2004. It was a group of people

So every Saturday we will make

not in Miami Dade yet. So when I

came aboard I started with the
food every Saturday but there

I took over the water. I say no

more shortage of water. I'll be
providing the water. That's how

I got into the Hope Ministry.
Then that issue in Broward

to the homeless and there was
a need in Miami Dade. Then we

moved to Miami Dade to serve
the homeless. It was much, much

bigger and Hope Ministry,
we used to serve the food there

After that, there was a need
for people for a place to stay.

And I said...there was a lady
a young girl I met on Saturday

and she was on the street and
she said she was being abused

by her father. And I said, Lord
only if I could find a place to

have a sleep for the night I
would be at peace instead of her

being on the street. So I took

house is now a permanent home
has been helping over 100 people

who've been under league that
they get back on their feet.

This young lady inspired you

Monday and ask that lady
whenever she is selling a home

going to buy it. I didn't know
she owned a home. So on Monday

morning I went to work. I didn't
know. I never knew that she

owned a home in Miami. So I went
to work on Monday morning and I

went to the work room where
the mail room is. There goes the

lady. And can be a testimony
too I say, Ma'am do you have a

house in Miami? She said yes.
I said whenever you want to sell

that home I want to buy it.

At that time she probably
didn't intend to sell the house

No her aunt was living in
the place. Not even three months

passed by she invited me

to come and see the home. And
she said Jesse, Guess what? I'm

house at the price that you want

She said don't worry, I'll give

you a better price. You know
how much she sold me the house?

opened the Hope House, she's
the one who provided towels.

only male but now we added the

through hard times, we help

time. They had barely any food.

bad. And you can see that we

songs of welcome. They were just

mentioned earlier I believe they

wasn't much but it...something

that's indescribable because you
go there to bless them but you

end up being blessed. I mean I
was totally...after we finished

that program, I said we have to
do something to help these kids

to Haiti from the Dominican

Republic. And there was a
car accident and the mother was

pregnant and the mother lost,
they were twins. The sister died

after four hours that the mother
passed. The baby came in Wesley

and he was alive. So we have had
him since he was six months old

till now he's six years old.

and we are supporting them

learning to play the piano.

barely taking any. And I found

all felt guilty about taking the

food when they had everybody at
home, all their family members

And they're eating these big

meals. They couldn't do it.
And so that really brought me
