First is by text. And that number's on the screen 6, 1, 8, 228-3975, 00:00:38.53\00:00:49.11 again, that 6, 1, 8, 2, 2, 8, 3, 9, 7, 5, And you can also email in your questions as well to 00:00:49.11\00:00:54.88 live at 3ABN DOT TV again, that's live at 3 ABN DOT TV. So send us your questions. We've 00:00:54.88\00:01:03.76 got another question here. I'm going to ask you guys do it out here. This person says, 00:01:03.76\00:01:07.50 how do I help my nieces and nephews who are young adults that do not know anything 00:01:07.50\00:01:12.67 about the Bible. I cannot just say media is evil. They don't get it. I guess I'm asking how 00:01:12.67\00:01:21.18 to approach non-practicing Christians. It's a great question. A question him. I 00:01:21.18\00:01:26.05 guess what I would say is I like to approach that from a scientific approach just 00:01:26.05\00:01:31.02 because I find most people to be very accepting of science. >> And one thing I have so we 00:01:31.02\00:01:35.86 make a video about that very topic. It scientifically based its tried to show people like 00:01:35.86\00:01:42.96 this is what happens in your brain is how it works is how the advertising industry 00:01:42.96\00:01:46.97 works. And it's a leading up to this idea of well, if all of that's true, then could it 00:01:46.97\00:01:53.27 be true that other programs have a religious components that are 00:01:53.27\00:01:59.08 false continue as well. What what I suggest people do is they share that program. We have a 00:01:59.08\00:02:09.59 DVD called pseudo lungi the art of Share that with your relatives very non-threatening 00:02:09.59\00:02:13.13 way. Just say, hey. I've watched this so you should watch it first. You know, I've watched 00:02:13.13\00:02:18.27 this. I want to know what you think about it. You haven't told them what he thought right? 00:02:18.27\00:02:22.90 And you've built in a follow-up right now. You have to get their 00:02:22.90\00:02:28.68 feedback, which is elevating to and you can start a dialogue and depending on how they respond, 00:02:28.68\00:02:33.62 you can take the conversation where to go. But it's a starting 00:02:33.62\00:02:37.45 non-threatening. block. That's very You're saying here's some information. Its scientific in 00:02:37.45\00:02:42.42 nature start there because it's true. You're not going to come with like, well, here's the 00:02:42.42\00:02:47.03 Bible. And, you know, you should do it says if they're not familiar with at they're not 00:02:47.03\00:02:52.90 going to identify. that's the approach I suggest to. You know, absolutely. That was it. That's 00:02:52.90\00:02:57.14 a great point. So and the cultivate a culture of of of a relationship there tonight, if 00:02:57.14\00:03:01.84 you on call and you know, you have nice. Is there. >> You want 00:03:01.84\00:03:06.11 to not necessarily start with the Harden complex things over here, build that relationship. 00:03:06.11\00:03:11.15 Build that communication. Build that trust that you have already had many conversations in 00:03:11.15\00:03:16.83 other areas. What do you think about this in society right now? When you think about 00:03:16.83\00:03:20.30 that, you're getting this back and forth feedback so that when you do need to approach a 00:03:20.30\00:03:25.47 topic like this, that might be a little bit more sensitive to that young person. You can 00:03:25.47\00:03:29.20 say, you know, you've already built that trust. You know, wow, 00:03:29.20\00:03:32.57 I saw this really interesting video. And like you said, you've built the trust. What do you 00:03:32.57\00:03:38.61 think of I'm curious, your thoughts? I think it's an excellent, a promo. Absolutely. 00:03:38.61\00:03:41.58 Absolutely. So, you know, I just popped into my mind because >> we know, you know, the 00:03:41.58\00:03:46.09 Bible makes it very clear that by holding we become change. You know what we watch, what 00:03:46.09\00:03:49.99 we listen to all these things affect the mine. And so we want to safeguard that as much 00:03:49.99\00:03:53.53 as possible, which is the premise of what we're talking about. But I just I is because 00:03:53.53\00:03:57.00 I heard a minister say this one time and it won at one point. I 00:03:57.00\00:04:03.74 kind of questioned it. And then it's like made sense. so I just want to get your feedback on 00:04:03.74\00:04:07.21 This minister said, you know, what I don't want to do is just tell my kids Alder upbringing 00:04:07.21\00:04:13.58 that this is evil. This is evil. This is evil. Don't do this. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. 00:04:13.58\00:04:16.18 That everything's a sin >> want I want them to be in. This minister said I want them 00:04:16.18\00:04:21.49 to experience there. There are difficulties, their challenges and all of the things that 00:04:21.49\00:04:28.00 they're going to get the world's going them. I want them to experience that I care 00:04:28.00\00:04:30.03 so that I can help lead and guide them through that. And so out of that, he said so if 00:04:30.03\00:04:36.50 that person, you know, is really, really well as of 16 or 17 year-old wants to watch 00:04:36.50\00:04:41.28 that bad movie that I'm inclined to say no, don't watch that 00:04:41.28\00:04:43.95 because it's bad. It's evil. Why not just watch it with them and then talk later about, you know 00:04:43.95\00:04:49.08 what the bad things are in the movie so that we can kind of just conversing create 00:04:49.08\00:04:52.49 conversation. And so what your thoughts on that? If someone says, well, I know it's not 00:04:52.49\00:04:56.76 good to watch these things. But if my teenagers just absolutely 00:04:56.76\00:05:01.50 adamant about watching a movie, that's not necessarily good for them, should I just watch with 00:05:01.50\00:05:05.80 them and then create conversation about all the bad things. It's in that movie to 00:05:05.80\00:05:09.54 bring a lot to them. So what are your thoughts on that? I think I think you what you're saying 00:05:09.54\00:05:13.54 is absolutely right. And what what I think >> we can focus on 00:05:13.54\00:05:17.08 is how did God deal with Satan when there was a problem, you didn't just strike it down 00:05:17.08\00:05:21.48 immediately. If you strike it down, everyone's going to wonder maybe maybe there is something 00:05:21.48\00:05:26.15 to this and they would want to gravitate towards this problem. What he did say, OK, if that's 00:05:26.15\00:05:29.82 the way you want it, let it play out. And I think we should talk about this afterward and see 00:05:29.82\00:05:35.13 just how this happened and what we've seen. The Bible is there was is a courts are open 00:05:35.13\00:05:41.50 and this is now being discussed just as you should discuss it 00:05:41.50\00:05:47.04 with your kids as well. And so if you cut it right out immediately, it's going to cause 00:05:47.04\00:05:52.11 some controversy might have the right effect on your family. And I would also say, you 00:05:52.11\00:05:57.55 know, really involved the Holy spirit in this process here. >> You know, as you're kind of 00:05:57.55\00:06:02.12 like, you know, trying to decide, OK, I want to share truth that this person and 00:06:02.12\00:06:05.46 they're presenting need to come and do something. So if I'm handing them a video and 00:06:05.46\00:06:08.30 here you watch this, but I'm unwilling to to engage with your thing. I really want. 00:06:08.30\00:06:13.94 Does the Holy Spirit want me to even even approach it like this? Right. And then also 00:06:13.94\00:06:18.11 like, you know, have the Holy Spirit. Build in the right experience between the 2 of 00:06:18.11\00:06:24.28 you that can even discuss it and talk about that might be in certain circumstances, the 00:06:24.28\00:06:29.55 appropriate way to approach something like that. If you really care about somebody 00:06:29.55\00:06:33.59 like that, you're going you know, it's hard if you don't know anything about movie. 00:06:33.59\00:06:38.79 Hard to tell you, right? What's wrong saying, right? So it's some point going to have 00:06:38.79\00:06:43.73 to engage with them a little bit of a really, truly want to understand that. Yeah. And 00:06:43.73\00:06:47.17 hopefully build that relationship. 3 Yeah. >> I think 00:06:47.17\00:06:51.74 also that I'm like is what we also do ministry is you have to meet people where they're at. I 00:06:51.74\00:06:55.74 mean, we've known by we start with the milk and he started giving the solid food and for 00:06:55.74\00:06:59.35 everybody that process is different. But I think that. Something that we hi how to read 00:06:59.35\00:07:10.99 this >> it's super important to start just right where you where they are. Because if you 00:07:10.99\00:07:15.10 don't start with the milk itself, that they might not have a building block of that 00:07:15.10\00:07:20.00 foundation. But in there. Yeah, that's that's the problem. 00:07:20.00\00:07:24.47 Starting basics right? And I think something that's important as hoof figure out why the 00:07:24.47\00:07:28.98 person likes the films that they like. Right. And you can usually find the point. And 00:07:28.98\00:07:34.28 that is often times like it's the good things that they do like. There are some. 00:07:34.28\00:07:37.99 >> You know, good morals that they somehow pulled from it. And you can kind of show maybe 00:07:37.99\00:07:41.22 later on when the time is right through the Holy Spirit to show like how Jesus could 00:07:41.22\00:07:45.83 be that way or how there are. I'm positive things in the Bible or you know that that 00:07:45.83\00:07:51.03 God is righteous. And Justin, just kind of show it to them 00:07:51.03\00:07:56.37 that way. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. Because we live in a day and age in this kind of 00:07:56.37\00:07:58.37 helps launch us into the next part of that conversation that that that that I'm anxious to 00:07:58.37\00:08:02.21 hear. You guys speak about. You know, we live in a day and age where people see, you know, 00:08:02.21\00:08:07.32 Hollywood movies, video games, everything that's being produced 00:08:07.32\00:08:09.98 out their social media. It's an innocent thing it's not that that is just a movie. You know, 00:08:09.98\00:08:16.56 Marvel, DC All these movies coming out. It's about superheroes overcoming evil. And 00:08:16.56\00:08:20.30 that's a good thing. We need to be showing people that there's bad in this world and we can 00:08:20.30\00:08:24.40 combat the bad with the good, you know. And so people sometimes come up with 00:08:24.40\00:08:28.97 >> reasons or, you know, certain things that stay, you know what 00:08:28.97\00:08:33.01 I'm going I think it's a good it's a good thing. It's not necessarily all that bad. But 00:08:33.01\00:08:36.98 yet there are dangers to these elements. And I want someone to talk about that. What our you 00:08:36.98\00:08:41.35 know, how do we How's an important to be aware and how do we come to be aware of the 00:08:41.35\00:08:46.65 dangers that are in these things? And I know that's what you guys primarily exist for. 00:08:46.65\00:08:52.36 But how do you come about revealing that information without sounding like, hey, 00:08:52.36\00:08:55.40 that's bad. That's been that's bad that we will get rid of that that you're into that because 00:08:55.40\00:08:58.67 it's could be seeing overwhelming to some people that this is. I've been watching 00:08:58.67\00:09:04.87 movies on my life play video games all my life to big part of my life. You know, so many let 00:09:04.87\00:09:07.51 me kind of try to quickly share give you an example of the work that we do Superman has always 00:09:07.51\00:09:12.55 been sold as a Jesus character. >> I'm in the original comic book written by Jerry Siegel 00:09:12.55\00:09:17.35 and Joe Shuster. Way back they called his mother Mary. His father's name is Jonathan 00:09:17.35\00:09:24.69 Joseph can tease a baby that comes from another world, You know, he is a Christ type 00:09:24.69\00:09:30.33 fact. He was 30 years old when he went into his his experience 00:09:30.33\00:09:35.60 of Superman, just like Jesus was 30 years old when he went into his There's parallels there that 00:09:35.60\00:09:39.67 have been there from the beginning. He gets crucified, likened across knife in his 00:09:39.67\00:09:45.75 side. Foster. That mean there's there's peril after Caroline. It's not just one movie. It's 00:09:45.75\00:09:49.55 throughout all these generations. Superman has been sold down too. The recent 00:09:49.55\00:09:55.06 ones, this baby, that movie production company actually wrote sermons handed them to 00:09:55.06\00:10:00.43 pastors and said you're welcome to use clips from our movie because this is like 00:10:00.43\00:10:03.93 Jesus. Now, here's the problem. When I started really looking into like, you know, 00:10:03.93\00:10:07.74 who is Superman right? Even a comic book writers say Superman is Zeus K well, I was 00:10:07.74\00:10:13.58 doing a little bit of on bail fund the God that, you know, got the rain taken away from 00:10:13.58\00:10:20.72 him and now lives today. Tonight, some got Nice and bright and I didn't know much 00:10:20.72\00:10:24.25 about bail. So I looked on Encyclopedia Britannica just reading who bail is. And he 00:10:24.25\00:10:30.69 was called the Lord of the heavens, the God who was from the And he was the he was 00:10:30.69\00:10:36.50 called Lord Lord. And he actually had an arch enemy, a God name Ott who is a snake 00:10:36.50\00:10:41.10 God, the God of death. So this guy that was living in the clouds who made the sun come 00:10:41.10\00:10:46.37 out thus the the plants to grow. I mean, look at the parallels 00:10:46.37\00:10:51.78 that are happening here. He came down from heaven. The history says in the Encyclopedia 00:10:51.78\00:10:57.19 Britannica, he came down. He fought the snake. God Mott. At one point, there is a story 00:10:57.19\00:11:03.12 where he died and was resurrected U.S. now tell that's not a story And I'll tell you 00:11:03.12\00:11:10.10 what, God was very specific. An ally just day. Choose you this day. Who are If bail is God 00:11:10.10\00:11:18.51 serve him right? If if a gun then that the Lord is God serve him. So I think that when you 00:11:18.51\00:11:24.68 kind of look at like, like, wow, look at these parallels. Just like Superman has these 00:11:24.68\00:11:28.58 parallels time. I started reading beyond in the history of that and it said throughout the 00:11:28.58\00:11:33.69 years in the 1400, they change the names and the different cultures, the Armenians, but 00:11:33.69\00:11:39.13 borrow the babylonian pronounced nation of bail and to the Greeks 00:11:39.13\00:11:43.37 and Romans. He was named Zeus. Wow. Now follow that law. Just yes, Bale. It was not supposed 00:11:43.37\00:11:49.74 to be worshiped, right? See safe and smart. He turns and twists and hands it to our culture 00:11:49.74\00:11:55.04 today and instead of calling him bail because I'm superman. Yes, and that's how we find 00:11:55.04\00:12:00.98 ourselves in today where Hollywood is saying. >> Put this 00:12:00.98\00:12:06.42 in your sermons for fascinating detail about that company is called Crisco Media. They had 00:12:06.42\00:12:10.69 all this this whole package or you can download show the trailer than your church and all 00:12:10.69\00:12:12.89 that at the very bottom of one of these sermons you could get from them was a tag line and 00:12:12.89\00:12:20.27 it said the stuff you use to fill the pews. And when I saw that, I was like, wow, we've 00:12:20.27\00:12:27.88 really come point where? This Jesus We something else that those things are better. Then 00:12:27.88\00:12:39.09 Jesus, what could be better than that story, right? So let's not let's nail based on 00:12:39.09\00:12:44.03 everything you just said. Let's nail down that the what is the devil doing there? What 00:12:44.03\00:12:50.60 is he ultimately doing in the minds of the people who are watching these things, which 00:12:50.60\00:12:54.87 is what you guys to brain, to, to, to inform into into wake 00:12:54.87\00:13:00.28 people up. >> It's just ATC movies, just Superman. But what is the devil suddenly doing 00:13:00.28\00:13:06.35 that? The mind is ultimately accepting that's causing us to be drawn away suddenly from 00:13:06.35\00:13:12.72 Christ. These are Greek and Roman gods, right? Right. In why did the Jews Miss Jesus coming? 00:13:12.72\00:13:17.36 The first >> time because they were looking for the wrong It 00:13:17.36\00:13:22.36 they they weren't unaware that Jesus was going to show Remember 00:13:22.36\00:13:25.83 that when the when vice men came to Harridan asked, you know, tell us in your book where this 00:13:25.83\00:13:30.11 King is going to be born and what city he the he went and asked the leaders of the day the 00:13:30.11\00:13:34.54 religious leaders, they told them right where he was going to be born. That's how he made 00:13:34.54\00:13:39.05 the decision to throw the babies into the water. And so think about this. Those those 00:13:39.05\00:13:46.02 stories, we're of those Greek and Roman Gods. Zeus specifically, right, which is 00:13:46.02\00:13:50.96 which is up in the clouds and all that right. Those are just repackage cars from from 00:13:50.96\00:13:56.93 Egypt's right. And in every culture around the world, you can actually look in Africa, 00:13:56.93\00:14:00.14 in China, in you name it. There has always been a story of a woman that's going to 00:14:00.14\00:14:05.67 have a baby that will be the savior of the Earth and they all predate Christ. And so how 00:14:05.67\00:14:10.91 is that possible that the stories we're told that where's 00:14:10.91\00:14:14.98 that prophecy told Garden of Eden, right? Whose present God, Satan, right? Adam Eve, right to 00:14:14.98\00:14:22.12 say it is watching that. Go into really a woman is going to have a baby and that's going to 00:14:22.12\00:14:24.76 become the savior details. Every culture that story. But he leaves out the most 00:14:24.76\00:14:29.13 importing detail. Yes, nothing about your moral self, right? It's a savior to save you from 00:14:29.13\00:14:35.07 the oppression of the day, but not from your Sen. That was why Jesus came here to this 00:14:35.07\00:14:41.81 planet. In fact, they even become complicit in the sun. Right? So tag teaming up with 00:14:41.81\00:14:46.05 us this Superman idea. >> There was a movie, I think a man of 00:14:46.05\00:14:52.85 steel a few years ago. And in that the news media really built up. The parallels, you know, is 00:14:52.85\00:14:56.96 Superman like Jesus. You know, CNN Belief blog and news we can all these companies are 00:14:56.96\00:15:01.33 Wayne Saint. This character really looks like Jesus in the sequel. They completely tear 00:15:01.33\00:15:09.00 that character down and you see imagery and questions like false of God and things like 00:15:09.00\00:15:14.21 that. So it's like you build them up like Jesus. Then you tear them down right? At the 00:15:14.21\00:15:20.42 same time. What's going on is this character as society? It's 00:15:20.42\00:15:25.39 as the site is progressing or maybe as media's progressing, which one? You know, we don't we 00:15:25.39\00:15:29.32 don't necessarily know. I hunt right now. They take a character 00:15:29.32\00:15:34.83 like Superman and it's Pg 13 film and they show him living together with Lois Lane right? 00:15:34.83\00:15:45.54 You never saw that 50 years that Manson our introduce seen this person. You built up to be a 00:15:45.54\00:15:52.61 hero look at their moral standards, right? Right. This is the one that your Tee of Yeah. 00:15:52.61\00:15:58.42 And so they participate in it. So therefore, was the conclusion for you fits all right for 00:15:58.42\00:16:01.92 them. It's all right for me, right? >> One of the heroes, the 00:16:01.92\00:16:04.33 things that you look up to is doing these exact same things and it suddenly breaking you 00:16:04.33\00:16:10.07 down mentally. See, I grew up and it was I watch these movies. I would say, oh, look, 00:16:10.07\00:16:14.54 it's the story of Christ in every single one of them to build off what you said. I 00:16:14.54\00:16:17.71 would see Christ or in all the stuff. But if you tell the same crime story over and over 00:16:17.71\00:16:22.88 again and change a subtle thing about if you don't know your Bible, you will suddenly 00:16:22.88\00:16:29.75 believe that this is what the Bible says yeah, And we've also made videos. I know you 00:16:29.75\00:16:37.53 are involved with them where we show or illustrate how that super heroes like Superman and 00:16:37.53\00:16:41.33 Batman are just getting darker, even physically like their 00:16:41.33\00:16:44.10 capes. >> Are getting right right over the years. By the way, amendment and in certain 00:16:44.10\00:16:48.20 cases, the replacement gods, right? The program, you guys. >> powerful. You've got it. 00:16:48.20\00:16:50.44 You haven't seen it. Go to little Light website, which we're going to put up in just 00:16:50.44\00:16:54.38 a little while want to go there and look for a replacement. Got 00:16:54.38\00:16:59.25 all of what you're talking about. You discuss in that program. It's eye opening. I was 00:16:59.25\00:17:04.69 amazed like what you because I grew up with the comics and watching the, you know, the 00:17:04.69\00:17:07.52 little programs as a child and in all of this stuff, I didn't necessarily catch it. But yet 00:17:07.52\00:17:11.36 as a kid, you know, you should come and you know, you you it's a good it is replacement. 00:17:11.36\00:17:17.53 God, you did this. This character is designed and created to take your attention 00:17:17.53\00:17:22.17 away from Christ and to put it on on the on the character itself, the story itself for 00:17:22.17\00:17:28.28 the, you know, the use of these little subtleties that are mixed in there to make you 00:17:28.28\00:17:31.85 think that these things are OK and therefore, you mean drawn away from Christ. Yeah, 00:17:31.85\00:17:36.42 another still detail that I mean, you take WLEX. Lex is Latin for law. Now this 00:17:36.42\00:17:45.36 character is a his enemy is the one who represents the law. Right? That's Has a lot 00:17:45.36\00:17:50.53 of times that the villains in the superhero stories. They really share a lot of these 00:17:50.53\00:17:57.41 attributes of God. in the Marvel Universe. Tannous is the most evil villain in the 00:17:57.41\00:18:01.84 in the universe, right? Right. He's coming to destroy earth. >> initial warship called the 00:18:01.84\00:18:08.95 Sanctuary. >> A play on has super PAC Powers. One gives him 00:18:08.95\00:18:16.93 on the president's. >> He can be everywhere. 1, gives him the 00:18:16.93\00:18:18.66 ability to create life out of nothing. >> When given the ability to bend time in reality. 00:18:18.66\00:18:24.30 I mean, these are only attributes that God has and that's the villain of the story. 00:18:24.30\00:18:29.27 And the whole purpose is so that the superheroes can stop that villain from coming and 00:18:29.27\00:18:35.24 destroying them. They're all gathered together integrate about him. Yeah. So so OK, so 00:18:35.24\00:18:38.28 now let's let's go into this now because you guys have created programs about this 00:18:38.28\00:18:42.95 year, putting these messages out on you Tube. You have the DVDs. So God is using you guys 00:18:42.95\00:18:47.99 to awaken the used to wake in the world to this. One of the responses you're getting. I'm 00:18:47.99\00:18:52.73 just curious, like, what are some of the responses you're getting from these young 00:18:52.73\00:18:54.83 people who are being introduced to this truth? To to me, when I 00:18:54.83\00:19:02.57 lose young child comes up young child and we've had 6, 7, 8 years old. I mean, these are the 00:19:02.57\00:19:08.54 ages that are being introduced to this kind of general, the and they'll watch one of our videos 00:19:08.54\00:19:13.08 and it will just transform their life. And all of a sudden, bill, come up to us and be 00:19:13.08\00:19:17.85 like I watch your videos. Totally changed everything. And I believe everything that 00:19:17.85\00:19:20.76 you're saying and you're like. >> What you're like, 6 years old know what we said like. 00:19:20.76\00:19:27.03 >> They're comprehending these things right? And then you've got, you know, this wide range 00:19:27.03\00:19:32.13 of people. So I mean, we hear these kind of stories. is it is just there's no money that 00:19:32.13\00:19:37.57 can never pay for that kind of satisfaction. You're bringing someone into a relationship 00:19:37.57\00:19:42.11 with God and and hopefully the course of their life will change 00:19:42.11\00:19:46.51 from that point forward. So we've heard lots of stories like 00:19:46.51\00:19:52.55 that. >> we >> We've has our audience is it's a wide range. So we have. >> Not just 00:19:52.55\00:19:56.99 Christians, but we also have Muslims and Buddhists and atheism. We've had people 00:19:56.99\00:20:01.90 message us and say, like I became a Christian because of your page and it's just like 00:20:01.90\00:20:07.34 things like that. And and we save all those comment because we you know, and even like with 00:20:07.34\00:20:11.64 spiritual there was someone who reached out to us and was saying you know, they were into new 00:20:11.64\00:20:16.04 wage into yoga Terrell cards and they got there living this way. Now. And they said that 00:20:16.04\00:20:22.12 went through one of our videos that they just built the voice of God convict him. It was it 00:20:22.12\00:20:27.62 was a process to get out of it, but it just completely changes their life. And so now 00:20:27.62\00:20:31.53 when they used to sing songs and go to events and seeing about law of attraction and 00:20:31.53\00:20:35.33 all these new age themes. They are now dedicating a You Tube channel to sing songs about 00:20:35.33\00:20:41.74 God. And so just feedback from our audience like that, it's just like study said there's 00:20:41.74\00:20:50.01 no reward like it. And so did you guys experience any opposition Will be about lots 00:20:50.01\00:20:59.15 of that. So what kind of what kind of what you're what's what's a normal type of up 00:20:59.15\00:21:03.16 opposition that you might receive from the county? No, it's not all like just 00:21:03.16\00:21:07.86 >> total. Hey, I mean, you'll get the people that are just adamantly opposed to what 00:21:07.86\00:21:11.37 you're doing. Sure. But you'll also see people surprised, reaction and immediate 00:21:11.37\00:21:20.01 resistance because they're not familiar with the idea that introducing and that's one of 00:21:20.01\00:21:23.68 the ways we know we're reaching an audience. That's more than just our, you know, 00:21:23.68\00:21:30.79 particular faith background, whiter than us. Sure. And so, you know, you mentioned 00:21:30.79\00:21:36.02 something about, you know, the sound and then you see that of a comment in a video section. 00:21:36.02\00:21:41.46 And Chad just started blowing up with all these people are asking questions are arguing 00:21:41.46\00:21:44.97 with you are telling you you're wrong. So that's one of the ways that we is, you know, 00:21:44.97\00:21:50.77 there's there's lots of opinions out there on the Internet. the 00:21:50.77\00:21:53.78 words are or aren't? And I think like any idle, right? You're you're you're you're touching on 00:21:53.78\00:21:58.71 people's idols. And and people are very protective of those 00:21:58.71\00:22:02.72 things. >> And will defend them. And it's very interesting. So I think, you know, and if we 00:22:02.72\00:22:06.09 have a gentle approach, we just ask people, you know, if you're going to defend that, 00:22:06.09\00:22:12.93 are you defending got like, are we so quick to defend the media and the things of the 00:22:12.93\00:22:16.56 world but not quick to defend when they're slamming our God and and in these media 00:22:16.56\00:22:21.14 production, Monday they're using profanity and and slamming God 00:22:21.14\00:22:28.38 and it's like we will pay money to go. Watch those in the theater, you know. And so so if 00:22:28.38\00:22:32.38 we kind of challenge them with that, you know, absolutely, you know, that's a difference. 00:22:32.38\00:22:37.22 That's a great point. Absolutely. So for every one person that we get a very 00:22:37.22\00:22:44.29 adamant comment or >> or a negative e-mail and that we realize and we've seen it for 00:22:44.29\00:22:49.03 ourselves. There's 9 other people that are quietly researching some of the testing 00:22:49.03\00:22:53.74 truth that we have and some of the things that we know and they've come to us and we've 00:22:53.74\00:22:58.04 seen it where they said, you know, you mentioned this a sad, but this year we had to really 00:22:58.04\00:23:00.18 look into it. You might be on to something here, OK? And so there's some very positive 00:23:00.18\00:23:04.21 things that we've seen about this. But there's some I just because there's one negative. 00:23:04.21\00:23:09.92 It's just it's a small minority. Usually. Sure. Sure, absolutely. 00:23:09.92\00:23:13.62 you can expect those things, especially when you for the Lord. Grab the dragon is Roth 00:23:13.62\00:23:17.49 with the woman. He went to make war with the rim and oversee which keep the Commandments of 00:23:17.49\00:23:21.33 God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ Revelation. 12 17 were experiencing that got some 00:23:21.33\00:23:27.00 questions. You guys ready for some questions. All right. So here's another one. This kind 00:23:27.00\00:23:30.67 of goes harmony with what we were just speaking of in regards to the superheroes. 00:23:30.67\00:23:34.01 This person says my 26 year-old son watches a lot of movies. He's into DC Legends 00:23:34.01\00:23:38.98 and other dark movies. He and I are very close. He's made a decision to follow Jesus and 00:23:38.98\00:23:42.25 has been baptized. We have 10 SDA church. What can I do or say to steer him in the right 00:23:42.25\00:23:48.22 direction? So there seems to be kind of a a struggle there. So what's what's the advice? I 00:23:48.22\00:23:55.20 think once you know, if you really have an interest, this is the I'm assuming, You know, 00:23:55.20\00:23:58.47 as a father. >> Take a look at some of the material that we've 00:23:58.47\00:24:03.34 created. just so you just you're kind of familiar because you'll see real quick. I mean, we've 00:24:03.34\00:24:08.54 made hundreds of videos on these on these kind of subject. So real quick, you'll see a 00:24:08.54\00:24:13.15 pattern. There's got to be a reason and it's not just the sea. It's not just one movie 00:24:13.15\00:24:17.69 over here. You see this pattern across the morning and so hopefully that will give you 00:24:17.69\00:24:21.52 some talking points to And and and and just like, you would kind of like a Bible study a lot 00:24:21.52\00:24:27.20 of times people will kind of watch some of our videos even if they disagree with it and 00:24:27.20\00:24:32.57 let's use it. It's as a discussion point. Sure. And we've got kids that that, you 00:24:32.57\00:24:37.34 know, different colleges in and it's stuff that will actually get around show the 00:24:37.34\00:24:40.88 video. Some people will be like, no, I don't believe this at all. 00:24:40.88\00:24:44.98 And it just starts this really great recession. But it also challenges him to go. Why do you 00:24:44.98\00:24:48.58 believe what you believe? So as a father, my suggestion would be uses as an opportunity to have a 00:24:48.58\00:24:54.96 Bible study with your side. You're engaged in a topic that he's interested in not in an 00:24:54.96\00:24:59.23 attacking way, but just let's understand this together. Let's tigers together and do 00:24:59.23\00:25:02.93 research on it. Absolutely. Into that The decision that question about your 26 years 00:25:02.93\00:25:09.67 on. >> Replacement lots share with them. It's all one 2, one 00:25:09.67\00:25:15.71 2. That's right. Forget there's a part to absolutely. I also 00:25:15.71\00:25:20.92 want to know we've >> we've we've made playlist on you, too. So not to go to our channel 00:25:20.92\00:25:26.89 Studios and you click on playlist will have won a section for just all of our videos about 00:25:26.89\00:25:33.23 superheroes. While so you may be easy for them praise. The comes another question. This person 00:25:33.23\00:25:38.97 says we who are in the church, parents. >> We don't know the 00:25:38.97\00:25:43.81 truth ourselves. How excuse me says when we who are in the church don't know the truth 00:25:43.81\00:25:46.68 ourselves. How can we teach our kids? The Bible says to train them up in the right way 00:25:46.68\00:25:52.58 and they want to part from front depart from it. Is that fact or not? So they're saying 00:25:52.58\00:25:57.79 if we don't know what ourselves, how can we teach our kids? And 00:25:57.79\00:26:01.72 so that's a good point because in point some of these parents are addicted to these things. 00:26:01.72\00:26:07.03 How in the world are they going to help their kids, which are even more addicted. So touching 00:26:07.03\00:26:10.10 that? I think it goes back to exactly what he was saying is you first have to educate 00:26:10.10\00:26:13.37 yourself, If you're not educated, you can't share anything just like if, you 00:26:13.37\00:26:16.50 know, know the gospel, you can't share the gospel, so educate yourself and then use 00:26:16.50\00:26:20.74 it as an opportunity to start to ask questions the other person that you're trying to 00:26:20.74\00:26:26.48 help, you know, right? Have you ever thought about this? You 00:26:26.48\00:26:31.99 don't even have to necessarily discuss it then just let it all around in the mine for a while. 00:26:31.99\00:26:37.09 You know, sure, you ask questions like that and it gets the other person thinking. And 00:26:37.09\00:26:40.96 while you're learning. >> Then you can get to the point where 00:26:40.96\00:26:44.07 he's saying let's have a Bible study. Absolutely. There are 3 main things that you as a 00:26:44.07\00:26:48.30 Christian God want you to do. And that's share read and pray. Wright 3 things. Are Christian 00:26:48.30\00:26:55.54 character. So how can you share without actually reading without actually praying for 00:26:55.54\00:27:00.48 the Holy Spirit. that's a good point. Brother. One of great, great, great responses. Thank 00:27:00.48\00:27:04.95 you. All right. This person says Dear pastor, how could we know when we are addicted? 00:27:04.95\00:27:13.16 >> How much social media or television is considered to be an addiction. Also, how do I 00:27:13.16\00:27:18.07 know which movies are the right rating since PG 14 movies us 00:27:18.07\00:27:24.27 what they put here are also seemed to have bad language and some violence. K first led this 00:27:24.27\00:27:33.31 multiple questions. Here the first one is how do I know if I'm addicted? What if anything, 00:27:33.31\00:27:37.22 that you think you're addicted to? If you take it away and you find that your mind is 00:27:37.22\00:27:40.79 constantly thinking of that thing. >> And your trick, your 00:27:40.79\00:27:45.03 brain is trying to talk you into why you should focusing on that. That's in addition. If you can 00:27:45.03\00:27:49.20 set something in down the side and be like, oh, wow, it's been like 2 months and I 00:27:49.20\00:27:52.57 haven't watched movie then. You know that that's probably not an issue in your life. So 00:27:52.57\00:27:59.21 I would say, you know, start with release himself. Analysts stations, if you can't put the 00:27:59.21\00:28:03.35 phone down when you go to bed at night time at a reasonable hour or you're married and 00:28:03.35\00:28:07.12 your lane there literally scrolling like this in 2 hours goes by and you haven't said a 00:28:07.12\00:28:12.02 word, your spouse, maybe you're addicted at that point. That's for sure. so there are 00:28:12.02\00:28:19.13 some some ways that you can really begin to to to try and safeguard on the topic of the 00:28:19.13\00:28:24.50 PG 13 or whatever like this. There are PG 13 movies what's the carnage movie that came 00:28:24.50\00:28:32.37 out that was like demon possessed like guy. Then I'm OK, this is a superhero comic 00:28:32.37\00:28:37.85 art. You look at this thing is the most evil looking thing in the that's PG 13 months. But 00:28:37.85\00:28:43.02 you know, you can go and buy the rave. Haha, you know, I mean, is there going to throw 00:28:43.02\00:28:47.79 a curve ball in there and what used to be easy? 13 yesterday is not be easy, there are some 00:28:47.79\00:28:52.73 G rated stuff that is just slanderous. >> Awful I mean, you 00:28:52.73\00:28:56.97 can't really go back. A little known. Unknown fact is when movies first came out, they 00:28:56.97\00:29:01.77 used to be heavily heavily monitored by the church. The church with had their hands in 00:29:01.77\00:29:06.88 this tough quite a bit over time. They've let that that they've let loose of that. And 00:29:06.88\00:29:10.98 now. >> Primarily the riders of most movies known art and tie 00:29:10.98\00:29:18.92 Christ anti Bible. You know, they they don't want to have anything to do with it. Yeah. 00:29:18.92\00:29:22.16 And scientific studies have shown that there is what's called Ratings creek over 00:29:22.16\00:29:27.86 time. And even though they try to guard against that, it's still an issue. You know, 00:29:27.86\00:29:32.93 those people that are on the MPA boards and stuff, they're supposed to be replaced every 00:29:32.93\00:29:37.34 so often they're supposed to fit a certain demographic. >> But over time, they have 00:29:37.34\00:29:40.58 noticed. Yeah, the things that used to be rated this are now rated this absolute what we're 00:29:40.58\00:29:47.22 really trying to teach of you still down. Everything we've been talking about this table. 00:29:47.22\00:29:51.52 >> Is not a list. It's not a real. It's not a it's a principle, Speak according to 00:29:51.52\00:29:56.62 the Bible. Yes or no. And if it doesn't, you got to make a decision right? I I saw a 00:29:56.62\00:30:00.86 Christian review of the movie. One time said there's only a couple blasting words against 00:30:00.86\00:30:07.67 God. >> was like, you're kidding. I mean, one should make 00:30:07.67\00:30:11.07 you throw that out the door, How how much are we getting? You saw just a little bit seem 00:30:11.07\00:30:18.08 just a little bit evil. There's only few immoral scenes in 00:30:18.08\00:30:22.92 there. >> That's it. You know, I think of Latino lot was Abrahams nephew. He goes off 00:30:22.92\00:30:27.76 to sign with his family and his time and saw him. He became desensitized to the 00:30:27.76\00:30:31.96 sand and all that was going on around him so much that the Angels had to literally go in 00:30:31.96\00:30:36.03 and physically remove even though they gave 3 warnings, get out, get out, get out. 00:30:36.03\00:30:40.40 They have become desensitized to the Senate around them because they will be holding 00:30:40.40\00:30:44.54 that all that time. It's it's a subtle thing. It's it's something that happened so 00:30:44.54\00:30:47.74 suddenly that you don't realize it's happening in your mind until you kind of past 00:30:47.74\00:30:50.98 the point of no return and you're looking back and it's now hard to throw that thing 00:30:50.98\00:30:54.32 away or cut that thing off or org or, you know, break yourself 00:30:54.32\00:30:58.59 away from it. But it's not impossible all things are possible through. what I was 00:30:58.59\00:31:01.86 just going to say to dovetail off years. We don't want to put people in a position where they 00:31:01.86\00:31:07.03 think there's no right on to the are you haven't gone too far. Never absolute. This can 00:31:07.03\00:31:12.43 deliver us from anything can heal. In fact, the Bible says 00:31:12.43\00:31:15.54 that. >> When we come to him, he will make us a new So and that's what worries the we 00:31:15.54\00:31:20.84 get. We folks, we're we're having a good time here. And as you can see where time is 00:31:20.84\00:31:24.41 just flying by. We have about 25 minutes left in this in this life program. But you 00:31:24.41\00:31:29.68 might still have questions. So there's 2 ways you can submit your questions. You can send 00:31:29.68\00:31:33.76 it via text. And that number is right on the screen. 6, 1, 8, 228-3975, again, that 00:31:33.76\00:31:43.93 618-228-3975. So text us your questions. They're they're ready to take your questions. 00:31:43.93\00:31:46.77 Also, you can e-mail your questions to live at 3, a B in DOT TV again, that's live at 00:31:46.77\00:31:52.81 3ABN, Ott TV and they're ready to take your questions right now. I'm going I'm going to 00:31:52.81\00:31:56.78 give you this one. This this is pertaining to video game. I this is a month from Idaho. 00:31:56.78\00:32:02.92 She says. What do you think about my craft and multi craft? My 11 year-old was into 00:32:02.92\00:32:08.22 Minecraft and when I found out it had portals, I told him no more mine craft. So he went to 00:32:08.22\00:32:14.56 multi craft. He said there are no portals in multi craft. I let him play more to craft 2 00:32:14.56\00:32:18.57 days a week, but it's like he wants to do it every day. It's like an addiction. What do I 00:32:18.57\00:32:24.61 do? Are they safe? We live in the country. Know kids who are we live in the country and 00:32:24.61\00:32:29.58 there's no kids his age. So there's a there's a struggle there. What what's what's the 00:32:29.58\00:32:32.68 what's the verdict here? Read what he living out in the country. You talked about your 00:32:32.68\00:32:36.82 uncle, you know, being outdoors an You know, I think the temptation is too, as a 00:32:36.82\00:32:44.16 kid, you know, they they don't maybe have the mental capacity 00:32:44.16\00:32:48.66 to not. >> You know, just cut it off himself. So, yes, we as parents, we have to help them 00:32:48.66\00:32:54.40 safeguarding go through that. But ultimately, if it's just us being stuck with making the 00:32:54.40\00:32:57.51 decision for them. And they're not having that opportunity to to learn that that skill 00:32:57.51\00:33:05.01 themselves to be entertained right outside of media, then all of us and they're going to 00:33:05.01\00:33:08.72 get out of the house and they're going to struggle with this. Even more at 18. So so, 00:33:08.72\00:33:13.42 you know, I think it's really important to to spend time with the children as much as 00:33:13.42\00:33:18.53 possible. Like we talked about earlier in in the realm of of Minecraft. if you guys have 00:33:18.53\00:33:25.23 any experience with my craft, but there's a lot of games that are kind of mindless. I 00:33:25.23\00:33:32.37 mean, that not enough to make a pun on mine crafter, but it's just like it's just like 00:33:32.37\00:33:34.48 not really profiting knew anything that I mean, what are you really getting out of it 00:33:34.48\00:33:37.75 right time is a big element that we are gifted on this planet. 00:33:37.75\00:33:45.35 And I don't think anybody's going to have and be like, I'm so glad I played mine craft 00:33:45.35\00:33:49.82 every day for 8 hours. I just don't think you're going to say that we get to have under. And 00:33:49.82\00:33:53.93 you know, I think it's OK to 2, you know. relax a little bit, too, and do something just 00:33:53.93\00:34:00.17 because it's a game that's fun. But, you know, I think when it becomes an issue where 00:34:00.17\00:34:05.67 it's not just a focal point and you're just gravitating to it. Always. I think as a 00:34:05.67\00:34:10.45 parent, I would try to really steer that child into other forms of fund than just that 00:34:10.45\00:34:17.09 And with it, even though I'm she said she's out in the country 00:34:17.09\00:34:19.22 and that was a big point line. You want to get your kid out to to where they're outside the 00:34:19.22\00:34:23.32 box. Don't keep them inside the house all day. But getting him outside getting with friends is 00:34:23.32\00:34:28.23 very important. I mean, you don't want to move so far away that you are a part of society. 00:34:28.23\00:34:32.77 That's not the point. The point is to be a part of society or 00:34:32.77\00:34:38.57 help out society. And while while we purify or care about us, but Christ perfectly 00:34:38.57\00:34:43.24 advisor, character. >> So it's very important that they have friends nearby. I cousins of 00:34:43.24\00:34:49.38 mine that lived way out there and 4 boys. We have so much fun in the creek. I mean, that was a 00:34:49.38\00:34:54.89 big part of it. Sure. If you're all by yourself, it's not going to be fun. Yeah, absolutely. The 00:34:54.89\00:34:59.69 touch on this, though, because we could kind of someone touched on this very beginning 00:34:59.69\00:35:02.63 of tonight. But, you know, I feel in the May in age that we live in parents themselves are 00:35:02.63\00:35:09.14 just so busy. Busy, busy, busy with their career with jobs. You know, all the different 00:35:09.14\00:35:14.68 earns 10 adults can easily put in the fire and in trying to juggle life and it's become 00:35:14.68\00:35:17.71 overwhelming that sometimes we kind of just leave the kids on the wayside to do whatever to 00:35:17.71\00:35:26.09 go occupy themselves. And so what are they naturally going to do in the modern culture 00:35:26.09\00:35:30.03 that we live in are going to gravitate TV gravitate to video games, gravitate to cell 00:35:30.03\00:35:34.46 phone games and, you social media and things like that. Speak on the importance of of 00:35:34.46\00:35:39.63 per rental involvement. And I'm not just talking about couple of 00:35:39.63\00:35:43.00 minutes or a few minutes a day, but the parental involvement in that child's life so that you're 00:35:43.00\00:35:49.78 investing yourself in a relationship in a in a bond there so that they trust you 00:35:49.78\00:35:52.45 in that guidance to to to point out and to show them and train them up in the way that 00:35:52.45\00:35:58.95 they should go when that time comes through, they I think it's really a cultural thing. 00:35:58.95\00:36:02.52 If you look at a lot of other cultures kids are really beside their parents for a 00:36:02.52\00:36:08.50 good portion of the That is probably because of what's happening economically. You 00:36:08.50\00:36:16.14 know, the parents need the help of the younger child. Everybody in the family has to 00:36:16.14\00:36:18.84 work together to make ends >> It may seem like that poor them, 00:36:18.84\00:36:28.25 but from a social perspective, it's really good for the kids. They're involved. They're 00:36:28.25\00:36:31.39 industrious. They're learning the value of work. and all these things when we jus, of course, 00:36:31.39\00:36:39.66 leave you anybody alone. We've seen through studies. It just isolation is is not a good So 00:36:39.66\00:36:46.74 that can happen at home. If you just let them do their own thing. I think the practical 00:36:46.74\00:36:50.67 side of looking at it at that is what are you doing at and then bring them in on, you 00:36:50.67\00:36:57.98 know, they can be a help to Can you help me do the dishes? Hey, can you help me mow the 00:36:57.98\00:37:03.85 lawn. Hey, can you help me clean the It breaks that cycle. And so 00:37:03.85\00:37:10.66 I guess that would be my suggestion is make that invitation the time. You know, 00:37:10.66\00:37:16.50 to help them break away from those things. And it's a living. So when I was a kid, my mom. 00:37:16.50\00:37:22.17 >> We cup my brother and I we're close in age and m she would often pull us boys into 00:37:22.17\00:37:27.88 the kitchen and, you know, make us chop things and make his helper cook. And no first, 00:37:27.88\00:37:35.15 it was both of us fell in love with cooking, to for will cook for my wife and just just to 00:37:35.15\00:37:43.39 give her the day. Yeah, in the in the kitchen. And I like it, you know? And so I've really 00:37:43.39\00:37:48.56 taken that advice. And I brought my kids into that experience. 00:37:48.56\00:37:53.44 You know, and at first it was dad, come on seriously. I want to I want to go do this thing 00:37:53.44\00:37:57.04 out out here and I don't know helping make dinner and I'd love for you to help me, And we have 00:37:57.04\00:38:05.15 great conversations cooking together. They get to help make and give him points and 00:38:05.15\00:38:07.78 what it tastes like. And you're giving these children a skill that later on in life 00:38:07.78\00:38:14.06 will be a blessing and a benefit And I and I've learned to be intentional about all 00:38:14.06\00:38:17.39 the activities that I'm doing. If I million the lawn, it's not just hey, kid, come near, 00:38:17.39\00:38:23.00 you mow the lawn. It's like, hey, I'm mowing the lawn. Let me show you how to work them. 00:38:23.00\00:38:27.24 Weed eater or the blower. Let's work together and we got it half time. And the Frisbee 00:38:27.24\00:38:32.64 with you and I'm not Absolutely. Absolutely. So, yeah, I had some 00:38:32.64\00:38:39.48 of the similar experiences. You know, my I had a group in a wonderful family, one of the 00:38:39.48\00:38:42.15 home and, >> you know, it just seemed we have. We actually had 00:38:42.15\00:38:46.05 a thing called family time in our home, like a little family. Does have that anyway. Is 00:38:46.05\00:38:51.56 that? Yeah. family time. It's all remember there will be times when I would like want 00:38:51.56\00:38:53.86 to do this or do That would be like now slim. You know, we're going to have we have some 00:38:53.86\00:38:56.90 family time. And sometimes that meant only time. But yet more times than I can count. 00:38:56.90\00:39:04.14 Those turn out to be great experiences that I look back now and wish and I wish I 00:39:04.14\00:39:07.58 could go back and have that family time, you know. And so I feel like we're missing that 00:39:07.58\00:39:12.95 in the modern culture that we're in. And it's being that family 00:39:12.95\00:39:18.15 time and that that parental investment and of time into the child is being replaced by 00:39:18.15\00:39:21.59 devices. You know, the in screen time and things like that. That's, you know, tearing apart 00:39:21.59\00:39:28.60 our family and our But, yeah, this is actually a kind of we talk a little bit about this 00:39:28.60\00:39:32.73 tonight. But this person sent him a question very quick, very simple. Here it is. Does 00:39:32.73\00:39:35.87 little Light studio have DVDs for sale? we have them digitally as well. So a lot of 00:39:35.87\00:39:44.58 them are available for digital download. You and I want to speak on this for because our 00:39:44.58\00:39:49.68 passion is young people. Young people don't even have a DVD player right thing and they're 00:39:49.68\00:39:52.42 like DVD. What is really tell your age right there and you do anything. You want to buy a 00:39:52.42\00:39:56.56 DVD and right. >> But we've put a lot of stuff out for free on 00:39:56.56\00:40:02.03 YouTube and write those things are not free. I mean, we have had generous donors give a lot 00:40:02.03\00:40:06.43 of money to us simply so we can continue to produce these things and turn around and 00:40:06.43\00:40:11.94 give it for free. So and purchasing the DVD is really helps us go out and make more 00:40:11.94\00:40:16.61 with them. Hire more people have more resources to do that. And 00:40:16.61\00:40:22.15 then also those donations come in so that we can also put out for content as well. So that 00:40:22.15\00:40:25.62 combination of those 2 things we just want you to let walk, get the information that's we're 00:40:25.62\00:40:31.63 passionate about. >> where can they get the little light 00:40:31.63\00:40:35.80 studios dot TV? You can get any of the DVDs on what is little light studios dot TV. Go to that 00:40:35.80\00:40:41.87 website in visited. I have I think everything that you guys have produced an and it's just 00:40:41.87\00:40:45.81 been such a blessing to me. I opening that find myself sometimes going back and 00:40:45.81\00:40:50.05 watching, you know, those clips in those videos again, because 00:40:50.05\00:40:54.02 they're so informative, especially in that in the day and age that we're living in. We 00:40:54.02\00:40:57.09 need to be sharing these things. This is relevant stuff. My friends a lot of times, we think 00:40:57.09\00:41:02.12 that well, that person needs to hear the truth about the Sabbath. And that may be the 00:41:02.12\00:41:05.09 case that person needs to know about the long gun and that may be the case. But sometimes 00:41:05.09\00:41:09.16 it's the relevant topics today. The real issues that our children and our youth are 00:41:09.16\00:41:13.07 dealing with. >> That we need to address first that will in the 00:41:13.07\00:41:17.81 opening the door to those greater Bible studies. And in that information down the road. 00:41:17.81\00:41:19.84 And so absolutely. But that back up there, one more time that the website so we can we can 00:41:19.84\00:41:25.48 sit again. Little light studios dot TV will probably bring that 00:41:25.48\00:41:29.12 up again before we in. We have about 15 minutes. I want to talk about, you know, we're living in 00:41:29.12\00:41:32.35 the in times were seen we're Bible prophecy unfold before our eyes. you know, we know that 00:41:32.35\00:41:40.03 Jesus is coming very soon. And I know that little light studios 00:41:40.03\00:41:43.53 is playing a major role in helping to prepare us for that. But I just want to get specific 00:41:43.53\00:41:49.80 in how is little light studios preparing our youth? You know, in what way are you guys helping 00:41:49.80\00:41:57.01 to shape our minds and inform us in to help us to prepare for the in times because we know, as 00:41:57.01\00:42:00.55 we've seen, you know, media, social media video games, you know, Hollywood, all of this, 00:42:00.55\00:42:07.36 the devil is used this as a major, major technique and a major tool to distract people 00:42:07.36\00:42:13.33 in poor them away from crime. So what are you guys doing specifically to help our young 00:42:13.33\00:42:15.76 people in to help people in general prepare for these in times that we get this coming 00:42:15.76\00:42:19.60 up on us. So, you know, it's very, very interesting because Hollywood sees the the impacts 00:42:19.60\00:42:27.94 that media can have on people write these top movies that are made in our world. There's 00:42:27.94\00:42:32.95 their their spending for 500 million dollars. >> On one movie 00:42:32.95\00:42:39.02 and that's the investment that they're putting into it because they realize that the better it 00:42:39.02\00:42:42.02 looks, the more impactful it is the more creative it is that more people will respond 00:42:42.02\00:42:46.76 to that. So we're taking a note from that. We're really pushing 00:42:46.76\00:42:50.87 ourselves with creativity. In fact, we've been really challenging ourselves by 00:42:50.87\00:42:55.50 blending some of this technology. There's a lot of really exciting technology 00:42:55.50\00:43:00.61 that's coming out with computer generated graphics there, putting the technology in the 00:43:00.61\00:43:05.55 hands of us really things that that used to take millions of dollars in Hollywood to do. Now, 00:43:05.55\00:43:10.45 if you have a really expensive computer and a nice led wall, which is expensive, right, you 00:43:10.45\00:43:13.56 can get these things done. So we actually have a video to show you. I'm just a little 00:43:13.56\00:43:19.06 bit of the technology that we're blending because we need to try to make these things 00:43:19.06\00:43:25.93 attractive. You know, it's unfortunate that people will pick up a book because of its 00:43:25.93\00:43:30.04 cover. But if it's got a beautiful cover, yes, somebody might go. Hey, I wonder what 00:43:30.04\00:43:34.98 this is about. Unfortunately, that's what these kids are experiencing today, too. If it 00:43:34.98\00:43:39.15 doesn't have a particular look to it, they're not open it up and listen to it, going to 00:43:39.15\00:43:43.42 spend 2 minutes on your video. >> We got there. We are pushing 00:43:43.42\00:43:48.16 ourselves with the technology and really trying to stay in the forefront so that we can have a 00:43:48.16\00:43:51.43 chance that these kids might pay attention to this So all right. All right. So this moment, let's 00:43:51.43\00:43:56.60 go ahead and roll that video clip. Little Light studios. >> Hi, you might not know me 00:43:56.60\00:44:02.97 because I work mostly behind the scenes. My name is Michael and I'm the director of the 00:44:02.97\00:44:08.81 the nice to do 3 D art. Right now makes parenting with new technology. trying to pull ad 00:44:08.81\00:44:16.05 that he was the virtual. >> It's more efficient and offer us the 00:44:16.05\00:44:22.72 opportunity to make higher quality productions to officials. By using the on 00:44:22.72\00:44:28.33 offer. It gives us the possibility to create new virtually environments for sets. 00:44:28.33\00:44:32.90 You're short amount of time. We're working with what we have because we do have financial 00:44:32.90\00:44:40.78 news. That's why we're working toward you want future because it will allow us to use 00:44:40.78\00:44:47.45 extended. He added this simply means that we don't need It will save us from him this in the 00:44:47.45\00:44:53.05 Post composite impossible. Who also have this 90. >> That comes 00:44:53.05\00:45:00.86 from which matches the subject and the set real tight. Actress able to see the set rather than 00:45:00.86\00:45:07.50 having to imagine the within the confines of the Greens. That's 00:45:07.50\00:45:15.21 what we'd be up to here. And then I stated. We're so thankful for the ways that God has 00:45:15.21\00:45:23.15 blessed us. And we're so excited for what he has for us in the future. >> Wow, man, you guys 00:45:23.15\00:45:32.26 like are on the cutting into things. Borough. That was really, really not. So when I 00:45:32.26\00:45:35.16 was when we were watching that, you know, before the program tonight, I was just amazed by 00:45:35.16\00:45:40.57 how real that that looked. It's like you've got someone there, but really not there. 00:45:40.57\00:45:43.51 But getting our you know, it looks like there in a particular 00:45:43.51\00:45:48.14 setting and whatnot. That's incredible. How technology has advanced and you guys now have 00:45:48.14\00:45:51.65 access to that and using that. And I just want to speak only speak on what that video just 00:45:51.65\00:45:54.88 said, that I just got to say this because what you said earlier, it's it's huge. And 00:45:54.88\00:45:59.45 I've been preaching this. We live in the day and age where if you just make it people, so just 00:45:59.45\00:46:06.09 make on to just put it out there. And that is true. But yet, if you're going to reach a 00:46:06.09\00:46:10.40 lot of people, especially younger people, they're not even get to sit with their seconds of 00:46:10.40\00:46:15.40 their time to if it's David doesn't have a particular look because again, we're competing 00:46:15.40\00:46:19.31 with Hollywood. We're competing with, you know, television and 00:46:19.31\00:46:21.98 in all of these different media platforms, an outlet. And so what you guys are doing, they're 00:46:21.98\00:46:25.61 Your your content. Look beautiful. Well, praise God that we have had an amazing team 00:46:25.61\00:46:32.32 jumped on board like that kid. Michael, that was in the I mean, I say kid because he's quite 00:46:32.32\00:46:36.56 young and came into our car. >> Our group and literally was like, you guys need help with 00:46:36.56\00:46:42.96 CG or computer generated graphics. And we're like, yes. And and he was like, well, 00:46:42.96\00:46:47.60 just give me a couple of programs. And learned that I would sleep. I think he had 00:46:47.60\00:46:50.71 his computer ices Pella and just making that just amazing leaps and bounds in what he 00:46:50.71\00:46:57.01 was teaching us. And was possible to do funny back story on him just a little 00:46:57.01\00:47:01.78 bit. You know what he was doing before? I came work for us. 00:47:01.78\00:47:04.12 >> He's making boba tea. >> I'm not getting It was a part time 00:47:04.12\00:47:13.06 job and somebody called me and give me a tip and said, you know, this guy, he had a media 00:47:13.06\00:47:17.57 education, you know, and so I called and started talking to him and we had an interview. But 00:47:17.57\00:47:19.80 it was like. >> Khan taken from there to us and we're able to do 00:47:19.80\00:47:26.34 some pretty amazing. Thank and and what we want to do is continue to push the on the But 00:47:26.34\00:47:34.12 that takes resources. You know, we're we're doing what we can with what we have, but it 00:47:34.12\00:47:38.25 would be much faster and much better with the right tools. And so that's where we're at. 00:47:38.25\00:47:43.49 We're looking at led Wall Technology, which means we will remove the green screen 00:47:43.49\00:47:47.66 and without a green screen, it means all than lighting will look natural. You load the 00:47:47.66\00:47:51.57 background and you're not spending time a post-production 00:47:51.57\00:47:56.40 compositing and all of that. So an led wall is not a cheap I mean, our vision, you probably 00:47:56.40\00:48:04.45 spend a million dollars. There may be somebody out there that says, you know what, I want to 00:48:04.45\00:48:07.68 help you with a million-dollar led. that would be fantastic. The examples in that video are 00:48:07.68\00:48:12.62 just our work, example, that we can do. But we don't have that technology. That's in 00:48:12.62\00:48:19.09 those examples. In the video, we have the green screen, but the green screen isn't going 00:48:19.09\00:48:22.36 to provide that technology that is able to >> produce the stuff 00:48:22.36\00:48:26.80 that we can really reach big audience with. So so some of those clips were things that we 00:48:26.80\00:48:32.81 created but it takes a lot of time and resources people in manpower and some of those 00:48:32.81\00:48:37.81 clips that were seemingly pretty simple. One person, the guy looking up at the stars 00:48:37.81\00:48:42.78 was actually me. All But that one clip right took a lot of time to get that right. 00:48:42.78\00:48:49.82 Whereas an led wall would be set up the camera. Put that behind you and bam, it would 00:48:49.82\00:48:53.16 be done. So yeah. >> Time is money and we could spend our time elsewhere if we 00:48:53.16\00:48:57.50 had some of these resources. So that's what we're really praying 00:48:57.50\00:49:01.84 for right now. And they have now. Well, what we know got blessed in the past. So 00:49:01.84\00:49:06.14 absolutely want to get ahead of us because I know probably going to pull this back up before we 00:49:06.14\00:49:08.58 go in just a few minutes. But if someone is expired right now, encourage I want to I want to 00:49:08.58\00:49:12.68 donate. I want to give. So how can they do that? They can go to our website. Little Light 00:49:12.68\00:49:17.32 studios, DOT TV. There's a donate button there. You can call us personally if you 00:49:17.32\00:49:22.36 actually just just call us and communicate with us that way. You know, sometimes those 00:49:22.36\00:49:26.49 those resources of going to pay pal or a donation can you know, 00:49:26.49\00:49:31.70 they take a small percentage of that and stuff. So, you know, sometimes the money can go 00:49:31.70\00:49:35.57 further. Just just just communicating with directly. Absolutely little light studios 00:49:35.57\00:49:41.71 DOT TV, Yeah. For an led will give you scout his personal Yahoo. >> love that. In fact, 00:49:41.71\00:49:50.65 I'll come over to your house and cook you a me. There you Love. That's great. That's a little 00:49:50.65\00:49:55.06 light studios dot TV. As you can see it there on your screen. A little light studios 00:49:55.06\00:49:58.93 DOT TV going, donate their support, the ministry. we pulled that number just a few 00:49:58.93\00:50:02.53 moments ago. If you want to call them. >> And you want to make 00:50:02.53\00:50:05.63 the transaction over the phone. That's 5, 3, 0, 327-9323. And again, that's 5, 3, 0, 3 to 7, 00:50:05.63\00:50:15.88 9, 3, 2, 3 support. These brothers and sisters as they're doing a powerful and 00:50:15.88\00:50:19.85 work for God. Man, I love you guys. I love your ministry has just been a powerful influence 00:50:19.85\00:50:22.62 in my life. So thank you so much. But, you know, we still have about 5 or 6 minutes left 00:50:22.62\00:50:27.62 and we have another question that came in. And this question is, what would your 00:50:27.62\00:50:33.66 approach what would be your approach on speaking with parents who live on video 00:50:33.66\00:50:39.30 games and their children follow in their steps will allow. 00:50:39.30\00:50:43.84 >> I think the most dangerous thing that we do for our kids repeat their repeat our 00:50:43.84\00:50:51.11 actions in their life. You know, I mean, like site like I love how one of these guys 00:50:51.11\00:50:55.05 said that if you don't want your child to do it, then you shouldn't do it right? Yeah. 00:50:55.05\00:50:59.42 And that's a powerful lesson for us. So I think that, you know, I would say start with 00:50:59.42\00:51:04.53 yourself first. Don't try to fix, you know, that issue right away. Do some research 00:51:04.53\00:51:10.53 to some self really praying about it. And and and self reflecting with God and asking 00:51:10.53\00:51:15.70 the Holy spirit to direct your life. And when he kind of really works on your heart and 00:51:15.70\00:51:19.17 you can turn around and say, look, I was in this addiction place and you could turn 00:51:19.17\00:51:23.28 around and help somebody else with that. If you're on the outside looking in the 00:51:23.28\00:51:27.88 situation and trying to reach that particular family. You know, you really need to pray 00:51:27.88\00:51:33.79 like he's saying and have the Holy Spirit Li jie because God works in mysterious ways and 00:51:33.79\00:51:37.46 you might work on the parent first. >> You might work on the 00:51:37.46\00:51:41.03 child and the child could be the one months. The parent, you know, we don't know what ways 00:51:41.03\00:51:46.50 that God has to work that out. But it does start with prayer and then you need to educate 00:51:46.50\00:51:51.27 yourself on the issues before you can share great. He responded to. You can't hack 00:51:51.27\00:51:56.18 the problems out of your own life. You can't do it on your own. So you have to open that 00:51:56.18\00:52:01.85 Bible. First, I would say start with Miles 30 start reading the 00:52:01.85\00:52:05.29 Bible in the morning and then progress with Christ to get this stuff out of your life. So you 00:52:05.29\00:52:11.03 can then work with your offspring. Absolutely. And great response response. So Britney, I 00:52:11.03\00:52:16.87 got to ask you not to put on the but I got to ask you this beer in the communications parts of 00:52:16.87\00:52:22.84 you're getting you're seeing all of these different questions. 00:52:22.84\00:52:24.84 And correspondent is coming in. >> Is there a particular program that you guys like? 00:52:24.84\00:52:29.81 That's the most popular that you guys get? The most feedback on 00:52:29.81\00:52:33.48 or do you have a particular set of questions of people? The did it more, some questions that 00:52:33.48\00:52:38.85 kind of you see come in maybe popular questions pertaining to the content that you guys put 00:52:38.85\00:52:42.16 out there. Is that something that you you see on your in quite a bit or or not? They pm, 00:52:42.16\00:52:47.50 maybe dreaming this up here. >> I do. We do get a lot of those things. And and since I 00:52:47.50\00:52:54.37 work with social media is But when it comes to what's our most popular content, it 00:52:54.37\00:53:00.64 really just depends on the topic, OK? But right now one of our most popular videos was 00:53:00.64\00:53:07.08 actually just hit 500,000 views is the Marvel, not and games. 00:53:07.08\00:53:12.99 And that was, of course, about superheroes the hot topic that we've had. A lot of come from 00:53:12.99\00:53:19.06 that one and just how people's life has been changed by it. So yeah. >> OK, not so it's not a 00:53:19.06\00:53:25.93 perspective that you see on the Internet. Sure. In fact, there's so few other voices 00:53:25.93\00:53:30.51 that are even kind of saying that. And when people are just researching those movies, the 00:53:30.51\00:53:34.78 kind of stumble across it. One of our thanks and like White watch our channel just trying 00:53:34.78\00:53:42.25 these guys, local. >> But that's where the communication start. 00:53:42.25\00:53:47.89 And I believe like all sharing the gospel begins with the 00:53:47.89\00:53:50.53 relationship. >> And we can begin to build that relationship through communication. So 00:53:50.53\00:53:54.86 cheerful to have her on board and absolutely a lie. had a fantastic time. I have one 00:53:54.86\00:53:59.30 last question because we've got like 3 minutes before we say good night. But I think I 00:53:59.30\00:54:04.57 ask you this question last time you were here about a year and a 00:54:04.57\00:54:08.41 half or so ago. But, you know, I had this question for the longest time because a lot of 00:54:08.41\00:54:11.15 your content, you're informing people about, you know, television shows movies, you 00:54:11.15\00:54:16.18 know, be a games, things like this and you're giving an in depth review of sometimes of 00:54:16.18\00:54:19.65 what, what what the conduits of what the content contains. And and and you're given inside of 00:54:19.65\00:54:24.73 things. And so I had somebody ask me like if you have an opportunity asking this 00:54:24.73\00:54:27.30 question, do you guys watch the movie watch some television 00:54:27.30\00:54:32.80 shows and play the game and then get to give you reviews like how does that information come about 00:54:32.80\00:54:35.57 for you to be able to share? That was That was my addiction in the very beginning. So so 00:54:35.57\00:54:41.61 when I came into the ministry was likes cool. Right now got industry where I can watch 00:54:41.61\00:54:46.75 things reason. The watching eye right? >> And the more that I 00:54:46.75\00:54:50.49 watched it, the less I could point out what was wrong with it. And that really kind of 00:54:50.49\00:54:53.89 shocked me. And it was like, why? Why am I getting less sensitive to these these issues? 00:54:53.89\00:55:01.80 >> The more I focused on the truth and the actual real gospel, then the more that 00:55:01.80\00:55:07.54 when I saw false gospel, you could easily spotted rolling it out, right? So, you know, 00:55:07.54\00:55:12.21 we actually do a lot of research and we don't watch them another 00:55:12.21\00:55:16.41 down and pick out all the things we'll watch clips in sections. If you will suggest a really a 00:55:16.41\00:55:21.42 lot of people suggest things to us at this point. Other people that are watching, hey, you've 00:55:21.42\00:55:23.89 got to see this movie and there's the scene and you look at this part right here and 00:55:23.89\00:55:28.22 we'll be able to jump right to heart and be able to talk about it. But as far for me, I don't 00:55:28.22\00:55:33.80 want, you know, sit and watch the hold to our movie and then make so to being sent clips 00:55:33.80\00:55:39.83 and you're doing some, I guess some Google searches. Yeah, come up with itself. The 00:55:39.83\00:55:44.64 trainer >> is so cool. That is so cool. So we have like a 00:55:44.64\00:55:49.68 minute and 20 seconds here, Scott, I want to give you an opportunity as the director of 00:55:49.68\00:55:53.78 Light studios. There's someone watching at home right now. If you could just given a final 00:55:53.78\00:55:57.35 peel, some some final thoughts. What would your thoughts be at 00:55:57.35\00:56:00.39 this moment? You know, it's been a beautiful thing to basically work for our church in this 00:56:00.39\00:56:04.69 capacity. But I want to solicit your guys, his prayers. 00:56:04.69\00:56:09.36 >> I have a real heart and a real passion is do all of the people that work a little 00:56:09.36\00:56:12.80 light studios for the youth of our church. We really feel like the attack is aimed at 00:56:12.80\00:56:18.64 them and so pray God will send us the right people. The right resources, send the people 00:56:18.64\00:56:23.78 that need this information to us and all of you guys that have ever even supported or 00:56:23.78\00:56:29.35 donated initiatives like ours. I just want to thank you guys so much. And I just hope God 00:56:29.35\00:56:34.06 blesses you guys in a mighty way. Thank you for your support. 00:56:34.06\00:56:39.73 the prisoner to go somewhat sad. >> Yes, we also have a Spanish channel and we were we have 00:56:39.73\00:56:44.83 some of our stuff translated so that Satellite studios Espanol, 00:56:44.83\00:56:47.54 you can also find that under it have little why studios DOT TV. And we also have a little 00:56:47.54\00:56:53.71 international channel beef translated are things into Port cities. Another one. 00:56:53.71\00:56:58.55 >> and praise the Lord. You got that in quick before we get think you've got so much 00:56:58.55\00:57:01.68 has been such an awesome time with you and thank you, France, for watching support 00:57:01.68\00:57:05.79 little Light studios with a light studios dot TV, publishing 00:57:05.79\00:57:10.23 my friends. ¤ ¤ ¤ 00:57:10.23\00:57:25.07 ¤ ¤ ¤ 00:57:25.07\00:57:39.92 ¤ ¤ ¤ 00:57:39.92\00:57:54.97 ¤ 00:57:54.97\00:58:10.05
