:41.30\00:16:45.23 But the toothbrush. And then we also did one where they use 00:16:45.23\00:16:49.40 aluminum foil and they stamped a fire and a ram on there. 00:16:49.40\00:16:54.01 So just kind of using different techniques. We did. A tariff 00:16:54.01\00:16:56.21 paper are won. I could show another one here. This one is 00:16:56.21\00:17:01.15 the reef just showing that God created the seas and it's 00:17:01.15\00:17:04.82 another lineup one. So this one was that they can to. 00:17:04.82\00:17:08.96 >> I was going to the different studios. And I was in one time 00:17:08.96\00:17:11.66 when I think you all the kids are making something look like 00:17:11.66\00:17:14.00 kind of like slime. 00:17:14.00\00:17:15.93 All right. Something it was precious to watch the kids 00:17:15.93\00:17:18.17 expressions as they're like needing this some thoroughly 00:17:18.17\00:17:21.34 enjoyed it and something a little grossed out. Yeah. 00:17:21.34\00:17:24.44 >> It's fine. It's chemistry. We have and get a little bit of 00:17:24.44\00:17:26.98 that. And there we did slime last time. Yeah, we actually go 00:17:26.98\00:17:31.41 around and make slime with kids when we go to some of our 00:17:31.41\00:17:34.65 chemistry programs and as such a big hat and it's so fine. 00:17:34.65\00:17:40.06 And Susie just takes it to another level and some 00:17:40.06\00:17:42.39 creativity put in there. Yeah, the kids really just 00:17:42.39\00:17:45.83 literally got into it. They didn't mind getting slimed. 00:17:45.83\00:17:48.50 And and even though is a little bit icky. 00:17:48.50\00:17:51.23 >> That demand is favorite to say she had that mom is kind of 00:17:51.23\00:17:55.44 like needed way. Do you really have to bring this? Haha? 00:17:55.44\00:17:59.87 Just love this line to I don't think that she's going to ever 00:17:59.87\00:18:03.38 grow out of it. 00:18:03.38\00:18:04.45 >> Haha one every time. Even though we make it a lot of 00:18:04.45\00:18:10.69 said, yeah. And this was the 5. So we actually adds a fish 00:18:10.69\00:18:14.02 beans in it. Yeah. 00:18:14.02\00:18:16.12 >> Pretty good. We also want to just say thank you to both of 00:18:16.12\00:18:18.26 you to because and as soon as you've been a part of 3 been a 00:18:18.26\00:18:20.93 long time, I know that when your kids are little babies and 00:18:20.93\00:18:23.47 want to call him baby is very your honey. Talk to the 00:18:23.47\00:18:26.00 original uplink building. I don't know my how many years 00:18:26.00\00:18:28.34 ago is that 13, 15 11, 11 years ago, a long time the new year. 00:18:28.34\00:18:33.78 Thank you for your long-time support. 00:18:33.78\00:18:35.74 >> You know that. Thank you for all. We had a lot of fun here 00:18:35.74\00:18:38.08 and our kids of almost, you know, growing up on the set and 00:18:38.08\00:18:41.85 was fined that have other kids come up and do all we know your 00:18:41.85\00:18:44.85 kids and they would say their names and and all our I guess, 00:18:44.85\00:18:49.09 you know, the kind of in studying our family. 00:18:49.09\00:18:50.73 >> Haha, I think that Carter, right? He would he start of 00:18:50.73\00:18:55.46 what, 2 years old are on about 4. Yes, 4. Yeah. 00:18:55.46\00:18:59.50 >> And now how tall is? I mean, my goodness, all. Yeah. He's 00:18:59.50\00:19:02.14 way up there to be a raft. You know, just getting involved 00:19:02.14\00:19:05.41 in another level is Hussey and of some. Your kids are 00:19:05.41\00:19:09.28 participating. Also is campers. Yeah, girl that yes, a lot of 00:19:09.28\00:19:13.38 the songs and they love being here. You think they kind of 00:19:13.38\00:19:16.99 get all but the songs that Tim came up like we were seeing and 00:19:16.99\00:19:22.06 they they said, what are we doing a second week next. 00:19:22.06\00:19:24.69 >> Aha there, right, 4. 00:19:24.69\00:19:28.10 >> Yeah, they're ready for and was just the testimony to how 00:19:28.10\00:19:31.93 well the the whole program was put together. So thank you as a 00:19:31.93\00:19:35.57 parent and then thank you as a host, I would just really 00:19:35.57\00:19:39.17 appreciate the organization so we can really do this focus on 00:19:39.17\00:19:44.28 our thing here. So the cast and a lot of the meeting, we we had 00:19:44.28\00:19:47.38 fun just thinking about the meaning at a deeper level as we 00:19:47.38\00:19:50.52 were, you know, planning for each day. And and so that was 00:19:50.52\00:19:53.69 kind of funds. I really appreciated working with this 00:19:53.69\00:19:56.26 young lady right here. So, yeah, it's fun to work 00:19:56.26\00:19:59.66 together. 00:19:59.66\00:20:00.93 >> That's awesome. Thank you both so much. We'll see what 00:20:00.93\00:20:02.56 we're here on the set in just a little bit. And tonight we're 00:20:02.56\00:20:05.40 going now to Studio B, this is still at the main production 00:20:05.40\00:20:09.54 building. But Studio B is the same studio that Jason Bergmann 00:20:09.54\00:20:12.77 has it said on and they would have to switch up the set, 00:20:12.77\00:20:15.74 change the elegy background, put some different things on 00:20:15.74\00:20:19.61 the floor and they rolled up the grass. They did roll up. 00:20:19.61\00:20:21.85 Yeah. And this is it's a club which is exercise. So let's 00:20:21.85\00:20:27.02 take a look at that role right now. 00:20:27.02\00:20:28.59 [MUSIC] 00:20:28.59\00:20:34.36 >> It got heated on. Oh, come on. 00:20:34.36\00:20:37.37 >> Why do you think of that? 00:20:37.37\00:20:38.70 [MUSIC] 00:20:38.70\00:20:43.71 [MUSIC] 00:20:43.71\00:20:48.71 [MUSIC] 00:20:48.71\00:20:53.72 [MUSIC] 00:20:53.72\00:20:58.72 [MUSIC] 00:20:58.72\00:21:04.56 [MUSIC] 00:21:04.56\00:21:10.30 [MUSIC] 00:21:14.34\00:21:19.34 [MUSIC] 00:21:19.34\00:21:24.35 [MUSIC] 00:21:24.35\00:21:28.02 >> Wow. Hard. Yeah. She did a great job. Yeah. Coach Mills 00:21:28.02\00:21:33.69 and I believe you're there on the set and studio B, yes, 00:21:33.69\00:21:36.86 I am a yes, no. I wonder if it's OK to exercise in like 00:21:36.86\00:21:40.36 10:00PM tonight. 00:21:40.36\00:21:43.16 >> And you want to haha. 00:21:43.16\00:21:45.53 >> You know, I right there. You said if the if you can't 00:21:45.53\00:21:47.90 touch your toes b***** news, I think that some have to do not 00:21:47.90\00:21:50.17 touch my toes tonight. Haha, thank you so much for your 00:21:50.17\00:21:55.01 enthusiasm. And for yeah. Just her love of exercise and 00:21:55.01\00:21:59.51 getting the young people involved and excited about to 00:21:59.51\00:22:02.45 get the blood flowing. 00:22:02.45\00:22:04.55 >> Yeah, it's been a super blessing here and I have had so 00:22:04.55\00:22:07.79 much fun interacting with the kids and doing all the 00:22:07.79\00:22:10.13 different exercises and just trying to get them move in and 00:22:10.13\00:22:13.56 show them that that's a part of what we need to do every day. 00:22:13.56\00:22:16.90 >> And now, no, Sam, you are actually a P e teacher right up 00:22:16.90\00:22:20.77 and runs as it inches academy workout. 00:22:20.77\00:22:22.97 >> Yes, that's true. I've been teaching and academy now for 8 00:22:22.97\00:22:27.34 years. I just finished my 8th year there and it taught 00:22:27.34\00:22:30.05 physical education classes and health as well. 00:22:30.05\00:22:32.51 >> And so we're just so blessed to have you. Thank you for 00:22:32.51\00:22:35.05 being here and just tell us what has it been like for you 00:22:35.05\00:22:37.85 this week with the kids and exercise? 00:22:37.85\00:22:40.32 >> I have had so much fun. I didn't know what to expect. 00:22:40.32\00:22:42.96 This is my first time ever doing anything like this. 00:22:42.96\00:22:45.99 And I didn't know what to expect. So I was told we're 00:22:45.99\00:22:49.76 going to go live. You get one take and that's all you get. 00:22:49.76\00:22:52.83 I just like, okay, I'm going to treat it like when I taught on 00:22:52.83\00:22:56.34 zoom. So we're just going to go forward. And the kids just my 00:22:56.34\00:23:01.01 expectations were like here and they just soared above that 00:23:01.01\00:23:05.08 night was the total got thing. I was praying the whole time 00:23:05.08\00:23:08.15 that that guy would be here and angels were it would protect 00:23:08.15\00:23:11.99 this campus and the kids would be safe and healthy 00:23:11.99\00:23:15.19 and everything to 60 exceeded my expectations. 00:23:15.19\00:23:20.00 >> Yeah, a man. So tell us about some of the exercises 00:23:20.00\00:23:22.33 that the kids that I see a few props there close to. So, 00:23:22.33\00:23:24.87 yes, some of the things they did. 00:23:24.87\00:23:26.74 >> So my focus was to try to figure out a way that they 00:23:26.74\00:23:29.74 could in their homes, whether they're here in studio rat at 00:23:29.74\00:23:33.38 home to try different ways of exercising in a small space and 00:23:33.38\00:23:39.71 to use different things that they may have around the house. 00:23:39.71\00:23:41.98 So like I would use the scarfs and and we would throw them 00:23:41.98\00:23:46.39 around and do jumping jacks on that kind of stuff. You're 00:23:46.39\00:23:48.36 still getting your heart rate up. But the focus is not on 00:23:48.36\00:23:50.69 necessary doing jumping jacks. The focus is on the scarves and 00:23:50.69\00:23:55.83 then we would do some balance work with the beanbags. 00:23:55.83\00:23:59.67 And so you don't have to have to have a bean bag. You can use 00:23:59.67\00:24:02.64 something anything to balance on. But again, the focus is off 00:24:02.64\00:24:05.81 the exercise in on the fun of it. I also tried to use 00:24:05.81\00:24:09.28 different and set of dumbbells. Not everybody can afford. 00:24:09.28\00:24:12.35 Both are expensive. So we use these exercise bands which can 00:24:12.35\00:24:16.85 be pretty cheap and at many different venues to purchase 00:24:16.85\00:24:20.49 them from even if you see, I saw in that intro clip, I was 00:24:20.49\00:24:23.99 using canned goods because anybody can go and have any 00:24:23.99\00:24:28.36 form of resistance and grab some canned goods out of the 00:24:28.36\00:24:30.77 pantry. But I always made sure they asked their parents, 00:24:30.77\00:24:33.57 but for the is dead. But again, it's just ways that they can 00:24:33.57\00:24:37.27 incorporate exercise into their daily lives and get their 00:24:37.27\00:24:40.34 bodies healthy for whatever God has in store for them service 00:24:40.34\00:24:44.55 or just just like I said, keeping healthy. 00:24:44.55\00:24:47.28 >> And so it's great for you coming in. I cannot express my 00:24:47.28\00:24:51.19 gratitude to you coached Mills because you did a phenomenal 00:24:51.19\00:24:55.32 job with clean energy that you had in just the enthusiasm. 00:24:55.32\00:24:58.63 And we could see that you were having a lot of fun and the 00:24:58.63\00:25:01.23 kids excited. I've never met them before. And they just still 00:25:25.82\00:25:28.69 came in with smiles and they did what I asked them to do, 00:25:28.69\00:25:32.29 even though some of that was crazy. But they still did what 00:25:32.29\00:25:36.06 I asked them to do. And they had it looked like they had 00:25:36.06\00:25:38.37 fun. I had fun with them. I also enjoy getting to know 00:25:38.37\00:25:42.27 the crew and just kind of seeing how the whole process 00:25:42.27\00:25:45.21 goes for filming something like this and everything that goes 00:25:45.21\00:25:47.98 and all the behind the scenes to make me look good, make the 00:25:47.98\00:25:52.51 kids look good and out ultimately to clarify, gotten 00:25:52.51\00:25:56.18 his ministry. 00:25:56.18\00:25:57.39 >> And then, yeah, thank you so very much. I know he's run around on the 00:27:09.49\00:27:11.89 set earlier as he's fast asleep. 00:27:11.89\00:27:13.66 >> Or he he wore out. That was that he's tired. He's back 00:27:13.66\00:27:17.43 their nap and right now. 00:27:17.43\00:27:19.53 >> So tell us again, far as where you're from, because you 00:27:19.53\00:27:22.07 have a lot of analysts worry from down there, Florida to 00:27:22.07\00:27:23.84 tell us a little bit about that and about your experience here. 00:27:23.84\00:27:26.07 Kids camp. 00:27:26.07\00:27:27.14 >> Absolutely. Oh, my and snakes and snake the snake. 00:27:36.89\00:27:40.96 Haha, Anderson, 00:27:40.96\00:27:43.32 a lot of animals that we allow children to interact with. 00:27:43.32\00:27:47.36 And I have a great team down there. The help that I want to 00:27:47.36\00:27:50.00 say. Thank you to to help get us packed and ready for this 00:27:50.00\00:27:52.60 journey and for this ministry. And it's been a lot of fun 00:27:52.60\00:27:56.07 doing it. 00:27:56.07\00:27:57.54 >> Yes, it S yes. So tell us about your experience, a kids 00:27:57.54\00:28:00.98 camp. I you know, I appreciate creation a lot. I I not really 00:28:00.98\00:28:04.68 fond of snakes, but I see you holding a snake there to tell 00:28:04.68\00:28:07.18 us about the snake and then your experience here. 00:28:07.18\00:28:09.62 >> This is sunny. He is a super pass. Still ball python. 00:28:09.62\00:28:14.86 Wow. Look, that's why he's got the bright colors on him. 00:28:14.86\00:28:19.16 Usually they're more brown 00:28:19.16\00:28:21.16 and 00:28:21.16\00:28:23.03 he's just a really cool snake. 00:28:23.03\00:28:25.97 >> And so tell me that the kid and you're very brave. He's 00:28:25.97\00:28:30.41 very brave. Had 9 on the TV crew. Yeah, Tim, I'm thankful 00:28:30.41\00:28:36.21 that the snow it's not going to start can't get it out right 00:28:36.21\00:28:39.51 across the state versus Asahi. Help the kids reactions far as 00:28:39.51\00:28:46.25 here kids camp. Maybe it's the first time they've even seen 00:28:46.25\00:28:49.02 animals like this in real life. So tell us about their 00:28:49.02\00:28:51.46 experience in your experience, right? So these, by the way, 00:28:51.46\00:28:54.20 these young people had some fantastic questions. They were 00:28:54.20\00:28:57.03 very smart and they knew how to engage not only with the 00:28:57.03\00:29:00.60 animals, but with the right questions. 00:29:00.60\00:29:02.84 >> And they they asked adaptation questions. They 00:29:02.84\00:29:05.67 asked about life span and all kinds of neat things. And that 00:29:05.67\00:29:10.45 allowed us to make connections, I believe, with the creator and 00:29:10.45\00:29:14.58 that open doorways with these children in there 00:29:14.58\00:29:18.72 thinking in their thought processes to appreciate the 00:29:18.72\00:29:21.46 creator a little more and some of the young people, they just 00:29:21.46\00:29:25.29 really wanted to hold them. They couldn't get enough of it. 00:29:25.29\00:29:27.86 They kept asking, can we hold this snake or that's like there 00:29:27.86\00:29:30.90 was no fear and they were ready for him to have some other 00:29:30.90\00:29:34.24 critters are with you. We do say so right over here. I'm 00:29:34.24\00:29:37.84 starting over. Here is a PAC man Frog. And that is a 00:29:37.84\00:29:42.24 carnivorous fraud that the students got a kick out of 00:29:42.24\00:29:44.75 learning about from South America. And it's kind of hard 00:29:44.75\00:29:48.38 to see these little critters, but we have some aquatic 00:29:48.38\00:29:51.25 turtles from the southeast here that hideout and their shell 00:29:51.25\00:29:55.96 and a beautiful milk snake. This this is a play Glenn Milk 00:29:55.96\00:30:00.53 snake from down near Honduras, Mexico, along and another 00:30:00.53\00:30:05.30 little PAC Man Frog. This one's a girl and a and a little 00:30:05.30\00:30:09.50 female leopard gecko that Hales all the way from Pakistan, 00:30:09.50\00:30:15.88 some unique regions of the country. And even in Florida, 00:30:15.88\00:30:18.98 we have the corn snake. So does the snakes probably wouldn't 00:30:18.98\00:30:23.05 get along. But the little corn snake was a great lesson for 00:30:23.05\00:30:26.99 the young people to respect the local 00:30:26.99\00:30:30.03 flora and fauna in their area. And we have this is 00:30:30.03\00:30:34.46 interesting. People think it's just an empty cage. Yeah, 00:30:34.46\00:30:37.23 and that my animal got away. But the truth is that if I were 00:30:37.23\00:30:41.90 to dig around in here and I hope you didn't get away, 00:30:41.90\00:30:44.11 brother. 00:30:44.11\00:30:45.54 >> One here. 00:30:45.54\00:30:46.78 >> Well, what is that? One just shed? And that's us and boa all 00:30:46.78\00:30:50.91 the way from Kenya, Africa. And that was just finishing 00:30:50.91\00:30:55.08 setting and will let her be. And 00:30:55.08\00:30:58.89 I will look for the other when they're also weeded sums 00:30:58.89\00:31:02.26 presentations on fossils 00:31:02.26\00:31:05.56 from Noah's flood. 00:31:05.56\00:31:07.60 >> And from the time period there where megalodon sharks, 00:31:07.60\00:31:11.13 teeth horse teeth. There's the other sand Bola and some gems 00:31:11.13\00:31:17.31 to represent all of the beautiful gyms and and 00:31:17.31\00:31:21.84 beautiful stones. That is the foundation for the new 00:31:21.84\00:31:25.21 Jerusalem of which Amethyst is one. And this is a large 00:31:25.21\00:31:30.29 specimen of an assist camp clock wound. 00:31:30.29\00:31:33.82 >> Well, we just appreciate you coming bringing all the animals 00:31:33.82\00:31:36.29 we know you have to, because it's again, a live program here 00:31:36.29\00:31:38.69 at 3ABN, you're getting on the road traveling all day 00:31:38.69\00:31:41.80 tomorrow, Friday, I think the 1000 miles. But you know, 00:37:27.68\00:37:31.15 okay. Yeah. It was a lot of fun. Yeah, it was great. 00:37:31.15\00:37:33.68 Just brought the rooster well. 00:37:33.68\00:37:36.22 >> Higher. Haha on the road together here by the fire. 00:37:36.22\00:37:48.30 >> Jason, now the over from the other said, you know, you're 00:37:48.30\00:37:51.43 talking about the electrical fire because you're tell anyone 00:37:51.43\00:37:53.44 how to build real fires. We have thus far. I worked 00:37:53.44\00:37:55.74 really h*** o* it. 00:37:55.74\00:37:57.24 >> Haha, I think for an indoor, a kind of apparatus, I think 00:37:57.24\00:38:01.64 this is a great way to share that fires can happen inside. 00:38:01.64\00:38:08.32 >> Speech. That's right. Yeah. Haha. 00:38:08.32\00:38:14.69 >> Yeah. Good. Well said it was said to all stayed warm by the 00:38:14.69\00:38:18.29 fire kids. 00:38:18.29\00:38:19.13 [MUSIC] 00:38:19.13\00:38:22.03 >> Where supposed to pretend the hulls? What if we didn't 00:38:22.03\00:38:28.04 exercise? Is there an exercise that we can do online? Haha, 00:38:28.04\00:38:32.57 I think we need to just do some stretching baja. 00:38:32.57\00:38:35.74 >> Exercise. Few years. 00:38:35.74\00:38:43.45 >> Stretching would be of. Haha. 00:38:43.45\00:38:47.86 >> Haha. 00:38:47.86\00:38:50.29 Haha. 00:38:50.29\00:38:51.49 >> What is something somewhat conducive? Because like I mean, 00:38:51.49\00:38:54.13 I'm thinking, oh, you can do anything, everybody. I don't 00:38:54.13\00:38:57.67 know my kids. You would remember some. We did some 00:38:57.67\00:38:59.83 shoulder stack a right outside her, right? What's behind you? 00:38:59.83\00:39:08.61 Yeah. Centrist the other direction and look to you. 00:39:08.61\00:39:12.41 >> Some of us a little older might get a little crack. 00:39:12.41\00:39:15.08 Haha. 00:39:15.08\00:39:17.25 >> That's a very good. Yeah. Yes. It let a snake going. 00:39:17.25\00:39:21.89 We could all. 00:39:21.89\00:39:22.69 >> He ate cupcakes. Why? Haha. 00:39:22.69\00:39:34.20 >> Have you loved animals since you're a little kid or oh, 00:39:34.20\00:39:37.51 yes. Is born in Brazil. The missionary parents and my 00:39:37.51\00:39:40.21 father actually tripped over on the way to work and brought 00:39:40.21\00:39:42.88 home. So it all started there. Haha. 00:39:42.88\00:39:46.35 >> I just want to say how amazed I was that you were able 00:39:46.35\00:39:49.88 to answer the question so well. And so so again, it's a 00:39:49.88\00:39:54.72 testimony to the knowledge, knowledge that off each of the 00:39:54.72\00:39:59.19 future of us have in this room. So this wasn't just some fly by 00:39:59.19\00:40:04.60 night crew. You know, everybody was smart about everything is 00:40:04.60\00:40:08.14 very knowledgeable. Very kudos to you all the awesome. 00:40:08.14\00:40:12.47 >> So tell us about the Bible then. So you do like this quite 00:40:12.47\00:40:15.64 a bit. Go around to different schools and Bible reenactments. 00:40:15.64\00:40:18.68 You and your team, Daniel and Sasha and the rest. 00:40:18.68\00:40:21.85 >> He just started. 00:40:21.85\00:40:28.52 >> Haha, great job, you know, like and France's mess. You 00:40:28.52\00:40:32.13 know, you can just feel the holy spirit here because again, 00:40:32.13\00:40:33.93 we're trying to teach the young people about the Bible is not 00:40:33.93\00:40:36.56 only young people still are people, too. So thank you. 00:40:36.56\00:40:39.27 It takes a lot of people to put all of that together. Know 00:40:39.27\00:40:42.64 that's really true. And they had that little treasure chest. 00:40:42.64\00:40:45.61 I don't think we show that as part of the clip that tell us a 00:40:45.61\00:40:49.11 little bit about that. Each each Bible story, there was a 00:40:49.11\00:40:51.98 treasure chest Bible chest and a little clue in there that we 00:40:51.98\00:40:55.02 talk about and it would introduce the story. I think of 00:40:55.02\00:40:58.09 the last one. We had a crown that talked about what you wear 00:40:58.09\00:41:01.72 on your heads and God has a crown that he wants to give to 00:41:01.72\00:41:05.13 each of us. 00:41:05.13\00:41:06.36 >> And and and so doctor Cannon, Sammy, how did you all 00:41:06.36\00:41:11.40 get roped into this is actually planning on coming in asking, 00:41:11.40\00:41:15.50 were you planning on this before you think? 00:41:15.50\00:41:19.04 >> I'm a yes. 00:41:19.04\00:41:21.48 They give us a little notice. We're planning to actually go 00:41:21.48\00:41:24.41 on a mission trip to Mexico 00:41:24.41\00:41:27.02 and Tom fashioned. Our offense is the message. And you're 00:41:27.02\00:41:30.72 like, 00:41:30.72\00:41:31.62 well, we have plans and are on the fly. 00:41:31.62\00:41:35.09 Yeah. Come to L a. 00:41:35.09\00:41:36.52 >> Haha. 00:41:36.52\00:41:40.43 [MUSIC] 00:41:40.43\00:41:43.83 >> Yeah. You all did a great job. Really? Bringing the Bible 00:41:43.83\00:41:47.24 the life is. 00:41:47.24\00:41:51.81 >> Talk that cooks? Yes. He's the eating area. I know 00:41:51.81\00:41:57.85 you can smell the smell of cake. There's plenty for you to 00:41:57.85\00:42:00.85 eat and there's more. 00:42:00.85\00:42:02.98 >> Backstage. All right. Well, that's great. I think 00:42:02.98\00:42:05.92 those at home would like to test these out, too. So that's 00:42:05.92\00:42:09.19 the privilege of being Harry kiss cam, right? Yeah. Mention 00:42:09.19\00:42:13.43 Leslie in. You also had. 00:42:13.43\00:42:17.53 >> It was like I I you know, it's so hard when you're, 00:42:17.53\00:42:21.14 you know, throwing out names. Yeah. It's like Leslie Cobb was 00:42:21.14\00:42:26.44 amazing. I couldn't. I mean, she was just amazing. She works 00:42:26.44\00:42:30.95 so hard right along with this every single day. So. 00:42:30.95\00:42:34.72 >> Thank you said us and thank you Leslee. 00:42:34.72\00:42:38.15 >> He's quite a challenge to put all these rescues ago 00:42:38.15\00:42:41.96 because you have to get all the like the salt. Whatever else 00:42:41.96\00:42:44.26 you have flour furry trust in each of those tables for the 00:42:44.26\00:42:46.93 kids. There's not much turnaround time. 00:42:46.93\00:42:48.83 >> No, not at all, but turned around and but also even 00:42:48.83\00:42:52.57 creating the recipes. 00:42:52.57\00:42:55.84 And Francine said she wanted everything to be transportable. 00:42:55.84\00:43:00.61 >> O, that's good. So you just for a picnic or a camping trip. 00:43:00.61\00:43:04.65 So it's the individual ingredients or just or the his 00:43:04.65\00:43:09.82 product. Right? So that's why some of the names are really 00:43:09.82\00:43:12.72 creative life traveling pancakes. Haha. 00:43:12.72\00:43:16.52 >> Haha and 00:43:16.52\00:43:21.30 >> very crisp in a jar. And you know, so it was I was trying to 00:43:21.30\00:43:26.43 create things. Linda and I were trying to create things that 00:43:26.43\00:43:30.01 you can take with you so great that would hand over and saw it 00:43:30.01\00:43:33.84 was absolutely couple. Things really worked hard pulling this 00:43:33.84\00:43:37.98 off. Well, it was a team. Haha. 00:43:37.98\00:43:42.58 >> Haha, I told them with the theme was and I said what you 00:43:42.58\00:43:46.39 do, what you want to do because I realize it was a almost an 00:43:46.39\00:43:49.46 impossible job like to do 16 different was that the kids can 00:43:49.46\00:43:52.63 take with them. And and thank you again because that made it 00:43:52.63\00:43:55.76 real for the kids. Well, the challenges. 00:43:55.76\00:43:59.43 >> One, it was a challenge to do all recipes that you could 00:43:59.43\00:44:04.17 get take and go. But also the challenge was 00:44:04.17\00:44:08.98 to make things that the kids would like. Yeah, absolutely. 00:44:08.98\00:44:13.48 No kid friendly. Yes. Plant based and kid friendly. And 00:44:13.48\00:44:17.85 that's good. So it was thanks and friends. 00:44:17.85\00:44:20.62 >> Haha. 00:44:20.62\00:44:31.03 >> So the draft and so around us easier to make the crossing 00:44:31.03\00:44:34.34 that would really fit with the theme each one of the stories 00:44:34.34\00:44:36.14 then. 00:44:36.14\00:44:37.51 >> Yeah, talking early AC and then we did the mountain ones. 00:44:37.51\00:44:41.34 It's Hard mountain theme for all. So we tried to stick with 00:44:41.34\00:44:44.61 the Bible story that went. 00:44:44.61\00:44:46.45 >> You know that that went along with it and when you come 00:44:46.45\00:44:49.25 up with the ideas? 00:44:49.25\00:44:50.45 >> Well, I do a lot of Googling haha, you know, and if I have 00:44:50.45\00:44:54.96 an idea of, you know, this five-story and then, you know, 00:44:54.96\00:44:58.13 I look for something that fits that. And then, you know, 00:44:58.13\00:45:01.16 some of the preparation behind it is how much to have to 00:45:01.16\00:45:04.83 prepare ahead of time. You know, like because we're only a 00:45:04.83\00:45:08.00 lot of so much time and we try to get to finished product. 00:45:08.00\00:45:11.51 And so, you know, it's just trying to, you know, see how 00:45:11.51\00:45:14.31 much we need to do ahead of time to prepare. And. 00:45:14.31\00:45:17.25 >> Haha. 00:45:17.25\00:45:21.32 >> We have a little test audience at home that a girl is 00:45:21.32\00:45:24.89 what do you think? You know, you think that would be fun to 00:45:24.89\00:45:28.09 do so. It's nice to have, you know, have the kids campers 00:45:28.09\00:45:31.39 right there right there. 00:45:31.39\00:45:32.49 >> I did. I did have to do that. To which one do you like 00:45:32.49\00:45:35.43 that? Or which one fits? Which would you prefer to do 00:45:35.43\00:45:38.10 that kind of known? Also for the dad jokes to you kind of 00:45:38.10\00:45:41.17 put those. And now. 00:45:41.17\00:45:42.27 >> He just sort of happened last time. Yeah, we're here. 00:45:42.27\00:45:49.28 >> And kind of fell in and get the kids excited. And you know 00:45:49.28\00:45:52.81 that your brain just makes these connections that you just 00:45:52.81\00:45:55.32 have to share with the world. 00:45:55.32\00:45:56.79 >> Funny and haha. 00:45:56.79\00:46:01.06 >> And what really kind of helped me was that that camera 00:46:01.06\00:46:04.29 crew last time. All these guys on the set their their last. 00:46:04.29\00:46:09.13 >> I'm doing the right thing from the kids. Haha. 00:46:09.13\00:46:17.04 >> And then this year, though, you know, we had a bunch of 00:46:17.04\00:46:21.31 young ladies on the cameras, which is really cool. Not too 00:46:21.31\00:46:24.78 much in the dad jokes, though. 00:46:24.78\00:46:26.28 >> Little inspiration. Haha. 00:46:26.28\00:46:30.82 >> You know, a number of people, you know, helping out 00:46:30.82\00:46:35.66 and during the breaks, I would get if at a few extra money, 00:46:35.66\00:46:39.19 OK? Yeah, I mean, you know, we go around and we do some talks 00:46:39.19\00:46:43.06 with science in chemistry and things. And and it's really 00:46:43.06\00:46:45.97 cool because a lot of kids recognize us from creation 00:46:45.97\00:46:48.94 craft. All we watch all of the creation Cason in your. We like 00:46:48.94\00:46:53.61 the dad jokes and the jokes and stuff on there and and then who 00:46:53.61\00:46:58.21 is no, no, she seemed to know a lot of the job. 00:46:58.21\00:47:04.52 >> Here is my little assistant year Joe Colleges. And so when 00:47:04.52\00:47:12.39 I retire, you know, I think we've got some. I was very 00:47:12.39\00:47:16.83 impressed program right on Target. 00:47:16.83\00:47:20.14 >> You know, hate that inspired me to say one more thing that 00:47:20.14\00:47:24.27 that impressed me is when we're doing these crafts, you know, 00:47:24.27\00:47:26.98 we have a certain set of instructions. I think it's 00:47:26.98\00:47:28.81 adults. We kind of put our brains in a box and this is the 00:47:28.81\00:47:31.51 way it has to work and the kids think outside of the box and 00:47:31.51\00:47:35.35 they re doing all of these fun things. And even after what I 00:47:35.35\00:47:38.29 was looking at, the craft was like, that was a really cool 00:47:38.29\00:47:40.42 idea was really need. You know, people putting stands on stuff 00:47:40.42\00:47:43.69 that we're you know, we're hanging frames. And. 00:47:43.69\00:47:46.16 >> Yeah, just 30 tip that he was just amazing. We're now 00:47:46.16\00:47:50.00 that's a whole nother. 16 creation. Crest pro. Out that 00:47:50.00\00:47:53.07 people can learn. New dad. Joke. 00:47:53.07\00:47:55.14 >> Right. Haha. Haha. 00:47:55.14\00:48:10.02 >> He thought the talk a little bit about. I know you have been 00:48:10.02\00:48:12.52 a principal and now I'm here and incredible teacher. You and 00:48:12.52\00:48:16.59 your wife are both teach. But just talk to us. I know we 00:48:16.59\00:48:19.26 talked just a little bit about their love of animals from 00:48:19.26\00:48:22.13 childhood, but talk to us about what you do. 00:48:22.13\00:48:24.60 >> Right. So its busy season now at Camp Co Aqua. This is 00:48:24.60\00:48:28.47 the summer time. And there's, you know, hundreds of kids 00:48:28.47\00:48:30.97 there. And it was very gracious of the camp to let me sneak 00:48:30.97\00:48:34.08 away and do this program with you and I've really enjoyed it. 00:48:34.08\00:48:36.95 We had a fun time. We have the shovel these animals into one 00:48:36.95\00:48:40.45 vehicle. I have baby cougar back at the sanctuary and I 00:48:40.45\00:48:45.52 have some young bobcat's that I would have loved to have 00:48:45.52\00:48:47.89 brought, but they just would have made excellent traveling 00:48:47.89\00:48:51.09 companions. Haha ones we did bring I think did capture the 00:48:51.09\00:48:56.26 kids attention. And that was the point is, is the point the 00:48:56.26\00:48:59.10 kids to the creator? And that's what we the camp and I both 00:48:59.10\00:49:01.84 show that mission of putting the creator back in this center 00:49:01.84\00:49:06.24 focused time with family and kids, and we're all God's 00:49:06.24\00:49:09.61 children. And so the children of all ages will come in and 00:49:09.61\00:49:12.41 hold this khankan and pet and interact with the animals. 00:49:12.41\00:49:15.48 And we have a chance to tell him how God designed that 00:49:15.48\00:49:17.72 animal and how much more he loves them. And you can see it 00:49:17.72\00:49:22.39 in the kids eyes and they really enjoyed the animals. 00:49:22.39\00:49:25.16 And that's what we're about is is connecting science. We're 00:49:25.16\00:49:28.73 both biology majors in meeting at Southern had missed 00:49:28.73\00:49:31.50 university when it was maybe southern matrimonial. 00:49:31.50\00:49:34.60 >> Haha. So then we're in. 00:49:34.60\00:49:40.18 >> Bidding for jobs. But we enjoy. She teaches now at a 00:49:40.18\00:49:43.38 school that is right on the camp Camp. Cullen will create 00:49:43.38\00:49:47.22 and and the wildlife sanctuary director, where we enjoy 00:49:47.22\00:49:51.32 opening every sabbath, not only to the guests to the thousands 00:49:51.32\00:49:55.32 of guests that come to the camp, 00:49:55.32\00:49:57.29 but then we do a 2 o'clock program in the center of 00:49:57.29\00:50:00.50 interaction and explanation of creation and the that that's 00:50:00.50\00:50:05.37 fun and then. 00:50:05.37\00:50:06.90 >> Also, kids, do you see with an injured shoulder there? 00:50:06.90\00:50:10.41 What is that?
