That's faith.

I've never seen Jesus.

that they're going
to church regularly,

that they're working for Christ,

you know, and that
there's this one thing.

And it's, it's when they
sin, they don't fully believe
00:06:52.27\00:06:57.21
that God is
forgiving them for their sins.

It's something so
simple, something that's here,

they believe in
everything else, right?

But in 1 John 1:9, it says,

"If we confess our
sins, He is faithful

and just to
forgive us of our sins

and cleanse us of
all unrighteousness."

That text in itself, it's like,

and maybe it's more
common to young adult

or something 'cause I
know a lot of young adults

have approached me about that,

but it's like, it
says it in the word,

you know, if we
confess He'll forgive.

Right, He'll cleanse us.

And it's I think it's key for us

to also have that faith

that He does
forgive us for our sins,

that He does cleanse
us from unrighteousness,

you know,
because that's who He is,

and that's what He's
done for us, you know?

And so I just
wanted to share that

there might be
someone listening right now

that may be they're
in the midst of some sin.

is going to keep me out
of the kingdom of heaven

Well, what that
shows is a lack of faith

in a thus saith the Lord,
