Right, right. 00:07:42.69\00:07:44.53 Isn't that weird? Yeah. 00:07:44.56\00:07:45.93 And we like things new in the physical sense. 00:07:45.96\00:07:49.56 But the Bible talks about the benefits of things 00:07:49.60\00:07:51.53 new in the spiritual sense. 00:07:51.57\00:07:53.54 So we're going to begin with a catapulting scripture. 00:07:53.57\00:07:55.37 Go to 2 Corinthians 5:17, 00:07:55.40\00:07:58.07 and this is the platform 00:07:58.11\00:08:00.58 on which we're going to build this program. 00:08:00.61\00:08:02.04 And we're going to talk about 00:08:02.08\00:08:03.41 the futility of trying to put new things in an old life. 00:08:03.45\00:08:07.42 Also the benefits 00:08:07.45\00:08:09.05 and what the Lord promises to do, 00:08:09.08\00:08:10.65 then the evidence, 00:08:10.69\00:08:12.02 how do you know a person is new, 00:08:12.05\00:08:13.66 and then the eternal benefits of 00:08:13.69\00:08:15.02 what it means to be new in Christ. 00:08:15.06\00:08:16.99 2 Corinthians 5:17, 00:08:17.03\00:08:20.06 the Apostle Paul said to the Corinthians these words, 00:08:20.10\00:08:23.77 "Therefore, if anyone is" where? 00:08:23.80\00:08:26.33 "In Christ, he is a" what? 00:08:26.37\00:08:28.80 "New creation." 00:08:28.84\00:08:30.57 How many things? 00:08:30.61\00:08:31.94 Old things had passed away, 00:08:31.97\00:08:33.91 behold all things have become what? 00:08:33.94\00:08:36.75 All things have become new. Amen. 00:08:36.78\00:08:39.68 Now let me just ask that question. 00:08:39.71\00:08:41.28 When you read that scripture, 00:08:41.32\00:08:42.65 because we've read this a number of times before. 00:08:42.68\00:08:44.19 Don, how do you feel 00:08:44.22\00:08:45.55 when you read that scripture about, 00:08:45.59\00:08:46.92 if anyone is in Christ, 00:08:46.96\00:08:48.29 he is a new creation or she is a new creation. 00:08:48.32\00:08:50.43 What is it? What does it say to you? 00:08:50.46\00:08:53.73 Okay. Brings me just peace and joy. 00:08:53.76\00:08:56.70 To be in Christ Jesus, 00:08:56.73\00:08:58.07 it really brings a sense of peace and assurance. 00:08:58.10\00:09:00.40 Okay. It's assurance too. 00:09:00.44\00:09:02.14 Yeah, old things have passed away, 00:09:02.17\00:09:03.97 you are new, forget about your past. 00:09:04.01\00:09:06.57 We're just brand new. 00:09:06.61\00:09:07.94 Lord has given us a new slate. 00:09:07.98\00:09:09.84 We can start all over again. Yeah. 00:09:09.88\00:09:12.85 You don't have to go back. 00:09:12.88\00:09:14.22 You go forward. What else? 00:09:14.25\00:09:16.58 And that say, marvelous, marvelous thing 00:09:16.62\00:09:18.79 because some of us, 00:09:18.82\00:09:21.36 I've seen most of us, including me. 00:09:21.39\00:09:23.09 We don't want the past 00:09:23.12\00:09:25.33 to be seen or heard anymore. 00:09:25.36\00:09:28.16 We want to start new, you know. 00:09:28.20\00:09:31.13 And that's a wonderful, wonderful opportunity 00:09:31.17\00:09:34.17 that God gives to us and it's... 00:09:34.20\00:09:36.40 I like the way it is said, 00:09:36.44\00:09:37.77 behold, old things have passed away. 00:09:37.81\00:09:40.68 I mean, God is trying to communicate something to us 00:09:40.71\00:09:42.94 'cause we like, 00:09:42.98\00:09:44.31 oh, remember when such and such thing happened. 00:09:44.35\00:09:47.32 No, God is trying to communicate something to us. 00:09:47.35\00:09:50.55 Old things are passed away, 00:09:50.59\00:09:53.42 behold all things have become new. 00:09:53.46\00:09:57.46 And I like the way 00:09:57.49\00:09:59.66 it is in the book Desire of Ages, 00:09:59.69\00:10:01.16 because it says, 00:10:01.20\00:10:02.53 the Christian's life 00:10:02.56\00:10:03.90 is not a modification of the old. 00:10:03.93\00:10:09.57 It is, say, 00:10:09.60\00:10:11.27 the transformation takes place. 00:10:11.31\00:10:13.54 It's everything new through Jesus Christ, 00:10:13.58\00:10:16.61 through the blood of Jesus Christ, 00:10:16.64\00:10:17.98 and that is more than you can find anywhere else. 00:10:18.01\00:10:20.88 That's right. 00:10:20.92\00:10:22.25 You know, I was also thinking about 00:10:22.28\00:10:23.62 how it starts with our thoughts. 00:10:23.65\00:10:25.02 You know, everything starts with our thoughts 00:10:25.05\00:10:26.92 and how He retrains our mind to think His thoughts and, 00:10:26.96\00:10:31.69 you know, and to not have a, you know, 00:10:31.73\00:10:35.33 a bad response if somebody does something bad. 00:10:35.36\00:10:37.57 Of course, you know, sometimes there's times that we, 00:10:37.60\00:10:40.44 you know, slip or whatever. 00:10:40.47\00:10:41.80 But for me personally, it's, you know, 00:10:41.84\00:10:44.34 maybe not thinking the same acts of revenge 00:10:44.37\00:10:47.24 or whatever if someone does something to me, 00:10:47.28\00:10:49.31 but thinking, you know, 00:10:49.34\00:10:50.68 what would Jesus do in the situation, 00:10:50.71\00:10:52.41 and how He can change my thinking patterns 00:10:52.45\00:10:55.58 and, you know and totally, totally different pathways. 00:10:55.62\00:10:58.82 Yes. Yeah. It's beautiful. 00:10:58.85\00:11:00.86 I think one of the reasons why people like New Year's Eve, 00:11:00.89\00:11:03.39 they rejoice for two reasons. 00:11:03.43\00:11:05.49 They rejoice that there's a new beginning 00:11:05.53\00:11:07.10 and then the past is gone. 00:11:07.13\00:11:09.06 They say Happy New Year, 00:11:09.10\00:11:10.43 they don't say, glad the old year is gone. 00:11:10.47\00:11:11.80 They say Happy New Year. Right. 00:11:11.83\00:11:13.70 And so this topic is talking about... 00:11:13.74\00:11:17.17 When Jesus says something can be new, 00:11:17.21\00:11:19.11 it can be new. 00:11:19.14\00:11:20.91 I'm going to have Tim... 00:11:20.94\00:11:22.28 We're going to kind of go through questions, 00:11:22.31\00:11:23.71 we put a syllabus together. 00:11:23.75\00:11:25.55 It's another way of saying, an outline to keep us flowing 00:11:25.58\00:11:27.88 but we are going to start with going to Luke 5:37. 00:11:27.92\00:11:32.15 And the question is, 00:11:32.19\00:11:34.32 what does the Bible discourage us from attempting? 00:11:34.36\00:11:37.63 What does the Bible discourage us from attempting? 00:11:37.66\00:11:40.56 Luke 5:37. 00:11:40.60\00:11:42.96 Tim? 00:11:43.00\00:11:44.33 "And no one puts new wine into old wineskins, 00:11:44.37\00:11:47.37 or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, 00:11:47.40\00:11:50.91 and the wineskins will be ruined." 00:11:50.94\00:11:52.27 Okay. 00:11:52.31\00:11:53.64 And also add Mark 2:21, because that's kind of a... 00:11:53.68\00:11:55.94 Mark 2:21, 00:11:55.98\00:11:57.55 "No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth 00:11:57.58\00:12:00.12 on an old garment, 00:12:00.15\00:12:01.48 or else the new piece pulls away from the old, 00:12:01.52\00:12:03.49 and the tear is made worse." 00:12:03.52\00:12:04.99 Okay, so what do we get out of that? 00:12:05.02\00:12:06.92 What do we discourage from doing? 00:12:06.96\00:12:10.69 Old ways don't mix with new ways. 00:12:10.73\00:12:12.23 That's right. Yeah. A person. 00:12:12.26\00:12:14.76 It's like oil and vinegar. 00:12:14.80\00:12:16.93 I like that, like oil and vinegar. 00:12:16.97\00:12:18.30 It also reminds us that 00:12:18.33\00:12:20.54 Jesus doesn't come to repair us, 00:12:20.57\00:12:23.51 He restores us. 00:12:23.54\00:12:25.84 It doesn't say we're a modified creation, 00:12:25.87\00:12:28.31 we're a new creation. 00:12:28.34\00:12:29.68 That's right. 00:12:29.71\00:12:31.05 So old things have passed away, so... 00:12:31.08\00:12:33.31 He said the key word, restores us. 00:12:33.35\00:12:35.08 He restores. That's right. 00:12:35.12\00:12:37.75 David the Psalmist, what he said? 00:12:37.79\00:12:39.12 Yeah, He restores. 00:12:39.15\00:12:40.79 It's about a week ago, I woke up in the night, 00:12:40.82\00:12:44.39 and I woke up, it came to me, He restoreth my soul. 00:12:44.43\00:12:49.13 And it came to me over and over the whole... 00:12:49.16\00:12:51.50 Lord woke me up and He restoreth my soul. 00:12:51.53\00:12:54.37 He restoreth my soul. 00:12:54.40\00:12:56.20 And I woke up the morning and the thought was gone. 00:12:56.24\00:13:00.44 I'm like what was it, Lord, what was it? 00:13:00.48\00:13:02.98 I should have wrote it down. 00:13:03.01\00:13:05.18 And while I was at work, it came back to me. 00:13:05.21\00:13:07.85 It came, the Lord is my Shepherd, 00:13:07.88\00:13:09.22 I shall not want. 00:13:09.25\00:13:10.59 And then it came to, He restoreth my soul. 00:13:10.62\00:13:11.95 I said, thank You Lord, You restored my soul. 00:13:11.99\00:13:14.82 So it was so enlightening to me. 00:13:14.86\00:13:16.52 And then we went to the Hobby Lobby. 00:13:16.56\00:13:17.89 And we went to Hobby Lobby 00:13:17.93\00:13:19.26 where you get little knickknacks and things. 00:13:19.29\00:13:21.90 And guess what we saw? 00:13:21.93\00:13:23.26 On a placard. 00:13:23.30\00:13:24.63 Nice. He restoreth. 00:13:24.67\00:13:26.00 And this in our wall, He restoreth my soul. 00:13:26.03\00:13:27.97 That's right. From Psalm 23, 00:13:28.00\00:13:29.90 and when you said that it just... 00:13:29.94\00:13:31.61 Another confirmation. Yeah, confirmation. 00:13:31.64\00:13:34.41 So that's new. And that's true. 00:13:34.44\00:13:36.75 He wants to restore us, 00:13:36.78\00:13:38.41 but He starts by kind of getting with all that stuff 00:13:38.45\00:13:41.15 that was in a way before. 00:13:41.18\00:13:42.52 I think of the examples that are used here. 00:13:42.55\00:13:46.12 I know when in the past, when I was growing up... 00:13:46.15\00:13:48.72 I think about that too long. 00:13:51.99\00:13:55.26 Some of you may have the same experience. 00:13:55.30\00:13:57.73 You may remember the days 00:13:57.77\00:13:59.10 when you tear your jeans or your pants 00:13:59.13\00:14:00.57 and your mom goes, get a patch, and she sews it on. 00:14:00.60\00:14:04.11 And you just buy them ripped already. 00:14:04.14\00:14:05.67 Yeah. Nowadays it is like. 00:14:05.71\00:14:07.41 Or you have a hole in your shoe. 00:14:07.44\00:14:08.78 Lot of change has taken place. 00:14:08.81\00:14:10.15 But do you notice, they're making things 00:14:10.18\00:14:12.61 that are falling that apart acceptable, 00:14:12.65\00:14:15.32 whereas in the past, 00:14:15.35\00:14:16.69 things that need to be renewed was really the focus. 00:14:16.72\00:14:19.52 The style. 00:14:19.55\00:14:20.89 The style nowadays, 00:14:20.92\00:14:22.26 if it's broken up or torn up, it's acceptable. 00:14:22.29\00:14:24.59 And I think there's a mindset that goes along with that. 00:14:24.63\00:14:27.73 Wrinkled up, torn up, you know, hair in like 00:14:27.76\00:14:29.63 19 different directions and your hair like... 00:14:29.66\00:14:32.10 You couldn't get a job years ago 00:14:32.13\00:14:33.57 looking that way, but nowadays 00:14:33.60\00:14:34.94 that's what you have to do to get a job. 00:14:34.97\00:14:37.61 Discombobulated to get a job. 00:14:37.64\00:14:39.64 Interesting thing is that people seem to pay 00:14:39.67\00:14:41.84 a lot of money for broken and torn up jeans. 00:14:41.88\00:14:44.35 Yeah. It's expensive. 00:14:44.38\00:14:47.18 And some people actually do it intentionally now, 00:14:47.22\00:14:50.09 to tear it all up and sell it, and the more holes you have, 00:14:50.12\00:14:52.92 the more expensive it seems to be. 00:14:52.95\00:14:54.69 But the Lord wants to do what? 00:14:54.72\00:14:56.06 He wants to put, and here's the key. 00:14:56.09\00:14:57.89 What do you think the new wine is? 00:14:57.93\00:15:00.00 Think, let's talk about what the wine is. 00:15:00.03\00:15:01.80 Don't put new wine in old wineskins. 00:15:01.83\00:15:03.30 Thank you for touching on that 00:15:03.33\00:15:04.97 'cause we were talking earlier about, you know, 00:15:05.00\00:15:06.80 defining what it means there by new wine. 00:15:06.84\00:15:09.20 I think Tim mentioned it too about, 00:15:09.24\00:15:12.31 it's new ways and it's new, 00:15:12.34\00:15:14.11 you know, following His ways and, you know, His path. 00:15:14.14\00:15:18.91 And the fact that it mentions wine is interesting to me 00:15:18.95\00:15:21.72 because you get wine from pressing grapes 00:15:21.75\00:15:25.29 and when He presses us, you know, in a good way, 00:15:25.32\00:15:29.26 you know, then outflows the new, 00:15:29.29\00:15:31.66 the new us that He wants to make. 00:15:31.69\00:15:34.46 And I think that's a beautiful picture of 00:15:34.50\00:15:36.46 what He wants to do in our lives. 00:15:36.50\00:15:38.20 That's right. 00:15:38.23\00:15:39.57 And what's the wineskins? 00:15:39.60\00:15:42.60 The old wineskins? 00:15:42.64\00:15:44.47 Wineskins is the old self. Whole body. 00:15:44.51\00:15:46.44 The old self that doesn't want to let go, 00:15:46.47\00:15:48.21 so like, it's like Paul putting, you know, 00:15:48.24\00:15:49.94 he says, the things I don't want to do that I do. 00:15:49.98\00:15:52.35 It's the old patterns, the old thinking, 00:15:52.38\00:15:53.75 the old habits, 00:15:53.78\00:15:55.12 those kind of things are the old wineskins. 00:15:55.15\00:15:57.32 What happens to old wineskins over the course of use? 00:15:57.35\00:16:00.69 There is something very deep in this. 00:16:00.72\00:16:02.42 What happens to old wineskins 00:16:02.46\00:16:03.79 when you keep pouring grape juice 00:16:03.83\00:16:05.66 in there or whatever and then you pour it out, it's empty, 00:16:05.69\00:16:07.63 you pour it in, you pour it out, it's empty. 00:16:07.66\00:16:09.06 What happens on the inside? 00:16:09.10\00:16:12.03 They harden. Say it again. 00:16:12.07\00:16:13.64 They harden. They harden. 00:16:13.67\00:16:15.70 And the wineskins, the leather wineskins, 00:16:15.74\00:16:18.74 the way that it's best written here is, 00:16:18.77\00:16:21.64 it starts up the moment you pour that juice into it, 00:16:21.68\00:16:24.65 the wall starts absorbing it. 00:16:24.68\00:16:26.68 And when you pour out that juice, 00:16:26.72\00:16:28.82 the walls don't come clear any longer. 00:16:28.85\00:16:30.85 Whatever used to be in there got absorbed into the walls. 00:16:30.89\00:16:33.19 This is really powerful. 00:16:33.22\00:16:34.82 Whatever has been in your life got absorbed into your life. 00:16:34.86\00:16:38.36 It got absorbed into your life, 00:16:38.39\00:16:39.73 so before the Lord puts anything new in your life, 00:16:39.76\00:16:42.83 He is not saying, 00:16:42.86\00:16:44.20 it's going to be kind of bad for me 00:16:44.23\00:16:45.63 to put new stuff in life that's absorbed with old stuff. 00:16:45.67\00:16:48.90 So that's why 2 Corinthians, "He makes you new." 00:16:48.94\00:16:52.44 So when He puts new things in you, 00:16:52.47\00:16:54.58 your life starts absorbing new things. 00:16:54.61\00:16:57.01 That's wonderful. Isn't that wonderful? 00:16:57.05\00:16:58.68 You can't absorb new things with old wineskins, 00:16:58.71\00:17:00.92 because the walls are not pliable. 00:17:00.95\00:17:02.85 They don't, you know, he says, 00:17:02.88\00:17:04.65 he is not going to stretch and why he says new wine 00:17:04.69\00:17:07.12 because new wine, 00:17:07.16\00:17:09.09 that's why the Lord gave the new wine 00:17:09.12\00:17:10.46 at the end of the marriage feast. 00:17:10.49\00:17:12.29 Because new grape juice, 00:17:12.33\00:17:13.73 if it's not dealt with immediately, 00:17:13.76\00:17:15.80 it starts fermenting, and starts stretching the skin. 00:17:15.83\00:17:19.13 So He left the new to the end 00:17:19.17\00:17:20.50 so that it wouldn't sit there and go rancid, 00:17:20.54\00:17:23.04 because when it starts stretching the skin 00:17:23.07\00:17:24.97 in the old life, 00:17:25.01\00:17:26.51 this is why people walk away from Jesus. 00:17:26.54\00:17:29.78 They try to put new things in their lives 00:17:29.81\00:17:31.71 without becoming new. 00:17:31.75\00:17:33.21 And when everything starts breaking apart, 00:17:33.25\00:17:37.09 I can't take it anymore. 00:17:37.12\00:17:38.45 I can't, I'm tired of these new songs, 00:17:38.49\00:17:39.92 these new doctrines, it's a new way of life, 00:17:39.95\00:17:41.39 I can't handle it 00:17:41.42\00:17:42.76 because they try to put new things in old wineskins. 00:17:42.79\00:17:45.79 They also, they ultimately blame God too. 00:17:45.83\00:17:47.96 Yeah. 00:17:48.00\00:17:49.33 They go and blame Him, they think, well, 00:17:49.36\00:17:50.70 this isn't working for me 00:17:50.73\00:17:52.07 so God must not be in a picture, 00:17:52.10\00:17:53.44 so where was He in this? That's right. 00:17:53.47\00:17:55.10 And it becomes more of like a behavior-based 00:17:55.14\00:17:57.07 instead of how He is transforming us. 00:17:57.11\00:17:59.94 It's more behavior-based and then 00:17:59.97\00:18:01.64 it doesn't last for very long 'cause it's not genuine. 00:18:01.68\00:18:05.58 That's right. 00:18:05.61\00:18:06.95 You know, when you look at 2 Corinthians 5:17, 00:18:06.98\00:18:09.22 and we see this picture of that, 00:18:09.25\00:18:10.82 the Lord is trying to help us understand 00:18:10.85\00:18:12.95 that He is saying, 00:18:12.99\00:18:14.32 "You have become a new creation. 00:18:14.36\00:18:17.03 Old things have passed away, 00:18:17.06\00:18:18.39 behold, old things have become new because, 00:18:18.43\00:18:21.86 unfortunately, we remember things. 00:18:21.90\00:18:24.03 And the devil makes sure that we remember some things 00:18:24.07\00:18:27.47 that we have done in the past to bring us down. 00:18:27.50\00:18:30.81 And that's why I like to read Philippians Chapter 3, 00:18:30.84\00:18:32.91 because Paul struggled with this himself. 00:18:32.94\00:18:35.84 In Philippians Chapter 3, 00:18:35.88\00:18:37.25 he's talking about the resurrection of the dead. 00:18:37.28\00:18:40.98 But when he gets down to verse 13... 00:18:41.02\00:18:44.89 Actually let me go to verse 12. Okay. 00:18:44.92\00:18:46.82 "Not that I have already attained, 00:18:46.86\00:18:49.26 or am already perfected, but I press on, 00:18:49.29\00:18:52.46 that I may lay hold of that 00:18:52.49\00:18:54.80 for which Christ has also laid hold of me. 00:18:54.83\00:18:59.50 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended, 00:18:59.53\00:19:02.04 but one thing I do, 00:19:02.07\00:19:04.24 forgetting those things which are behind or are past, 00:19:04.27\00:19:07.94 and reaching forward to those things 00:19:07.98\00:19:09.81 which are ahead, 00:19:09.84\00:19:11.18 I press toward the goal 00:19:11.21\00:19:13.21 for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." 00:19:13.25\00:19:17.22 And so, when the devil brings those things back, 00:19:17.25\00:19:20.66 we can say, I'm a new creation in Christ. 00:19:20.69\00:19:24.76 All those things they're gone, all things have become new. 00:19:24.79\00:19:28.60 And so, we have to allow the Lord 00:19:28.63\00:19:31.23 to transform us and where I guess, 00:19:31.27\00:19:33.10 we're going to talk about that later. 00:19:33.13\00:19:34.47 By the renewing of our mind, we have to let those things go. 00:19:34.50\00:19:38.74 They are not supposed to shape and mould us anymore, 00:19:38.77\00:19:41.41 they are gone. 00:19:41.44\00:19:42.78 They are supposed to be gone from us. 00:19:42.81\00:19:44.15 Yeah. 00:19:44.18\00:19:45.51 And that's why these scriptures that we're reading 00:19:45.55\00:19:47.32 are so powerful, so full of meaning 00:19:47.35\00:19:49.78 that we have to stop and consider them 00:19:49.82\00:19:51.35 because God is trying to help us understand, 00:19:51.39\00:19:54.62 "You get a new start." That's right. 00:19:54.66\00:19:56.83 And, you know, I'm sorry. 00:19:56.86\00:19:58.56 I had a testimony that I was going to share. 00:19:58.59\00:20:00.33 We did a thing called moon star a few years ago, 00:20:00.36\00:20:02.83 and I had a couple of gentlemen, 00:20:02.86\00:20:04.20 their car had been broke down in this field 00:20:04.23\00:20:06.53 and they had a flat tire. 00:20:06.57\00:20:08.00 So they needed a 4-way, 00:20:08.04\00:20:09.37 didn't have a 4-way for the lug nuts. 00:20:09.40\00:20:10.74 So I ran everywhere looking, searching 00:20:10.77\00:20:12.17 and I ramped this family, 00:20:12.21\00:20:13.84 I have to have one, I ran back and gave it to him. 00:20:13.88\00:20:15.88 And he said, "Hey man, you know, thanks a lot, 00:20:15.91\00:20:17.28 it's really hot, would you like a cold beer?" 00:20:17.31\00:20:19.28 And the old self would have probably said, 00:20:19.31\00:20:21.62 "Oh, yeah. Sure, that's great. I said, "No, that's okay. 00:20:21.65\00:20:23.62 I don't need it, I don't need a beer." 00:20:23.65\00:20:24.99 He said, "How about a nice cold water." 00:20:25.02\00:20:26.35 Should I take that, so the old, that change, 00:20:26.39\00:20:28.86 you know, the old is gone and I'll become, 00:20:28.89\00:20:30.63 the new has come so... And the desire changes. 00:20:30.66\00:20:32.19 Yeah, it's gone. 00:20:32.23\00:20:33.56 It's totally gone, you know, I don't need that, that's fine. 00:20:33.60\00:20:34.93 So that's the thing is, you let go of those old past, 00:20:34.96\00:20:38.17 don't pick it back up again, you know, 00:20:38.20\00:20:39.90 talk about a man going to the bar, 00:20:39.93\00:20:41.34 he's just got sobriety. 00:20:41.37\00:20:43.00 He goes in, and guess what? 00:20:43.04\00:20:44.37 He's probably going to find himself 00:20:44.41\00:20:45.74 back in the same lifestyle, the pattern so... 00:20:45.77\00:20:47.68 And, you know, something that kind of 00:20:47.71\00:20:49.04 goes along with that is, 00:20:49.08\00:20:50.41 you know, as Satan wants to put a label on us 00:20:50.45\00:20:53.35 and sometimes we do it to each other. 00:20:53.38\00:20:55.02 We put labels, 00:20:55.05\00:20:56.38 you know, or there's the ex, this or that or the other. 00:20:56.42\00:20:59.42 And instead of you know, 00:20:59.45\00:21:01.19 they want to be known as a new creature now, 00:21:01.22\00:21:03.06 not as an ex, whatever, you know. 00:21:03.09\00:21:05.96 And so, I think that's important too 00:21:05.99\00:21:07.66 that we don't keep those labels going, 00:21:07.70\00:21:09.86 you know, it's like, it's not who I am now, 00:21:09.90\00:21:12.47 it's not who that person wants to be. 00:21:12.50\00:21:14.80 So those labels can be, you know, really damaging. 00:21:14.84\00:21:19.17 That's right. Yeah. 00:21:19.21\00:21:20.54 Tim, I thought you had a though you was going through. 00:21:20.58\00:21:21.91 Well, actually we've gone on to a different kind of, 00:21:21.94\00:21:24.11 different direction so I'll surrender my thought. 00:21:24.15\00:21:26.08 Okay. That's be some other day. 00:21:26.11\00:21:28.85 And so when you look at these passages, 00:21:28.88\00:21:31.05 even the prerequisite is we have to be new 00:21:31.09\00:21:33.42 for new things that come into our lives. 00:21:33.46\00:21:36.89 And this is really 00:21:36.93\00:21:38.26 I got to emphasize this for sure, 00:21:38.29\00:21:39.63 but very quickly here. 00:21:39.66\00:21:41.13 That's why when we have people 00:21:41.16\00:21:42.50 even become part of our fellowship. 00:21:42.53\00:21:45.20 Lot of times, people join a church 00:21:45.23\00:21:46.57 because they believe its teachings. 00:21:46.60\00:21:48.90 And you can't argue with the teachings. 00:21:48.94\00:21:50.27 The teachings are a fact whether you accept them or not, 00:21:50.31\00:21:52.74 but that's not the prerequisite to join a church. 00:21:52.77\00:21:55.81 Those things make sense 00:21:55.84\00:21:57.25 and they are easy to assimilate into a life 00:21:57.28\00:22:00.02 that's been made new. 00:22:00.05\00:22:01.38 Yeah. 00:22:01.42\00:22:02.75 See what happens is, when a life is not new, 00:22:02.78\00:22:04.12 those things seem to be adverse 00:22:04.15\00:22:05.49 or almost in an adversarial position. 00:22:05.52\00:22:07.99 Why do I have to do that? 00:22:08.02\00:22:09.36 Well, you know, when a vessel is brand new, 00:22:09.39\00:22:12.16 when our wineskin is brand new. 00:22:12.19\00:22:14.43 It's not arguing by saying, 00:22:14.46\00:22:15.80 "Could you pour some of the same wine 00:22:15.83\00:22:17.17 I used to get back in here?" 00:22:17.20\00:22:19.00 It says, 00:22:19.03\00:22:20.37 I don't want to be stained by that old stuff, 00:22:20.40\00:22:21.90 pour something new in me. 00:22:21.94\00:22:23.94 And so, it doesn't have any prerequisites. 00:22:23.97\00:22:26.07 It doesn't say this is what I want. 00:22:26.11\00:22:28.54 But it's new and fresh 00:22:28.58\00:22:30.05 and you kind of like anything new, 00:22:30.08\00:22:31.81 you always like the parent that gets that first child 00:22:31.85\00:22:35.15 everybody has to be without a cold, 00:22:35.18\00:22:36.85 you have to wash your hands, 00:22:36.89\00:22:38.79 you know, stay away, sanitized, 00:22:38.82\00:22:41.12 but after the third child, 00:22:41.16\00:22:42.72 you know, you can bring a dump truck 00:22:42.76\00:22:44.09 into your living room. 00:22:44.13\00:22:45.93 See, realize, this is the world of gems. 00:22:45.96\00:22:48.93 But look what the Lord promised to do. 00:22:48.96\00:22:50.30 Question number three, 00:22:50.33\00:22:51.67 what does the Lord promise to do 00:22:51.70\00:22:53.03 to those that come to Him? 00:22:53.07\00:22:56.04 Let me see, let's look at our syllabus. 00:22:56.07\00:22:58.44 Let's start with Ezekiel 36:26. 00:22:58.47\00:23:01.31 Want to read that one for us, honey? 00:23:01.34\00:23:02.68 Ezekiel 36:26. 00:23:02.71\00:23:04.21 "I will give you a new heart 00:23:04.25\00:23:06.11 and put a new spirit within you, 00:23:06.15\00:23:09.08 I will take away 00:23:09.12\00:23:11.29 the heart of stone out of your flesh 00:23:11.32\00:23:14.76 and give you a heart of flesh." 00:23:14.79\00:23:18.33 Now, you know, 00:23:18.36\00:23:19.69 this is one of the few times in the Bible 00:23:19.73\00:23:21.23 where the word flesh is a positive thing. 00:23:21.26\00:23:22.93 Yeah. 00:23:22.96\00:23:24.30 Because it's comparing it with stone. 00:23:24.33\00:23:26.33 You know, what stone mean. 00:23:26.37\00:23:27.70 Let's talk about stones for a minute. 00:23:27.74\00:23:29.07 Why is the Lord wanting to get rid of the stone 00:23:29.10\00:23:31.57 and give us a heart of flesh? 00:23:31.61\00:23:32.94 What is stone known for? 00:23:32.97\00:23:34.88 It's hard. Okay. 00:23:34.91\00:23:36.24 Yeah, it's hard. 00:23:36.28\00:23:38.78 Hard to tell the truth, 00:23:38.81\00:23:40.82 hard to convince them of the God's work, 00:23:40.85\00:23:43.32 hard to move them, hard to see it. 00:23:43.35\00:23:45.89 Unteachable. Unteachable. Yeah. 00:23:45.92\00:23:47.36 Can't change the shape, 00:23:47.39\00:23:48.99 you start, you know, tearing at it. 00:23:49.02\00:23:50.89 Yeah. 00:23:50.93\00:23:52.26 It's hard, it's uncomfortable when it's in your shoe. 00:23:52.29\00:23:54.56 It makes you walk differently. 00:23:54.60\00:23:58.57 Yeah, absolutely. 00:23:58.60\00:23:59.93 Oh, that's... I didn't think about that one. 00:23:59.97\00:24:01.57 You weren't thinking about that. Yeah. 00:24:01.60\00:24:04.14 That's right, to make sure walk quite different. 00:24:04.17\00:24:06.61 And so what he says, he's going to put a... 00:24:06.64\00:24:09.34 And when that new spirit comes in, 00:24:09.38\00:24:11.91 that new heart comes with a new spirit. 00:24:11.95\00:24:14.42 And then what he does? 00:24:14.45\00:24:15.78 He doesn't put it side by side with the old one, 00:24:15.82\00:24:18.19 what does he do with it? 00:24:18.22\00:24:19.55 What does he do with the old one? 00:24:19.59\00:24:20.92 Removes it. Takes it out. 00:24:20.96\00:24:22.66 Take the hard stone out. 00:24:22.69\00:24:24.29 It's like you go on the operating table. 00:24:24.33\00:24:27.30 And he says, "Now, are you ready?" 00:24:27.33\00:24:29.60 I'm ready. Okay. 00:24:29.63\00:24:31.33 Put him under. 00:24:31.37\00:24:32.70 And that's all baptism is all about. 00:24:32.73\00:24:34.20 There you go. Put him under. Right. 00:24:34.24\00:24:36.24 And he comes out to walk in the newness of life, right? 00:24:36.27\00:24:40.54 Newness of life, never the oldness of life. 00:24:40.58\00:24:43.14 Another one, Isaiah 43:19, 00:24:43.18\00:24:44.88 who would like to read that one for us? 00:24:44.91\00:24:46.41 That under number 3. 00:24:46.45\00:24:47.78 Isaiah 43:19. Anyone? 00:24:47.82\00:24:50.15 "Behold, I will do a new thing, 00:24:50.19\00:24:53.19 now it shall spring forth, shall you not know it? 00:24:53.22\00:24:55.72 I will even make a road in the wilderness 00:24:55.76\00:24:57.93 and rivers in the desert." 00:24:57.96\00:25:00.03 Now, what does that mean? Think about that. 00:25:00.06\00:25:02.40 Wow. Do new thing. 00:25:02.43\00:25:04.93 So what is it? What in essence is he saying? 00:25:04.97\00:25:06.53 He says, "I'm going to do things in life 00:25:06.57\00:25:07.97 that you never thought possible." 00:25:08.00\00:25:09.40 Yes. Yes. 00:25:09.44\00:25:10.77 You're going to see things happening in your life 00:25:10.81\00:25:12.14 that you never thought a possibility, 00:25:12.17\00:25:14.38 a road in the wilderness, rivers in the desert. 00:25:14.41\00:25:18.65 How does that happen? 00:25:18.68\00:25:21.08 Have you ever thought about 00:25:21.12\00:25:22.45 God is not able to do certain things. 00:25:22.48\00:25:24.32 Let's talk about that for a moment. 00:25:24.35\00:25:25.69 What is God not able to do? Can't lie. 00:25:25.72\00:25:27.66 Okay. He cannot lie. 00:25:27.69\00:25:29.02 Can't die, of course. 00:25:29.06\00:25:30.56 He can't fail, He can't change. 00:25:30.59\00:25:32.89 Okay, now that we got that out of the way. 00:25:32.93\00:25:35.00 Is there anything that's difficult for God? 00:25:35.03\00:25:37.07 No. It's impossible. 00:25:37.10\00:25:38.83 Now that's important 00:25:38.87\00:25:40.20 because let's just bring that out 00:25:40.24\00:25:42.47 and dive in at any moment. 00:25:42.50\00:25:44.67 So if we feel that 00:25:44.71\00:25:46.04 there's nothing difficult for God, 00:25:46.07\00:25:48.68 why do we sometimes hesitate 00:25:48.71\00:25:51.78 when the Lord says, "Come unto me." 00:25:51.81\00:25:54.42 You say, I don't know, I don't know if He could. 00:25:54.45\00:25:56.28 I don't know if you could change me. 00:25:56.32\00:25:59.95 I don't know if you could do that. 00:25:59.99\00:26:01.62 Can you work miracles? 00:26:01.66\00:26:03.43 Yes, is there anything hard for God? 00:26:03.46\00:26:05.26 No. 00:26:05.29\00:26:07.56 So what does that mean when you say, 00:26:07.60\00:26:08.93 "I'm going to do new thing." 00:26:08.96\00:26:10.30 How many people don't want a new thing? 00:26:10.33\00:26:11.83 Everyone wants something new. 00:26:11.87\00:26:14.50 Okay. 00:26:14.54\00:26:15.87 A new thing you're searching for. 00:26:15.90\00:26:17.24 Sometimes I want something new, but we don't want... 00:26:17.27\00:26:18.67 To surrender. Right. 00:26:18.71\00:26:20.48 That's the hardest surrender. 00:26:20.51\00:26:23.11 I'm looking for. 00:26:23.14\00:26:25.11 You know, I was going to say because in Ezekiel 36:26, 00:26:25.15\00:26:29.92 it talks about the Lord creating a new heart in us 00:26:29.95\00:26:33.92 and He really is the only one that can do that. 00:26:33.96\00:26:36.49 That's right. 00:26:36.52\00:26:37.86 He is the only one 00:26:37.89\00:26:39.23 that can create a new heart in us 00:26:39.26\00:26:40.60 and gave us a heart of flesh 00:26:40.63\00:26:42.86 and you can search another places, 00:26:42.90\00:26:46.40 you can make all the effort you want, 00:26:46.43\00:26:48.57 but the only one 00:26:48.60\00:26:49.94 that can change our heart is God. 00:26:49.97\00:26:52.14 So when he says, "I will do this, 00:26:52.17\00:26:55.14 our part is to cooperate and let Him do it 00:26:55.18\00:26:58.71 because the impossibility lies with us. 00:26:58.75\00:27:03.39 That's where the impossibility lies with God 00:27:03.42\00:27:06.45 all things are possible. 00:27:06.49\00:27:08.32 And when we think about ourselves 00:27:08.36\00:27:13.16 and we let self be the guide 00:27:13.19\00:27:18.33 then we have trouble. 00:27:18.37\00:27:19.70 And, you know, you were saying, "Oh, God can't change me." 00:27:19.73\00:27:24.17 There are thousands and millions of people 00:27:24.21\00:27:27.38 that God has changed already, 00:27:27.41\00:27:29.54 and you can be the next one, if you just allow that. 00:27:29.58\00:27:34.35 What else is on your mind about this topic? 00:27:34.38\00:27:36.32 Psalm 51. Okay. 00:27:36.35\00:27:37.85 Psalm 51. Oh, yeah. 00:27:37.89\00:27:39.25 Well, there's a few, in verse 10. 00:27:39.29\00:27:42.02 "Create in me a clean heart, O God 00:27:42.06\00:27:45.16 and renew a steadfast spirit within me." 00:27:45.19\00:27:49.16 And all of Psalm, I always people, 00:27:49.20\00:27:52.37 my nephew always tell him, he is going through something 00:27:52.40\00:27:54.94 and I said, read Psalm 51 and verse 7 says, 00:27:54.97\00:28:00.51 "Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean, wash me," 00:28:00.54\00:28:04.61 and what did he say? "I shall be whiter than snow." 00:28:04.65\00:28:08.92 That's a promise. 00:28:08.95\00:28:10.29 And then verse 12, honey. 00:28:10.32\00:28:11.65 There's so much. Look at verse 12. 00:28:11.69\00:28:13.02 Restore to me the joy of your salvation, 00:28:13.05\00:28:16.29 and uphold me by Your generous Spirit. 00:28:16.32\00:28:21.10 Then I will teach transgressors your ways, 00:28:21.13\00:28:23.93 and sinners will be converted to you then," right? 00:28:23.97\00:28:26.47 You're right. 00:28:26.50\00:28:27.84 Only if the Lord does something for you, 00:28:27.87\00:28:29.47 can you do something, something for anybody else. 00:28:29.50\00:28:31.91 My question is, we're just sitting there, 00:28:31.94\00:28:33.68 who are we converting people to? 00:28:33.71\00:28:35.14 To Christ? Yeah, we can't go to us. 00:28:36.95\00:28:39.38 Not to us, it's to the Lord, restore. 00:28:39.41\00:28:42.78 I think that's a really powerful scripture, 00:28:42.82\00:28:44.65 you know, he finally, gave you, 00:28:44.69\00:28:46.45 you know, like, Jacob, did he wrestled with the angel. 00:28:46.49\00:28:48.99 He was wrestling because he had something 00:28:49.02\00:28:50.46 that he wasn't willing to let go of, 00:28:50.49\00:28:52.03 but when he finally did, now that he can go and teach 00:28:52.06\00:28:55.10 because he knows he has been through, 00:28:55.13\00:28:56.53 he has experienced that. 00:28:56.56\00:28:57.90 Exactly. 00:28:57.93\00:28:59.27 I think we all have experienced something, 00:28:59.30\00:29:00.64 we have to so many share testimony 00:29:00.67\00:29:02.00 in some way or other 00:29:02.04\00:29:03.37 what we have been through to help somebody else. 00:29:03.41\00:29:05.34 So they can let go and become a new thing so. 00:29:05.37\00:29:07.84 I see a get away with that. 00:29:07.88\00:29:09.21 Well, I just think it's important 00:29:09.24\00:29:10.58 to remember what that verse 00:29:10.61\00:29:11.95 or what that whole chapter, the whole song 00:29:11.98\00:29:14.32 where it's based on, 00:29:14.35\00:29:15.92 and David coming out of the Bathsheba relationship 00:29:15.95\00:29:18.85 or situation. 00:29:18.89\00:29:20.26 And so, you know, to know that, 00:29:20.29\00:29:23.76 that's part of just humbling ourselves to God 00:29:23.79\00:29:25.86 and knowing that 00:29:25.89\00:29:27.26 if there is anything possible with God, 00:29:27.30\00:29:28.90 it's a fact that He will give us 00:29:28.93\00:29:30.27 another opportunity, another chance. 00:29:30.30\00:29:32.07 We just have to surrender to that 00:29:32.10\00:29:33.87 and admit that we made a mistake, 00:29:33.90\00:29:35.24 so that's the huge part of being a new, 00:29:35.27\00:29:39.51 of becoming a new creature is submitting yourself to Him 00:29:39.54\00:29:42.81 and saying, "I messed up." 00:29:42.84\00:29:44.58 Exactly. And not just... 00:29:44.61\00:29:45.95 We're often saying, 00:29:45.98\00:29:47.32 well, there is never any hope like you said this, 00:29:47.35\00:29:49.78 God could never heal me or could never. 00:29:49.82\00:29:52.92 Right. 00:29:52.95\00:29:55.19 But that's okay, so, and one of the prerequisites 00:29:55.22\00:29:57.73 and I'm glad you brought the story up, 00:29:57.76\00:29:59.09 one of the prerequisites 00:29:59.13\00:30:00.46 there is David was willing to say. 00:30:00.50\00:30:01.83 "Hey, this is who I am, this is what I have done." 00:30:01.86\00:30:03.57 Yeah. 00:30:03.60\00:30:04.93 So when you put it all out there, 00:30:04.97\00:30:06.97 the Lord is saying, "I already knew that, 00:30:07.00\00:30:09.97 I just wanted you to acknowledge it." 00:30:10.01\00:30:11.84 You know, that's why he also says, 00:30:11.87\00:30:13.21 "My sin is ever before me." 00:30:13.24\00:30:15.81 He knew that, "Hey, I can't hide this." 00:30:15.84\00:30:18.05 He said, "If I try to hide it, I'm just fooling myself. 00:30:18.08\00:30:20.85 1 John 1, I think it's verse 7, now he says, 00:30:20.88\00:30:23.65 if you say you have no sin, you deceive yourself. 00:30:23.69\00:30:26.76 Yeah. 00:30:26.79\00:30:28.99 Who you are lying to. 00:30:29.02\00:30:30.73 A beautiful Psalm 103:13-14 says, 00:30:30.76\00:30:33.80 "Like as a father pitieth his children, 00:30:33.83\00:30:36.77 so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. 00:30:36.80\00:30:38.70 For he knoweth our frame, he rememberth that we are dust. 00:30:38.73\00:30:42.94 So, you know, that just speaks to me, 00:30:42.97\00:30:44.67 you know, if your father pities you 00:30:44.71\00:30:46.68 and has mercy on you, 00:30:46.71\00:30:48.04 God gives you much more greater mercy, 00:30:48.08\00:30:50.81 and He remembers how weak we are 00:30:50.85\00:30:52.65 and how easily fallen into the temptations of sin. 00:30:52.68\00:30:55.62 Did you... What verse did you read? 00:30:55.65\00:30:57.25 Verse 13-14. 00:30:57.29\00:30:58.92 Okay, but look at verse 3. 00:30:58.95\00:31:01.42 Read that one. 00:31:01.46\00:31:03.09 Actual it's 1-22. 00:31:03.12\00:31:04.83 "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits 00:31:04.86\00:31:08.73 who forgiveth all thine inquities, 00:31:08.76\00:31:10.70 who healeth all thy diseases." 00:31:10.73\00:31:12.90 This is, I share this with a lot of people 00:31:12.93\00:31:14.27 in prayer line a lot. 00:31:14.30\00:31:15.64 That's right. 00:31:15.67\00:31:17.01 Who redeems your life from destruction, 00:31:17.04\00:31:18.37 who crowns you... 00:31:18.41\00:31:19.94 When we read a Bible sometimes, 00:31:19.97\00:31:21.44 it's kind of just hits you at a place where you think, 00:31:21.48\00:31:23.95 okay, today the Bible became more than just a good book. 00:31:23.98\00:31:27.12 Exactly. Real. 00:31:27.15\00:31:30.65 Just got real. Just got real. 00:31:30.69\00:31:32.35 You ever had those days where it just got real. 00:31:32.39\00:31:35.59 It was like, wow great instruction, 00:31:35.62\00:31:37.53 great for the Sabbath school material, 00:31:37.56\00:31:39.16 good stuff for sermon. 00:31:39.19\00:31:40.60 But there are those days 00:31:40.63\00:31:41.96 when all of a sudden become your life hedge, 00:31:42.00\00:31:43.33 your parachute, 00:31:43.37\00:31:44.70 you're floating in the middle of this horrible ocean. 00:31:44.73\00:31:46.77 Your cork that has been hit by a whale, 00:31:46.80\00:31:49.07 it refuses to go down. 00:31:49.10\00:31:50.44 Praise God for that. Amen. 00:31:50.47\00:31:52.21 And He promises to do that. 00:31:52.24\00:31:53.58 Anything else before we go on? 00:31:53.61\00:31:54.94 I was just thinking, just an insert this thought of, 00:31:58.08\00:32:01.08 you know, when you're talking about baptism is, 00:32:01.12\00:32:03.92 you know, when I was first baptized, 00:32:03.95\00:32:05.79 I think I was under the impression that 00:32:05.82\00:32:07.46 I would immediately, 00:32:07.49\00:32:08.82 you know, have this new outlook or new whatever 00:32:08.86\00:32:12.39 and it's a process you know, 00:32:12.43\00:32:15.46 and I like what it says here 00:32:15.50\00:32:17.07 and this is a Life Recovery Bible 00:32:17.10\00:32:19.67 that we use for recovery ministry 00:32:19.70\00:32:21.67 and it has some commentary on Isaiah 63:17-19, 00:32:21.70\00:32:26.78 it says, "Turning back to God 00:32:26.81\00:32:28.14 and renewing that relationship is not a push-button experience 00:32:28.18\00:32:31.51 that happens instantly. 00:32:31.55\00:32:33.48 We have allowed our heart to become hardened, 00:32:33.52\00:32:35.32 "like you were talking about earlier," 00:32:35.35\00:32:37.95 and it takes time to soften it again. 00:32:37.99\00:32:40.22 We can begin this process 00:32:40.26\00:32:41.59 that God may not seem near immediately. 00:32:41.62\00:32:44.16 We need to move closer to Him 00:32:44.19\00:32:45.66 and our relationship with Him will blossom in time. 00:32:45.69\00:32:48.53 God is there, 00:32:48.56\00:32:49.90 we just have trouble seeing Him sometimes." 00:32:49.93\00:32:52.77 And for me that's been, 00:32:52.80\00:32:54.30 you know, kind of difficult thing is, 00:32:54.34\00:32:57.01 you know, if I don't feel like, 00:32:57.04\00:33:00.21 you know, that's obviously a key word is feelings. 00:33:00.24\00:33:03.35 Yeah. 00:33:03.38\00:33:04.71 We're not good to go off of but 00:33:04.75\00:33:06.21 and, you know, when I was baptized 00:33:06.25\00:33:08.72 and just journey till now it's just been an interesting, 00:33:08.75\00:33:11.82 how God has opened my eyes to how He wants to change me 00:33:11.85\00:33:15.92 and it's not an instantaneous thing that happens that, 00:33:15.96\00:33:19.93 you know, we have this instant gratification world 00:33:19.96\00:33:22.33 that we want to be just like Him right now, 00:33:22.36\00:33:25.63 you know. 00:33:25.67\00:33:27.00 So it's encouraging that He takes us where we're at. 00:33:27.04\00:33:30.67 Amen. Right. Share with us, John. 00:33:30.71\00:33:33.27 I was going to share something 00:33:33.48\00:33:34.81 from the Book of John Chapter 8, 00:33:34.84\00:33:36.54 you know, because the picture there 00:33:36.58\00:33:39.01 as he begin the Chapter, 00:33:39.05\00:33:40.38 Jesus had gone to the Mount of Olives, 00:33:40.42\00:33:41.85 and it says early in the morning 00:33:41.88\00:33:43.22 He came to the temple 00:33:43.25\00:33:45.22 and He began to teach the people, 00:33:45.25\00:33:46.89 but the scribes and Pharisees had laid a plan to trap Him, 00:33:46.92\00:33:50.23 you know, it's like they interrupted 00:33:50.26\00:33:51.59 what He was doing, teaching the people 00:33:51.63\00:33:53.93 and they brought a woman and they say, 00:33:53.96\00:33:55.70 we caught this woman in the very act of adultery 00:33:55.73\00:33:58.13 and they set a trap for Him. 00:33:58.17\00:34:00.54 You know, the law of Moses says that such should be stoned 00:34:00.57\00:34:03.14 Yeah. What do you say? 00:34:03.17\00:34:05.14 And this woman 00:34:05.17\00:34:10.28 was trembling in fear 00:34:10.31\00:34:12.85 because Jesus started writing, 00:34:12.88\00:34:17.22 He started writing 00:34:17.25\00:34:18.59 and He seemed to make, pay no attention 00:34:18.62\00:34:20.79 to what they were saying 00:34:20.82\00:34:22.16 and they repeated what they said. 00:34:22.19\00:34:24.19 And then Jesus says, "He who is without sin, 00:34:24.23\00:34:27.56 let him cast the first stone." 00:34:27.60\00:34:30.97 So this woman know, oh, no, 00:34:31.00\00:34:32.67 they're going to kill me because who are these people? 00:34:32.70\00:34:35.70 Scribes and Pharisees 00:34:35.74\00:34:37.24 that are supposed to be the elite, 00:34:37.27\00:34:39.81 and the squeaky clean, 00:34:39.84\00:34:43.04 righteous people in the society. 00:34:43.08\00:34:45.45 So she thought, okay, they're going to kill me. 00:34:45.48\00:34:48.08 But the sin in them 00:34:48.12\00:34:52.89 prevented them from throwing the first stone. 00:34:52.92\00:34:55.96 So when we talk about the mercy of God, 00:34:55.99\00:34:58.06 we all need the mercy of God. 00:34:58.09\00:35:01.20 And David when we were talking about Psalm 51, 00:35:01.23\00:35:03.87 I was looking ahead and, you know, 00:35:03.90\00:35:05.50 a top of it says, 00:35:05.53\00:35:06.87 David says, "Lord have mercy upon me, according to," 00:35:06.90\00:35:11.34 abundant, you know, abundant. 00:35:11.37\00:35:13.31 Tender mercies. 00:35:13.34\00:35:14.68 Yeah, tender mercies, 00:35:14.71\00:35:16.04 "According to Your lovingkindness." 00:35:16.08\00:35:18.35 David knew 00:35:18.38\00:35:20.15 that God is merciful and loves us. 00:35:20.18\00:35:24.45 He did. 00:35:24.49\00:35:25.82 But he knew he had to humble himself before Him. 00:35:25.85\00:35:28.82 And that's what we all have to do. 00:35:28.86\00:35:30.19 We have to humble ourselves before the Lord. 00:35:30.23\00:35:31.56 I understand that He wants to forgive us, 00:35:31.59\00:35:34.53 He wants to restore us. 00:35:34.56\00:35:35.90 He wants to make us new, 00:35:35.93\00:35:38.47 and we need to stop resisting, you know, 00:35:38.50\00:35:40.97 stop resisting the work that 00:35:41.00\00:35:42.77 God wants to do is because He wants to change us. 00:35:42.80\00:35:44.54 And you know, when He changes us, 00:35:44.57\00:35:46.84 we will be happy, happier people. 00:35:46.88\00:35:49.91 Resist the devil. That's what we need to resist. 00:35:49.94\00:35:52.41 Resist the devil. Stop resisting arrest. 00:35:52.45\00:35:54.78 Yeah. 00:35:54.82\00:35:56.15 Spiritual sense. Yeah. 00:35:56.18\00:35:57.52 He can take hold of us and change our lives. 00:35:57.55\00:35:59.12 It was amazing you brought that up 00:35:59.15\00:36:00.49 because there're two parallels in the Bible 00:36:00.52\00:36:01.86 that we sometimes forget. 00:36:01.89\00:36:03.43 In reference to that woman,. he said in John 8:11, 00:36:03.46\00:36:06.39 "Neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more." 00:36:06.43\00:36:08.70 And I thought that just buzz with me 00:36:08.73\00:36:11.50 because John 3:17, 00:36:11.53\00:36:14.67 "For God send not His Son into the world 00:36:14.70\00:36:16.40 to condemn the world." 00:36:16.44\00:36:18.21 And so a lot of times 00:36:18.24\00:36:19.57 we condemn people rather than sin, 00:36:19.61\00:36:22.81 says, neither do I condemn thee. 00:36:22.84\00:36:24.75 What did he come to do? 00:36:24.78\00:36:26.11 Romans 8:37, 00:36:26.15\00:36:27.48 He says, "For what the law could not do, 00:36:27.52\00:36:30.32 in that it was weak through the flesh, 00:36:30.35\00:36:33.22 God did by sending His own Son 00:36:33.25\00:36:35.12 in the likeness of sinful flesh. 00:36:35.16\00:36:38.19 On account of sin, He condemned sin in the flesh." 00:36:38.23\00:36:42.53 He condemned sin, He never condemned the sinners. 00:36:42.56\00:36:45.70 Amen. Yeah. It's true. 00:36:45.73\00:36:47.07 That's something we often miss. 00:36:47.10\00:36:48.44 So people that feel condemned, 00:36:48.47\00:36:49.84 they are less likely to want to come to somebody 00:36:49.87\00:36:51.91 who they are taught. 00:36:51.94\00:36:55.04 Got you. 00:36:55.08\00:36:56.41 That's why the Lord had to make it clear 00:36:56.44\00:36:57.78 before the Pharisees and Scribes. 00:36:57.81\00:36:59.41 This is not my job. I'm not here to throw stones. 00:36:59.45\00:37:01.68 I'm here to block her from getting hit 00:37:01.72\00:37:04.12 because we are all born stone worthy. 00:37:04.15\00:37:07.92 Right. Born in a sin. 00:37:07.96\00:37:10.66 We're all born stone ready. Yeah. 00:37:10.69\00:37:12.49 You know. 00:37:12.53\00:37:13.86 And so, but that's amazing. 00:37:13.90\00:37:15.23 Thank you for bringing that out. 00:37:15.26\00:37:16.60 You know, I have to say this because it's the reality that, 00:37:16.63\00:37:18.43 there some people think that 00:37:18.47\00:37:21.34 they have committed so many sins or such bad sins 00:37:21.37\00:37:25.54 that God cannot forgive them. 00:37:25.57\00:37:26.91 But the reality is that God is greater than any sins 00:37:26.94\00:37:30.65 that we can commit. 00:37:30.68\00:37:32.05 And so just, you know, come to Him 00:37:32.08\00:37:35.08 and allow Him to do that which He longs to do 00:37:35.12\00:37:37.92 and that is forgive us, and cleanse us, 00:37:37.95\00:37:41.22 and make us His children. 00:37:41.26\00:37:42.92 That's right. 00:37:42.96\00:37:44.29 That just doesn't say, just recently 00:37:44.33\00:37:45.66 I had something happened to me. 00:37:45.69\00:37:47.03 That's why so many songs have been really grabbing me 00:37:47.06\00:37:49.46 and I was running away from the Lord on certain issue 00:37:49.50\00:37:51.50 and He got a hold of me, 00:37:51.53\00:37:53.37 while back, was like 1:30 in the morning, 00:37:53.40\00:37:55.10 I was fighting him kind of the angel wrestling in... 00:37:55.14\00:37:57.87 Oh, man, it's, 00:37:57.91\00:37:59.24 I call it a spiritual root canal. 00:37:59.27\00:38:02.88 It was a spiritual root canal. 00:38:02.91\00:38:04.25 I mean I was really depressed 00:38:04.28\00:38:05.61 and crying at 1:30 in the morning 00:38:05.65\00:38:07.05 and the Lord had to get a hold of me, 00:38:07.08\00:38:08.65 I was running away from Him. 00:38:08.68\00:38:10.02 I mean, you don't realize and then you, why I says 00:38:10.05\00:38:12.42 because I actually had something deeper going on than 00:38:12.45\00:38:14.49 what was just there at the surface, 00:38:14.52\00:38:15.92 it was way deeper than that. 00:38:15.96\00:38:17.33 And he told me just kindly and mercifully He said, 00:38:17.36\00:38:20.00 the reason why you're having the struggles 00:38:20.03\00:38:21.43 because you didn't have affirmation 00:38:21.46\00:38:22.96 from your parents as a kid, 00:38:23.00\00:38:24.63 and I never knew that, it never dawned me till then. 00:38:24.67\00:38:26.90 It was just so amazing and I felt this, 00:38:26.94\00:38:28.77 I'm like, Lord, take this route away, 00:38:28.80\00:38:30.24 I don't want it, and He took it. 00:38:30.27\00:38:31.67 And it was like the most amazing thing 00:38:31.71\00:38:34.01 I could share with other people. 00:38:34.04\00:38:35.38 I could ask for forgiveness 00:38:35.41\00:38:36.75 and I could go out and was just so healing 00:38:36.78\00:38:38.48 it was that's what God wants to do as a healer. 00:38:38.51\00:38:40.12 Burden lifter. Yeah. It was amazing. 00:38:40.15\00:38:41.88 Semi-tile root canal. 00:38:41.92\00:38:45.59 I used to buy that, just kind of goes crazy. 00:38:45.62\00:38:47.39 Root canal. Root canal. 00:38:47.42\00:38:48.99 Pull that out from the root. 00:38:49.02\00:38:52.19 You'll leave me the root note. 00:38:52.23\00:38:55.00 Don't write that down. 00:38:55.03\00:38:57.63 But I want you to say something else. 00:38:57.67\00:38:59.83 Look at the question number five 00:38:59.87\00:39:01.94 and we're gonna look at Galatians 6:15. 00:39:01.97\00:39:03.54 This is a really amazing transition 00:39:03.57\00:39:05.01 because the reason for Galatians 6:15 is, 00:39:05.04\00:39:08.14 it's gonna sound unusual 00:39:08.18\00:39:09.68 but there's a purpose behind it. 00:39:09.71\00:39:11.05 Who'd like to read that for us, and I'll just break that down. 00:39:11.08\00:39:13.55 Galatians 6:15. 00:39:13.58\00:39:15.98 I guess it's my turn. 00:39:16.02\00:39:17.75 Well, Galatians 6:15, 00:39:17.79\00:39:19.12 "For in Christ Jesus 00:39:19.15\00:39:20.86 neither circumcision nor uncircumcision 00:39:20.89\00:39:24.13 avails anything, but a new creation." 00:39:24.16\00:39:27.16 Neither one avails anything but a new creation 00:39:27.20\00:39:29.60 by the circumcised or uncircumcised, 00:39:29.63\00:39:31.90 the Lord didn't come to enforce that on, 00:39:31.93\00:39:33.60 he was saying, I'm trying to make you knew. 00:39:33.64\00:39:35.50 What that is an essence says to me, 00:39:35.54\00:39:37.14 is a lot of times 00:39:37.17\00:39:38.51 people get stuck in religious form. 00:39:38.54\00:39:41.14 That's true. The things of religion. 00:39:41.18\00:39:43.68 And they, like the Jews were so desirous, 00:39:43.71\00:39:46.61 Tim, of saying to the Gentiles 00:39:46.65\00:39:48.75 but you're not circumcised, 00:39:48.78\00:39:50.75 was you and then the reverse, 00:39:50.79\00:39:53.39 watch out for those who are of the circumcision, 00:39:53.42\00:39:55.46 look out for those guys. 00:39:55.49\00:39:57.03 So there was this battle, 00:39:57.06\00:39:58.39 lookout for those who are uncircumcised. 00:39:58.43\00:40:00.06 Peter had to get that broken down in his own life. 00:40:00.10\00:40:02.13 In Acts Chapter 10, 00:40:02.16\00:40:03.53 the Lord sent him to Cornelius's house and said 00:40:03.57\00:40:06.17 what God has cleanse, never call unclean. 00:40:06.20\00:40:09.37 God has shown me that no man is common or unclean. 00:40:09.40\00:40:13.34 Acts Chapter 10 was the story, 00:40:13.38\00:40:15.54 not cleaning a food, 00:40:15.58\00:40:17.11 not getting rid of pork and shrimps and all that 00:40:17.15\00:40:18.91 and making that clean, 00:40:18.95\00:40:20.95 but he used this vision of unclean foods 00:40:20.98\00:40:23.62 to say God is showing me that no man is common or unclean. 00:40:23.65\00:40:27.79 Cornelius was a good man 00:40:27.82\00:40:29.16 but he just had, did not know the Messiah. 00:40:29.19\00:40:32.09 Interesting thing about that is actually Peter ponder, 00:40:32.13\00:40:35.50 questioned, what is that all about. 00:40:35.53\00:40:36.87 It didn't make sense to him, you know. 00:40:36.90\00:40:38.23 Yeah, he did. 00:40:38.27\00:40:39.60 Verse first 28 tells you the answer, 00:40:39.63\00:40:41.64 like you mentioned here, common or unclean to man. 00:40:41.67\00:40:43.84 Don't call man common and unclean so. 00:40:43.87\00:40:45.44 That's right. 00:40:45.47\00:40:46.81 So don't get locked in religious things 00:40:46.84\00:40:48.18 and those religious things is like... 00:40:48.21\00:40:52.41 I think Walmart is a good example. 00:40:52.45\00:40:54.52 They don't give you grocery bags. 00:40:54.55\00:40:56.95 They give you stuff 00:40:56.99\00:40:58.32 and you got to find a way to get it out the store. 00:40:58.35\00:41:00.46 You get the cart, you know that. 00:41:00.49\00:41:02.62 No, Walmart. They're doing until now. 00:41:02.66\00:41:04.99 Oh, Walmart. Sorry, sorry, that was, sorry. 00:41:05.03\00:41:06.96 Sam Crayon. Sam. 00:41:07.00\00:41:08.76 I'm talking about the Walmart. 00:41:08.80\00:41:10.13 Which is like a Costco. Right, right. 00:41:10.17\00:41:12.30 When you buy stuff, you know, it's in the cart, 00:41:12.33\00:41:14.37 you get to the car but when you get home, 00:41:14.40\00:41:16.20 you think, I'd love to take this all 00:41:16.24\00:41:17.64 at one time but like... 00:41:17.67\00:41:19.01 It's not in the bag. Like the car up to the door. 00:41:19.04\00:41:21.08 Yeah. 00:41:21.11\00:41:22.44 And we are sometimes like that, 00:41:22.48\00:41:23.81 we try to put religious things in our lives 00:41:23.85\00:41:25.75 but no place to put it 00:41:25.78\00:41:27.55 because this is an old vessel. 00:41:27.58\00:41:29.52 We're getting all the stuff we like it 00:41:29.55\00:41:31.15 but there's no place to put it because the vessel is old. 00:41:31.19\00:41:33.89 So I just want to mention, 00:41:33.92\00:41:35.52 you know, the circumcision or uncircumcision 00:41:35.56\00:41:37.89 were things of the law. 00:41:37.93\00:41:39.26 Right. 00:41:39.29\00:41:40.63 But it was but he says, 00:41:40.66\00:41:42.66 a new creation is what Christ makes us. 00:41:42.70\00:41:45.97 But we also, 00:41:46.00\00:41:47.34 I think have created 00:41:47.37\00:41:50.01 little things like 00:41:50.04\00:41:54.18 how to get through your sin, 00:41:54.21\00:41:55.98 or to get over, 00:41:56.01\00:41:57.58 like when you're tempted, 00:41:57.61\00:41:59.18 like hold your breath for 10 seconds 00:41:59.21\00:42:01.12 before you speak, 00:42:01.15\00:42:02.48 you know, before you say anything 00:42:02.52\00:42:03.85 or count to 10, or punch your pillow, 00:42:03.89\00:42:06.02 or take a cold shower, 00:42:06.05\00:42:07.76 or, you know, there's multiple things. 00:42:07.79\00:42:09.82 But, and so the reason 00:42:09.86\00:42:12.46 that following religious practices aren't enough, 00:42:12.49\00:42:16.13 that's just 00:42:16.16\00:42:20.60 modifying your behavior 00:42:20.64\00:42:22.34 but the Bible says we're dead to our trespasses. 00:42:22.37\00:42:25.04 Right. 00:42:25.07\00:42:26.41 So it's not about punching our pillow 00:42:26.44\00:42:29.68 or, you know, trying to change our behavior 00:42:29.71\00:42:32.21 in a, you know, in our morality, 00:42:32.25\00:42:35.08 it's becoming dead to sin. 00:42:35.12\00:42:39.22 So that's why religious practices aren't enough. 00:42:39.25\00:42:41.42 Right. 00:42:41.46\00:42:42.82 When you follow these, and by the way, 00:42:42.86\00:42:44.19 the Jews were so locked into this ceremonial rituals, 00:42:44.23\00:42:47.00 the ceremonial laws, 00:42:47.03\00:42:48.56 even when Jesus nailed to the cross, 00:42:48.60\00:42:50.70 they were still saying but, you've got to do this. 00:42:50.73\00:42:53.34 I mean, we've been doing this for thousands of years. 00:42:53.37\00:42:55.20 You've got to do this. 00:42:55.24\00:42:57.07 And Paul says, circumcision is nothing, 00:42:57.11\00:42:59.64 neither is uncircumcision anything. 00:42:59.67\00:43:03.14 Go to 1 Corinthians 7:19, 00:43:03.18\00:43:07.28 somebody read that for me. 00:43:07.32\00:43:08.95 He wasn't, 00:43:08.98\00:43:10.32 He was putting the proper perspective on 00:43:10.35\00:43:12.35 what God's laws all about. 00:43:12.39\00:43:13.82 They were locked into the ceremonial. 00:43:13.86\00:43:15.29 But 1 Corinthians 7:19, 00:43:15.32\00:43:17.66 whoever has that, read that for us. 00:43:17.69\00:43:20.00 We guess here. 00:43:20.03\00:43:21.36 "Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, 00:43:21.40\00:43:26.13 but keeping the commandments of God..." 00:43:26.17\00:43:30.21 Is that the right one? That's it. 00:43:30.24\00:43:32.44 "Is what matters." 00:43:32.47\00:43:34.74 That's the rest of the verse. Is what matters. 00:43:34.78\00:43:36.78 So the Jews were locked to the ceremonial, 00:43:36.81\00:43:38.65 the Lord is saying, the ceremonial is gone, 00:43:38.68\00:43:40.55 the moral is here, 00:43:40.58\00:43:41.92 and I'm the only one 00:43:41.95\00:43:43.28 that can make you capable of living in harmony 00:43:43.32\00:43:45.35 with the commandments of God. 00:43:45.39\00:43:46.92 They were locked in there, 00:43:46.96\00:43:48.29 but there's something else that has to happen. 00:43:48.32\00:43:49.66 Now we talked about becoming new. 00:43:49.69\00:43:51.49 But how do you keep the new, new. 00:43:51.53\00:43:54.46 Let's go to Romans 12:1-2. 00:43:54.50\00:43:56.87 How do you keep the new, new? 00:43:56.90\00:43:58.63 Well, you know, one thing we have to do is, 00:43:58.67\00:44:00.00 we have to die daily. 00:44:00.04\00:44:01.37 Exactly. Right. 00:44:01.40\00:44:02.74 But there's something else, 00:44:02.77\00:44:04.11 you can't just sit around and say, 00:44:04.14\00:44:05.47 okay, it's morning time, I die daily. 00:44:05.51\00:44:06.88 It's morning time, I die daily. 00:44:06.91\00:44:08.48 Yeah. How do you do it? 00:44:08.51\00:44:10.35 How do you do? Wanna read that? 00:44:10.38\00:44:12.18 Which one? Romans 12:1-2. 00:44:12.21\00:44:15.42 "I beseech you therefore, brethren, 00:44:15.45\00:44:18.15 by the mercies of God, 00:44:18.19\00:44:20.16 that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, 00:44:20.19\00:44:23.69 holy, acceptable to God, 00:44:23.73\00:44:27.00 which is your reasonable service." 00:44:27.03\00:44:29.26 Verse 2, 00:44:29.30\00:44:30.63 "And do not be conformed to this world, 00:44:30.67\00:44:33.84 but be transformed by the renewing of your mind 00:44:33.87\00:44:39.04 that you may prove 00:44:39.07\00:44:41.44 that what is good 00:44:41.48\00:44:44.75 and acceptable and perfect will of God." 00:44:44.78\00:44:47.55 Right. 00:44:47.58\00:44:48.92 Let me read that again, 00:44:48.95\00:44:50.29 "That you may prove 00:44:50.32\00:44:51.65 what is that good and acceptable 00:44:51.69\00:44:54.42 and perfect will of God." 00:44:54.46\00:44:56.06 So can you can you prove it until your mind is renewed? 00:44:56.09\00:44:59.16 Can you prove before your mind is renewed? 00:44:59.19\00:45:01.06 No. 00:45:01.10\00:45:02.76 Something I found interesting, 00:45:02.80\00:45:04.17 we were studying about these new wineskins, 00:45:04.20\00:45:05.90 and Jesus made the comment, 00:45:05.93\00:45:07.90 it was about the idea of fasting. 00:45:07.94\00:45:09.87 I thought that was rather interesting, 00:45:09.90\00:45:11.24 the Lord brought this to my attention 00:45:11.27\00:45:12.61 and He brought me into Isaiah 58. 00:45:12.64\00:45:14.71 And Isaiah 58, you see, what the people of God 00:45:14.74\00:45:17.78 were actually doing then on the renewing. 00:45:17.81\00:45:21.18 Isaiah 58 says, 00:45:21.22\00:45:22.82 the type of fast that they were keeping. 00:45:22.85\00:45:24.72 Oh. That's right. 00:45:24.75\00:45:26.09 So kind of ties in. What verse? 00:45:26.12\00:45:27.69 We're looking at verses 3 through 00:45:27.72\00:45:31.06 kind of 6, I think 5. 00:45:31.09\00:45:33.03 It says, "Wherefore have we fasted, 00:45:33.06\00:45:34.63 say they, and thou seest not? 00:45:34.66\00:45:37.00 Wherefore we have we afflicted our soul, 00:45:37.03\00:45:38.93 and thou takest no knowledge? 00:45:38.97\00:45:40.30 Behold, in the day of your fast 00:45:40.34\00:45:42.10 you find pleasure, and exact all your labors. 00:45:42.14\00:45:44.24 Behold, you fast for strife and debate, 00:45:44.27\00:45:46.01 and to smite with the fist of wickedness, 00:45:46.04\00:45:48.41 you shall not fast as ye do this day, 00:45:48.44\00:45:50.28 to make your voice to be heard on high." 00:45:50.31\00:45:51.68 And I think this is kind of Romans 12:2 is going, 00:45:51.71\00:45:54.18 "Is it such a fast that I have chosen? 00:45:54.22\00:45:55.58 A day for a man to afflict his soul? 00:45:55.62\00:45:57.49 Is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, 00:45:57.52\00:45:59.29 and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? 00:45:59.32\00:46:01.56 Wilt thou call this a fast, 00:46:01.59\00:46:02.92 and an acceptable day to the Lord?" 00:46:02.96\00:46:04.29 This is the fast he's looking for. 00:46:04.33\00:46:05.89 "Is not this the fast that I have chosen? 00:46:05.93\00:46:07.33 To loose the bands of wickedness, 00:46:07.36\00:46:09.43 to undo the heavy burdens, 00:46:09.46\00:46:10.80 and to let the oppressed go free 00:46:10.83\00:46:12.17 and that ye break every yoke? 00:46:12.20\00:46:14.24 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, 00:46:14.27\00:46:16.00 and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? 00:46:16.04\00:46:19.04 When thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; 00:46:19.07\00:46:20.91 and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?" 00:46:20.94\00:46:23.68 I think what Jesus speaking to on those new wines, 00:46:23.71\00:46:25.88 He's wanting to see 00:46:25.91\00:46:27.48 a new church in a sense. 00:46:27.52\00:46:28.92 He's seen, the old church was just sitting, 00:46:28.95\00:46:30.39 they're lording over one another 00:46:30.42\00:46:31.75 and they're beating one another up. 00:46:31.79\00:46:33.19 Where He's looking for these types of things, 00:46:33.22\00:46:35.16 He wants us to take care of the widows, 00:46:35.19\00:46:36.52 the poor, the orphans. 00:46:36.56\00:46:38.13 I break the yoke and that's what He's saying, 00:46:38.16\00:46:39.69 I think the idea of this being renewed 00:46:39.73\00:46:41.90 that's when we have a renewal in our heart, 00:46:41.93\00:46:43.40 we should be doing these things, 00:46:43.43\00:46:45.53 going out and take, 00:46:45.57\00:46:46.90 you know, helping these folks out, 00:46:46.94\00:46:48.50 living them the life of Christ like He did. 00:46:48.54\00:46:51.04 I think that idea of that renewing skewed me so. 00:46:51.07\00:46:54.74 Say that, honey, that's a very good point. 00:46:54.78\00:46:56.81 We were reading last night about being gentle. 00:46:56.85\00:47:01.28 That's something that's overlooked. 00:47:01.32\00:47:03.49 Matter of fact, go to Galatians 5:22-23. 00:47:03.52\00:47:06.69 We're getting there eventually, 00:47:06.72\00:47:08.06 but it's, it's a good time that you've inserted that. 00:47:08.09\00:47:11.19 Because, you know, 00:47:11.23\00:47:12.56 you have to look for some evidences. 00:47:12.59\00:47:14.13 Somebody says, well, 00:47:14.16\00:47:16.83 why Donald is different? 00:47:16.87\00:47:18.67 Now the last Donald 00:47:18.70\00:47:20.04 would have pushed me off a ledge. 00:47:20.07\00:47:22.07 Why didn't he do this time?
