00:13 Live Behind the Scenes. 00:14 We're so glad that you have joined us. 00:15 This is a packed program. 00:17 We're trying to squeeze in so many different things. 00:19 It's fun though, 00:21 and hopefully you're encouraged as well. 00:22 As Mr. Danny mentioned 00:23 at the beginning of the first hour, 00:25 you know, this is your 3ABN. 00:26 It's thanks to you 00:28 and your support of this ministry 00:29 and we're really giving them a report, 00:31 aren't we, Mr. Danny, of what's going on? 00:33 And a lot of things have been going on here at 3ABN. 00:36 Mr. Danny, one of those things is 00:38 the Ten Commandments Twice Removed books. 00:40 We mentioned this a couple weeks ago. 00:42 We're delivered to Papua New Guinea 00:44 and the Philippines and a great friend 00:46 support of 3ABN Ambassador Bien Tejano, 00:49 of course, he has been given us some updates, 00:51 and I know we've got some pictures, 00:52 but tell us about Bien Tejano and the books 00:55 and that's what's being distributed 00:56 there in Papua New Guinea? 00:57 Yeah, Ambassador Tejano has been an ambassador, 01:01 I'm gonna say... 01:02 There he is. 01:04 Maybe the 80s or something 1980s or 90s, 01:06 at least early 90s. 01:08 He's been there for every president, 01:11 no matter who wins. 01:12 They always ask him to be an ambassador. 01:15 So he's an ambassador from the Philippines 01:17 to New Guinea right now. 01:19 An incredible man of God, he and his wife, 01:22 and she's a physician and her family. 01:24 I think one of his sons is a mayor 01:26 of one of the cities, 01:28 but they were put in that position 01:30 God handpicked him as an Adventist pastor 01:32 to be ambassador there for years 01:34 and had us over and we met the president, 01:37 meet with her at the palace and met him and I said, 01:41 "President Gloria, let me ask you, 01:43 of all the ambassadors you have in your nation. 01:46 How many did because 01:47 she was of a different party when she was elected? 01:50 How many did you keep?" She said, "Just one." 01:52 And I said, "Ambassador Tejano." 01:54 I said, "Why him? May I ask you?" 01:57 And we're eating breakfast together. 01:59 And she says, "Yes, I can tell you 02:02 why because everybody in the government, 02:04 everybody in the Philippines knows that 02:05 Ambassador Tejano is loyal to his God. 02:09 And if he's loyal to his God, he'll be loyal to me." 02:12 If he accepts this position, so I knew he would be loyal. 02:18 And so the incredible amount of respect 02:20 that he has an influence helped us 02:23 went to Joseph Estrada to get the construction permit 02:27 to build a full power station years ago 02:30 in the Philippines reaching 23 million people. 02:33 So I met him through May Chung was a dear friend 02:36 and board member and a friend of Ambassador Tejano. 02:39 And so he's always there. 02:41 So we told him that we'd be, 02:43 helped them get this book distributed 02:46 throughout the Philippines and New Guinea. 02:49 And so you've been keeping in touch with him recently. 02:52 So maybe you can tell her what's happening there. 02:54 Yeah, a couple of the pictures that we showed 02:56 just a few minutes ago 02:57 were of them unloading the Ten Commandments 03:00 Twice Removed books. 03:01 And I believe while the numbers 03:03 we've been talking so many numbers, 03:04 is it 150,000 or 100,000? 03:06 I thought it was 100,000 for Philippines 03:08 and 100,000 for Papua New Guinea. 03:09 Yeah. I think... It's about 200... 03:11 Two hundred or 250 total I think... 03:12 Together. Yeah. Incredible. 03:14 So here's the report. 03:15 This is, he sent this via WhatsApp 03:17 from Ambassador Bien Tejano. 03:19 He says that they've given books to, 03:21 of course, the conference president, 03:22 but then to the Minister of Finance. 03:25 This is all government, 03:27 the Chief Commissioner for Customs, 03:29 the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, 03:32 the Ministry for Fisheries and Livestock, 03:34 the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, 03:37 and 20 more local pastors of different denominations. 03:40 And he says, "Right now there's more than 50,000 03:43 in the hands right now 03:44 that they've already distributed." 03:46 And here they just unloaded them. 03:47 I mean, they're ambassadors in many aspects, right? 03:50 Yeah. 03:51 So then here at the end, he says, "Note also that 03:54 all of my embassy staff gladly received 03:56 one copy each including our counsel 03:59 and officers of the Philippine embassy. 04:01 To all you, me and my wife, 04:03 Dr. Lin Tejano would like to express our great, 04:07 our heartfelt gratitude from us. 04:10 And on behalf of all the recipients, 04:12 who gladly receive these books, 04:14 to God be the glory and honor for this great commission 04:18 to spread this gospel to the entire world." 04:21 What a great message from Ambassador Tejano. 04:24 Praise the Lord and we get so many great reports, 04:26 you know, from that and people 04:29 who accept Jesus literally from around the world. 04:32 It's in numerous languages. 04:35 And, but so, again, great, 04:38 big thank you, Ambassador Tejano, 04:41 for what you and Dr. Lin and your family do 04:44 for the cause of God 04:46 and especially distributing these books. 04:48 It took, we won't even go through 04:49 all the detail, 04:50 but how they had to get them there and, 04:52 of course, you got all the customs 04:54 and you got all the things to deal with in course 04:56 it took ambassadors exactly in the right place 04:59 he should be so I always tell him, 05:01 God handpicked him 05:02 from the foundation of the world. 05:04 He knew he would be 05:05 here in the closing moments of earth's history, 05:07 doing what he's doing, to get this great gospel 05:10 of the kingdom into all the world. 05:11 Amen. 05:13 Mostly like a modern day Daniel. 05:14 I was just thinking that, 05:16 I was just thinking that is Daniel all over again. 05:19 You know, him being faithful to God 05:21 and God placing him 05:22 in that position for such a time as this. 05:25 So we're just so grateful to know that we pray for you, 05:27 Ambassador Tejano and your family 05:29 and the ministry that God is using you to do there 05:33 in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea 05:35 and really around the world. 05:36 We are so grateful for that. 05:38 Speaking of ambassadors, 05:39 it just makes me think of Rodney Ronald. 05:41 We shipped a whole bunch 05:42 there to Trinidad and Tobago and, Brother Rodney, 05:46 we love and appreciate you as well. 05:48 He's been sending us updates and pictures 05:51 and WhatsApping and we're able to 05:53 connect with the people there 05:55 and they're distributing the books 05:56 and we're just so grateful for what is going on 05:59 there in Trinidad and Tobago as well. 06:01 Yeah, you know, a lot of... 06:03 A couple hundred thousand and so... 06:05 Hundred and fifty I think. 06:06 Yeah, something like that there too. 06:08 I think what's encouraging for me 06:09 is a lot of times you hear people 06:11 saying evangelism is dead, 06:12 people just don't wanna do 06:14 anything anymore, that's not true. 06:15 No. 06:16 So I mean, there are people 06:18 that are willing to get in there and do it 06:19 and make something happen no matter what. 06:21 And it's encouraging to see people 06:23 so excited about projects like COVID-19 What's Next? 06:27 That's been an incredible evangelistic tool that again, 06:30 we just talked about, about 6 million 06:32 of these have been printed, 06:33 I mean, it's phenomenal, it really is. 06:35 I think the Ten Commandments, it's been a lot of years, 06:38 but I think over 12 million, 06:40 that's not including all of the different languages 06:43 that we're not even sure 06:45 we've given permission for a lot of people, 06:46 but not even sure, you know, 06:48 there's at least 10, 15, maybe 20 different languages 06:51 they're being printed and passed out there too. 06:54 It's amazing. Yes. 06:56 Yeah. So Aunt Francine, 06:57 we talked about in the first hour about 06:59 go into this role. 07:01 And this is with Ben Roy and you call him 07:02 on this new program. 07:03 It's the title of this new program is... 07:05 Creation is Science. Science. 07:07 And this is with Professor Ben Roy. 07:09 Absolutely. 07:10 I know right before we go to the role, 07:12 talk to us, Jesus, my light is recording 07:14 and you need kids. 07:15 This is coming up in August. 07:17 Tell us the dates for that 07:18 and what you're looking for specifically? 07:19 Well, we're not sure we're still working out 07:21 on the dates of production, 07:22 but we're hoping either the end of August 07:24 or the beginning of September sometime in there. 07:27 We're hoping to finish doing some of those recording. 07:30 And so kids can email me 07:33 at Aunt Francine at Kids@3abn.org. 07:36 Again, Kids@3abn.org. 07:39 And I would love to see more kids participating. 07:42 So they can actually email you? 07:44 Absolutely. Okay, perfect. 08:06 And they can also go and get, 08:08 I think you have a lot of like activities 08:09 they can do for Sabbath that's still there as well. 08:12 Yes, Detectives of Truth. Definitely. 08:15 So yes, many kids are still unable to 08:19 go to church service or Sabbath School. 08:22 So we have some resources there. 08:23 And again, this is supposed to be 08:25 a wide range of ages so that kids can study 08:28 with their brothers and sisters 08:30 and maybe their parents and studying the Bible together 08:32 and diving into the Bible as they go. 08:34 So... Amen. Absolutely. 08:36 So let's take a look at this role 08:37 that you did together with Professor Roy, Ben Roy. 08:40 And we should say actually two 08:42 'cause we're gonna do some more musical chairs. 08:43 Yes. 08:44 So as this role is playing, we're gonna do some switch outs 08:47 and so Aunt Francine, you're going to leave, Jorge, 08:49 you're gonna stay here. 08:50 Mr. Danny, you got to go do something else. 08:52 I want to say thank you, though, for your leadership, 08:55 and for your mentorship and tutelage, 08:58 maybe is that a good word to use? 09:00 That's a good word. Inspiration to us here at 3ABN. 09:04 It's a blessing always to minister 09:06 and to serve the Lord together. 09:08 I'm the one most blessed with you all 09:10 and with the whole team 09:12 and to see what God has wrought. 09:14 It's just been amazing to me to sit back and say, 09:17 "You know what? 09:19 3ABN's in good hands." 09:20 We got great leadership, and it's always great, 09:23 it doesn't depend on individuals. 09:25 That's right. 09:26 You know, it's on the Lord and He blesses people 09:30 sometimes in spite of us, but He says, 09:33 as long as we the emphasis, 09:35 as I said earlier is on the message 09:36 and not the messenger, 09:38 God is gonna continue to honor and bless. 09:40 I've never been more excited in all the years literally, 09:44 about the Ministry of 3ABN 09:46 than I am today, 35 years later. 09:49 I had no idea would be here 09:50 and what we're doing, but to see what God is doing, 09:53 and they open doors of opportunity 09:57 to communicate the gospel to the whole world. 10:01 It's just amazing doing it from your phone, 10:03 doing it from your iPads, 10:04 whatever and all the different ways 10:06 you can get it. 10:07 It's just amazing. It's God. 10:09 Amen. It's really is. 10:11 All right. 10:12 Well, let's go to that role now from Aunt Francine. 10:15 Hi, I'm Aunt Francine. 10:17 And I'm delighted to have Professor Roy 10:18 here with us for Creation is Science. 10:21 And you have been part of science for quite a while. 10:25 You were a teacher there before, weren't you? 10:27 I am. I still am. 10:28 Of course, once a teacher always a teacher, right? 10:30 So how long have you been doing 10:32 this kind of activities in these experiments 10:34 with these kids because you're phenomenal? 10:36 Yeah. 10:37 Well, we've done a lot with summer camps, 10:39 you know, over the years, 10:40 of course, and as a school teacher, 10:42 you do, you have to teach science, 10:43 you know, but then I went back to school 10:46 so that that's all I wanted to do 10:47 is just teach science. 10:49 And so that's what I did. 10:50 So now I'm certified to teach science in schools. 10:54 And you've gotten some kind of award, 10:56 if I remember correctly from the state, 10:59 am I not correct? 11:00 You wanna tell us about that? 11:02 It was just the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, 11:05 adjunct of the Year Award. 11:07 He's gotten some major, 11:09 some wonderful and he's phenomenal 11:11 because the excitement that you have is phenomenal. 11:14 And I just love seeing it because through science 11:17 and through creation, 11:18 we see who God is and a better picture of Christ. 11:20 I really like that. 11:22 What's your favorite part about doing things 11:23 like this with the kids? 11:25 Because we've had a wonderful group of kids, 11:26 don't you think? 11:28 Well, I think the neatest thing 11:29 is just watching their expression, 11:31 you know, because you might do 11:32 the same thing over and over again, 11:33 but, you know, the kids are always different 11:35 and their expression, you know, 11:36 and some of their comments are just amazing. 11:39 It is. Yeah. 11:40 And it's fun to just watch them, 11:42 but also the excitement that we have for Christ 11:45 and the creation things that are happening in science. 11:48 They're just having fun, 11:49 and it's fun to watch these kids do it. 11:51 Leah, did you want to say something about what you enjoy? 11:54 This is Leah and she's been on the set with us 11:56 yesterday and today. 11:58 And you can see that she's hot. It is hot out here so it's... 12:02 What do you like doing about this? 12:04 Is this your first time coming to something like this? 12:07 No. You came to Kids Camp, right? 12:08 Yes, I did. 12:09 Anything else that you've come to before? 12:11 That's it. 12:12 And what's your favorite part about creation is so far? 12:15 The experiments. He has very good experiments. 12:18 Very good ones. What's your favorite so far? 12:20 The paper one with the fire that disappeared without ash, 12:25 that was cool. 12:26 That was cool. So a little less than a week. 14:37 We have ASI International gonna be here. 14:41 So just tell us what happened 14:42 'cause we did the spring virtual 14:44 for the chapter meetings, 14:45 but then we were going to have ASI in Orlando, Florida. 14:49 Walk us through what happened? 14:52 Well, I think what happened was we got attacked 14:55 by the COVID virus. 14:58 And it's one of those things that we were very disappointed. 15:03 We were very much hoping to be in Orlando, Florida 15:06 and to have our team together there 15:07 and to be able to enjoy the personal fellowship, 15:12 but with the rising numbers 15:14 and some of the issues there, 15:16 the local hotel just felt like 15:17 they were not able to accommodate it. 15:19 So we're now coming back to 3ABN, 15:22 we're really excited about that, 15:24 that we can be back at 3ABN. 15:26 We're looking forward to how God is going to work. 15:29 There's some really exciting things about this, 15:31 our return trip has even been made 15:35 more interesting by adding some interactive things 15:38 and some virtual side to the whole equation 15:41 of what we're going to be doing there in just a few days. 15:44 So we're excited about that. Amen. 15:46 Well, I have to say that 3ABN is excited to have ASI back. 15:50 It was, it's, of course, 15:51 been a tremendous blessing to be partnered 15:52 with ASI through all of the years. 15:56 So tell us then so someone at home saying, "Whoa! 15:59 ASI is gonna be at 3ABN. 16:00 I wanna drive there and bring a bus, 16:01 bring my whole church." 16:03 Is that what you're advertising? 16:06 Well, that would not be our counsel. 16:09 Okay. 16:11 We are attempting to do a virtual convention, 16:14 practicing good health practices 16:18 and social distancing, and all those other things 16:20 that come along with virtual stuff. 16:22 And so we are looking forward to being there. 16:26 We're going to have a small team there, 16:28 but we are not inviting the public to join us there 16:31 and to have a big event with a large on-site audience. 16:35 Yes. Yeah, absolutely. 16:37 Yeah, it's gonna be, I know, it's gonna be a fun challenge. 16:40 I don't wanna say, yeah, it's gonna be a challenge. 16:42 It's gonna be fun, though. 16:43 There's gonna be a few more participants. 16:45 This time, it's gonna be expanded a little bit. 16:46 Yes. 16:48 We're gonna be using our main worship center stage, 16:49 along with the set that 16:51 we use for the chapters modified 16:52 just a little bit, but tell us, Pastor Philip, you're... 16:55 Yeah, I think at this point 16:58 you're not able to attend this ASI, 17:00 but the challenges right now with COVID-19. 17:03 How has that affected ASI? 17:07 Well, we're just excited that in spite of the challenges, 17:10 although our challenges 17:11 may be great, our God is greater. 17:13 Amen. This is interesting. 20:44 You mentioned about virtual exhibits. 20:47 Is that right? Did I hear you say that? 20:51 That's right. We did. 20:52 Virtual exhibits are going to be 20:55 featuring the exhibitors with their website 20:59 with gonna feature them also with their leadership 21:02 there where you can email 21:04 and contact the leadership of the organization. 21:07 And it won't be quite as good as walking 21:09 through the regular exhibit hall, 21:11 but it's going to be 21:12 an opportunity to feature our exhibitors, 21:15 and those ministries out there. 21:18 So that there will be a list there, 21:20 there's gonna be a list of all the projects 21:22 that ASI is taking on this year in terms of the funding 21:26 and it's just we're gonna make it 21:27 as much like a usual normal convention as possible. 21:32 One of the other things we're gonna be launching 21:34 a very special initiative there at 3ABN 21:38 and you won't want to miss that, 21:40 we're gonna launch on Wednesday night, 21:42 engaging lay people 21:43 and sharing the three angels' messages. 21:46 We have 3ABN that wants to share 21:49 the undiluted three angels' messages 21:50 around the world. 21:52 We also are launching a special initiative 21:54 to engage as many lay people as possible in getting 21:58 this three angels' message to the world. 22:00 So we're excited about 22:01 that part of the convention as well. 22:04 Amen. and when they approached us and saying, "Okay, can 3ABN?" 25:20 You say, "Well, yes, of course, we will," 25:22 because we know that 25:24 we have the team, we have the equipment, 25:26 God has blessed us very much with both, 25:30 a really committed like I said committed team 25:33 and also we have equipment 25:34 and we have also the infrastructure 25:37 we are going to be doing this 25:39 from two different stages, two different sets. 25:43 So the members in actual in all the interviews 25:47 has to do with their offerings 25:49 and actions and although there's gonna be in one set, 25:52 and maybe via Skype live or pre-recorded lives 25:57 and also we're going to have 25:59 our main stage from the worship center 26:02 where the main speakers 26:05 and presenters are going to be presenting and also the music. 26:10 It's going to be a very interesting time 26:12 and again, praise the Lord 26:14 for the opportunity to be part of this at this time 26:19 in working with this Because you're a prayer line. 52:09 If someone if you need prayer, 52:12 there's someone in pastoral department 52:13 that would be happy to pray with you. 52:15 I have a Bible question like, 52:16 "Wow, they said something about the seventh day Sabbath. 52:19 I wanna know more detail." 52:20 You have resources 52:22 that you can share that with someone who calls in. 52:23 Yes. 52:24 What a great department at 3ABN 52:27 and you think about this it's like frontline 52:28 because you get to connect with the people 52:31 that are like you, our family, not the people, 52:33 but you, our family reaching out saying, 52:35 "Hey, I have some more information 52:36 or please pray with me. 52:38 I've got this going on." 52:39 I've always said, you know, 52:40 we're just kind of like having a finger on the pulse 52:42 because people calling all day long, 52:45 the pros and the cons. 52:46 We get just as many praises as we get, I mean, 52:49 thank you for your prayers, 52:51 thank you for this, for that and everything. 52:53 And others, man, they're just, 52:55 "I've just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. 52:58 Will you please pray? 52:59 I have no idea what tomorrow brings." 53:01 And so God is good. 53:03 Please assist us if the Holy Spirit 53:05 impresses on your heart. 53:07 This is a powerful ministry. 53:09 I mean, I've got other letters here, 53:10 but I'm gonna turn it back over, 53:12 but it's a powerful ministry in that 53:15 within these cells, 53:18 these people that love Jesus, 53:20 they swap and they share all the time. 53:23 And they... 53:25 When you mean cells, like groups of people? 53:26 Yes, yes. 53:29 And the old saying is that likes attract likes. 53:32 Got it. Yeah. 53:34 And so, the like-minded people, they find each other, 53:37 they share this people's heart. 53:40 I love this because it takes the pressure off of me. 53:44 We're farmers, we sell seed. 53:48 The Holy Spirit does the convicting, 53:49 the converting and the convincing. 53:52 So that certainly simplifies my responsibility, 53:57 but now shame on me if I got a bag full of seed. 54:02 And I wanna keep it for myself. 54:04 That's true. You know, so... 54:06 Talk to us just a moment about how people at home 54:09 can become involved in prayer warriors. 54:12 Maybe someone at home say, 54:14 "Well, I can't financially support the Bibles, 54:16 but I can pray at home." 54:19 How can they become involved to join hands with us and pray? 54:22 Amen. 54:23 Powerful ministry, become a prayer warrior. 54:26 A prayer warrior means that 54:29 we send out a list twice a week, 54:30 Michel is in charge 54:32 of our Prayer Warrior Ministry here. 54:35 People send in a prayer request 54:37 twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays 54:39 they go out to our people, our prayer warriors, 54:43 and then they handle it from there. 54:45 Right now we have 2,200 prayer warriors 54:47 that are listed around the world. 54:49 Now this doesn't mean just 54:50 in Indiana or Florida or California. 54:53 I mean, this is Australia, Romania, South Africa, 54:57 people around the world all time zones 55:00 so people are praying. 55:02 And how can you become a prayer warrior? 55:04 Simply go to our web page, 55:05 look under Pastoral Ministries, 55:07 go right down there, it says be a prayer warrior. 55:11 And fill that out. There's a couple of questions. 55:13 We just wanna make sure. 55:15 There's a short vetting process, 55:18 which we think is very, very important 55:20 because it's important what prayers go out, okay? 55:24 And also, you may have a prayer request, 55:28 and to get a prayer request, do the very same thing. 55:31 Go to the web page, 55:32 look in there Pastoral Ministries, 55:35 Prayer Request, and just fill it out. 55:38 And it comes directly into us, and then we put it, 55:41 and then we send it out, 55:43 and I promise you it's been prayed for him. 55:46 I just wanna say that to the viewer, 55:52 any funds that we receive you have watched 55:55 Behind the Scenes, you know that 55:57 we are using those funds for languages like Latino 56:02 or French or Russia 56:04 to programs like giving the Bible 56:06 to the Prison Ministries. 56:08 You know, we at 3ABN, 56:11 we try to work in many different avenues 56:15 and different ways. 56:16 So the funds are distributed according to the needs. 56:20 Amen.
