You know, and so we definitely,

you know, we strive to be
the man that we need to be.

And, of course, in this case,

does God want us to be

as a man or a woman of God,

it's the same principles,

person, man or woman.

So again, this is
entitled Man of God,

to be a Man of God.

principles can apply to anyone.

some good examples,

of who are some good examples
of men of God in the Scripture.

King David came up
quite a bit, you know,

'cause you kind of think of them

the manly men of
all men in Scripture.

You know, David
was that warrior,

he was that that man of God,
and He certainly fit the bill.

We talked about

how even within
the person of David,

in his writings
he often emphasizes

what it means to be
obedient to the Lord.

So therefore, a man of
God should be obedient, right?

He should be an
obedient person to the Lord.

how God deals
with these men of God

whom He has
called to be men of God,

even when they stumble, right?

And we're going

steps of a good man

are ordered by the Lord.

David and what he went through.

But he came to a
point in his life

where he took his
eyes off God for a moment.

And it caused him to
commit some serious crimes,

sins against the Lord

and against his fellowmen.

And you would,

many people have had
this misconception that,

you know, it's a horrible
sin, you know, you've fallen,

can be used by the Lord.

but we see the mercy of the Lord
