00:02:32.38\00:02:34.22 And he says, what do I need to eat? 00:02:34.25\00:02:35.98 What do I need to, you know, 00:02:36.02\00:02:37.35 and I said, hey, look here, brother, 00:02:37.39\00:02:38.72 it's really not about that, 00:02:38.75\00:02:40.09 healing most importantly comes from God. 00:02:40.12\00:02:42.66 He was like, I know but what food do I need to eat? 00:02:42.69\00:02:44.96 I said you ever had a slice of the bread of life. 00:02:44.99\00:02:47.33 He is like, yes, and, well, let's pray, 00:02:47.36\00:02:49.33 and then let us see what we can do to help you 00:02:49.36\00:02:52.60 with what you're doing. 00:02:52.63\00:02:54.00 And what we realized then his lifestyle, 00:02:54.04\00:02:56.20 it wasn't a big thing that he was doing. 00:02:56.24\00:02:58.61 Yes, stress played a part, but we found that 00:02:58.64\00:03:00.88 it was a lot of little things that he was doing, 00:03:00.91\00:03:03.18 maybe the way he was eating, 00:03:03.21\00:03:04.55 probably staying up a little bit later 00:03:04.58\00:03:05.98 than he should have. 00:03:06.01\00:03:07.35 A lot of little things and for us to say, 00:03:07.38\00:03:08.92 hey, change everything will be overwhelming. 00:03:08.95\00:03:11.69 So what we did is we focused on just the little, little habits. 00:03:11.72\00:03:16.16 And that's why we had opportunity 00:03:16.19\00:03:17.83 to develop the simple program called the '24 Days', 00:03:17.86\00:03:20.90 24 Days to Realistic Health and Healing. 00:03:20.93\00:03:24.63 And what it is is a simple program 00:03:24.67\00:03:26.23 to focus on the habits, 00:03:26.27\00:03:28.04 just little habits that we are doing. 00:03:28.07\00:03:30.47 And you know what? 00:03:30.51\00:03:31.84 He was like, I need to change everything. 00:03:31.87\00:03:33.24 We said, "Well, first we gonna pray 00:03:33.27\00:03:34.91 'cause healing comes from whom? 00:03:34.94\00:03:36.28 Comes from God. 00:03:36.31\00:03:37.65 And the next thing we did, 00:03:37.68\00:03:39.01 I actually opened it up with him, 00:03:39.05\00:03:40.38 and I said chose one goal, and he was like 00:03:40.42\00:03:42.28 "Well, maybe I can start exercising everyday." 00:03:42.32\00:03:46.39 And he said, "But do I need to change my diet?" 00:03:46.42\00:03:47.96 I said "Well, then, let's do this, 00:03:47.99\00:03:49.42 before you change your diet, just focus on exercising. 00:03:49.46\00:03:53.06 Just do that consistently. 00:03:53.09\00:03:54.80 If we could be successful in just one little thing 00:03:54.83\00:03:57.73 and do it consistently for about 00:03:57.77\00:03:59.27 24 days or 21 days however much, 00:03:59.30\00:04:01.77 then that will give you the encouragement and strength 00:04:01.80\00:04:04.51 to say, hey, now after the first 24 days, 00:04:04.54\00:04:07.28 I'm gonna focus on water. 00:04:07.31\00:04:09.24 And then you do that and then it becomes a what, everybody? 00:04:45.85\00:04:47.45 For the eyes, we will still go blind 00:04:47.48\00:04:49.48 even drinking carrot juice, impossible, why? 00:04:49.52\00:04:53.22 Because the healing is not in a carrot, 00:04:53.25\00:04:55.76 but the healing comes from God. 00:04:55.79\00:04:57.29 But carrots are still good for your eyes as well. 00:04:57.33\00:04:59.26 So let's do our part. 00:04:59.29\00:05:00.63 So today, what we're gonna do is we're gonna look, 00:05:00.66\00:05:03.16 many people who are following the program says, 00:05:03.20\00:05:04.87 hey, how do I eat on the run. 00:05:04.90\00:05:08.20 Well, that's kind of not possible. 00:05:08.24\00:05:10.91 You can't run and eat at the same time. 00:05:10.94\00:05:13.01 It actually disrupts your digestive system. 00:05:13.04\00:05:15.54 Sometimes when you read through some of the principles, 00:05:15.58\00:05:18.11 it says, sometimes it's better not to eat 00:05:18.15\00:05:20.08 than to rush down your meal. 00:05:20.12\00:05:22.28 Because your stomach is not ready, 00:05:22.32\00:05:24.15 the stress is taking place, 00:05:24.19\00:05:25.62 and then the food is not properly digested, 00:05:25.65\00:05:27.76 so what we encourage people to do 00:05:27.79\00:05:29.26 is try your best to sit down and eat. 00:05:29.29\00:05:32.03 But we do understand, even myself, 00:05:32.06\00:05:33.90 I live literally traveling on the road, 00:05:33.93\00:05:36.26 sometimes you want some meals that are a little bit quicker 00:05:36.30\00:05:39.43 or maybe food that you can travel with as well. 00:05:39.47\00:05:42.34 So that's what we're gonna do today. 00:05:42.37\00:05:43.81 It's gonna be food or take it to go, food to go. 00:05:43.84\00:05:47.34 Some simple recipes that we can do 00:05:47.38\00:05:49.14 to make sure that we are following 00:05:49.18\00:05:50.78 the basic principles that God has given us. 00:05:50.81\00:05:52.58 But eat healthy or eating healthy as well. 00:05:52.61\00:05:55.85 So the good news is that gentleman, 00:05:55.88\00:05:57.35 he implemented some of these simple adjustments 00:05:57.39\00:05:59.82 in 24 day program. 00:05:59.85\00:06:01.19 And you know what happened? 00:06:01.22\00:06:02.56 Within the first 12 days, his numbers had dropped 00:06:02.59\00:06:06.29 20, 30, 40 almost 50 points. 00:06:06.33\00:06:09.80 And all he started to do 00:06:09.83\00:06:11.23 was go out and start walking everyday. 00:06:11.27\00:06:12.80 Of course, I had told him to pray as well. 00:06:12.83\00:06:14.80 And now his numbers are back down to normal, 00:06:14.84\00:06:17.11 it's about 122, the last I checked, 00:06:17.14\00:06:19.41 122 over about 85, which is, hey, that's much better 00:06:19.44\00:06:22.84 than somebody who is way through the roof. 00:06:22.88\00:06:24.85 So I want to encourage you just the simple things 00:06:24.88\00:06:27.25 that you can do, do it with all your mind, 00:06:27.28\00:06:29.72 all your strength, all your heart. 00:06:29.75\00:06:31.09 So today, want to give you a quick synopsis. 00:06:31.12\00:06:34.12 We're gonna see what we are gonna be doing today. 00:06:34.16\00:06:36.59 And one of the things is that 00:06:36.62\00:06:37.96 the key is having a good breakfast. 00:06:37.99\00:06:39.36 So we're gonna make some Blazing Bran Muffins today. 00:06:39.39\00:06:43.26 It's a fantastic food to go 00:06:43.30\00:06:45.20 and we're gonna make some, yes, that is the word Cranana. 00:06:45.23\00:06:49.07 Well, it's a word here on this show at least. 00:06:49.10\00:06:51.04 Cranana Muffins. 00:06:51.07\00:06:52.41 Don't worry about that, 00:06:52.44\00:06:53.78 we'll talk about that little bit later. 00:06:53.81\00:06:55.14 So we're gonna have some of that. 00:06:55.18\00:06:56.51 Everybody loves Mexican food and stuff. 00:06:56.54\00:06:58.31 You want a Bean Burrito, 00:06:58.35\00:06:59.68 but we're gonna make a Brisk Bean Burrito. 00:06:59.71\00:07:01.98 Not per se a cold one but something that you can do 00:07:02.02\00:07:04.25 quick on the move, not on the run, dear. 00:07:04.29\00:07:07.32 And one of the key ingredients I have in that, 00:07:07.36\00:07:09.79 you got to have some cheese, all right?
