00:01 As you're well aware,
00:02 we're living in unprecedented times. 00:05 Join us now for Today special program. 00:12 I want to spend my life 00:18 Mending broken people 00:23 I want to spend my life 00:28 Removing pain 00:33 Lord, let my words 00:39 Heal a heart that hurts 00:44 I want to spend my life 00:49 Mending broken people 00:55 I want to spend my life 01:00 Mending broken people 01:15 Hello, and welcome to another 3ABN Today, 01:17 Behind the Scenes Program. 01:18 We're so glad that you've joined us. 01:20 There are many reasons why we're glad you joined us 01:22 but one of them is you're part of our family. 01:25 It's just great here to be hanging out 01:26 in the 3ABN living room, 01:28 if you want to call it that. 01:29 Kind of interesting furniture isn't that 01:31 we have in our living room, 01:32 this little desk that we have here. 01:33 But I don't know where you're watching 01:35 or listening from, but just thank you so much 01:37 for your prayers and financial support 01:40 for the Ministry of 3ABN. 01:41 Of course, God is the Captain of this ship, 01:44 but He's using you as a vessel 01:46 that He can pour through and minister to others. 01:49 This is the first Behind the Scenes Program 01:51 of 2022. 01:53 I'm so excited about the year 2022. 01:56 Why are we excited? 01:58 Well, we don't know what the future holds 01:59 but we know that God has the future, right? 02:01 So we can trust Him. 02:02 We have so many things we want to talk to you 02:05 and share today. 02:06 One of them is a really special guest 02:09 that's coming up about 02:10 partway through this first hour. 02:12 It's a real live on the set, centenarian plus. 02:15 So he's over 100 years old, 02:17 and he's going to be on the set with us. 02:18 We're going to get to talk with him. 02:21 And he's a pastor and volunteer full time 02:24 here at 3ABN answering prayer calls. 02:27 And we, from time to time, just call each other neighbor 02:29 because he, kind of, lives diagonally, 02:30 maybe a quarter of a mile from where Jill and I live. 02:33 And when it was gardening season 02:35 we went by and he was out there in his garden with a hoe. 02:39 And he was hoeing whatever it was, 02:40 maybe his corn or sweet potatoes out there 02:42 in his garden. 02:43 But what an inspiration? 02:44 I love these programs. Me too. 02:46 We have our 3ABN family here on the set. 02:48 The first hour, we're going to do some trading out 02:51 and then next hour, 02:52 we're going to hear from some of our network managers. 02:55 And I call him The Voice of 3ABN. 02:59 That's Bobby Davis 03:00 because he writes almost anything 03:02 that you would read coming from 3ABN 03:05 Bobby Davis has written. 03:06 He does an incredible job. 03:08 We're going to hear from Jason Bradley, 03:10 Dare to Dream General Manager, 03:11 and Francine Bergmann, 03:12 who's our Kids Network General Manager. 03:14 But first, let's talk and show you the family 03:17 we have right now. 03:18 We have a face that 03:20 you might not always be familiar with 03:22 because he works with 3ABN Radio, 03:23 as a 3ABN Radio editor. 03:25 This is Kevin Poling. 03:27 And, Kevin, we're so glad to have you here tonight. 03:29 Thank you for having me. 03:30 How long have you been at 3ABN? 03:32 I've worked at 3ABN for 12 years now. 03:35 My goodness. Wow! 03:37 Since a teenager. 03:38 You know, and going back, Kevin, 03:40 it's really because God brought your parents, 03:42 which are Jeff and Jenny here. 03:44 What was it? 03:45 Early 2000s, right, 03:47 that you came here to this 3ABN. 03:48 2001. 03:49 2001, came here 03:51 and you and your siblings were just... 03:53 Yeah, they were just little kids 03:55 and it's just so neat. 03:56 They've been through our schools 03:57 and, of course, God has led you in miraculous ways. 04:00 And you're an important part of the family now, Kevin. 04:03 And what a blessing? Amen. 04:05 And then coming around the table, 04:06 we have Shelley and JD Quinn. 04:08 Of course, Shelley is our new Program Development Manager 04:11 and Producer for many programs here at 3ABN, 04:14 and JD is Pastoral Department Manager. 04:17 And God has brought both of you 04:20 through some challenges in the last bit 04:23 and we're so grateful that you're here tonight. 04:26 And I'm grateful to hear what you're going to share. 04:30 Amen. Amen. 04:32 God is good, all the time. 04:34 And sometimes, boy, it's easy when you get kicked around 04:38 just by normal life. 04:40 Sometimes you forget that 04:42 and it's just nice to have a family around that 04:45 just, you know, how much you're being prayed for? 04:49 God is good. 04:50 Amen. Amen. 04:52 I'll share a little bit more as we get going. 04:55 But yes, it's been... 04:57 It was a challenging time, but God carried us through it. 05:00 Amen. 05:01 Yeah, absolutely. 05:03 You know, God has promised to always be with us, right? 05:07 But we're not protected from challenges, 05:09 right, in life, right? 05:11 So He's with us through the storm. 05:13 And I think about the testimony that you all have, 05:16 and we're thinking about you too at home. 05:18 We know that you are going through storms 05:21 or you have been through or going through one right now 05:24 with the 3ABN family is here for you. 05:26 And we're going to be touching on the 3ABN 05:27 Pastoral Department, 05:29 like Jill was mentioning. 05:30 It's a very important aspect, Brother JD, of 3ABN. 05:34 And one of the... 05:35 Well, why do you think 05:37 it's an important aspect of 3ABN? 05:38 Let me ask you that. 05:39 Well, what I have found in real life, 05:41 and I can testify this 05:42 because I've got the gray hair to prove it, okay? 05:44 Experience. 05:46 Experience, if you live long enough, 05:48 you're going to get beat up many times. 05:50 Yes, you're going to get a lot of attaboys. 05:52 We love those attaboys 05:54 but, boy, there's a lot of beating up 05:55 that goes along, 05:56 and it's certainly nice to have someone 05:59 that cares at sometimes. 06:01 There are a lot of lonely people, 06:03 but we found a lot of lonely people out there. 06:05 There are. 06:06 And we're very blessed that 06:07 we have someone to communicate with 06:09 and be with. 06:10 But there's just a lot of people 06:12 that they have no one to talk to. 06:14 But 37 years, 06:17 3ABN has been here and has proved itself, 06:20 and over 37 years 06:22 that people have felt comfortable 06:24 in picking the phone up 06:25 because they know they're going to have someone 06:27 to talk to that cares. 06:30 Not only cares and listens, 06:32 but that will actually pray with them. 06:35 And what I found 06:38 was, we're going to talk a little bit about 06:40 our mission this year. 06:41 But we forget 06:44 that God is the Creator of the universe. 06:47 Many times we forget that we can allow God to be God. 06:51 Yeah, good point. 06:52 And if we will allow God to be God, 06:54 if He's got the plan for us, 06:56 then we need to increase our faith. 06:58 Sometimes we forget that there's someone 07:00 that's on the same page 07:02 because our mission is the same. 07:06 If I could, I'd put my arms around you 07:09 because we care. 07:10 And that is what the Pastoral Department does. 07:14 With that there's a lot of T's to be crossed 07:17 I's to be dotted 07:18 but the bottom line is, you got an issue. 07:22 We're good listeners. 07:24 And most people just want to be heard 07:26 and as they're hearing themselves talk, 07:30 then somehow, miraculously, 07:33 the Holy Spirit comes in 07:36 and smooth that road right there. 07:39 And then, you know, God bless you my brother. 07:41 God bless you my sister. 07:43 What I think and I'm just going to add to this is that 07:47 I think we've all gotten to the point 07:49 where life has been overwhelming. 07:51 And it's nice to have someone... 07:55 I mean, sometimes life can be so overwhelming, 07:58 even your prayer seems stifled. 08:02 It's nice to have someone usher you 08:05 into the presence of God. 08:07 They are the stretcher bearers like the ones 08:10 who brought the man and dropped them 08:12 through the roof to Peter's... 08:14 I mean to Jesus' feet. 08:17 And sometimes we all get to that point 08:19 where we just need someone to help usher us 08:23 into the presence of God 08:24 and that's what you all do 08:26 and give a scripture promise, encouragement. 08:31 It's beautiful. 08:33 We have people looking for churches too 08:34 which the Pastoral Department is so ready to just look up 08:37 and say, "Oh, hey, yep, in your area here, 08:39 there's these local Seventh-day Adventist Churches 08:41 you can go to, work with the pastors." 08:43 I mean, it's just, to me, it's a great aspect. 08:45 Mr. Danny Shelton had that vision years ago 08:47 of watching the programs in 1987/86. 08:50 And he's saying, "Hey, 08:51 if you have a prayer need tonight, just call us." 08:53 And he would give the number back then. 08:54 You could call 3ABN. 08:56 Well, 3ABN has kept that through all the years to us 08:58 and I know it will continue to be very important part. 09:01 We've got a whole lot of things 09:02 we want to talk about this evening. 09:04 One of them is that the crew, we just came back from GYC, 09:07 the crew did and hopefully, 09:09 you're able to watch GYC from Houston, Texas. 09:12 The theme was "Nothing." 09:15 And that's basically talking about what? 09:17 That was the title 09:18 and we don't mean it was nothing. 09:20 We mean the title was one word, Nothing. 09:22 It was. 09:23 And it's based, of course, on Revelation Chapter 3, 09:26 the seventh church of Revelation, 09:28 which is the Church of Laodicea 09:30 and that's us sometimes today saying, 09:33 "I'm rich, I'm increased with goods. 09:35 I have need of nothing." 09:37 And yet we don't realize that we're miserable and we're poor, 09:40 and we're wretched and blind and naked. 09:42 So the speakers were incredible. 09:45 Sebastian Braxton spoke in the evening, 09:47 Adam Ramdin spoke for church, 09:49 Callie Buruchara spoke in the morning for devotionals 09:54 and other speakers as well. 09:55 But it was an incredible time of fellowship 09:58 with the young people 09:59 and our crew is the best hands down. 10:02 They did amazing job with the broadcasting. 10:05 We had a booth there 10:06 and got to meet some of you at home. 10:08 It was an incredible time of worship 10:11 and spending time with Jesus. 10:13 I agree. 10:14 And it was, of course, limited because of all the COVID 10:16 that we're all dealing with 10:17 and it was amazing to us to meet people at the booth. 10:20 Everyone had to wear masks and things there 10:22 and you also had to make sure you were negative to COVID. 10:25 GYC did everything they could to try 10:27 and keep it as safe as possible, 10:29 did a lot of social distancing 10:31 but to still meet people from around the world 10:33 that came in specifically for GYC 10:35 and all the protocols that they had to go through 10:38 in order to get to the United States 10:39 to attend GYC. 10:41 They said, "We're hungry and thirsty for fellowship, 10:45 for the truth," because people in the world, 10:47 everyone, young people can see that things 10:49 are rapidly changing in this world. 10:51 Freedoms are being taken out from under us 10:54 and so they were just so grateful to be there 10:55 and to be fellowshipping. 10:57 I'm always encouraged going to GYC. 10:59 But like Jill said, thank you to our production team, 11:01 and we were able to broadcast the miracle of the Lord, 11:04 able to broadcast GYC. 11:06 I want to also talk about... 11:08 It's a little bit challenging because of COVID, 11:09 we don't receive as many visitors and tours 11:12 don't come through 3ABN as much just because of COVID. 11:14 Of course, we're not having our camp meetings 11:16 in person right now. 11:17 But we still had a few people that have come through 11:19 that have been longtime supporters, 11:21 longtime viewers of 3ABN 11:23 and one of those took place just... 11:25 Oh, JD, you were part of that too, 11:27 just a couple of months ago. 11:28 We want to put that picture up right now, 11:31 a dear couple on Ed and Mary Lou Kelly. 11:34 Brother Ed wasn't able to be there with his wife, 11:37 Mary Lou, but JD, of course Dee, 11:40 Mary Lou and Jill and myself, 11:42 wonderful to see her again, wasn't it? 11:44 Oh, yes. 11:46 I have fond memories of Ed and Mary Lou coming for years 11:50 helping us at 3ABN volunteering. 11:53 Just an incredible couple 11:55 and it was so nice to visit and to pray with her, 11:57 wasn't it, JD? 11:59 Yeah, it was. 12:01 She's a hugger. 12:02 She is, oh yeah. 12:04 Well, I'm a hugger so there was just so one 12:07 because of the COVID and everything. 12:11 We're living in different times 12:13 and you don't want to get 12:14 into someone else's space right now 12:16 because they may not feel comfortable. 12:20 But, boy, we both look in each other's eyes. 12:22 She's a little tiny little lady and I'm just this big gorilla. 12:26 And so I said, "Could I hug you Mary Lou?" 12:30 Oh my goodness, show from ear to ear, you know. 12:33 And so, I don't have back problems 12:35 but I've bent down bending, 12:37 you know, and we gave her great big hug 12:40 and it was so special. 12:42 And the tears just came to her eyes, you know, just... 12:46 It just seems like with age. 12:49 This is an interesting concept. 12:52 As you age you wonder how much value you have left 12:56 because things change. 12:58 And, boy, it was just one of those moments 13:00 that Mary Lou, you have so much value. 13:02 I mean that smile could light up a room. 13:04 Oh, yeah, absolutely. So it was special. 13:07 Great people, I remember back in the day, 13:10 if you've been to 3ABN out by the school 13:12 where we eat, right, for camp meeting. 13:14 That whole parking lot that's now asphalt, 13:16 which we think the donor 13:17 that helped pay for all of that. 13:18 Well, back in the day that was just gravel. 13:20 So Brother Ed Kelly would take strings 13:24 and he would actually spray paint parking lines 13:26 for everybody on gravel, 13:28 realizing that in a couple of days 13:29 that gravel would be all messed up 13:31 and all the lines and all the work 13:32 that he'd put into it would all be gone. 13:33 But he was so happy. 13:35 He'd be out there and say... He did it for camp meeting. 13:36 He did it for camp meeting. 13:38 He want to make it all organized... 13:39 Thank you so much for that. 13:40 He wanted to make it organized for camp meeting 13:42 and everybody coming in. 13:43 There are so many of you that are just like the Kelly's 13:45 and we just again say thank you. 13:46 We say hello to you. 13:48 And, of course, to the Kelly's 13:49 and I'm thinking of also talk to... 13:53 Well, maybe I better be careful mentioning who all. 13:55 But, yeah, I've talked to a number of you 13:57 and I just want to say hello to you. 13:58 And thank you so much for remembering 3ABN 14:00 for including us as your family, 14:01 but you're also part of our family. 14:04 I want to... 14:05 We want to talk to Kevin. 14:07 There was another, any other housekeeping stuff 14:08 we want to talk to? 14:09 Go forth. 14:11 Okay, so we have corporate worship 14:12 here at 3ABN every Tuesday. 14:13 Thank you, JD, for organizing that. 14:16 Well again, talking about COVID. 14:18 Before COVID, we used to meet in 14:19 what we call Studio B as a whole group. 14:21 But COVID, we weren't able to actually be together 14:24 because of social distancing. 14:25 So praise God for electronics, right, Shelley? 14:27 Amen. 14:28 We can still connect. 14:30 And so we're able to do that 14:31 and so Kevin, a couple of days ago, 14:33 on Tuesday morning was sharing the devotional. 14:37 I said, "Wow, Kevin, you know, that just inspired me 14:40 because it, kind of, fits along with our theme." 14:43 You touched on that briefly, JD. 14:44 And what is our theme? 14:46 Yep, 3ABN always has the theme. 14:47 And this year the theme for 3ABN is Look at God. 14:53 Look at God. 14:54 Yeah. 14:56 Praise the Lord, right? Look at God. 14:57 You know, 'cause so many times, 14:58 we have plans and things that we want to do. 15:01 Well, we need to submit them and look at God. 15:04 Unfortunately, I worry. 15:05 Mr. Danny, he says, he's never lost a night's sleep 15:08 worrying about 3ABN. 15:11 Just being honest with you, I actually have at times 15:15 not being able to fall asleep 15:16 or waking up and not being able to fall back asleep 15:18 thinking about 3ABN, right? 15:20 So look at God. 15:21 When I worry about it, 15:22 you know I'm thinking about myself. 15:24 It's like there's no need to worry, Shelley, right? 15:25 That's true. 15:27 God's the one who's got it. 15:28 Look at God because God has it. 15:29 So there's so many ways that 3ABN, right? 15:32 When you did just look at God, 15:33 and praise God for everything that He has done. 15:35 And you think about the wonderful things 15:37 not only the worries and the pain, 15:39 but the wonderful things that God has done. 15:41 Amen. That's right. 15:43 We don't take credit for that. 15:44 We can't say, "Look at 3ABN. 15:46 Look at the people here." 15:47 No, look at God and how He is helping 15:50 the gospel be spread to the world. 15:53 Look at God. 15:54 You know, it says in Isaiah, "Look to Me and be saved." 15:57 We look to God for salvation. 15:59 We look to God for security. 16:01 We look to God for healing and hope and deliverance. 16:04 So this year in 2022, we just want to look at God. 16:07 Amen. 16:08 I wrote this down, and this is what I shared. 16:10 It says, "No matter your background, 16:12 your baggage, your brokenness, look at God. 16:15 No matter your title, your talents, 16:18 your testimony, look at God. 16:21 No matter your education, your ethnicity, 16:23 your expertise, look at God." 16:26 Basically, we can go on and on, right, 16:28 but in everything, look at God. 16:30 Jill referenced to Isaiah, I had Psalm 105:4, 16:32 "Seek the Lord and His strength, 16:34 seek His face evermore." 16:37 So we encourage you, as 3ABN's looking to God, 16:39 you look at God as well. 16:40 But, Kevin, share with us a little bit about 16:42 what your devotional thought 16:43 was here just a couple of days ago? 16:45 So God's been leading me through this whole journey 16:48 of waiting on Him. 16:50 And so the title came to me, The Weight of Waiting. 16:54 It was great. 16:55 The burdens are just... 16:56 You know, sometimes we get so weighed down 16:58 by those things we want, 16:59 especially when it's like... 17:01 There's something it's like, you know it's good for you 17:05 but God still has a timing 17:07 because not only His timing is perfect, 17:10 but it also brings honor and glory to Him 17:13 but also shows us just how truly awesome He is, 17:17 and how concerned and loving He is. 17:21 Recently, I was reading Steps to Christ. 17:23 It's a great book. 17:24 Amen. 17:26 And it was just... 17:27 Honestly, I hadn't read it till just a few weeks ago. 17:31 And so it was just... 17:32 I was just trying to find God in that moment. 17:34 And so He led me to Steps to Christ. 17:36 And just the magnitude of His love, 17:40 just poured over me and just many times 17:42 I was left in tears. 17:44 That's just how wonderful God is 17:46 and just how personal He is. 17:49 Amen. 17:50 And so one of the quotes from that book 17:52 that stood out to me was page 85 and 86. 17:58 It says, "No tears are shed that God does not notice. 18:01 There is no smile that He does not mark. 18:04 If we would but fully believe this, 18:07 all undue anxieties would be dismissed." 18:10 Our lives will not be so filled with disappointment as now, 18:14 for everything, whether great or small, 18:16 would be left in the hands of God, 18:18 who was not perplexed by the multiplicity of cares, 18:22 or overwhelmed by their weight." 18:24 And so it's just... 18:26 How much is just like you had to just have to, 18:28 those things that are waiting on 18:30 and worrying about and sometimes 18:31 just wanting them to happen now. 18:32 I mean, how much do we like waiting? 18:35 I know it's like we're stuck in... 18:38 Usually, it's not like we're sitting in traffic going, 18:40 "Oh yeah, I'm in traffic." 18:42 Or just like, "Oh yeah, 18:44 the line is long to get my food." 18:45 Or it's like afterwards, 18:47 we just throw a two-minute meal in the microwave, 18:48 we're like, "Hurry up, hurry up, hurry up." 18:50 That's true. 18:53 I mean, most of us are like, "Who really enjoys waiting?" 18:57 And then just the other thing that jumped out to me 19:02 is on page 100 of Steps to Christ is, 19:04 "Keep your wants, your joys, your sorrows, your cares, 19:08 and your fears before God. 19:10 You cannot burden Him. 19:11 You cannot weary Him. 19:13 He who numbers the hairs of your head 19:15 is not indifferent to the wants of His children. 19:18 The Lord is very pitiful and of tender mercy, 19:21 James 5:11. 19:23 His heart of love is touched by our sorrows, 19:26 and even by our utterances of them. 19:29 Take to Him everything that perplexes the mind, 19:32 nothing is too great for Him to bear, 19:34 for He holds the worlds. 19:36 He rules over all the affairs of the universe. 19:43 Nothing that in any way concerns 19:46 our peace is too small for Him to notice." 19:48 Wow! Yeah. 19:49 And, so, it's just like... 19:51 And, of course, with the whole theme, 19:52 Look at God, it was like He knows everything. 19:56 And it's like that text come by, 19:57 I don't remember the reference straight away right afterwards. 19:59 It says, "Before we even call, He answers." 20:05 He's right there waiting, 20:07 and just ready and He's just like, 20:08 "Hold on a little longer. 20:10 Your answer's coming. 20:11 It's on the way 20:13 and just take one day at a time." 20:14 Praise God. Go ahead, Shelley. 20:15 You were going to say... 20:17 Yes. Amen. 20:18 I was just thinking, Kevin, you are a great example. 20:19 I look at what God is doing 20:22 with our young people here at 3ABN. 20:24 We have some of the most 20:27 amazing young people 20:30 who are really seeking God's will for their life. 20:33 And I think that's precious, 20:35 and it's such a blessing to work with you. 20:37 Thank you for that. 20:39 I'm going to make this brief 20:40 because everybody knows 20:43 the two years struggle I went through 20:44 but recently it was JD's turn. 20:47 And long story short, 20:49 he was in the hospital three weeks, 20:52 actually, three different hospital admissions. 20:55 They would discharge him one day 20:57 and readmitting the very next day. 21:00 It was very troublesome. 21:04 And I was doing my best to look to God. 21:09 One of my favorite promises is Deuteronomy 33:27. 21:15 That says, "The Eternal God is your refuge." 21:20 Well, think about that. 21:22 God, our Creator God, 21:25 the God who has no beginning, no end. 21:27 The one whose power is unlimited, 21:32 He is our refuge. 21:33 But it says, "The Eternal God is your refuge. 21:38 And underneath are His everlasting arms." 21:42 You know I loved what you said, 21:45 how loving, how personal God is. 21:48 And some of us forget 21:51 that when we're in a fiery trial, 21:55 God's everlasting arms are beneath us. 21:58 He's carrying us through. 22:00 We always pray that we're going to be like Shadrach, 22:02 Meshach and Abednego, 22:04 come to the other end of that fiery trial, 22:08 and not smell like smoke. 22:12 But it's just like Isaiah, God says, "You're mine. 22:16 I've called you by your name. 22:19 I'm not going to let the rivers overwhelm you, 22:21 the fires aren't going to overtake you." 22:24 But it goes on Deuteronomy 33:27, 22:28 "The Eternal God is your refuge, 22:31 underneath are His everlasting arms 22:34 and He will say, 22:37 He will thrust out the enemy, 22:40 saying destroy." 22:42 You know, we got to let God fight our battles. 22:45 We've got to look to God, 22:46 keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ, 22:49 the author and perfecter of our faith. 22:51 But I do know I have to add this. 22:55 People always ask me, 22:56 "Are you guys really as close a family 23:01 as we feel that... 23:04 as it's portrayed on TV?" 23:06 The answer is yes. 23:08 And that's true. 23:09 Very quickly, 23:10 when I went through my situation, 23:13 God taught me the difference in vertical grace, 23:17 the grace that He pours directly 23:19 into my heart straight from heaven, 23:21 and horizontal grace, the grace 23:24 that God expresses to us through others. 23:28 You know we're the hands and feet of God, right? 23:31 But I learned through this experience 23:34 just because of the incredible outpouring 23:37 of support 23:38 can offers to help in different things. 23:42 I came to... 23:44 I was praying this scripture one night, 23:47 and I thought, "God, my 3ABN family 23:52 is representing Your everlasting arms." 23:55 I could just feel Him hugging me 23:58 through the family. 24:00 And I want to say to you at home, 24:02 if you are not a member of a church, 24:06 if you are, maybe you just watch 3ABN 24:10 and you believe in the Lord, 24:11 but you haven't gotten involved in a church, 24:14 there's nothing in the world like a church family. 24:19 And remember that we're family too like JD said. 24:21 You could call and get that hug from God. 24:24 But look at God, what an incredible theme. 24:28 Amen. 24:30 The thing that comes to my mind real quick is, 24:32 I think most people want to be involved. 24:36 We love being involved because I mean, there's... 24:39 because we're accepted or whatever. 24:41 And I thought you did an incredible job, 24:46 at our worship 24:52 is dealing with patients. 24:53 Lord, increase my patience. 24:57 Lord, increase my humility. 25:00 Lord, increase my wisdom. 25:03 Lord, increase my faith 25:05 and, Lord, increase my love. 25:10 He hears, He cares, He does. 25:13 And I just know that 25:15 if I was sitting across my table from my parents, 25:18 and they were saying, "Listen, JD, 25:20 you could probably work on this, 25:21 or you could work on that 25:23 if you would increase your patience, 25:25 you might be able to be a better representative 25:28 and be better to yourself. 25:30 But more than anything, be better to God in your love, 25:34 your humility, your wisdom here." 25:37 So, this morning, I got that... 25:40 Not this morning, Tuesday worship. 25:43 I got that, you know, and I was very, very blessed. 25:51 It's wonderful to see 25:52 how God is working in our youth. 25:54 It's wonderful to see how God is working in senior citizens. 25:59 It's just wonderful to know that God loves each one of us. 26:02 He does have a plan. 26:04 He does. 26:05 And I hear daily, Jesus is coming soon. 26:10 Amen. 26:12 You know, when life is a precious gift, 26:14 and I think God's given us today, 26:16 this very moment. 26:17 And that's to what, 26:19 share the love of Jesus with somebody else, 26:21 a smile, an encouraging word, a handshake, 26:25 whether it's physical or over the phone, right, 26:26 that hug 26:28 till we all can make an impact 26:29 in somebody's life. 26:31 And, Kevin, thank you, again for sharing with us 26:32 on Tuesday morning, corporately on that. 26:35 You can share it to the world. 26:36 I want to just mention this to the call center 26:39 when they're open which, 26:41 that would be regular business hours. 26:44 You can, actually, request a complimentary copy 26:46 of Step to Christ. 26:47 3ABN wants to make that available to you this evening. 26:50 Just call the call center, send an email. 26:52 Kevin was referencing the book Steps to Christ. 26:55 We have some at the call center 26:56 and we'll give those to one per family 26:59 free of charge to you. 27:00 So just call them up and just say, 27:01 "Hey, they said on the Behind the Scenes 27:03 that we could get a free Steps to Christ," 27:04 and we'll gladly send that to you in the United States, 27:08 outside of the United States, it doesn't matter. 27:09 We want that to be a gift for you. 27:11 Amen. That's really important. 27:12 Kevin, I loved what you shared. 27:14 Thank you so much. 27:15 Thank you for being part of the 3ABN family. 27:17 And for... 27:19 I really need that, wait on God. 27:22 I mean, what an incredible lesson 27:25 that we can do as we look to God this year. 27:27 That's beautiful. 27:29 Speaking of what God is doing in this ministry, 27:31 Shelley, talk to us about some new programs 27:34 that are being planned for this year in 2022? 27:38 Well, I have a list of a few 27:40 but there's more that we're still working on. 27:44 I have to just say this. 27:45 We're going to have an exciting camp meeting. 27:48 We're surely hoping by June that first week of June 27:51 that we can do it in person. 27:52 That's right. 27:54 And then we've got the Sabbath School Panels. 27:56 I always think of them as new programs 27:58 because they are such a new series. 28:00 Yes, that's true. 28:01 And it's just... 28:03 I know, it's one of your favorite programs. 28:04 It's one of our favorite programs 28:06 because we get to study together and learn. 28:10 But we have... 28:11 many of you have seen Pastor Steve 28:14 and Tammy Conway on 3ABN. 28:18 They have such a... 28:21 There's something so special. 28:22 They are extremely transparent. 28:26 They are very real. 28:28 They're very authentic people. 28:31 They're going to do a series on marriage. 28:35 We don't have a title for it yet, 28:37 but I'm excited about that 28:39 because I think we're going to get 28:41 some very practical down to earth 28:43 advice by their experience. 28:45 Rise Rafferty is getting ready to do a health program. 28:50 And you know Rise, kind of, specializes in... 28:54 Excuse the word. 28:56 I don't know how else to say it, 28:57 but gut issues. 28:58 Did you know that 70% of your immune system 29:02 is in the gut? 29:03 I mean, we don't take gut health seriously enough. 29:08 Also, the gut is responsible 29:11 for producing serotonin. 29:14 It has like 60%... 29:16 I don't know what that number is for sure. 29:18 So she's going to be doing a health program 29:21 and I know you're going to be blessed by that. 29:24 Chester Clark is going to do 29:30 a, kind of, I think getting closer to Jesus type program. 29:34 Teenie Finley is going to be doing a cooking program 29:37 and she's had some wonderful cookbooks out, 29:40 great recipes. 29:41 And she and Mark are such a blessing. 29:44 When is Mark's new series? 29:45 I don't even remember. Revived by the Spirit. 29:47 It starts airing in March. 29:51 So you can look for it in just a couple months. 29:53 We had recorded it last fall 29:54 and we're just in process of editing 29:56 but it will start airing in March. 29:58 And it's a seven-part series is my memory 30:02 on the Holy Spirit. 30:04 We need to be revived by the Holy Spirit. 30:06 Amen and amen. 30:08 And then I'm very blessed 30:09 that I will be doing a program on God's everlasting covenant. 30:14 You know, this has been something that God... 30:18 This is how He started my journey 30:20 and He actually brought me into the Adventist Church. 30:24 But it's beautiful study over the years 30:28 and I continue to learn. 30:29 You can never... 30:30 I mean, it's just amazing 30:32 how God keeps opening doors sometimes. 30:35 I was just reading, 30:37 I think I was reading the Bible Sabbath before last. 30:41 Something that I'd read 100 times 30:43 and I'm going through, I'm like, 30:45 "I never noticed this, Lord." 30:46 So, it's just amazing 30:49 and we want to thank each one of you for... 30:52 We've got other program ideas 30:54 that we're still trying to put a format together. 30:58 But thank you so much for your support for 3ABN 31:02 because that's why, you know, we do this for you. 31:06 And we want to thank you for your ideas 31:09 and thank you for your support and your prayers. 31:11 Amen. Thank you, Shelley. 31:13 I was just thinking Pastor Rafferty is doing 31:14 a new series on the 28th? 31:15 Oh, I don't even have that. 31:17 Yes, Pastor Rafferty's... 31:21 And he's writing a Bible study series 31:23 to go along with the program. 31:25 So you can watch the program 31:26 and then have like the Bible study guide 31:27 to go along with that. 31:29 I don't know how I missed that one on my list. 31:31 A lot of exciting things happening. 31:32 A lot of exciting things happening, yes. 31:36 Plus all the other networks too, you know, 31:37 and all the programming there going to be... 31:38 I mean productions are always super busy, 31:41 but this year is no exception. 31:43 A lot is going on, but they're so exciting. 31:45 You know it's really about spreading the gospel. 31:47 That's exactly what it's all about. 31:50 Ms. Shelley, I want to also... 31:51 We want to wish you a happy birthday to you. 31:53 Earlier this week you had a birthday 31:55 and we're just again praising the Lord for you. 31:58 Of course, Brother JD and every family member here 32:00 but God is good. 32:02 Life is a gift as we mentioned, and we're so thankful 32:04 that you're part of the 3ABN family 32:06 able to do programming 32:07 and still helping us out in so many ways. 32:09 Well, I have to just say to you at home. 32:13 Every day is a gift from God, every day. 32:17 So every day wake up and thank Him 32:20 and don't waste a one because time is life 32:23 and how you invest your time is how you invest your life. 32:27 Good. Amen. 32:29 We're going to trade out some guests here. 32:30 Kevin, thank you so much for being here 32:32 and for sharing the worship 32:33 that you had shared with us this week 32:35 and your heart for God, I just love that. 32:37 So thank you. 32:38 We're going to go to some music and after that, 32:41 we're going to introduce you to Pastor Claude Turner. 32:44 You'll hear some from him 32:46 and more from our Pastoral Department. 32:47 But this music is brought to us by Layke Jones. 32:50 We so appreciate his voice. 32:52 He has an incredible voice and his heart for ministry. 32:57 And he'll be doing a song with Tim Parton on the piano, 33:00 That Sounds Like Home To Me. 33:17 Somewhere just across 33:21 The Jordan River 33:27 There is a place of everlasting joy 33:33 And peace 33:37 Where the stream of life 33:41 Is flowing there forever 33:47 And the crown of life 33:51 Is waiting there for me 33:57 That sounds like home to me 34:02 Right where I want to be 34:07 There'll be no tears to fill 34:13 Our eyes again 34:18 The hills will echo with the story 34:24 As we sing of His grace and glory 34:29 Where the Saints of God will be 34:35 That sounds like home 34:39 To me 34:48 They say there's only joy inside 34:55 That city 34:59 A crystal river 35:03 Flowing by the tree 35:07 Of life 35:11 No pain, no disappointments 35:17 There will hurt us 35:23 For Jesus Christ Himself 35:29 Will be the light 35:34 That sounds like home to me 35:40 Right where I want to be 35:46 There'll be no tears to fill 35:52 our eyes again 35:58 The hills will echo with the story 36:03 As we sing of His grace and glory 36:08 Where the Saints of God will be 36:15 That sounds like home 36:19 To me 36:22 The hills will echo with the story 36:28 As we sing of His grace 36:32 And glory 36:38 Where the Saints of God will be 36:45 That sounds like home 36:50 To me 37:08 Amen. 37:09 Thank you so much, Layke and Tim Parton. 37:10 What an incredible song, It Sounds Like Home To Me. 37:14 I tell you what? 37:16 JD, you mentioned it earlier 37:17 about so many people looking forward 37:19 to second coming, right, of Jesus Christ. 37:21 We all do. 37:22 We all want to be faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. 37:25 Well, this is a real treat for us. 37:26 We have on the set as we mentioned earlier, 37:29 Pastor Claude Turner. 37:31 It's a privilege, sir, 37:32 to have you here on the set here at 3ABN. 37:36 And we mentioned about a centenarian being on the set, 37:39 but tell us how old you're going to be next week. 37:43 Well, yes, it'll be 102. 37:48 For anyone who's counting. Look at God. 37:51 I mean, got all of this hair. 37:53 It looks good. 37:54 And Claude is the most unique person... 37:58 One of the most unique persons that I've ever met. 38:00 You could sit at Claude's feet all day long 38:03 and like a little boy and just listen to him 38:07 because he's got so much wisdom. 38:09 And I mean, he goes back... 38:10 I mean, who goes back 100 years? 38:13 I've never really known anybody who's over 100 years old. 38:19 You hear people you know, 38:20 but I've never really known anybody. 38:22 But boy, being 100 years old and their mind works well, 38:26 you can just draw any direction. 38:29 And you're just going to keep coming up 38:31 with a bucket full of water. 38:33 It's just fantastic. You were born in Colorado? 38:36 I was born in Haxtun, Colorado, 38:40 18 miles south of Haxtun, 38:44 out on a farm my father 38:46 had tried to purchase 38:50 but went bankrupt eventually 38:53 and had to move 38:54 that was back in the depression that time. 38:57 Yeah. 38:59 But then, there came a time when you were just about what, 39:02 17 or 18 years old 39:04 that you decide you want to be a pastor? 39:07 Right. 39:09 What happened at that particular time? 39:11 Well, 39:13 I attended our little church school 39:21 about four miles from home we rode horseback. 39:27 But then I decided I want to go be a pastor 39:32 and went to Campion Academy that's near Loveland. 39:37 And when you think of Loveland, 39:39 you think of Elder HMS Richards. 39:42 Yes, and that's where Voice of Prophecy is right now. 39:46 That's right. 39:47 Why, Pastor Turner, why did you want to be a pastor 39:51 because you mentioned the age of 17? 39:52 So you're a young man, 39:54 why did you want to become a pastor? 39:57 Well, that's a good question. 40:01 But many times, 40:05 in my experience, 40:07 I had experiences 40:08 that made me think about the future. 40:13 And so my grandparents also lived up 40:18 in Loveland 40:19 and so that gave me a place 40:23 to start from. 40:26 Yeah, I think about your years of ministry 40:28 and I just want to mention this to you now 40:29 because Mr. Danny Shelton would love to be on the set 40:32 with Pastor Turner. 40:34 And when I talked with Mr. Danny this week, 40:35 he said, "Oh, Pastor Turner is going to be on the set." 40:38 And Danny says... 40:40 When Danny was 10 years old, he attended summer camp. 40:44 And he said, I believe that you were the youth director, 40:47 I think for the conference or maybe for the Lake Union. 40:50 I'm not sure but you're the youth director. 40:52 And Mr. Danny said 40:53 that Pastor Claude had so much patience 40:56 with all of us boys that were so rambunctious 40:59 and so mischievous, 41:01 that Mr. Danny's dad said, 41:03 "Pastor Claude Turner for all of his patience, 41:06 he's going to live to be 100 years old." 41:08 Is that right? And here you are, 102. 41:11 But Mr. Danny, of course, sends his greetings to you. 41:14 He's been... 41:15 Of course, it's so neat how God just works those things out 41:17 but he has so much respect and so much regard for you. 41:20 And Mr. Danny said, 41:21 "Pastor Turner has a heart of an evangelist. 41:25 His heart beats evangelism, always has." 41:28 And Danny appreciates the impact 41:29 you've made on his life and even for starting 3ABN. 41:34 So tell us a little bit about your experience 41:36 in the ministry? 41:38 So you went into the ministry and had for how many years? 41:41 Well, I think together 41:44 but I think it's been about 46 41:49 or something of that nature. 41:53 But where I started out, 41:57 when I graduated from Champion, 42:00 I went to Union College, 42:03 and then to the seminary and went back 42:08 to the Colorado Conference. 42:13 And I believe I was there five years, 42:16 and then I came back to Illinois, 42:21 and I landed in Galesburg, 42:25 then Springfield, alter. 42:29 It seems like in my ministry, 42:34 I had the most churches, 42:38 I think of any pastor, 42:41 but they always gave me a small one. 42:44 There was a one at Galesburg, 42:46 run here and run there and run there 42:49 but I ended up in Downers Grove. 42:53 Hinsdale Sanitarium 42:56 was expanding 42:59 and they wanted to make a place 43:03 where their church was also overflowing. 43:08 And so they wanted to start a new church 43:11 and so they went to Downers Grove 43:13 just four or five six miles 43:17 away from Hinsdale Church 43:20 and we bought a piece of property. 43:24 I remember 43:27 our building 43:31 committee meeting, 43:33 and we looked at different pictures 43:36 and decided which church we wanted to build it like. 43:42 And believe it or not, I was telling David, 43:46 my son, the other day that I like to go back 43:49 to some of those churches. 43:52 And he says, "Well, I've got pictures of some of them." 43:55 So he brought it over and he brought me the picture 43:59 of the church we copied ours from. 44:03 And I was there for six years, 44:06 and we built the church and parsonage 44:10 and then I got a call, 44:13 I believe to the California Conference. 44:18 You know one thing that's really impressed me, 44:20 and you have an article here 44:22 which means something to you, 44:25 "Bloom where you are planted." 44:28 What I've noticed about you is that it makes 44:31 no difference who you meet, 44:33 you're evangelizing. 44:35 That's right. You know that Jesus loves you. 44:38 I mean, it's... 44:39 What an inspiration you are to me, personally 44:42 because you go through life 44:46 and there's people that walk the talk. 44:49 There's a lot of people who can share, 44:50 talk a good talk, 44:52 but then do things in a different way. 44:54 But I mean to me personally, 44:56 you do walk the talking 44:57 but you got Illinois country living there. 45:00 I have no idea. I know it's a pretty picture 45:03 but how profound it is, 45:09 bloom where you are planted? 45:11 Why is that so important to you? 45:14 Well, I was thinking 45:17 that as a pastor, 45:22 in those days 45:24 we didn't have much of a choice, 45:29 especially when you just come into a conference. 45:35 They oftentimes tell you 45:38 where they want you to be a pastor. 45:41 And the first district 45:44 I had in Colorado 45:47 was the Sterling district. 45:51 Now Sterling, Colorado, 45:53 if you noticed the map is up in the Northeast corner, 45:57 and down below it 46:01 about 15-20 miles 46:04 is a foreign church. 46:06 That's my original church. Wow. 46:09 And believe it or not, 46:12 back then when they built the church, 46:15 they also across the street built school. 46:19 So they had a two teachers school, 46:22 evidently, before my time 46:26 but when I became 46:29 a pastor there, 46:32 we just had very few. 46:34 And what do you do as a pastor 46:40 in a large church 46:42 and then three or four small churches? 46:45 Well, they expect you to meet all their needs 46:51 and so usually a lot of opportunity to develop. 46:55 And they weren't too critical 46:59 about all the mistakes you make. 47:03 Yeah, amen. Wow! 47:05 And so after we talk, JD, 47:08 walks across our front room. 47:12 And I noticed this picture there, 47:16 Bloom where you're planted. 47:19 So I think the point is, 47:23 once you're put in a position like that, 47:26 it's time for you to get busy 47:28 and start producing some fruit. 47:32 So I was there in the very church 47:36 where I was brought up as a child 47:40 and that was my first pastoring. 47:42 Amen. One thing... 47:45 Go ahead. 47:46 I was just going to say I wanted to fast forward 47:48 for just a moment. 47:49 It's super. 47:50 What a privilege it is for us to have Pastor Turner here 47:54 at 3ABN in your retirement years. 47:58 You could be coasting or resting or doing something, 48:02 but you volunteer at 3ABN 48:06 in our Pastoral Department. 48:09 Well, after going 48:12 from Colorado, 48:17 I went to California, 48:19 this chaplain at Loma Linda. 48:24 And after that, 48:28 I came here to visit my son 48:34 who was working here 48:36 and you were in the old building. 48:39 That's right. 48:40 So that, kind of, gives you an idea 48:42 how long ago that was. 48:44 Oh, yeah, that's the Uplink building. 48:46 And David was taking me around. 48:50 He said, "Now, this is a Pastoral Department." 48:55 And the phone was ringing, 48:59 there's nobody else around. 49:01 He said, "Well, somebody calling in?" 49:04 He said, "Well, you're a pastor, 49:06 why don't you answer it?" 49:08 I said, "No, no." 49:10 "Well, go ahead, you're a pastor, 49:12 see what they want." 49:14 And so I picked it up 49:15 and there was somebody at the end of the other line. 49:20 And I started talking, 49:23 like we have calls coming every day, 49:27 you know, once it went dead. 49:30 And I said, "Hello, hello." 49:33 Well, I just said, "I guess something's wrong." 49:37 So it's really back then that I realized, 49:41 maybe even before you folks did, 49:44 that you folk need a new phone system. 49:47 That's right. We agree. 49:51 So I was pastor 49:57 at different churches 49:59 earlier in the 50:01 Northern areas 50:07 but then I went back. 50:10 And when I finished 50:19 in California, 50:22 I came back to visit David again 50:26 and went up to the Pastoral Department. 50:30 That's when I first met you I believe. Yeah. 50:33 And you said, "Well, what are you doing?" 50:37 "Well, I'm retired." 50:39 "Well, how would you like to be a pastor again?" 50:44 I said, "It sounds good to me." 50:47 That's great. 50:49 So since then that was nearly three 50:51 and a half years ago. 50:53 Three and a half years ago. 50:54 So it's, kind of, like, you know, there was the... 50:58 It's kind of like the teacher was there to instruct 51:01 the student, but it didn't take very long 51:05 and the student was instructing the teacher. 51:08 And how he was talking earlier 51:13 about patience, 51:15 about listening, about caring... 51:16 Yes, waiting. 51:18 And so, you know, Pastor Claude, 51:20 he exemplifies that because he cares. 51:24 That's right. No, I agree. 51:26 And we just want to say thank you to you 51:28 because you've mentioned your son, 51:29 David, as Dave Turner. 51:31 So many of you have maybe seen his name on the sets. 51:33 He's one of the talented construction gentlemen. 51:37 He's a craftsman. 51:38 And he's kind of retired though he's still involved in a sense 51:42 he volunteers from time to time and helps us out 51:44 a little bit still here at 3ABN 51:45 but that's the son you're referring to. 51:47 And he's our neighbor, 51:49 I just got to get that in there. 51:50 Yes, Davis and then of course, Pastor Turner is. 51:53 And, of course, Ann is another person 51:56 that volunteers for Pastoral Department. 51:58 She does a great job. 51:59 You may have talked to her on the phone as well. 52:00 She's our neighbor, as well. 52:02 So we, kind of, got a pastoral team around, 52:04 Jill and myself. 52:06 Just one more thing JD and Shelley, 52:08 is that I also want to mention to you, 52:10 thank you for your vision. 52:12 You know, I think about your vision 52:13 because you could actually just sit back 52:16 and just as Jill mentioned, coast, 52:18 and not really do anything. 52:19 This gentleman has tremendous vision. 52:21 And we want to say thank you 52:23 also because you've seen our need for a phone system 52:25 that is in the works. 52:27 Thanks to you, your vision, 52:28 your support to make that happen. 52:30 We're super excited about that. 52:31 We'll be sharing more detail later with you about that. 52:34 But thank you for being willing to pick up the phone still, 52:38 to pray with somebody, to give them words of wisdom, 52:42 to share Bible scriptures with them. 52:44 That's inspiring. Isn't that JD, I mean that vision? 52:46 It did most certainly 52:48 because as we mentioned earlier, 52:50 hurting people out there 52:52 and that's one of our big needs right here. 52:55 We need more volunteers. 52:57 Well, all of a sudden we might have 20 people 52:59 decide they'd like to volunteer and help to... 53:02 I mean they've spent their whole life pastoring 53:04 and all of a sudden, 53:06 and I'm using this term with love. 53:07 You put out the pastor, okay, because you paid your dues, 53:11 but you haven't got started yet. 53:14 What am I going to do with all that knowledge 53:16 and love that I have? 53:18 Well, we would like to be able to have 53:20 the facilities that we could just 53:22 from their home, 53:24 be able to sit and make those connections 53:26 with the people that care. 53:28 And so, Claude has made that clear. 53:33 There is a place out there. There is a need out there. 53:36 What we need is a system. 53:38 Well, it just so happens we had a pandemic, 53:41 all the fortune 500 companies, 53:43 they all started working at home, 53:45 and so now the facilities are there and they're ready. 53:49 So sitting here and trying to connect all the dots, 53:52 and so just because Claude is, 53:56 and I can't even say the word, Shelley helped me, 53:58 a centenarian. 54:00 Centenarian. There you go. 54:03 He still thinks like a young man. 54:06 Yes. There is a need. 54:09 We think that we can jump on to this wagon 54:12 but it's not for our benefit. 54:14 It's for those hurting people at home. 54:16 That's right. Amen. 54:18 We're living in a time 54:19 when people are really concerned, 54:20 "What's going on here? 54:22 Is this the end of time? 54:24 And can you pray for me?" 54:27 Well, yes, we'll be happy 54:28 to but we got to take care of this. 54:30 We got to take care of this. We got to take care of that. 54:32 So therefore we're trying to connect the dots 54:34 and we certainly don't have the time today 54:37 to talk about all this, 54:38 but we just wanted to plant the seed. 54:40 We want everybody to get to know Claude 54:42 a little bit better and what a wonderful man. 54:46 Amen. Yeah, what an inspiration. 54:48 What a wonderful man. 54:49 And you know the other day this is, kind of, 54:51 a profound, just a real quick. 54:53 I can't help be 102. 54:55 Why is everybody making such a big deal out of being 102? 55:00 It's just like I said a while ago. 55:02 I mean, I'm getting on up there, 55:04 but I never had a friend that's been over 100. 55:07 So whether or not it means anything to you, 55:10 it certainly means a whole lot to us 55:12 because there is a wealth of wisdom. 55:15 And you find out that just because you're 100 55:19 doesn't mean you don't have anything to do. 55:21 And I just want to add one thing, it's not... 55:24 You've had such a personal experience with God 55:28 all your life. 55:29 You understand His love. 55:31 You reflect and project that I had a friend 55:34 who called here and you prayed with her. 55:37 And she said I felt like I was talking directly to God 55:40 so that's something that's beautiful as you 55:44 understand God's plan. 55:46 Pastor Turner, 55:47 so we've just got a couple of minutes left. 55:49 In one minute, do you have any closing thoughts, 55:52 something that's on your mind you want to share 55:53 with somebody at home right now that's on your mind? 55:56 Well, one day, Ann and I... 56:02 And I met Ann, 56:04 she's my caregiver and there's a big story there. 56:07 But she would not be here taking care of me today 56:12 had it not been 3ABN Pastoral. 56:16 But that's why the thought is so important to me, 56:20 bloom where you're planted. 56:21 Amen. 56:23 I was placed here and I'm placed here. 56:28 I have had a broad experience in all these years 56:32 but the point is that wherever I am, 56:36 I feel a responsibility to bloom 56:39 or to meet the personal needs of that area. 56:44 Amen. Well said. 56:46 Thank you so much, Pastor Turner. 56:48 Amen. 56:49 Thank you for your heart for God. 56:51 Thank you for your ministry. 56:53 Thank you for blooming, 56:54 where you're planted and thank you, JD and Shelley, 56:56 for being here for sharing this first hour with us. 57:00 Look at God. 57:01 Look at the ways that God is working in 57:03 and through this ministry, 57:04 your ministry 3ABN 57:06 and look at how God is working 57:08 in and through your life at home. 57:11 Sometimes we think, "God's working over here 57:13 and God's working over here 57:14 but is He really working in my life?" 57:16 But I want to assure you to look, 57:19 God is at work even now in your life. 57:22 Don't go anywhere 57:24 because we have a full second hour coming up. 57:27 We're going to hear from Jason Bradley 57:29 and Francine Bergmann. 57:31 We call her Aunt Francine and Bobby Davis. 57:35 Bobby Davis is another person 57:36 that we don't always get on the set, 57:38 so I'm very excited about that. 57:40 So stay with us for the second hour 57:42 as we continue to turn our eyes upon Jesus. 57:46 Amen. We love you. |
