The Lord is good. 01:43 You know, it's exciting to be alive right now. 01:45 There are so many things happening in this world 01:48 and, you know, God has a work for each one of us to do. 01:51 And that includes you there too at home. 01:54 I read this little scripture this morning in my devotions, 01:56 and I thought I'd just share that. 01:58 I thought it kind of fit. 01:59 It's 1 Corinthians 15:58. 02:02 And it says, 02:03 "Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters..." 02:05 So that's you and that's me. Okay. 02:07 So, "Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, 02:10 stand firm, 02:12 let nothing move you. 02:14 Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord 02:18 because you know that your labor in the Lord 02:20 is not in vain." 02:22 You know what? 02:23 That scripture encouraged me this morning. 02:25 And I hope it encourages you too, 02:26 because you know times, 02:27 it can look a little bit tough in the world, 02:29 but you know what? 02:30 God is alive and well. 02:32 And as Mr. Danny Shelton always says, 02:33 we know we've read the end of the book, 02:36 which is the Bible. 02:37 And we know that we have won. 02:39 So we know that Jesus Christ is coming very soon. 02:41 So tonight's program is gonna go by in a hurry. 02:44 We have a lot of exciting reports 02:46 to share with you 02:47 because this is truly your 3ABN 02:49 is because of your prayers and financial support 02:52 for this ministry, your ministry, 02:54 that the gospel is able to go around the world. 02:57 And you know, it's so exciting is that souls are being won 03:00 to the Lord Jesus Christ. 03:01 Amen. 03:03 Sweetheart, what's on your mind tonight? 03:04 And maybe you can introduce who we have with us too? 03:05 Absolutely. 03:07 I love this time together 03:08 because we get to share with you 03:09 when you are our family. 03:11 Right. 03:12 I love Behind the Scenes, 03:14 especially because we share the updates, 03:15 what God is doing in the ministry. 03:16 And tonight, it's all about evangelism. 03:18 Amen. 03:20 We're gonna see how the gospel is going to Cuba 03:21 and John Dinzey is there now. 03:23 And I think we have a special roll from him. 03:25 We're gonna hear how the gospel's going down 03:27 under to Australia. 03:29 And we're going to get to Skype in 03:32 with John and Rosemary Malkiewycz 03:33 from Australia. 03:35 We're gonna see how the gospel is going 03:37 to the country of Uganda 03:39 and spreading throughout that country, 03:42 evangelistic opportunities. 03:44 We might even talk about some opportunities with books, 03:49 for sharing the gospel. 03:50 I'm thinking in particular of Pastor John Lomacang's book, 03:53 The Three Angels' Messages, 03:55 and that's an incredible evangelistic opportunity. 03:58 We're gonna talk about camp meeting. 04:00 We know y'all love camp meetings. 04:01 Oh, yes. 04:03 And we want to be able to share what is coming up. 04:05 We have two camp meetings coming up. 04:06 Oh, my. 04:07 Both the Adventist virtual camp meeting. 04:10 This is in conjunction 04:11 with the Seventh-day Adventist Church 04:13 and 3ABN's summer camp meeting, 04:16 which will take place in June. 04:17 But let's introduce the family. 04:19 We have Mr. Danny Shelton, 04:20 founder and corporate consultant 04:22 here for 3ABN... 04:23 Great to be here. Beautiful. 12:06 Thank you, Tim Parton and Layke Jones, 12:07 incredible talent. 12:09 Dr. Yvonne, I can see you there enjoying that music, 12:11 what's on your heart? 12:13 You know, we've often talked about this, 12:15 but there's a difference 12:16 between performance and ministry 12:18 and he just has a spirit of ministry to me. 12:22 So his voice just, it's just, 12:24 there's an anointing as you says on him. 12:26 And so, it's just so beautiful. 12:28 And, of course, Tim, 12:29 with the anointing and so 12:31 music can reach you where other things can't. 12:34 So it's just so beautiful. 12:35 Amen. 12:37 What a powerful message in song. 12:38 I love that. 12:40 How deep the father's love. Amen. 12:41 Sorry, I just interrupted you about that. 12:42 No. Go for it. 12:44 I love that about music. 12:46 You know, it prepares the heart for worship. 12:48 Amen. 12:49 Not only, I mean, it can be worship in the morning 12:51 and I listen to music 12:53 'cause I have worship sometimes, 12:54 you know, with God that time with Him 12:56 or prepare the heart for the spoken word 12:58 when you have the song. 12:59 What a gift that is. 13:01 Thanking both so much. Yes. 13:04 You know, the letters that come in 13:07 that need prayer requests. 13:09 So they'll come upstairs 13:10 and pastoral prays over all the letters 13:12 when y'all request the prayer. 13:14 And as I'm reading through the letters, 13:17 it amazes me because I was a... 13:19 I'm wanna be musician. 13:22 I wanna be musician. 13:24 I'm wanna be, I've always wanted to be. 13:26 It's just that I lack a little talent. 13:31 Glad, it's just a little bit. But I wanna be. 13:33 Lot of us like to do. 13:35 Anyway, it's amazing 13:37 of how many people loved Tim Parton. 13:40 Oh, yeah. 13:42 And the music channel. Yeah. 13:43 I mean, it is really, really popular. 13:46 Yeah. It just... 13:48 People are blessed. 13:49 They are blessed and nature we're saying, 13:52 you know, it's just so many different ways 13:53 that people are blessed. 13:55 And thank you for your vision. 13:56 Mr. Danny, that has been a dream of viewers to, 13:58 of course, have the sound center, 13:59 which we've had now for about 20 some years, 14:01 haven't we? 14:02 But also music channel. 14:03 Go ahead. You were gonna say something. 14:05 Well, the music, it draws people. 14:07 I've said this in the past. 14:08 Sometimes you go to work 14:10 and you work all day and you work for a boss that, 14:13 you know, around people, who's cussing. 14:15 You are not happy with things. 14:17 You come home 14:18 and maybe your spouse is in a bad mood. 14:19 And so they're giving you a hard time. 14:22 And now you turn on the television, 14:24 you turn on the preacher and he's telling you, 14:26 watch out or you going to hell 14:28 if you don't do this, that and the other. 14:29 And so now he's kind of jumping on you. 14:31 There's just times that you just need to listen 14:34 'cause the Lord speak, you need to relax. 14:36 We need to find out about God's love 14:38 and not so much concentrate on the other, 14:40 but the goodness of God rather than the, 14:43 you know, but a lot of these channels, 14:44 that's what you see in here. 14:46 And so when you come home, 14:48 you can just sit down or maybe driving home on the radio. 14:51 You just hear that, and you feel the anointing, 14:54 the Holy Spirit. 14:56 And with me, 14:57 it just draws me into a much deeper 15:00 worship relationship with the Lord. 15:02 I've written songs, 15:03 and a lot of them are later in the evening, 15:05 at night when I'm by myself and just me and God, 15:08 and you have to be real with Him 15:10 and, Lord, you know, just forgive me 15:12 and you know me, 15:14 and then you start at all my praise, 15:17 I give you all my praise 15:19 and then I write little songs like that. 15:21 And it doesn't do anybody else any good? 15:23 It sure helps me. 15:24 So music has been great. 15:27 And in my life it's something that's very steady, it's there. 15:30 And then to be married to Yvonne that that's music. 15:34 I mean, she loves it. Amen. 15:36 Incredible, incredibly gifted. That's right. 15:38 And she's been literally from out in the world to now 15:41 just serving the Lord and that's all she wants to do 15:44 and what she'll do with her talent, 15:46 which is so great. 15:48 I love to incorporate music, 15:50 like you were talking about, Jilly, and to worship, 15:53 and there is a song 15:55 that I just can't get out of my head 15:57 because it just ushers me into the presence of God. 16:01 And so I play it, 16:04 now, I'm playing it like every morning, 16:06 I hope you're hearing, I mean, I'm playing it every morning. 16:09 And it's just so beautiful. 16:10 But it just there's, there are just some songs 16:14 that just usher you into His presence. 16:17 And then I find myself humming it during the day. 16:19 I know somebody is gonna be asking what that is. 16:22 You might well tell us. 16:24 I might as well say it. I've been waiting. 16:25 It's a song called Bow Down and Worship Him 16:28 by Benjamin Dube. 16:30 Nice. 16:31 And it's in concert, 16:35 he's doing a concert 16:36 and it is just beautiful somewhere in Africa. 16:40 Wow. 16:41 And I just discovered him on YouTube 16:43 and I play the song now every morning 16:45 as I'm having worship. 16:46 Amen. It's just beautiful. 16:48 And for a few months, 16:49 she went with, He is here, is that... 16:50 He is here. 16:52 And I was playing that over and over, over and over again, 16:55 you know because it's... 16:56 Every morning, I mean, I'd hear but it's beautiful every time, 16:58 then she'd come and put it on the TV screen, 17:00 she'd listen to it for worship. 17:03 Then you sat there 17:04 and there was such an anointing. 17:05 It's such a great song. It's so beautiful. 17:07 And music can be used and should be. 17:09 That's why music was given to us a worship. 17:12 It's a gift from God. 17:14 It's a gift from God to worship Him. 17:16 So, yeah. Amen. 17:17 It definitely plows up the heart too 17:20 to be able to receive the word. 17:23 That's why so often in church, 17:25 we start with music 17:27 because it plows up that hardened area of our hearts. 17:31 And then we're ready to receive. 17:33 Ellen White says that 17:34 music is as important as prayer, 17:36 but you can't tell in some of our churches, 17:38 when you go there, it's like, we're just reading, 17:39 get through... 17:41 Let's get through that. 17:42 Now let's get into the sermon, 17:43 but it literally prepares you and opens your heart, you know? 17:46 And the worship atmosphere and attitude 17:49 put you in music and prayer of course. 17:51 Amen. Yeah, absolutely. 17:53 Now music is a powerful instrument 17:55 and it's a great gift and talent, 17:57 you know, that God has given to us. 17:58 And thank you, Mr. Danny, I wanna just say for sharing 18:00 your talents and gifts through the years, 18:02 because it blessed my family. 18:04 When I was a youngster 18:05 and we were listening to Mr. Danny, 18:07 and I didn't realize at the time, 18:08 but you wrote many of those songs too. 18:09 And I... 18:11 And mending broken people, you didn't write that song, 18:12 but that's again another powerful song 18:14 that has been playing on the Today program for years, 18:17 you know, just talks about we're here, right? 18:18 We're being mended, 18:20 but we're also here as a ministry 18:21 to mend other people as well. 18:23 It was kind of amazing 'cause you have quite a few tours. 18:26 There's people come here, you know, and everything. 18:28 And I go to studio way. 18:30 Oh, yes. 18:31 Always see this daily. 18:32 Then I go to then control rooms. 18:34 And they're just amazed at how complicated it looks 18:38 and how you have to know 18:39 which button to push at the right time. 18:41 And it's just to create 3ABN. 18:46 And then I take them to be, 18:47 and oh, you know, it's just, oh, wow, we're familiar. 18:50 Get to look at the green screen. 18:52 Get to explain that. 18:53 And how up-to-date everything is, 18:55 it's gonna be funny talking about the LED now. 18:58 But then I said, now we've got something special 19:01 as I'm going into toward the boss. 19:04 He stepped outside for midnight 19:06 may be hot, may be cold, maybe rainy, 19:08 but you've got to say this, 19:10 open up the back door, come on out. 19:13 Now look over there 19:14 about a quarter of a mile down there. 19:16 You see that how's that studio 19:19 as fancy as anything there is in Nashville. 19:21 This is where Danny makes it, and oh, oh, you know, 19:27 everybody wants to know, 19:29 because I mean, this, 19:31 it doesn't get any better than music 19:33 that comes out of 3ABN. 19:34 And a lot of great music has been produced there. 19:36 Yes. There has. 19:38 And a lot of great artists and musicians 19:40 and you've spoken 19:41 of some Nashville String Machine. 19:42 And I mean, you name them and they've been there and... 19:45 It's incredible. Yeah. 19:46 It really is. 19:48 So we've been talking about music 19:49 and we wanna tell you that 19:50 you can get 3ABN Praise Him Network, 19:52 just go to your app because it's not on the G19 satellite, 19:55 but you can get on Roku, Amazon Fire, or the 3ABN app. 19:59 And you can just download that. 20:00 You can listen to our 3ABN Praise Him Network, 20:03 but also radio has a music channel as well. 20:06 And that's all included in the app. 20:08 So we're talking about music. 20:10 That's how you can listen to 3ABN music. 20:13 You talked about Cuba. 20:14 Maybe you want to talk about Cuba 20:15 'cause we have an incredible update 20:17 that we just received from Pastor John Dinzey. 20:18 Absolutely. 20:20 Pastor John Dinzey just went down there 20:21 a couple of weeks ago, 20:23 you know, when you go to Cuba, you have to quarantine, 20:25 you get in there to the airport and then quarantine. 20:28 And then I think it's five days, 20:30 he said five nights and four days 20:32 or six nights anyways. 20:33 It's about five days he has to quarantine... 20:35 In a government approved hotel. Yes. 20:38 And then he was released from that quarantine 20:40 and had special meetings 20:42 with the officials of the package 20:45 and the church leadership over there in Cuba. 20:49 So I think he put together a little roll for us. 20:51 This is him in the airport getting ready to go. 20:53 And then we have another one with him there in Cuba. 20:55 Yeah. 20:56 When he landed right there in Cuba, 20:58 the communication while he's been in Cuba 20:59 has been a little bit spotty. 21:00 It's been kind of hard, 21:02 but he did say in a little line to us 21:03 exciting news. 21:05 Can't wait to tell you when I get back. 21:06 So this week he's kind of back to 3ABN, 21:08 so we're looking forward to hearing the full story. 21:10 We wanna go to the short roll right now on his trip to Cuba. 21:14 It's May 6th early in the morning, 21:16 about 7:30 in the morning. 21:18 May 6th, I will arrive 21:19 actually tomorrow, May 7th in Cuba. 21:23 So praise the Lord for this opportunity 21:24 to advance the gospel through the El Paquete, the package. 21:29 So praise the Lord. 21:30 As you can see, the airport is rather empty, 21:33 not too many travelers today, 21:35 but this is gonna be a long journey, 21:38 but by God's grace we'll make it. 21:40 And we have meetings with the council of churches, 21:44 meetings with the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 21:46 and meetings with the package 21:50 and the people that run the package. 21:51 And so we praise the Lord for this opportunity 21:54 and we hope to bring you good news, 21:56 more good news as we continue this trip. 21:58 God bless. 22:03 Well, I'm in Havana, Cuba, 22:04 just cleared customs a moment ago. 22:06 And I praise the Lord, 22:07 I arrived safely in Havana, Cuba. 22:09 And I came out of that door from customs. 22:12 It's been a long day, long trip issues with flight delays 22:17 and random interviews by customs 22:20 and many other things, 22:22 even questions about what am I doing here? 22:25 Why are you here? Different things like that. 22:27 But waiting to get into a hotel, 22:30 it's been a long, long trip, 22:32 and I'm hoping to get out of that door 22:36 right there, right there very soon. 22:39 So praise the Lord. 22:41 We hope great things 22:43 that will happen here in Cuba 22:45 for the advancing of the gospel. 22:48 Praise the Lord. 22:51 Amen. 22:52 We thank Pastor Johnny 22:54 for recording that on his cell phone there 22:55 as he was in his journey. 22:57 I know it was a very long trip, 22:58 but there were a number of delays. 22:59 And one of his flights left, 23:01 I believe at 1:00 A.M in the morning 23:02 to get into Cuba, but thank you. 23:04 You know, we just want to say thank you 23:05 because this project in Cuba is absolutely incredible. 23:09 Mr. Danny's mentioned, this reminds him of Russia 23:11 when Russia, that opportunity opened up there 23:13 and you know what? 23:14 You all stepped forward and supported that project. 23:16 And you have done the very same thing 23:19 and are continuing to do the very same thing 23:21 here for 3ABN, Cuba. 23:22 The funds have come in to help sponsor this project. 23:25 Pastor Johnny, and I hope to get those details 23:27 when he comes back here, 23:29 but he was negotiating some prices 23:30 to put 3ABN on that package over there. 23:33 And it's amazing thinking about technology 23:36 and just how the gospel can just go to so many people. 23:38 It has the opportunity of going 23:40 to the entire population of Cuba. 23:42 And it's about 11 million is the population of Cuba. 23:45 And it's the first Christian channel 23:49 on the package. 23:50 That's just, when I was getting ready to ask you. 23:52 It's incredible. This is the... 23:53 It's the first and only, isn't it? 23:55 That is correct. 23:57 Look at God. 24:00 That's a good way to say it. 24:01 Yeah. 36:15 My seminars regarding grace part one and two, 36:18 and as it, as I got going, 36:21 I think the first seminar is more explaining about grace 36:25 and what grace is. 36:27 And, you know, if you understand 36:29 God's greatest gifts of grace. 36:31 Who's the greatest gifts of grace? 36:33 Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and the Word. 36:37 Then you understand the effects of grace 36:39 and that even obedience is by grace. 36:42 So that was the first seminar 36:45 is just kind of talking about grace. 36:48 And then the second seminar is basically 36:51 why we have to guard it. 36:53 What the Bible talks about. 36:55 I was backsliding or turning away. 36:59 You could say 37:01 it disproves any idea of once saved always saved, 37:03 but why we have to guard grace. 37:05 Amen. 37:07 Pastor John Lomacang is gonna do a couple of seminars. 37:10 He's not here now, 37:11 but he will be here the next hour. 37:12 But he's talking about 37:14 the Final Coalition part one and two, 37:16 which is focused specifically on end time events 37:18 in the Book of Revelation. 37:20 Pastor Ryan Day did... 37:22 Is doing a seminar Operation Gen Z, 37:25 specifically how do we reach the millennials 37:28 and the Gen Zers? 37:30 How do we reach the young people of today? 37:33 Ryan also is gonna do a couple of seminars 37:36 on Remnant Mission and Focus part one and part two. 37:42 And what that looks like 37:43 to be God's last day movement in these last days. 37:47 Mr. Danny, you did a couple of seminars. 37:49 You wanna talk to us about your seminars? 37:51 Well, the main one that 37:53 I'm doing or taping and gonna do live, 37:56 you know, talking about it is the great gospel commission 38:00 and really just centering in on three points. 38:04 Jesus said, "All power is given Me." 38:06 We wanna talk about that. 38:08 So that we realized 38:09 when He commissioned us to do something, 38:11 we don't have to worry about who did it. 38:13 If Yvonne said to me, honey, go do such and such. 38:16 And it costs a million dollars. 38:17 I'd say no, where am I gonna get the money to do that? 38:20 I know you, and I know you don't have a million dollars, 38:22 but when Jesus says go ye into all the world. 38:26 So He says He establishes, 38:28 I'm all authority, all power, complete. 38:31 That little word all means complete. 38:33 So Jesus says now, 38:36 after I've established who I am and you understand that, 38:39 go ye therefore, 38:41 so now the great gospel commission, 38:43 how do we do it? 38:44 What is it we have in our hands 38:45 each and every one of us should be ye. 38:48 Then the third part 38:49 that we don't always stress so much, 38:50 teaching them to observe all things whatsoever, 38:53 I have commanded you. 38:54 And could that possibly be the Ten Commandments 38:57 included in that? 38:59 Because now he used to be that, 39:02 you know, Adventists we would talk about 39:03 the forgotten commandment or we'd preach about the night, 39:06 but nowadays 39:08 with the way things have changed here in America, 39:10 we've got the seventh, sixth and seventh commandment, 39:13 the tenth commandment, 39:14 you know, that people are forgetting about. 39:16 I mean on a... 39:17 So now it's how important are the commandments of God? 39:21 Number one, realize Jesus commissioned us. 39:24 So we can't fail if we come in His name. 39:26 Number two, what resources has He given us 39:29 to reach out to the lost and dying world? 39:32 And number three, 39:33 we can know that He will bless it, 39:35 there's no such thing as failure. 39:37 If we put the emphasis on the message, 39:39 it's a message that's important not the messenger. 39:41 Amen. 39:43 Oh, I feel like I'm in the church. 39:45 That's great. 39:48 And then I know that 39:50 you're actually presenting a seminar 39:51 or a keynote address as well for this camp meeting? 39:54 Yeah. 39:55 The keynote address is legalism versus grace, 39:59 talking about the seven dangers of legalism 40:03 and the seven developments of grace. 40:06 So how grace leads us to so many different things 40:11 in our life as Christians. 40:12 And then, I have a seminar on restored relationship 40:15 and how even when we wander away from God, 40:17 how He wants to bring us back to Him. 40:20 So, I know the four of us, you and I, 40:24 and Mr. Danny and Yvonne talked about media ministry 40:26 in the last days. 40:28 We're gonna be focused on that. 40:29 And I think you and Tim did one 40:31 on creating a worship experience maybe 40:33 and Ryan and Tim did one. 40:35 So I'm excited looking forward to this. 40:37 So just go to campmeeting.com 40:41 There's gonna be all, 3ABN will have a booth, 40:43 so you can stop by and chat with us 40:45 virtually at the booth. 40:47 We'll have lots of free downloadable material 40:49 and there'll be many other ministries, 40:50 all the ministries 40:52 from the Seventh-day Adventist Church. 40:54 And there'll be many different seminars and speakers 40:57 and it's a power packed weekend long week. 41:00 And the dates again are May 19 through 23. 41:03 So just encourage you to go to campmeetings.com 41:07 and sign up for this virtual event. 41:09 There you go. 41:11 I think it was around April, 1986 at 3ABN. 41:15 We all gathered out 41:17 to buy the little building there at the Uplink. 41:19 And then that little about 12 by 20-foot building, 41:22 where we had the transmitter 41:24 and we sent the first signal was 22,300 miles to space. 41:28 And then it would come down to about a million folks 41:31 whose homes had dishes, these big 10 or 12-foot dishes 41:35 for the very first time to ever airing, 41:37 you know, Three Angels Broadcasting, 41:40 or the first time in history 41:42 that Seventh-day Adventist message 41:43 was going up to satellite 41:46 and then coming down into homes 41:47 all across America and eventually the world. 41:51 So, and we didn't go 24/7 then, 41:54 but by the end of the year, so we did. 41:56 So I was just thinking, 41:58 as you were talking about stop by 42:00 and visit us at our virtual camp meeting 42:02 and we're gonna be doing this and that. 42:05 And if you had told me that in 1986, 42:08 when we said satellites are new, 42:10 amazing thing, 42:12 John Revelator saw all three angels in the midst of heaven 42:15 and fourth helped the third. 42:16 I always see that as the three as satellites in space, 42:19 'cause we were on three. 42:21 They even have wings if you look at them... 42:22 They sure do. 42:24 But the fourth one, when we in 2000, 42:25 put the fourth satellite together for the first time, 42:29 we were able to send a message 42:31 literally around the world as an angels, just a messenger. 42:34 So I was sitting here thinking when this was happening, 42:36 we were breaking ground. 42:38 Literally nobody had ever done this. 42:41 The Lord was in this. 42:43 I'm not talking about the individuals, 42:44 but getting the great gospel into all the world 42:47 and the technology was mind-boggling to people. 42:50 Can you imagine from anywhere I would say in America, 42:54 we could go take our remote truck 42:56 and go to your house. 42:57 And in your house, 42:59 we could go to satellite 43:00 and people could watch television 43:02 from your kitchen if we wanted to. 43:04 That was so mind-boggling to people. 43:06 Now five-year-old are doing it at home on their phones. 43:11 Hey, let's just FaceTime where we can do this. 43:14 So all the language that you're saying now here, 43:17 we thought in 1986, Shelley, this is great news. 43:22 This is the last events. 43:23 I mean, this thing, 43:24 how could anything get any better than this? 43:26 And now people around the world. 43:28 So you're using languages here 43:30 that we would have never even dreamed 43:32 what you're talking about, all of these things. 43:34 So the technology has changed so much 43:37 that literally everyone is part of the go ye... 43:41 That's right. 43:43 So now the Lord is, if you've got a smartphone 43:45 or you'd have a telephone 43:47 and you get on Facebook or whatever, 43:48 you're accountable for what you're saying 43:50 and putting up there. 43:51 Are you... What are you talking about? 43:53 Are you promoting the gospel? 43:55 You should be. Right? 43:56 We should be using that for the gospel, 43:59 but incredible that 44:00 we can sit here and talk about virtual camp meetings 44:03 and all that we're doing through streaming 44:05 and all this amazing. 44:06 Yes. This is mind-boggling to me. 44:08 Yeah. 44:09 So it's kinda... 44:11 That's why I got brought to you all in here. 44:13 This is a young folk... 44:14 Oh, yeah. This is a young folk job. 44:16 You had the vision though from the very beginning, 44:18 you know, and Mr. Danny is just wonderful to work with, 44:20 you know, he's just so encouraging, 44:22 like no, just step forward, 44:23 you know, let's just keep going, just going, just going. 44:25 3ABN can't just sit back and be in a rocking chair, 44:27 just go back and forth and go nowhere. 44:29 3ABN has to move and go forward. 44:31 So, yeah. 44:32 Thank you so very much for casting that vision. 44:34 Yeah, Lord never called us to be, 44:36 you know, just do maintenance. 44:37 He called us to be movers and shakers. 44:39 I love that. 44:40 Thank you for what you guys do. 44:42 You work incredibly hard. 44:43 It's a great team that we have to work with 44:45 and that's what makes 3ABN go forward. 44:47 And you're part of that team. 44:48 We keep looking at you at home and thank you 44:51 for being a part of this ministry 44:52 and for making the gospel go around the world. 44:55 It's amazing. 44:56 Speaking of the gospel, going around the world, 44:57 let's talk about pastoral department. 44:59 Oh, that's good. That's good. 45:00 I know so many people watch 3ABN 45:03 and are interested in 45:04 a local Seventh-day Adventist Church 45:06 where they have Bible questions or prayer needs, 45:08 or just talk to us about that? 45:09 Well, I think first of all, 45:11 I think just by listening to our conversation tonight, 45:13 we are movers and shakers here at 3ABN there... 45:17 The no grass grows under the feet here. 45:20 This is indeed a workhouse. 45:23 You get here, you got joy in your heart. 45:25 You work all day long. 45:26 And just that fast, the day's over. 45:29 You go home. 45:31 You try to get a little rest 45:32 because tomorrow is going to be even busier. 45:34 That's the way it is here. 45:36 So nothing surprises me. 45:38 The Lord has His hand on this ministry. 45:41 He gives us all good health. 45:42 We work, we work. We work. 45:45 I wanna read this to you talking about prison ministry. 45:48 Yes. 45:49 This is Matthew 25, and I'm gonna read verses 20. 45:54 I'm gonna read verses 35 and 36 45:58 'cause this fits all of us. 46:00 "For I was hungry and you gave me food. 46:02 I was thirsty, you gave me drink. 46:04 I was a stranger, you took me in. 46:06 I was naked and you clothed me. 46:08 I was sick, you visited me. 46:10 I was in prison and you came to me. 46:14 This pretty well, 46:16 everybody's got something to do. 46:18 I mean, there's, everybody's covered here. 46:22 Sometimes we just forget some people 46:24 they go left when they should have gone right. 46:27 Some people get caught. 46:28 Other people do not get caught, 46:31 but there we have what a humongous ministry it is 46:35 for those who are incarcerated. 46:38 And they're... 46:43 That's a great word incarcerated. 46:44 And they're sitting there. 46:46 And I would imagine, I don't know. 46:48 I haven't been there. 46:51 I would imagine that 46:52 they're beating themselves up every day. 46:54 Yeah. 46:56 They have that opportunity to sit here 46:57 and start sorting through things. 46:59 Yeah. 47:01 And I knew I should have gone right. 47:04 Why did I go wrong? 47:05 Why did I go to the left? 47:07 And that's where we have an opportunity 47:09 to make a major difference in people's lives. 47:12 We started off by handing out Bibles. 47:16 Yes. 47:17 Shelley and I remember those great shows. 47:20 Someone asked for a Bible. 47:22 We didn't even have a pastor... 47:23 We didn't even have a prison ministry department. 47:25 She out of her own funds sent them a Bible. 47:29 I'll be. 47:31 Then they wanted two Bibles. 47:33 Then they wanted eight Bibles. 47:34 And it came here before the pandemic, 47:37 before COVID we were sending out a thousand Bibles a month. 47:40 Wow! 47:42 One thousand Bibles, these are prisoners. 47:43 These are strictly the prisoners. 47:45 Wow. 47:46 If Johnny wanted a Bible, we'll go talk to your pastor. 47:49 This is strictly, you know, 47:51 this is allocated here during the pandemic. 47:54 Let me just take a couple of seconds real quick. 47:58 In the last quarter now, like I was saying, 48:01 we were mailing out a hundred, I mean, a thousand a month. 48:04 Yeah, that's a lot of Bibles. Shout outs. 48:38 They shout and cheer. 48:40 Anyway, about every three months, 48:42 he calls me up, says, JD says, I just don't understand this, 48:45 but the Lord is heavenly put in his own, on my heart. 48:49 Can you use another hundred Bibles? 48:51 Wow. 48:52 We're using the Remnant Study Bibles 48:53 'cause it's got our beliefs and it, 48:55 you know, and it's a very good Bible. 49:00 Yes. 49:01 I'm gonna read you just a couple of little notes here 49:03 from those that are incarcerated just a second. 49:06 And so every three months he calls up, 49:09 JD, the Lord impressed me. 49:12 Three months go by, the Lord impressed me. 49:14 And he just says, hey, you guys record there, 49:17 put it against it. 49:18 Praise the Lord. 49:20 And we've had others that have accepted the plate. 49:22 I remember. 49:23 But anyway, well I can go on and on and on and on there. 49:26 But who are we talking about? 49:30 Those that should have gone right when they went left. 49:33 I wanna read this. 49:34 First of all, I just want the camera, if you can. 49:37 Can you look at this real quick? 49:39 Just look at that picture. 49:40 Wow. 49:41 Now this is one that wrote this letter. 49:43 That's hands drawn. It's beautiful. 49:47 I mean right now, I mean, I've always been the type, 49:50 go to the back of the book, read the back page first, 49:52 then go to front. 49:54 And so the idea I saw wow, wait. 49:56 Hi, 3ABN, I cannot saying... 50:00 I cannot stop saying 50:02 thank you God, for the fantastic, 50:04 the wonderful, the marvelous 50:07 study Bible that I received. 50:09 Thank you, Lord. 50:10 Thank You, Father, for the loving heart 50:13 that you put in 3ABN is the most beautiful, 50:17 precious gift I ever had, 50:19 and yes, I am crying, 50:21 but they are tears of happiness. 50:24 God's Word also known as 50:26 the Bible teaches us His ways. 50:28 It teaches us the truth of God's love 50:30 and the wonderful plan that He has for our lives 50:33 that can rest and that we can rest 50:35 in the person Jesus Christ. 50:37 I am promising 50:40 that the Bible will be with me until the Lord calls me 50:43 before the presence of His glory. 50:44 Wow. Praise the Lord. 51:56 We probably get 40, 50 of these a day. 52:00 Wow. 52:01 We get another 40 or 50 a day of people 52:04 that the guy next to me got a study Bible 52:08 and we're in a group and we would love 52:10 our own study Bibles. 52:12 We get the words, 52:14 I've never had a Bible my whole life, 52:17 but we started a group and I wanna study Jesus. 52:21 And I'd like to have my own Bible. 52:22 I mean, it just goes on and on. 52:24 This one right here, and then I'll be quiet. 52:27 This one right here, because this is getting close to home. 52:31 First of all, 52:32 and once again, I am so impressed. 52:36 I'll just say, this is one letter, 52:38 both sides, small print... 52:41 Handwritten. 52:42 Handwritten, 12 pages, 12 pages, 52:46 in my best day I've never written 12 pages, 52:50 but he's sitting there 52:52 bragging on Jesus the whole time. 52:54 Amen. 52:55 And he says, thank you 52:57 for sending me the Prophets and Kings. 52:59 Thank you for sending 53:01 the greatest sermon ever preached. 53:02 Thank you for selling Glimpses of His Glory. 53:06 Yvonne wrote that and he's going on. 53:10 And then I just wanna read this one thing. 53:12 After about 25 pages... 53:15 I'm in solitary, no cellmate. 53:19 And I like it that way. 53:21 I've got my own cell, my own space. 53:24 It's not isolation though. 53:26 And there are others around, 53:27 but none have a heart towards the Word. 53:30 Sometimes it feels like Father Yahweh has sent me here 53:33 as a solitary candle 53:35 in a very dark place to try and shine a little light 53:39 for those who stray. 53:41 Wow. It's powerful. 53:43 Yeah. Incredible. Yeah. Incredible testimony. 53:45 Dr. Yvonne, you had a letter and have them there. 53:47 Yes. In fact... Please share. 53:48 I received this yesterday 53:51 and this is just one part of it. 53:55 The testimony that this young man sent to me 53:58 was so powerful about his involvement 54:00 in the New Age movement and all that. 54:02 But he said, please send me the following study, 54:06 help materials 54:07 all to individuals at this same address. 54:10 I thank you my 3ABN family in Christ. 54:13 May the Lord continue to bless us all 54:15 and grow the Lord's kingdom here on earth. 54:17 And then he sends like, 54:19 please send one study Bible and two books 54:21 to the following members of his study group. 54:24 And he's got like 10 people studying the Word with him. 54:29 And he is become an Adventist 54:32 as far as I know he is, 54:34 you know, he is... 54:36 Praise the Lord. 54:37 So he has a housing unit Bible study service. 54:40 Wow! 54:41 That's amazing. Steps to Christ. 55:12 Great Controversy, all these, all type of literature. 55:15 You've got the, what is it called 55:16 that we're putting in the prison system? 55:19 The quarterlies, because they use all the quarterlies 55:21 and everything for the churches. 55:23 They would just send their unused ones into us. 55:25 We'll make sure that they go out... 55:27 But isn't there a hard drive The prison initiative. 55:30 Yeah the hard drive which is exciting. 55:33 The aspect of a prison ministry for 3ABN 55:35 is just really exploded if I may say in a good way. 55:37 I mean, in this, you talk about growth. 55:39 It's just unbelievable. 55:40 What's happening like all this literature, 55:42 the Bibles, 55:43 we say it costs about $10 to $12 55:45 when you include shipping to send these Bibles out. 55:48 And these are not just cheap little Bibles. 55:49 These are nice Remnant study Bibles 55:51 that are ready to send to the prisons. 55:53 Absolutely incredible.
